First off, Adam is a super cool guy & was way more helpful than he had to be, so thank you for that. This place is super clean, & the staff is all around pretty nice.

I normally am quite happy with Trulieve, but I am going to leave this HONEST and scathing review in hopes they make some personnel changes. No customers should have to deal with what happened on August 13 ever again.And the leader in charge of the colossal clusterphuck of August 13? His name is CHARLES, and he has quite a lot to learn about leadership and how to treat and talk to customers. The entire store was completely unorganized, and every waiting customer was SPITTING MAD. Under Charles' "leadership", I was checked in, and called back, to be told my order wasn't ready. When I expressed confusion as to why I was even called back, he went to talk to a lady, who told him that the DELIVERY order that I placed at a DIFFERENT STORE was packed and ready right then at that location (which was even more puzzling), but the order for pickup I placed much earlier for the S. OBT location was not ready. The lady who spoke to me (Emily) told me they were having some challenges that day with many people calling out, and you could tell she was under some pressure. But Charles on the other hand, was snarky, rude, sarcastic and very CURT with me. He offered garbage service, and was nasty about it. The young man who helped me was very good, but his hands were tied when Charles interjected and gave him poor advice and exercised poor leadership. One of your employees preparing orders didn't seem to know what he was doing, and Charles was not helpful to him either, Adam had to help him.Charles is going to severely hurt your brand. Even though I was standing right there, he acted like I was an inconvenience and tried to put me off by telling me to call a CALL CENTER. That alone spoke volumes. He created a great deal of customer upset and dissatisfaction on August 13, 2020, and could very well be the reason for so many call-outs that day.  He is snarky, rude, sarcastic and has a way of exacerbating customer dissatisfaction.Under his "leadership", there was ZERO organization. ZERO people skills. For the first time ever, I am unhappy with Trulieve, and you can thank Charles for that. It was total chaos. Everyone was angry. BTW, I did NOT call any call center. Another young lady there who was checking people in and knows what decent customer service is took care of me so I didn't have to. I wish I remembered her name. She was checking people in during the evening.One more point about the disorganization: I placed a delivery order at the Millienia store for 8/14. Placed a PICK UP same day order at S. OBT. Went to S. OBT to pick up my pick up order. Not ready, but they gave me my DELIVERY ORDER from the Millenia store. Yet, they turned many other people away that same day empty-handed because they "ordered from the wrong store". This location is a hot mess.On another note, Adam was one of my absolute favorites because since day one that I have been your customer, he has been fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and we're losing him to the Longwood store. He is such an asset. Don't sleep on that one. He will be a FANTASTIC leader if you give him a store. Be advised this review is also going up on Google.

I've been to a few medical dispensaries but this is my home dispensary and I love them . Addy, Brian , Darren, the older security dude, and Alex all have held it down for me at some point. They're all informative and give great customer service for as busy as it can be in there.

Alex the manager was rude and rolling his eyes to guest. He should be let go for not assisting anyone and not advising clients of inventory! I sat there for a whole hour before they could help.. i recommend going to MUV in downtown Orlando, their flower starts at 32 dollars a 8th and 35 dollars a thc pen, compared to here where they are always sold out and NEVER have anything accurate on the website.

I would give this store 10/5 stars. It was my first time visiting a dispensary, and immediately upon walking in I was welcomed into a clean and energetic atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and walked me smoothly through the registration process while carrying on pleasant conversation with me, which definitely palliated my nerves. Once that was finished, it felt like I hadn't been sitting 10 seconds before I was called to speak with a consultant. & Oh my goodness, it was a match made in heaven! I was handed off to Naomy, who listened intently to all of my concerns, and presented me with SO many options! I did not feel rushed, I felt heard and seen, impeccable customer service, stellar interaction! Honestly, every single employee I had the pleasure of speaking with was kind and welcoming. I left with a beautifully curated collection of items, practically skipping my way through the parking lot. Can't wait until next time, thanks Trulieve (:

The call in orders do not generate in the system properly and you do not and are unable to check in online,No one knows why it doesn't work but if you call in a call center order you still need to come to the location, wait in the queue, checkin your pickup order, wait to be called into the lobby, and then finally when you are up get called. What is the point

As a newbie to the business, I was in need of advice and a non-judge mental attitude. I found just that at Trulieve! While very busy, every person I came in contact with took the time to make sure my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with my purchase. They had a very large variety of product and a non-intimidating atmosphere.

