Awesome cannabis, great customer service and parking Thanks Calma I will be referring all my friends

Hands down best shop in town. The staff is helpful & SO nice without fail. Every single staff member is great - delivery & pickup service as well. Whatever they are doing as far as training is perfect. They also have a great selection of products. It never takes more than 10 minutes for me to shop there and I've never been disappointed. If there's an issue with the product, they take care of you immediately. 100/10

I love that they now have more pre rolls and and if u come early there's happy hour. The environment and the music is good. On Tuesday and Thursday there's free tacos.

After my update that management did not respond after I reached out, management finally sent me a message saying I can bring back the defective pen to exchange it for a new one. This is what should have been done when I was in store. Okay. Thanks for reaching out when I put it on blast that you originally failed to respond to me. But, your solution to make it right is useless. Why would I have held onto this defective disposable pen until now? If this is all that can be done, it's too late.

Wow wow I love this dispensary. My experience was excellent. Every employee I encountered was friendly and informative. When I was struggling to find an alternative to the brand I normally buy, an associate came behind the counter to help. Their recommendation was spot on and exactly what I was looking for. The price is fairly considerable to bigger dispensaries like MedMen, and they offered 15% off my first purchase. I'm definitely coming back - also happy birthday to the security guard!

I have been coming here every day for a year maybe longer. I will never be coming here ever again and passing the words on to my friends and colleagues as well. Tonight I received a parking ticket for parking across the street from the dispensary in a spot which I thought was okay. I went back in to see if they can help me about the ticket And they informed me that they can not. So my simple solution will be to never go there and spend money ever again because it's OK when they get my money but when you ask for help they don't care. If you don't wanna parking ticket I recommend taking your business elsewhere

Shout out to Calma! This place is the real deal!! When it comes to anything weed related, Calma has got it all, for real!! The best new exotic strains & all your favorite kinds of edibles and concentrates... you name it! Calma is also in a really great part of town, so the location couldn't be better. This place is the bees knees literally all things cannabis you can find here at Calma West Hollywood. The pink & green artwork on the walls outside is neat, and the inside modern TV screens and Apple store layout gives it a homey feel. Very cool spot! 10/10 experience shopping here every time, and you feel welcomes as the employees greet you with kindness. Thanks Calma!

Yes, they have the best prices, usually. The reason I love coming to Calma at the WeHo location is because the staff is really nice. They take away any stigma or weirdness that you can feel when walking into a dispensary. They are some of the most knowledgeable staff that I have talked to as well... there have been multiple occasions where I needed some specific feedback on a product or what I was looking for exactly, and the Calma staff had a wealth of info for me and knew each time just what I needed. I can't state enough how powerful it is for a business to make you feel really comfortable coming in the front door... and Calma is the best at it in WeHo.

What a shame I decided to pick up some gummy's and brought the empty bag of what I had to get with me. As I showed up I checked in the front desk like you're supposed to and gave the bag to the young man and he told me he had them in stock so I asked for three bags. I had to wait 10 minutes in line because there were people  who were purchasing a lot of stuff. So then a young ladies rang me up when it was my turn and sent me on my way and of course I left a $4 tip . I get home two blocks away to find out they gave me something that I can't use. This is not what I asked for and this is not what I paid for. I return the product to tell them this is not what I asked for I showed them what I needed by presenting the empty bag again and they don't have any. They can't do anything for me but to give me a 20% off something else!!!! Really have you lost your minds? I have sent three of my friends to Calma and they left where they used to go and now go to Calma because I thought this was a reputable place and now I see I was mistaken and taken advantage of. Just like I spread the word to go and try outCalma to my friends I can't wait to let them know how I've been taken advantage of and to make sure they know not for them to let it happen to them. Now I have 3 bags of product that is no good to me. Shame on you Calma!!!

