These guys always have a massive amount of products and strains to choose from which is why they get stars. Their menu online is so long I've asked before if they could do it in a spread sheet so I could sort it myself. But I hate going here anymore because of the staff/sales method. You can't browse and be left the fuck alone to figure out what you want. You always feel like you're in the way or holding up the works. And you can't just figure out you want one thing and want to keep browsing cause they hover there impatiently waiting for you to decide. If you have that much product back off the customer. The longer I browse usually the more I buy but if I feel like I'm being a pain in taking my time then chances are I'll get like one or two things and get the hell out of there. No one likes a hovering sales interaction. Stop making them do things this way.

I'm an extremely regular customer- most of your staff knows me and my brother quite well.However, when he brought his newly 21 year old friend, your staff was extremely unprofessional in handling carding this kid at the door.You have a job to do, I understand that. And the legal requirements placed on your business is of utmost importance. I get that too.But your staff should not be cursing at a kid about his 'fake ass ID'. There's a level of professionalism there. And if they do, they should apologize when they act out of line. You still, at the end of the day, run a business based on customer service and perhaps (despite you guys getting audited and in trouble, that's really not our fault) should start behaving like you do run a customer service oriented business.I have had typically positive experiences there and this has tainted an overall positive experience with your shop. Maybe talk to your guys (especially the bald gentleman working the door today) about how to properly speak to your clientele, because I do vote with my dollar.

Rude and disrespectful don't ever buy bud from this location they don't deserve any costumers ass holes

More than good enough selection for my needs and taste. I'm still navigating my way through the vast and lush world of weed, but I don't hesitate asking the most basic questions which have only been met with understanding, helpful staff. I'm usually in and out pretty quick. They do have an ATM machine. And, not that it's any fault of Main St. Marijuana, you should be aware that the parking lot here is atrocious. It serves as a lot for other businesses and it's very cramped and usually near capacity.

Mainstreet is the only dispensary I will go to basically. The bud tenders are highly knowledgeable and truly want to help you find the right strain for you. There selection of products is amazing and the largest around. Plus I can also order online. In my eyes no other dispensary comes close.

Use to be the best and most affordable in vancouver. They drastically increased their prices and quality greatly diminished. Its a real shame.

we live in Gresham and we travel about 25 minutes to come to this shop. well worth it the prices in Washington are so much better than Oregon and you get double when it comes to purchasing edibles.The customer service was great, the variety & the selection of products is still overwhelming to me but it's nice to know there's a little bit of something for everybody. I really did like how this shop had a plethora of pre-rolls in all budget categories, They even run specials based on the vendor or supplier so you might get lucky and get 10 to 20% off

I absolutely love this place. I love my BUDTENDERS . Even the ID checker is the greatest dancer upbeat . BUDTENDERS always on point . Service is fast . So I can get on my way. And pain free. Thank you Main Street East Side!!!

Great job filling online orders and keeping customers (and employees) in compliance with mask wearing.  In just the 5 minutes that it took me to pick up my online order from a nice, mask-wearing employee, I witnessed two upset customers become belligerent with the door guy when they were turned away for not complying with the mask requirement during a f*cking pandemic.  It's not an easy job but THANK YOU DOOR GUY for making buying pot safe again for the rest of us.  Hopefully the downtown location will choose to follow suit, as they have tended to be pretty lax/whimsical about preventing the spread of disease.

Why is the dark long curly hair dude at the door such a phucking moron? I go here enough the other people at the door recognize me but this phucking idiot is more worried about dance moves at the door than learning how to read people. I'm 50 and no way I don't look at least 21 and this phucking idiot doesn't have a clue. I'll take my money elsewhere and bad mouth this place every chance I get.

I'm like a kid in the candy store every time I come into this place!! It has a huge selection of everything from wax,green,pre rolls it's amazing and the prices are even better!! Fast service every time too!! My only place for my marijuana needs!!

