A huge panhandle store ever!!! Too expensive and scum. Too dry, swag, seeds, etc...crap strains. Never go back. Good luck, beggars!

They close at 9 and "can't process orders". I was in line airing for them to cash me out but they spent too much time taking someone who wasn't in line. Use a delivery service like GRASSDOOR, don't give this place your business, they don't care.

This review is overdue.  Overpriced and the "buddy" was pushy.  Kept trying to upsell me.  I know what I want but each time I picked a product I was told  "this one here is really what you're looking for."  Of course, more $$$.  Shocker.  I bought 5 items and it was annoying to hear I was making the wrong choice.  5X. I will not return

Shannon, the little lesbian, gave amazing service and seemed to know a lot and had a fantastic answer to every question I had. However, those Excel spread sheets are a little excessive

I was visiting this location... I had stopped coming due to the thousands of taxes they add and they were very rude. I was the only person standing outside and they made me stand on a red circle. When I go inside - I realized my mask was slipping and had it on upside down, so I corrected it and the guy said to me " if you take you mask off again, we will ask you to leave." I was not at all being disrespectful but felt super attacked. I mean chill out people- you sell weed. NEVER going back.

ONLINE PRICES ARE DIFFERENT THAN IN STORE. ORDER ONLINE & do in store pickup if there is a corporate sale of any kind. Half of the employees have no knowledge of how the sales work, and corporate sends PAPER Excel documents of items on sale. A young woman told me three times that my items weren't on sale, after she thumbed through 3 of the 12 paper pages - I counted. I had to run to my car, get a previous receipt from the day, and prove to her that the items were indeed on sale. I asked her to check with her manager twice and she refused. I used to love this place so much. Unfortunately, today was my last visit.

I'm not a pot smoker.  I have no problem with pot smokers..  I generally prefer to date/marry pot smokers.  It's just never been my bag...  so to speak.   And I'm from Kentucky - where I believe we grow the best pot in the land.  But I have friends that kept talking to me about CBD.   And then I had a bad car accident where my ankle was so badly damaged it should have been broken but wasn't.   It hurts and swells up and it will never be the same.   My parents are also getting older and having mobility issues.   I have a friend that swears that CBD oil changed her life in terms of mobility/joint pain/swelling.   We were all willing to try it.  The website is still a little clunky.   They won't let you pay upfront, which I prefer.   But I found a fantastic product and it was delivered in 30 minutes.   And I SWEAR I am in love with this cream - the cringe-worthy named "ReLeaf Balm" .   It has changed my life.   My ankle injury isn't painful anymore and the swelling has decreased.  I'm almost back in my size 9 heels.   This product has really made a difference in my life and I'm excited to see what else CBD can do...  I have friends that swear by the anti-anxiety products and I've dealt with severe anxiety and panic attacks for the last 15 years.  I'm open to it.  And I can get it in 30 minutes or less. I love this company.  And their bags are cool enough to share on all our social media platforms.

Super high prices for super average weed. Recommend you going somewhere else. This weed was $55. Got bottom of the bag nugs that were dried out. Worth 25 bucks, $30 max

Severely overcharging people for their "medicine" vaporizers here are over $75 a gram with tax, in Northern California, same vaporizer, same tax, $55 total. You can all lie to yourself thinking they aren't stealing your money but in fact they are right under your nose under the guise of "medicine" thanks medmen for your thievery and lack of care for the people who buy your stuff.For those who don't believe me, do a quick check of the Mercy Wellness dispensary in Northern California website and you will see for yourself. All prices lower, same products, still think they aren't stealing from you?

I came in with my girlfriend to find her a new pen. And boy was there a selection! We didn't know where to start, but then this wonderful worker, Jackson, came over and showed us the way. He went so far as to give us a full tour of the inventory, explaining everything with such great detail. Like WOW, that man knew a lot about weed! ...So now I'm basically an expert and my girlfriend -- ya she's high and loving life.

BUYER BEWARE!!Have you noticed that MedMen has been rounding up your transactions when paying with a debit card and then giving you your change back?! That's because they have changed their system and your purchase will now be listed as an "ATM withdrawal" and what they're not telling you is that you get charged $2.50 for every transaction. What I enjoyed most about MedMen was the convenience of being able to use a debit card without a fee, but this is just NOT COOL. Not telling the consumer is even more shameful. Beyond disappointed, I won't be back!

MedMen in Beverly Hills (the store closest to me) is top tier!  All of the store representatives are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, super good-hearted individuals. Every time I go, I learn something new and walk out feeling well cared for. David Solis, Scott, Christian, Stephanie, and KIDD!! Thank you for all of your advice and kind words. To everyone I've ever spoken to at the store, your efforts are very much appreciated. Whomever is in charge of hiring did a great job. HIGHLY recommend!

I loved the whole experience here! It was my first time at this specific location and the bud tenders were so nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Matt for helping me out! I had a great experience at MedMen West Hollywood. The staff is incredibly helpful,  kind and knowledgeable about the products. Visited this location with friends and received exceptional customer service from Shannon! I am a newbie to this world and had a TON of questions and was so pleasantly surprised that I was welcomed and provided with all requested info! Shannon is very knowledgeable and took the time to assist me throughout the store. I was quite overwhelmed by all the products, but I feel more confident after Shannon's assistance! I want to emphasize I am a FREQUENT customer of theirs and this is just the straw that broke the consumer camels back. This time, it was the curbside pickup. I called from outside the store saying I was "outside the store" for my scheduled pickup, and 25 mins passed. I would also say probably 12 people came and went in front of me while I waited.I finally rolled down my widow and told the front door guy I was waiting (don't see how that wasn't obvious with my window rolled down, flashers on, and the awkward eye contact we kept giving each other. once he told the budtender, It took two seconds to get my order.The other big issue is I was made to feel as if I was at fault by this budtender, when I followed their instructions for pickup. The numbers provided through their email confirmation and their website contact information also contradict one another.This visit, along with a long list of lame customer service experiences, was the nail in the coffin for me to send my business elsewhere.

First time at this med men. The guy named Many was SO rude. I was waiting in line outside and he told me to stand back so I did, but then he was bitching at me cuz i wasn't standing directly on top of the tiny red dot ( i was literally one inch to the side of it). He kept saying I have to stand directly on top of that dot. I'm not a dog, I'm a paying customer, i deserve to be treated as such. And then he went off on the security guy at the door telling him he had to make me stand directly on the red dot. This Many guy was talking to the security guard with the same rude condescending manner he used to speak to me. This dude is power tripping. So negative stars for this Many fellow. The only reason I'm giving 3 starts is for the rest of the staff. The rest of the staff including the security guard get 5 starts.

Wow! My first experience here was incredible. I stopped by on the 4th and was warmly greeted at the door. One swipe of my ID and I was whisked away into cannabis heaven. The store is open and inviting with tons of employees there to help support and answer any questions. I knew what I wanted when I entered, but ended up leaving with something else that was highly recommended to me by one of the budtenders. I can now say that his recommendation was spot on! The vegan and gluten free sour gummies he suggested were perfect! I'll be back when I run out! Thanks Med Men!

SAM IS THE BEST BUDTENDER IN THE WORLD!!!  Excellent weed choices and Sam provided the best service.  Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and gave me priceless travel tips.  They will definitely have what you are looking for at MEDMEN WEHO.  Love it and will back for sure!

Ok I'm sorry to give you 2 stars as Medmen was my go to store but here we go...It's been a disappointment, my last pen was stiiizy and the last 3 before it was  Medmen. Medmens got sticky, got clogged or couldn't charged since the battery part got stucked since the cartridge part was leaking.Then I purchased the Stiiizy one, and this time I couldn't charged, when I plugged it in it seems like red all the time and never get green so it goes to garbage like the last 3.So I got 4 pens with cartridges and it was all waste of money, the store didn't even change the products.If you wanna waste your money go for it, if you want something more durable or a better customer service try other stores. P.S. One of the Medmen stores changed my friends Medmen pen since it's their brand and it has been clogging, in my experience it didn't happen...

We were helped by Sam today. He was super sweet and patient with us. Very helpful with all our questions. I was our first time at MedMen. And although the checkout took 30mins because the technology was acting up. Sam made it very entertaining and also gave us 20% off of everything for having to wait so long. You should give him a raise for making it a pleasant experience.

Please do Not delay if you are a person who loves pot, go to MedMen!! It is so much fun to have such a great variety to choose from. Sam helped me find several new smokables. Helpful, friendly -- and knows his products. I just LOVE going there, and you will also!!

I had a great experience with this dispensary. Alejandro was awesome! He even gave me a 10% discount for being a resident of West Hollywood. I'm usually into flower, but saw that their own brand of vape cartridges (MedMen Red) had a high THC percentage (80+) for a very reasonable price, so I picked some up. Fantastic high! Even better than the top shelf flower I typically get. Will definitely be back for more!

Great location in WEHO. Was in LA this past weekend and found this place. Customer service is on point. Friendly staff from when you walk in until you leave. Staff knowledgeable of products and made suggestions from what we told them we were looking for. Prices great too.

The attitude is so bad in the Weho store. I really don't know why... chill out guys... it didn't use to be this way, what happened? Specially with the amount of other pot stores in the area. They lost my business.

