I've been a regular here for almost a year. The selection here is alright. The vibe I get from the employees is always condescending. The delivery service is always having issues, and they have consistently been hostile when I've brought up said issues. Only go here if it's convenient.

I was just there. Great service inside. They helped me find a great pre-roll for my boyfriend as he has been stressed and needed some assistance to chill. The security on the other hand was rude and immature. I had asked if it was ok if I left my beer outside because obviously you can not enter an establishment as such with alcohol. He was not paying attention and thought it was a Pepsi . And when he finally did he took it and poured it out in the street. And had a rude comment to make as I left. Very unprofessional on his behalf. But the inside service everyone was great .

Brian with the "locks" was super knowledgeable and I love that when I'm spending my money!

Update.. They put back the tip jar!! Also gave their employees some other perks from what i hear... I certainly hope so..  Glad to see the management listened!Will def be coming back..

Can the creepy bouncer at the front, please, stop catcalling and making remarks at the women passing by?It's really creepy, feels disgusting, and that desperate just makes me want to avoid that street.

I ordered a Hybrid flower online and they gave me an Indica. The only girl on duty was very rude and hung the phone up on me telling them their mistake. Their website is incorrect. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or from them in general. (She is/was working today 1/31/2021 at 3:28PM, the rest were guys).

This is the only place to come for your medicine needs. Prices are incredible and the staff is knowledgeable without being pretentious. Don't be fooled by the others, this is the real deal. Also the black series is solid and consistent.

I truly f*ckin love this place. Staff is super friendly and efficient, their selection of product is AMAZING and their delivery process is super smooth. Honestly, what more can one ask for? They legit have some of the best prices from any of the dispensaries I've been to, deffffffff drop in here if you haven't yet!

Registers weren't up so I couldn't pay with card. Had to use ATM but ATM did not work. Came back 10 minutes later with cash and had to wait all over again.Other than that, great products and chill spot. Call ahead of time if you don't carry cash on you on the regular, especially right now during COVID.

Yo! The greenhouse is the bomb! I would like to thank  the Friday night crew and herb tender in training Carlos for a great service. All three staff members personally helped me out, and I was greeted by the security man with courtesy and a smile. Friday nights at the GH is my now new regular spot. Been there twice with the same positive results and great deals. I like to ask questions and most shops  in LA I am greeted with lazy budtenders who don't even want to talk to me. Not at the Greenhouse. Top notch service by super friendly people. You have my business from now on.

I've always had a great experience. They are friendly and knowledgeable with products. I think they have a wider selection compared to MedMen and better prices.

I just took my first home delivery ever for the order I placed with Daniel on the phone. It was efficient and easy. They required a photo of my medical cannabis license and my drivers license and the procedure was transacted in cash at my front gate. I was very pleased with how easy it was. Daniel was so helpful as I changed my mind and changed my order several times and asked a million questions. I highly recommend Greenhouse Herbal center. I prefer going in the store when I am able, but I am a senior and I am staying at home now.Update: I am continuing to get home delivery and it has been smooth and easy to do. They apply whatever discounts I am qualified to receive, they notify me by text when there are sales that I might like to take advantage of. They are very professional.

Hi I've been a customer at this place for a about a year now and I've brought a lot friends to your store as well. I've been fairly happy with the service in store however today was really disappointing. I came by in the after noon at around 2 pm to purchase pre rolls and was told that if I wanted the Red Grifith shakes I need to come back at 8 pm and they would be on happy hour pricing. I came back later that evening and y'all had only two left so I asked if I could get those since I came back a second for that product. Upon check out I was told I need to buy another product to complete my purchase and so I did ( this lack of transparency when I came in at 2 pm was upsetting) and THEN I go to check out and they can't ring up the red grifith pre rolls bc they're not 'online' yet. Katherine at the register apologized profusely but this was seriously a bad experience.

Great and friendly staff. From the security to the herbologists. Very clean and easy to see all the products. Parking is pretty painless even for that neighborhood.

Nice place. I moved to California august 1st 20202. I have been to several dispensaries. I stopped going to other places after I found greenhouse.

Great selection, staff is great but I do have one complaint. Why try to push the most expensive stuff? I can see there is a bit non compassionate care here when it comes to selling products, This is the corporate motto. I appreciate being recommended stuff, but not stuff that is super expensive. Being in Hollywood I understand but doing price comparisons they do hike up their prices. They have selection but selection that will break the bank, I am a firm believer that people should not pay over 75 for an 8th that has some lavish packaging. I've had buds that come in the resealable bags that are better quality and at half the price. Also the orange bong cleaner was hiked up in price... even cleaning a bong is expensive if you come here.I can only imagine if they carried illadelph pieces they'd be hiked up in price too... lavish shop carrying China glass... would like to mention that while is being helped by the bud tender another guy came up and rushed me to buy and started recommending me stuff that was over priced as welthey also removed their green house specials which were price at an amazing price, they started with the price hike then telling us they're phasing them out to now carrying their green house buds. I have not came here in a few months due to this reason, to my surprise the point system has changed and is a way too unfair. We spend money to rack up these points to only get these bumped up? You have to spend 100+$ for 20$ off and that's If you have 400 point.If you are familiar with their points system you will know how hard it is to rack up points. I'm sorry but definitely not coming backOnce their corporate greedy motto ha changed might i may give them a chance. This was an honest review from some one that actually cares about people in the cannabis community/industry , people have complained a lot about this shop over the years due to their prices going up and customer service being so salesman like, Always pushing the expensive products. Common sense and how to actually interact with humans is lacking.I work with over 20k people and not one of my employees act like robots... think twice about coming here unless you want to spend money and get a generic experience

Great price fast friendly service and good selections. It's convenient in Hollywood and there is easy street parking.

