This review breaks my heart to post, as I've been a very loyal patient of this dispensary for several years. The reason for the low star rating is the stunning and offending lack of customer service.Most recently, I was turned away at 7:53PM because they were closed. They close at 8, folks. It's on their website and on the windows of their storefront that they are open until 8. To say that upset me would be the understatement of the century. The staff knows me...I'm there all the time! (Well...they know my face. Not a single person has ever taken the time to learn my first name.)There is only one word to describe a business that turns away a loyal customer 7 minutes before they advertise that they close for the day: LAZY!!I will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward. There are plenty of other dispensaries that will gladly take my money.
LAPCG always gives the best service. I am not a regular smoker but when I go in they always help me find exactly what I need. Ben and Rashad are the best! Will always come back here.
Let me start off by saying there are some really nice people who work here. In fact, their security guard is one of the most hospitable people in West Hollywood. There's also a wonderful young woman behind the counter whom I've interacted with frequently that is sweet, hilarious, and you just want to give her a hug. These people are great. They make me want to come back again and again. They've introduced me to different strains and products that I've enjoyed. The unfortunate flip side, though, is that there are also some unfriendly and unhelpful people who also work here.My most recent visit involved one of them: While he was starting to finalize a reservation I had made online for 2 3.5g of one of their house strains, I asked if they had any 7g jars of the flower. They did, though he felt the need to correct my use of metric weights even though that's the only weight they measure their flower by if you look on the jar or their website, but whatever. Then he refused to swap out the two 3.5g jars of flower I had reserved online with a 7g jar (which is cheaper and wasn't currently listed on their website) because by then he had finished ringing me up (even though he hadn't even handed the product to me) because "we don't do product swaps. Once the transaction is final there's nothing I can do." He then made a point of telling me I don't need to come into the store. As a coda to our conversation, it came off as a real "fuck you" even though I'm sure he thought he was trying to be helpful by reminding me that they do curbside pickup if you happen to be carrying exact change.I'm baffled, to be honest, since in the past other employees had proactively offered the larger jar to me or given me the 7g price even when they were out of that size jar. In the end it's a difference of only around $12, and it's really not the money that upset me. This guy just wanted me out of the store. While I was by no means the person who pissed in his cornflakes today, it's pretty clear that someone already had by the time I came in because he just wasn't interested in being nice. I'm actually glad I had my face mask on because otherwise he would have clearly seen the smile I came into the store with slide into a Bea Arthur level of utter disappointment.
This has become my new fav! Rusty and Alex helped me out and they were amazing. Love the staff. Love the products. Great prices and deals!