10/10 great experience! luke took care of me that day. He was awesome, and we were really able to get personal, as we share similar medical conditions.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different types of medical marijuana,what effects it has and what will help according to your needs. I felt very intimidated the first time I came in, but felt more confident after leaving, because of the staff.

All hail the mighty Trulieve... Five big shiny red elite stars because nobody and I mean nobody in Orlando has got a variety and selection like them. The south Orlando location located on South Orange Blossom Trail, not to be confused with the Orlando North location which is ironically also on Orange Blossom Trail. If you're in MMJ patient then you've likely been to Trulieve and no it's not only unbelievably popular but quite busy at times. This new addition and second location in Orlando couldn't come at a better time. South Orlando is completely starken barons of dispensaries... Not anymore. Welcome to your new South Orlando home kids!Truly of South Orlando is located at the corner of Taft Vineland and South OBT. This location has lots of parking and I mean lots! Twice as many checkout stations as the original Orlando location and stock that will blow your mind for availability. Not to mention they've slated half the registers at the store to be for express pick up hello... Express thank you very much I love getting in and out quickly.Trulieve is really THE one stop shop in Orlando. It's the only place you're going to find an enormously wide selection of different concentrate Rozen, crumble, shatter, distillate syringe is and what's not affect forget about the ever important stuff like flower and my goodness do they have good flower!Truly is not only growing at an exponential rate... Their inventory and selection is growing at an unbelievable pace. Literally no one in town is keeping up with the variety of products that they have and the quality is top notch. They have price points for flour that actually vary in price is some 33, $44 and some 53; no one has had such a diverse collection of medicinal marijuana available in such an outstanding Selection of strange that you do want!Everyone is so darn nice at this location! I mean I go in with a smile and leave with an even bigger smile why wouldn't everyone be in a great mood! Thank you truly for opening this second and much much needed location in South Orlando servicing so many areas!

i just stepped out not even 10 minutes ago, and since i forgot to leave a review last time.. i definitely need to do it now! so first: i'm more of a flower person, and this dispensary has a LOT of selections.. not really a common thing that you see at other dispensaries. my favorite thing about Trulieve that makes this my go-to dispensary, are the staff! they don't rush you out, they take time to explain everything to you (i'm a newbie) and help you find a strain that will work the best for you. i've only been here twice, but this is the only dispensary to give me such a welcoming, warm feeling. :) and they have a rewards system too, i think the more points you get, you'll earn discounts. SHORT VERSION: best dispensary, nicest staff, amazing selections. oh and shoutout to Kahlanie and Jon, who work there and were so patient in helping me today. :)

A little late on posting the review as I promised, but this staff and location is the best I've ever encountered. Kahlanie assisted me in my last visit answering every possible question I had, and was very hospitable. Definitely recommend checking it out

I am delighted to be able to share how much I like my dispensary of choice, Trulieve, Orlando South. I have never had a bad experience. I always feel welcome (greeted by name) and feel the staff quite knowledge. The last associate was a lovely young lady named Abby. She was terrific. Thanks, folks. See y'all soon.

My budtender was Dawinsky.  I really appreciate how he went out of his way to help me. He is definitely an asset not only to the company but to this location as well. We all definitely need more budtenders like him. Thank you, Dawinsky, for making my visit fun and exciting !!!!! Keep up the good work.