I was waiting to get into this place and an employee came out and started spraying windex at 3 people because they were OUTSIDE in a public sidewalk filming .. one them was a transgendered woman ho had to call an ambulance because the irritation to the eyes was getting bad.. I will never shop here again.  THEY BATTERED A TRANSGENDER WOMAN.  The police arrived and arrested the employee... management still had the nerve to come out and verbally harass the people filming.

First I wanna say I'm a big believer in the marijuana plant I love to indulge in CBD and this is one of my favorite places I go to haven't been there in a while because of the quarantine situation LOL but my favorite cashew there was Benjamin M , was he a delight. He put the fun in customer service Me and my cousin and went there on 2 February and it was like so much fun than I ever expected good job Benjamin for making my cousin Experian is in LA wonderful

This is the most expensive cannabis dispensary I have ever been to. And it's not like the experience or customer service makes up for it at all. The experience was horrible. Nothing is worse then having to talk to someone who knows damn near nothing about cannabis. I can't wait to see this place close its doors. It's inevitable. They are just preying on the new cannabis customers who know nothing about the prices of products.

If I could only have the same kind of service ALWAYS at every MedMen or legal dispensary with an educated explanation as to what benefits me, my means, the cannabis how's its processed and the dope vibe in that experience etc. it be a PERFECT world .. anyway, let me say that I was able to when I came in search of relief and found myself in fantastic hands with one of their team members, her name is Cindy. (Definitely recommend to build your baskets with her, if you can) I came in search of my favorite products and while browsing she was able to highly recommended another that I never really looked at. Needless to say I walked out with what I needed and a few more treats for myself and a little more when she told me about the CBD products for dogs! She had me at  dogs products because my fur babies are my world. I was able to scoop up a great CBD balm for their nose and paws  so thank you  Cindy so much, it's been a banger since bringing it home.   I have been to most all MedMen locations but of them all this one is pretty cool af (just saying) with its location and the good vibes in there and the whole place is solid, I appreciate the great help I always get and with Cindy. The staff at this store are excellent and very friendly and I would give the shop 5 stars if it weren't for their absolute crap website. I have never had such a hard time using a website in years. I would put in an order and suddenly find the website has changed location and I am suddenly going to the downtown store. It was an other ordeal to get back to using the WEHO store. They need to do something about that website. I was seconds away from say the hell with it I'll go to another store.

Andre was my gardener because I purchased one of his suggested flower ounces. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was damn good.

Two visits in a day! Friendly staff from the moment I was asked for my ID at door.I went in 1st time, particularly, to buy a product for my dog.EMILY who immediately greeted me was, not only knowledgeable about dog products, but she was able to give me options within my price points.  Nothing better than getting assistance from some who uses the products. I also had questions regarding something that would help with sleep.     Product wasn't available at time, but she described, informed and highly recommended product.  She wrote product name on my receipt. That's great customer service! Second visit in the evening, I had to ask for assistance eventhough guys were just standing around.  That's not what I want to walk as a customer. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. BUT - all was made up to a great experience with BENJAMIN. As I was paying not only, did he say product was great, but he turned me on to another product as an option.  Super knowledgeable and friendly. Stuff isn't cheap- so walking out with knowledge and good customer service is key to your whole experience! Thanks EMILYand BENJAMIN!!

Ok.  Well I've been here one too many times and always leave feeling ripped off.  I got 40% off of papa and Barkley's but noticed that the competitor down the street sold it at the regular price which was the same.  Needless to say, what a rip off.  I spoke to Anthony the manager, what an idiot.  Was he just someone who applied for a job and they were desperate?I also got some gelato that was so subpar and moldy.  I don't think they have any quality control. And the red shirts what the heck.  Who designed those.  Parking is really strange in the back by the homeless and beggars.  I don't know, go if you want a red ziplock but be prepared to spend all the money in your wallet or handbag. Jus be prepared to feel ripped off.

Amazing experience every time I visit. From walking in everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I always get good recommendations . The only thing I would like is some kind of new customer deal. Other than that. I have been satisfied.

I go for the CBD for arthritis BUT also picked up some gummies and cookies for a friend. I have been to this and Santa Ana location. While this is further than the Santa Ana location me it well worth the longer drive. The staff here is far more knowledgeable in CBD and non THC stuff as well as the differences between the 1:1 3:1 creams and oils etc. Also the energy at this location is far better and more lively. Parking was easy selection was ample and my knees are much happier again, now.

I recently had foot surgery (on both feet) and was advised by several friends to try THC/CBD for pain relief. As someone who is somewhat terrified of Opioids (everyone thinks addiction won't happen to them!), I told my doctor I did not want pain medication. While in surgical prep, he told my husband he could pick up my prescription at the pharmacy (amazing husband didn't get them). On our way home, we stopped by MedMen WeHo. The moment I hobbled in, we were surrounded by three or four people who sat me down, asked what was going on and went on a pain management mission. A short time later, my husband was armed with a magic elixir (tincture), salve, and several other products.I'm so happy to say the drugs were left at the pharmacy, the tincture and some Motrin got me through the pain and I'm not a statistic! When my mother-in-law had knee replacement surgery, we put together a care package with a variety of products and she found it just as helpful.Thank you MedMen and your amazing staff for taking such great care of me!

My First time at a MedMen location-great selection of products, staff was very nice, professional and informative and the facility was spotless (which I appreciate very much). I asked for a recommendation for a specific need, one of the female staff members went above and beyond to ask me questions and selected the perfect product for me. I loved what she had chosen for me and the product had the exact affect She had described. I highly recommend this location and next time I am in town I will be returning! Thank you MedMen staff!

I have one word for MedMen WeHo: CAMILLE!!!! She is a freaking rock star from Heaven and she KNOWS HER STUFF!! I cannot put into words my appreciation and awe of her knowledge and coolness. She helped me from A to Z and everything in between, and didn't push the hard sell but instead showed me what *I* needed and asked for. My original experience and review of MedMen (from about 1.5 years ago) was tainted due to an entitled snowflake millennial customer from hell who not only cut in front of me in line (when the line was incredibly long - this was when the store was newly opened and always a zoo at all hours of the day and night) but when I called him out on it, he gave me major attitude and acted like he was in the right, and then the MedMen employee behind the register didn't do anything about it. So he was able to cut in front of about 6-7 people who had been waiting because apparently his time is more precious than everyone else's. I was so infuriated that it ruined my experience - I refused to go back to the store (until tonight, when I was too lazy to drive the 3 extra miles to my other store). I'm soooo glad I went in tonight, because amazing Camille totally changed my view of the store and made my life so easy. She helped with exactly what I needed and truly listened to my specific requests. Everyone outside at the front door (checking IDs) was so nice and welcoming and seemed like they were enjoying life and happy you stopped by. I'm definitely a solid customer now - Camille changed my entire attitude towards the store and made it a place I want to visit; she turned it all around.

I struggle with pretty gnarly insomnia due to my bipolar disorder so sometimes taking my medication isn't enough. I've tried just about everything and nothing worked other than smoking sativas til i passed out. I came to you guys and Shannon hooked it tf up!!! She was so nice and told me about CBN/live resin and how it helps with people who have difficulty sleeping. Because of her I left with some Kiva resin gummies and a pack of baby blue zkittle jeeters and now i sleep like a BABY. I especially loved how she didn't try to up sell me on everything, but was genuinely helpful. 10/10 would smoke again

I love this store for one reason  and one reason only.... CINDY!!!  she is without a doubt the best weed and dab expert I have ever ran into at ANY dispensary thus far! She explained every strain I asked about in great detail and knew exactly what I needed to try. First time coming to this location with my boyfriend. The facility is literally the Apple of weed. Wow! It is extremely clean and modern. There are lots of different options and products. Not only that, the customer service is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that sucks is that they charge 25% tax. Apparently, both CA gets a cut and so does the city of WeHo. How lame. Ew!!! If it wasn't for this huge tax percentage, I would've given a 5 star. Nonetheless, I will be back.

For all the cool-guy talk about smaller shops, MedMen gets the most important things right: quality and customer service. I feel like I always have a great interaction with their staff. They're super chill, even for a cannabis shop, and I've never felt "up-sold" on anything I didn't come in for. I did an event for Heavy Hitters here yesterday and didn't want to leave! The staff was having so much fun while helping out customers. Shout out to Emily, Elizabeth, Kashif, Allan and Aaron for making it an awesome day  They also carry our new 483 Live Resin carts! I'd highly recommend this dispensary to anyone (and make sure you ask what Heavy Hitters strain is best for you )

MedMen has the best gummies I've ever tasted (grape), my beloved Cheeba Chews, and most importantly Alyssa the budtender! She's my favorite barista at the Starbucks on Fairfax and Santa Monica, and I was so delighted to see she works at MedMen now, too. There's not much I can really say about the venue itself. It's indeed the Apple Store of weed; spacious, well-run, and fully stocked. The real gem of visiting MedMen is truly Alyssa's smiling face, strong product knowledge, and excellent guidance. Bless you Alyssa for knowing just how to pick me up in the mornings with coffee and bring me down dreamily with my chewies.

