This place looked great from the outside when I drove by. I wanted to grab some weed after school since I always drove by omw back from USC. So I walked in and the guy on the front desk told me, that he couldn't let me in because I had a German ID and passport. "Only US-ID's" is what he said. That never happened to me in any other dispensary so I drove home to the dispensary near me. I would've loved to see more and try out their strains but apparently, no foreigners are allowed in. Too bad.

Been coming here for about 6 months now and every time I visit it feels like home. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out.

Terrible selection. Terrible customer service. The Asian woman at the cash register is creepy. She looks miserable working there and takes out her issues and attitude on the customer. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her. They are overpriced too. There are a million better places to go. Just look on Weedmaps. This place sucks. Why would anyone come here now that there are so many better places close by? Wake up folks.

I love this place!  Totally legal,  no doctor prescription required,  just an ID.I am a lightweight and really appreciate the trinket edibles! The coconut oil sticks are the best!Great hours... open late,  open everyday?  Most days!

Zen is on the short list of my trusted, tried and true WeHo dispensaries. Always a pleasant experience. Kind and helpful. Great top shelf bud but I've also never gone wrong with a $7 J. I try to always go during happy hour (20% off before 11am) to save on taxes. Nathaniel (Nate) is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Has never given a bad recommendation. Thanks Zen.

I heard about this place from a friend that said his mother in law is the owner of this place. Came by and the gave me 15% off for being a new customer. They are very friendly and will give good recommendations. I got 2 pre rolls for $10 each. One sativa and one indica. I will be back.

Living in West Hollywood, I have my choice of dispensaries, but I always find myself coming back to Zen. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the place is super dog friendly, too! Special mention goes out to budtender Stephen for always going above and beyond. You guys rock.

OK, so to say the very least, this place is absolutely amazing! From the time I walked up to the door,  the security guard was super nice and funny. Once I went into the store the young lady who greeted me was super sweet. We started talking about our natural hairstyles and I already felt at home. Then I was serviced by another young lady who was so patient and helpful. They had so many cool products I needed lots of direction. She took her time, didn't rush me, and gave me all of her insight on every product I asked about. She also made sure to tell me about all the great promotions they were having. I was blown away because their prices are already really  good. I found them on weed maps. And I'm so glad I did, because I love a business that operates without greed, it just makes you want to spend even more money there, because they deserve it. Once I was ringing out the gentleman who helped me was super delightful as well. He was so helpful and friendly. He gave me 20% off of my purchase for being a first time customer! Also they enrolled me in a great rewards program! And then as if it could get any better, as I was walking out, he even gave me a coupon to use towards my next purchase. I've never seen a weed store work so hard at customer service. I'm so delighted that I found this place. I'm still smiling. I found my new home for gummies..Oh and let me not forget to mention, they have all the best brands! Love this place!

I felt a bit of Bait and Switch today. The price on the shelf, $60 for the 1/8th seemed right. Move over to cashier, and you're out the door for $82.  And the harvest/date of packaging (should ALWAYS check) was January of 2021.

I did an in-store promo for a few hours here last night and had a blast! Laughed with all the staff and customers. Vibe on point in this place and they carry great products! Go get you some Heavy Hitters from Mama and the gang at Zen WeHo

Exceptional customer service. There have been very few occasions where I should feel so compelled to write a review, good or otherwise; this alone should indicate the exemplary service. I'm not much of a weed smoker myself, but have always leaned towards a more homeopathic approach to medicine (I don't even take Advil for headaches). That being said, the receptionist there was very friendly and extremely helpful!! I asked Nick numerous questions ranging from which strain would make me the least paranoid, to great CBD products to help with my arthritis in my knees. He was very patient with me, informative and you could tell he definitely knew what he was talking about. Nick just turned a first time customer into a loyal client. Thank you again!!

I don't come here often, but it seems the only nice person us the girl who checks you in. But the others have a nasty attitude, as if they don't want to help, or answer the questions you ask. This being just a lot shop, you guys need to train your people better.  Or they need to quit or be FIRED! For not being helpful.

Very good product & staff. The only thing is, they tell you the price without the tax. This makes for a feeling of disappointment when you go to pay. Otherwise, nice place.

Everything was cool until I was browsing my card statement a few moments ago. I just realized these people over charged my card. I bought some edibles from them that was supposed to be like $15 but when I when I looked at my card I was charged a total of $26. 23.50 for the product  which they ran as an atm???and 2.50 for a "non-wells Fargo" atm fee. Wtf. Shady business going on here. Make sure u check ur statements.

The guy at the front desk was nice I guess, not actually but compares to everyone else he was super duper. I came in with two friends and we're frequent dispensaries often & was excited to try this because its in the neighborhood. We're bloggers so we were checking out all the stock they had for an review but I guess they didn't like that very much. First, there was a brand ambassador there from lowell farms there and she's happily explaining to some older white men the $25 8ths that she has that includes free pre rolls. I like lowell farms and thats a good deal so I decide to check it out. As we approach her table she just looks and ask what we wanted? That was confusing because I thought brand ambassadors were to happily promote the brand to everyone. I said that I was looking for flower and she said oh theres some over there even though she was selling 8ths right at the table. I didn't get it she would tell me about her products at all. Maybe because im young??? Maybe because im black?? Idk. Next in the line all the employees are extremely rude. One of the male employee tried to approach us but the young lady told him we didn't need help because we were just looking. Um ??? Who told you that. They wouldn't even pull out flower to smell. I over heard them tell someone else about a deal on stiiizy, buy a battery get a pod for $1. lady forces me to buy two pods insisting that deal does not work without and my friend only had to but 1 pod. The other employees just act clueless and refuse to answer questions.