Nice shop but...Located across the street from the Target/Best Buy shopping plaza in West Hollywood, Los Angeles Patients & Caregivers Group is a friendly, mom-and-pop kind of weed dispensary. Open to both medical marijuana cardholders and 21+ recreational users, this place readily has a nondescript and homey appearance. You'd never realize this was a dispensary, save for the security guard that's posted out front. Speaking of security, this place's check-in process is a bit more involved than others. Outside, the security guard checks your ID and then if you're a new patient, you have to fill out a short application form. Once the guard buzzes you inside, you give your application and ID to the check-in person so they can add you to their database. After that, they then stamp your hand with an A or M. "A" for Adult Recreational Use and "M" for Medical, obviously. After that, you then have to get in line in order to go into the main shopping area. Although you won't typically see a line outside the store, you will most likely have to wait in line inside. The reason for all the waits is because this place is so small, they can only have like 3-4 employees working behind the counter at all times. They like to give every customer a 1:1 shopping experience so you have to wait in line until one of the employees behind the counter is free and then calls you into the little shopping area. They do offer free coffee inside while you wait so I guess that's a nice touch? Once you get called in by an employee, you can consult with them on what you want and they will take care of all your shopping needs. This is definitely a place to go to if you know exactly what you want to buy, i.e. you go in, tell them what you want to buy and bing bang boom you're out of there. Sure you can technically "browse" and take your time shopping but just remember all the other folks waiting in line behind you...Although all the employees are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and friendly (they really do have top notch customer service), the overall flow and protocol of the place feels a bit too strict to me. I went on a Saturday morning and had to wait at least 15 minutes in line before I could enter the shopping area while others have waited upwards of 30 minutes. This structured shopping experience is almost the complete opposite to dispensaries like MedMen which has more of an open, walk around at your leisure kind of vibe.Despite the various waits, I do really like Los Angeles Patients & Caregivers Group. Their customer service is super friendly and they accept credit cards! They'll also give you a free rolled blunt when you spend $50 or more. When I first came here my total came to $49. They told me about the offer and then told me the cheapest thing I could buy (a $1 lighter) so I could get the free blunt which I readily appreciated. All they have to do is adjust their customer flow a bit and I think this place could really be a top-notch dispensary, with a friendly mom-and-pop experience.
Recently moved to Hollywood from SaMo and I've been trying to find a shop with decent prices and friendly service. It took me a while to try all these places and I found a dope spot to pick up clean medicine. It's rare to find bud tenders that are friendly without them giving off the fake vibe for a sale. When you go to this spot make sure you ask for Rusty.. I wasn't sure what to get for the occasion and he was able to drop some knowledge with a genuine smile. Definitely found a friend too!
One of the WeHo Original Shops, and still the best. Good deals, chill staff, clean shop, best prices in the area easily. And I never feel like I might get jumped outside like at Cookies, big plus in LA!
My absolute favorite dispensary. Came in with a bruised rib and left with a releaf patch so I can stick that bad boy right on my body and finally sleep again. The staff here is great and super informative. They do free joints when you spend over $50. They're also cute.
I started out from deep in the north valley heading for the over hyped med men in weho for my first purchase of legal recreational weed, but once in west hollywood i figured i'd just go to the nearest shop and that was... LA Patients!My outside wait was about 10 minutes (MLK Day Monday at 11:30am ish) and my inside wait time was 30 seconds. I found some deliciously small dose drinkables that really make it easy to get perfect amount of thc and cbd in me! i'm a lightweight from the 70's and 80's and todays weed is, for me dangerously potent.So far i really like the Monk juices and i haven't yet, tried the tea.Thanks dreadlocked Chris for recommending these!

I have been a member of LAPCG since they first opened many many years before recreational use was legal. I have always enjoyed visiting and chatting with the employees and staff. They were welcoming, helpful and courteous. I stopped by a couple weeks ago after walking out of a MedMen because of the lack of a personal connection I felt there. This is the last time I will go. The young man behind the counter was rude, dismissive and extremely condescending. I walked out almost in tears I was so shocked by his behavior. I called LAPCG a few minutes after I left and spoke to the woman at the front desk. She said that they had changed management recently. She also said that the young man I was dealing with was no longer going to be working there and if I came back I would not see him again. She was very professional and apologized but I won't be back. There are plenty of other options.
Huge improvement. They hired a wonderful new gal to manage the lobby and it has made such a big difference. She smiles and greets customers the way they should be greeted. She clearly enjoys her job. There are a couple new bud tenders with a better attitude as well. No more buzz kills on my buzz here anymore. Thank you.
I feel bad for the low review but honestly they need to do much better.Long wait I don't really care about, but they could be a little faster. "Checking-In" is annoying but part of the whole deal so I don't care about that either ... but the QUALITY of the bud has to match the PRICE. I was a patient while they were a medical patient-only shop, and honestly still only went there because all the staff members there are very very nice (but honestly how often do you meet an asshole at a dispensary) and it's a 5 minute walk from my apartment. Unfortunately, yesterday was the last time I'll be buying medicine from this shop.Don't want to get too specific but basically their gram/eighth prices are too high for the quality flower you buy - it shouldn't be dried out in 2 days.For patients who need quality bud at a price that doesn't borderline extortion. Go to the dispensary next to that Chase bank literally a block away...
I love this place. I live and Los Feliz and I still go out of the way of our local spots to come here. They're just so kind and hospitable and patient with explaining the intricate things they offer. They've got a great loyalty program as well as daily deals. The prices are moderate but the service is above average. One of my favorite things is they also accept card so no need to walk around with wads of cash.
Love the mom and pop vibe here. An they also have free coffee like come on! Dogs are welcome here and they have treats and a bowl for them to drink from. They had my favorite brands available and i understand taxes are high but that comes with quality services and clean products. Plus the taxes are just the same everywhere eles just they add it in the price. They have something for every budget here. The budtenders Rashad and Sean are great ! An also gabriel but i tend to have great experiences with all the staff. So if your in the neighborhood go check them out. Oh an last no I didnt get a free pre roll for writing this lol i just think we need to spared more good experiences than bad, people are so quick to write a bad review but its like take a second an support that business you do like an write something positive.

