I usually stick to my usual  spots because I tend to love my usually budtenders, but long story short I got stuck trying out this spot and I'm happy I did. Celia was really sweet, knowledgeable and I loved her recommendation. I'll be back again

This place is the worst! DO NOT buy at this dispensary. EVERYTHING is way overpriced. 1 joint is $15 when are only $5 and HUGE down the road.

Went to the kind Center on Friday and Richard help me out, pick out a few thing. by far the best guy, know what he is talking about and a cool guy.

I'm so glad I came across the kind center!  I was helped in a timely manner and was shown the best medicine for my needs. Chloe and Meli have both helped me on numerous occasions and have been not only helpful but so sweet and kind. This is my new favorite spot and I definitely recommend heading over here if you're looking for quality bud and service.

I've been here 4 times now, never had a bad experience, however Kim was super kind, down to earth and extremely helpful with finding me a strain I felt comfortable leaving with (being sorta new to this) Thanks Kim!

Being new to both LA and recreational marijuana I was a bit intimidated by the prices at first. Thankfully the bud tender Trey was super knowledgeable and helped me find a strain to fit my needs and my budget. Thanks again!

Not sure why they waited 3 months to respond to a review, but I appreciate the late effort. Though it is too bad they didn't address the issue with the quality of their product. You could have the best service in the world, but if your product is bad, there's no point in visiting.

I had never been in before and Mila was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very welcome. I had a lot of annoying questions but she answered every one of them. She was so friendly and kind that I hope every time I'm in, she's there to help me. I loved the store as well! Loved the vibe it and the staff gave! Thank you! You're awesome!

3.2 on a 1/8 I don't always weigh my herb but this felt light.  They're very nice when I go. I didn't like to wait out front with heavy drug traffic from the encampment nearby too.  Made me feel unsafe.  They should have a guard ON Cahuenga posted.

I had delivery and the driver was fast and efficient and totally cool. I also found the website super easy to navigate and order from. Excellent variety of prerolls, edibles and flower. Thanks Kind Center! I'll be ordering more soon!

This is my favorite spot period. The staff is amazing and very well educated. The locations a bit far away from my house but it's well worth the drive in every manner. My favorite Flower company is Cali Kush Farms. This is their headquarters! They specialize in OG Kush. Not many have the best of the Best. The Kind Center has the best of the best. Go for yourself and check it out. Right when you walk in the lobby, you get a sense of upper echelon providers. #kindcenterlovesyou 24/7. Open from 10am-8pm everyday for your medical convince. Tell them that Habibi sent you via Yelp. They will treat you like family.

I love this placed, best weed in town and best customer service! Price are good specially the happy hour from Monday through Wednesday! And Thursday of no tax! Richard knows the real customer service!

Shout out to Rene! Always so quick to show what the shop has and is also a great bud tender, I always get out quickly when he helps me out. Also he noticed my dreamstate lanyard! Shout out to that cool cat raver! I love how this dispensary has a lot of great options other than flowers to smoke marijuana, their topicals and edibles are amazingly good and for the great potent that they are I don't think I go anywhere else but here, plus living right around the corner from this dispensary is just another great thing to add. I always tell my friends to come here if they want more options other than flowers

i'm brand new to cbd and mila was super helpful and knowledgeable when i came in the other day. gave me some great advice & insight to some different products, and i left feeling way less anxious (or maybe that was just the cbd)! was also happy with the covid precautions!

So been going to Kind Center for a while now and in the past I really just went to whoever, but now I always keep my eye out for Keita (think he's new), as he gave me some really great suggestions and really seemed to know what he's talking about. I asked for some tips on a strains for different activities and he made me feel like I left with some knowledge and the exact thing I was looking for. Great energy and a great interaction.

You guys lost me.I live right behind this place and have been coming here for YEARS. Lately, every time I visit, you're always out of the majority of best selling products (apparently they let their customers buy in bulk "once they see a new drop")  I wouldn't be posting this if I wasn't extremely annoyed at the past 3 visits I've been in and have had to drive alllllll the way to MedMen (the best in the game, no doubt) which is not fun for me in 4:00 Hollywood traffic. Sorry, Kind Center. Y'all are great people...but.... PLEASE start penciling in bigger or more frequent orders from your popular brands.