Great selection & knowledgeable staff; the process for being waited on is a little unclear but once they help you it's a great experience! Edibles galore; Gluten-free options; small but nice store w/ metered parking out front;Lots of traffic but they don't open until 11 AM on weekdays! It's almost a Rocky Mtn high but not quite...But far more convenient!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I usually go to Medmen on Robertson but my husband really wanted to try the Cherry Kola Farms-Killah Priest OG, and the closest place that carried it supposedly was Zen. So we drove an hour to get there and...First of all, they have a security guard at the door. Medmen has employees who welcome you back and check id at the front door; less intimidating. Just sayin. We walk inside and we noticed that we had to stand in line. We couldn't just walk around and look. That's very Inconvenient. I like to look at the products, check thc mg etc. Nope, can't do that here. You must ask the rude people behind the counter. And I say rude because the woman who helped us out on Sunday evening was absolutely rude! I didn't get her name. She looked at my Husband first and was being polite. "Said how can I help you?". He told her to help me first and the attitude began. She wasn't only impatient and rude, but then she copped an attitude with my husband. And the most disappointing part was that they didn't have the Killah Priest OG smh.I was rushed to the register to pay even though my husband wasn't done shopping. We felt rushed, inconvenienced, and we weren't treated kindly. The prices are not cheap either. We're not going back there. We'll stick with Medmen thank you.

Really superlative staff at this location. Always helpful and patient. Has an excellent selection of both bud and other product. Mad Men seems a bit over the top, but Zen Healing has a smaller feel about it, like a neighborhood store. Personally very satisfied with the place.

Don't waste your time here. The management and staff are not helpful and very rude. The prices aren't that great. The flower is very over priced for the quality. I would recommend checking out a different dispensary and spending your money somewhere else with higher quality and less expensive flower. This place was not zen or healing whatsoever.

This place is awesome!! Though the prices aren't extra low, there's no comparison in terms of quality of product! They also have a frequent buyers cards with great rewards! Best bud, awesome service and great people. Can't ask for more!

Good place to go for Dosist pens. They're not available in Arizona. We like that pen since it gives one the dose of 2.5 per dose. That way you can monitor your own personal THC requirement. Which is important. Time magazine listed as one of 2017 best inventions. Med Men looks similar to an Apple store. Clean & efficient. Emily Allen is your go-to girl for sales. Very professional!

Was a first time customer. My total was $81.73. I had $80 on me. They said I could use a debit card but had to weirdly charge me $85 and give back change. OK, no problem. Got home the next day, another $6.50 in fees I had to pay between a fee they didn't talk about and one from my bank. No explanation at all while at the register.I called up and the guy on the phone said there was a sign and "there's nothing we can do about." Well, you lost a customer and you got a bad review. So maybe next time you should find something to do about it. You could have offered me a discount, free joint, or ANYTHING. But no attempt was made.There are so many options in LA - why would I ever come back here? Well, I won't.

I have been a customer for a year of this store. I usually spend $35-$70 per visit. On March 27th, 2019, I bought a disposable vape. Turns out It was faulty and the oil was clogged. I went back next morning (March 28, 2019) to the store to swap for another disposable. The gentleman behind the counter (Latino guy with glasses) refused to swap up the vape saying he couldn't do anything about it, with bad manners and bad attitude. I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere.

Love this place! Been coming here for 3 years now! Everyone here in s friendly and make u feel safe in this environment! Every holiday, ex Halloween , Christmas, is uber dec'd out! All the employees have been working here for years , and I feel like I know everyone of them and they know a little bit about me as well! Every Sunday there is free compationate joints for all customers! And the occasional samples and gift !  Parking in the front or the back! Never have issues finding parking in this west Hollywood, which is unbelievable. Recommend everyone to try, u will love this place as well!

Came by to try out products from a newly legalized industry. Got bud that crumbles to the touch. No sticky icky. No ooh wee. Very disappointed in their bud products. I will say their customer service and organization when faced with a ballooning number of clients is very impressive.

This place is awesome. I'm new to the medicine. I received my rec about a week ago. I don't know what I'm doing so going to these places is pretty intimidating. I walked in the door and followed the arrow. I'm sure it was pretty funny to see me pulling on the door like an idiot. You're supposed to slide your ID card and Rec in the slot just below the Buddha. After my slight mixup I was welcomed in. There was quite a crowd... There's a really nice selection of edibles, blends, and the vending machines are awesome. I picked out a couple of edibles that I've been wanting to try out. They made a note that I'm new to the collective. I can't believe how much free stuff I got. Coupons, samples, and a joint. It was great. The staff were really professional. I really enjoyed my visit here and will certainly be back. Thanks for making it easy. Parking was right off the street. Prices are decent. I'm finding that quality edibles are usually high in price. So, $40 for two items doesn't seem so bad. I guess I should look at the bright side, I've got a coupon for my next visit.

I went here with my mom who had never been into a recreational shop before. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they had a decent selection of edibles and flower. Everything was fantastic (though keep in mind you will pay Hollywood prices). I will definitely come back whenever I'm in town.

