Best dispensary in Philly! The wait time is minimal. The staff are super nice! I bring my dog every time i go in and they always show her love and give her treats. I have never had an issue purchasing medication from here. The parking is phenomenal hahaha. Prob the most important thing when it comes to living in the city. There are always! parking spots right in front of building and if thats full, which it never is, you can park in parking lot next to building. No cost!

Been coming for about six months, nothing but good things to say staff very friendly and helpful.... Visited 7/6..my phone rings I answered and the security guard approaches me physically taps me on my shoulder to let me know to hang up.... I immediately hang up and apologize and told the staff they should put signs up visible and get security more sensitivity training... He is dealing with people that have many issues .. Depression, PTSD, anxiety.. and a lot of other things so people should never get their personal space violated or touched....... I have to find a new home dispensary... ?

Fishtown location — bought over $400 of product, so obviously didn’t break into everyday that day. TWO DAYS LATER I open an 1/8th of buds (I broke the seal) and it was empty. I went back and not only was the receptionist was rude but didn’t believe me. No refund, no apology, told me to call their distributor. They didn’t check my receipt, didn’t look at my ID, didn’t look to see I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have spent thousands there with no issue. I think they forget this is MEDICAL in PA. Truly sad. If they think I’m going roll over and take this, get a clue. Don’t go here unless you’re okay accepting an defective or incorrect product, Restore is right around the corner. Update- management called me and made it right, i can really appreciate good service. Thanks!

I visited this location for the first time today and had the best experience! Tiffany was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! She gave wonderful recommendations and advice. Everyone else was extremely friendly and welcoming as well! I will definitely be back!

I visited the northern liberties location and would not return. The staff that checks you in were talking about how much cash the store generated (25k) the previous day, which was something I felt they shouldn’t be taking about in ear shot of customers. The person who helped me with picking up my prescription was more concerned with getting my business than helping me as a patient. I was hounded about the fact I typically go to a dispensary closer to my house. I was told that my dispensary is their competition, which again, is none of my concern as a patient. I’m there to get medicine and leave. I won’t be coming back here. I hope for future patients sake that they work on decorum among their employees and start to focus on patient care rather than their cash intake. 2 stars because the product themselves were fine, but seriously don’t go here.