I came in for CBD because I've been getting anxiety lately. The 1 star isn't the product, it's the chick helping me. I think she might've been high... she was as smart as a pile of bricks! Here's why:*First I kept telling her THC makes me anxious and every product she recommended was ratio w/ THC. *Second she kept misinforming me about the products so I pulled my phone out and started doing my own research. *Third, she was supposed to give me a 15% discount ($11) and she didn't include that either. But with what I said, I didn't expect better from herHowever, I bought the 1,000mg tincture and holy shit am I amazed by this product! Works so promptly and effectively for anxiety. The packaging says "California - CBD Company" on top with "PURE 1,000mg CBD" in the middle.

First time here at the Kind Center. I have been going to MMD down the block for years and will continue to go there after my initial visit. Was pleasantly surprised from the front desk and the people inside were cool too. Bought an 8th of the strawberry fields and at first I loved this strain after a joint, then I started breaking up more of the nugs and noticed small areas of white strawberry mold in majority of them. Major bummer because who wants to pay premium prices for some weed with mold in it. That's a no no so for that I will not be coming back due to quality control. I tried calling to see if they would do anything about it but nobody answered the two times I called so I'm not going to waste my time. I just wanted you all to keep an eye out. I have been trimming for many years so yes, I know what I'm looking for/at.

Always consistent. Rene is awesome and always has the best recommendations! All of the staff there are such a delight. Stocked edible selection everyday. Rad place.

I came in and paid for a full gram cartridge and got home and saw they gave me a half so I called and they said I needed to come in and return it. I came in and they swapped it out for the right one but treated it as if it was my mistake not theirs. Didnt offer anything for the inconvenience, not even a discount on my next purchase. I'm bummed seeing as it's the closest dispensary to my house and it was also my first time there. Hopefully they dont do this often?

Love this place. Super helpful if you're not fully comfortable with cannabis and where to begin. Great prices. Avery was extremely helpful when we had questions about how  different strains would affect us. Highly recommended!

Staff is great. They're great to my dogs. But they often don't have gummies or simple product like a hybrid flower so one star off.

I frequent this spot because it's close to my house and they have convenient parking in the back. However, after a long day, I wanted to unwind and end the day right. Avery helped me and he was not only super helpful but he gave me more options and a great deal by offering 2 strains because I wanted a hybrid. So I was able to get a better deal on getting 2 types at not that much more  cost. Who doesn't love options?! Especially when it comes to flower. The outcome of my experience was great customer service and satisfaction. Hoping the next time I come back I get Avery because he was exceptional and that good! Fr!

Not covid safe. I've never been here before but was sold on the curbside pickup. I placed my order, drove to the store and waited out front for 20 mins while I called and no one answered. Finally just went in and they themselves are protected but seemed unconcerned about the customer. Yes they have purell but they're handling everything. The front desk took /handled my ID and the woman ringing up my order grabbed my PHONE to see the order I placed online. Complete opposite of why I thought I was going there. Curbside is a false. Just call to see what I'm talking about. No one will answer no matter what time.

RICHARD IS THE MOTHER FUCKING BOMB. That could just be the review. I could leave it at that. Just show up at The Kind Center ... ask for RICHARD ... and you're all set. You're in good hands. I could leave it at that. I'm not.I discussed the kinds of high I like (and don't like), I asked RICHARD about how products are made, I asked RICHARD about the pros/cons (and philosophy) behind different manufacturing techniques. I asked RICHARD about company after company, product after product, I asked RICHARD if he tried various products and his thoughts. RICHARD never tried to hurry me along, RICHARD seemed more & more energized by the conversation, RICHARD discussed the pros/cons of his own personal faves ... I left The Kind Center a very happy new customer. I will definitely return. I will definitely tell my friends. AND I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET FROM A DISPENSARY! I forgot - RICHARD kept me in my budget. OK? You gotta give this fella a bonus or a raise or some freebies or better discounts or SOMEthing!

I love this shop! Ken really makes my experience worth the drive all the way from Woodland Hills. It's great to see such a warm and welcoming face every time I stop in(: he's always helpful and gives great suggestions!

