Been to this location a few times, they have a great selection and prices are honestly not that bad for how nice of a shop it is. Their staff are super knowledgeable, Khat in particular has been a joy to interact with and has helped me on more than one occasion with some solid recommendations. In particular they have a great concentrate selection. I am a sucker for some west coast cure and they have options aplenty. One thing - this shop carries a lot of the right brands, WCC, Raw, Kurvana, etc. their house bud / concentrates are really not bad and you should definitely consider giving them a try.

Cute little shop with lots of randos hanging out in the lot.  Selection?  So so.  Bud tenders were knowledgeable and friendly.  It's just an average shop   If you're boujie, there are much nicer shops out there... including one right down the street.  Overall tho?  3/5

I'm super unfamiliar with the weed world, and the employees here made me feel so comfortable! Frances was helping me and she was extremely knowledgeable, not to mention VERY kind and polite! She made me feel like she understood my situation / desires and knew exactly where to guide me. I also noticed the employees were kind to each other. I have had back experiences with other shops where employees have been terse and unkind, who also made ME feel dumb for asking questions. This was the complete opposite experience and I will definitely be returning here for future needs! Thank you guys!

I was a first-time customer recently and I'm compelled to write this low review because of the frustrating and confusing experience I had with Herbarium's delivery and online system and then with the service rep I spoke with afterwards.First, their online shopping cart system is bumpy and frustrating to use.Second, they don't provide clear notice of ALL charges associated with delivery. i.e. I found out when the delivery person was at my door, that there was an added $5 charge for using a debit card instead of cash. He even acknowledged that (a) he wasn't surprised that I didn't know about this fee b/c the extra charge is hidden on the site.Third, despite the explanation above, the payment that posted in my bank did not match the breakdown of actual charges.Fourth, the online account does NOT accurately reflect what was actually charged. So after logging back in to the account days later, the history of this transaction did not give a breakdown of where the excess charges came from.Fifth, and only because I check my bank statements daily, I saw an extra fee (outside what I shared above) for ATM use. I called my bank and they told me it came from Herbarium. What?! Since when did I use an ATM? My bank refunded the fee after I told them I only made a purchase. Shady!Sixth, I wrote a message through their contact form requesting clarification for this hot mess. A week later, no response.Seventh, I called them. Spoke with a woman who pulled up my transaction and talked about an estimated extra fee that ranges in price for debit card usage and that my actual debit card use fee wasn't what the delivery person said and that I should've received change because the machine rounds up etc etc. I tried to share with her that all of this she's telling me now is after the fact and really needs to be displayed prominently AT the first POS, which is the website. I proceeded to share with her my overall experience as a customer and AS I was talking, you know what this chick did?  She proceeded to talk over me then continue to talk over me. I got pissed and nearly had to tell her to shut up so I can finish giving her feedback about the lack of clarity, surprise additional charges, and wasted time investigating this. And to top it all off the epic frustration from her un-compassionate lackadaisical approach to customer service. This was my first, and last, time buying from this place.At the end of the day, it's not about the fees. Just be transparent and clear about them upfront. And for the sake of client relations, don't pull some defensive B.S. and talk over your customers!

This place is one amazing dispensary. I will always go here all the time. Please come to this dispensary it is the best you could ever experience praise Jesus.

I read so many pleasant reviews about this particular dispensary and so I was really looking forward to my visit today.  I came in here and the best part about my experience was the interaction that I shared with the security guard at the door as we discussed some of the most recent high scoring Lakers games and the trades that have happened recently.  I don't know what the name of the bud tender was that "helped" me but then again when I think about it again, she wasn't friendly and didn't introduce herself. She only asked me what I was looking for. She didn't really welcome me.  I asked her for different suggestions and she rolled her eyes at me each time before either providing me an answer or telling me that she didn't know what I was talking about.  I was so frustrated. I asked her which flowers had high % or the highest potencies.  I explained that I was very curious about comparing prices between flower I'd seen in another state v what was available at this store.  She seemed more and more irritated.  I asked about what gummies/edibles were available.  She showed me the Wyld brand of gummies and when I told her that I had that one already and therefore wasn't interested she got upset, raised her voice and said, "So you don't want it? Or what? It's the only one we have right now."  I explained that I have that one already and that I'm not fond of it. She rolled her eyes and put the product back. Gee, you're RUDE!!! She asked if there was anything else that I was interested in.  I explained that I wanted to browse and take a look around since it was my first visit here. I am always interested in their deals and what items they might have that are different from what I'd seen previously.  And even more I am always interested in comparing the specials that some of these stores have.  I thought it was pretty cool how they had huge screens outside to show me some of the specials that they had, mostly on pre-rolls.  I thought that was a nice touch, aside from the small sitting area just outside the door of the store, huge inflatable green chairs/sofa next to the vending machines.  Another thing that was so irritating was that while I was browsing their small selection of what looked like some terribly ugly flower, I was told to back up and find a place on one of the dots.  It seems to me that there was a group of 4-5 other guys who basically ran up to the cases and started growing and didn't have to get in line and weren't told to back up.  Is it because I don't look like someone who indulges in any of these activities that you guys picked on me? I mean, seriously?!?!  I was told to back up and wait in line. I was reprimanded it seemed no matter where along the cases I went to browse even when it was my "turn" to check things out.  I told the budtender that I was going to browse their selection of other pre-rolls and what not and she just walked away.  I can understand that you might want to help the next customer and I would have been more than fine with that but you should say something along those lines and not just scoff and walk away.  I'm sure I am not the only one who has been treated this way and that really stinks!  I was interested in purchasing pre-rolls but when I looked up for the budtender she was gone.  Well, not only did you scold me and give me a crappy attitude, you bailed on me and showed me just how much you did NOT give a single F about me as a customer. Sheesh. I will NOT be coming back here. TERRIBLE experience. I can't believe I waited in line to be treated like this.

So I give this place another chance and CALL them like they suggested before I come in, even though OVER THREE weeks ago someone at the La Brea location wrote my name down on a list and said she would call me when what I wanted was in stock, and today when I finally called back.... since I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE....I'm told that what I wanted had come in and is now OUT OF STOCK again! This place on La Brea DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! When I called back they had NO EXCUSE for me other than, "Sorry, I guess we have a high turn over in employees here"! Lol OMG! Do yourself a favor and SKIP HERBARIUM and go to MMD or The Kind Center on La Cienega; both of these other places will HELP YOU!

l love this place!!  They have a really great selection and all kinds of flower, even moon rocks with over 30% THC!!!  Megan helped me out today, she was super friendly and helped me get the most I could on my budget.  I will be back!  Look at the cute tray she gave me!!

I arrived at 9:49pm on a Sunday evening. The gate was open. I parked at a meter on La Brea. The gate was closed. It was now 9:50. The ADVERTISED business hours are until 10PM. I informed the idiot security guard that I knew exactly what I wanted (pre-rolls) and I had cash so it would be a quick transaction. There were 2 patrons inside. After refusing to let me in and after arguing with this ignorant security guard about how business hours work and I was there 10 minutes before closing, I will NEVER come back here. MMD on Cahuenga near sunset has better prices and a better selection anyway. Screw this place they lost a loyal customer

If I could give zero stars I would, this interaction was by far the worst I've had with any business in any industry. I called this Thursday with my girlfriend we were both excited to get some herb from this new place we hadn't tried. She asked the budtender if this place if this place delivers, he says yes, and she excitedly hands me the phone. A brief transcript from when I took the phone:"Hi what brands of prerolled joints do you guys have?""We have like one brand""Oh okay, what's the price range on those?""Uh... like 7 to 8 dollars""Do you have different strains of hybrid in stock?"" . . . ok look, I'm not doing this. You can look at our website [click]"Mind you from the beginning of the call to being hung up on was about 30 seconds. I tried to call back, my phone tells me I've been blocked by the number. What kind of business do you run? Actively telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place, no one should have to deal with this.