Zen is the bomb!!! The receptionist is super sweet and budtenders are very helpful. Their space may be small but they found a way to pack a bunch of options on the shelves. Wether you're looking for some dank bud or some potent carts they have it here. Heavy Hitters is my top pick for vaping - the flavor is always on point and they hit so smooth.

Two visits, literally buying for a friend who needs it to sleep, and while the store is small and convenient, their "Budristas" totally ruin the experience. The first time, the guy was totally unhelpful and a smart-ass. Sorry for bothering you w/ questions but I don't use or know this stuff! Second time, last Saturday, the young woman who I had the misfortune to have to deal with was simply a total a$$hole. I get nightmares just thinking of her.The reception and the cashiers are cool and friendly but please fire everybody else. Until then, I will shop elsewhere.

My favorite dispensary. Clean, bright & spacious. It doesn't have that ghetto vibe like most pot shops, nor do the budtenders look like gang members, nor do the clientele look like they're on parole. That's the perk of being located in WeHo.I like the convenience of the vending machines, so you can skip the sales pitch and get right to what you want. Alas, they're not the best value, but what do you expect? If you're in West Hollywood, you can expect to pay West Hollywood prices. (If you ain't making bank, you shouldn't be in WeHo in the first place, but I digress.)Good strains include: Granddaddy Purple, God Bud and God's Gift Supreme, plus classics like Sour Diesel, Skywalker and OG Kush. Don't ask them to sell anything by the gram because they'll look at you like you're crazy.If you gots paper, they hook you up. Hell yeah. That's how I roll, playa. Straight outta West Hollywood.

Such a chill place. Came here right after getting my medical card at the clinic a few stores down from Zen. Zen is the first dispensary I've ever been to.Inside the store is a whole new world, good vibes and very welcoming. As a new patient they gave me free goodies which was sweet!! Will come back :))

If you're looking for ease of shopping and friendly/knowledgeable customer service then Zen is a great place to make it your "Go-to". They have parking in the back, which is great if you are driving there and need to get in and out quickly. Their Bud-tenders are helpful and patient especially if you are a newbie and are lobbing them general questions. I especially like that both the Customers and employees there are diverse. That makes you not feel like you're out of place or in a awkward place if its your first time and have pre-conceived notions about who frequents a Canabis clinic. They offer a variety of consumable canabis from traditional to the latest and greatest methods to suite your needs.Make them your "Go-to" if you're in the West Hollywood/Hollywood area.

Well, THANK YOU ZEN MASTERS! :) Two years ago, with medical card in hand, I tried a few shops in LA with less than satisfactory results. While waiting in line at the last one, a woman said she heard Zen was good. I left, drove over and will never go anywhere else in LA! We did an extended road trip that took us out of the LA area for several months. Just disappointment after disappointment with shops. Crazy pricing, terrible customer service, etc. Well, we just got back to outside Pasadena and did a drive into LA Saturday. I was thrilled to not only see some of the same people who had been there even two years ago, but to feel that happy, helpful, surprisingly focused help again was amazing! This staffis, across the board, the best I have experienced. Being an old lady ( and an old school user for fifty years now...), the variety of pens, pipes, edibles, dosages combined with the new technology of utilizing bluetooth with my pax pen is embarrassingly new to me. But from the guys at the front door to great people behind the counters, you will find patient, knowledgeable, quick thinking/acting no nonsense staff who also happen to be great with customer service and know all of their products. Hooray! And guess what..while they've a store open right next door, the primary space is under renovation so it's clearly doing everything right. Mama is the best and so is her staff! Forget those who think they are competing and give them a try! :)

This place has the best flower I have ever enjoyed. Wonderful selection of gourmet bud. Expect to pay $50-60/8. Prepackaged in opaque jars, always fresh. My favorite dispensary for flower to date because of quality and variety. Not the largest selection of other types of products, but they do carry Kiva and Kushy Punch, both of which are lab tested. They have vending machines. Small space but very friendly, right on the street. Generous FTP goodies. You can pay with debit card. Very helpful budtenders. Just go there and buy something!

Beyond disappointing. Saw the billboards and WAS SO PUMPED TO GO! But Over priced and a weak edible selection. Also, 0 customer service...no one introduce themselves or gave a shit about at least my name. Sad, especially after having incredible experiences at Exhale right around the corner. If you are in the neighborhood and need to pick a place don't go to Zen.

Cool little shop with good staff but they are way over priced, if you dont mind paying top dollar for your weed then its fine but if your on a budget def not the shop of choice ,lots of other shops around with high quality product for half the price.

So much selection when it comes to strains. The door guys are chill and always friendly. And they have the only gram vending machines I've ever seen. Worth checking out if you are in West Hollywood.

I love this place. Super easy to get in and out. They are very helpful and have a fantastic selection of greenery, edibles, lotions, and potions.  I appreciate the patience of the staff because sometimes I have LOTS of questions. I love the vending machines too because sometimes I don't want to talk to anyone I just want my stuff. Love it.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary. I told them that, and asked for help and they literally laughed at me and told me to go to the vending machine. I got zero first time specials, like every other dispensary in the area offers. I kept asking questions and they were visibly annoyed- others noticed too. Thankfully strangers helped me pick out overpriced product. I highly recommend Madmen just down the street.

