This shop is hands down always my go to and always has the best section with prices that will fit any budget! People like CJ and Jessica are always helpful and have awesome recommendations that rock! I love our kushmart!

This Kushmart has the best Sunday night crew and the best doorman. The Sunday night crew  always has amazing options and smiling faces; they listen to what I want and  pull out several options within my budget. They never push sales and are always ready to  have actual conversations. The doorman is just overall the best part of the experience however. From his Hawaiian shirts to his positive attitude, he sets the positive vide from the second you walk in. During a particularly rainy day, he was mopping the front after ever customer to ensure no slipping hazards. He always knows the deals of the day/week and let's you know what's going on the second you walk in. He greets you and opens the door and makes sure to open the door and say goodbye as you leave. Never had a bad Sunday night experience and I plan on coming back every Sunday just for this crew!

CJ and Porsche were incredibly helpful in helping me find specifics and sharing info related to CBD/Low THC edibles. Great spot. Deals each day of the week. Thanks y'all!!!

Personally I'm not a smoker im here for my wife but I often come to this Dispensary because I'm usually always greeted with a smile and courtesy from a younger tattooed fellow I believe his name is Brad it's nice to come to any place of business and get greeted by a person with a smile keeps me coming back., as well though busy the bud tenders at Kushmart always seem knowledgable and really seem to care about the need for the weed as my sig. other has pain issues and finds marijuana a far better pain relief product over other non herbal type meds.

This place smells like wet dog...and the budtender was obnoxiously eating while helping me?? Can y'all try a little harder to represent the cannabis industry professionally. Take your break and eat your food... study your menu...the south location's staff is way more professional and it's a damn shame because this the original location.

Y'all should seriously consider getting more black mamba airopro carts. You guys are always sold out all the time. It's kinda a huge disappointment cause the other flavors are trash. The fact they're always in stock but sold out of black mamba should say something.

I was denied entry as "we cannot verify your ID".Same ID I've had and been using for over 4 years. I have no idea what the issue was, but I find it hard to believe that this ONE shop (among every private and government business I've ever had to give my ID too) would have an issue.Update:I have updated the review to 2 stars as the representative addressed my concerns professionally. That being said, I do not accept the explanation.All age restricted business are subject to fines if you allow kids in... That's the point of carding.The fact is that I have and presented a government issue, legal ID and it was denied. Your decision to not accept it or cards like it is at best to add an extra layer of security that comes with heavier restrictions, and at worst to work out poor hiring or training practices with your doormen.I was denied service through no fault of my own, so I will leave my review at 2.

I want to like this place. I really do. I used to stop in here when I worked in Everett and they used to be ok back then. I am down here on a regular basis now and this would be the most convenient shop to shop at. Except for they can't order and keep product in. I have never had an issue like this at any other place. Yeah a shop may be out of a cartridge once in a while out of an edible once in a while but this place is every other time I go if that. They recommend a product and it's good and then you can't get it again for four weeks. And then when you bring it up and ask them if they could get it or when they're going to get it they act like it's the biggest deal in the world like you're an asshole for wanting to buy a specific product that they recommended to begin with.  So if your person that likes to try something different every time you go in then this is the spot for you. If you want to have a product regularly that you enjoy find a different place.

I used to come here pretty regularly. It seems here lately the service and product have taken a dive. They are almost never in stock of half's that aren't $85+. They don't even order enough product to compensate for their "sales" on the half's Friday's and Saturday's. When mentioning this to the budtenders I hear "we get that all the time" and "we totally understand because we bring it up too." That's a upper management issue. Budtenders are decent and nice for the most part through there are two girls and a guy who seem to always have an attitude. One girl actually told me to go somewhere else the other day all for inquiring as to why they never have any half or ounces of flower that are super top shelf.

I have never had an issue here. I hate the parking lot set up but people also drive like A-holes.They have great deals every day of the week and a HUGE selection of edibles. I usually come in on Thursdays for their specials on cartridges. I haven't really gone in depth with any of the budtenders so I can't really speak to their knowledge of the products they carry. I always know what I want when I come in.I have always been treated good and am in and out pretty quickly for as busy as they get.