Called ahead to make sure the price of the product is as advertised online.Girl on phone assured it was and emphasized all priced include tax.Drove from the other side of town to find that the price is twice as much as advertised. And everything else is VERY pricey.The girl in charge (another one) couldn't care less when I said I came especially for that. Left empty handed - not coming back.

All of the employees know their stuff and they're super friendly and helpful. 10/10. I keep coming back to this place because its so easy to shop here.

I usually go in different places and this one is close to my house but I almost don't go there. I went Saturday 17 and Danny was above and beyond the service, recommended a really good flower and edible. I will definitely go back more often!!

Just went on for my first time!! The staff is so great and super knowledgeable. Loved the security guard out front- he was super sweet and funny. Koi helped me out!! She knows her stuff.

Stopped in for the first time and had a great experience. I only waited for a few minutes and went right in. I like to smoke, but I'm not very knowledgeable about different strains and what works best for what symptoms/effects, etc. This is where the staff comes in. Elias is a fantastic Budtender who really knows his stuff. He was able to provide me several different options and eventually guided me towards what I was looking for without being pushy or "sales-y". I really appreciated that. As far as price, I think their prices are pretty good compared to some other dispensaries in the area, especially considering the excellent quality of the product. Good stuff! Sometimes dispensaries can seem a little intimidating, especially if you don't visit them very often. The whole staff, including Kershaun who rang me up and even the security guard was very friendly and welcoming. And, bonus points for Elias for explaining the mystery of the symbol on my hat! All in all, great experience. I'm definitely going to shop there again!

This used to be my favorite place to buy weed. Went there today and was refused service because my license expired. Because of Covid I have been waiting for my new one. I had 10 credit cards in my name and offered bills and car registration in my name. Sadly the jobs worth failed cop/  security gaurd at the door got to deploy some of his authority. So I say goodby- tons of other great places to spend my cash. More that infamous American no can-do attitude.

Whether I'm making a recreational purchase, trying to find a topical that best suits me or even something for my pet (medicinally, of course!), The Greenhouse has a great selection of products with the knowledge, provided by their staff, to ensure you're confident with your purchase (thanks, lab testings!). They're super clean, I love their retail approach and that they're always evolving with the cannabis industry and their laws, so I also, always feel safe when I come here. I'm excited to see the expansion of their showroom!P.S. They're growing their own flower now! I highly recommend Cherry Pie & Diablo OG.

The locations convenient, I'm always in & out within 10 minutes & the staff isn't pushy at all with products, they're all professional & chill. Sam helped me out a couple times with good recommendations & input. Pricey but when it's good it's worth it.

This is my local dispensary and I'm very lucky! They're doing a great job handling the circumstances businesses are under due to COVID-19. The sweetest employees who genuinely want the best for their customers!

This place over charges on flower i have tried a better shop and they gave me a bang for my buck this place charges $68 for 3.5

I am beyond disappointed by the way this place runs their operations. First off, as someone else mentioned, it is not ok to have a security guard take your ID and then without your consent hand it to someone behind a wall where you can not see what they do with it. I have never been to a shop that thought this was acceptable.The second thing that to me is sketchy and concerning is their payment process. I asked the guy selling me product if I could pay with a card and he said debit was accepted. When I went to pay, the guy at the register asked me if I knew their debit policy. In which I responded that I did not. He then tried to explain to me that they had a debit fee of $2.50 but they round up to the nearest increment of five and give you cash back with the difference. Now I completely understand a debit fee but what I was not informed of was that he was actually running the card as an ATM withdrawal without my consent. This is not the same thing as debit. The next day I had an extra charge for my bank because my card was run on an atm that is not through my bank. Frankly this appears to be some sort of fraud and while I am in full support of dispensaries they should not be allowed to get away with such poor business practices.

I frequent this herbal center frequently. I'm a marijuana newbie, and the people who work there go above and beyond to help you figure out what you need and how to work all of the fun gadgets.Kershaun and Matt are amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I've also had awesome experiences with Margarita and Sam. Basically, everyone who works here rocks and they don't make you feel intimidated or stupid if you don't know some thing. They are completely willing to help and teach. Plus they're always in a good mood!

A great local-neighborhood dispensary, don't recommend it for tourists. It's petite but very clean, bright, welcoming and transparent. Staff is very friendly and they always seem to answer my questions well.

Pulled up to pick up some flower here for the first time. They didn't take note I was a first time patient and didn't give me the 15% off. I figured they would notice since there was only three people working you would think someone would remember or it would be in their system but I guess not. Not even sure what the deal is for people with recommendations is here everything on Weedmaps description was vague. Flower was okay. Only picked up cause I didn't want to drive far but now I feel like I should've taken the drive anyway.

I had a great time I was well-informed answer all my questions great conversation very clean Wich now days matters a lot. Definitely will be back deals are great so check those out online.