The pretty saleswoman is a jerk. She rushes you and gets irritated and irritable and snappy if you don't instantly make a purchase. I bought something, but I've decided to never come back here.

This is probably my favorite dispensary I've been to in the LA area yet. I wish I lived closer to WeHo so I could go there more often. The staff is extremely friendly, both the budtenders and the guy at the front desk. Love the vending machines and the huge selection of edibles. If you're looking for a dispensary in the WeHo area this is, in my opinion, the best one

Amazing customer service. The employees are very happy and laid-back, which is a nice vibe to experience. Also very knowledgable about their products. The vending machines are a very unique and sweet set up, and they offer great deals ever so often. The cashier is so sweet and really hooks us up with good stuff. I love this place and will refer a lot of friends. :)

Was in the area after a long day. It was either stop here or drive even further to my regular spot during rush hour traffic. I decided to come here. The customer service here has drastically improved, and things just seem a lot more organized, too. Like I said in my last review, they have a pretty decent selection of edibles and other goodies as well. The strain I bought was called Champagne something.. pretty decent, but didn't feel like it was worth the price ($60 an eighth). Meh.. I'll probably be back sporadically, if only for their edibles.

Zen's haunted house was so dope! So glad we stopped by. The detail in the decor is awesome. The staff was nice and made the whole experience fun.

This location is fantastic. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The product quality, selection and depth places this dispensary at the top of my list. There's no reason to settle for a sub-par experience. I highly recommend Zen over the other choices you might consider while in Los Angeles.

I like this place because I have been going here for years and I know most of the staff that have been there since I started going. But the main reason I go here is because of the speed at which I can get my items and get out. I'm not the type of customer who likes to go in and jabber with the staff for 20 minutes or sniff the different strains until I figure out what I want. I know what I want every time and they always have it so I either hit the vending machine real quick or go straight to the cashier and order what I need there. 5 minutes tops and i'm in and out. The only downside is the turnover rate for the girls they have working behind the counter. They're always cute and friendly stoner chicks, but unfortunately they don't last. It's a marijuana shop so it's to be expected.

Start to finish, there isn't any other place in the world I'd rather stop than Zen Healing. First, it was easy to find and conveniently located right on Santa Monica. It has FREE parking out back. Security is dope as fuck and the men outside are now staples in my neighborhood. They allow dogs! Not only do they allow dogs but on Fridays you get a discount for brining your BFF! Ask for Momma. She's usually behind the cashier and she's everyone's favorite. She knows what she's doing if you need any help. If not, great selection and everything you could ever need. My favorite unique part is the vending machines full of bud. Always just cracks me up as I unroll my bill that I can buy a joint to call me down in one of these. Thank you Zen for healing me when I need it.

I have been going to zen healing as long as I have lived in the Weho area. Great selection of strains, edibles & concentrates with a friendly staff who always remember what meds I'm in for. Highly recommended!

THE BEST!!!!! Everyone there is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I turned to medical marijuana to deal with multiple chronic conditions including severe allergies that prevent me from using RX medication. They made recommendations that have helped restore my quality of life including suggesting CBD oils to treat my cervical dysplasia (pre-cancer). Thanks to that not only did my dysplasia not progress to cancer, it was eliminated completely (for the record adding CBD was the only change I made between follow up biopsies). They are literally saving/extending people's lives! I will be forever grateful and will never go anywhere else!

Zen healing is one of the first places I went to after receiving my card and the reviews live up to it! A wide selection of edibles, flower, concentrates and more! The vending machines were a cool touch as well! They gave me a good first time patient deal as well! Great place, great staff, great vibes!

Always friendly. Doorman I'd never rude. Recognized me and makes me feel like a customer not a convict.

After coming here for a year and a half the security guard still doesn't recognize you. Claims you're "not in the system". Y'all needa work on customer service. Not friendly, more expensive too, will be going elsewhere.

This is my absolute favorite dispensary! Nothing compares to their products and the atmosphere is great! They have the best top quality strains available and consistently rise above expectations. Love this place!

No help. I was completely confused on their set up. They're gs are in a vending machine which were way over priced and you couldn't even see what you were getting. Finally I picked one. I just went to go smoke it and it crumbled in my hands it's so dry. Don't get me wrong they were all super nice, but if I'm paying for overpriced weed and I come home and it's dry AF, I'm going to be mad.

Let me first start by saying there is more than one Buddah-esk collective in West Hollywood. Theres something about being in harmony with mother nature and getting high that the Buddah relates to the best. Im a big fan of Feng Shui so to me, vibes are everything. This is the place with the nicest vibes on Santa Monica. They're friendly but not corny. Helpful but not over bearing or pushy. Plus, they have a vending machine that 10 years ago would have been considered near mythical. At this point i know youre wondering about the flowers. Every Can-Club has flowers for sale. How are the flowers here you might ask? Decadent quality and selection is the only word i know to use. Don't change a thing guys we love you and you are the best spot on Santa Monica blvd. The vibe at Zen healing is so chill and quick to grasp! Pre packaged deals, vending machine, 8ths, and great customer service!