I have been a customer for about a decade. I will not go back.The staff are rude and do not appreciate their customers. This business does not give to the community. They do not deserve your business. Gabe is especially rude, and stole money from me when I tested his character by over paying. Today is my birthday and he was awful and hostile towards me and I left empty handed as a result. A big birthday FU from Gabe and the management. Love this dispensary! Much better prices than medmen or herbarium. The staff and the greeter our front are always so friendly. Also love the Sunday spin the wheel, won an awesome ceramic pipe!
First time there, only wanted to spend around 20$ asked for a gram, the guy said he didn't have many grams, so I bought a pre rolled for around 14$. The pre rolled joint did not smoke properly after I lit it, and had to break it down and smoke it out of a pipe. Was good weed though, but I didn't get what I wanted, and feel that for 14$ I could of gotten a gram somewhere else. The joint wasn't even that big.

LAPCG is by far the best dispensary in all of Southern California. The stuff is knowledgeable and willing to answer any question. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The shop is always clean and offers free coffee, fruit, and candy. It is without a doubt a safe and warm environment. Glad to have LAPCG in my neighborhood.
First time here today and I loved my experience. From front desk to bud-tenders everyone was helpful and very nice. I normally don't like walking into dispensaries because it's awkward for me personally, but really enjoyed walking in here and I can walk here from my apartment. Thanks LAPCG Team!!
Went there for the first time after the place I usually go on Rose in SM run out of my CBD heavy stuff.Before entering the place the security guy is asking you to fill out a form sheet - this while standing outside on the street. The security guy also checked my ID before he opened the iron gate to the shop. Inside the receptionist is taking your form sheet and your ID... both she made a copy of. At my usual shop on Rose they don't make you go through a procedure like this. They look at your ID but don't put you on file or even copy your ID. Next surprise: they stamp your hand A or M. Probably CA resident or out of state. Waited about 15 Minutes in line. For all this treatment I got charged a 25% premium. Bottomline a flimsy furnished shop I didn't feel comfortable at.

I came here 1/9/17. since it was rainy, I figured the lines would be shorter than usual. I waited outside for about 15 minutes. Once inside, a woman scanned my license and gave me a sticker for recreational use. I waited maybe 20 more minutes until I got to the counter. They also have coffee and water for the wait. Super nice dude named Patrick at the counter who answered my questions. Like an idiot, I had my roommate's card and no cash. He was super chill about it, and told me that I could get her to come in and verify her identity. It was easier for me just run up the street to Bevmo for cashback. Came back, and didn't have to wait, they just sent me straight back. I got two eighths for $15 each which came to about $42 after tax. I will definitely come back! It's worth the trek to WeHo until the rest of LA gets their licenses handed out!