Horrible costumer service and always check dates on merchandise there. I received items that were harvested over a year before and they were selling it. The last chance I gave kush mart the staff ignored me well dancing with each other behind the counter and the bag I waited so patiently to purchase was 13months old and compared to the other great shops in Everett it's just not worth your time in less u enjoy wasting it. I will never go back to kush mart they're not a legitimate business they're like a wanna be weed dance club with bad product.

I used to live a couple blocks away and would be in multiple times a week. This place has a diverse range of prices so you can usually find something from really good high end product, to "I have $5, what's good?". Their wax Wednesdays and cartridge Thursdays are both 20% off as compared to most places that do 10%. I moved a 15 minute drive away and what has me coming back still is the staff. Brad, Jane, and Anya in particular make the vibe so friendly. If you are in there a bunch they get to actually know and care about you. The one downside though is they seem to have a difficult time keeping consistent lines of product on the shelf cause they sell out fairly quick. So just a heads up, if there is something you like buy multiples be because they may not have it tomorrow.

This is the best cannabis store in Everett. All the bud tenders are super helpful and quick. JJ is dope and really knows how to help you make a great choice.  I would highly recommend checking out here. The deals are fantastic too.

I went here almost two weeks ago, But employee JJ (don't know if I spelled that correctly) helped me out. She had a great attitude, knew her product information really well and knew about what she was talking about. And I loved her confidence!!!! And came back a few minutes after I forgot one thing she instantly helped me without hesitation. You have to go and see her!!!

Crazy.. more then half employees are sooo rude and the furthest thing from patient. And looking at all the other reviews makes me realize it wasn't just me they were ass holes too.

Wow!  I'm surprised to read bad reviews because Kush Mart is my favorite pot store BY FAR.  I've been smoking since 1968 so it drives me crazy when a 20 something "Budtender" feels the need to educate me.  I'm also annoyed by "Budtenders" who try to push their most expensive products.  The folks at KushMart politely ask me what I'm looking for then they make recommendations across the price range.  In addition to great customer service KushMart's prices are pretty low and they don't pretend that bone dry, flavorless, 18 month old pot is a "Daily Special" like so many of their competitors do   Keep on truckin' KushMart!

After being a regular at this place, I have had mostly good service, but having to wait in line for ten minutes to get rushed to the next line to pay is not the way to run a shop. Seems more and more the lines are too long. I hate to but I go to Bloom down the road, more mellow, less of that music that is loud and full of F bombs, that was my first complaint by the way that every other word from "Chase" was "F". there are other words to use, like about 10000 other words. Not all stoners use the F word and can speak real English and don't need the offensive music, . So all In all this place got to big for itself, service is getting poorer and the lines longer, some of the female tenders cant break a smile, TRY SOME POT..You sell it right there. Also if management looks a these comments, they are getting fewer  STARS **With all the other pot shops around you would think that customer service would be number one, not videos, music, and F bombs.........................................

I thought I was getting light eighths and quarters at kushmart, and by the previous reviews, it looks like they are shorting other people as well.  I will break out my old triple beam scale, takes some nice video and send it to the State liquor control board.  Kushmart will probably try to blame it on the growers.  They shouldn't deal with crooked growers who supply them with barely two gram eighths and five gram quarter ounces.  Last I checked, an eighth ounce is supposed to weigh 3.5 grams and a quarter ounce is at least 7 grams.I really miss the medical providers because they weighed out the product in front of you, and if anything gave you a little over a quarter ounce or an eighth ounce.  The recreational market is really skeazy, although I'm sure there are some rec stores that are honest and fair.

I come to kushmart roughly three times a week and always get great customer service and great bud. Brad the door guy, John and Ryan are some of the nicest people ever and they are the reason I keep coming back.

Every time I've gone all of the employees have been extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection and good prices.

First of all I found that even their door person was extremely rude.  Second, this place has horrible prices.  Pricing in the Washington recreational market is already very high, this store chooses to mark things up higher than the rest of their competition.  I have found things priced almost 40% cheaper at alternate retailers.  The recreational pricing is transparent and soon stores like Kush Mart will be exposed.  Before buying anything in a rec store check online for pricing like mjticker.com.