When I order pick-up and have to wait 1 hour to get a text telling me my order is ready for pick-up...I would expect to literally arrive.. present my ID and get called in right away to pick up my merchandise that is supposedly ready for pick up. Instead I had to wait 15 minutes to be called in...it wasn't even packed with people. If its not ready...don't say its ready yet.

Made my first trip to Greenhouse Herbal Center Monday July 7, 2020. I was lucky as a new customer have Sam assist me in my selections cannabis infused gummies.  I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Sam was great help making suggestions based on my needs.  I will be back for sure.

I have always liked green house, weed selection is top notch! BUT it's like they look for the DICKIEST security guards to work for them, this was my second experience w the security who was SO FUCKING RUDE!!!! He literally had me wait outside & when I asked if I could go in because I was cold, he said mam u can wait a second if not u can go home, but with the most disrespect I could not believe it. So disappointed in how he treated me.

Love this place. Great selection and even better service. All the peeps behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Honestly this place is a rip off they have all these hidden fees and charges plus when you go in the workers were not very helpful they only tried to sale me the top shelf they didn't even tell me they had other kinds of bud I won't go back here again just overall not a professional place and it's definitely not worth the money

Last resort. Each time I've gone there the recommendations are horrible, and they continually label strains wrong. Wanted a heavy indica which I asked for. Tender showed me a rec in the Indica section. Got and1/8th. Went home smoked. Guess what it's a hybrid. Looked up its strain info it's a 50/50 hybrid. Unfortunately I only like heavy indices so I wasted $50. Also don't pay 50 for an 1/8th. Just go down toward western and melrose. Hella dispensaries with great weed, and great prices. 1/8th for around 25. Made the mistake of waiting last minute so paid twice what I usually pay for uselessnessJust realized that grow their own strains and sell them at extra high prices. Prime move.

Awesome service can't wait to try what they recommended.  The place just got a new look and are getting great strains. I have been here 3 times this is my fourth and I haven't been disappointed yet

The best customer service I have ever revived in a cool and relaxed vibe that I received and I'm 100% that this place not only got me a as customer and I have been going here and and Joush was so amazing and nurturing to me was an amazing experience that I revived and will definitely be returning!

Since Greenhouse's own software came after me to request a review- here it is:For years- Greenhouse was my neighborhood dispensary- & I was well- pleased with staff & selection.Ever since their long closure & subsequent re-opening, I have TRIED to like this place again- but this week, they lost my business FOREVER!I stopped in- because I noticed from their online menu that they had Dimebag "Zskittles " pre-rolls.Since I had recently purchased this dimebag strain elsewhere- & liked the flavor & effect- I askedIs this 5-pack an 1/8th of the recent crop?I was told YES by the friendly but clueless bud tender as he slipped it into a small white bag, stapled it shut & took my $$$.Got home to discoverA) the 5 pack was of .5 gram inch and a half tiny joints- totaling 2.5 and NOT 3.5- so a gram short of an 1/8th. But the kicker? Harvest date on the pack was 11/10/18... the weed was more than a YEAR old.Instead of 21% THC... it was tested at 12%... WAY below the 2019  strain at 12%.RIPOFF !!!So- I return 2 days later - just seeking an explanation- WHY did you sell me year- oldLow octane weed?A different pleasant but vacant bud tender looked at the package-( and all the others still for sale at the counter)- and shook his head with a kind of "Sorry, not sure how that happened' (Though clearly it is STILL happening).No effort to exchange/ upgrade/ redirect.When I asked about the Oz. Of lemon Sativa I had been offered 2 days earlier ( for a budget price of $130)... I was told that had just been marked up to $165...So - this dispensary is super- greedy .Many products sold here are available 1 mile away for 25% less$$$.Have to laugh when I see their $65-85 1/8ths...I will leave this  place to those who enjoy being taken...

Love this place and the people that work there ! Today Rene and Nate had my favourites ready for  the weekend and I really wanted to leave a tip but wasnt allowed  . I think the management should change that so we are allowed to make the gesture of tipping if we want to !

Great service every time I come here. Great prices. Best dispensary near me that actually makes it's shoppers feel cared for and not judged no matter their smoking experience.

The product is great at Greenhouse (I come for sativas, prerolls, and quality/potent gummies and chocolate), but I keep coming back for the STAFF. From the security guard to the rest, I feel totally taken care of. Wish I could tip in ca$h! Gladly will talk them up on here, too. Today worked with Nate and Sam, but also others on previous visits were stellar, and I don't remember their names. Will keep coming! Also, thank you for edible Thursday deals!

Friendly, expedient-- the Tuesday pm crew including Kat are doing a great job! Haven't been in a while but I live up the street and finally had a chance to stop by again this afternoon. They have a good selection and they're following covid safety guidelines really nicely. Will be back!

Angel S. ALWAYS helps me out when I come in. He's always recommended me the best herb and is kind, respectful, and very helpful. I stopped going to my other dispensary because I prefer the treatment I get here. Quality all around.

First timer excellent service Danny was very helpful will Definitely be back. So many different herbs and other options to get medicated.

We are from the bay and had tickets to something that left us no time to re-up on the goodies before we left home. Once we got out there, instead of finding something on the Hollywood strip (which we should have did) we decided to go somewhere legit. When we got there, they take your ID and make you wait in a waiting room until they I guess run your name in some kind of database ( just guessing) They come and get you once the coast is clear. Once you step in it's like candy land! It's so nice, smells great w. Lots of products. I was looking for something frosty like I get back home so I picked something frosty! They didn't have any 8ths packaged so he gave me a couple packages that were equivalent to that. Ok.....Everything seemed great until I broke it up and lit it up. As soon as I broke it down it crumbled. Like it was stale. Then the fire touched it- and it burned down to a half of blunt. Crazy.

