This place deserves 5 stars across the board. They are much larger than any other state store I have been to and there selection and prices absolutely ARE the Best!   I am disappointed when I visit any other store because the hut has really set the bar for my expectations.  They do get a little busy and sometimes it can take a couple minutes to grab one of the tenders attention but it's hard to complain.   I would give this place more than five stars if it was possible.

Love the smoke shop always come here, until today I left work to get a couple gs of Walden granny derkle and it seemed like it was short so I weigh it out and it's .8 ! Flickering at .8 & .9 I don't wanna be that dude cause I done finnesed people before in my day but at the same time this is a dispensary and they should cross all their T's & dot their i's for the consumers sake. Won't be buying Walden again.

I went to the Bud Hut, and on my first visit, they had the product I was seeking...Nectar Vape Oil.It is about a 25 minute drive from my house, so it was definitely a long trek, and I spent several hundred dollars, and was very pleased with the product.I went back in early February, 2017, but they no longer had the Nectar Vape oil. After discussions with two different people, they ended up selling me "Cannabis Distillate" (very thick jelly like paste in a syringe type applicator) in place of actual Vape Oil. Definitely NOT the same product, at all. I trusted the advice, and bought 5 of the items. They didn't work, at all. Couldn't barely squeeze the stuff out of the syringe, and there was no way it would vape like an oil. Otherwise, they would sell "Vape Jelly' and NOT "Vape Oil".I went back around the third week in March, since I had a Europe trip, and it is a LONG way from my house. I was immediately shown their sign "All Sales Final", which I had obviously not seen on my 1st or 2nd visits. I spoke with their manager, and she told me she would be contacting the owner about the request. And that she would be getting back to me like...yesterday.But she made a BIG point to tell me that it is illegal for a shop to take back any product, at all...receipt or not...unopened or not. Not a single other shop I have done business with states this...in fact they all make a point of telling me to retain my receipt and the original packaging, in case I got a defective product. Strange, huh?I had to leave with no new product, and so, I literally stopped at the first shop on my way home, and spent my $195.00 I had intended to spend at the Bud Hut, along with my exchange. They offered that I needed to keep my receipt in case I needed to make a return. Good God.So...I will only go back to The Bud Hut if they are literally the last place on earth that sells cannabis. As long as you don't mind that if something you buy breaks or is defective, or you get bad advice, and hence, bad product, and can't do anything about it, then you will friggin love this place.But, if you want the kind of customer service that every other place affords you, do not go to The Bud Hut.

Being going here for about a year now, came over after KushMart denied my wife entry because she had a vertical-facing ID even though she was 22 years old. Great selection, attentive staff, and fair prices. They've also got plenty of other goodies: pipes, accessories, rolling papers. Worth a visit!

This is probably the biggest weed store in Everett. They have a massive selection of all sorts of different stuff. They're probably a little higher than average price wise, hence 4 stars and not 5. The parking lot sucks because they're so busy, I feel like that's a good thing tho.

They were out of the 3 things I picked out from their website. The store was poorly lit, more like a night club than a business. The music was excessive and loud, and I had to ask the employee helping me to repeat himself a couple of times. They don't accept debit cards, just cash. I just wish when I went in I didn't feel like I was going to a party and it was more like a business where I could ask questions about their products since I don't know much and am trying to find out what is best for me. I ended up leaving with out buying anything and went else where. Just didn't feel comfortable.

I'm always pleased with my visits here. The staff is super nice and really helpful in guiding to find exactly what you're looking for. They also have a good selection of edibles, which I'm always pleased to see.

I really like this place. I come here often and the selection is great. The people that work there for the most part are helpful and informative.  The only issue I have is that they dont have any sort of loyalty program or punch cards. The other places I go to do. I asked, and they told me they use to have one but took it away. Hmmm...ok.

Wow big bait and switch going on here! Got a text for 20% off any 4 items. Go to pay and they tell me the products are already on sale but doesn't tell you this when you online order. Yup the old bait and switch. Too many other reputable shops around that are honest won't be burnt here ever again!

