Very disappointed in visit to this dispensary. No eye contact when I first entered. No welcome. Very little help from staff. I left with two products, neither of which solve my issues. Should have left before I purchased. There was no guidance. I guess if you know what you want and they have it in stock, you are fine. Don't go with questions. They won't get answered.

Jamar and Mike were very helpful with recommendations and my technical questions about products and strains. Nice, clean, monotone aesthetic, and the overall vibe was friendly and genuine. Comparable prices and selection and all products were grown/made in PA. I'll be back!

Parking and exiting the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge but once there its great. They have a really good online ordering system where you can order all products available, not just some. They keep a fairly good inventory of product and when they are fully stocked they have a very good variety. Check the website regularly because once they get new product it tends to go pretty fast. Customer service is good, veteran discount is good as well.

Solid. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Inventory is on their menu and you may call.

Please stock quality product at the Lancaster store. First you couldn't get dry leaf, not can you get grass roots products there. I can't purchase the capsules of grass roots 50 mg. Unless I drive to any other dispensary. Please start stocking quality products in this dispensary. The excuse of "limited supply" doesn't seem to affect any other dispensary but yours.

Love this place. I've been to both locations, Philadelphia and Phoenixville.  Great display and knowledgeable staff Well trained and friendly. Been back twice to both.

I am new to the medical marijuana so i had no idea about anything marijuana related.i have a stupid disease (I.C.) and arthritis (back) so i payed a visit to this business. I have to say that thiss plave should stand as a role model for ither businesses in how to bw great at what you do. Not omly was everyone there pleasant and extremely helpful but they genuinly seemed to care. I spoke with tge wonderful pharmacist (Chosen) and she was an excellant teacher. I was blown away by the kmowledge this woman was able to providw for me. Even the chexk out staff were so nice and just plain wonderful.I should mention thatni live literally two blocks from another dispensary but becauaseni hadbread so many good things about this place, i chose to drive an hour away. It was definatly worth the drive.To the staff at CURE on cityline, i SALUTE YOU!!(in a scale of one to ten, i give them a hundred)

If you read my reviews regularly, you'll understand that the NMT has had some struggles in the past few years. Recently his doctors recommended he start medical marijuana, and it has been a huge help to him.  As in, just short of transformative.  It's not a fix-all, but it has given him enough of an improvement to come off some medications with scary side effects, and overall he's in a better place.I will also say the cannabis you get in the dispensaries is not what has been available illegally.  The quality is higher, more consistent, and very highly engineered, with different combinations of THC and CBD for different issues, along with different formulations.  I am impressed.Unfortunately, the combination that has been working best for the NMT also works really well for lots of other people, so it's in super high demand.  This means I basically stalk the different dispensaries, looking for it on their 'menus'.  This is how I came to be at Cure as they opened up one morning.  This is controlled access, as expected, with a sleek, modern feel.  I was greeted warmly, my card taken, and pretty quickly headed back to the secure dispensary area.  One of their employees, super nice and also knowledgable, helped me with the strain I was looking for and also another that might work about as well (it does, not 1:1 match, but it will do when the preferred strain isn't available).  The place is clean, bright, the staff is approachable and friendly and knowledgable.  Cash Only - all the dispensaries are cash only, if you didn't know that.  Why? For the same reason you can't use your AMEX to buy from the street - cannabis is still (for now) illegal at the federal level, and banks follow that set of laws.  They have an ATM on site, there's also a Bank of America branch on the same block and a Bryn Mawr Trust branch right across the street, so you have options to possibly avoid fees.  Of course I'm going again, when the menu shows his best-working strain, but I'd also go because it's a pleasant experience to be there.

I had given Cure a 5-star review initially, because they seemed friendly and genuinely interested in my well-being. That was before I got a batch of capsules that were strangely discolored, and even though the company that made them wanted them back for testing, Cure would not let me return them so they could be analyzed by the manufacturer.In fairness, they claimed that returning the capsules was a legal issue, and that could be true. But seeing as their advice was for me to throw out all the expensive capsules I had bought in case they were in fact dangerous, I would have thought that a refund or at least a discount on my next purchase would have been in order. But no, it seems like the interest in my well-being was really just an interest in my wallet (in which case that was still a poor move, as they lost an active customer and many recommendations to people whom I now send elsewhere).I have since started going to Verilife in Manayunk, and I am MUCH happier with their extremely knowledgeable team and much larger selection to choose from. I highly recommend you do the same.