Normally I dread the thought of going to the store, but Main Street is nothing but a joy to shop at; it actually makes my day sometimes. Not only is there a wide price rang but all the products are top quality for what you pay for. The people who work there are insanely nice and are always looking to have a good laugh with the customer while helping them find just what they are looking for -extremely knowledgeable! (Unlike the Herbery...) Shout out to Jay for always cheering everyone up with his outstanding drawings and Sam for being so enthusiastic about the products. You guys are simply fantastic! Love you all! Thanks for making a cool and welcoming atmosphere to walk into!

It's just the go to spot for all your cannibis needs!! The staff is always on point with getting you what you need and the environment is welcoming. Will always recommend this place.

I stopped here to check it out and I let me dog out before I went in. As I was having my dog to jump back in the truck, A bud tender hollered "fucking pick it up jesus" because my dog was nervous to hop back in my truck. A bald white guy. I have seen him at my gym in the sauna awkwardly trying to talk to girls. Anyway, I decided to pass on the visit to the shop. I've asked coworkers about that guy and they said "ya that's the way he is" but I wish they'd do better analysis of their employee customer service. Til next time

Have been coming here regularly for several months now. Have always had great quick service. Occasionally when it's packed and  the staff count is lower on the floor there is a longer wait but I've never been in the store for over 15-20 min. I like thatt they have a menu you can look at while waiting. Some of the staff is more helpful/educated about the products than others. I think their system works as well as any other dispensary. It helps to get  customers in and out quickly instead of waiting in long lines to get to the counter. They also have some of the most affordable prices on this side of town!

The prices are supremely overpriced and the staff is both unknowledgeable and rude. The selection is huge and the facility is well built but honestly if you care about finding a place with good prices and quality staff this isn't the place for you

Extremely disappoint in this company, you have customers with health issue and your employees are not wearing mask. You where so carful in the beginning to "stay open" and now you do not care. The curb pickup is great but what is the point if your employees are not wearing mask!!!! I understand they are not 100% but they help. They have to come within 6 feet to hand me my item, so wear a freaken mask!!!! Your just a company who wants to get people high not help them with pain.

wholy spit!!! best afternoon ever!!!! i don't know who was hit on the head but the prices arelow low low! $$$$ main street has this business [in both states] "on lock"!!this is awesome!!! the best surprise was buying a "box set" of prerolls....sign said 3.... i found 4!!!!(it was the same weight, but you know how the brain works ... it just saw more!)keep it up! the fact that you're so close just saves time....id drive regardless!!!! thanks for paying attention to your customers!( if i had to complain.....staffing is poor and changes way too much!)

Do not go here!! These places are a dime a dozen now so why go to a place with a guy who confronts you when you have a problem with the product. I told them what I wanted and the lady was helpful but it was incorrect. Took it back and got nothing but confrontation and belittling from some long haired dude that just kept reading me the receipt like that was what I was talking about. They can keep the 11 bucks. They will lose a few thousand over time from me telling everyone that will sit still even for a second to go to the next shop instead. No need to go here

I love this place. I'm very new to cannabis and new to buying so I have nothing to compare my review too. That being said, I love this place. The budtenders are super friendly and attentive. I"m usually in and out in minutes. I do my shopping on their site way before I go there and now with online ordering, its all done and waiting when I get there. What more can you ask for.

The male employee was unprofessional, rude, curt, condescending and made my mom feel like a moron. It seemed like he was on some type of judgmental power trip. Really unnecessary. We will take our business elsewhere.

Ive been there over a dozen times. Good selection of products. Too bad that a good portion of the staff appear uninterested and put-out by the simplest of questions. They want a quick sale...don't get in the way. There are friendlier and more helpful places nearby.

Hated this place on the west side, hate this one just as much. Slow, rude and unhelpful. Glad there's more options in Clark County now besides this place...

I came in today and planned to bought a 14g but I realized that I ordered a 7g.  So I asked a guy about add one more of 7g. He gave me an attitude..  so I decided to not get another and left..  I'll never come back again..  I have been coming this store very often until this guy's attitude really blow me away..