I  went in looking for CBD/CBN. Ben was amazing! He explained everything. Went over the different products. I didn't want anything that would make me stoned. He was very understanding. It was my first time in a dispensary and I felt a little uncomfortable before I went in. Ben made that all disappear.

I have been trying to get a solid high for weeks and needed a new strain to try and Shannon recommend some good flower and I was ZOOTED so 10/10 recommend. Great service!

I'm a recreational user who is still confused at times with all the products. I love coming to the Weho store. The staff is awesome. Emily Allen helped me and was super patient with all my questions. I had a ton. It's great! I look forward to coming back.

First off, beautiful store. Great branding, very well organized. The staff is amazing and super helpful, and while they might seem a bit overpriced, they're in a high rent neighborhood, so that makes sense. I work in the area and every once in a while I'll drop in and drop a few hundo on supplies. It was a great relationship until...I couldn't tip on the card, and and there wasn't even a tip bucket out. I asked why not and apparently the owners took those away, and gave them a "raise" that raise is still not a livable wage, and budtender is a tippable position.Get your foot off your employees neck guys. Also, I'm tellin everybody!!!!!!

Went to MedMen today to look at their products and was greeted warmly by Lexi. She helped us check in quickly was very knowledgeable about all products that were sold. Lexi was able to recommend a cbd/thc product for our dog who has severe separation anxiety. We are looking forward to trying the product for our fur baby. We also are looking forward to trying some chocolate edibles that we purchased.All the employees greeted you and made sure to ask if they could explain or give help. We had an amazing experience today and will definitely be coming back and recommending this MedMen to friends and family. This place is extremely expensive and now is the third time I have purchased something with my debit card for a 62 and some cent transaction to wish they "round up" to 65 and then DONT give me the change back for it. I am also charged 2.50 from my bank charge for this the for way the put the transactions through. So I am overcharged by $5. Pretty shitty. Their staff should make a point of giving the change back not conveniently forgetting it.

UPDATE: They contacted me to ask some questions but made zero attempts to fix anything. Went in here my first time. Not a big smoker. I told the salesguy I don't like the taste/smell of weed and I was looking for a disposable pen with a nice taste. The guy recommended Banana Sherbet from Kingpen. DUDE... this pen literally (LITERALLY) tastes like 409 cleaning spray or Pinesol or something. Not joking the most disgusting thing I've ever inhaled. I shared it with other people and one friend threw up. It's absolutely vile. The salesperson told me it was good!

This store is beautiful. Being a medicinal user for the last 10+ years, I never thought I'd see the day where cannabis would be legal and in a store where the outsiders walking by could see me. I absolutely love the cleanliness and knowledgeable staff. On top of that, the selection. From CBD tinctures to edibles that involve microdosing to topicals and some of the best flower around thanks to the cultivation centers and product they supply the store with to concentrates as high as 99.99% thc! (Check out that crystalline). Not only can you help yourself, you can help your dogs too! Will definitely be coming back for all my cannabis needs!

If want a great place with a large selection of types of products(bud, vape, candy, oils), I come here. I do like to say it's like the Tiffany's of dispensaries. The prices are slightly on the higher side but they have some of the best staff. Very knowledgeable and if you are a notice or Prof you definitely will be happy. Products huge selection. The types of products are cutting edge. Discrete and a large selection of flavors. They do run out but they do have multiple locations. I come for my needs. If I have a out of town guest or newbie. I bring them here.

Products are always excellent and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable/professional. The store is bright, clean and they have everything you can imagine. I like how they showcase the buds on touchscreen monitors. You can see how much THC is in each product and the price per 1/8. You can also check them out online to see what products they offer and purchase in advance. They may be a bit pricier, but it's quality and MedMen always has the best.They're located in the heart of WeHo, but they always manage to have metered parking spots in front of their store. Because legal weed is a brave new world in California, it's only natural that many places are still finding their legs, and MedMen is no exception. Let's get the basics out the way. MedMen is mainstream weed for all. Both medical marijuana cardholders and everyone 21 and up can buy here. They don't accept CREDIT cards, but they do take debit cards, and of course cash. In terms of presentation and flow, this is where MedMen shines and what truly separates them from other dispensaries. The lines have definitely calmed down since their grand legal re-opening. I came here on a Saturday at around noon and there was no line or wait to get inside. Everyone has to check-in when they get there, with new customers having to register with them (which is what all dispensaries do). After you check-in, you're free to roam the store and browse through their products. MedMen is often called the "Apple Store for Weed", and the comparison is not too far off the mark. The interior is clean and modern looking, and readily takes a page out of Apple's book in terms of design and layout. Even the employees are dressed like Apple employees, complete with single colored t-shirts, and lanyard nametags. Although the interior and design get major points, the place is still not without its flaws. First off, price transparency is a problem. When I was there, NONE of their products had any prices listed. I was shopping for a vapor cartridge and some edibles and I was only able to find out how much everything cost when I got to the register. Even when I tried asking employees for the prices they didn't know off the top of their head, and they had to run to the register or ask someone else. The organization of their products is also a bit clunky. Their walls are lined with various products and they have display tables set up in the main floor. The tables then have ipads set up where you can browse more of their products. The organization here is all a bit confusing. One ipad will only let you browse a certain brand or type of products, which I believe corresponds to the products in that particular table. Different ipads display different products. It sounds smart in theory, but the ipads felt slow and clunky, and I honestly don't even know what purpose the ipads serve. I'd much rather have all the products set up on shelves/tables with clear labels and pricing. I'm pretty sure the ipads do show prices of its products, but it's still not very clear. You basically have to read the fine fine print in order to know the price. I also wasn't able to gather how they arranged their products the way they did. For example, they have various edible products on their wall shelves, yet if you browse through some of their ipads on the other side of the room, you can also find more edibles listed there. They should really arrange their products by type, i.e. all their edibles in one area, vape cartridges in another, etc. etc. Despite it's flaws, MedMen truly has potential for greatness and is readily leading the charge of making buying weed as normal and mainstream as possible. All they need to do is work on more visible pricing, a more logical layout, and maybe more knowledgeable employees.

Super disappointed in the knowledge of the staff that helped me. I asked specifically for CBD gummies and said, at least, 4 times that I didn't want any psychoactive effects from THC. I went in looking for the CBD gummies that Green Hornet makes (something I've purchased from them in the past), and I know it works well for my body and pain. I told the girl who was helping me that I wanted only CBD products with no psychoactive effects. She said there had to be some THC in order for the CBD to work better. Admittedly, I am not very knowledgeable in the THC-CBD world which is why I asked for help.She said they were out of the Green Hornets and instead told me about gummies made by another company which also had "a low dose of THC to activate the CBD". Honestly, I think she was stoned to the point of it not being a good idea for her to be working. She was laughing at unfunny things while talking to me, and kept laughing about random things like not knowing how to pronounce this company's name (Valhalla). I should've listened to my gut and asked another staff for help. I ended up purchasing the gummies (10 mg CBD / 4.5 mg THC per gummy), about $31 with tax. I took one gummy and it definitely gave me an unwanted psychoactive effect, plus very little relief from body pain. What a waste of money!REALLY bummed and pissed off that their staff is ill-informed, ignorant, or at worst, not interested in actually helping people with body pain. Perhaps for someone like her who seemingly uses THC often, this ratio wouldn't affect her. For someone else who doesn't smoke/vape/use THC, this was a high enough dose that it did negatively affect me.What bothers me is her lack of knowledge, her odd behavior, and that I didn't listen to my gut because I thought I could trust MedMen as a dispensary. Poor business practice. I won't use them again.

I love this store and it's because of their employees  like Benjamin M . They already have an amazing set up with the best product but he made today's shopping experience that much better. Not helpful, or good pricing. the person who helped me didn't even know what he was selling me and was trying to push me the most expensive 8th, i get it you trying to make a sale but com on it was ridiculous and not even worth $100 not coming back here there are plenty of other places with better weed and better prices,

My past experiences at this location have been decent. But tonight I had an issue at this store and out of principle I might not ever go back. Which is sad because I spend 100's of dollars there every month. So tonight I went in and because of their debit card only issues, I was  using my girlfriends card, like I have done there at least 10 times in the past without issue. Unfortunately for me, the person who helped me at the counter was training a new employee so she was doting all her i's and crossing all her t's. Ok, I knew that this probably wouldn't fly if they ever actually looked at the name on the card, so while that was mildly annoying, I can understand that it's probably illegal for them to take cards that don't match my ID. Here's the part that really pissed me off and the reason they're going to lose out on a couple thousand dollars of revenue from me over this next year. They told me that I can use the ATM, and I responded that I would do that if they covered the 2.50$ ATM fee. The manager quickly refused. My question is this, why on earth would you sacrifice a weekly customer and subsequent hundreds (thousands?!) of dollars in future revenue over a 2.50$ ATM fee? How is that good business? On one hand it's like, sure, you can't be covering the ATM fee for every single customer that comes in BUT THATS NOT A REAL SCENARIO THAT WOULD  EVER HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE. I'd love to get a response from management as to how they justify this logic. Literally will not spend another dollar in your store until you explain why a 2.50$ ATM fee is worth losing hundreds of dollars. And let's not pretend like you don't have the ability to discount me 2.50$, the employees there who know me have giving me discounts in the past (unsolicited) and it was nothing, actually, it's called smart business or customer retention. Maybe the new manager just needs to go take a middle school level math or economics class? Not sure.Still want that explanation.