Awful customer service, won't be coming back.After having dinner in Hollywood, we found Kind Center on Weedmaps. We checked in the lobby at 9:50pm and was rudely told by the staff that they close at 10pm and their cut-off time for FTPs was 9:45pm. I was confused cos I came in just for mints/edibles and she rudely repeated herself saying that with paperwork and their "huge selection", there's no way we'd finish shopping in 10-minutes. First, I'm not trying to spend my whole night in a dispensary after just hiking 7-miles to the Hollywood sign. Second, for someone who works at a dispensary, she really needed to chill out and just be... I don't know, KIND? It's like I had to beg to give them my business. She could've conveyed the same message without being so rude. We left and found an awesome dispensary 5-minutes away that also closes at 3:00am, so thanks for turning us away!

This is my go to dispensary. They were medical prior to the legalization so you know they are legit. The staff is always so helpful, friendly, and all around amazing. They always have a suggestion for whatever is troubling you: anxiety, pain, etc. They know their stuff! They also have a different deal seven days a week!

This place is awesome! I was on my way home and decided to stop by because its conveniently near the 101. Celia was great and super helpful. Was definitely satisfied with my purchase!

The reason for the low rating is because of the lack of customer service. The woman working the front desk that takes your ID and buzz you through treated myself, and my three friends poorly. When we were greeted and I told her it was our first time she did not welcome us or give us our 15% off coupon. However when white people came in she welcomed them, asked them how they heard about the business and was sure to give them their -5% off coupons. The woman was rude and very short with us. Yes, in case you are wondering we are black. The crew in the back however were amazing and helpful! Just the girl with the curly hair that had the attitude problem.

This has been my home dispensary for about a year now and I can't say enough good things in one review to cover it all, but they're amazing! Great staff, great selection. Even before the remodel the place looked awesome but now it looks even better. I'm also a part of their loyalty program and I consistently get free stuff like joints, dab mats and hats all the time.

So last night I was basically called a liar and belittled for getting slightly upset because I was over seen in the line to cash out and said something, I mean after waiting for 10 mins I was rightfully next. Instead of sorry I was told that I was a liar and was belittled by both the girl cashing people out and the guy who I know also works there because I've seen him. He was off clock which makes it even sadder. Like wow this is how you treat people and even worse at your  place of work? Remember yes it may be your day off but customers remember a face and you are still representing the brand. I did get one sorry by the receptionist on my way out. Thank you. That was greatly appreciated and very kind. Sometimes a "simple sorry about that" is all someone wants to hear. I will not be going back to the kind center simply because I left feeling sad.

Everyone was pleasant at Kind...first speaking by phone, I was hopeful after N. told me of a specific CBD oil she was using for her autoimmune disorder to help her with pain and I should try for my issues fibromyalgia, arthritis and sciatica ...didn't really happen after purchasing one pricey little bottle.I might go back since I was referred by a neighbor and there's a 15% off offer. I need to do more research first. When I got home, realized a chart they gave me did not jive with what I was told I was getting. I cannot afford to just hand over money and suggest every one inquiring about medicinal marijuana hone in on what they really need before going.

Thank the heavens for Natalie and Rene first of all. I've been Using this pharmacy for about three years now and they have taken care of me in every way possible as a customer . They have made me feel like not only a friend but a member of their family. I cannot recommend a higher quality of service anywhere in town , unfortunately this review will bring even more business and make my lucky spot even busier...  but such is the nature of the truth. I highly recommend this location and their service and selection. Look for the billboard before you get on the 101 north right next to the shop.

My new spot for good strains. I'm into sativa, I love working out on it, making art, it helps with depression. Bud tender Evelyn always has great recommendations for new strains. Pineapple gummies are good here too. I recommend the Cali Kush J-1 strain. It makes you feel amazing.

Great place. Visited from Houston and i loved the selections. Very good selection did I just say that lol. Nice and courteous from the time you walk in the door.

The staff was friendly and upbeat! I was greeted as I arrived and the vibe was smooth. The lobby is clean and there is a PAC man arcade available if your waiting to go in. I ll for sure come back! The biker OG was fire and the packaging is secure.