Me and my fiancé we visit there quite frequently and last night we decided to stop by we already picked out some oil and we're standing in line and then I decided I was in a bison joints so my fiancé stayed in line and I stepped out of line and went to another worker and asked him could I get that and just to add it to my bag and when my fiancé was just about to the counter to get checked out there is a black girl that works there that short and stubby and has Poofy hair and a really high tone annoying voice she made him get out of line for absolutely no reason when the other worker already took the joints and added it to my bag that is highly annoying she could've just took the joints added it to our total done deal we were right there then to stand in line all over again is just bullshit. Like girl don't be on a power trip it's not like you're working in a five-star place!

A no return policy for anything you buy here. High prices, poor quality products. There are much better cannabis stores that actually care about customers. Don't waste your money here

Plenty of selection, always something new. Workers are cool, not so friendly at times. Back up plan when my shop is closed.

I normally shop at the Camano Island branch and I've never had problems until recently. What they're calling "Summer Hours" are a bulls**t because 8 pm on a weeknight is not a summer hour. Another thing that irks me is when I ask about their hours, they give me some lame a** excuse of; "We haven't gotten around to posting them, yet." Well get around to posting them because I work weird hours and I don't have the patience anymore to race there after work thinking they're still open only to find out they've been closed for a bloody hour! I give them 5 stars because they are friendly, attentive and I've never had bad service. I'm just very pissed about the f**king hours.

The best customer service around. Great staff, Jesse is the best budtender I've ever met and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Awesome costumer service and wide variety. Just want we wanted. They don't accept cards but they do have two nice atm's inside. I would definitely recommend it if you haven't been here yet.

This is one of my favorite rec stores, the product is good quality at a decent price for recreational. Their glass assortment is great!

The customer service here is on point. They are super friendly, and I've never had to wait more than a minute or so before someone is there and ready to help me get whatever I need. Also, the staff is highly knowledgeable with the products. The selection is huge, probably the biggest selection in the area. I love how the layout it setup. My favorite bud store around!

Bud Hut is an awesome place to go for all of your cannabis needs.  My favorite thing about this store is that they provide so much information.  They have tons of space, with plenty of room to browse and even do your own research at kiosks.  They have an extremely knowledgable staff and a huge selection of products.  These guys offer very fair prices (even when the taxes make that almost impossible).

Pretty awful. I've tried shopping here multiple times and been frustrated and pretty disappointed each time. Way better shops and better customer service on 99. Can't even count how many times I've called and asked about a specific product and then came in 15 minutes later and was laughed at for asking for what I was just told existed. Not to mention how long it takes to finally get someone to help you, I waited in line for 15 minutes and watched the same guy I made eye contact with walk away from me twice. These two examples, are just 2 of many examples I personally have. Aanndd to top it all off, their prices are awful.

I came to a employee in there, told him, I don't smoke, and I do not have any desire to smoke.   I stand forty hours a week on hard tile floors, and my back hurts all the time, I am tense all the time form the the everyday hustle & bustles of life.     He recommended CBD's (small capsules) with all the benefits marijuana has to offer, and still being fully functional.   I AM IN LOVE :) I have been taking them for four days now, (just to see a benefit) and I have, I have not been as tense from everyday life and am able to soundly sleep, my back has not been in so much pain either, and that is a plus for me, considering it causes me to remain uncomfortable.      (Employee was educated and helpful)                        I AM SATISFIED......                                THANKS BUD HUT

the store was nice and had a good selection, but i used my card and they charged me an additional $3.50 to pay for it I don't even get charged that much to use an opposing Banks ATM that is a ridiculous charge and I probably won't go back there again. Danks Emporium, here i come