If you haven't been to a MedMen it's a must! This is the shop of all shops. I love that you can look through their iPad menus to find products/info or you can walk around and pick things out. They also have awesome display tables so you can see what the product looks like outside of packaging! Heavy Hitters just launched high potency gummies and these guys are one of the only shops that has them. Yum!

Omg, the service and people there are AMAAAAZING! Especially Timothy - he is giving is me life! I am soooo coming back here just for his energy! Shay is the best! I had tried several versions that were available in my state of NJ., but on a recent trip to visit my daughter in LA several weeks ago, we wandered into Medmen. I was very skeptical at first, but upon meeting Shay, my concerns dissapated as she explained the various types of products and how it applied to my interest in using CBD. Not only am I very pleased with what Shay recommended, I felt I had JUST the right person for me! She was just great. Timely and professional service. The staff doesn't sweat you as you shop, but they ask if you have any questions and are very easy to talk to. I wasn't going to bother going through the trouble, but my pen tip got jammed. I went in, they issued an exchange without making a big deal, and I ended up with another cartridge. Super convenient!

Cal the manager was amazing to work with; I had initially called regarding one of the electronic products failing before the "50 doses" contained. On the phone he walked me through troubleshooting, and when it didn't work advised I come in. He was a pleasure to talk to and went above and beyond in fixing the issue for me. Madmen looks great aesthetically, combined with their utilization of technology, however the prices are a little steeper because they're more upscale - however I think it's 100% worth it with the level of customer service you receive in combination with the upscale environment. I LOVE THIS CHAIN Truly, whatever you're looking for, be it CBD products, oils, gourmet baked goods & chocolates, pens, good old fashion dry bud. THIS PLACE HAS IT! The VARIETY offered at these chains and the QUALITY of their products is completely unmatched by any other dispensary!!! I'm a big fan of the dose pens & the Kiva chocolates (chocolate raspberry is my jam) both which made AMAZING gifts! My family was OVER THE MOON when I presented the chocolates at Thanksgiving & the P&B brand CBD balm does wonders for carpel tunnel. All the employees are super helpful & knowledgeable about the products, they've got this down to a fine science! Everything from the products they sell, to getting you in and out efficiently & with the upmost courtesy. Unlike so many other places they are prepared to take cards. I just won't go anywhere else.

Went today with my Scottish pal and were helped by Jordan, a wonderfully honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward chap from England. I recommend you seek him out. This was my first time at this location. Everyone was friendly and there wasn't a long wait to get in. Donald was super helpful. He helped my mom find some of the things that she was looking for, and was really good about explaining the affects of each product. My mom asks a lot of questions so I am always super happy when the employees are patient. Would def come back again. We found everything that we were looking for.

This place is a garbage weed store, that sells overpriced, trash weed with the worst customer service. The "managers" are a joke, the employees are a joke, and there are far too many places around to purchase weed that is better and cheaper with no jerks to deal with. This company is also being investigated for illegal campaign contributions in NV to Steve Sislyak. Do not patronize this hellscape. They may lose their license anyways. They can't even socially distance. Kushfly blows these wannabes out of the water. Their weed is better priced, way danker, and no garbage employees to deal with. Deliver right to you. No Raggedy-Ann "managers" to deal with. MedMen is not even worth a look. They are dangerous to the hard fought cause of marijuana legalization, and honestly you can read Politico and see exactly how much shit they are in. They are a disgusting embarrassment to the cause. Nobody should take these donkeys seriously.

I have been a MedMen customer for 3 years (started with medical card) and the selection has dwindled, fewer brands.  It was an exciting store with so many options - not anymore.The roaming staff is hit or miss, usually a miss these days.I would suggest going to the check out area as these associates are the ones who know everything.Very disappointed they no longer display the prices of the items - sleazy.Their bud selection is impressive.This location is operating on a temporary permit, but the city of west hollywood did not give them a renewal. Look for modern, sophisticated stores to open by mid-summer in west hollywood.Perfect for 1st timers but not for the frequent shopper.

There sometimes is deceptive business practices going on with this establishment. Three days ago I went in to purchase some product and they told me at the checkout counter that I could purchase the merchandise using my debit card. I did so. When the purchase showed up on my bank account website there was a separate and additional charge of $2.50.  I called my bank and asked what that was about and they explained to me that when I use a non-bank ATM machine that there is an additional service fee. But I didn't use an ATM machine at all. I simply purchased the merchandise using my debit card, just like anywhere else on the planet.  MedMen did not give me any warning that this was not a simple purchase, but was rather a withdrawal like at an ATM. And they certainly didn't warn me that there would be a service fee. If they had told me there would be some kind of fee, I would've just paid cash. This is a deceptive business practice and really makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. So let the buyer beware at this company.  They will take your money, anyway they can get it, and have no hesitation in taking advantage of you or screwing you over in the process. They just are not honest business people.

I went in asking 1 million questions being only a social smoker and from out of town. And for life of me I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me. (I wanna day Kristen? Blue hair super sweet even asked her name so I could write this  and completely forgot.) but honestly the most knowledgeable person I've ever discussed product with. She gave me all the facts of each product with specifics of how I'd feel. Which is helpful as I know very little. But I'd def suggest anyone head here especially if you aren't that knowledgeable they will take care of you!

For a place that typically has more employees than guests/customers on an hourly basis, the wait times here can be a pain. Not to mention most of the employees love to stand around and chat amongst themselves rather than help people. Maybe stick to your local dispensary and get better deals, and certainly better service.

The prices here are steep but you get incredible product! If you are new to marijuana and especially if you are new to/visiting Los Angeles I highly recommend stoping by here! The sales reps are very informed in product selection and can help you pick the strain for whatever kind of day you're having. My personal favorite is the Jet Fuel - I recall driving for Lyft and sampling this product with some riders as we rode through the Hollywood Hills. The moment was spontaneous, exciting and pure - all words I would also use to describe this strain. It was an effortless high that kept me smiling throughout the day.

Eh.. frequent management changes and additional micro-management hiring, lots of new faces and often. After hearing about the company inside and its corporate owners, not impressed with Medmen. Several times I've encountered staff changes and not very happy visiting new staff every time.

Corporate weed sucks. Thirty minute wait time just to enter the front door, followed by slow service due to "computer issues". Be sure to check your receipt; this place has attempted to rip me off several times. I've been overcharged when items ring up at a higher price than marked or my 20% off coupon (for referring new customers...never again) not honored on regular priced items. TODAY, however, was the kicker:While they were kind enough to return the $12 I was overcharged for a vape cartridge for, they refused a refund for the weak, poorly rolled and tasteless joints they were selling for 70% off. ("that's why they're 70% off.", I was told.) BEWARE that even with a fat "discount",  the exorbitant taxes (on the original overpriced retail value) make it a bad deal. To add salt to the wound, the vape cartridge I purchased is so low, it looks USED. I was given some poor excuse about the oil being in the chamber, but I buy these regularly and never had one this low. Their refusal to offer an even exchange cost them a regular customer and this one star review.So many better options out there, don't waste your time or money here.

I will give them 2 because of good decoration and good people. But really bad quality, super dry and empty, the flower was so dry and hollow, I show it to them and they say yes we know it's bad and it's not fresh but we can' take it back or change it, so they hook me up for 1/8 for 75$ which I can buy same thing for 20$.There is a lot of other store in LA with better and fresh production, for example I recommend The House Of Ounces they sell they top shelf ounces for 175$, find them on weedmaps.com.It's a good luxury spot, you will pay for store and many people working there, not for production you buy. After going to the "Beverly Hills" location (it's not really in Beverly Hills it's just called that) I was terrified of ever going back to a MedMen because of how rude and outrageous they acted. For some reason this store has totally different energy. The security guard is even friendlier and everyone looks like they are actually getting along. I wouldn't go to the other location. Hopefully they hire COMPLETELY new staff at the other place. This place has the same products but even better people selling them. Thanks MedMen HR for actually vetting good people at this location. Let's start with the "Beverly Hills" one next.

I'm unfortunately pretty banged up from a passion in cirque fitness and was advised to seek cbd potions and lotions for pain relief. Benjamin M. was an incredibly personable and informed associate who guided me through all my purchases, making detailed recommendations for pain relief. I'm very fortunate to have found him and will hopefully get him again as an advisor when I return.

I was in Weho for the parade yesterday and stopped in to get a house joint, which were $14, so that should have been my first sign to get out before wasting my money. They also had Bloom cartridges on sale for 40% off of $55 for a full gram. Where I usually go in Korea Town, they're only $45, every day. But I thought, 40% off that great. No, they have a 15% excise tax on top of the regular sales tax. So I paid $64 in total. Still not even the real kicker. I got home and was comparing the new cartridge to the one I already had, super dark oil. The package date is also from December 17, 2011, 6.5 years old!!!! Still opened it to take a puff and you can see the oil burning to a darker color. Taste like garbage too. Pisses me off that they're selling garbage products that are outdated. Totally taking advantage of people.