I love the kind center, I go weekly!!! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel stupid or weird when asking basic questions. They are always friendly with a smile. Today I got the pleasure of being served by Rene. He has great energy and is super kind and is extremely proficient!! Also fun side note; they have free parking!!!! It's a little alley you can easily miss it but once you find it, it makes going there so much easier. They also offer pick up and delivery!!!!

Was searching for a specific strain (laughing buddha) and had called seven dispensaries to no success. Representative that answered phone named Jay was lovely enough to search their inventory to make sure they had it and sure enough, they did! When I got there the budtender was also very informed, patient and true to their name, very "kind". Thank you guys for helping me get one of Mother Nature's best medicines.

I just started going to The Kind Center and they have a more stoner old Skool vibe than what I prefer but I also realize there is an audience for that. Recently I went to get some edibles there and found what I was looking for BUT got ripped off in the process. I was wearing a pair of expensive sunglasses when I walked in. I left with out them and of course with the 200 cameras everywhere.... no one knew who stole them!!! That is some shady biznass!!! It is disgusting that they would prefer to steal from customers rather than do the honest thing. NEVER GOING BACK TOO UNKIND!!!

Was in LA visiting family and decided to give some edibles a try for my severe insomnia.  I have NEVER been in a place like this.  They have EVERYTHING you could want.  I didn't know what half the stuff was or how to use it.  Sasha was amazing.  She took the time to explain to us exactly what products I would like.  She was right......I only wish we could get it legalized in New York.   I have been sleeping like a baby ever since.  I had the opportunity to check out other dispensaries and they were nothing compared to The Kind Center.  Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable.  My only criticism would be that maybe they should post a scary security guard OUTSIDE as both times we went there there were some sketchy characters hanging out to the right of the business closer to the gas station.  The way they were eyeing us, I felt like they were sizing up potential victims.   Otherwise this is the ONLY shop to visit if you're in the area!

The Kind Center is the place to go if you need to get any sort of marijuana products in Hollywood. It's always nice and clean. The bud tender Richard was very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. That guy is always my go to if I have any questions at all. He is very helpful and recommends products that I haven't even heard of yet and only of the best in the shop. I live down the street and this is the only place I go to. If you love quality product then this is the spot for you ! They even have a parking lot in the back.

I completely love this local shop of mine in Hollywood  from the moment you come in the staff happily welcomes you in and  and joe happened to assist me she was very well knowledgeable about her flowers and really took care of me since I was 1 short from cash  she values her costumers and helps them with what they need love her  and the kind center staff was even friendly with my pup gave her a snacks definitely recommend 100% -America Flores

Fast and friendly service. They always have great sativas, which are hard to find sometimes. And if you buy an eighth they put it in a glass jar. Plus they have a free Ms. Pacman game in the front!

The Kind Center has a friendly, helpful staff and a good selection of stuff. Prices are okay, not a lot of specials or sales except the 1st and 15th I think they do 20% off.  They are also super close to my home and that is awesome. The fly in my soup on this place is there return/exchange policy. I have spent a lot of cash at this place and recommended it to several other stoners who have spent a lot of money as well. On 2 occasions I got stuff that broke and they were dicks about it. This is the owners policy so I dont blame the staff, but it's a shittty way to handle your customers. I will not be going back unless there is a weed apocalypse and this is my only hope. A little less than kind at The Kind Center.

Today was my first time to The Kind Center. The whole experience was very pleasant. My friend and I went in looking for preroll packs and were given a lot of options.  Avery looked after us and was patient, informative, and jovial.thanks Avery.

Spotted this little gem at the gas station and this is by far the best spot to get great customer service coming from a couple that buys recreationally in San Diego. Kenny was amazing! Knowledgeable, kind and took the time to help us find some product for our senior dog and myself. Definitely left with the intention of shopping here when in LA.

Great dispensary Ivan was a very cool bud tinder I got a chance to spin the wheel and won a dope t shirt and and was also given a free matching hat from the big boss man. But besides the free gifts the king Louie OG I got was a super potent gassy heavy indica competing with any out there hands down. Great place cool bud tinder's even better bud! The Kind Center is the most convenient, most dopest spot I've ever been to ever since I starTed coming Herrera for the last year and half ! My boy Avery is the best bud tender there ! And Trina is also amazing ! Do yourself a favor and keep those two there forever !