Don't bother trying to use your medical rec here! Waste of time. This business wants to make things difficult for people who have a rec so they can charge for taxes. Won't be back

Great bud selection, beautiful store. My issue was my friend and I spent $1000 dollars, we were told we were going to get 20% off for being new customers. We get to the register the pay the manager tell us the promo doesn't apply to anything over $65 dollars. Instead of honoring the discount( the bud tender kept telling us which led us to purchase more) .  They needed  removing  all the discount and raised the price.. Bad for business.

Terrible customer service. The most unfriendly and Unknowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They will sell you whatever they can to quickly take your money. Please beware of amateur dispensaries like this one! BUYERS BE WARE!!!

Just had a horrible holiday experience. The girl was so cold, as soon as I checked in. I didn't say a word, or give a reason, just handed her my ID. Then she comes over and stands there, in front of me, until it became to awkward, and she had to ask if I wanted to see something. After looking at two things, the latter having low THC. I commented that I wanted higher THC. She said, "THC doesn't matter." I asked, "what do you mean?" Again, she responds, "THC doesn't matter." I smile, and ask again, "what do you mean, THC doesn't matter?". She looks at me dead cold, and replies, same tone as the two times before, "THC doesn't matter." If you don't want to work Christmas Day, I get it. I was surprised they were even open. But throwing a total cold attitude, on a holiday, when someone gave you no reason, and then making a bold statement, over and over, with no explanation, and ruining my day, as I'm just stopping in to grab a present, that's just rude. To yourself. To me. And to the people who are paying you. So sad. Really thought this place had a chance. Smh. Only because it's Christmas did I not light you up with knowledge, having smoked for over 30 years, grown, and all else, and walked out of there cool as a cucumber, just laughing to myself, and shaking my head, as she instantly went to her co-workers, and defended herself. Yeah, Girl, there's windows. You may want to wait for the customer to leave completely, or at least go out of sight, and not stand at the counter, waving your hands, eyes drawn down in anger. Such a tragic event, when an employee is so unprofessional, all the way through your experience, and you walk out, empty-handed.

Two stars : one for location, the other for a good promo deal for first time customers through December. The rest fell completely flat.Security wasn't wearing a mask, no social distancing, no option to get delivery with a first time discount, no option to do curbside pickup, basically they want you to come in. In normal times ok, but not for people who are at risk. It wasn't a special shop, the team couldn't tell me how to use topicals or help me in anyway. I'll stick to my usual dispensary on Santa Monica by Trader Joe's- they always text promo codes and know everything about every product they carry. Good luck- it's a tough business. I've run retail and store ops for years, this doesn't have IT yet. Hope they turn it around and make the customer experience match the decor.

The Calma reps do not know how to communicate. Security is bullsht and they taxing 23.00 per eighth. Jungle Boys do not tax 23.00 after they give you a "medical discount" .Calma claims to enter it (discount) when you put in your Med ID but the price don't budge  smd y'all all clowns

All of the staffs  were very friendly, Cool and nice.. This place  is sweet!  I will recommend u guys to comeHere! The product that I got it was pretty bomb  I will get it again fr!!  It's the bloom vape champagne rush I believe its called lol

Calma is the best dispensary. They have the best selection and are always super friendly. Ikechi and Ruby always make sure my puppy is looked after while I'm making my selections.

Went to Calma with friends last week. Shop is beautiful! staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Jordan recommended the Lemon Cherry gelato, it's the best weed ive ever had... I will be back for more.

If you are looking for a friendly shop with a great selection, look no further.  The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to chat product with me.  I can be a wee bit particular with what I am on the hunt for and the good folks at Calma are always down for the challenge.  In fact,  I think I should roll down there now and pick me up something tasty for the weekend.  See you there!

I live really close so I come in pretty often, stellar experience except the last couple times. I guess they are low on to-go bags, totally ok that can happen anywhere but the dude who checked us out was kinda weird about it last week and today. When I came in today I saw the person before us get their order normally so I asked why I was getting my stuff in a white paper bag like last week. He was snarky about how she spent a lot more money so that's why she got a regular calma bag as if I don't come in every week and spend and tip like the other customers. Normally I wouldn't really care about something so insignificant but it just seems like a weird thing to do. If they cost too much give out with anything less than a $500 purchase then just charge for them like other dispensaries do when they can't afford the upfront cost. I'm happy to pay extra, I offered last week but he just repeated that they were low on them but louder so I figured he couldn't hear me. 6 stars for all the ladies that work there, they are always friendly and helpful!