These kids are the cat's pajama's. The door man is dedicated: to peace, and love. The motto  is easy to be revealed, cheap prices. It doesn't mean bad weed. They have good stuff. Their prices: easily the best in Everett. Their service: too cool for school. I hope you all understand, that if you park your car at home, and take the bus: best way to do it. It's somewhat of a different scene by car, but I'm sure you know how to park whereas the lot is confusingly high intensity. But, the bus stops directly at the door, number seven. There were a gaggle of people waiting, but like I said best weed prices, in town: hands down. And the people are the cat's pajamas. I feel so blessed, with the weed I got; it lasts. Take that advice, here Snohomish County if you need weed. KushMart: the best in Everett hands down

Not only were the two ladies who helped me rude, but it's a good thing I'm good at math and was paying attention or I would've been ripped off $10 worth of change from my purchase. Bud is never that strong either, even when you purchase a quality brand, good thing it's cheap.

This place is awesome! The staff is great and make fantastic recommendations - I have a new favorite thanks to them. They have the cheapest prices in town and they are lowering them constantly. HUGE SELECTION. I only shop here.

New to the area, this was the second recreational shop my husband and I stopped at. I was VERY impressed with the service and staff. Store was clean and very well stocked. Presentation was awesome, as well. Budtender, STEPH, was friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Prices were decent and selection was plenty. I would recommend this place highly :)

This is my favorite rec shop. They have an excellent selection and great prices! Every time I go in the staff is very helpful and display excellent customer service. One thing I like most about this shop is that they don't treat you like a dummy when you go in. Some shops like to act condescending to customers whereas Kush Mart employees treat you like an equal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I will continue to be a loyal patron of this establishment.

My favorite shop for sure. The staff is what makes the place better. They had a Dj in there last time I was there. It's a hole in the wall in a run down strip mall. I drive past two rec shops on the way there. Stephanie is my go to bud tender

I don't get all the bad reviews. This isn't a massage parlor, the only happy ending your going to get is when your mom serves you hot pockets after smoking a bowl...since I'm assuming you live in your moms basement. It was my first time in and I wasn't asked to leave my bag at the door, I was immediately greeted and asked if they could help me! I knew what I wanted because I only had 20 cash on me and was pinched for time. I would love to go in another time to see all the products. The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because I think it could be a little nicer inside, as far as decor and possibly informational posters. Happy smoking!

Best recreational spot in Everett door dude always ask him he always knows his stuff. I only shop here. They even refer me if I need dab rig to 52 glass  and they hooked me up. Shop around i dare you to beat thier prices and cool as heck.

Have been sold shitty quality stuff on three occasions at Kush Mart. I keep going back because it's near my house but now I'm going to go down the street.  I am completely rushed and feel like I need to get out and then look at what they "recommend" for me since I had so little time to look and it's 7% THC. There's too many other options around for me to waste my time here.

The guy at the door big guy is the only friendly helpful employee that works there.  Huge selection but girls behind the counter ignore you even with cash in hand and just dont want to bothered.

Unfortunately I have to write this review and I should have read the ones on here before I went. I think this place tries to scamp people. Good thing I have a good bank. I went in a few weeks ago and everything was fine customer service wise, but when I went to pay I had mostly cash and I wanted to put the balance on my card. So that is what I did. Next day I check my balance and they put the entire charge on my card and when I went in, I was told their system was like an ATM and they could not do a refund. The bank said absolutely not true, no company is like that. Anyways, I they told me to file a dispute with my bank and they would not fight it. That is what I did. When the bank tried to call them, they hung up on them twice. Not sure what they have behind that counter at the register but it must be a little ATM and they won't work with the bank to get you your money back. So let's put this place out of biz since they're crooked. We don't need that bad vibe in our town.

tax is included in the price you see... no confusion !  friendly and knowledgeable staff is quick to serve and help! not to mention the great variety of potency and strains of cannabis!, concentrates and whathaveyous ..... glass products also!

Staff is unfriendly and almost snooty... The product was also less than mediocre however the prices were the only decent thing in this store. Not to mention the sketchy bums that are scouring the parking lot. Pretty creepy experience.