I drive from k-town just to peruse the selection, strongest vape game in town, huge selection of buds, and they have a rewards program that earns you a free eighth. You have to spend a 1000 to get that free eighth, which I think could be re-thought, just seems a bit much for only one free eighth, but hey it's something! The staff is super friendly and know me by name, it's like cheers only for bud. And occasionally they throw me some extra goodies on my way out. In my opinion the best in town. You know when Kevin Smith is buying weed next to you, that you've found a gem.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Prices here are a complete joke and EVERYTHING is over-priced. The quality is absolute SHIT and they PRE-PACKAGE their buds. All the flower in the display smell old, they are dry as all hell, and they taste like bovine fecal matter. Not one professional person in that place.Managers are rude and so was the old lady at the cash register. They don't give you the option of trying strains by the gram unless its a strain they put in the vending machine (which that shit is old too). They have no problem robbing their patients who use the vending machines. if you do not press the button after you select what you want the machine WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR CHANGE, and no one there will tell you about your change either, because they just go after you leave and press the button so they can take YOUR change and put it in their tip jar!! So UNBELIEVABLY un-professional of them. IF you were worth a tip they would have given you one!!! There's no waiting room, and the place is TINNNYYY! if you wish to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or BREATH I would suggest going somewhere else.Try CLOUD 8TH DTLA or HOLLYWOOD HIGH GRADE (these places are LEGIT, SAFE, and by far the best collectives around Los Angeles.

It's been a while since I've been here, but I'm THRILLED to see that the shop and staff are keeping up with the constantly changing trends in strains, style, and services! Mama is the BEST budtender there is, PERIOD! If you have ANY doubts or questions she will inform you properly. After about 7 years now I still say that this is the best and most legitimate dispensary North of Pico! (It's a different world south of there, at least dispensary wise)Nowhere else do I feel safe and secure while obtaining my medicine, AND getting home from without ANYONE bothering me. No bums asking me for money, smokes, or my medicine like at half the places in the Hollywood area... That is extremely important for me since I have to walk with a cane and can't walk quickly. I have been, and continue to be extremely grateful for the existence of Zen Healing! They're all about professionalism and compassionate care for their patients. Keep up the great work guys! I love love LOVE this place. They have an excellent selection of plant matter, very clearly categorized indica, staiva, hybrid. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I personally enjoy the vending machines. They're refrigerated, offer choices of grams and they sometimes have shake. Also their edible selection in awesome. They have sweet, salty and savory. Someone there has tried everything so if you don't know what to get, someone will definitely point you in the right direction.  I recommend Zen healing to anyone looking for a reliable MM dispensary.

The best dispensary in Weho! I love this place. The people are always friendly and the selection is like a candy store. Literally. They have so many edible sweets that you will be in heaven. Edible popcorn, brownies, candies, cakes, etc. They also have teas, butter for baking, sodas, I mean they've really got a lot. Now, as for the herbs... They have a lot to choose from as well including the best quality stuff on the market.

I hate to be a contrarian given that most of the reviews for Zen Healing are positive, but I was disappointed with almost everything with this dispensary.  First of all, I value ambiance and the physical plant reminded me of a corner bodega in Brooklyn.  Not fatal, but not particularly welcoming, either.  The staff was cordial but not overly friendly.  The prices were commensurate with west-side standards.  I bought a package of two medicated sugar cookies that were as delicious as they were potent.  I also bought an eighth of Sour Diesel for $55 that was so dry that some of it turned to dust when I ground it up at home.  I rolled all of the remaining bud into joints which worked out okay, but it was far from ideal.  The bottom line is that I don't plan on returning to Zen Healing.

I only had a chance to visit a few dispensary's while down here but this was the highlight. I HATE HATE HATE LA prices, but the Blackberry Kush was SOOO worth it. BEST....KUSH......EVER!!!!The whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere. It was cool to see vending machines too. Definitely reduces wait time if you know what you want.

Great place and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They set me up for what I needed for my anxiety and have all top shelf strains. The price is what you'd consider for all real highend quality.

Based on two separate visits I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't give it 5 stars because it has the same high prices as Alternative Herbal (which has by far the rudest employees and the most over-priced products) further down Santa Monica Blvd. but it does have really high quality and a large selection. Prices range from $45 to $75 per 1/8th (no grams) and the hash/kief goes for $25 - $65 (holy monkey-balls!) per GRAM!The vending machine is loaded with top-choice stuff and the novelty has yet to wear off. The edibles are all pretty good and potent and the chocolate truffles are only $5 with a little kick to them.Last but certainly not least, the staff is really chill (even during the madness that is April 20th) and fairly knowledgeable about their products. Prior to entering it can seem a little intimidating when you go through the first door and are greeted by a voice from the other side of a one-way mirror. Once you are approved and go through the second door the vibe is mellow.I recommend checking out the white-board behind the counter first and then peering into the vending machine to see what ridiculous medicine will cure your ailments. Sweet ganja I love California!

Selling fake over price "girl scout cookies" minimal selection. Wouldn't be surprised if there other strains were low to mid grade being advertised as something else. Definitely wont be going back.