I ordered a Herbarium LA face mask  to help guard myself from the Coronavirus as I work face to face with the public and travelers and paid for the standard shipping online. The USPS stole my package  and claimed that they sent the package back to the sender, a day after it was received by them. I contacted Herbarium via email to ask if they had received the package back and I let them know how much I needed my mask to protect myself at work. Liv got back to me within the hour and said they had not received my package back and they would love to send another package right away, Free of charge! They resent it using $26 express shipping and it got delivered this time, and required my signature. THEN, to my surprise, they sent me (2) masks  with a lovely letter saying to stay safe! Now that's sum customer service for u! Definitely got a return customer in me

Can't call it a dispensary, more like a flea market. When your turn comes, they recommend everything in the counter and if you dare ask a question, a little defensive boy behind the counter gets irritated, throws a tantrum, makes assumptions, and run to get another person to help you. Basically he knows nothing except sell what's available. The store should be ashamed of their employees, how they run the store like a candy shop, with uninformed individuals (everyone wants a job but no one wants to work) with a lot of ego problems, getting defensive when a customer asks levels of CBD or the difference between CBD:THC mix. I would never recommend this place. It's the chop shop of MEDICAL dispensaries.

I forgot to ask their name but the employee that helped me out was incredibly sweet and upbeat! The inside of the dispensary is very cute and colorful. Also, you get some reward points for every purchase! Will absolutely come back. :)

The first time I placed an order it went fine. Good communication from driver and store. The second time I never received a call, and the store calls directing me to an herbarium car because apparently the driver tried to get in contact with me. There was never a car with the herbarium logo and was just a guy in a jeep. Third time, I got no tracking link, no description of driver, no communication whatsoever. Had to call the store 4 times before anyone helped or answered me. Apparently, the driver "cancelled the order" even though it said it was delivered online. I don't know what's been going on lately, but very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication from a place that i thought would be my go-to dispensary. 2 stars :((

Don is very nice but doesn't really tell you everything at once. They want you to pay cash. If not cash you need to pay $5 credit card fee. I tried to pay by credit card but they actually only accept debit. Such a scam and a waste of my time. Never coming back. Also they push you to review them INSIDE the store to waive the $5 card fee. Like really??????

This place is a complete rip-off! 5 dollars just to use my check card? I'm sorry bank fees are the cost of doing business.  It's not my fault or my problem. Besides $5 for an "ATM" fee is ridiculous on it's own. No bank charges 5$ for each transaction. Prices are much higher than competition.  Stay away! You are being overcharged by 20$ easily for the same thing.

This location is a large space that an extensive variety of products to fit every need and preference. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find new products based on my preference. They also deliver! During my most recent visit there, the person that helped me threw in an extra air freshener and sample for me to try which I so appreciated. I will definitely be going back!

Super friendly and helpful staff!!!However, super over priced and not enough bang for your buck. Bought some expensive prerolls, no high. Was sold on some pretty impressive flower and it was dry and flaky and hardly had an aroma or affect upon opening and use. Super nice clean space and again great staff, product quality, price and affect are lacking.

Guess what. This place is all bad. I bought Some buds that were supposedly indoor grown. I asked and double checked with the lady who helped me and she assured me it was indoor grown. It was like Mexican dirt weed and because it was black package I couldn't see. I don't appreciate being sold something fake. I am very angry at how ripped off I got. $35 for Schwag and they claimed it was indoor. So bad. The pre rolls were horrible too. I opened their "top shelf" roll and it was filled with Leaf. Never buying from here again. I recommend you don't either.

DO NOT COME HERE if you have medical. They have no idea what they're doing, totally untrained, and always overcharge. I stopped coming here bc I was constantly being overcharged and only recently started coming back when I'm too lazy to go to Zen. If they don't give you your receipt you've probably been overcharged. I don't think most of them have ever seen an MMID card before because while the girl was holding mine she was explaining to me that I did receive my "discount" bc she saw that I was medical but also that you don't get a "discount" unless u have an "MMIC" card. Then when I told her she was holding my MMID she got someone else to help her. Both girls told me that despite what my receipt said that I did receive my "discount" only the discount wouldn't show up on the receipt. They also informed me that she had no idea what the receipt would look like with medical pricing. I said likely the receipt would show the correct taxes and no discount. The taxes are clearly printed on the top of the receipt and showed I was being taxed 34.5% when I should've been taxed 20%. In the end they settled in giving me $5 and keeping the receipt. I'm so annoyed at myself for coming back here that I just took it and left.Update: response to owner: wow! Look detective skills accusing me of being a competitor without bothering to  contact me? Maybe I don't want to have all of my personal info that is tied to my medical info on the internet? Or, checking security footage? I guarantee u will see me at some point holding up my MMID her grabbing it then calling over who I know assume was a manager and tweedle Dee and tweedle dumb trying to convince me that a "discount" had been applied to my receipt. Also, you're assuring me that this didn't happen yet haven't explained the training your staff goes thru..only that a manager is called when a situation in which you worker has no idea of the very basics of her job. Anyways, like I said in the message I sent directly to the store after receding the sms to rate my experience I will be reporting you to the health department. And, thanks to those sms messages I know exactly the dates and times I was in you store.

This place is clean, well lit, observes covid protocols AND when I accidentally left my debit card there, I got a call to pick it up within a few minutes- before I even realized I'd left it. One note: bring cash and avoid the transaction fee. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a pleasant delivery experience. Even though they accidentally gave me a preroll instead of the 1/8 I ordered, they quickly sent back Josh to swap it out. Speaking of Josh from TX, thank you for having personality and simply being nice. Huge bonus was the lovely pot tray they included it's like they knew I prefer to roll joints. I will definitely use them again.

they are nice to customers but however I just got back from there and  checked my receipt at home that they charged me for the wrong item which is more expensive than the ones i got. i just don't wanna drive back for the 10 bucks. also it happened before they charged extra stuff i didn't even buy, and i found out couple days later when i was getting rid of the bag and i saw the receipt. it's a pleasant place as long as you check your receipt before you walk out the door. there are just so many dispensaries in hollywood maybe i should check somewhere else.

Now I'm giving 5 Stars for their delivery service and website shopping. Other than that, I have not physically walked in. So I digress the delivery is always on time or near the time when they alert you that your delivery is at hand. Besides that. The website is easy to navigate. When I was looking for cannabis I always look for places that have a huge variety and Herbarium has hit all my right spots. They have everything from tinctures to vapes and fresh flower and all the shatter and concentrates that are worth buying. Worth buying. Yes it's a little pricey but you will get quality for your bucks so when it's all said and done you won't feel like you've been suckered. I still have yet to try the flower so hopefully the flower is top notch.

I came in with shoulder pains and was looking for some kind of cbd cream to help with the pain. When I let Kaylie know about my issue, she brilliantly informed me how thc/cbd together would be more effective and recommended me a great product. It's the cavi cream. A little on the pricy side but definitely worth it. If you do end up with kaylie as your bud tender, then you'll get to see first hand how informed she is on all their products but you'll also get to experience her easygoing chill vibes!!! Someone give that woman a raise!!!