I went here for the first time the other day, and was very impressed and left happy. I find most dispensary's a little intimidating, especially if you feel like you're asking too many questions. Like I tend to do. Not here, though. I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. First off, I had no trouble parking. There's were plenty of metered spots out in front. The place itself is very unassuming from the outside. Blink and you might miss it. As I approached the door, it was opened for me and I was greeted with a nice welcoming smile by a guy named Rusty. The vibe given from him, and the appearance of the store instantly put me in relax mode. Rusty asked me if it was my first time there, and I told him it was. I started to explain to him the needs that needed to be met, and he said "let me hook you up with an expert." And boy did he. He introduced me to a guy named Jon. Jon instantly put me at ease and took the time to listen to me. After explaining my needs, we went to work. Jon was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Taking the time to explain every product he showed me. At no time did I feel rushed or bothersome. All questions felt welcomed. We decided on an edible that he thought should help with the situation I needed help with (pain reliever and sleep aid) The whole process, from the time I was greeted, was a positive one. The store itself looked clean and wasn't overwhelming. This dispensary is a little out of my way, but totally worth the trip because of the vibe and customer service provided by Rusty and Jon. I'll be back.
I have been coming here for about 2 years now I think. This place has changed so much and not for the better. They quality has gone down and so has the customer service. The staff use to be so friendly and welcoming now it looks like they don't want to be there. They have been cash only for weeks now and at first they were at-least refunding the ATM feet's fix their mistake of not having a working service. I went two days ago and the don't refund your fee so basically add 2.99 on top of what you are paying already. Not cool, get it together !

Their prices are completely comparable, and yet you are getting great quality every time with LAPCG. I just had two charges for just under 200.00 on my card fraudulently. Someone must have stolen my info and the operators here obviously don't check ID. 400.00 wipes out my bank for the weekend. I reported this to my bank but still... what a hassle!

This was the second of four places I went to in West Hollywood California. My other three reviews I have said that the prices are all the same. I always ask for the top shelf stuff and they always come back with its $400 an ounce or a little more. Qualities mediocre in all four places I went to in West Hollywood. I live in the San Fernando Valley and was very familiar with a few collectives up there who charge $200 an ounce for their top shelf stuff which is superior.. There is a place in Van Nuys and another one in Sherman Oaks that I could give you if you ask me and I will tell you where they are.

There are some pro's and con's to this particular dispensary... In fact I'm only giving it 3 stars because I know how many down right embarrassing ones are out there. I do like that they carry a specific product that I like, which happens to be a little bit more difficult to obtain than it should be, and I like the consistency of their Legend OG. Unfortunately the stock isn't as reliable as the quality on some strains like the aforementioned one. The prices are a bit higher than I'm used to paying, but given the neighborhood I suppose their fair. The fact that they add the tax on top of the price instead of factoring it into determining the advertised price, which can result in a big surprise when checking out is one of my biggest complaints!There are PLENTY of legitimate dispensaries/collectives that incorporate the tax into the advertised, or "menu" price without overcharging or breaking any tax laws!On a positive note I will say that the security and staff are courteous, professional, and respectfully honest. I respect that in any cannabis-business! Something I DO NOT respect is a dispensary/collective that doesn't have ANY deals on QUALITY ounces... They only have one, MAYBE two, options if you want an ounce (let's face it, a lot of us aren't so healthy and can't go back almost every day, nor can we afford the prices you face only getting gram's or 8th's) and they are dry, stemmy, outdoor mystery crap! For less than $100 more I can get real top shelf kush...I'm sorry, but I have one more complaint... The tip bar is not for employees, it goes to A.S.A.! (American's for Safe Access) an organization that profits from keeping cannabis illegal!!! That's right, do your own research, I encourage that! Don Duncan of the A.S.A. and everyone down is corrupt. Think about it, if we repealed cannabis prohibition they would all be out of a job... The ONLY LEGALIZATION MOVEMENT to truly be about the people is Jack Herer's Initiative, the CCHI! (California Cannabis and Hemp Initiative) I didn't mean to get political, but I feel like there's a conflict of interest for them to be collecting money for ASA and not for their employees...At least they're close by and have one of my favorite daytime strains... They have a cheesy yet entertaining little prize wheel on Sunday's too. The budtender's that I've met have all been pretty up front with me, a rarity in the field mainly due to ignorance and indifference. These guys on the other hand knew they're stuff! They understand genetics and the ways to match someone with the best strain for them. They're almost as good as me at that one, not quite, but almost
Friendly staff and very helpful. Although the lines can be long since it's one of the few dispensaries that are qualified by the city to sell without patient medical card as of January 2018. The staff is quick so I highly recommend coming here, will most likely come back.

