Truly surprised to find such a quality dispensary in the middle of Center City. The waiting area is really beautiful, they have classy menus to browse while you wait, and I always appreciate that they have candy out. They have a pretty expansive selection but what I appreciate most is the friendly and helpful customer service. They have made spot-on recommendations for me but never make me feel like they're trying to upsell me on more products or explain things I already know.

Beyond/hello was the first medical dispensary I went to and I have to say  they had the best selection and stocked inventory out of all the medical dispensaries I have been to  so far, staff was helpful/knowledgeable they didn't overload me with info about all of the products because I had been to a recreation dispensary before, I also like their opportunities to earn discounts would, a little difficult to find walked by the store about 8 times before I found it, because the store front is poorly advertised and in a very nondescript building my only complaint was the poor advertising/easy to miss location

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Beautiful store. Amazing knowledgeable and caring staff guided me through every step. Both putting me at ease & making recommendations based on my needs and desires. I really cannot say enough good things. Bravo Beyond / Hello, keep up the exemplary work!

Clean, organized, and kind service with good information provided in a responsive manner. I got what I needed and felt informed and respected the pricing.

The thc content on stuff is not the thc that gets you high...weed is all bunk...way over priced and staff extremely rude and ignorant. Avoid at all cost.

I visit this location at least once a week and every time I'm satisfied, and walk out happy. They have a great selection especially with tinctures and have had flower a lot lately! Also they do a lot of fun promotions and discounts for fun holidays. Love the staff - so knowledgeable and really try to get to know you so you get the best medication you can get. These people have become friends, and i life that. I also frequent the WC location as well.

I watched nepotism at its finest yesterday. After standing in line for 20 minutes outside then finally   once I got inside the order of the line was gone. The pharmacist and the sales associates are serving the larger orders. Somebody like myself who may only purchase a few grams was overlooked. This was my second time and  I'm not sure if I'll be back. It's disturbing when you have to assert yourself to the staff that's there to serve you. Why am I reminding you of my place? Isn't there a system in place for COVID? I   watched the white patrons served with efficiency and care and even addressed by there name. The brown/black patrons were all kind of sitting in the waiting area to be served. As a black woman we are used to being overlooked. Not anymore especially when my money does the same thing as everyone else's money.  Despicable Beyond Hello. It's a hot mess, there's no order. I only came because Herbology was out of flowers so this place was a convenience run which has turned into an inconvenience . That was a huge waste of time. If you have time to waste after placing an online order and having to still wait over 30 minutes this place is right for you

Great array of products in a clean environment. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great discounts! Would definitely recommend.

I gotta say, the money people are putting into these stores tells me that recreational will be legal in PA sooner or later. Great space, great service and a well curated menu and open an hour later then the next closest place.It's little too close to Fergie's Pub for my good.  Seriously. I have to carefully monitor my medicinal intake, keep the THC low and take frequent breaks or I start to get stupid But after two beers (okay, 3 or 4) I gotta say it can be very tempting to pop over for somea that Lemon Skunk or Space Monkey.

This place is basically an Apple store that sells a shit ton of medical grade nugs. Extremely impressive staff, customer experience, and quality of products. If you have a medical card, go here. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended. Full review forthcoming

Great staff and great selection! Their online menu and presence on Instagram is amazing! They are my favorite dispensary in the area just because of their internet presence! They also post new arrivals and sales or promotions all the time!

this place is SO ass - Go to herbology or ethos - way more friendly people and way more professional. This place is employed by retail losers who try to act like they're hot shit.

Terrible customer service stemming from the web page ordering. Constant mistakes and miscommunications. Today was my final business with them as the screw ups happen almost every visit. Not going to spend my money on people who just dont care.

Place totally rocks - it's a little gem on Samson street  I read some reviews that the wait was long and about a year back I came on a busy Saturday and there was a bit of a wait but today is Sunday and I ordered online they had my order and I was out in 5 minutes people were sooo much nicer than other places I've been too- no attitude and the prices are awesome this is going to be my new place for sure A +++++

Don't fall victim to their donations bucket. Each time you bring their branded bag with you they claim to donate $1 per transaction to a charity each month. Last August they chose ours and we were told the check would arrive no later than Oct. We called, emailed and I even went there many times and was told that they know the check is late but it's coming. Still never came. It's a scam to make them look like they are giving back to the community when in fact they are keeping the money for themselves. It's sad that they exploit the work of non-profits to make them look good.