Oscar and kershaun helped me out! They made it so I got double the flower for nearly same price. I'm coming back from o see these two

Highly recommend their proprietary #BlackSeries brand of bud. I used to avoid this place because they didn't have any really affordable high quality flower but then they started growing it their self and wow they did a good job. I wish they would allow us to tip their amazing, friendly budtenders but hopefully they're getting paid really well because the customer service level is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The staff are very helpful and place is nice but have a gripe about the vape batteries.  Bought and returned 3 in the last week (2 Metrix and one cheap $10 one) and none of them work. They won't let you test them in store so you have to charge at home.  I'll delete this if my fourth battery works I guess.

Everyone is always so helpful here I never have any problems finding anything I need unless they're sold out. The staff always follows the policies and procedures of COVID-19 regulations from what I can tell and it's so close to my house what a convenience! Thanks for being here

I use to love coming to this shop because it's near my house.But today, I had the worst experience. I walked in and was greeted right by the security. However I gave my Med card and ID to the security. A few moments later, the security guy told me the Asian guy who was taking my info said I couldn't go inside because of my med card? Are you f'en serious. I have been here so many times, and all of sudden I need the actual Paper? LolThan the Asian guy said I wasn't even in their history. LMFAO. So ya'll are telling me I have literally spent so much money here and all of sudden y'all can't find my information? This is ridiculous!

This place doesn't stand by what they sell. I bought an expensive F/ELD vape cartridge here and when I tried to use it, there was something that affected my lungs in an alarming way. I brought it back to the shop and explained that despite being plenty familiar with vapes, this was alarming. They would not exchange or refund my money and told me to contact F/ELD directly, and of course F/ELD has not returned my email either. Both brands have shirked responsibility and obviously I have plenty of places to buy my product. Considering the vape illnesses in the news I would think they'd be understanding of the concern, but the manager sent me away unconcerned about what he was selling.

Visiting from out of town. Checked in and asked to sit. Security guard staring at me and then starts asking about me hair, the color and I get a weird vibe. I got called back..amazing service but then their debit isn't working. I go out to use ATM and guard dude is now weird. I go back in pay and leave. (WTF BTW with $ 21 in taxes) and guard dude doesn't say shit now. My 19 year old sons are out front and tell me guard dude was scolding them for vaping out front and asked what they were doing. He specifically asked if I was their Mom 'the lady with the longer dark hair?' Public side walk dude and freaking CREEP!!! Dressed just like a cop. Go be one then!!

I come into this place a lot close where I live. Employees are nice but be prepared and know what you want or they are going to push the most expensive shit weed on you. DEAR MGMT. STOP HAVING YOUR EMPLOYEES TRY TO UP SELL ME. YOUR WEED IS ALREADY OVER PRICED AND IM NOT BUYING YOUR SHIT HOUSE SHWAG. "But Bro but it's a higher percentage THC"BRO I really don't care, Iv been smoking weed longer than you have been on this earth and I know what I like to smoke. Every time I come into this place you try sell some $50-60 1/8th. Also put the fucking tip jar back out. Your employees deserve to make an extra buck during these hard times. The Zumiez commission work vibe is really unpleasant to be around.

Usually went in to Hollywood to visit a dispensary. With the lockdown due to COVID, having a place walking distance was a life saver. Bought some quality product, the staff I interacted with (Matthew) was professional and quick. Would recommend, will return.

I've been going here for several years now and in that time it's only improved. Cassandra and Lee helped me stock up on edibles pre-Corona quarantine and made some great recs, too. Bonus points for being a small shop that's never too crowded. If you live in the area, I recommend stopping by.

I come here often too so I'm bummed to write this. They have a whole lotta nothing. They have stuff but just a whole lot of nothing. They have new staff that currently has little to no knowledge of weed or the products- just pushing stuff to get em off the shelves when they aren't actually good. None of the popular stuff I was buying for awhile is no longer stock and they try to say they have different stuff now. Which clearly doesn't make any sense why a business that has a brand flying off the shelves that they would stop selling it because it was so darn popular...?? It's one thing if the brands are affected by covid and employees learn over time- BUT- I've walked out multiple times now empty handed because I don't like settling for a product some new guy pushed on me that they themselves have never tried. The second guy that was assisting me the next day had to check with multiple employees on products on very general info- I wish I had someone with more knowledge on weed was assisting customers who are going to be dropping $20-$75 in one visit. I'm not mad- just really confused how a business that used to be on top of it just suddenly lost their credibility so fast.

Greenhouse is my neighborhood dispensary. Typically they have a nice selection and their budtenders are fantastic. I was super pissed to see that they removed the tip jar for their budtenders and that's why I'm leaving them just 2 stars. I always get great service from the folks here, most recently from Marta and Elias but if the tip jar isn't back out soon my husband and I will just find a new dispensary.