I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is awesome! Never had any issues until 4/26/2018 when my friend and I were looking around and a bud-tender asked if we needed help with anything. My friend asked if they had any 14G's for $40. He went and looked, came back and told us he did. Brought a couple bags out to have her look at it and pick up. She then asked again "and these are $40?" He said yup. Rang her up. Saying it was $53 and she's like you said it was $40? He looked it up and said he just needs some code. Gets the manager and she was a complete bitch. "I don't think it'll let me give you that much of a discount" (ok your budtender asked if we needed anything. We asked if ya'll had any 14gs for $40. You brought it to us. We didn't ask for some special discount)She put in her code and was $40. She was completely rude making remarks like "wow you got the deal of a day. You just got lucky"  with a complete condescending tone. And when I spoke up stating we didn't get some big deal..it was what the bud tender told us it was, she looked me in the eyes and said OK. Normally I would overlook this type of behavior from others, but the whole interaction was completely uncalled for. From the manager none the less! Super disappointed.

HUGE selection....probably the LARGEST selection of flower and MJ products you'll find anywhere in the PNW. This shop is not only huge, but all of their walls are lined with display cases stocked with product. They have anything and everything you could think of marijuana related, and even offer daily discounts on promotional items. The downside is the wait time- it takes way too long to get from point A to point B. Once you've made it thru the door you can expect to linger around the lobby for upwards of 15-20 minutes before somebody comes over to help you. I wouldn't mind the wait if it wasn't for the fact that many of the bud tenders stand chatting and horsing around with each other instead of helping customers. It's also not uncommon for a bud tender to walk away from you midway while showing you some product to go help somebody else.

I really do like the layout and how everything is there to look at.  It has become my favorite to go to for price and availability.  The bud tenders seem to be knowledgeable and friendly every time I go in.  Lots of choices for bud and edibles.  Lot of different company's represented so great selection.  There is also an online ordering that will get you a discount as well.I will be returning to try something new.

This was my first ever dispensary experience and it did not disappoint. The gentleman that helped us **didnt get his name, but he had large ear gauges** was extremely helpful and informative. Let us smell different type of buds and also shared his favorites and opinions. He def made my first experience a great one and will be back when I'm backIn the area. Unfortunately I could not purchase much because we are continuing our travels, but we did purchase a Sativa which was very clean and crisp! Thanks for the recommendation!

Great experience. Visiting from Texas and it was quite an experience. The staff answered all our questions and very friendly and professional.

The prices are pretty good and the selection is reasonable. The inside is super clean and everything is neatly organized. They have a series of locked glass counters which makes it really easy to see everything. The staff is probably to friendliest I've experienced in a dispensary. They were personable and nice, the lady that helped me talked about the product I was interested in and gave me some advice regarding its potency. Overall, it's a very nice shop and I will definitely come back.

Stopped in for the first time and our bud tender was so nice, pleasant, and very helpful. Her name is Chelsea. Their deals are amazing and they have a huge selection. We will definitely be back.

Decent enough experience. I got what I wanted, but the explanation of products was a little shaky. The amount of smoked Marijuana here is good, but edibles seem to be about all the same. The wait was decent. It was a nice bonus to be able to use debit cards.

Edit: I tried this store again after 3 years and was reminded why I do not go there. The budtenders are not knowledgeable or helpful and the product is sub par. It is very important to check the harvest date on the products they sell because I was once again sold old products that lack any smell. The strawberry cough I bought smells like alfalfa because it is old. Two of the packages did not even have a date to check. I am really suspicious that this store is buying old products at discount then selling them at the same price as fresh product. Do yourself a favor and go to Bloom which is a block away. Their budtenders are not very friendly, but atleast they know the product and the stuff they sell is good. There is a reason Bud Hut is so dark inside...they do not want you to see what you are buying until it is too late. I have tried nearly ecery dispensary within 10 miles and IMO the best store around right now is Dank's in Edmonds, with by far the lowest price, most stock, and most helpful budtenders. It's worth the drive from Everett.

Great shop with plenty of diversity in products and flavors. Good price on hardware and the girls are cute and know their products well.