The true question is where do I start on my amazing experience at this shop. Well first things first I live In The San Fernando valley and heard of this shop from all their daily media updates and daily pictures of their strains, and it caught my attention. So one day I'm in the Hollywood area for work, and one of the best choices I made was deciding to finally stop by that shop. As great as the shop looked from social media, let's just say I wasn't ready . The appearance from the outside is very clean and lit up so you have no issues finding it. Now continue in to the inside and the staff, well I was very welcomed inside to meet an amazing staff full of polite and patient and beyond helpful budtenders . Now on to the moment of truth, the quality of their merchandise, well one way to explain is if you are having a hard time choosing, its because the wide variety of amazing products the shop has, but with the​ amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff, you will have no problem making a decision that you will be 150% satisfied with. The inside of the shop was very comfortable and carries good vibes only, and even has vending machines! Well this is where I will end my review of my experience here, words can not explain how great this shop is, take my advice and give this shop a go and see for yourself how amazing this shop is overall. I got blessed to have a job down the street from them .

This is the most unorganized place I've ever seen. Bud tenders are shitty and the girl who helped me didn't know what she was doing. 55 dollars for an eighth plus 25% tax 72 bucks for an eighth of not that great of bud. There system for getting your order and ringing you up is crazy I don't know who came up with it but it is ridiculous three separate people you have to talk to to get you bud. The owner must be stupid as hell or whoever is running that place. So disappointed I thought since there prices were so outrageous the bud would be worth it but absolutely not. Get it together Zen

I've been here multiple times with my boyfriend, a medical marijuana card holder. I don't buy, I don't consume, I just don't want to be stuck in the car while he buys. Every time I'm welcomed to come in as a guest, I look and read and touch. It crazy how many things have thc.. candies, lotions, lip balms. I touch and sniff, blame me I'm a girl. But this time, usually the girls are nice, the girl who usually wears a bandana was in a bit**y mood.. She approached me and said next time you come here don't shop around. Did she ever hear me tell my boyfriend buy me this? I even told him try on the lotion I want to smell it! Not tired it on myself! I pointed out that they have fortune cookies? Asked what he got? Told him get more things since were here already. Read all the signs cause they have weird names, asked to sniff whatever he was smelling. And when he decided to buy a fortune cookie I told him not to get a burnt one and I proceeded to look for a none burnt cookie for him to buy. I understand it's for their 'safety' but don't approach me in a rude way especially since I never said anything like I want wait to try this, buy me this or anything indicating that I would consume the item. The store is cool, mama is super nice, the Hawaiian girl is nice, it was just the other short skinny girl who was probably in a bad mood. But don't be rude to guest/ customers.

Great store , a lot of fine product. One of the nicer places to get your meds. They have free samples sometimes and there point system is cool to . Sometimes I get a free joint for being patient

This is the only place I'll go. The staff is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I always ask for suggestions, based on my symptoms that day/week, and they always make sure that I leave with what I need. The selection is fantastic, eatable selection is killer. Prices to suit all walks of life. Every single time I leave I have a smile on my face, I genuinely enjoy the experience; most of all the people. When I found this spot I lived within walking distance. I have since moved, not a walk away anymore, but this is still the ONLY place I go.

With so many dispensaries in the area why bother going to this place. The girl at the counter was ditzy and no help at all. Then I went to pick up the order and waited nearly ten minutes while the "fulfillment" lady had a personal conversation (I didn't realize she wasn't helping a customer until the end otherwise I would have spoken up.) I wish I'd walked out like I thought of doing. I was told for my first visit they would hook me up for coming in. NOPE. I bought two hundred dollars worth of product. Half of it TOTALLY worthless. Granted it was a bottled tincture, but they should stand behind their products. I called but the girl was too busy, left my number, no returned call. I was just trying to get the contact info for Professor Snooks so I could complain to them about their rancid tincture. Then I was given a UA at my therapists...negative for THC. Go down the street to Alternative Herbal Health Services. The woman working there knows what she is talking about and really helped me.

I have been trying difference dispensaries around the Los Angeles area. Zen Healing is my new home for my RX. After visiting over 20 other stores, Zen Healing is by far the best!The staff has the best customer service (knowledgeable and compassionate), the selection is amazing (even gives a listing  of most of  what they carry on their website. They carry a large selection of edibles, concentrates, juices & drinks, tinctures, AND TONS MORE!If you are in a hurry, they have vending machines!I received a ton of gifts as a new patient. I have been back 4 times, before I wrote this review & consistently excellent.

Nice products and I always find parking right in front at a meter.  I prefer the vending machine as I can get in and out quick. Most of the staff is friendly and nice and know their stuff. The prices are a little hi and I hate the entrance but otherwise I can dig it.  I prefer the friendliness of the Farmacy down the street.

Best Place in LA consistent with great staff!

Zen Healing was raided by the DEA and local authorities (LASD and LAPD) and closed down, a couple of days ago.  According to numerous news reports to be found on the web, and which all give the same limited information, the DEA was acting under a sealed warrant and would only say it was part of a large, ongoing operation.  According to the hand-lettered sign in the window, they are "closed permanently".ETA: I have no idea what's "cool" or "funny" about this review.

i love this place!  I have been to a LOT of different dispensaries and this is definitely one of the best!  First of all, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Although the place is small, the ceilings are high and there's a good atmosphere.  The flower counter is in the front, and there are two vending machines in the back filled with treats!  By treats I mean hash, oils and extracts, capsules, joints, grams, and  2oz bottles of shake (great deals there).  So great!Donation prices span the board from cheap to pricey, and there is a lot to choose from.  This place has everything!  You can surely make it work with whatever budget you have for your meds, and walk out feeling satisfied!Also, the clientele is so good!  This place, mostly due to its location, is good for some REALLY amazing people-watching.  I always enjoy myself when I go to this collective!