I was helped by a trainee two nights ago - knew exactly what I wanted - dark chocolate Kiva bar. He grabbed the item from the rack of Kiva bars without question and put it in a basket behind the counter. They then rang me up, put it in the bag, stapled it shut and I was on my way. I then get home and opened it, only to realize it's a CBD bar. I called and asked if I could exchange it, and was told "all sales final" and I would have to come back when a manager was there. I was super frustrated to pay $36 for something I didn't request to begin with. The trainee's mentor should have checked to see if CBD or advised him to check to ensure I was getting the right product. Instead, I didn't have a chance to see the item before it was sold to me. Overall a frustrating experience. I will make sure to reiterate exactly what I want next time.

Decided to check it out since Green House is walking distance from my house. The staff/bud tenders are all super friendly. The place is clean too. Martha and Lynn are very helpful and have great energy!

I live across the street, and was disappointed in my visit after their re-opening. Checked out their wax selection, budtender showed me a couple shatter options, very $$$. Showed me a gram that retailed at $100, and a half gram of wax for $32 (after tax).  If they had other options for less, it was not shown or offered when I asked.Also, this spot is not in the tourist part of Hollywood Blvd so I'm confused as to the expensive prices.

Just had a terrible experience in this dispensary. Theres an excessive amount of employees that are extremely overbearing (Kim B, specifically). The shelves are cluttered and crammed with no signs, prices or info on the products whatsoever. My friends and I were crouched on the ground trying to read descriptions on products and we were yelled at by Kim B for not being behind their tape although we were the only people in the store. There were twice as many employees then customers which was unnecessary and just uncomfortable. Products are overpriced, I see the same products at Haven for $25 less. We were also told by Kim B that taxes are included which was NOT true when we got to the register. I was then screamed at again by Kim B for sending a text message meanwhile the only "no cell phones" sign is back behind us in a corner. Extremely rude staff. Kim B then screamed at my friend not to "open her bag???" in the store while she was only reading her receipt, which was stapled to the bag, to see why she was overcharged $20. This Kim B employee continuously humiliated us throughout our experience and screeched at us multiple times while four employees stood in the back chatting as they watched her. Such an upsetting experience, I will not be returning.

Recently moved back to LA from Austin TX.  This is now my neighborhood dispensary.  Being back in a legal state I am pretty easy to please at the moment lol.That being said though I am always in and out, I think I have interacted with the entire staff now and all have been pleasant and fast.They do suggestive selling but are not pushy.  In fact when I have more cash I will take them up on some specials they have running.Their prices for pipes, grinders etc also refreshingly reasonable.Smaller selection but a much faster and easier experience than my old Silver Lake dispencary a couple years back.

Not a fan, been there a few times being that its a few blocks from where I live. I bought 3 3.5 eights for 118 dollars. Paid with my debt when at the time was told it was a few bucks change 2.75 now and my bank charged another 2 dollars on top of the excise +city+ sales taxes. Totaled $36.54. It was suggested i buy a product from the budtender turned out i got some stems and seeds from that male plant but it was a sealed product. I brought this up with whom said he was in change and he kept saying it was the bank, im not fighting the 2 buck dude, it was just a shady shit show especially when I will be going to other near by places whom don't charge that much for the same product, same name brands and flower. Btw thanks for giving me that FTP deal of 10% off which you offer every monday. I mean if thats how you correct a business mistake this is my honest review. Go anywhere else for your supply.

Martha and the entire Greenhouse Herbal Center crew were fantastic!  I'm writing this review for a pickup I made when LA was under stay-at-home orders, except for essential services (which included dispensaries).  GHC took all the proper precautions, and that really impressed me.  I placed my order online from their website for an in-store pickup.  They communicate directly with you, letting you know when your product is ready for pick up.  When you get there, all the staff have gloves, masks, all the areas have hand sanitizer for customers.  All the markings on the floor for social distancing - this place made me feel very secure with how they are handling this public health issue.  Bud is good, prices are good - but most importantly - they have the infrastructure and rules in place to make us the customer feel safe to make purchases at their store.  Great job.

I've been going to this place for MONTHS and as a WOC (woman of color) never have I been racially profiled! Whoever said that they're racists at this place must have never gone inside cause that place is DIVERSE and their guards are friendly af! This place is clean, has lab tested cannabis, helpful and chill af budtenders. You can tell they actually know their products. As long as their around and I'm living in Hollywood, this will always be my go to shop.

They have what you're looking for! It's always a great visit when i go to the greenhouse. Knowledgeable team that have great customer service. The dispensary has a lot to offer. Many of your favorite brands like for example I picked up a concentrate Strawberry Fields by Moxie and some flower by greenhouse. Yes! They have their own flower. Check them out!! The greenhouse is also by the metro Red Line Station, bus stop routes and plenty of lime scooters, birds, and the wheel bike. Where a protective helmet though since the greenhouse is the only dispensary on Hollywood Blvd. so if your in Hollywood check them out.

This is the only dispensary I will come to. I feel safe and the atmosphere is inviting. I live near by and I have seen the security guards on multiple occasions patrol and keep the neighborhood safe! I feel as though our neighborhood has become a safer and cleaner place now! The remodel progress has been very cool to watch as well! As our city upgrades- so do the businesses! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are very well versed in all the different methods of consumption which is great because there seems to be new products popping up all the time! Lastly, the specials are great and definitely the best route to take if you are looking for a deal. I signed up for the rewards program and am notified weekly on any deals going on. They send a simple text to my phone AND it's not an overwhelming spammy amount! Just enough to let me know what's going on ;)Thank you Greenhouse staff for developing our neighborhood into a safer place and keeping the vibes always right!