Incredibly friendly staff and a nice no frills clean environment without trying to be too clever or hip like some of these other places these days. I'm Exhaling as I refer to these "other" dispensaries...Granted the line to get in is incredibly long some days now that rec mary has come about...not their fault but great for business....the down side is that the state has imposed a 25% tax so my $100 purchases now are $125.....I'm missing the days when it was illegal completely:)plenty of street parking out front, front doorman is very polite and warm with his greetings and takes the time to remember you as do the staff inside...they are consistent with their products unlike other places that have a hit or miss policy about reordering the same brands. Plenty of variety in products....Before I found this wonderful shop, I wasted $12,000 over two years at one of the worst dispensaries in Weho.....I took a big bong hit and Exhaled and happily said goodbye to the "other" dispensary that was a ripoff and is designed to look like a dentist's office with the obligatory Namaste sign even though they don't speak Hindi. I'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF LA PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS GROUP!!!! (it's the only place I buy from)

Everyone here is great!The products are the best. They carry EdiPure, my favorite kind of edibles. They have a great selection of vape-pens. It is safe, clean and the location is nice.My only desire is for them to carry a variety of topical creams. Not a huge fan of the tiny expensive stuff they have now. I love topical 420 creams for my stiff muscles but can't afford to pay $20 for 1-2 ounces. Otherwise they have me hooked.

Second time trying this facility. First time got a cool vibe. Second time was HORRIBLE!!! Sales woman came across as super nice and helpful and in reality she was full of CRAP! She didn't know anything she was talking about...was obviously just making it up on the spot. I hate being lied to!!!! Just say - I'm not sure or hmmm I don't know but I'll find out for you. Worst part...she gave me the hard sell away from the fresh buds and did her best to sell me the 'special they had' on the gram packages...yeah cuz it was OLD and DRIED OUT crap they wanted to get rid of!!! What a total piece of shit this young woman was...perhaps she'll choke on her own crap and do the rest of the world a favor. I came in wanting 3.5g of each of their 3-4 top shelf varieties...now I seriously reconsider giving them another chance. Way too many competitors to treat customers this way. Shame on this half ass lame employee. NOT cool!!!
The 1 and only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that the prices are high. But the reason they are is that they operate as a totally legit dispensary- they charge taxes and they pay their employees as a real company- with benefits and workers comp. That's commendable.The service is always good, the staff is usually friendly, professional and knowledgable.
I will not return here ever again, even though I have been a patient of LAPCG since 2005, over 16 years. I was there when it first opened, and let me say it has gone WAY downhill. Now most of their flowers test in the 16% THC range, which is just barely therapeutic. The prices for the quality or lack thereof is appalling. On top of that, they charge tax, and it is not included in the price of their medications like most dispensaries do. You are paying for their RENT and overhead in the West Hollywood location, not the quality or consistency of medication. Speaking of consistency, that is also a big issue. As medical patients looking for certain strains trust their dispensary to not deceive them, I have been deceived many times at LAPCG. I buy a strain labeled a certain name, but it is most definintely not that strain and is trying to be passed off as something it is not. The lack of consistency from batch to batch is horrific. The display you look at isn't even the same batch of medication you end up getting from the pre-weighed containers. Do your research and find a place that has good lab testing and photos. Please do not give your money to these corporate hacks who run under the guise of a non profit.
Great place!!! They take credit/debit cards!!!!! This is a major deciding factor for me. I never carry cash, and hate taking $40 out (plus a 3-4$ surcharge) of my checking acct from an ATM when I could just swipe a credit/debit card for a $15 eighth......BC they have those here!!!! If you're on a budget and want QUALITY goods for very cheap, go here. I just walk in about weekly and ask if they have any $15 1/8s. They also have the super dank stuff for $50-60, but I'm more than happy with the quality I get for the price I pay!
The holy grail of dispensaries!I was dog sitting in Weho, saw the reviews on Yelp, and thought I'd check it out. The space is light and bright and the people are friendly and professional. I live in West LA, almost downtown Culver City, and I plan on making the drive to shop at this dispensary. They have plenty of options for smoking, but they also have a good selection of other products like capsules, edibles, and even tinctures & creams, which I will be purchasing in the future. I tried it on tight muscles, and I was very impressed! The employees at this dispensary are knowledgeable about all their strains and products, and Anna really took time with me to share her knowledge, which I really appreciate! This dispensary is a shining example of what the medical marijuana business should be, and I highly recommend it, even if it means driving a little ways.
I went in the first time and had a fantastic budtender named Patrick who helped quite a bit. Then I went in a week later and Delilah helped me out. She was even better than Patrick and he was amazing! They were both incredibly friendly and very knowledgable. (I'm a rookie.) The only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is the size of the place. It's really small so they can only let 5 people in at a time. Once you're in you'll have to wait again to get into the buy room. It's nothing terrible but be advised that it might not be a quick trip. The customer service though is beyond excellent so it's a small issue.