I had an excellent customer experience. Cindy was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to educate us on the products. The store was clean, organized, and well designed. Will definitely return!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!It started at the front door with the employee (didn't get her name) that greeted us and verified our age. She was friendly, funny and truly made us feel welcome. They really have the right person doing this job. What a great ambassador.Once inside, we met Sergio who assisted us with the rest of our visit. He was patient, knowledgeable and personable. I never felt rushed or pushed toward one product or another. Instead, Sergio asked questions that would help him direct me to the products that were most suitable for my needs. After I made my selections, Sergio walked me to the front to check out and our interactions with the cashier were just as impressive as our experience with Sergio and the front door . He was a young man from Boca that was engaging, kind and helpful. All I can say is, I'm so glad we didn't stop at the many other dispensaries along Santa Monica Blvd. that we passed before stumbling upon Mad Men. This company must be treating their employees well because the vibe in the store is upbeat, positive and inviting. I will be using Mad Men exclusively when in LA or Vegas and so looking forward to their arrival in Fort Lauderdale.If you go, be sure to ask if Sergio is working. He will take very good care of you. Went in there with a picture of the exact brand I want, explaining that an other band they love to Push doesn't work with their cartridge... now that I'm at  home I noticed she sold me the damn brand that doesn't work and I didn't want. I came in today not having bought much flower before and Jack was so hopeful. He helped me navigate the different iPads with the weed descriptions to show me and educate me on thc percentage. Now I'm happy and with a pleasant high.

The best part about coming here today was finding parking right in front, it all went downhill from there, just like Patriots. Door guy was chill but right after I was met by one of their TSA agents who scanned my ID and shoved me into their "system" which I felt was invasive. We don't want all of our info in some database just to try out this Store one time. Who knows what they do with all that information. Think FB scandal & Data breaches etc.  Inside, there were around 15 employees running around like wild animals and 5 security guards just hanging out talking and joking the entire time, not very helpful or useful to customers. It was a crazy ZOO inside, complete CHAOS!! Definitely NOT a chill environment, super bright lights and everyone wears RED, that's a horrible color for a cannabis shop which should be more inviting and relaxing. Everything is setup like an APPLE Store but with much less information. Seriously only 1/5 of their items had THC %, hardly any flower had info. I asked an employee about the CBD strains and he couldn't give me a straight answer on the THC to CBD % and just said "oh well we're still growing"? and "we're not perfect"?? Really not asking for perfection, just basic information. So the excuse was they're still growing?? Come on, this is a Corporation with 5 prime locations that makes millions of dollars a month and you cannot provide essential information!?? I was taken back by this poor excuse. They seem to put all there money into Store locations, fancy setups and a bunch of stoney GQ models and charge an arm, leg and first born to buy some herb. I finally found something I wanted to put in my lungs but Sh*t is very $$$$$, everything has fancy packaging, but the product itself seems to be DRY outdoor from Nor Cal that they probably bought for $900 a pound and make a killing selling it to noobs and folks from out of town. I found some Blue dream I wanted to try, just a little but NO, they only sell 8ths 3.5g of that for $55 + 20-30% tax!! no grams, nothing else sorry no dice. How ironic that they offer a very large selection but a very narrow purchase window. Most people want to try a gram and if it's Fire, they will come back for more. Definitely NEVER COMING BACK!! This herbal tyranny needs to stop, hopefully they read this message and make some changes to their operations for the good of the community---that is if they even care. When you walk in it reminds you I'd an apple store. The service was great and their prices are very competitive. I will be returning.

Over priced, harsh dry flower that tastes old and stale, and they over charge with their taxes. They send out emails of specials that the staffWill either not know about, or simply not honor. Sometimes even management doesn't know about specials that medmen offers through their marketing.  They paid for a full page ad on the back of LA weekly for cinco de mayo with 5g for $25. The staff didn't know about it, asked how I knew about it, and pretended it didn't exist. Finally after asking a manager they just gave me the deal as though to get rid of the problem. Thing is, they do that a lot. There definitely is an issue with communication between the staff and their marketing dept that should get sorted out as soon as possible.THE FLOWER IS ALWAYS DRY. It tastes like regular tobacco, although it is actually marijuana, it's just not pleasant to smoke. I'm not a first time client, far from it, but there's no reason to go to medmen unless you're desperate and ALL the other dispensaries are closed. The difference in quality of product and experience will clearly be seen once trying out other dispensaries.

Our first tine going to MedMen. We heard its the Apple Store of Canibus. We were given a tour by Alexandria, who is knew there. She is a delight and a very intense and fast talking lady who knows her stuff, and if she doesn't know she will find out for you. It is quite crowded compared the the mom and pop type of stores we have been to, and the Night-Club type music makes your pulse race (which is funny for a place where your getting stuff to make you mellow) but the base not so deep you can't talk to people. The selection is wide and overwhelming as being past the 1/2 century mark my husband and I were surprised and trying to take in all the new options and what they do. Mostly going in for arthritis balms for me and my parents to try out as well. But my hubby and I wanted to try something to keep us focused and energetic and not sleepy. So we went with the recommendations. We even bought our first Vape Pipe. Our focus isn't to get high, but to be highly functional and mellow. If your a first timer trying to navigate I would suggest MedMen as they seem to know a lot of their stuff. Also know its cash or Debit Card only. Plus there is an "Excise Tax" on top of a Sales Tax.

Best place period. It is clean. Outstanding selection. They  take debit cards. Just a convenient place

Overpriced, bro-y weed shop for newbies and tourists. Go find a normal, down to earth weed shop that has normal prices and patient deals. You'll get ripped off here. With dispensaries, you wanna go to the hole in the wall place, not the bright and shiny CHAIN store that was apparently made by greedy finance bros. It's like shopping for weed in a McDonald's. This ain't the dispensary experience you want, trust me!

went today to buy some cbd candy and turned out that one them was only regular candy.. and how do i know is because i only use cbd once every 2 months and i was so exciting i wanted to try them and never got any reaction so disappointed of this, i payed 25dls for a 1 dollar candy wich i could buy at the store..

If there is one thing I can say about Medmen is that they have excellent customer service! As soon as you walk in you have more than one associate willing to help you. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The shopping experience is great. There are several iPad by each product filled with information on the product so you know exactly what you are buying. It can be quite educational. Such a great experience does not come cheap. Be prepared to spend a lot of money and be prepared for high taxes! One negative  thing to consider though is that they do not take credit cards.

Great staff, selection of products and prices are about average to other shops. The staff alone is what makes you want to come back, they are friendly upbeat and willing to answer any questions you have. Definitely will be back, the quality of the products are as advertised!

TERRIBLE experience. Long lines. Limited stock. Employees were rude and unhelpful. When asking questions about stock, the clerk said "you have to dig through to find out if we have what you want - you know as much as we do."And since legalizing weed, they jacked up prices 25% on already jacked up prices. Total rip-off.

Amazing selection of premium flower. Great place to stop if you're visiting LA with a very informative and friendly staff. Paris and Sheldon were specifically helpful with everything the lady and I needed. Bath bombs were awesome as well!

I've never smoked weed before so I probably don't know what the hell I'm talking about, but I thought this place was hilarious. It's designed just like the Apple Store, which made me laugh. Instead of different models of iPhones or MacBook Pros, you have different strands of this and different gummies of that in glass cases. I want them to have a Mary Jane-ius Bar for questions and such.The "check in" process took a while (since it was our first time), and I thought it was a bit laborious because people in front of us were also taking a while. I understand it's a legal thing but I just wanted to get high damn it!! The only time I've ever purchased edibles was in Denver and these were roughly the same price, so I was happy about that. But for all I know it could've been like a mechanic saying I need to replace my blinker fluid.Ohhhh shit the gummies are kicking in!! Gotta go!!

I GOT SERIOUSLY RIPPED OFF AT MED MEN !!!So I went in to buy a sleep vape pen ,that was for insomnia and anxiety.I spoke to the sales person and asked all the right questions.He said that 3 hits would put you into relax mode and 4-5 into a good deep sleep.He said He uses it also.So based on those high recommendations, I dropped $145.That night ,I took 3 hits at 11pm and waited but felt nothing.I took 2 more hits 20 mins later, but still felt nothing.This was frustrating. After another 30 mins I took 3 more hits and clearly this product was not doing what it said it was going to do.I then took 3 melatonins and went to sleep at 2:30am.The next day I went back and spoke to a manager who informed me that they do not do returns .You are kidding me ? So I'm supposed to be out of $145 because I was misinformed as to what to buy for insomnia ? I told him that was not cool and so He,the manager would do me a favor and let me get something else as a credit.So that was cool and He suggested indica ,but then He said only the $45 container.So now I'm being ripped off $90 and you are doing me a favor.I live around the corner and I'm a regular customer.Guess what Med Men,You guys are rip offs and dishonest.You should take care of your customers when your employees recommend the wrong product that was only used once.I will never shop here again and neither should anyone based on their dishonesty and egotistical attitude.This was wrong.I walked away with the $50 of Indica and they got to keep my $90.I will be reporting you to BBB.i own a business and if a client is not happy,We refund them or make it right and the customer is important to us.unlike you guys.update - I just found another place down the block a lot cheaper and more personable.They even told me that they would have refunded me on that stupid vape pen.So that means you guys really do suck.