I bought PREPACKAGED WEED and it had small hairs in it. Human hairs. Like pubs. Prolly not pubs... but cmon. I smoked like a couple blunts and i thought it was just the weed. I was straight smoking a spliff with hair... gross af. Threw away my 8th. Not comming back at that price and for hair in my weed? Gross.

I was just in the store today and was helped by Antoinella. Ironically she was a fellow miami native. She was beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to break down the complexity of the product in the most simplest terms. As a sales rep, I was blown away by the impressionable statement she makes. A stellar asset to Herbarium. I can't wait to come back.

The sales associate Jasmine took her time to explain the difference between the different types of edibles. The staff greeted us upon entry. Masks and social distancing were followed. We will return for future purchases.

Just moved to Los Angeles and herbarium was the first spot I hit up. E-money & herbarium made me feel right at home. Definitely come back anytime that I can!

Today was my first time going into a dispensary because I was next door trying out mattresses at Sit N Sleep. When I walked in, since I was a 1st timer, I had to go register at the front and the lovely receptionist told me to let my budtender know that I was new and I would get a free joint. Say what?!Anna helped me and took the time to go over everything with me, since I am a newbie and I was more so looking for something with pain relief. Luckily there were several deals going on that day so I ended up getting a bogo of buy one get one for a penny with a patch and gummies. She also took the time to go over other things like different types of pens and rollups for me to try in the future.It was very clean and organized and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back and try some more things.

The first time I came, I got a discount, friendly service, and good product. The second time, no discount, crappy service, and paid 60 bucks for a .5g vape pen replacement that doesn't seem to work, and it's definitely not holding as much oil as I've seen in other cartridges.Never again.

SCAMMERS! This store is the lowest quality you can get in LA, in terms of customer service. I would even go as far as saying they are conscious thieves, as they don't even tell you if they owe you when they round up the charge up until you come back and say "ohh my change?" to them, Stay alert but I would definitely spend my money at more reputable shop!

Had an ok experience. I made an online order so that I didnt have to wait in line and pick out what I wanted to save time. But when I got there they had no clue where my order was. So the deals that I selected online was basically changed and I doubt I got the sale items I wanted. The associate I had helping was nice but had to yell to her because the music was "bumpin" in there. If you want a club type atmosphere this is your spot, but if you want a more apple store vibe then just go to MedMen. Probably wont be returning here; due to vibe.

Was on my way to my regular dispensary and randomly saw Herbarium, pulled over and had a great experience! Very clean facility with a cool vibe. Rachel was lovely, knowledgeable and hospitable.Got some Girl Scout cookies on the way home and looking forward to testing the goods.

Beware of scams!!! They will overcharge your debit card without letting you know. Fees that aren't mentioned during the checkout process are  added to your total. First red flag was the fact they didn't send any order confirmation email.

Anna Luena rocks! She was really helpful and knew what she was talking about. We wanted a couple of vapes and ended up buying way more for less. I'm excited that we came across her. She was very informative, professional and passionate about the products in the store. You can tell she has a passion for helping others with their medicinal needs (which is always a plus). A perfect dispensary. Aileen in particular was super helpful!  I picked up a eighth that I didn't particularly like, and the next morning they exchanged it no questions asked. Not every dispensary is like this with the customer service. I HIGHLY recommend (Get it? lolololololol, ugh...)

Rude and unfriendly. Came in Black Friday and was greeted by a middle age blonde woman who looked like she would rather have a root canal than help me. Rolled her eyes when I asked questions & looked at me like I had a foot growing out of my ear when I had the audacity to ask what the Black Friday special was. I left, went down the street to Hollywood high grade where upon arrival they immediately shove a bag of free stuff in your face and tell you 10 specials they were running.

My husband has been struggling with sleep issues. Had never done drugs in his life (now 62) and this has been a life/sleep saver. Can't say enough good things about the delivery driver, Kirshan. I wanted to tip him and had zero cash. He said I couldn't leave it on the card, but not to worry. At all. He was so sweet, such a good natured person. Next time Kirshan, I'll have gone to the store and have cash on hand! Great place, great staff. Bravo.

Herbarium never disappoints! Every time I go in there the customer service is always on point, the waits are not too long. The girl I just checked out with her name is Katerina she was so sweet so nice and really made me so excited to shop with them! Definitely recommend

Adam Wrote me back and my reply was....The security gaurd is a representative and an ambasador for your business. To try to "check" a customer for something located on the public sidewalk. A Scooter that is not used for your "Delivery" service. Is that part of securing your location???? He works for you as an employee. My beef is with management. I wish no customer I'll will. But consider spending some of the Fancy Lighting money on Customer safety instead of Pretty girls who know crap about weed and fake as wanna be guards. Because if and when they do come in "strong arm" trough your little gate. Hypothetically speaking of course because im a peace loving hippe weed smoker. Its gonna take less time to get the money "hypothetically" because that glass is just for show. That Security gaurd who tried to "Check" me aint defending shit. You just got a free consultation from a security expert. Who can argue with that....Adam sent me another message, my reply...Evil always wins. All that bullshit that came out of your finger words and not one appology. I was treated rudely at your establishment by one of personel. People like you will be haunted by me. You should have applogized for the asshole security gaurds behavior. You have alot of faith in a scary ass gurad with a card. I pray nothing happens to your location. But the photo's of your location speak for a lack of simple security measures that 99% of the shops use. Security Doors and a SafeWay in and out of the Bud Room. I am relentless and never will give up until your doors are shuttered. The customer is always right remember.

I placed an order through their website and was quoted $97.60. When I went to pick up the order, the salesman said that they don't have any web sales but was corrected by another associate. It took them over 20 minutes to process my sale with only one person ahead of me and they wanted to charge me $100+ for my order. When I disputed the price, they said that the prices at the store increased. They finally honored my web sales price after an argument. Very unprofessional and badly trained, especially the rude woman supervisor on shift on 1/23/2021 evening.

If you like to pay double what you will pay other places for the same product, this is the dispensary for you. I paid twice the amount for half the quality. Save yourself from wasting money and go somewhere else. The staff is not very helpful or especially friendly, leaving this place with not even a single redeeming quality. My first experience here was just as disappointing and after giving them multiple chances, I have decided to never return here and neither should you.

This place was advertised on billboards as "the best f***in dispensary" in Los Angeles" and it was pretty cool!  We got a preroll I haven't seen too many places - a full gram of flower, mixed with Rosin oil and then the final joint is rolled in kief.Unbelievable.

I'm not the most experienced in getting weed. But with how nice and helpful the employees are here, I'm able to really experiment and find what I like. Real friendly employees who really take the time to get to know you and see what's best for you. Especially with giving discounts, real generous! Look for Axel, seriously have not met anyone nicer and kind with helping me get what I need and not try to sell  me on the unnecessary products!

Overpriced and an ill informed staff have turned my once favorite weed shop into a place I avoid. Additionally the staff chose not to wear masks during a crowded special event. While the selection is good, there are much better places than this.

Come here only if you enjoy or are tolerant of the following:-Ridiculous parking lot.-Blasting music.-Unnecessary waiting.-No fair order on which customer is served next.-Clueless budtenders.-Inflated prices.-Unmarked prices on packaged items, forcing you to find out costs at the register.-Inconsistent stock on nearly every edible, cbd or packaged item.-Incredibly long waits to check out.-Being charged for items you didn't buy.I say, no thanks. Plenty of other places to buy stress-free.