Clean, well organized and well run shop. Great selection.  Friendly and helpful staff all around.  Sam helped me find what I need and I am very happy with what he recommended. They also offer online ordering and pickup to avoid waiting in line which is great.

Disclaimer FIRST TIME going to a dispensary. The staff was very, very knowledgeable helped me pick out which one and explain the difference between the pen, edibles and cannabis. The only negative and why it's a 4 out of 5 is because they wasn't fully stocked when I went. Felt safe too, nice waiting room, had to ring the bell to get let in the building and security greeted you with a smile. Did I mention it's CASH ONLY! But no worries they have an atm in there, but to avoid that take my word it's CASH ONLY.

I'd usually give this place a 5 star because of the quality bud they have and their prices but it wasn't for their rude/ racist fake ass security cop. I've came to this place multiple times. *Mind you, my ID has a small bite in it from my dog , it's been accepted before* ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS ILLEGAL TO TAKE MY ID ? This has got to be one of the most expensive shops in LA lol if you want to get ripped off me by guest, not only are they over pricing every single item but their tax addition is a hefty one .... but if you want to spend 80+ dollars on your usual 55 dollar brass knuckle cartridge this is the place to be At .... and no first time customer discounts ...

This was my go to spot for years. I was disappointed when they did away with the Happy Hour, but still came back as they had a nice variety and the staff was always pleasant. DO NOT USE YOUR ATM CARD HERE!!! (and yes, I realize I was an idiot to use mine there.) This is the reason I stopped giving them my business. I had a new ATM card; their establishment was literally the ONLY place I had used it at. Next day, $500 was taken out of my bank account from the Wells Fargo ATM local to them. Clearly, they had a skimmer and had my pin. While I understand that shit happens, and perhaps Management was not in on or aware of this, they never responded to my phone call or email, alerting them to the situation. No apology or zero concern that this could be happening to other patrons. Yet, they sure can manage to email me to send me their promotions or ask me to Yelp them in exchange for 10% off.

Very amiable and patient employees. They're always happy to answer any questions and they create a comfortable atmosphere.

They would not accept my original Dr's recommendation because the signature was printed out and not in pen. I've been to several dispensaries both in LA and in the Bay Area over the past few months and have never had this problem, not once. When I pointed this out, attendant was obnoxious and unapologetic. Avoid.

I am a glaucoma patient and they harassed me for coming in with a Hat, even though I've been there many times without a hat. In addition they carry horrible extracts which are not even purged of butane (Solvents) properly. They do not follow california law, when I asked the guard for his Rec he refused to show it! They claim they are a collective yet they told me i'm not welcome there for being real with them over a stupid hat policy! Criminals, I smell a Raid comming soon, stay away people. Little Armenia belongs to Scientists not Criminals.

Haven't been in a few months so I'm not sure if the staff is the same, but they were pretty great when I was going. Very helpful people, I was in and out every time. Great product and atmosphere. They even have a little drink and refresher table for patients.

Your prices are ridiculous when u have the same flower as everyone else. Nameless genetics is not worth $80 with those low ass test #s. Mega Wellness OG  at other spots is 50-55 people. Don't waste ur time getting ur wallet raped with these guys and there price gauging. You guys are worse then Medmen now.

Limited knowledge on bud tenders. Half of my 5 grams was shake and nuggets that were not even desirable. Anytime you get pre packaged flower your taking a chance. I won't be coming back here.

Used to come here all the time, but they've slowly been getting worse. Last time was the final straw, they wouldn't accept my rec, and the owner/manager ignored me. If you don't want my business, I'll take it elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

Its lit, I go for pen cartidges.  They usually have some high potency house carts but after about two months they started selling out and not restocking causing me to spend more on 2 half g. Carts instead of 1 g.  That's the reason I didn't rate 5 star. Service ,security, cleanliness all on point. Nice staff

Good place. Signing up usually takes a while but they do have deals when you sign back up (10% off, free joints). They are pretty quick with getting you your meds. Last time I left with an 8th of indica and 1g of wax all for $46. The indica was their most inexpensive, pretty dry, but I dont mind at all. It does the job. Still my place to go for most of my herbal needs.

Had a very bad experience today here. Took 45 minutes to get two joints. The person at the front desk was insanely rude to me. Also went in for a 25 percent discount but it wasn't worth it. Overall feel like I wasted my time and feel worse after leaving.

Nice little shop in east Hollywood, been there a few times now and have always had a pleasant  experience. I buy flower typically, get good recommendations from their friendly staff at fair prices. I'll keep coming back here.

As one of the founders of the L.A. medical marijuana movement, I have been in numerous dispensaries, and GHC is a head above all current dispensaries I have visited. Great selections with outstanding prices, and it's "happy hours" specials gives it one of the best quality and quantity combos for your money. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, and can adequately guide you in your medical needs.

Love this place!!!! I've had my prescription for a few years and been to many places and Greenhouse is by far the most professional and efficient! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is metered, but usually pretty decent. You never have to wait too long, even during busy times. You always have to bring your prescription and ID, but I appreciate that knowing they're truly legit! Good prices, comparable to most of the local places. They always have good flowers. And moonrocks....what's up?!? Great place.

