Hubby's first time at any dispensary. Overall good experience. Was in and out with what he wanted.

My favorite dispensary in Orlando. a lot of variety!! The best for oil by far! Their Jack Herrer is to die for!

Been here a few times, each experience has been pleasant, easy and the staff has been amazing. This is my preferenced dispensary. I recommend you taking a visit. Location is good as well.

I've been to about a dozen dispensaries in the Orlando area and Curaleaf East is by far my favorite! Their flower, carts and concentrates are all excellent quality. They also have some tasty slim vapes for just $18! The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, professional and will spend as much time as needed explaining products. Curators, Rachel and Jose have become 2 of my favorite people in the world! I'd like to steal them for my own agency.  Also just met David who was super helpful, friendly and had great recommendations! Highly recommend this dispensary. You won't be dissapointed. It's become one of my top "happy places".

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! I was nervous when first arriving because it was my first time and i didn't know what to expect. I was immediately greeted by the most helpful guy. I'm horrible with names, but I was helped after a short 10-minute wait and he made sure I had exactly what I needed and what I came for it and what would be more helpful to me. Explained the effects of everything I bought and how to use them properly. Being a first-time customer I received $50 off my order of over $150 I even walked out with a brand new cute t-shirt I will definitely be back everybody was so nice and helpful and sweet even the manager came and spoke with me you have a brand new customer for life thank you so very much for your help guys I'll see you again very very soon!

What can I say? I HIGHly recommend Curaleaf, I personally Love this Dispensary. They were one of the first I visited in Orlando and the experience has improved over time. The are extremely Clean, knowledgeable and helpful. First time? This is a medical dispensary you won't feel intimidated going to for the first time. The have a tremendous variety of options on the menu. Prices are reasonable, you are able to order online for pick up and they deliver your products for free (sooooo convenient), which reduces foot traffic I'm sure for Walk-ins. I am impressed , even invested in their stock as a happy customer. Check out the website and try out some goodies

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I use Leafly to find strains to try but this store never pops up for some reason. It only finds the store on OBT. Hope someone can fix. Again very nice people work at this store.

I thought scamming was exclusive for drug dealers but apparently its not out of reach for curaleaf east orlando.  Ive been a medical patient for 2 years and have never had an issue with a dispensary until this experience.  I bought a half gram cartridge and when I got to my vehicle i checked the products to make sure everything was there and noticed the more expensive cart I got was barely even a third of a gram. I went back they told me to leave it upright so it could settle out, and i did even though i knew that wouldnt work because i have common sense. I took it back later the same day and while I waited to be seen could hear them say this was the third time it had happened today. STILL they refused to exchange the item or give any sort of refund even though it was not a full product. Horrible manager,  rude service and incomplete products. SCAM!!

This particular location can be a hassle. My least favorite thing about this location is the lack of professionalism and lack of staff - causing operations to be slow and unorganized. For instance the check in receptionists are also the bud tenders so very often you have to wait up to 20 mins just for someone to greet you and check you in...It's not a welcoming environment. If you're in a rush, put in a pick up order first but warning- you may still have to wait quite a while. For this reason, this is my least favorite of all the local dispensaries. Besides that bad customer service, they tend to carry pretty good products and offer consistent quality-- just be prepared to WAIT. They have decent flower but their strong point are concentrates and edibles.

Since coming back and giving it another try I have noticed a Significant change in pace and friendliness in staff members. Everyone was more than willing to help and they have sped up the process and wait times. CURALEAF NEEDS A TIP BOX FOR THE EMPLOYEES. every dispensary in the Orlando area has a tip box except curaleaf

I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience at a dispensary until now. I spent 45 minutes waiting in line for my PICKUP order for them to tell me that they don't have any orders for me. I showed them the emails, texts, and the confirmation numbers - but apparently they could not use any of those and I ended up paying MORE than what I had initially ordered. Will never come here again.

Great place, very helpful, answered all my question (I'm a caregiver)...I will be going back!

Let me tell you after working long day after 12 hours as a health care worker !! The best staff , I seen you guys pick special people , the lady and gentlemen that helped me get my product was so friendly , and answer my question and where so nice this is why I drive from Haines city to you guys !!! You guys rock from the front and checking out amazing team !!

Best customer service ever! Gabbi is such a sweetheart made me feel so welcomed, all the staff did! I love this curaleaf

placed an online pick up order , my first time shopping with this specific place and i would not recommend !! they gave me anxiety just from the waiting room alone , the room was cramped full of waiting customers three chairs max and they did not offer the call back option to all customers only ones they knew personally i had to asked to be called when my order was ready after standing in the packed lobby . All in all i waited in my car 20 mins, i watched two or three people walk in from there vehicles and go behind the door to be serviced so i took my id and left . i understand its a weed shop quote on quote but the atmosphere and service has to be upgraded .

Anyone that gives this location anything less than a 5 is just a grumpy weenie. Aside from long wait times (which has nothing to do with them) there isn’t a single bad thing about this place. I’m not just excited to get my medication when I go here, I’m excited to interact with the workers, and as an extreme introvert that’s saying something.

Ordered on line for pick up thinking I would walk in and pay. Waited over a half hour. They had 4 employees at one time not helping any one. I went for the savings and drove over 30 minutes. Not worth the aggravation and disappointment. Stay away. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a dispensary. Slow inefficient service. Not enough stock of products. Not sure what the point of ordering ahead of time is for. Lots of people waiting and lots of employees not helping people.