I typically go to curaleaf but since they didn't have anything due to this virus I decided to go to Trulieve. WORST MONEY I EVER SPENT!! Their carts are terrible! Absolutely terrible. The taste,smell,high. All terrible! It's like I'm smoking straight glycerin. Theirs no high or pain relief whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN. I rather be in pain everyday until Curaleaf restocks rather than come here.

Okay I just returned from Vegas where dispensaries are at the forefront yet I was well-pleased especially with my well-informed rep Sharde'. She help me navigate through the avalanche of products. Very clean, lots of professionalism in a product that has so much to offer to the I'll-informed guy like myself.

I'm really glad that Trulieve opened this location in south Orlando. I live in Osceola County and due to the construction and traffic I've been paying to have product delivered from the other Orlando disepsery. Well no more!! I've been in twice and the products I've wanted have been in stock. Last time Michelle filled my pickup order-that's right- order by phone- cuts down on wait time- any way Michelle was great  knows the products!! Love this new location!!

I'm still reeling over my visit to this store the other day.Mother says "I could chew nails and spit rust".I'm a good Trulieve customer (usually go to Orlando North).My purchase was so frustrating and chaotic.I ended up with stuff I didn't even want. I just wanted to get out of there so badly. I was shaking when I left-and then when I found out I spent over $200 on product I really didn't want.I was clearly wronged-instead of looking like that,I probably came off as a hot head.I tried to keep cool but I was so angry. I've been very good about not writing a very nasty review and mentioning the employees names,but I was very close. If you look at my review of Orlando North, you will see that I write very very positive reviews when they are earned.I much prefer to do that. also still looking for my hoodie to be replaced,but I guess I gotta write that off too (waited in line for 4 hours on Black Friday (at Orlando North) to get a hoodie - when they opened the box,they used a box cutter.I didn't realize they sliced my hoodie til I got home.Now I get - it was a limited item,no replacement-so I waited 4 hours in line (first one in line) for a ripped hoodie.I think I have reasons to be angry.Very disappointed that I get all these "Sale" emails and when I get to the store an hour later,they have nothing in stock.that's happened more times than I care to count.Its very frustrating-When I go to trulieve,i have to take TWO buses each way (and I'm disabled) -to get there and to have you be out of product when I JUST recieved your "Sale" flyer is more than frustrating

Every time that I go there the entire staff is so nice, if I've ever had any sort of problem with any product they replace it or take it for a store credit which is amazing because not all products are meant for everybody!Adam was especially helpful last time I went, I don't know his last name to give him proper cudos, but he looks like Tormund Giantsbane from GoT if that helps at all!Thanks for being so awesome to all of us, and keep up the good work!!PS. Please get more Blue River Terps products, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we want to try all those awesome goodies they have available!

Rude staff, said they were too busy to add a damn pre-roll to my existing order. Apparently they're too busy. Heads up guys- the customers are why you have a job, try being human, there are a ton of other dispensaries in the Orlando area. I was just being a loyal customer. No mas, I'm done byyyyeeeeeee

Honestly I'm giving up on Trulieve. I honestly don't understand how every time I have an online order they never can fill it because they run out ?? Always have more then an hour wait ! The lady at the front tried to throw the hour and a half wait for my pick up order in my face  which they didn't even have so why would I wait but she was rude for no reason and did even show any care terrible customer service! 0stars if possible ! Go to liberty health science they are quick and reliable and never have these issues or attitude from staff ! Just stay away from this place !

Trulieve is a good cannabis dispensary for medical marijuana patients. The flower is potent and the shatter if your into that.  The vape cartridges are okay depends which one you pick The customer service is great when its busy they  will have triva games with prizes to pass time while you wait.  Just be patience while waiting I guess thats at all dispensary.

