I pulled in real quick because I saw their sign outside, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman and was helped right away. The guy who greeted me and checked my ID I'm assuming is considered the door guy but because both of the bud tenders were busy, he helped me out. He was quick, efficient, and very very friendly. Five stars across the board!!

This place rocks like KISS! Great selection, great deals and nice folks. Plus I was dumbass and bought the wrong item and they were nice enough to square it away for me. Dope!

Ordered hours ago and they still didn't have order ready making things very complicated than it needs to be had they just had my order ready. Otherwise nice bud

Every time I come here, I leave happy (1yr?). They're friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.The loyalty rewards are great too just today I got an 1/8 for $12!

Best deals, friendly budtenders . Easy online access and quick on filling orders.  I love the location and company. I love it more because they have many locations.  Thanks for being so helpful  when  i was so hopeless in finding my right strain.

Such a welcoming atmosphere inside.I like the large displays on the walls showing the staff pictures. The staff is focused on the customer and they educate you on anything in the store you might not know.This is my go to store.So take a visit and see what I mean, you will be glad you did.And be sure to sign up for their rewards program (% off) after 10 visits.Thanks everyone who works at Local Roots.YOU ROCK!  LIKE NO OTHER STORE!See you soon.

My only regret is that it has taken me this long to review Local Roots in Everett.The boomers that remember the TV sitcom 'Cheers', will remember when Norm walked in the bar everyone welcomed him by shouting out: "NORM!"Yeah...it's kinda like that at Local Roots. JB has been my main budtender for 2+ years now, he and his staff quickly become like family...especially if you're a 'frequent flier' such as I am!As I've evolved from smoking to eating to oils...the staff at LR has been right there with the knowledge AND the quality product...earning my trust and my recommendation!

This review is more of a 2.5 stars......Although I normally round up, I'm not going to with this business because of my negative experience. I came in a couple of years ago looking at what they had to offer.....I was wearing some large sweats and the bud tender by the name of May not only refused to help me, she also told me my "pants were falling off." She made a scene in front of everybody in the shop and made me look like a criminal, all for trying to come in and give them business. Management responded to the situation and offered to gift me with my next purchase on the house. However, I never accepted that offer since money is not what matters to me....I will not tolerate being judged and discriminated based on my image and how I look... and I do not support businesses that do so. That sort of mentality belongs in the early 1900s, where it should have died out.

Had Joe, help me. Seen that they gave a great discount for first time users so I traveled from Seattle to check them out just to be told that even though I signed up for their loyalty program and a 30% coupon should come instantly to my email with that happening I did not get both just one confirming my sign up but was still not allowed to get a discount. Not coming here again or suggest anyone else to.

Whoever that new blond hair kid is needs to be fired, not only did he turn his back and ignore my wife when she came in so he could finish his conversation with another employee, and when he finally acknowledged her he was rude and made a comment about her 'being to excited'. Won't be spending money there anymore and will recommend the same to my friends. I buy multiple top shelf grams of oil a week and will be taking that money elsewhere. Most the staff is hit or miss anyways.

I love this place! Bud tenders knowledgeable and funny. Very welcoming and warm staff... management has done a great job here not just hiring stoners who want a discount these folks are great.I will come here again for sure... ThanksP.S. Tay H. you need to consume more product... that was two years ago and your still on May and Her Bad Day... dang that sounds like a children's books I guess it fits.

I would go here even if I didn't need to make a purchase because I enjoy talking to everyone in there. It is very comfortable and they have insane knowledge.

Super friendly service. The budtenders always ask good questions and make great suggestions. Never had a problem so I continue to come back weekly.

I like this shop. They havent ever run out of things when I go in. They've always had hash, they always have a big selection, they have glass too if you need something. They run regular specials, and the prices are decent anyways. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. The location is great and near a smoke shop if you need a battery for a cartridge or anything like that. I really like this place.
