This should be 4/5, but they get a pass because the staff was awesome, compassionate, knowledgable and open-minded, the latter being what gave them the 5th star. Here's why:Bud tender wasn't as knowledgable on 1:1 Ratio products as a patient should expect, it's ok we're all human, we can't always know everything and we learn.The budtender took the time to listen and consider what I had to say as I am pretty knowledgable on the medical efficacy of 1:1 products and impactful differences between 1:1 and primarily THC products.I could tell they were interested and going to investigate further for themselves & patients they help in the future. 5 stars. My goal wasn't to blurt out info on cannabis and "feel listened to". My goal was to inspire the budtenders' want to seek out more information simply by knowing it exists. I can't wait until they open a location near me!

Wow! 5 Stars for great medicinals. My fiancé is very happy to have stumbled upon this gem. The quality and prices are incomparable to any other dispensary. Very efficient check in and out process and there is barely anyone ever there. We will definitely keep on coming back!!I truly enjoy the ambiance and all the plants

Just got to Orlando and made 2 visits here already.. only purchased "Vaporizers" and got Distillate, THC (no Terpenes) and their new Liquid Shatter.. sheesh, love it all and no complaints.. plus received great discounts on both visits with their promotions.. on top of top notch customer service from Amber and the entire Team.. it's a cool atmosphere, comfortable environment and overall great vibe.. they even have a pretty extensive line of glass pieces for your Flower purchases.. to be honest I've been to a lot of dispensaries here in Florida and Sanctuary is now in my Top 10 List.. you should shop too and you won't be disappointed!!

Amazing place. Low on options just because they're new but they're working on it. Flower they currently have is GAS! Service was great! Daija and Yvonne were so sweet and fun. Will definitely be keeping this place as part of my regular treatment schedule! Even got an awesome Swag Bag my first visit! ?

Just picked up here for the first time. All staff was exceptional, I wish I had asked for names. The man at the front desk was super friendly, and the 2 ladies at checkout were fantastic. My receipt said it was Katherine who helped me out. She was super friendly and very helpful, and she made the experience wonderful! The product is fire for sure. Will def be coming back!

Amazing staff! It feels like talking to your own friends rather than people just doing their jobs! Very comfortable and a great deal for my first visit. Product is a 10/10 and I’m looking forward to more locations opening up near me so I can become a frequent patient. Highly recommended.

Good morning If you name my name, I’m usually reviewing restaurants, but with other things goin on I have to share my experience at SANCTUARY on international Dr in Orlando Fl. My 1st visit was a true eye opener as their staff outside with Kat at the desk was awesome. They are knowledgeable on their products, which they are working on getting more, they truly embraced me as a new patient, and when I left I felt good and with Hope. If you haven’t had the time to visit Sanctuary, your missing out an awesome experience. Don’t hesitate any more. Thanks Ricky

Amazing consumer service from the moment you walk in the door!! The selection of flower is great!! I've tried most of the strains there now and I love how every strain has their own unique smells and tastes to them!! I can't get enough of the Banana Bread and Point Break, two of the best buds I've had from a dispensary!! Highly recommend going in to this store! They also have glass pieces to buy for your smoking needs, truly a one-stop shop for stoners!!!