I'm pretty new to dispensaries in Orlando but this has been my favorite one, and nearby! The staff is always very friendly and are always willing to give me suggestions, the product itself is really good and so flavorful! Brian has been super helpful and very courteous. Thank you guys so much for upholding COVID standards I always feel safe coming in keep up the good work guys!

I put a online order in at nine in the morning waited seven hours didn't hear anything back so I called them was on hold for 46 minutes finally got someone on the phone and then got hung up on never got my order.You're always guaranteed to wait an hour, even if you have a pick up order. So be prepared to wait in your car for an hour.

Thank. You. ADAM. huge shoutout. I went today for my first time, already preregistered and got my email in. You walkin and sign in up at the front, you're taken into a consultation office where someone comes and speaks to you a bit. Your name gets called and if you are lucky, you get Adam, who is knowledgable about everything and is your personal guide to freedom and happiness. Getting pure relief is my goal. He took all the time to explain every single product to me, over and again. Even complimented my Star wars purse then sold me Skywalker flower. It's the little things guys. The little things. All in all this place was nice, the prices were amazing. And again, ADAM is who you need to go see.

Orlando South Trulieve quickly became my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I have had good experiences at other locations/dispensaries but nothing beats the comradery at Trulieve Orlando South. After many visits, I can honestly say product availability is very reliable here.As a patient with a lot of anxiety, it's never easy to go out; especially around a lot of people/strangers. A big thank you to everyone who works here for making every patient feel comfortable from the moment we walk in.With that said, GABRIELLE was so friendly and genuine on my last visit. She gave me some great recommendations that I really enjoy and look forward to purchasing again.I also wanted a product that was not available but with the help of ROBBY (who had helped me on Trulieve's 12th day of Cannabis), they made miracles happen. They really work together to help the patient and that means so much to me! Thank You!

This location is trash! Every time I put in a online order I still end up waiting once I arrived. 15 to 20 minute wait all the time. At Curaleaf, we never have to wait this long. Especially if you put in order online. There customer service is good but they are super slow. It's never busy and they are super slow when expediting customers. There isn't any urgency in this location! I wish there was another truileve with faster employees.

This place turned into a mess. Don't know what happened- but I only go here when they have their ground flower deals. And good luck trying to get that. I have placed multiple pick up orders and drive 30 minutes all for them to tell my me "reserved order " has already been sold out. Done coming here- there's new and better competition out now . One is 5 minutes down the road from this location and that has turned into my new favorite

My experience here is a mixed bag.  The first time you go you will get treated like royalty.  Staff is always really nice and really caring.  Recently had several issues with their website and inventory.Two online orders ago I was charged a different price in the store then I was online, it took a couple people and me standing my ground before it was agreed to refund me the difference.  My last online order was deleted out of the system with no courtesy of any communication.  If you don't have the product the website shouldn't sell it to me, if the website does sell it to me and the person bagging the order doesn't have the product, shouldn't they call me? Inform me?  Trulieve has really good products, really good prices if you shop the deals. Decently knowledgeable staff but it depends on who you get.

Love coming in here! When you come in pleasant there’s a lot of smiles everywhere and very enjoyable atmosphere. Not 1 problem with a single staff member!! ?❤️

Everyone is nice and welcoming. Whomever gives a bad review. Is not telling the truth. I've been going there and I've been to other dispensaries Trulieve is the best and least expensive.

The staff is so friendly and nice. Did not have a long wait. The young man who attended me so super helpful. I'm trying the tincture for the first time, hopefully it will work better than the pods for me. Also the topical to rub on my neck and shoulder, hopefully that too will help with the pain. I highly recommend this store, the staff are all very knowledgeable. Will continue to use this store.

I love everyone at this location and couldn't thank them enough for everything. Over the year living near this Trulieve I met some of the best people who I am so proud to know. Everyone there is so helpful and they genuinely care about your experience while you're there. No matter what mood I'm in that day I always leave this location with a smile on my face and can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything all of you have done for me I would have never made it this past year without all of you.