Jordon wright who is one of the most knowledgeable and smartest medicinal and cannabis educators of marijuana is very well spoken and he is professional.  Respectful and personable! He knows how to take care of you and is very charismatic with top notch attitudes towards life!! Go to him because he knows more than most people I've met about cannabis and marijuana.

This place is like an Apple Store for marijuana. I walked in with a friend last week and met Cal (with a C like California), one of the supervisors. He was an absolute rockstar. We are kind of new to marijuana, but Cal helped us out with his encyclopedic knowledge of the product, and was very warm and approachable. The whole staff was super friendly, in fact. And the selection was extensive- they have flower, oils, edibles, creams, patches, vapes, and so much more. If you want an awesome experience with a knowledgable staff, don't go anywhere else. In fact, I'm going back again tonight.THANK YOU CAL YOU ROCK.

The place looks and feels like an Apple store. My first impression walking in was of everyone rushing around. The employees were in red tops, and there were way more of them than customers, many more than was necessary. They all seemed to be bumping into each other. It made me dizzy just watching them. I didn't feel like the one assigned to be attached to me at my hip was completely knowledgeable. When I asked her questions, she just did what I could have done, read labels and answered with "I guess so," or "I don't know." This is not exactly knowing the merchandise. Even so, I felt like I was being rushed through, before I ever had a chance to look around the store. When I thought I was done with her, I asked her if I could please just look around, and, then, two minutes later, there she was again, just on me, breathing down my neck. I like my space when shopping, and having someone hang on me like that is not only uncomfortable, it takes away from the pleasure of shopping.  I like to take my time, look around, shop, decide what I want and, THEN, get with a salesperson, which doesn't happen at this store. A salesperson is assigned to you the minute you walk in. For me, it was very intrusive, and I just felt like I was being rushed through what was barely an experience and more just like a blur of red vests. The product displays are awesome, just one thing, THERE ARE NO PRICES, one of my pet peeves. You have to ask about each one. I got some pretty good product, but, with some, there seems to be something slightly off, an unpleasant aftertaste and lingering effect, as if you had an upset stomach with a knot in it. Is it me, or is dispensary product different?

This. Is. THE. Spot.I don't live in SoCal anymore but I was in West Hollywood for a visit recently and was in need of some CBD rub...because I'm an aging man with arthritis. It's sad but hey...a king has to stay strong.Did a search on Yelp and found this place.The staff is what sets this place apart. I was helped by Steph who took the time to ask me about what kind of pain I've been experiencing, the medications I've been taking, etc. Then I was given a recommendation...it wasn't just one of those "take this and get out of here" mentalities that I've experienced in LA and also in my hometown of Vegas.Their menu is expansive. Lots of flower, tincture, edibles. You name it they've got it.And remember what I said about the attitude of places in Vegas? Well I found out they have a location in my area! So to all my SoCal peeps...MedMen is the spot!

Mad men is the best! Whatever you need they've got. I always get papas and Barkley pain releaf cream. I highly recommend this place.

Yeah go elsewhere.. I was rushing home from work and checked to see when they closed. They close at 10 pm. I got there at 9:55 and knew what I was going to get. The idiot security guard tells me they don't let people in past 9:54... a minute before I got there. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, it seems like they were about getting out of there rather than helping a customer.

Cindy was super cool friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about different strains and cartridge brands. I will definitely be back :)

I just found out the Med Men is coming to Illinois!!This is great news, due to my experience that I had with this company over the Christmas holiday in LA.I was visiting with my son and my daughter and they convinced me to accompany them to the store.I was immediately impressed by the stores design, very clean and stylish, staff in matching outfits. A staff member greeted us and kindly inquired as to why we had come there and what we knew about them. Being a healthcare professional I appreciated the efficient way she used probing questions to try to determine what our needs were and how she could suggest solutions.In my case I was experiencing chronic arthritic pain in my right knee. I was taking large amounts of ibuprofen for the pain and Advil pm to sleep at night. She asked if I wanted to get buzzed. I told her not necessarily. She said good, and suggested I try CBD oil. Now, I had never heard of this oil and I don't think that the majority of healthcare professionals are really aware of this oil. This will change in the next year. Hey even Martha Stewart is getting involved with the CBD industry.I have been using 1000 mg Select CBD oil since 12-28-2018. I am out of pain and have not taken a pill since that day. My thanks to Med Men and will see you soon in Illinois!!

I kept hearing their ads on a podcast I listen to. I happened to be in Weho for work and dropped by to get a new cartridge. Small, strange layout trying way too hard to seem hip. I was immediately accosted by a sales person who wasn't all that nice, knowledgeable or helpful. Also I read Medmen actually tried to trademark "cannabis"??? Also, they ignore local growers.

When you go to pay at MedMen and they tell you the total is $25 but they charge $30, I think it's ridiculous because they don't give you a line item receipt. I basically paid a 50% tax on a $20 item. The Artist Tree has better service and better pricing. I will never return to this business knowing they gouge customers for money without telling them exactly what they're paying for.

Stopped in to see what quality of products they had and was helped by Jenny. She set me up with exactly what I needed and was professional and informative. Great assortment of products at this store. Definitely recommend seeing Jenny at MedMen.

Came in here thinking it would be pretentious and overpriced.  I couldn't have been more wrong. As soon as Cindy came over to help me, I found exactly what I needed.  She was very knowledgeable about every product and she also had infinite amounts of patience and professionalism. This desert shop's brownies is so weird. Rather than quenching your hunger or satisfying that sugar tooth it just makes you more hungry. I thought having an iPad that lets you select your desert is good.  But no! Thank g-d for Pink Floyd's music that sounds so much better after eating their strange brownies!  Brian from family guy would be proud if you had peanut butter brownies. Seriously though not a good place if you are looking for vegan, fat free, sugar free, gluten free deserts.

Shop is cool and the product/flower availability is amazing. My only quarrel with MedMen is their tax rate that's 30+ percent. MedMen would blow other dispensaries out the water if they would just decrease the tax rate. Some dispensaries take on some of the tax portion and tax consumers anywhere from 9-19 percent. Where's the compassion MedMen?

Customer service is next level! Easy, fast, and always top notch. I only get CBD products and they always come fully stocked and well assorted. Ask for Christine! She is the best

They were not able to process my order before closing because they incorrectly entered my ID information and ran out of time, then tried to blame it on me. They also sold my friend the wrong item after assuring her that it was what she wanted. Literally the worst and will never be returning.

I'll just start by saying...the tax on recreational is a bummer.I didn't buy anything, but went just to check out what the hype was.  The line was long yea...but it moved FAST.It's smack in Hollywood...it attracts a lot of tourists.  Don't be surprised.  Inside it even feels kind of like a museum, they've put a lot of different types of medicinal treatments up for display.  Topicals for localizing treatment on skin, teas, rubs, pills, pet topicals...just the important stuff to show people how much the medical world is being revolutionized by cannabis.  I appreciated this quite a lot.This isn't your corner medical dispensary.  Their associates were all over the place, checking in with everyone to see if help was needed.  It was like an apple store...but not obviously.My visit was fun, and worth the trip.  :)

Stick to the smaller dispensaries. This is all marketing to toot the horn and whistles. They do have a wide variety of products, but at a higher cost. No first time customer discount either.

Love love MedMen.. I live in Nor Cal so I visit MedMen, specifically the West Hollywood location whenever I'm in town. I haven't been down since 2017, but they are still my favorite shop in So Cal. I was able to bring my wife into the shop even though she didn't have a medical card, it was really nice just to be able to let her in on my little world. MM carries the absolute best body products, topicals, etc. I am a forever fan.

Great service and a complete menu. From the people at the door to the check out clerks I received thoughtful and warm service. Huge variety of goods. When they were out of the first two indicas I asked for, I was given a discount on my third choice. Bought two different indicas from two different grows. They have organic choices, which matters to me.  I would definitely recommend checking them out. The herb isn't hard and dried and chemical tasting. Quite a pleasure.

This is the Apple Store of legal marijuana. It's high end and you can find cheaper but 1) the "genius" staff are knowledgeable helpful and fast and work behind a bar as well as on the floor 2) the product is very high quality 3) there is the "fancy bitch" marketing factor, the white walls and shelves, and their vape pen brands like Beboe and Dosist brands are just gorgeous and make you feel like you're part of some special club. After visiting two L.A. stores I decided immediately to invest in this company (ticket symbol: MMNFF) because when Starbucks (or maybe Apple???) buys them, their stock is going through the roof.

Love the diversity and amazing customer service in this location! William Ford assisted me a few days ago and exceeded all my expectations. He was very insightful and patient with me and answered all my questions - I smoke a lot, but I'm still unfamiliar with all the lingo. But William helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm not sure if he's new or not, but he deserves a "high" five and a promotion if he's not already worked his way up the ranks.

