Need to keep product available for patients. Seems greed has over came this place as well. Loyalty to old customers seems to have been forgotten trying to make $ off new ones. Even when placed an online order was told it was sold to customer's who were there. Well this is just bad practice. Even street dealers know good business. Seems a license for compassion is worthless compared to the mighty dollar. UPDATE since this first visit I have been greeted with a more caring worker. I do understand the products are helping a lot of people. It had just became frustrating when what I needed to help with my conditions were rarely available. I truly appreciate all of trulieve assistance in helping me with my future orders. Update, Please work on your site this is the third time I have ordered where product show available, However by the end of the day I will or the next day I have received a call that my product was not available. I do understand that new patients have came in to the system however you must remember of your loyal customers which were with you since you first open your doors some who drove to your first store in St Pete for there first purchase. We do understand there is is a high demand. however you still do have the product it just has not been dissected and broken down for resale. Third and final update I have emailed your customer service email right after this message I still have not heard back in fact I now can not use your site. Thanks for fixing it! As patients I believe it is time we band together and make sure what we VOTED for is what we receive and not a monopoly which started off affordable and now uses product to create other merchandise which has caused the lack of product needed by patients. How can you offer Mini Mondays and not have any Mini's? Don't tell me they ran out I been up since 6am refreshing your site they never showed up.

Trulieve hooked me in from the very first visit over a year ago, but this location specifically goes above and beyond like no other. Luis was SO helpful, SO friendly, SO knowledgeable, And such a pleasure to chat to! He taught me more about the actual medical facts in 5 minutes than…any of the 3 pot docs I’ve had. His coworkers were also awesome, but Luis made my whole week and just really was outstanding in every way. Honestly all the staff here are so nice, plus always well stocked / lots of varieties ? thank you Luis / TL!!!

My first visit would be at trulieve because I met one of the staff members at a convention a while back And they were most helpful so I decided then I would make my first purchase there. Walking through the door the office is clean and staff greet me at the door. Fortunately, no wait.I walked right into the back which I imagine is not always the case but I was lucky I guess. Trulieve Products work great and I’ll be back for sure.

07/10/2021- A huge shout out to Tori & Zach for taking great care of me! I had an issue with my order & had to drive back to the store. I was expecting a hard time...I was so WRONG! They handled it beautifully. Now that is customer service!! I am now a loyal customer of Trulieve. Thanks so much you guys!! Joyce Very helpful and their products are great! Parking is a challenge. The edibles are good too!
