Was in the area trying to find new products and came across this place and a women by the name of Claudia helped me out. She was very attentive and had a wonderful attitude. Helped me get exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be going back.

I can't believe this place has no ratings. I've been going here for about a year, after going to the Kushmart north of here for a year. Great service, the BEST prices. Definitely recommend!!

Their management was not cooperative when I asked about the quality of the farms where they got their products from. Good choices, but employees seem to push sales by their management.I haven't had much issues on their products, but did come across a cartridge that didn't last. People here didn't seem professional and seems like a place for a typical person to just get their weed and leave quickly, not a good experience. Most places won't ever acknowledge their customer's complaints and continue on with their business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Stopped by this shop last year while on my way to an evening appointment I had in the north end. Had my dog with me and asked the staff if I could bring him in since the area is known for crackheads who will break into cars to steal valuables (my pup is an expensive show quality dog).....they were happy to have him in the shop. As I was looking at some product with my dog sitting close behind me, an employee by the name of Mark kneeled down and fed my dog a piece of an Oreo chocolate cookie. I turn around, surprised by what was happening and immediately grabbed whatever was left out of his mouth. My pup ended up yacking later on. After speaking with their attorney I reached a very small settlement with Kushmart, reimbursing me for my purchase that night. It was not worth pursuing via medical treatment as it was just a small piece of chocolate....however I would not recommend these morons to anybody. I had posted a fb review of the incident and Mark and his friends commented on it laughing about the situation.

I was told texted there was a discount for my birthday.  The clerk quoted me $104 before I told her I get a birthday discount and she confirmed it was 20%.  She rang it up and it came to $104.  She said the original price was $130 but it came to the exact amount she quoted me?Typical bait and switch.  A dishonest shop who doesn't stand by their discounts.They've lost a customer who would've doing a lot of business with them.Don't come here expecting them to to honor discounts that they texted you or expecting a professional business, you won't get it.

I received this text today, not knowing anything different except it's from KUSHMART:this text was sent to me:"Don't Freak Out!KushMart has $10 Regulator & $20 Oleum 40% OFF Edible Blowout Showtime 1/4s for $15!! Reply STOP WR96 to cancel erll.co/44XKTjCO580"I ask the tender about this and he says to me after talking with someone in back that "the text ad belongs to the other store, The Step Sister Store" and the stores are not related. Ours product is the same $15 but for the 1/8th not the 1/4. I didn't want to drive to the North of Everett in traffic after coming to this KUSHMART to have the other step sister store to tell me it's the other step sisters ad. I thought they would have honored the BAD ADVERTISEMENT TEXT, sent by whom ever; if they are step sisters that means there would be a mom or dad or something to relate them. I am confused? But not about making that my last visit, BAD ADVERTISEMENT and handled the wrong way. Obviously a False Marketing campaign! At the least send a confirmation text so people are not mislead.Please remember tenders and people in the back to take care of loyal customers especially in your profession of "Grass Root Marketing".  It takes months to get a customer and a second to loose one. This type of Marketing is super sad.

This place is pretty unremarkable I'd give zero stars if i could. Horrible customer service. Horrible prices. I'd recommend going to the other KushMart on evergreen way. Much better deals and customer service. The people over there actually give a shit about you not like this dumpster fire.  y'all been warned. Go to the one on evergreen way avoid this shithole at all costs.

I have been buying from this shop for 2 years! I have a Valid Photo Military Government ID....This ID is what I have used every time I shop this location (and never had a problem); UNTIL.... today at this location I was told I HAD to have a Washington State ID. So... I am not sure if something has changed at this location but beware and be prepared to only have a Valid Washington State ID when you go there....OR you will get hassled....The BudTender did however allow me to enter the store but told the person I was with that they had to pay for my purchase....... The other BuDTender who helped us did recognize me from the many times I have been there and allowed me to use my military ID as an acceptable form of ID. Even though the law states that a Valid Military Government ID is a acceptable form of ID:lcb.wa.gov/enforcement/a...Types of Acceptable ID:Driver's License, Instruction Permit, or I.D. Card issued by any U.S. State, U.S. Territory and District of Columbia. Note: Important information on the new Washington Driver LicenseDriver's License, Instruction Permit, or I.D. Card issued by any Canadian ProvinceValid Washington State Temporary Driver's License******(U.S. Armed Forces I.D. Card (Encrypted signature acceptable)Merchant Marine I.D. Card issued by the U.S. Coast GuardOfficial Passport, Passport Card, NEXUS Card Washington State Tribal Enrollment Card (No expiration date required)  I will have to find another location because of this new policy.... Best service ever! Also the music is always the best, and makes you in a good mood! I adore the staff and I prefer this store because of the staffs amazing service! They're educated and will always give you the best recommendations for your price point! Thanks for all your hard work and being so awesome!

Long time customer. Two different disposable oil pens on back to back days did not work. The ladies there (and manager) were awsome in taking care of the situation right away. I appreciate them hooking me up to say sorry (not even their fault). Ill obviously be back lol great section great people ?

Great place to run in and grab some bud after a busy day! Alexis was awesome and answered all the questions I had. The prices are really competitive. Highly recommend that you stop in.

Received a warm welcome and Conner was very knowledgeable and helpful and fun to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience at Kushmart. Will be back next time I find myself in South Everett.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sarah gave me excellent service today. Everyone at this store is top notch!