So my doctor recommended this place to go because it was my first place to buy something for my anxiety. This has been an issue for a few years and I finally thought I should get a hold on it and this place is up the street. I was helped by a guy, I believe his name was Marshall, I had no idea what to get or what strength to get. He helped me steer clear of the recreational items and something that would help calm me down and relax. It has now been three weeks and I have been back. I highly recommend this place and ask for Marshall especially if you don't know what to ask for.

Place looks pretty impressive from the outside and first I thought oh okay just another commercialized expensive dispensary but it's not. They got good deals? Staff is very friendly and everyone seems to be very experienced with most of the flower. One lady gave me a "necklace" for my pax era so I don't loose it again :D haven't lost it ever since. So it begins the stars going down. I've had several good experiences with them but service isn't seemingly consistent. Often items appear available  for purchase online but actually are not. After calling in I Had trouble understanding gentlemen trying to explain/help me over the phone. Which was a little frustrating & I actually was the one apologizing over and over for not getting what he was saying because the total wasn't adding up and just said go ahead and place the order just to get off the phone and get it over with.  Not sure why placing particular or was so difficult. Website issues are annoying-fix ASAP/stay updatedAlso my area was originally a 45$ minimum which was about a month or so ago and is now75$

This locations has there own parking, and if you're shopping at the Target/Best Buy shopping center, it's close enough to walk to.     The street signage is large, clear, and a bit much for some, but what is discreet in Los Angeles? The color is eye catching, and I highly appreciate the diversity of color, avoiding the stigmatized and overused green.      Speaking of diversity, the staff represents their clientele, and by that I mean everyone. The security checked us in quickly, and pointed us to the other side of an open and wonderfully balanced showroom, to my budtender.      A 10 foot table display and vendor representative from Viola caught my eyes as they explored. The vendor rep. informed us on the advantageous offer available. Unfortunately, we were looking for flower, and are fans of Viola's flower, but only concentrate was available, but  promises us a swag bag on the way out anyway!     Candice.     My Budtender Candice was, and is an Awesome-arium! Candice was well informed on cannabis, and the cannabis products available. Candice inquired about my preferences, listened, and immediately began presenting options, great options. I had my target, and this straight shooter and I hit the mark.     There are variety of familiar brands and strains to satisfy any voyager seeking topicals, flower, concentrates, and/or edibles.     After a brief, but illuminating conversation with Candice, I purchased with confidence. Well before my friend and I had reached the register, the Viola rep delivered the dopest swag bag I've ever received at a dispensary.     "Are we like the millionth customer...?", my friend Shawn T. I remember the first I went shopping here and the staff at Herbarium not only helped me pick out the best products but also educated me on the effects and the levels of each item. Truly such a pleasant experience visiting and shopping at the store. Lior was one of my favorite people to work with. He gives the BEST recommendations for which products he felt would be suitable for myself. I shop here all the time, can never go anywhere else! ALSO the prices here are SO reasonable and worth it. BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure they don't rip you off too!We stopped in and purchase a cartridge and wax. I asked about if there was any specials and was told by the bud tender there was none. I noticed the "Wednesdays 25% off wax and vape" signs and mentioned about it and it being Wednesday to him and he acted like he didn't have a clue. When he said the total we thought it had to be off. I even questioned if he applied the discount and he said yes. Then when we looked at the receipt and were floored to see that he only took $10 off instead of actually 25% off our purchase which was wax and cartridge like the signs said! It should of been $17.50 off not $10.Fix this issue please!

This place rules. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great prices and the AC is always on point. I met Boo, their on site dog and alleged CFO and was treated very well indeed.Service is always fast which keeps the lines down. Make sure to bring a CURRENT ID or passport. They won't let you in otherwise.Great place, taking all my Colorado people here when they need green on a visit.

Skeezy place. Was sold a cartridge that was incompatible with my vape battery after explaining exactly what I owned and was told it was compatible. Wouldn't accept a return of the wrong cartridge and was told I would have to purchase a compatible battery. Every transaction has some strange fees. Definitely won't be back. More honest shops out there.

I wouldn't recommend going here. No FTP deals, or that much of a selection. It said free gift with every purchase and i didnt recieve anything. They also didnt give me my change back right and owed me like $10. I unfortunately didnt realize until later so lost out on that. Dont go here!!!

So, I'm not really a pot person. I prefer low-cut tops and a drink called, "The Consensual Schoolboy" to kick off my Monday. :-) (LOL!)  But, after moving to L.A. in October from NYC via Austin, I've found myself in some unsavory environments (example: I was given free rent in Glendale for three weeks from a crazy nutter ex-'friend' who turned out to be an angry and insanely delusional hoarder with two cats.)Microdosing edibles got me though that. The minute I left that situation, I was weed-free for 2 1/2 months. With increasing stress-levels, I decided to head back and see if I could get some gummies and not feel like I put a down payment on a house. (Dispensaries here are so expensive because of the state taxes). I came here for the reviews and boy did my panties drop! First of all the security guard kept his GLOC in his pants and admired my crystal. Second, the bud tender who checked me in was rad, "Jersey? I'm Jersey too." Third, I won a FREE MOTHA-FORKING gram of top shelf weed. The universe wants me to be here. (After dealing with some fake hipster burnouts who laugh when you ask for a recommendation (Eagle Rock, I'm looking at you guys). This is the best dispensary I have been to in LA. Get your tight buns over to this place.I

Staff is nice. But I had my first delivery last night. One item was a disposable pen that didn't work. When I called I was told I had to bring it to them for an exchange or refund. Which defeats the delivery which they charge for. So I drove to their shop and did an exchange. One block away I tested the new pen. Glad I did because it didn't work either. What's disappointing is there was no offer to refund for the delivery charge and no offer of a cheap pre roll or even a free lighter for my time and money. I wanted to like this place but I will not be a returning customer.

I've been coming here for a while, they're cool. Axel was very nice and let me know of the deals and promotions that were going on. Every time I come, they don't reall have that much of a selection of Sativa gummies. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5

I stopped by the other day, the shop is cute and funky with a large selection of products, including some fun apparel, and they have an adorable dog that chills and greets you. The parking lot seemed a bit stressful but street parking was easy. The most lovely part of the experience was our budtender Isobel, she was upbeat, knowledgeable, and very patient with us looking and asking questions. She's a gem, it's always refreshing when the budtenders are pleasant and well informed instead of grumpy and rude, which so often seems the case. Thanks Isobel!!

just moved back to Cali after spending 2 years in Colorado. 1st off: Colorado doesn't know as much as it thinks it does about weed. 2nd: I came to the Originals looking for that Cali Fire weed that I remembered smoking growing up. Love this dispensary! They have on site parking and offer 20% off on Tuesday for pre rolls. Axel also makes great recommendations and this place is always clean and bright.

I will never go to this place again. The music is overly loud. The people are obnoxious. And they are not taking this pandemic seriously. On more than one occasion in the 10 minutes I was there 3 or 4 people got within 1' of me. And nobody did a damn thing. You wanna get covid? go ahead and buy weed at this crappy shop.