I'm someone who comes frum South la all the way here I don't mind the time. Decent area but the dispensary is fantastic great experience bud tender was not vibeing prolly having a bad day. But overall they have the right medicine.

I really like this place they have a cool shatter display...like in a cookie or fudge shop the concentrate is on a cookie sheet and they have about 10 of those....some nice looking buds in there..jungle boys terraform and a couple of other nice labels....many trophies in the waiting area...it took a manager approval but i got my discount(kinda a must i only get paid about half min. Wage so it necessary)...the staff was cool...the manager threw in a left over product from a product demo that was nice(dom pen...a really effevtive product if you remove the mouth piece/spit stopper...otherwise the draw is slow and stiff). All the bud looked nice bottom to top...a lil out of the way for me but worth the bus ride.

I gotta tell ya, as a hospitality manager for the last 15 years, management is not Kind Center's strong suit, based on my experience. My first experience with KC was a challenge in itself. I had all the requisites, govt ID, notarized recommendation letter, proof of residency. At first they refused my proof of residency because I used my car's CA registration, and they wanted a utility bill. Well most people don't carry around their utility bill, and why not my car's reg? Seems like the reg would be better, as it would be EASY to forge a utility bill. Finally I asked to see the manager and she sent me in, approving the use of my vehicle reg as proof of residency. Once (finally) inside the store, I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable sales ladies, got some flower and some concentrates, and was on my way. So the first experience was just ok. I came back again today after only a few days since my first visit and I was asked for all my credentials again, even though they made copies. I was then told by the manager that i needed to bring in this or that, but she wasn't being helpful, it seems that she's the personality type where the first instinct is always "no" and you just have to work with them until they say yes. So even tho she is standing there, holding copies of my paperwork, she is still insisting I need to bring everything back again. The lesson here is that there are LOTS of dispensaries and delivery services for your medicine. We, as consumers have the choice of options. The dispensary isn't in charge. You are. You are the consumer. You are the reason they exist and continue to exist. So if you're like me and you  medicate for anxiety, you'll just end up leaving Kind Center shaking and frustrated. Do delivery.

Dont honor online prices, receptionist hangs up on you.  Hollywood we have plenty more choices...dont shop here...rude..not KIND at all

Came in for a quick pickup on my way to my best friend's house. It was right off the 101 so it was perfect! Came in and everyone was so nice and helpful. My budtender's name was Kylie and she was so nice! She was super helpful and great to talk to! Prices are on the higher side but the product is worth it! Will definitely come again!

Loved that I was able to call ahead, get some qualified knowledgeable information on some products and was able to choose what was best for me.  Also loved that I was able to order online, get a 15% new customer discount and get a curb side pick up. Didn't have to wait but 4 minutes from letting them know I was outside to getting my parking lot delivery.  The products are just as expected, packaged nicely, and securely.  I'll definitely be back.

Great place nice people good deals + excellent high-end stuff like Tyson KO.  Kim, in particular, is a very knowledgeable employee along with the other longtime staffers.  I call her the professor because not only does she have the answers, she knows how to communicate to the uninformed such as myself

I came here off of a friends recommendation and am so glad I did! They always carry a good variety of products and the staff is always welcoming, Alex is great to talk to and I've loved every recommendation he's made to me so far! I'm usually not too adventurous, so it's great to get some direction. Overall love coming in here.. the best shop in LA!

The best variety of concentrates anywhere in Los Angeles. Many different kinds of marijuana products...even for pets! Clean, secure with a nice staff. Not much on the low end of prices but everything is of a high quality.

I’m giving two stars because the flower is really good. However curbside pick up is a joke. My first time trying curbside here! I called and they said be right out... 10 minutes later I ended up going in the store and I can NOT make this up. There were 3 bud tenders and 1 CUSTOMER. I asked why is there a wait when it’s in NO WAY busy? She goes oh I was just on my way out. Clearly customer service is not a priority. If you want FAST curbside pickup head down the road to MMD. I uploaded a screenshot of the two times I called for curbside before heading in.
