I generally love this store hands down. My favorite. I always go on vape Thursdays to get the great deal. Well I went this last week and they tell me they've changed it to only a certain brand. Now that sucks big time. The store and employees there are amazing. But with the ban on the cartridges already buying them makes it hard to choose what you like and now with the change on the way the sale is done just will have me going to a new store. Which sucks. Like I said this store is amazing otherwise. I would have given them 5 stars if it werent for that.

Best Selection in town, the budtenders are knowledgeable and always willing to help you find what you need.

This used to be my favorite store, but the last 5 times I have been in are a huge waste of my time. They have nothing I want. The person that orders dropped the ball,and did not order and, the shelves for vape are only filled with nasty garbage! I am looking for a new store to give my business to now....

Online ordering buyer beware Select a Indica 3.5g under the "flower"/"Indica" selection, and get sent home with a CBD flower. False advertising on website- -Definition-Deceptive advertising, also known as false advertising, refers to a manufacturer's use of confusing, misleading, or blatantly untrue statements when promoting a product Their website has 4 categories under the flower selection. INDICA/ SATIVE/ HYBRID/ CBD........ but don't think that if you order flower under the category Indica that your gonna get a Indica flower.... nope you'll end up with CBD flower that Keep in mind, no where online did it say anything about CDB under this product . I have the screenshots and recordings of the localroots website to prove that CBD was indicated no where on the product title, category, or description  that was ordered. The Issue- Manager on site, Cameron (not sure of exact spelling) said it is not false advertising and would only offer a discount off of our next purchase. -Definition-Deceptive advertising, also known as false advertising, refers to a manufacturer's use of confusing, misleading, or blatantly untrue statements when promoting a product.The CBD flower that made it out of their door by the time the issue was noticed, but immediately returned into the store within 20 min total and that's when we found out that the store wouldn't do anything but a 30 percent discount. (I already get 10 percent so only 20 percent was offered for this issue) If you order something online and you do not receive the product list, then your typically contact the seller and return the product for full reimbursement/ or store credit... neither were offered.

Been coming here for the past year and although they are occasionally understaffed and don't always have what I'm looking for, they do provide so many other options that it doesn't really bother me. Knowing my girlfriend sold them their graphics is what had me start coming here and their atmosphere is so cool compared to other shops I've been in! They have rewards and deals all the time, their prices are fair and I've never had a bad experience here. I haven't tried ordering online simply because I prefer having face to face interaction and can ask questions before committing to a product I haven't yet tried.

I love getting notifications about in store and online discounts! They're doing everything possible to ensure everyone's safety. Prices are excellent! I love coming home to refill our candy jar!

Ordered online, most of my kush was stems. Pretty sure I didn't get 7grams once I separated the buds from all the stems I got. Will be going back to kush mart

I can say with strong confidence that I've never had less than a 5 star experience here. All the employees are always cheerful and extremely helpful. If there ever has been an issue of any kind they've fixed it on that spot. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else now. Thanks local roots staff, y'all rock!

Local Roots is my favorite shop for selection and prices. They have a bit of everything which is cool. Quinn is my most frequent and favorite bud tender, she is rad and always knows what has good terps (I'm picky so I appreciate this.)

I live near by and frequently visit this place, but it seems like I'm always lucky to have Brenda as my bud tender! She always has a good attitude and is very knowledgeable! Easy 5 stars!

I'm a local here and this is by far one of my favorite places to buy weed from. every time I go In i have a positive experience and its typically due to the staff! My boy demitri is always on point, very knowledgeable, knows the product and is extremely friendly. They have deals every dam day so stop in and give them a try ?

I come here quite regularly as I work and love nearby and they have great budtenders but I would like to point out Andy, he's always very professional and nice. I walked in there today 7/16/21 and he helped me get a better deal for the same price and that's always a huge plus to me! Great shop all around!