The girls working there are so unprofessional they probably expect people who just smoke all the time, don't care, and are experienced on knowing what they want to be their only clients that they act like that. They think that as long as they act flirty they're doing their job.I wish they had people that actually believed in products that could help people with anxiety or just people who just want to try something new to take a break and just relax. No just people who are experience because they grew up smoking for fun. I go in with my girlfriend and she's talking because she's smoked before and she asks for good pre rolls. The girl working says the one we were looking at is good and says they're $15 and the one next to it is $20 and that the lighter we looked at was $1. We were okay we will only take one then since they were that expensive and a lighter because it's a cute neon for just $1. We go pay and she just starts laughing and talking Spanish to her coworker while we are just waiting then she's like you have cash right and I asked why cash only? And she doesn't respond to me she responds to my girlfriend saying there's a $5 fee with cards. We paid and left for home without even checking anything because I was too annoyed. Get home turns out the pre roll was only $9.99 which we couldn't gotten two if SHE would've saiD THE CORRECT PRICE. And the lighter was $4 something. Wrong prices and don't cater to different kind of  customers. Super unprofessional when it comes to customer service and it was our first time there too we were excited because we were looking for a lgbtq friendly place. They're just there having fun, expecting everyone who walks in to be like them and not care.

I never got around to writing a review, but I will never shop here again because they are dishonest in their business practices and enjoy taking advantage of new customers. Spent way too much fiat here because I didn't know any better.

This is my favorite dispensary in LA. They have a super helpful staff and consistently have the same products I like. The new layout isn't great though, since they took down that wall it leaves something to be desired. I think the check in desk would either work directly ahead when you walk in or to the right with all the couches. What's the point of the waiting room if you have to wait outside now?

This place is so good it should be illegal. It's the best shop in the neighborhood in terms of price, quality, and service. Their die chrome windows make the store vibes amazing and they have the best high end products always in stock without up-charging the way they could given their location and the allocated nature of their products. Overall, this is the spot I would go to first if you are in the neighborhood. The staff is super knowledgeable, the products are top shelf, and the prices are the lowest in the area.

Very cool dispensary. Clean, customer service is always great, the associates are very attentive to your needs. The young lady, Laneea, who helped me was very patient with me through the entire process and was super educated on the products. Not to mention super nice!This is my go to dispensary. BY FAR THE BEST DISPENSARY on the West side....and most definitely the best in the West Hollywood/ Hollywood area! I've been going to dispensaries since they were medical only and have found my new favorite place! The staff are personable and knowledgeable about the product. They even ask you questions about your experience with products so they have more firsthand info for other patrons inquires. Awesome! I especially appreciate the physical space which is open and bright...not like other places that feel like you're visiting a prison.They have great hours, parking, local delivery and a treat for first time customers! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. I promise you'll be back!

Update: as a repeat/weekly customer for a couple months now, I cannot recommend Herbarium highly enough, such a fantastic team!Fantastic spot. I've stopped by at least 3 times and each visit has been great. A clean, inviting atmosphere, complimented by knowledgeable and friendly employees. Typically I swing by on weekday evenings, grab a spot in the lot without issue and am able to pop in quickly and efficiently. On First Fridays there is a vendor pop-up evening, filled with familiar vendors offering specials, deals and education classes. I didn't have much time to peek at it this visit but I can't wait to see the next one! Everyone in the shop was smiling, music was playing and people were having a great time. (which pretty much describes every visit I've had.) In spite of a busy evening with loads going on, Cosette was able to answer questions and provide excellent customer service, which I really appreciated.I strongly recommend stopping by!

This shop is definitely one of the better shops in the area. They've hired really nice/knowledgeable bud tenders.  Luna (staff member) was definitely a standout. She helped me find something I wanted within my price range and never made me feel like I wasn't buying enough. Everyone's super friendly and accommodating. Really good selections. I like how they sell single grams too cuz sometimes I don't want all that much. They also factor in taxes into the listed price, which is nice. Parking is kinda wonky, but whatever, it's LA.

This is one of the best dispensaries in Los Anegels! First they have super easy parking, I've never had a problem. They have great deals for first timers and every time you bring a guest in. They have treated me like family and it makes a huge difference compared to other shops. The selection of products that they have is incredible and the price is right on point! The employees are very knowledgeable about the products and always have a great recommendation. Can't wait to be back!

I was sold a metrix vape pen and cartridges which were absolutely garbage quality. Spent about $70 for terrible quality.  The vape was extremely harsh brined my throat and lungs. I feel absolutely stiffed. I want a refund for this crap.

This place is a total scam. They have these stamp things that allow you to get $100 in store credit after you spend a certain amount (used to be $50, then $60 now $75), on twelve occasions.Having made over 20 purchases like this (AT LEAST) I was denied the $100 store credit, which was promised over the course of a year.BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER EXPERIENCED - DO NOT GO.

Best place in town for flowers! It's huge & it's always the best place for good prices. I always come in and the staff is extremely friendly (Katie, Stephanie, Yaz & Adie!) are the best!! I don't know why they haven't opened a 2nd location but they should Asap! I'll be back & I def want all my friends / family to come by & try there strains. If you haven't been to a flower shop before don't worry because the staff will walk you thru all the flavors & make sure you're very comfortable. I love that they're pet friendly, as well. I live just a few blocks away and this is my go-to spot. Not only is it convenient but the section is really great and the budtenders are always really welcoming and helpful. I always try to get the cheaper batches and Axel, helped me find the best option for what I wanted. The vibe is really cool as well and I love the style of there merch- will definitely be back to grab a hat or sweatshirt!

No first time customer deals like all the other places?! Overpriced products! Unprofessional girls helped me that didn't know what they were doing, not helpful or smart or even knew what a medical card /dr Referrel was ? - suggested I get one from "the city to save more money." I told her "yes- there is a decrease in taxes with this - there has to be a discount for a real patient with a legit disease like mine (ms), you have to scan it and put it on my account."  "Oh yeah" - the other girl told her there was and showed her how to scan it and ring me up which took a while for 2 pre rolls and 2 eighths. Price points too high!!  I don't even see a discount for my medical recommendation on my big receipt....taxes seem crazy higher than other places too!!  I was still in shock that there were no discounts or deals so I asked her again and she pointed to a gumball machine and said,"you can try to win something in that." So I said," you mean put my quarter in there and hope to get a freebie out of it?" I put my quarter in and out came a freaking bouncy ball and I walked back to the counter to show her and I said "so I won a bouncy ball for that $.25 I put in there- that's it?" Lol. and she was like, "yeah - that's it. - sometimes it's better."  Haaa.  So ridiculous!!  Don't waste your time.  My worst dispensary experience ever and I've tried a bunch on purpose to educate myself and see what's out there and how this business is run.  This was my "local" shop that's been around for 3 years she said and I finally tried it and regret it deeply. I'll stick with classy, honest, fair, knowledgeable, professional places like Erba, New Amsterdam, Medmen, Sweet flower, green goddess etc. try those - they are on the top of my list. Don't waste your time or money - way more legit shops out there!!

This is the 1st dispensary I've ever been to, and I'm a total newbie to the world of cannabis.  I was a little wary before I went in, just from my own preconceptions of how intimidating I thought a dispensary would be, but I was immediately put at ease by both the facility and the people.  I couldn't have chosen a better place to go for my 1st experience!Everyone here, from the receptionists, to all the budtenders, to the happiest security guard I've ever met, are ALL SO nice, patient, helpful, knowledgable, and just full of the most positive energy. I was made to feel incredibly welcome, comfortable, and appreciated as a customer. I felt like I was making friends more than being served by workers.The interior of the building is bright, clean, well organized, and all the products are attractively displayed in brightly lit, roomy glass counters.  They seem to have a nice variety of products, though to be fair I have nothing to compare that to.  The waiting room is comfortable, with a sofa, water cooler, and magazines. They even have their own free parking lot!I would highly recommend this dispensary to both experienced users and newcomers to the MJ scene. They often have great deals too, and you get a first-time customer discount right off the bat. Check them out!!!