I have a legitimate physician's recommendation and a passport in place of my drivers license, which I recently lost, and they would not allow me to shop. Proof of California residency is required to obtain a physician's recommendation but the worker at the front snidely explained that I could have gotten it from somewhere that "breaks the rules." Won't be back here! Horrible welcome committee.

I liked this place a lot but I hate their new system! Now they only sell pre-packaged buds so you can't see what you buy until you get it home! The sickly, anorexic nugs in the pre-packaged bag were far from the fat juicy nugs they showed me in the case. Very disappointed. I probably won't go back until you can see what you're buying. If they want to pre-package then they should at least put it in clear bags!

I would love to have actually visited this dispensary but they won't let you in with just the card version of your rec. You need the full document. Since I spent an extra $25 specifically so I DON'T have to carry around a piece of paper that's likely just going to get destroyed from wear and tear, I probably will never actually visit here. Yes the quality of medication went down the  hill. Now they are selling prepackaged 1 g packages. I didn't feel what I saw in the sample bin was inside the package I received over the counter. So I called the shop for returning remained sealed 1g packages. But they refused to accept the return. No customer service there.  They just want your $. Babylon style business tactics. Used to be good place but not any  more. Advice look for other dispensary. Don't waste your time.The rip off Babylon dispensary.

Most dispensaries that i've been to have been very accepting of my expired california ID and receipt for a new one from the DMV. With that, I also have my passport and numerous other forms of ID (social security card, voter registration card, birth certificate, etc). Apparently that is not good enough for this one dispensary. They have a bs policy where they nitpicked over my receipt date which is from less than two weeks ago. Ultimately, they may have saved me a lot of time and money. Based on what I've seen on weedmaps, they have a limited selection of B grade buds anyway, but I was just in the area and didn't want to drive to my usual dispensary, downtown. After refusing my numerous forms of ID, I told them that I'd be writing a review and the manager on duty decided to call me childish for doing so. I'm sorry guy, but if you call me childish for leaving an honest review of the reception i was met with...YOU are the child. I really like coming here. There are two waiting rooms - one for guests that don't have their recs, like your friends hehe, to wait while you're inside, and one inside the store to wait in case it is busy. They even have water and orange juice. Inside, they have really nice pre rolls, which are what I usually get, but also buds and edibles including a lot of CBD products as well! It's right next to an awesome coffee shop and down the street from Ross, Ralph's, Chase, and Jersey Mikes in the shopping center on Hollywood and Western. There isn't a parking lot but there is a lot of meters in the front on Hollywood and also on Harvard, the street next to the shop. It's a safe area. The staff is always polite and pleasant. I always look forward to coming here !

The guy who helped me was top-notch. Prices seem fair. Clean and nice. The only reason its not a 5 is the vape-pen they sold me (while nice and fairly priced) didn't come with directions and it actually has several settings and I was left with a few questions when I left. This is Great Place!  Has a great selection and the people that work there are wonderful!  I love coming here, The Manager Victor is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.  The customer service is as it says on top of my comment  (Woohoo!  As good as it gets!)  Definately give this spot a try when in Hollywood, it's worth it.

The nicest, most knowledgeable staff I've ever encountered in a dispensary. They're all so kind and attentive to your individual need and really understand that we're patients with actual medical problems in need of treatment and not potheads looking to get stoned. Their decor is also super cool with nice black leather couches and an amazing mural throughout the whole place. On top of that, they have free juice and coffee! I "highly" recommend this place! Ha ha! Get it? Yeah, stupid, I know. In any case, if you're near Hollywood & Harvard, check it out for the best service I've ever had in a dispensary!

Left a 5 star review originally, but went back a second time and was treated so poorly. Terrible customer service. They changed their happy hour specials- NO LONGER AVAILABLE. The sales associate had a terrible attitude and started to raise his voice at me. I asked to speak with a manager and the sales associate response was "they're unavailable". Do not go here! Plenty of other good spots in the area.

I usually have positive experiences at this place, but I just went today, and I have to say the customer service has definitely gone downhill. There is a loud, brash obnoxious guy at the desk who found it necessary to mock my boyfriend and I after I asked if we could go in together to purchase our medicine.  As a person who also works in customer service, I don't appreciate being made fun of repeatedly while trying to buy something. I would have spent more money here today, but was too upset to purchase more than my usual.

I was a patient here maybe 50 owners or so ago. Things have changed. The meds are too expensive, and there is NO compassion. Noone works with you no matter how often you been here. Go elsewhere. Hollywood has much more to offer.

Of all the dispensaries that I've been to, this is probably my favorite as of now.  I don't know why I hadn't been here before but this place is legit.  Their herb is bomb, good prices and their customer service is excellent.  Very clean & organized as well.

I'm a regular customer I live in the neighborhood I walked to the greenhouse and the little gamete behind the glass told me they were only accepting original recommendations today. He let money walk out of the store and no customer service. I hope when they go to re apply for  their permit they tell them  they no longer recognize the clause jerks.

This place has degenerated into a crap hole.  The door policy keeps changing -- one week they want a full rec, the next a card will do -- the meds are pre pkg. dry and mediocre, and the bud tenders w/ their dirty hands and fingernails make the experience a NEVER AGAIN.  All they care about is separating you from your cash.  Also, their on-line menu is a joke.  Pass.

