This is a very sad dispensary the people in here will most of the people in here are on a very high horse they talk to you like s*** and then expect you to not do nothing about it I am in process of contacting my lawyer regarding several different issues I've had in this place last week I purchased Salmon River number for RSO pills well when I picked up my order and got outside and open my bag that's not what I've got so I went back in and try to replace them with the correct product that I did select they told me no and that I was stuck with what I had "you bought it and that's what you got". "Now, I'm going to have to ask you to leave" in a very rude way I was told. They didn't try to fix my issue they did not try to help me with my issue all they wanted me to do was leave and kept saying it in a very nasty way. Today I pull up and I had selected curbside service well everyone else was getting curbside service the security guard came out and said you're going to have to come in so I came in purchased my order went back outside as I'm getting in my car couldn't help but notice everyone outside is getting curbside service why couldn't I get curbside service so I asked the guy that was helping everyone excuse me is there a reason why I had to come in he says to me"it's for a personal reason I cannot discuss that with you".. "sorry but I'm only doing my job only doing what I was told".. so I said okay thanks.. I picked up the phone and I called Liberty Philadelphia and asked for a supervisor or a manager. Someone by the name of Megan answer the phone and I begin to explain my situation to her as she is telling me the reason why I didn't get curbside service was because of the weather I began to agree with her and say "right right", she stops what she's saying and says "can I talk" "can I talk"... I stayed quiet both times the silence remains and then she began talking again like I said it was because of the weather I began explaining to her it was funny and not raining when I got here and she said well I can assure you that it was not a personal issue. I can't figure out what it was one person told me one thing and another person told me another thing so what is it all I know is every time I come here I get treated like a piece of dog crap.. this isn't fair especially when they're dealing with us sensitive individuals I have several different mental and physical disorders the last thing I need is someone setting me off and having me dealing with another issue as if I don't have enough issues on my own. We are dealing with a crisis right now so even even with that I'm still being treated like crap.. this is very sad that I have to go and spend more money to pay my lawyer when I already spent noodles of money in this place who do these people think they are talking to us as if we are lower than them. I am a human being just as well as they are and I deserve to be treated that way I treat people the way I want to be treated and I don't understand why they continue to treat me any different than anyone else.. this is completely unfair and I have let so many things go being treated unfairly getting the wrong product that I bought that I purchased and had to stick with it something that I didn't want but oh well you bought it now you're stuck with it is what I'm always told this is not fair these are drug dealers robbing us I will take this to the highest authority I possibly have to take it to so no one else would be treated like this.. this has really ruined my day and I already was in a situation dealing with my mental issues and dealing with this crisis today I did not have any bit of energy to deal with this kind of stuff today so unfair!!!!!¡! please everyone check with you got before you hand them your money because they will rob you blind and not care about what they're doing they have gotten some real nerve since they've opened.. now they have their clientele and they can care less about one or two people which isn't fair they should still practice good customer care and I'll say it again especially when they're dealing with sensitive individuals like us!!!!!!! This is caused me to feel as though I'm going into a panic attack
Like others have said the Philadelphia location was great when it first opened. Now, the staff is downright rude and arrogant. For some reason they walk around with a chip on their shoulder and act like your bothering them. They have a "you need us, we don't need you" attitude. Also, there have been multiple occasions where I've ordered something online only to arrive and be told it's out of stock. To top it off, during the snow storm we had in December I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived I was told that curbside pickup was temporarily suspended and I had to wait in a loooong line in freezing cold weather. I expected to pull up as usual and be gone in 5 minutes but instead I had to wait in line for 30 minutes and ended up being late for another appointment I had that day. I understand that it wasn't safe for the staff to be walking through the snow and ice to get to the cars but they should have updated the website alerting people that curb side pick up was suspended. I politely mentioned this to one of the staff but she acted annoyed and couldn't have cared less. Every time I go it's amateur hour at this dispensary.