Top 3 in my best dispensary list! They have best selection of flower I've ever seen, and REAL runtz! Not the fake stuff I bought at other places. It's all fresh and sticky. The prices were after tax which was cool too so I wasn't stuck think I was spending so much to only spend more. Herbarium is my absolute favorite and the best dispensary in LA, by FAR the best selection of flowers, edibles, joints, oils ect. They have drinks and cooking ingredients like cbd cacao and nut butters, really high content and really good prices. Super clean, spacious and fun good energy from the staff. My favorite new spot.

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOPPPP! My go to all day everyday, everyone that works there is super cool and helpful, as well as them having the best Oz deal in town (to my knowledge). Overall, this place is a good drive from my house, but Ill go there verses Weedmaps or experimenting with a new place because they are consistent and have a reliable location and supply. I cant tell you how many times a small random weedmaps delivery service ripped me off after taking a leap of faith, I learned my lesson, though, and will continue to see the wonderful people at Herbarium for the near and far future. The first time I visited Herbarium it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful! I told all my friends and convinced a few people to go. Just went in today and it was a very different experience. Not only have they dramatically rearranged the store and cut down on the amount of products they carry, but the customer service was terrible. First, shoutouts to the security guard and the African American man who checked me in who were both super friendly! But the woman who "helped" me acted like I was bothering her, she didn't seem to know what she was doing or have much interest in helping me. Maybe it's her first day, but she could have at least smiled and pretended to care. I had to remind her to apply a discount I was supposed to get and I still wasn't clear if she actually applied it because when I questioned her on the total price it didn't sound right, but it ultimately didn't matter because I was so annoyed I left without my purchase. There are signs all over that say $100 minimum for credit or debit so I made sure my purchase was over that, but when I tried to use my credit card I was told I'd have to call my credit card company to get a pin code???? What? If they don't want to accept credit then they should just say that. I could have gotten cash at the atm but I wasn't about to pay pointless fees just to shop there especially when I could go down the street to a different dispensary that is nicer and more helpful. Also I had the cash to pay for the thing I wanted, I'd just added on more to make the $100 minimum, but like I said I was so annoyed I just wanted to leave. My only regret is that I'd already dropped money in the tip jar, but I hope they split it with the check-in guy and the security guard.

Great, friendly, fair pricing.When I had a issue with one of my PAX cartridges (cracking) they exchanged it no questions asked! Parking in lot is easy and depending on when you go they could be busy but I have yet to have issues.

I'm a native NYer, first time visiting LA with my boyfriend, and the first dispensary we ended up at was Herbarium. Our initial impression was that the store was super cool, great vibe and good prices, and we really appreciated the coupons available to us as well as the free/ 1¢ items with purchase. The second dispensary we visited was also interesting, but quite a bit more expensive. Needless to say, when I needed to make another purchase, I went back to Herbarium. The second time around, Ana helped us out and she really went above and beyond for us! She was very kind & attentive, answered all of our questions, and helped us find exactly what we needed (and even more) well within our budget. Not to mention her pink braids are SICK. Thank you Ana for all of your help - we will be back soon and hope we see you again!

Just came in for the first time today. What a wonderful place... Right in my neighborhood. I was in desperate need of some pain relief, as I just had two discs in my neck replaced, with artificial titanium cervical spine inserts. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. 55 hours after surgery and I am completely off of all opiates, and letting nature help me heal. Their selection is wonderful and I will definitely be a repeat/loyal customer. Thank you all for your help. I am already feeling better.

All good here, I got an Alpine cartridge and when I asked if it would work with a Bloom Farms battery the girl was like "yeah, of course".It didn't work lmao I came back right away and another guy gave me a new battery that would, so all was forgiven there. Cool people.

This was my first trip here and I don't smoke but my husband does and I wanted to get him something. Small parking lot but on a Wednesday evening there were spots available.  I'm helped immediately and the woman is very nice- sorry I can't remember her name. I tell her all I know is my husband likes indica and she then makes some suggestions and helps me pick some options. Cash only but there is an atm and only a 2.99 fee which is pretty good. I used a $25 for $35 voucher I got from yelp and the prices seemed reasonable.  Most important my husband loves everything I got and said it's the best weed he's had in years. He has found his new shop thanks to his non smoking wife :)

I would give this place 2 stars because, honestly, everything here is so overpriced and there are no FTP deals.  However, they're one of the few places I know of that carries Caviar Gold, and that's great (but still incredibly expensive).  If you got the money, the selection is pretty good though

The selection of herb and concentrates was great. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The issue for me is the guard wouldn't let me use the restroom which sucked since I was an hour from my house and I had just spent a hundred with them. I won't be back just for that reason.Broken restrooms have out of order signs....

I got a gram that was a little short. Thankfully the owner was nice enough to give me a top shelf eighth the next time I came back.

The pre rolls are ABSOLUTE garbage. Literally almost unsmokable. They were so tightly packed that you could not hit them. It's such a waste of money, especially in these times, how dare you guys sell your customers this bull****. I don't know who packed these joints but not someone who smokes weed, because this is a joke. It's all shake anyways so it's not like you'd want to unroll and re pack the weed. So so lame, such a waste of money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is a place you want to like- good location, has some parking- but the product and prices are just really bad. This was the second time I'd been, and the showroom was half of what it was the first time; a good 1/3 of product was these Lil Cavi prerolls which come in a few sizes. I got one I was told was 1g, it was just over 1/2g for $17+tax and I just felt so dirty spending as much as I did for overpriced product

So I've been sitting on this review for a while because I wanted some time to actually think about what I wanted to write. I began going here a couple times and the budtenders were pleasant, but the premium prices here don't align with the quality of their products. I would say Koreatown Collective or any of the MMD shops are far superior in price, customer service, and product. However there was one situation that turned me off of this dispensary completely.I went once to grab a couple pre-rolls - maybe a total of $50-$60 including taxes for what I purchased - when I got to the register, the cashier girl rang me up for an amount of $160~ because she didn't put the correct products on my inventory and she would've just gone through the transaction had I not caught it! It left a terrible taste in my mouth. I have never gone back since. MMD and Koreatown collective are far superior

so i honestly never leave reviews unless its really well deserved and this place deserves 10+ stars. Great parking, friendly service, patient, and honestly they don't try to hustle you. Megan helped me and she went above and beyond. I will def returning! and they are beyond clean and top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Probably the greatest dispensary there ever was or will be. Walked in and was kindly greeted by Adi and asked what I like. Grade A+ flower and concentrates and customer service which is hard to find in LA especially good quality extracts if you know what I mean! (Most places are overpriced and low quality) but no herbarium. Doesn't get much better do yourself a favor and check out this gorgeous, clean, friendly neighborhood shop! What a joke, they advertise all these great deals on greens and when I went in they seemed to not have any of the "deals" available and tried to sell me stuff 3 times the price.  They dont seem to update their weedmaps pricing on purpose.   Too many other honest dispensaries in the area to ever go back to this place w waaayy better deals than them...save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EVER.These people do not stand by their product!!I went in Yesterday to get two cartridges for my vape pen, and they did not work with my battery.When I went back to exchange them, they said that they're not at fault and would NOT stand by their product. I'm out $75 on catridges that don't work, and because of their B.S. excuses, will NOT be returning here. There are much more PROFESSIONAL locations on Melrose anyway, and I will be giving them my business instead. Hopefully they stand by their products.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to when I am visiting Los Angeles! They are precise their prices are great and they are just across the street from a shopping center. I think the best parts about it is there big parking lot you always find parking in and Rebekah ! She helped me out so great and got me out of there so quickly was amazing . Love this place

The selection is underwhelming, maybe only 30% of what other shops in their area offer. Prices are extremely high, which is expected for West Hollywood, but still very disappointing, knowing the actual price of the product. Service is slow, system is new, and seems more like the owners care about the look and design, not about the quality.