Never a bad experience but there are certainly a few people employed for their customer service more than product knowledge.  The layout is comfortable I always feel safe with security at the door and many staff to help.  Personally I prefer this location for those reasons.I enjoy the interesting fortified joints, innovative edibles and drinks but come for the Harmony Farms.

I love this store its my #1! Everyone there is beyond nice and always having a good time (while still being professional) they know their stuff like truly! They actually take the time to find out what you need and never rush you.It's great there and their prices are good too. I love it highly recommend

I'll give four stars on my first visit to a dispensary and maybe later I will up to five stars.  I arrived on a Thursday evening. There must have been eight employees there at least and there was only one other shopper when I went in and I think a couple more were trickling in as I left but to be honest I felt slightly intimidated by the number of employees in black shirts and lanyards standing around with their arms crossed.  Probably just bored, but the body language was kind of off.  There was a woman behind the counter who smiled and was quite inviting and so I went right to her and she helped me find what I was looking for and I found her to be kind of fun and lighthearted and it seems like she was the ray of sunshine in the place and the rest of the people could really lighten up.   It had the vibe of a new business where they don't quite have the flow and the comfort zone down but they are on the right track.  I will say the place is definitely clean as a whistle, there was a young man going around with sanitary wipes touching up the door handles and even the buttons on the ATM. They were very professional, it's very brightly lit and there is no seedy back alley vibe whatsoever.  They have a very extensive menu and can tell you all the levels of CBD and THC, etc. which I think is cool if you're looking for something more on the medicinal side.Oh, and bring cash they don't take cards. They do have an ATM inside their shop as I mentioned.I'll be back and I bet their vibe will be more and more cohesive as they settle in.

First time to visit yesterday morning and should add I'm an elder. Man at the door was welcoming. Store is in the middle of a remodel. Lots of low displays with clerks on the other side. Saw a man finish a transaction at the main counter and because I had heard numbers being called I asked if I needed to get a number. There were no signs posted about how to proceed. He very curtly told me he was in the middle of an order which consisted of walking about five feet and placing a small white container on the counter where I assume all the orders are filled. He was grouchy the whole short interaction. Asked me what I wanted and I said something for insomnia and friends had good things to say about THC for sleep help. He asked if I wanted to smoke it and when I said no he grimaced as if to say not another non-smoker here. I said I didn't know all the forms it came in but I was willing to look at whatever he had. Then he asked who sent me in. I said no one. He suggested a tin of mints with 10 mg of THC each. He said they were $11, I said OK. He said do you have $11? Guess I look like I might not have $11 in my bag?? So he fills out a form, takes my money, places order on counter a few feet away. THEN you get a number and when the order is ready it's called and you get your change and the product. Maybe this is common practice in all stores? Woman who did this was very friendly. So not a good experience and I will not be going back to this store. Ever. Lots of stores out there and I'm not giving up on using these products if they will be helpful.

I went into Main Street marijuana looking to buy an eighth high in thc for a low price and was told they only have rights for $20. Very unprofessional in customer service will only go back when Lexi is working! One of the best bud tenders there hands down!

Feels like buying weed from the DMV. Bad acoustics make for a loud echo chamber and confusing atmosphere and ultimately stressful shopping experience. Unwelcoming inattentive staff seem only willing to help you if you already know what you want, then you have to take a number and wait for your name to be yelled out. Other stores are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and seem willing to spend time with you answering questions; this on the other hand feels rushed and like they want you in and out as soon as possible.