I was reluctant after reading the negative reviews but after having a first-hand experience, I can honestly say this place is fabulous. I was there early on a weekday and there were 4 of us in there. Service was courteous and helpful and patient. Having just come from a nearby dispensary and dealing with a grumpy budtender who did not have the mints I wanted, this was refreshing and they had all the mints I could muster!I'll be back once my mint supply is exhausted. Amazingly, they had something for everything and were eager to help match the problem to the solution.

The main reason I will never again step into this establishment, aside from the fact that they are selling mediocre items at %200 increased price, is their complete lack of care or awareness for how much plastic waste they are creating! There is no recycling process of any kind. Each item is jarred AND wrapped in plastic or a box. There is no kind of container return policy of any kind!! I find this absolutely ridiculous and in conflict with the "cool, catered to the youth/ apple store rip off" idea that they are touting. Also, this is California! I don't need you scanning my ID to get weed, and I can find better weed and deals without your lame ass jewelry window casing. It's just all pomp and pretention and I'm in no way here for it.

Had a bad experience here!!! I was a first time patient and handed the front desk lady my req form and ID. She said she would hold onto both until I was finished with my purchase. After the purchase, I went home to try my medicine out, which ended up giving me bad headaches and made me feel worse. This made me question the quality of the marijuana as I never experience this from Ktown Collective dispensary. A day later I realized that the front desk lady handed me back my req form and never gave me back my ID. I called MedMen to let them know and they said they didn't have my ID, which I found very bizarre. The service was good but overall I recommend NOT going to this place!

This place is the Apple Inc of weed. Professional, safe and huge variety. The staff is also super knowleadgabke and always willing to help without being sleezy. It is a little pricey but it's worth the cost to be somewhere legit in a nice neighborhood and not feel like your making a back alley deal. I'd recommend to anyone

Do not shop at this place!!! It is a RIP OFF and they don't honor their word. They decide what level of service they will give you, by the amount of money they think you have, and they tell you one thing, and won't do it.I went in for Medical Grade CBD, I told the representative that I am allergic to Indica grade, and that I only would tolerate a sativa. She assured me that the hybrid was sativa/CBD. Well, it was NOT. It was Indica. I asked before I left what her return policy is if It doesn't work. She says that they would swap it out for something  that else. I returned to swap it out for a sativa strain, and was told that I could not exchange it- but buy another.I explained to the manager, and he says 'sorry we don't do exchanges'.He was not accommodating, and  I explained that the blend made me physically sick! He was unapologetic, and says there was nothing he could do. Mean while- the friend that referred me has exchanged products MANY times.I will submit a formal complaint against this company to b investigated for discrimination and unethical practices.

As people have said, it's like the Apple store of dispensaries. Staffed well, organized and clean. In terms of product, they have the highest quality flowers and unique edibles, though it does come at a bit of a high price point, unless you take advantage of their numerous promotions. Highly recommended and excited for their expansions.

After having the most incredible experience with Cindy I decided I needed to make a Yelp review immediately. I went in to the store with $260 in my pocket and I explained to her that I wanted to buy a bunch of different things and she actually took the time to go through every single item with me to meet my $260 mark. I've never experienced such incredible professionalism from a BudTender in my life. Quick and efficient first time experience at the Apple of Cannabis haha Everything was lovely from easy (free!) parking to being greeted out front (lovely blonde gal), to finding what I needed quickly (curly blonde gal), to checking out with ease (cute gold hoops!)! This is the best dispensary I have ever visited. It is like the Apple Store, but way better .Was there yesterday and Emily Allen helped me. CHARMING!!! I was helped by Cash today. A very  sweet, helpful guy who made sure that I got everything that I needed to help with insomnia. He didn't even let me tip him because he wanted me to come back in and let him know how I was doing.There are three dispensaries between my home and MedMen. I'll keep going back anyway because of his expertise and customer service.

The West Hollywood location is a great location. The employees are super helpful, especially Jasmine who answered all of our questions and was able to recommend which items were suited for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Don't forget to bring your ID, as you need to be 21 to get in.

I ordered from MadMen for delivery for my first time. I've been on the hunt for High CBD products for years at a reputable place that provides ingredient info and now I've found it! Happy with the selection -- still small but I was able to find about 10 cartridges or disposable pens and drops for my pet. Delivery was excellent! Fast and lots of notifications and calls. Chris from MadMen LAX was so nice too. Packaging is secure and PRETTY! Definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever. They literally have the weed locked up, and a little hole to just smell it. Spent about 150 , terrible. Had some vanilla macaroons , trash. Better off making your own edibles.

I bought a battery from here and after two weeks it broke. I went to take it back to see if they can fix/replace it, and the manager arrogantly said the battery is very unreliable and they won't honor it. I said that's not right, I just bought it. She brushed me off and basically said oh well. No reason to go to Med men to over pay for products they won't stand behind. Find another place.

I went to four collectives in West Hollywood and they should all be sued for price-fixing.. all them charge about $400 an ounce.. I would go in and ask them for the top shelf stuff and I was very disappointed.. if you want to save about $200 you need to go to the valley and they have top-shelf stuff about $200 an ounce which is superior to what they have in WEHO

Amazing variety of product and a super-attentive and friendly staff. The only reason for the star reduction was a little bit of a sketchy move. When paying with my debit card, I was informed of their new policy that my bill would be rounded up to the nearest dollar, and I would be given change to make up the difference. No big deal.  Until I discovered later that the charge actually goes through as an ATM withdrawal, so then I was charged for using an ATM outside of my bank's network.  Again, not the end of the world - I just appreciate when a business is more forthright with such matters. I'd have gotten cash if that policy were more clear.

Came here today with my friend and her elderly mother who is disabled and lives in chronic pain and we were looking for something other than opioids to use for her condition. From the moment you hit the front door your greeted by employees who by the way are all very welcoming. Once your ID is checked you are inside and a salesperson is with you to help with any questions you may have. We were lucky enough to have JUSTIN answering all of our questions. Being Simi new to the cannabis industry we had lots of questions and let me tell you he answered every question we had and also gave us an elaborate education. He is hands down an absolutely amazing person and is so knowledgeable. We all left feeling really good and we got the products that were right for us. JUSTIN we cant thank you enough you truly made our experience here amazing, you went above and beyond! Customer service is just as important as a quality product and today we got both!

I have a chronic back issue and am trying to avoid surgery at all costs. I have been to multiple shops but Kim helped me more than anyone else in LA. She spent so much time with me and provided so much knowledge when it comes to medical usage. Will definitely be back. That girl needs a raise!!!!

Heck ya, love this MedMen! Today was my first time going to this location and I will definitely be back. Admittedly, I was a little annoyed that there was a line at 8:30am, but it went pretty quickly and the helpful staff immediately improved my mood. I can't remember the name of the dude who assisted me, but he was AWESOME. Super helpful, answered all of my questions, helped me around the whole store. Additionally, I thought the prices were fair -- I got a TON of stuff (prepping for the holidays, lol) for about $250 (I think it's the tax that gets you, not the prices of the products). The girl who checked me out was also really nice. They also have an awesome Black Friday deal coming up, I'm sad that I will be out of town. :'(

This is my neighborhood dispensary. Everyone is always really nice and helpful. I've worked with Timothy, who is so fun, genuine and awesome. I also worked with Kelvin yesterday and he gave me an excellent suggestion. He was very chill and nice as well. Props to both!!!!

Their business model/layout is based off of an Apple store. My first purchase was a dud (flower, Cherry Kush) that was a quality of bud that I can get from the guy down my block for $100 an ounce. Theirs was $62 for an 1/8th. They are in the business of making money and clearly not out to provide hands down quality while supporting the hardest working and most talented growers. Will not be returning. LAPCG is my regular spot and I'm not sure why I deviated.

As Los Angeles slowly adapts to a legal lifestyle I am thrilled that MedMen serves as a friendly, warm, one stop shop to serve the cannabis community. Obviously prices are pretty high but they have excellent deals on their own branded buds and concentrates. Worth it for the convenience and friendly faces - I'll be back!

Iv been going here a while. Im pretty over it. Its a cluster f**k most of the time. Not well organized or labeled. No prices on anything. They are in serious need of acoustic paneling everywhere. The loudness makes the experience hectic and anxious. They have no procedure for the check-out line. People stabding here and there. Employees more interested in their own conversations than helping find what you need.

Timothy was the best. The gold standard in customer service. 10/10 will return again!

I just got my medical marijuana card and this was the second dispensary I've been to. They were SO extremely helpful when I walked in having no idea what to do. They explained the process, knew in depth about each strain and answered all of my (probably dumb) questions thoroughly and with no judgment. The first time special was amazing, I got such a great deal. This was after just having gone to a neighboring dispensary where they were rude, judgy and told me to go to their vending machine and get whatever. MedMen was the complete opposite. I'm so lucky it's in walking distance! Will definitely get back.Quality of the product was amazing as well :) easily 5 stars.

Best selection of any dispensary in WEHO. Bonus: they carry the Old Pal brand, both flower and cartridges, which for those of you who don't know, it is known for being super dank for super cheap. Highly recommended this location for any type of consumer, beginner or veteran.