Spend your money at Purple Haze, people still care about you there!This place has really gone down the drain.  Last month they sold me a battery on sale to cartridges they stopped selling the following week.  Complete and total waste of money why would they still sell the batteries if they new the carts were discontinued?Now they say every time 'keep your receipt and you can get a refund'.  But oh wait they forgot to tell you they need the PACKAGING now too because they send them back.  Yall are worse than the homeless people that use your store.  You won't see another dollar of my money.  Check my history and see how much money you lost over a single cartridge if you care so much about your bottom line over customer loyalty.

Worse dispensery I have ever been in.  Employees  were very rude and one rolled his eyes repeatedly at me when I would ask a question.  I would not go to this place unless you want To pay high prices and deal with sketchy greasy looking employees!

Disclaimer: I don't smoke any more, I was simply company to a friend buying here.  So I haven't tried the products.  I am giving it five stars because the place is clean, customer service is beyond awesome, lots of options, and I felt safe there.   If I was to take it up again, I would definitely shop here.  I recommend you do.

The elevation in staffing, product knowledge, and customer service is exceptional. The product sells itself; but the people, the vibe, and the overall experience make this place the best spot to shop.

Bad experience, walked in and wasn't greeted by an employee after my I.D was checked. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming at all along, bad service, hardly even got basic customer service. Will not be coming back here again ever,

They have the best deals I've seen around and the store is very clean. The selection and staff are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are well stocked with a huge variety, other times there's like 5 options and 3 are sold out. The staff is mostly good. I'd say 7 out of 10 times I've been there, the staff has treated me well. It depends on the time and the day. If you're an average person, I'd recommend weekdays between 4-6. It tends to be the after-work crowd and the staff seem a bit nicer and more accommodating. I would avoid the weekends though, they blast music in there to the point where you can barely hear anything. Make sure to look up when the deals for each type of product are based on your preference. You can save 20% if you time it right.

The cannabis store is great. Friendly service and great clerks and manager. i can't say enough good things about the vast selection. Something for everyone at every price. This is the first store in which I bought legal cannabis way back in the day, so I have a soft spot for it. The Kushmart glass and clothing market next door is another matter. The cashier is a rude and useless slack-off piece of burnt toast, uninterested in her job. A perfect personification of the need to fix the employment shortage. Avoid until they get a real cashier who cares about the service. Whatever you do, do not have any packages sent to this pickup location. She will lose themand give you stuff you didn't order that doesn't belong to you.

I'm not a person who frequents these types of stores; however, my wife wanted to purchase some edibles. So here I am.Free parking can be found in the parking lot. A valid ID card must be removed and analyzed before entrance is granted.KushMart is a cash only establishment. There are ATM's on-site to make withdrawals if needed.Indoors in brightly lit and clean so that it's easy to view product displays.Daily specials are offered during the week. Military specials are also offered.My wife purchased a bag of Indica Peanut Butter Cups (qty 10/10mg each) for $30.Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife will return in the future for her edible purchases.

This is my main bud shop and I just cannot say enough good things about these guys. Their store always has best selection, best prices and always have great top shelf. Their selection of cartridges is heavenly. Kat is the super nicest budtender in your shop. Do I need to send her the pics she asked for, though? I've never done anything like that before.

Love this shop! Great selection and super friendly staff! Every once in a while the music will be a bit to loud. The door guy Mike is such a sweetheart and make some good suggestions. Noelani is an AMAZING bubtender, who is always setting me up with gold!

Always a pleasure to visit these wonderful folks. Always upbeat and greeting everyone that enters. Alexis went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, despite being crazy busy. They always have a DJ play sometimes, how awesome is that?! This is my favorite shop. Highly recommend

Black owned businesses! Need I say more?!

First off want to say I absolutely love this store,10/10 Would recommend this place over any other Mary Jane store, and the reason being for that is because of one ✨AMAZING✨ Human being that works there. Who is that human you may ask, it’s Noe. I don’t even smoke the devils lettuce but honestly the knowledge Noe has shared with me about your store’s product has made me want to start. Noe is kind, knowledgeable, and gets everything to you in a timely matter. Noe is literally amazing, hands down. Great customer service *chefs kiss* Whoever goes to this store ask for Noe and you won’t be disappointed!