So here it goes, I'm an OG smoker. This isn't real weed/flower that they sell watch out because this stuff will make you end up at the hospital or doctor visits. If I had smoked some of the shit that these cheesy budtenderes recomended i buy from these pot shops I would of been dead by now. They grow bad dirty weed from a few growers change the name of the grower change the thc content add poison to it and claim it as new grower and new weed and conceal the poisonous fumes with some flavors and claim it as its real weed. You will see the same product in circulation that gets grown in different thc % that will effect your body good and bad. When you think you have found a strain that does a body and mind good an you go back to get the same stuff a week or 2 later they don't have it anymore but they do have it in different thc % so you buy it smoke it and feel that its not the same poison that made you feel some what good and constantly get ripped off by cheesy bad breath stinken top of their game budtenders. An there wonderful high resolution heat thermal cameras take photos of us each time we enter we get put in the data base with facial recognition so in the back where the magic happens they keep track of us an can tell the last time we came in what  poison we bought and can sell us the other thc % so the poison in that one can attack a certain organ in our body's like our tyroids or so on. When you ask them about the MISUNDERSTANDING what kind of reaction can you expect from them? Ofcourse they play the dumb I don't answers but on the other hand they know everything about the product/poison that they sell us. I've smoked real snoop dog weed with a few people in my lifetime and we all felt happy, hungry, sleepy an overall a good feeling in your body from head to toe. This poison is not real weed. Main st. And all the other pot shops are organized criminals like a mafia or donld trump.

Waited almost half an hour, 4 them 2 come back and say not only were they out of what the man directly said they had, then came and asked 4 more money! Then, left and another 20 minutes came back and asked 4 more cash after I've been standing nearly an hour on a prosthetic leg!!! Find a better marijuana dispensary.

The dude with the long hair/pony tail is very unprofessional and treats customers disrespectfully and doesn't know what he's talking about. The only person that gives me good service and experience at this location is Lexi, the tall blonde girl that works during the evening. I will only be going back when I know she will be there or be going to the Herbery on Chkalov instead.

I've been a steady customer, up until today.As I entered the business, I was stopped by the guy who checks id's.He was very quick to stare outside the front window like he was lost in thought.I asked him if there was any issue with me using a military ID (legal ID) and he first brought up a Texas license, for whatever reason, and then claimed that I had been 86'ed.I was confused and allowed him to look through the 86'ed book. He found two photos of blondes, neither looking like me.He was very slow and it seemed like he was trying to provoke aggression. I spoke with the manager in hopes that they don't rely on bad camera imaging to pin-point if someone had be 86'ed.What you NEED is a list of names, because when an innocent customers like ME walks in, and is suddenly accused? Or course I won't be returning.Fix your issue

I love this shop. It is my go to. They have a big selection at great prices but what really gets my vote is their staff. They are so helpful, and efficient without making you feel rushed. I tell all my friends from Oregon that it is well worth crossing the river to come here.I've been coming here for over a year and had few never had less than a 5 star experience.

Well I'm extremely sad to have to give this place one star as I loved going here for over a year, however they sold me a bong with paint that came off when touched with hand sanitizer. This means that the paint would be aerosolizing when you light the bowl and you would breath it in. The managers have zero issue with this. They think it's perfectly ok to sell these things. In fact, it was a fight to get them to allow me to return it and then they are still going to sell these to other customers knowing what occurred. This is horrible business practice and horrible public health practice. I'm appalled by the whole situation. I recommend you take your business up the road to there competition as at least they've never sold me a safety hazard.

Very crowded space. Packed full of people. I was there around 2pm today. After wandering around for a few minutes I just stood by a case. No idea how the store is organized. It was chaos. Like Lazer Tag, 90's Rave, Blacklight poster, Porn Shop. What the hell?!?. A short woman with grey hair came up to me and offered help. I was interested in rosins/shatter. She did know what I was wanted and said she needs to talk to someone else which is fine. But, Are you kidding?. She also had a Rolling Phlegm Cough into her mask and her fingernails looked like she was digging a trench. WHAT THE???? It was too crowded and a coughing filth. Hard no. Just no. Left immediately and went to a shop in Oregon. Oregon's Finest was much more civilized and super service. Never going back to Main. St. again.