Not impressed with the product or the service... Prerolled joints do not hit and are filled with bottom of the pound shake. Couldn't even get the budtender to crack a smile or make a good suggestion. Probably will not be back

Easily, LAPCG is the most professional, comfortable, and reliable dispensary I have encountered during the past few years since I have been utilizing medicinal marijuana. Before I found LAPCG, I had settled for a subpar delivery service with a poor selection of products because I could not endure another squalid, strip-mall showroom with a freshly paroled, "security guard," and salespeople who seem irritated because I lacked knowledge (since it had been twenty+ years) and had questions.I discovered that there are no silly or stupid questions at LAPCG. The clientele ranges from the college student to the senior citizen and everything-in-between; they can accommodate anyone and make everyone feel welcomed. I found the medicine that best suited my needs, including many (at least five) varieties of concentrates and exceptional edibles. They even carry two types of medicated butter, with which I have been experimenting in my own kitchen at home.Parking is painless and the guard out front has a steady supply of coins to feed the meter. There is coffee in the cheerful, clean reception area and ample seating (though the wait is usually less than a couple of minutes). The individualized attention is invaluable; in addition, it's just plain fun. Go on "Spin the Wheel Sundays" for a chance to win something, or just rack up points with their reward program. I've already earned a free eighth with my points!

This place is my go to! The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to see that every patient's needs are met! They have a wide variety of medication, all of exceptional quality! Love this place! Hands down one of the best dispensaries in town!Excellent customer service, great prices for all budgets and best of all they have a points system! The more you spend, the more points you get and the more you can buy with your points!They also carry a variety of pipes and water bongs, as well as literature on cultivation. Everything you need to medicate is there for you!Also due to stringent laws only a handful of "legit" dispensaries are available in LA county and LAPCG is one of them. So you know you are going to a legitimate establishment.Good coffee too! Professional and dog friendly!!
This dispensary is a little more laid back than some others, but it's got a great vibe, great and DIVERSE product, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It was a little crowded, but really easy vibes kept it comfortable. I picked up edibles, great flower in THC and CBD rich, both tested (posted % was out of date, but the staff was savvy on the new results) and an amazing concentrate that smells, looks, and vapes so nice! I had to leave before I spent more money ;) But, honestly, it's hard to find a place that covers my medicinal needs, but this place delivered it all! The menu pricing was a little confusing at first; it doesn't go higher than eighths, and I thought I was getting a hell of a deal on a quarter, but in the end, I'm super happy.