Reward system is incredibly unclear, causing me to go here twice unnecessarily during a pandemic. For anyone who doesn't know since they don't state it anywhere until you go to redeem, on the 4th visit you must make a full price purchase to redeem your reward points. Rude staff as well, trite/glib attitudes all around.
I've been to several different dispensaries in Philadelphia. Now sometimes this specific location will have some of the better products then others around, but I really do try my best to avoid having to go there due to the fact of how rude most of the staff is. Not all the staff but most! Specifically there is an older gentleman that I've encountered with twice and also overheard him with another customer and he just speaks to everyone on such a smarts as matter. I've also been to that location on two different times where they were busy and anytime they are busy they clearly don't know how to handle it because they get agitated towards their customers and do tend to show it. One star and it's only for some or their product
I love the guard here and most of the staff. Jonathan the guard is always so kind and helpful and sean is always pleasant and attentive. I love coming here and appreciate the staff always but even more so during this time.
The newer man with the glasses and the blonde at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite.This place is a lifesaver!
Today, I purchased a rythm cannabis vape cartridge , lost coastal tribal diesel and was completely unsatisfied. The prescription was half way full, so you are paying for something to come out half. When I told the employees and asked for an exchange or refund he said sucks to suck. Super uncaring and unprofessional. the cart was never taken out of the plastic that was in the box so they HAVE no reason not to take it back or just exchange it for another , if it was really because of covid 19 than why are your employees not even wearing gloves?
It was my first time here and didn't know what to expect. When you walk in someone asks to see your patient card and driver's license. The place is super clean and cool. There's sofas around so you can wait comfortably while waiting for your order to be ready. There's a pharmacist on duty if you have any questions. The people that work here are very welcoming!
I've been a long time customer of Liberty Dispensary Krewstown locations. I recently purchased a Rso syringe applicator. This item after using a small amount twice stop working and is is as hard as cement. I've had RSO before and I know it's thick but not to the point where it stop coming out. I tried different things to help nothing worked. I called liberty at Krewstown and spoke to a very nice lady who apologized and told me I can bring it back for exchange or return with no problem. I then asked to speak to manager for him to be aware of the problem as well. When I spoke to the disrespectful passive aggressive & rude manager name KEVIN*. He was very dismissive after I told him I did all the things he was talking about to help the RSO to come out to no avail. But he literally told me he can't exchange it or return it. Now I'm flabbergasted because the the lady before said I could return or exchangr it and was aware how too thick it can be to work, now the manager is giving me a hard time and being rude. After I expressed that how unprofessional he was being with me and I will definitely be writing a review of my horrid experience at this location. Not only was he was dismissive, nor he did not exercise good customer service at all, he just threatened to hang up on me. I was professional, didn't raise my voice and yet he threatened to hang up on me because I was making a complaint. If that's Liberty Dispensary Krewstown location Manager Kevin is Liberty Dispensary idea of good customer service then I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GO TO RESTORE* DISPENSARY* which has better and more respectful customer service and great managers. RESTORE DISPENSARY ALSO OFFER YOU A 15* TO 20* PERCENT DISCOUNT way more than Liberty Dispensary. LIBERTY DISPENSARY IS HORRID, RUDE, & UNPROFESSIONALLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
While I prefer not to write negative reviews, I'm going to have to give Liberty Philadelphia 2 stars (not Bensalem they are awesome). Yes the place is clean and there are like 8 staff members there, the front entrance staff members are rude as hell. Today I put in online order, received a text message stating the order was being prepared. I go in, and as soon as I walk in I was asked do I know how to show my ID I stated "yes" b/c I thought I just had to show them, well no I displayed it wrong and I was made aware. However this is not my complaint, my complaint is the lady in front, I didn't get her name, told me if I didn't get a text message stating my order was ready I shouldn't have came to dispensary until I received a message stating my order was ready. I was kind of in shock because I have gone before and there was no issue. Then she tells me I should read it on the website, sarcastically and rushes me into dispensary. I go in there and like 20 seconds later I get a text stating "order ready" mind you there are 2 cash register staff, 3 in sofa area and 2 more near display cases. 7 staff members and yet I'm being penalized for going in without a "order is ready" text. I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager, Sam came out and asked me what happened, I explained he offered me 10$ discount and stated that sometimes they tell customers this when the get busy. Yet I got there at 12pm and no other customers were there. Bottom line is I read the website info and clearly nowhere does it state you can not enter the dispensary until you receive a text message. I wrote a letter and hopefully someone can see that the staff here are not compassionate, not understanding of patients needs, yes we are all suffering from COVID but that doesn't give you the right to belittle patients. Not all staff are like this, there are a few that are cool. Hopefully some type of staff meeting or education can take place so the rude ass lady in the front can stop telling patients wrong misleading information. Either update your website to include accurate information or update your front entrance lady. Too upset to get her name.
