I sat there for a whole hour before they could help.. i recommend going to MUV in downtown Orlando, their flower starts at 32 dollars a 8th and 35 dollars a thc pen, compared to here where they are always sold out and NEVER have anything accurate on the website. The ladies at the front desk just sit and talk to each other while we wait.

Trulieve by far has the WORST customer service. NOBODY answers their phones (on hold for over an hour) NOBODY answers their emails, the people working their online chat can barely type sentences and refuse to help in any way. Placed an order on FRIDAY and the delivery day was supposed to be Sunday (yea, horrible turn around time). Then on Sunday I get an email my order isn't going to be delivered until TUESDAY?!! ru serious?! 4 days for a delivery and I have been trying to get in touch with someone but NOBODY works CS there. Also they charge $15 delivery fee no matter how much you buy!! their service sucks and their bud is overpriced - over $50 for some 8ths

Nadya is the best!! I had the best buying experience anywhere! She made the process fun and was very helpful in expanding my pickup order. She was patient and informative plus she really seems to know her products and made me even more informed on the various products. Plus if you love to laugh and have a good time Nadya is amazing at interacting with patients and just had me in stitches the entire transaction. Best buying experience EVER!

So I've been coming to this location for about a year or less but I always get a different person and some rushed me off or just didn't make me  feel happy to be shopping there . On today I got Brooke she was absolutely amazing professional, knowledgeable, Quick, and efficient and a smile behind the mask. I was so impressed I spoke with her store manager name Disney to let her know. Of course I'll be back but I hope I get Brooke Thou

You need to fire whoever is running this store.  I shop Trulieve in multiple counties and this store resembles no other Trulieve location.  I've been in five times, spent 30+ minutes waiting in the lobby each time and have never been able to complete a purchase here because the line never moves except when someone walks out in frustration. How do they pay the rent when they have fifteen people waiting and not one person has walked out with a purchase for an hour? Don't even bother driving here. You'll get served quicker by simply driving to MUV or Liberty Health.

Honestly, what's with all the negative reviews? I've been to Truleive seven or eight times so far. Absolutely the best. I live 150 yards from a Grow Healthy... I'll take Truleive and the 15 minute drive any day. Great staff, always helpful. The only negative thing is the wait time. Way, way too long.

Waited 15 minutes for pick up about 10 people walked in for express pickup they never even took Care of me. I walked out and frustration that they can't cater to a walk-in patients. There was no one in the store when I walked in yeah I got put in the back of one even after being placed first!

One word ... slow. I'm from Miami visiting and there's not one dispensary in Miami where I wait even remotely as close to how long I waited.

Im a regular at this location, and i usually have a great experience. on 10/19, terri was my cashier. She is SO RUDE!!! My order was a bit complicated, as i was making changes and wanted to pay with 2 different cards. She shook her head and rolled her eyes at me because she was frustrated. I asked her if we're going to have a problem, she said no but proceeded to be rude. That's when Mika came to finish the transaction because i wanted nothing to do with that girl terri. Mika is very sweet and is such a good employee, so is Nadia. Honestly this location is literally falling apart. ****** Nadia and Mika are the only 2 that give me hope at this trulieve. If it werent for nadia and mika, i would leave 1 star.

I've made 2 trips to this dispensary, once without making a pickup order and one with an order ready. I walked in without an order made, and was treated like I didn't matter one bit at checkin because I hadn't ordered anything for pickup. I had never been inside a dispensary nor had I ever ordered in person before, and I just so happen to land in the rudest of them all. And when I say rude, it was only the receptionist who was dismissive and impolite. I asked her what the process was since I had never done an in-person experience and she told me I should have read the FAQs online before coming and that it could be up to an hour of a wait. So I waited. The guy called me back, and I went to Dani. She was super nice, but didn't seem the most knowledgeable in overall cannabis terms and uses for recommending products. It was as if she was just reading from a prompter. The second time around, I made an order and got in, without any issues. The order notification said everything was available in the order, but when I arrived the receptionist this go around (different from first) said that they were out of flower and told me my new total--which didn't meet the minimum for the Black Friday Special, didn't even recommend an upsell or similar product but I requested one. Thankfully the curly-haired tinted glasses dude was onboard that day and had replacement ready for me. He's awesome. They do always seem to be out of at least one or two things I requested each visit, but that may be supply/demand issues out of their control. Overall, not a horrible dispensary depending on who you get. It's definitely a toss up.

Excellent customer service and education by Tim! At first I was a bit confused and overwhelmed with my choices but was quickly helped by Tim. Overall a wonderful experience and a wonderful employee.

This place is punctual, professional, and CLEAN. First, I went online to set up my profile and provide my required information which was simple and easy. Next I made an order online of the product I desired and I received an email and call back within 30-40 minutes on a busy FRIDAY. I go to visit the location and within 6 minutes I was called to make my payment and pick up my product. From the moment I went online to leaving the store was effortless. Everyone was well mannered and professionally dressed and groomed. Kenneth Day (CSA) and Lou (security/ambassador) provided customer service and information with ease and made this visit a 5 star. The physicians at the front desk was also nice and professional with receiving the information they needed and no hassle. Everyone was thankful and simply cared. Beautiful lobby and design as well. Thank you all for just simply caring. Forever my first option moving forward. Kindest Regards, Khalil

I was really expecting to substitute for some things that you guys might not have, but I’m glad that I didn’t have to! Whoever is in charge of your managing your shipments, great job!! For my 1st time experience it was awesome. The location is perfect, the staff is on point and the total environment makes it pleasant to walk in. Can’t wait to go back already.

Nice trip to my local Trulieve today. The staff I encountered were friendly and positive, especially Tim who was very knowledgeable and spot on with great selection and recommendation. Always a pleasure stopping by. ✌??