EVERYONE here is great. I have been going for years and would never shop around. The staff from the guard at the door, to the receptionist/checkin person, to the sales staff are the best. Everyone is friendly, the staff is patient, knowledgeable and super friendly. Their selection is spectacular, consistently good products are unsurpassed, and staff could not be better.

When i go to LAPCG there are a few things I can look forward to. There is a safe access environment. The ambiance is friendly. The greetings are always smile filled and even a few light words of positive encouragement. I love that vibe. Setting the tone for an enjoyable conversation on cannabis medicine. As I enter the medicine room, I feel my lungs beginning to meditate and my chakras are aligned with selections of treats. Flowkana,Sunflower,Blackout, just to name a few are bringing really nice sungrown meds to patients. Learning the terpene profiles of the Blackout series have been informative and refreshing. I am a big fan of terpenes and cannabinoid synergy(entourage effect). The THC in house Purps is also a classic mixture of flavorful sedation. I cant forget to mention the awesome customer service. Lapcg has been a mainstay in the community for years. The whole team is full of knowledge and passion for cannabis. I'm not sure what they negative Nancy's are complaining about, as EVERY legal shop is charging you tax, they just don't add it in their line items. Sometimes I can see why certain people need to smoke herb, they can't handle simple conversations without resorting to insults. I have been a patient here for 4 years, and have only been treated with warmth and respect.

Nothin but love for LAPCG. Cute, clean, friendly, safe environment where I don't feel like I'm walking into a frat house full of stoners like a ton of other dispensaries. They have $15 eighths which is insane, all the way up to super top shelf. They have amazing bud and certain brands I love that no one else carries. Budtenders are super knowledgable and helpful even when I have six million questions about everything. There's also a huge array of edibles and all kinds of crazy stuff I never even knew existed. Plus they take credit cards! Kid in a candy store :)
LAPCG has the best quality medication in LA hands down. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service really makes you feel at home and comfortable. They consistently have the same strains in stock that I know work for me, and they also get new strains in regularly if I am in the mood to try new things! They really do have the best quality from top shelf to the more affordable end. Their staff is excellently trained in the medical qualities of cannabis, and are always there to answer any questions I have about the effects of certain strains etc.The new products they have gotten in lately are really innovative. The Open vape is an amazing vape pen system with flavored cartridges that you can purchase there. They are really strong, easy on the lungs, discrete, and incredible effective. The edible Cheeba Chew medicated tootsie roll type candy edibles are SO delicious and strong. They have spare change for parking meters inside as well! Shane is the best manager ever! LAPCG is by far a premiere example of how a Cannabis collective should be run.They care about the patients they serve. The entire focus are the patients and their needs. Went for concentrates 2 days was told fir bird was the best option in shatter. I later tried it and it was disgusting, she told me it was preference when terpenes are the same for everyone. They are labeled as a dispensary with tested products that's false very false. Hollywood high grade actually test a few things. When I went to return their product they offered me 10 percent off my next order.... all of their products are dirty and the assistant manager can name terpenes but can't tell me if there present in the product... i will never go back here. They sell things they haven't tried themselves.... Hollywood high grade sold me some stuff I didn't like so they replaced it like decent shop owners. They're buttenders make you pull teeth just to find out what honestly tastes good. They say they know organic and Terp profiles but make me sign a consent form on the chemicals that may be in their buds. Fire bird concentrates has less than 50 people aware of their existence, but apparently it's only high grade flavor filled wax.. ... I think not. Flavor isn't a preference it's something in the plant.
I LOVE this place. It is the 3rd dispensary I have been to since getting my prescription. This place is very clean, friendly, cool vibe, really cute receptionist and very cute bud-tender. All around great experience. Also, they provide water, coffee and candy. Even the security guard was friendly!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great variety in products at really fair prices. Its an hour round trip from where Im at and I still want to keep coming back. They also have some great deals like specials or thier customer point system, or a sweet deal if you spend more than 50.