Love that the staff was on Covid-19 safety for sure. WeWe're looking for a cafe but came across this awesome place. Security greeted me with all the kindness, got in an I loved the set up (even Magnify all the green so that you can truly see it) it's a great place if you a first timer please go the experience was great. I asked Marco and Charlie I know a 100 question they answered every 1 of the questions "loved " I was pleasantly impressed. I 've been to a couple Dispensers an  the quality prices an option all day Calma is the place to shop. Dani checked me an my family all out they still talking about her!!!! Thanks everyone Dani  we will be back.

Beautiful store.  Everything nicely displayed with a nice selection of all varieties   The bud tenders are knowledgeable and super helpful.  Love that they can look up my past purchases and suggest similar items.

HORRIBLE and not knowledable AT ALL!!! I live local and came here a few times to try some new stuff and the girl knew NOTHING and was extremely passive and rude. I'll make sure to tell everyone to NOT go here and refer people to a more welcoming and knowledgeable dispensary

I saw the big black dude roll his eyes at me when I only asked if the new comer discount applied to everything. Maybe smoke what you're selling and chill out. Everyone else is super nice.

The store looks amazing! The service was fast and they are very knowledgeable on the products. They have a plethora of choices from live resin to flower and some amazing edibles. The prices are good.   I will return with some friends. Thank you guys for bringing that fire.

Very very friendly staff. GREAT, large flower variety to choose from. Staff very knowledgeable on product. Good prices, best i've seen so far for the quality of product. Great edible selection & really good prices. Only down side was the taxes, but i'll pay them for this quality & service.

Calma is def one of the best dispensaries in LA. All the negative reviews I see on here are from people with lack of education. You want to complain about prices people? Email the DCR. Department of Cannabis Regulations. 27% tax is what the industry is robbed of. The state is ripping everyone off. Shops and patients feel it. THC% doesn't matter either so who ever was helping regarding that comment was right. Educate yourself before you point fingers. The staff here is more knowledgeable than most. They actually understand cannabis. Thank you Calma for being a professional clean shop. The industry needs more like you.

I just visited Calma for the first time and loved it. Not only is it beautiful, but everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Koi helped me out and was able to recommend great things for what I was looking for - she was able to walk me through everything. The overall energy was great, and I honestly walked out of there in a better mood and super excited to try everything I bought. I have also been extremely paranoid about going anywhere "public" due to the pandemic, and I felt very safe and comfortable being in there. So thank you and I will definitely be going back soon for more :)

What an amazing experience all around! The store has grabbed my attention in the last couple of weeks and I am so glad I went in! The store is beautiful, inside and out! Coy checked me in and was just the sweetest most attentive host. Kind, polite, and very informative. He asks my preliminary needs and directed me where to look while I waited for a personal shopper (45 seconds). He may have been wearing a mask and gloves, but you could hear the smile in his voice as he explained the store!Gloria immediately came over after she finished with her last client and asked how she could assist me. The two things that stood out beyond all of the rest of the experience was her knowledge and how she addressed pricing.One of my interests was to try a topical. She picked up a box and said, "I would recommend starting with this, so you aren't spending an arm and a leg for something you are just trying out for the first time."  She then went on to explain why she chose that product and how it applied to me. That sort of honesty and knowledge is not easy to come by nowadays!After I had picked everything out, she rang up the sale in front of me and explained it all as she went along. She walked me to the counter and thanked me for my time. Top-notch service!!! Take advantage of the BOGO while it last!!!! Yes, walking into a new store can be very overwhelming and intimidating. But there is no reason to feel that when you visit Calma. Informative, Polite, and all the good feels; Calma is your place to go for your wellness needs.