Probably my first and last review. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get inside the damn building if no one is in there. The staff gotta be smoking some of this shit with how slow they move. Ffs it's fucking terrible.
Great clean place, with nice people. Great discounts but I'm noticing a price hike of between 5-10 $ in the last few weeks. I know they were looted once, but this pandemic has kept all of us clinically anxious and depressed toking on our shoes, man! They are probably not suffering so why increase prices? Not cool.

One of the employees literally screamed at my Dad for entering the business AFTER he was told by another employee he was allowed to enter! Absurd!!! Restore has better deals anyway from what I hear.
This place used to be a good dispensary, but the all the people who work there are all screwin that bitch Steve Harrel and he can't run dispensaries for shit ( little pussy) totally disregards state law and does what that little bitch wants, someone gotta catch this little prick.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT'S TOXIC, AND PROBABLY A FEW OTHER DISEASES THERE TO.
i recently got a medical card and Im going to say the security guards are all a joke, not professional at all. the employees most of all great but a few that are sarcastic some employees they wont say hi when there's a bad day. They ask you sarcastically but i mean weird , you kind of feel uncomfortable but overall the best dispensary with good products.
I truly don't understand why these guys got so many low reviews. I stopped in today as a new patient and was politely and graciously guided through my entire visit from start to finish. All of my questions surrounding the rewards program and perk program were clearly explained. I almost didn't stop here at all due to all of the negative things I saw people commenting on. I'm glad I gave them a shot. Whatever issues they had with customer service previously were not present in my visit today.Will be a return customer. Thanks Liberty!

I read all the bad reviews and it sounds to me like a bunch of people who are either negative Nancy's or maybe they just had some bad luck that day. I go to this place regularly. It's not just a pass through for me. I live around the corner and I honestly think it's overall a very nice place. Everyone I have encountered there has always been nice to me and took their time to give me the best deal. This isn't an easy industry to work in. Dealing with the crazies of the neighborhood on a daily and it being a very fast paced environment there's probably a lot to get used to for these employees. Plus add in the pandemic. I think everyone is doing their best and allowed a bad day. But that's not what defines this place. When I come here I feel like family. A good number of the employees know me by now so pretty much everyone says hello and I feel like I get along well with all of them. I think some people just have a bad vibe that they bring with them and it rubs off so they're just getting back what they're giving in a way. For people who had legit issues, which there were some (of which I have not experienced personally but do believe) that sucks but it's not something exclusive to this dispensary. For instance, the guy who had the half empty cart. That sucks but I seen this happening to multiple people from all over and from totally different dispensaries. In those cases they're technically supposed to tell you to contact the maker of the product you bought (I think?). I do think that's kinda crappy but that's what I've seen in other places from what people are saying out there. I have had carts with a little missing from the top in the past but not enough to complain about or leave a negative review over. I guess I just been lucky for two years straight idk. Out of the several negative reviews maybe two were substantive. That's why I wanted to leave my review here today and why I said what I said. Thank you to everyone at Liberty who bust their butts everyday doing the best they can with what they're given.You're truly,Oksana P.