This place has deteriorated in the last few years and I don't mean from the bottom up rather the top down. A manager waited on me and treated me badly, I called to complain to another manager who told me should I give them another chance , they would provide much better customer service. When I told the person at the desk she called a manager down and it was as bad an encounter than the initial one. Other than the managers this place is to expensive, the product is sub par, and the parking atrocious. I also once heard a worker tell a customer to hide his bag as he left...Don't bother this pace cares little about patients
Great selection of Sativa and Indica, some of the kindest buds around. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great high grade sativa and wonderful hash and concentrates. Four 1/8th is half off, discounts on full oz.'s. Tasty edibles (sometimes discounts on edibles that the maker didn't like the shape of, half off).

A pretty good medican dispensary. The staff is friendly for the most part. $65 caps on 8ths. They had many edibles from brownies to butter. They had a number of different capsules filled with oil or hash. They also sold basic glass and even literature (Cannabible and Rosenthals Big Book of Buds). They carry clones for those who want to cultivate their own medication. I wish it was open later in the evening. This place is really big on the medical marijuana movement.
To be fair I've never actually stepped foot inside of this place but the five stars is for the security guy. I work near by and he is so kind. He walked me to my car tonight when there was a creepy guy hanging out by it. I didn't catch his name but he was so sweet!! Thank you!!

Without a doubt my go-to. I only buy flower, so I can't speak to their vape pens or edibles or any other complicated way to consume THC.I love their flower variety, from basic cheap go-tos all the way up to extra fancy. Generally I get a quarter of sativa hybrid, an eighth of fancy indica, and an eighth of pre-rolled short joints that Sharon called "dogwalkers" - all for around $200 with tip. Staff consists of a few very knowledgeable and hardworking people, each with their own personality because they're human beings. It usually works out that we get helped by Sharon or Rusty, who are both awesome. If you're looking for the staff to basically kiss your feet when you walk in, this is not the place for you. That kind of customer service annoys the hell out of me.More than that, LAPCG are one of the first orgs who championed decriminalization - they're the reason we can enjoy recreation cannabis in Cali. So it feels right to give them my business.And yes, Cesar in security is a king among men.

Be aware - do not buy any Vape pens there as they do not honor defective pens as they had in the past. I've been a customer here since 2008. I've had my ups and down with LAPCG but recently the final straw is they they don't stand behind their Vape pens. For me that's a dealbreaker and I've noticed that I've had way more problems with the pens they sell than any other dispensary in LA. The flower used to be a good price but recently they have done away with their specials to take advantage - due to the coronavirus which is super unethical for a place with claims to do "good for the community etc". I used to drive out of my way for this place but today will be my last visit and to be honest I do not wish them any luck.

Been coming here since they opened many moons ago. One of the OGs where you can find quality at great prices and top shelf at competitive prices. LAPCG is the ideal “small business” neighborhood dispensary. Since moving to the area it’s become a pleasurable destination along walks with my dog. We are always greeted with courtesy by security out front and then again by the host inside. Consistent smiles and a consistent positive attitude begins your shopping trip. Smaller than their competing corporate giants, and kinder, LAPCG is an intimate setting with big-hearted individuals who you get to know, and whom get to know you. While I have had a great shopping experience with the entire team, I enjoy shopping with Liz. Liz, from the moment I met her, I described as “refreshing.” She has a beautiful calming energy about her and you can feel she cares for you and the products she’s helping you select. She knows my likes now so readies them up and makes new suggestions that may be relevant or even offers advice on sonething new and different to try. But most of all, as with most places I go, my dog steals the show. There is nobody on that staff that hasn’t greeted her, pet her, given her water, offered her a treat, or simply just talked to her. She’s much cuter than I am so I completely understand. But loving on my dog is the fastest way to my ♥️. Thank you to Liz and the entire team at LAPCG for being a most welcoming neighborhood business that truly cares.