The bud was OK, but my issue is the fact that when I got home after purchasing their Moonrock's and a few other containers they were all less than 3.5 , how was it that i got 4.  3.5 gram containers and only one was 3.5 ? And the moon rocks was a whole gram off ....

Feels like an Apple store for weed! Everyone there was friendly and happy to assist me. The store carries just about everything cannabis related, and they have them in display tables throughout the store. Prices are reasonable too. Go-to place!!

Went in for a referral/ ftp promotion. Great weed, great bud tenders and security, great store front. Management? HORRIBLE. Might've been the WORST experience I've ever had at any formal dispo in LA. Owners/ investors: you can thank your wonderful management of the blonde and tall brown haired block head for making sure I and my friends NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Mischarged/ overcharged me. Did not honor the promotion, then proceeded to give us attitude in specifically being overly aggressive and offensive when WERE the customer GIVING YOU GUYS MONEY with referrals I brought in?????? Did nothing to help reprimand the situation let alone an APOLOGY. Horrible business. Was hoping this would be my go to shop. Very disappointed.

Came here with a couple of friends just to check it out. The place is very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and informative on the products they are selling. They have this amazing LED wall that takes up half the store. When I went they had a sell buy one get one half off which was nice. They have parking in the back of the store which was convenient. I would definitely recommend this place.

While this place looks absolutely beautiful that is the only reason they aren't getting 1 star. Me and my boyfriend walked in here one day and looked around and were told we can get the first time promotion of buy one get one. We were in a rush so we were told we could come back another time and still get the promotion. Well we came back and told the people at the front desk and they acted like this was still the case. Once we did our shopping they then told us we could NOT get the promotion. We live down the street and we will not ever be coming here again due to the customer services we received by the employees who wrongly told us, the employees who wrongly told us again, and the employee who refused to rectify the situation.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I was helped by Koi, who had outstanding customer service and was the sweetest. Koi was super  accommodating, showing me and my friend all the different products, with expertise. I would recommend this dispensary to anybody looking for cbd products and basic weed essentials. 10/10 experience.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Been coming here for a couple months and today they advertised a half ounce deal! Wonderful, 20% off, gotta love it. Nope you only get the discount if you buy 4 individually packaged 8ths, no adding two quarters or just buying a half ounce... Only if you buy 4 individual 8ths? This is the worst, rudest attitude I've ever seen. The staff are lovely and amazing but the owner or whoever came up with this is the worst. 0/10 will never return

Such a cutee and fun experience! Found them through Instagram and loved how their products and store looks. Great staff and great quality of products. They have this cute pink wall outside that's so fun for pictures, definitely will be coming back soon!

My boyfriend and I came in for my first time, I was told that I could get a first time deal along with a returning deal for my boyfriend. We decide to spend the extra to get the returning deal. We checked out with one of the "managers" who asked into nothing, & we were obviously under the assumption it was completely clear from the staffs input in the computer. Charges me and then tells us he can't refund me bc we didn't TELL him it was a deal. Can someone tell me what the fuck all the iPads are for and what the fuck staff is inputing to check out then? Complete miscommunication amongst staff and rudest "managers" ever. Did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation and just said we were in the wrong. I'm never coming here again.

The staff here couldn't be any more friendly. The woman who helped me (Koi) was outstanding & the gentleman who rang me out (Dean) was super cool, as well as someone named Dri. They have low rates and a crazy big selection but the 35% tax from West Hollywood is crazily high. They have a lot of great deals though so maybe it works out. (Nearby across the street where it's not WeHo you get the same product for 35% less in taxes.) UPDATE: I originally rated them a 4 out of 5 due to the taxes but the taxes aren't their fault. The store & staff are a 10 out of 5.

FIRST AND LAST TIME. Everyone inside is required to wear a mask and specially the staff. Today was my first time at Calma. Drove next to it a couple of times and I thought looks awesome. I was about to pay when one of the staffs came to talk to the people on the cashiers. He literally stud a foot away from me WITHOUT the mask on and speaking loud. I have to step back try to win some space. Made me feel tense, the cashier realized about it but NOBODY said anything! So simple to wear a mask. We all do in our jobs!

