It was my first time in a legal recreational pot shop so that was fun, and they get two stars simply for existing! That being said, now that I have experienced how this is supposed to operate, I see what I dislike about this operation. Driven by Profit; their prices on a chocolate bar were $30 and same product was $20 and $24 at other shops. This is reinforced because they seem to have no decor, no character, and some may see this as clean and professional, whereas to me it's bor-ing. Uneducated or Unattentive Staff; I specifically asked for products that were either pure THC or put cannabinoids but no mixing. I was repeatedly handed stuff that was a combo! Overall not impressed after meeting shop owners who are charging fair prices and staff who pay attention, I wouldn't go back here.

Just bought a distillate cartridge. Absolutely broken. Plugged into my battery and thought it odd the light would flash when I press the button but would not activate. Tried my other 2 carts I had on me and they activated fine. Inspected the cart I purchased here and found the tip is bent and that the bottom contact is out of alignment. This caused a short of power and a failure to activate.Their 100% no return policy absolutely screwed me on this. No exchange, no refund. The representative called the owner and I was 'graciously' offered 20% off something else. Seriously think I'm buying more broken product? Not a chance, 100% refund or exchange. I'll update this review if anything changes but with a policy like this, unlikely. Stick with Eleve8 if you're downtown

Went in one day and everything went ok. The next day got a different bud tender and she was rude said my ID was not good enough for her, I think she just didn't like me. We'll my ID is good enough for all the other pot shops so that's where I will go.

I want to start this by saying the quality of the products here are amazing. The prices are reasonable and I will keep returning weekly. I have been to both locations multiple times, but I've been to the west Eugene store the most. The products are great and the guy I usually get at this location is extremely helpful and polite. His manager however, is not. I believe her name is Jamie. I've restrained from making this review about her but it's been in the back of my mind. The way she spoke to him bothered me. He didn't say anything but I could tell after she spoke to him he wasn't as upbeat as when I first walked in. She may just be doing her job, and maybe he messed something up before I walked in, but the few encounters I've had with this girl (this particular time was last week) she always seems grumpy and she doesn't seem to want to be there. She speaks rudely to the staff. Maybe I'm catching her on off days, maybe that's just how she is. Either way I wanted to say something. So, if you go in and encounter this girl please ignore her attitude and don't miss out on the great deals and products they have.

One of my favorite dispensaries in town for sure! They have great deals, nice varieties of flower, infused pre-rolls, edibles, live resin cartridges and more! The budtenders are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this awesome little hidden nugget of a shop :)

I had a great experience there, good attentive staff, got 4 four samples of their high end flower, very reasonably priced and they tasted good and worked well.

I think this place is called Verde now. Look for Brock who is one of the kindest, sweetest budtenders I’ve ever come across, and I work in the industry. Keep doing you Brock. Selection and prices are decent but it’s the service that really makes this place shine.