My girlfriend and I came here the other night, looking to buy a preroll after a long day of walking around Hollywood.  We didnt have enough money to take anything from the atm and brought no cash unfortunately, so we just decided to leave.  While we were in the parking lot, the girl who helped us out ran out and gave us a free one-hitter, which was so kind, and it hit just right  store is beautiful with a fantastic selection and friendly & knowledgeable staff!

Adie is THE BEST! Very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain different strains. Great location!

Shops needed to up their game and many closed because they couldn't or wouldn't. This place though has been doing it right since they opened up down the street from me. Everyone there from the door guys to the budtenders are friendly and eager to help you out. The open concept layout is simple and easy to navigate. They got good variety and a really good rewards program. I've been there about a dozen times so far and every single time their product is perfect and always meets or exceeds weight. Basically it's a five/five. I'm super lucky to live near their store but they also deliver so you're set.

Rockstar service and product. Best dispensary within a 3 mile radius hands down.They're also familiar with the West Hollywood "compassion program" (see page 7 of West Hollywood ordinance No 09-833) for those of us who qualify.

Was super stoked to check this place out, but couldn't be more disappointed. The atmosphere was really cool and had a great vibe. However, as first timers to this shop we weren't offered any deals/discounts , which is common at other shops. And when we asked about the daily specials that they have playing on the screens, the worker said that they no longer did them and stopped doing deals an hour before we came in. But the screens still had deals and discounts listed across the whole back wall which was a bummer. And when we finally decided to purchase some overpriced flower the total came up and we had cash but we're .37 cents short due to tax and the worker just directed us to the atm and said we could pull out the rest there. Like cmon any other shop I've been to has been a lot more helpful. So we decided to leave and go to Hollywood Highgrade which had the same product for about $15 less and an added discount for being a first time customer. So overall, they need to update they're TVs that have false discounts, and work on better ways to bring in new customers. Get your weed for cheaper somewhere else!

Wonderful new addition to the neighborhood! This dispensary is clean, bright and the budtenders are very helpful. I stopped by for the first time this past weekend to pick up some rose petal pre-rolls and was helped by Omar, he was great to work with. The atmosphere is amazing. The girls that are behind the counter are so knowledgeable and informative. I will say who ever is in charge of the website should make sure the prices online match what's sold in store. I ordered an 1/8 online and when Got home it wasn't an 1/8 at all. I love this place! I have a great experience every time I go there. They have a good selection of excellent bud, and all the extra goodies. All the budtenders are helpful and nice. I met the Omar today, and he was kind and accommodating. I love how all the bud is marked with the ailments it can help with; like pain, anxiety, insomnia; etc. You don't see that very often. It's very professional and really helps when you are looking for specific strains for things that may be bothering you. I highly recommend this shop.

Terrible service. Pre roll selection was horrible. I ended up walking out because the employees were too busy talking with there friends about where they went out last night (Saturday). Will never go back. It also looks very shady with the colored windows. Nothing beats MedMen.

Went for the first time today and was completely blown away by the atmosphere. It's Cinco de Mayo and this place was in full theme including free tacos and a pinata in the parking low. The selection inside was easily in the top 3 I have ever seen and included top shelf sativas, indicas, hybrids, and shake (YES, top shelf shake for just $5) and they had a 5 gram 8th promotion as well. They also have all the best vapes (pax included) and a fridge full of CBD waters, lotions, snacks...everything you could dream of. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable, I must have asked 1,000 questions and they knew everything and helped me to decide. I hope they have free tacos next weekend too, might just make this the go to spot :)

I just signed up with Herbarium and I think I have found a home! The sign in was quick and painless. I was in the store within minutes. The bud tenders are extremely helpful and the bud choices were diverse with top shelf product. Plus, as an added benefit, as a new signee I got to spin the wheel, and walked away with a nice new bong!I am not such a big edibles fan, but for those that enjoy cannabis infused edibles and drinks of all shapes and sizes, they have a well stocked refrigerator with anything you can think of.

This place ran my card twice and it was a hassle to get this resolved. They made me take the time out of my day to go to my bank to show them statements. It was ridiculous. They handled it really unprofessional when it was their mistake. Don't use your card here. Pay cash if have to come here!

The first time we came here, it was great! We've been back 4 or 5 times since then and gets worse every time. We mainly come in for tinctures for our elderly dog.  They never have consistent inventory. We've had to buy a different brand and different ratio every single time. I did understand that inventory will vary. Frustrating, but... I get it. My husband went in today and stood by the tincture counter for 20 minutes before he had to actually chase down a budtender to help him out. When he finally got some guy to help, the budtender was literally clueless. We were looking for a 3:1 or a 4:1 tincture and he didn't even know what that meant. He told my husband "we can learn together".  He proceeded to tell my husband that one was zero percent THC and that's actually better. What?! How about smoke less weed while you're working. It's turned into such an unprofessional setting. There's been times where we've been at the register and the cashier is yelling across the store at the other budtenders regarding things the cashier wanted them to work on. My husband ended up just walking right out. There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area. Avoid this place at all costs.

Not only are the security guards and bud tenders rude and aggressive you can tell working there is a hype beast job for them. There is no compassion behind the cannabis, it's use, or benefit they're just worried about being the coolest dispensary in weho. Their prices, promos, and quality is inconsistent. I bought an 8th last night that had 14 seeds I counted and collected. Why am I paying top dollar for seeds? Can't I just buy shwag for 1/4 of the price??? Get it together.

The security guy was eager to invite me in and it being my first time I was anticipating a welcoming experience. I only halfway received that. The girl who rung me up was cold and very short with me while no one else was in the dispensary. I felt unimportant and as if my sale did not matter. The other girl with the short curly hair was great and showed me a lot of the store in the beginning, since I took the time to pick my stuff out I went along with my purchase- too bad I couldn't close the sale with her because at the end I was super annoyed with the other girl because she act like I was wasting her time, WHEN NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE. I don't like when workers act too good to give customer service and rather act hostile instead.

Absolutely love this dispensary. I live 3 hours away and only come out here about once a month. I had gone in a month previous and bought a disposable vape pen. When I got home that night, it was defective. I couldn't go for another month but when I went in, they were still able to switch out our for one that works! Also we're super knowledgeable and helped me choose out some other product that best fit my needs. Great prices and gifts for first time customers! I will definitely make it a habit to come here whenever I am in the area. They have earned a Customer for life and I will be referring everyone I know!

This is my go to spot for cannabis in my neighborhood (Hollywood even though it's technically in weho). Anthony and Taylor as well as the girls (sorry for forgetting your names ladies!) are always really helpful and hook me up beyond what I pay for. They always go the extra mile to make my day better. From the first time coming here I've been hooked. The staff is beyond phenomenal. They always have the best buds and their joints are my favorite.  Give them a try a jem in a town full of too many businesses, and not enough quality.

I have passed by this place a lot recently and though I usually just shop at one or two dispensaries, I was curious and on the look out for different vape cartridges. Walking in I was skeptical on the buds cause of the low price but when showed the top strains was impressed on the look and smell I ended up buying an 8th and am not disappointed. I got a vape cartridge as well that was recommended and am excited to try it. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly, free parking on site, I will definitely be going back to this place.