Saw the pink building and massive tv wall so I had to check it out. Just as beautiful on the inside, open space to walk around check things out. Staff was very helpful, and I was happy to see everyone wearing masks. Will visit again soon!!

Everybody here is so so nice and helpful. I walked in looking for something to help me sleep and the guy working was super knowledgeable. Their branding is super cute too which adds to the customer experience.

I never write a review on dispensary's but wow. There knowledge staff saved me after birth complications . The CBD & CBN saved me from having surgery

first of all, this shop is wayyyyyyy overpriced. i can go across the street to high grade and get better quality weed for almost 20 cheaper. also i was told tha i  would get a bogo for every item i purchased so i got a half gram vape cartidge for $47 and an 1/8th of weed for $47. when i looked in my bag they only gave an extra vape cartridge. when i asked about my second 1/8th the bud tender said she could refund me but they would have to charge taxes again. theres almost $25 in taxes and i was not about to pay that. bottom line, save your money and go across the street to high grade.

After driving by so many times I finally went in and had a great experience. Everything was clean and well displayed, had lots of hand sanitizers out and all employees wearing masks.  Everyone was helpful and not following you around or hovering like some other stores. Bogo deal was awesome (for first timers and has to be same product/flavor). Dani (sp?) was really nice and friendly at checkout.

WOW! No BS, this is the best dispensary I have EVER been too. They have BETTER flower and prices than cookies, there's never a long wait since they have like 30 budtenders, and the prices are cheaper. I picked up some indica today and the packaging date was last week lol. Sooooo fresh. Def my new spot no cap

Regular customer here, came at 945pm for a quick purchase, there was only 1 other customer remaining and they wouldn't let me in. If you close at 945, say so, do not list 10. I've had other businesses even stay open a couple minutes longer just to help me check out. With so many options here in LA, you can't mess up even a little. Won't be coming back.

Great shop in LA! Nice, bright setting and very clean. Fully stocked and friendly employees with a nice playlist. Prices are pretty comparable to others in the area but they have specials everyday. They also gave us 30% off because it was our first time visiting. I also liked that they have a lot of the products open in display glass counters, in addition to being stocked throughout the store. I would definitely recommend over the popular, Herbarium which is located down the street.

Amazing service, amazing layout, amazing product selection, and great prices (esp for first time customers!)My friends and I were nearby the area and decided to stop by on 12/12/21 around 3:30pm because they had heard good things about Calma. The check-in process is simple - you just show your ID to the security guard and then proceed to the middle counter where they will scan your ID to aid in the checkout process.The place was so clean and nicely stocked, with their products neatly displayed in glass cases, that I couldn't resist picking up a few different gummies of my own. The guy helping us was so friendly and informative regarding the different products we were inquiring about. He definitely made the experience at Calma that much better! A shame I didn't catch his name to give him a shoutout here. He threw in some little birthday freebies for us, and we even got a 30% discount off our purchases for being first time customers. I truly regret not buying more and taking advantage of such a steal haha. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here and would be happy to return in the future as well :)

LOVE THIS DISPENSARY!As a new resident of WeHo, I have been looking for a go-to dispensary for the past few months. As much as I am drawn to first-time patient deals and love "playing the field", I have started making it my Friday routine to walk down to Calma and pick up an eighth or two of flower.Let me run you through why I love this place so much.1. They have happy hour, EVERY DAY! 10am-12am, which is insane!2. They have a rewards system and keep track of points and purchases3. They have a daily deal! Flower Friday is an absolute must for me4. Their staff is beyond helpful. I'm a daily smoker, so I'm always looking for fairly priced flower and they always have the best recommendations.5. The entire place is absolutely beautiful, it's like walking into a weed themed art gallery... what else could you want?Last Friday, I picked up two eights and a pre-roll (recommended by Kylie), and everything she suggested was on point.Will continue to recommend this dispensary to everyone I know :)