This is a great dispensary. Walking past the armed security guard ( always remember to bring your i.d.) and walking in is a little nerve wracking but once they take you back all the staff is knowledgeable and really helpful. They make you feel comfortable enough to ask any questions and the order ahead service is awesome

On my second visit (Sunday, 8/30/2020 around 5:30 pm), the woman at the front desk was surprisingly rude.  I began by explaining that I'm new to this, a defense mechanism in case I ended up asking her a stupid question.  She gave me a RBF that clearly said "I don't have time for this."  I asked about a particular strain--which their website said was in stock at this location--but I couldn't hear her because (a) she wasn't speaking loudly enough and (b) the music was pretty loud in there.  (I enjoy music in a shop and in fact, they play pretty good music here, but not sure why it has to be quite that loud.)  When I asked her to repeat herself, the eyeroll to end all eyerolls let me know that she and I were never going to take a cruise together. Forging ahead, she said they actually had two options available (like an eighth and a dime or whatever) which made her seem possibly more human:  Could she sense that I didn't want to purchase the large quantity that was advertised on their website?  I said I'd take the smaller amount and then she told me to take a seat and my purchase would be brought to me.  After a couple minutes, she called me back to the window (again, not speaking loudly enough) to tell me that actually, they were sold out.  Matters not what the website says, nor that the mouth of that very RBF had told me that it was in stock.  If she felt the least bit sorry for the inconvenience, she was being a real trouper about it.  Tonight, I tried one of their competitors, a place called Ethos at 807 Locust St.  I'd been in that space before it was Ethos so I was expecting a very cramped experience.  I checked their site and found they have an enormous inventory so they must have more room than I was imagining. To my surprise, it's a beautiful space with some of the nicest people I've met in a long time.  Everyone was very helpful and attentive.  They had in stock what they advertised, so I was in and out of there in well under 10 minutes.  Ironically, when I told the lovely girl at the front desk that I was having trouble hearing her, it led to a brief but enjoyable conversation.  Quite the contrast.

Came in with a broken pax I purchased in February. The person who helped me was condescending, rude, terrible tone in addressing my request for a replacement and Refused to look up my points info on two numbers. She treated me like a drug addict, not a patient.

Used to buy a decent amount of product here. Some decent sales, but not often enough. Last visit ALL extracts were advertised as 20%off. I placed an order online, but was told when I picked up that RSO was excluded from the sale even though it was listed as such. I didn't purchase it. I contacted Beyond-Hello and was told I should've gotten the discount. They have a points rewards system. Beware that they are only good  for 6 months, then they expire. Was saving up to reach 1000 for a $60 reward and was about 200 points away. Haven't bought anything in a while because i can get better deals and products elsewhere. All but 200 points have been erased, leaving me with only $10 in rewards. Suppose I better use it before it expires. Won't be coming here very much if at all the in the future.

Didn’t feel welcomed. The unwarranted spiel about “no recording” was very much giving “please don’t case the place to have your homies rob us” (wasn’t recording and didn’t plan to). The goth secretary seemed afraid of me (how ironic) but was very warm to the white guy that came in after me. They don’t take cards only cash (now that’s ghetto). None of the flower I wanted was available. The security guard was nice (only other black person in the vicinity). Overall lackluster dispensary with microagressive vibes.

Well stocked, beautiful location! Danielle is great, she never disappoints. She always seems to find me exactly what I need and it always works!

Before visiting the Northern Liberties dispensary, we (me, my mom, and her doctor) had an extensive email interaction followed by an online consultation with Mike Ruggiero. He is simply extraordinary. His depth of knowledge, his communication skills, his empathy--all are exceptional. By virtue of my profession (software architect), I have a particular reverence for minds that can dive deeply into the details while still maintaining a higher level perspective; Mike Ruggiero personifies that cognitive combination in a warm, empathetic, and caring package. I couldn't say enough about him.

I mentioned what i was looking for and my medical needs and the tech knew ex-freaking-xactly what i needed right away. I was in and out in like 5 minutes on my first visit. and I'm extremely impressed by the choices she helped me make. Fast, efficient, well stocked, kind, very good experience.

I frequent this location because it’s close to where I work and they always have exactly the right stains available for my PTSD/Anxiety. And everyone is always very helpful, and knowledgeable. As someone who has difficulty dealing with certain situations due to my anxiety issues I would like to thank my PC Danielle she’s conversational and charismatic and made it very easy for me. Highly recommended!