Let me first start by saying that I have had my card for about 3 years and since then have only been to about 4 dispensary's.  I am a working professional and think that the cleanliness and staff at Zen is the bomb.  Although the prices are a little more steep than most places, their selection is very large and seems to have grown even more over time.  Location is the best as well!!!  The vending machine is a savvy touch.  They can be pretty generous with a joint here, edible there... just depends on the place and how busy they are...I was there yesterday and will most likely be back this weekend at some point.  It's not worth saving $5 to go somewhere else.  I like my little store down the street.

My favorite dispensary in the area by far!  I am a huge fan of edibles and they have one of the best assortment to choose from.  The prices are somewhat higher than other places but the staff, consistency of quality, the vending machines, and their excellent edibles make up for it to me.

I guess I'll start at the start. The less than friendly guy who takes your ID once you enter must have constant hemorrhoids because he is in a nonstop bad mood. Once you defeat him and advance to the next level, you will be greeted by someone who acts like they have somewhere else they need to be while they attempt to sell you an eighth for $75. FAIL.

Amazing service, the staff is really friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Really good selection of strains and edibles, I recommend checking their leafly menu before going in! First time patient and got a candy, joint, one hitter and joint wraps!

I've been going here for about two years, and it's my favorite clinic. The selection is awesome, a vending machine is provided for a quick self serve experience, and they do have a good selection of accessories at reasonable prices. As was mentioned in another review, they do offer a rewards program, a feature not common in other caregivers. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. And not many people realize is they have parking in the back so you don't have to worry about the meters. Great place, keep up the good work!

Not my favorite place for actual strains. It hard for me to find strains that I really like at this place. My favorite thing there are their Jolly ranchers  and  other edibles. The stupid thing about their Jolly Ranchers is that they don't allow you to choose your candy favors instead they try to get people to buy the gross favors that don't sell. If something isn't selling then stop making it. A happy customer would come back more.

If you are a real connoisseur and enjoy good weed, Eric and company at Zen Healing have some of best cannabis west of the Mississippi.  I am a real connoisseur and I have been to every club in Northern California, but I ended up  in Los Angeles because that is where the money is.  Zen has some of the best cannabis in the world bar none.  Brandon, the store manager, is a great guy and he will get you taken care of with what you need.  Please take it from me, I have made my rounds throughout Northern California and I was lucky to meet both Eric and Brandon and get my needs taken care of.  Prior to that, I couldn't get myself balanced.  After I met them and explained what I was looking for, they were able to meet my request, especially when no one else was able to meet my quality of standards.  They are the best in the nation, bar none, for quality.  I want to say a big thank you to both Eric and Brandon.  You have a customer for life.  I will see you again soon.

This place was amazing.  My first time going they had me fill out some really easy paperwork and then I was right in the door.  The girl behind the counter was really friendly and helpful and they had everything you could want or need.  There's even a vending machine if "dealing with humans" isn't your thing.  I will definitely be returning.

Location is great, service is friendly, and last time I was there I learned about a new cannabis cooking oil called Cannola.  I tried it out and it's pretty much the best and the most convenient way I've ever found to bake or cook anything.  Ample free parking in the back is a major plus.

my number 2 spot because it is pricey but hold up...it has specials  all the time so u can get a eigth expensive for cheap sumtimes.   pllussssss they have the dopest and only vending machine with alwayssss hooooked up and fresh grams  or literally phat nugg shake pieces which ur gunna break up anyways for 15 to 40 for 2.3 grams. i mean u cant go wrong. and it always bomb herb. and great service. and great great people. shoutout to kb in the front. both are awsome security and friendly service. much love carolean

OK! THIS IS THE BEST WEED SHOP IN WEHO!!!! I have been to most shops in west hollywood and parts of hollywood and man this place is amazing. The level of service, the staff, the goods, all top notch. Most places serve you from the same jar you shop from so the weed tends to be dry. Not here. There's a lady named mamma shes great. Always tells me stories and always asks if i need a lighter or papers and on occasion throws in a joint. Love!

I like this place.  I think the prices in the vending machine for what you get are a little low in quantity, but what I like is that the product doesn't feel hydroponicked to within an inch of its life.  So many places have that weird chemical sci-fi generic smell (and affect) where one strain smells and feels just like another strain.  I don't get that sense at Zen.  It's a bit more old school and the varieties really feel like just that: varieties.  There's some crap for sale here as well as some good stuff, but that's how it should be: not the standard of many dispensaries which is a uniform batch of strains that all seem to look, smell, and taste the same, with nary a difference in affects.  I feel like I am buying the kind of good old-fashioned varieties that I got in the eighties.  The staff is pretty fun too and unlike the Farmacy, once inside, you're free to move around and look at all the items, hang out and examine the vending machines, etc. without everybody getting up in your face.

I have been visiting Zen healing for a couple of years for all the good reasons. I've tried other pharmacies but this is a totally different experience.We moved from WEHO, but we still chose to travel to Zen Healing because we are treated well. Other places make you feel like you are doing something wrong when you enter their facilities....This place has a wide variety of amazing products-selections and very friendly service. The guys at the dorrs are kind and they will remember you by name and the ladies in the back are sooo fabulous..Love everything about Zen Healing and I definitely  recommend them to friends, always.