Unimpressed, I spinned the wheel and they were out of top shelf joints, so I spin again and win a fortune cookie. I'm not a fan of edibles I declined my FTP gift and when I checked out the selection of buds they only had a handful of strains under either section (indica, sativa, hybrid) I asked the budtender what the CBD content was and she had no clue. She asked the other budtender and she said the thc content was 20% and the cbd content was 80. Safe to say they didn't know what they were talking about. Head to Hollywood high grade instead for options and knowledgeable tenders. I won't return and left without any goodies.

I walk in and first asked about the use of the yelp groupon deal, Spend $50 for $70. The girl Jasmine had no clue about it nor how to use it so she pulled another girl over to show her. Firstly, these people that work at this weed store are pretty incompetent. Little to no knowledge on the products. They seemed too high to function let alone work the job. The person that 'helped' me also showed no interest to disclose fees or their "Upcharge" bullshit before using a debit card. Here is what went wrong other than going to this location: I purchased a $70 vape pen, so i used my groupon coupon.. which should make the total to ZERO $0 dollars, only to pay the taxes. I asked the girl Jasmine several times to explain what the total will be and she kept saying that she cant look at the breakdown or otherwise she will have to do the transaction all over again. I asked specifically what the $26 amount is for, if its for the taxes, they kept brushing off answering me directly as if they knew nothing or were being scammy.  They charged me: $26 + $3.00 debit card fee + UPCHARGE of $0.96 which they refunded in cash, apparently thats a thing if you ask about the upcharge. So total spent $33.50 plus the $50 spent on yelp for the $70 voucher. The receipt: Yelp voucher $70 - They only deducted -$49.00 Subtotal 69.99discount 49.00Taxes:3.152.412.52Taxes total on receipt: $8.08Receipt shows there is 20.99 being paid for the Vape. Full discount not given.I paid $30 (they upcharge to nearest dollar and give cash refund for the change..wtf) plus $3.00 debit card charge.I reviewed the receipt in the car, the numbers do not add up so i go back in to talk to someone other than Jasmine since she was less than helpful and knowledgeable the first time. A guy comes over and looks at the receipt, i explain the numbers on the receipt do not add up, but they insist that they are right, talking to each other, the two even pulled out their phones to calculate whatever and show each other saying "yeah its right". I swear, it was like watching a movie about two potheads trying to convince someone of their own opinion, I asked if they can understand what I was explaining and how the receipt is wrong and the charges do not add up, yet that was ignored.I walked out frustrated without any resolution or even them acknowledging they understand the error in the receipt and charge.  I will let Yelp take care of the situation since Herbarium acted like idiots, not listening to what was wrong or understanding the receipt. I will never go back to this location, I also will deter anyone I know from going here. Overall, the people gave me scammy vibes and complete dishonesty, they could care less nor showed any interest to fix a problem. Was difficult to deal with Jasmine even before i started my purchase, she was just off.. not sure if she was high or just didnt care. Also the fees and upcharge werent even addressed before being charged.  This place could care less about its customers.

'The herb you deserve' is their slogan and they definitely live up to it. I always passed by this establishment whenever i had to do a target run and today, Im glad i made the stop. I found my goto place to pick up whenever i need to re-up on QUALITY products. The staff was friendly and really loved the vibe and their merchandise. Definitely hip and modern and their interior doesn't look like a bathroom like other dispensaries in the area. Prices are also very fair given the quality and consistency of their product. I highly recommend.

Over priced products. Dishonest sales person.They charge extra money to use a credit card instead of cash, and they take advantage of people from out of town.After patronizing, they charged one of our cards as an ATM, and charged an extra $10 instead of the $5 that they notified us about.The sales person also gave us the wrong pre-roll, claiming that it was one thing when it was a completely different brand--- we did not notice until we left the store. He kept mixing all of our groups orders up, although we made it clear that we were paying separately.Also, during Covid, the sales person repeatedly had his nose out of his mask.

Love this place. I've lived in the area for a while now, but visited for the first time Friday. My friend who happens to be my neighbor has come by a few times on her own. She said great things about the place so I decided to go with her. My friend was wearing a questionable mask and the guy out front who was checking id gave her a mask. SCORE. He told us where to go for assistance. They are in fact practicing social distancing. We walked over to the merch area after something caught my eye. We walked over to Liliana after we weren't so distracted. She was super nice and knowledgeable. The best part is she was so personable so it seemed like you were talking to a friend. My friend opted for the 5 for $30 joints deal which is what she usually comes in for. I wasn't even planning to get anything, but I decided to get the same deal. I can't believe I haven't been coming here. We are definitely going to be back again and again. We've also agreed we're going to get merch - same item but in different color. Great place that's super clean with a fantastic staff. And the kicker is they're just down the street from where I live. Good call on taco guy posted at the front.

They don't have any disposable pens and force you to buy a battery if you want to smoke a pen and not flower.   they did not off me any solution orher than to have to buy a battery and even told me that the brand that I was buying the battery for won't be around will be hard to find.   And they didn't have any other battery options.  Waste of money !

Both ATMS are out of service in a cash only business. I don't care how friendly or clean your store may look. All I can see is another dirty business grabbing a dime, jumping over a dollar. I spent $50 today and that is the last I spend here until they get their ATMS running or discount the fee or items being purchased to supplement the cost. Yes pot is big business and great money.  I'm all about making money, I voted for the legalization but I still have no issues going black market to give $5 bucks because making money goes hand in hand with all types of incomes.  You can't be rich if monk don't can continue buying.

Literally just left here and I did not leave with a great impression. Let's start with the fact that their website and everything online says they open at 8:00am. We arrive around 09:30 and are told that they changed their hours to 10:00am-10:00pm, ok that would have been nice to be communicated beforehand. Update your website, your Yelp, something... And we weren't the only ones here so obviously not many people know about their updated hours. When we were finally able to enter it was a disappointment unfortunately. I asked for several things and they were out of everything. Not joking. The employee who was helping us told us they were out of all drinks, and ALL edibles. That seems crazy for a big shop in LA. She said they were getting a shipment at the moment but told us not to wait, that it would probably be like 4:00pm until things were available. Mind you, it's 10:00am currently. Positives: the security guard out front, Eudave was cool and someone told us to check out another shop in the area, which was great. I've heard great things about this place but unfortunately I just didn't get a great first impression.

Hands down best shop I have been to in LA, Denver or Vegas.Fantastic prices, huge selection, state of the art shop.  I went in on a whim being in the area and Haley I believe helped me.  I have now been passing my normal shop a block away from home and battling Hollywood traffic to go here instead its that solid of a shop.  Cheers

I wanted to try everything suggested before writing a review as I was unsure about the "$5 off" deal and I have to say I am impressed. I have frequented a nearby competitor but the quality of product and level of expertise the staff at Herbarium displayed has made this my new go-to. I was helped by the young lady with green hair and tattoos and I have to say every single product she suggested blew me away. She was very welcoming and friendly, able to answer a lot of questions and kept a smile on my face! Will be coming back for any and all needs! (Recommendations: Zookies and Ice Cream)

I've been coming here since I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago, always been a great experience. The budtenders are always super friendly, lots of selection and good range for every budget. Frances helped me out today, I knew exactly what I was getting, but they were really sweet and outgoing which made my brief experience so much more enjoyable. Frances also let me know I had points to use and walked out saving $15, and that definitely doesn't hurt, either. Thanks for the help and kindness!