Used to be great now just horrible. Hadn't been here in a while, because I found a better place after having rude service. That place closed, so I thought I would take a chance. Has degenerated to prepackaged nugs and just as bad smug rude guy that sells it to you. Stopped selling shake. Lots of new rules besides turning your hat around, one being leave your backpack in the lobby. Everyone else is pretty nice, but the guy in the back acts like he's doing you a giant favor to sell anything to you. Doesn't even say thank you. Waiting area is pretty decent with juice and coffee and pleasant TV viewing. Couches are not very comfortable. If anyone knows another dispensary in the area, let me know. I'm so done.

They have my favorite edible. 7UP cake. Very clean and a really nice looking place. In fact, I think I will go there now. :)

Been here probably eight times over the past year. The last few times, each visit has had a different problem. The first time I was sold a defective product. OK, that happens. I didn't have my receipt so I wasn't able to be reimbursed for that and that's on me. The last time I went, they had next to no supply available, which was quite unfortunate. Today, I was turned away because they didn't find the paperwork I brought with me to be credible. This is the same paperwork my doctor gave me a year ago and that I've used in the eight or so times I've been to this establishment, which insists you bring the doctors prescription every single time rather than storing information in the database and giving you an ID number or card like the other places I've gone here in California. Staff is always nice, but three consecutive negative experiences, today's especially, is enough for me to not return and instead consider any one of the dozens of other options around me.

Was about to patronize this place for the first time when the bearded white security guard started harassing an obviously LGBT person on the sidewalk. He aggressively threatened to tase them and call the cops while actively misgendering them. He literally said to the other guard how much he wanted to lay his hands on this person. Just for singing on a sidewalk. If that's how you operate your business in a place as diverse as Hollywood then I'll happily spend my money elsewhere. I'm absolutely disgusted.

This is one of the best examples of why Hollywood has gone to hell. I have had problems with this place and then have dealt with some amazing people at this place ( Jesse). Unfortunately tonight I dealt with Max. I ordered at 7:00. Come 8:50 I call and Max, to save time was useless, he basically told me oh well and that I could come in. I detest ignorance.

I was very excited to visit my first dispensary in Los Angeles. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a very welcoming and knowledgeable bud tender by the name of DiAndre. He was very patient with me and took the time to walk me through all of the product categories which was super helpful. Just received stellar service from Andre the 'Jolly Green Giant'. This man knows his product. He listened to my inquiries and set me up with insanely high quality bud. There's nothing better than friendly first hand salesmanship, and Andre draws you in and makes sure you leave happy. Brian and Emily were also great at facilitating the transactions. I only wish I could tip the bud tender, but alas, yelp will have to help bring awareness. The facility itself is gorgeous, open space, clean waiting area, Covid Compliant, and there's plenty of street parking. So thrilled to find this gem in Thai town.

The workers are soo nice and friendly and very helpful highly recommended they have fire bud!! I tired to get top shelf and for so reason it wouldn't let them ring me up but they got it fixed and also gave me free bud for the trouble

This establishment has gone steadily down hill.  Customer service was once quite good.  Now it is a joke.  This establishment does not keep track of its rewards points system.  I have receipts totalling in nearly 200 points accrued, not added to my account(I had reached 1300pts).  Today, their debit system was out, but the atm worked.  The atm machine has a larger fee than card transactions run at the register.  Customer service, that I have received at many other dispensaries, would have been to discount my purchase for the extra fee amount paid due to their computer errors.  Instead, I was told that they don't do that, and that if the issue is out of their control, they won't return any extra fees.Today was my ABSOLUTE last day coming to this dispensary.

Don't bother with this place. Poor management, the store is not run right. I have been coming here since the beginning before they renovated, was frustrated then, and left for another dispensary. Stopped back in to see if it was under new management, both times the credit card machine was down and they want you to use their ATM in the lobby and charge 3.50 to get money to pay them for the product. If you cant keep your credit card system up, you should provide ATM cash for no fee. I always spend 200 to 250 bucks when I shop, so the least they can do is get their CC system working or provide a free way to grab cash. Not coming back, gone for good! Let's give our business and money to people who know how to run a business and treat their customers.

Best selection on the Boulevard! Competitive pricing and all prices include tax. I love it. Most of the Budtenders actually know what's up with cannabis.

The people who work at this place are really really cool and down to help you out. They always give me all of the info about the products they are recommending (i.e. percentages, price, alternatives, and their personal experiences.) It is refreshing to be in a shop like this, very neighborly, not over the top in customer service but straight up with the facts.  Overall they have some of the best prices as well as product selection I've seen at dispos around here, and the convenience really is spectacular. I've been in and out in less than 4 minutes. Can't speak for delivery as I've never tried, but honestly just go in there if you can, it's worth it.

I typically go to Smartweed but this is across the street from my apt so I decided to give them business instead. All they offer is a $1 preroll for first timers which doesn't even compare to competitors nearby. Also asking me to purchase it after spending $90 isnt exactly ideal. More of an upcharge than a reward. Javier wasn't that friendly & I rushed my purchase for feeling a bit unwanted. Everyone has bad days, so no worries! Hoping for a better experience if I decide to return. Carlos ( a different associate) was very nice & personable as he checked me out.

Dude this place crushessss it. Prices are *chefs kiss* and the staff is oh so friendly. I really love their selection of goods, the menu is fully stacked so you can't go wrong. I've ordered delivery a few times and it's been the most seamless and quick process. Can't recommend this place enough!