A beautiful experience. We sat in the outdoor patio, our server was Laura H. The space was very zen but modern, such a great and great energy space. Laura was very informative and polite. The food was so good! We (4ppl) shared the vegan nachos... so yummm! The cannibis menu was very impressive they have a abundance of flower.

They have a lot of hidden fees and scam you. The prices seem reasonable but after they sneak in there sneaky little fees you're paying more than what you would pay for artist tree product same brand.

My cousin and I have been coming to Zen Healing for over 4 years.  I'd always get their cinderella flower, but recently, been getting their crescendo kind which is rare to find anywhere else.  Well, yesterday my cousin and I decided to head over to West Hollywood and scope the venue (Abbey, Cantina, etc.).  The scene was pretty dead, but considering it was the Oscar's weekend we understood why this was probably the case.  We are still very appreciative that the bars have remained open.  To take advantage of our night out (mind you, my cousin lives 15 miles away) we called the Zen Shop at 8:30p to see when they would close, just to be sure of any special Sunday/pandemic hours.  We were told they're open through 9pm.  Immediately, we gunned it!  We power-walked it through Santa Monica Blvd., because we didn't have a car.  Figured it would only take us about 18 minutes to get there.  We even told the representative, the one who answered our phone call, that we will make it in time because we were coming from the weho strip just up the street!  She said "Sounds good, see you then!"  Long story short, we got to the shop at 8:56pm and were greeted by the same representative who took our call.  She had her iPad in hand, and was ready to make a sale.  She then hesitated with a baffled look in her eyes and said, "Our system shuts down on us at 9pm.  We can't register you at this time."  This notion was such a hard pill to swallow, despite being short of breath.  Wished we were told this when we called.  It was such a bummer to hear this from the same person who took our call in less than half an hour ago.   I just don't think I'm a fan of Zen after this.  Working in customer service myself, for over 11 years (retail), and now as a healthcare worker, I can attest the representative who we interacted with yesterday, (04/25/21, during normal business hours), was not trying to help.  It's a shame this rep did not foster the ability to even make us feel welcome, even though we called and gave a heads up, that we were coming ASAP.  This is not the type of service Zen stands behind its loyal customers -- staff are usually very professional and helpful.  This wasn't the case yesterday, what a bummer experience :(

I've been trying to support my local shops, especially during Covid. I've been to this store in the past and the staff has always been a little off putting. Today however, I just encountered the rudest employees and store manager. I called earlier in the week and was told there is a 20% discount before 11am. So today, I showed up at 10:30 and was told that now on Fridays it's"bring a friend" and get 20% off. They told me dogs counted as well. I asked what if I went home and grabbed my child does that count lol? Sure they said, but you'll have to leave her outside because she's not 21.  Are these people serious?! Then a couple in the store had their dog. They nicely offered to be my +1 since there were 2 of them + a dog. How cool of them I thought! Wrong!! I asked the manager why that wouldn't count, and was met with all kinds of different excuses. So a dog counts, a child left outside counts....but another patron in the store willing to help doesn't count? When I pointed out the humor in this to the manager, a male  employee comes over and starts yelling at me if I don't like it I can leave. So I did! All that being said, if I have to pay full price, I might as well go and support someplace where I'm spoken to like an adult and where the rules make sense (also reading the other negative reviews it appears they pad the discount with all kinds of hidden fees anyways). Sadly, in the end I'm afraid the chain dispensaries will win if these smaller ones don't start distinguishing themselves by exemplary service.

RewardI got something for $25, they charge 30% sales tax. Online the sales tax is 9.5% for weho. Also they round up your purchase and give you the change. There excuse is that they use a system that is an atm. Smh. And also $3.50 for a card transaction. So basically they charged my card $40.50 for something that started off $25. Plus they place is super small and doesn't have a nice selection of brands.

Nice place.  Very neat & tidy.  The thing I like most are the vending machines.  Suppose you just want to pick up a pre-roll.  Boom!  You can be in & out in 5 minutes.  Very convenient and I like not having to interact much.  You don't have to deal with any sales pitch or chit-chat.As for the strains they carry, nothing really wowed me.  Everything was fine, but not mind-blowing or spectacular.  I found it amusing they don't sell by the gram, which means they don't want to be bothered with nickel & dimers (and who could blame them).  They're a little pricey, but I would expect that in WeHo.

This is my preferred dispensary!!! I've been coming to this location for years now and to say that the products and employees are amazing is an understatement. Zen Healing epitomizes what it means to have excellent customer service. Stephen and Mama always bring a big smile to my face. There's also a tall girl with brown hair that always plays with my dog Dojo. The whole experience is warm and the employees are very knowledgeable of the products and their effects. I highly recommend this place! I want to also extend a warm THANK YOU to Lani. She's been amazing and my dog is so excited to see her. She goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed and answers all our questions. Zen healing is lucky to have such great employee.

I have been a regular customer since the days of Medical Marijuana. Frankly, Zen is the only place I buy. Momma is wonderful and the staff are great, always happy to see you and able to answer questions. They offer a nice price range of quality product for any budget.

Employees were so slow, that my friends and I had to laugh about it immediately upon exiting the store. I think it took five minutes to fold a bag, as though it were origami. The whole experience was like science fiction slow motion. Never again for that store. (Oh, everybody was nice..but distracted and slowAF.)