Where to start....I love and hate Main Street for many reasons like the Joker smiles while shooting someone in the face. I mostly love their selection and prices. They have everything from flower to wax to oils and tinctures. Their prices always seem to be the lowest or at least competitive with any shop in town. And...what I hate about coming here is their overall customer ordering system and the majority of employee interactions. Their ordering system needs a complete overhaul. As a customer you walk in and you have no idea how to get help or where to go for help. Majority of my visits I have to wait and wait and wait to get help. If an employee doesn't notice you it is easy for someone to come in 5 minutes after you did and receive help first. They need a line, number system or host directing employees to customers so there arent such long wait lines and confusing setups. Once you can get an order in then it's more waiting so you're stuck awkwardly standing around, if it's busy this can easily take 10-15 minutes. MS desperately needs an improved, more effective system of ordering to help expedite the long and tedious process. I thought I could avoid some of the headache by placing an online order in advance but also learned that this doesn't really make it more convenient. After placing an order you'll receive a confirmation text letting you know it's ready to be picked up. When you arrive at the store you'll still have to hunt an employee down to help you. Sometimes this is quick and other times I can't believe how long it takes. The employee then has to write up your order by hand and then you still have to wait for your order to be picked. I imagined this process operating more smoothly such as place order, receive text it's ready, arrive and the order is already written up, picked, staged and ready for the customer, customer pays and leaves in under 2 minutes. What benefit is there to place an online order if it doesn't save the customer any time? The other aspect of coming here is that quality customer service is a total coin toss. I'll get a pleasant experience on 1 visit then a complete trainwreck on the next with more bad than good overall. I almost always experience or observe multiple employees snap and bicker at people and rudely boss customers around. Is pleasant and friendly customer service not important because it's a cannabis shop? That's the way I'm left thinking after many of my visits but they do have some excellent employees that try to make up for the others. On one occasion after walking in I asked an employee that was walking by how the order process works and was greeted with a "yeah yeah, i know you're in a hurry but other customers are important too." I hear these types of responses often from their employees and don't understand the rudeness and lack of customer service. Main Street will draw you in with their selection and competitive pricing but ultimately I'm always left wanting an improved experience.

My FAVORITE location!!!!!! The staff here is SOOOOOO friendly!!!!! Very knowledgeable about your purchase needs whether it be oil, bud, or hardware, you got a question, they got tha answer!!!! Prices are comparable to other shops, I come in for the customer service!!!!!

My first visit and I was truly impressed. I felt as if I went to the doctor, told him my symptoms and was given a prescription which is exactly what I needed. Unparalleled customer service. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Jacob for your time, consideration and patience with a newbie!

I love you guys, but you need to pick ONE!Either List the actual THC content, or call it what it is, the total cannabinoids. But listing it as the THC percentage using the total cannabinoids percent makes it really hard to shop at your store. -(I don't think your employees appreciate it either- having to flip over every single package to show me the actual THC percent)

Not quite sure why the bad reviews, I find this place to be fantastic.  Organized, well stocked, timely, and friendly people.  There is an employee named Martina who is very pleasant.

I have been coming to Main Street Marijuana solely for several years. always top notch service and the best prices and talk about choices. If you like outdoor grown not a problem if you want indoor top of the line, same thing and quality is always there. They have you covered from top shelf to bargain. Customer service is always TOP SHELF.

Only place I go. Even now that I live in Portland I still make the drive. Love it. Sooo many choices and great prices!! The door guys Jon & Marcus are the best..

Definitely my favorite dispensary ever! I've been to many dispensaries up and down the west coast and Main Street takes the cake! They have a huge selection, well displayed, inexpensively priced! 1/8's for $15 and dabs for $5.60 on wax Wednesday (ending soon) The staff are always friendly and most of them greet me by name. Some of the bud tenders who stick out to me are John and Tanya. They always remember me and tad bits about my life I have shared. They are extremely personable. Also, Sam at the door is very welcoming and always thanks me for returning. I appreciate that!!!!! This dispensary is one to check out!!!! I highly recommend it:)