Just visited Med Men almost an hour ago. After receiving no help and standing around aimlessly we were approached by a nice girl who helped us for a bit then left half way through. She pointed out the sale section and we headed there. Then i found what I thought was weed. The packaging looked like there was an 8th of weed inside but apparently there was an eighth of resin. I purchased everything etc. and when I headed out less than a block down the street I realized that it was in fact resin I'd bought and not weed. I feel that if I had proper assistance a mistake like this wouldn't happen. People make mistakes all the time. I ran back, less Than 5 mins after I'd purchased the resin. I went inside and was greeted by another unhelpful sales representative. When I explained the problem he blatantly said there was no returns and offered a discount (why would I come back?) i understand policy but being this militaristic about such a simple issue is unnecessary and frankly lazy. Wish I'd had a better experience.

10/10 amazing service by MedMen West Hollywood. I struggle with anxiety and going to the dispensary has always made me anxious until today. William F. thank you so much taking your time to actually listen and understand what I was looking for. First time at a MedMen, but I already knew two things- I wanted quality and I didn't care what it cost, as a couple of my good friends were experiencing their very first dispensary and I didn't want to disappoint after I suggested a toke in lieu of a wine lounge (which is cool too, but I prefer herb to wind down). This also gave me an opportunity to break stoner stigmas most uninitiated tend to have (slow, late, dimly lit, inconsistent, lack of service etc) and educate on the positive aspects of ganja. With that in mind, MedMed did not disappoint. Sure it's pricey in comparison to legally growing your own, and many other venues, but we found some great quality prerolls, and were in and out quick which was amazing because the line appeared to be a long wait. We appreciated the efficiency and the great service, and my friends even said they'd have more date nights that include dispensaries over wine lounging, which I was pleasantly shocked by.  Still I have to give a 4; I want to go back, and the only thing I don't look forward to is the tab. Even if paying a premium is not the issue, feeling like we got value certainly is, and the little red bags don't quite do it justice. But where else will I find this selection? Also it is a convenient location in a pinch... I'd like to see more giving back, and better specials. While I appreciate the quality factor, I'd love it if it were more accessible to all, instead of feeling as though the business model is to just appeal to such an.... exclusive clientele.  I've gotta go back for some of that fire rosin though, this is the dispensary you can take your friends or even mom to. Pretty cool.

Well I must say this place is pretty amazing not only is the selection great, the staff is friendly. Most of the set up along with the product has an electronic device that explains the product. The selection consist from edibles, vapes, etc a CBD AND THC dreamers dream lol. This place is on my number one list dispensaries in Los Angeles, a must visit!

Wait time to enter store, acquire products, and exit takes too long. 30+ mins at multiple locations. Pricing is too high due to enormous marketing efforts. Why wait when you can get comparable and cheaper product down the street?!? Would not recommend :(

First visit to cannabis store and it couldn't have been much worse.I'm only into indicas and established that clearly with the guy when I went into the store. The guy who then served me really didn't have a clue on anything, and offered very little choice in the way of indicas.Eventually settled on a indica dominant hybrid, which when I saw the jar after I got home had it as a 50/50 mix! They completely ignored everything I said and basically just wanted quick sale.Prices are high and ended up paying a lot for something I'll probably have to throw out as it's not what I want to smoke.

MedMen WeHo is one favorite dispensary to go to. It's a mix of experienced employees with a family vibe. Request Emily Allen if she's there, she's super knowledgeable and she finds the best products with out breaking your bank too bad. Everyone for the most part is fantastic, but she is my absolute favorite. Thank you Emily for always making me feel special. This is always my number one pick!

There were over a dozen employees and 11 customers & Clearly everyone was friendly, energetic and helpful...just not with me. Security screened me and asked for ID upon entering, asked if it was my 1st visit & I replied with an emphatic yes. Yet no directions or address by name after that. I wandered the store and engaged in a thorough observation of each shelf until I found exactly what I came purchase. No one greeted me nor asked me if they could help me find the item for which I was searching so intensely. I approached the front counter with the items I'd selected and waited patiently in the same spot for 5 minutes  until I finally realized I had to go find someone to help me. I can't understand how a customer who looks at every shelf in the store is now standing at the counter with merchandise ready to spend my money can go unnoticed for 5 minutes. The employee asks for my ID...??? Again. Then Again after asking for payment with my debit card. What should've been a 2-4 minute transaction turned into a 15 minute fumbling of my 1st in store experience.  Highly unlikely that I will return especially with the 25% tax. Great concept when it works I suppose but it wasnt worth the trip across town to have such a crappy purchase experience

Every time I'm here I'm so impressed with the knowledge of the employees. Sometimes it's overwhelming picking a product because there's so much (a good problem to have), and every single one of them is always so patient and walks you through everything you need to know. I recently went and Blake has awesome. He explained everything I needed to know and made me feel confident that I was making the right purchase. Prices are a little higher here, but it's usually worth it when you don't know exactly what you want.

Bad experience. First off, the service was pretty damn mediocre for the price of everything. The type of service where they aren't pleasant until you're about to pay the bill. Secondly, the sales person I worked with was condescending. I asked for a product and he told me i needed to go to a smoke shop for it when it was right in front of him... Saying they wouldn't carry such a thing. I had to point it out after he dumbed it down. It was a oilCartridge/tip. It wasn't what he said, it's how he said it. Super douche. Beyond that, he put everything i asked for right into the bag without letting me see it so i didn't realize that he sold me something i didn't ask for. I asked for a straight sativa and he said yes, the item was 100% sativa. Got home, it was a hybrid. Taxes are too ridiculous to pay for a crappy experience. The sales rep/budtender was pretending to be knowledgeable but he clearly bullshitted his way through the interaction.Lastly, the taxes were about 25% or so. We ended up paying $250...the taxes alone were the price of an 1/8th. They refused our medical card which was sucky but I'd be more forgiving of that BS decision to turn it away if the service was up to par. Save your self and your pockets. Too many competitors to settle.

MedMen has a mind-boggling selection of the very best cannabis products, and Emily Allen at the WeHo location helped me find what I needed last night.  It was a really fun shopping experience, and I'll be back!

This place has certain bells and whistles that other places don't. The variety here is good its just pretty overpriced and mainstream. All I wanted was some CBD for my insomnia and I felt like I was ripped off a bit but I can't complain my CBD spray does work it's just not as efficient as I would like.

Bad service. Old products on their shelves that don't even get you medicated. Manager doesn't understand I purchased a product that I have purchased before and from many other shops. This specific cartridge I bought was old and degraded THC content. The wax color was dark when it should be light and did not hit the same didn't even get me high and there's nothing they could do about it. Barely even hit the pen it was brand new. Shitty products shitty service won't be coming backAnd a few of the strains on the display shelves had PM powdery mildew which will do more harm to your body when inhaled especially in immunocompromised individuals than the benefits of marijuana. Overall nice shop aesthetically but horrible service and old contaminated products.

I'd heard so many great things about this dispensary that I was excited to give it a go. The staff was dynamite, the traffic flow was great, but the end result wasn't so hot. I left with the impression of being overcharged for a terrible product. The vape pen cartridge selection I was guided to was more epensive than any I've ever purchased, and the product was very harsh and leaves me coughing and with a burning throat every single time. That is not what I am accustomed to!

Amazing staff. Timothy and Caleb were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not a pot enthusiast, but I need to sleep better and I'm trying to avoid prescription sleep medication. I've had bad experiences with edibles. These guys walked me through lots of options for recreation and sleep in a way that didn't make me feel dumb or corny. Also the packaging is great.

I walked in looking for some straight dank and i was looking around until a sales associate named kelvin helped me out and told about all the strong strains the store carried. I walked out with a couple pre rolls and some hash. Kelvin was knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely will be returning to this store real soon

There are dispensaries all over West Hollywood with the same products and costs. You have on average 3 times more staff than other businesses yet I have to ask to be checked out with 5 employees standing chit chatting with each other with no other customers inside at the time. When I asked if anyone can check me out the female employee says someone will come to do that. I waited 3-4 more minutes before anyone checked me out. Eventually your employees horrible service will catch up and other smaller dispensaries will take your clientele . This is the 3rd time I had to ask to be checked out with almost all employees not assisting any other customer just standing...

Extremely overpriced and bureaucratic. My old place LAPCG down the street on Santa Monica Blvd near La Brea is so much better, I regret straying!

I recently received my card in the state of Florida and couldn't wait to learn what was in front of me.  My wife and I walked into your new store on A1A in Jacksonville Beach Florida this weekend and Karen immediately greeted us and quickly learned we didn't know what we were looking for.  She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the nuances of different ways to administer, inhale, etc.  I understand we have more than half a dozen dispensaries in the area, and while I am sure I'll check the others out over time, Karen made us feel very comfortable so we will definitely return to your store on A1A.  Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because at the time of our visit you did not have any "flower" available, although I understand it's coming soon.

OH JESUS. IF I COULD GIVE TONY AND MEDMEN 11 STARS I WOULD BUT I CANT!!!!!Ok so I called the night before I visited the store with a lot of questions, Tony was so nice, patient and knowledgeable and answered every question.The next day he recognized me from our conversation the night before and gave me a tour of the store. I had a lot of questions and everyone was so helpful. The customer service was like crazy good!Ok so enough about Tony, who is in fact, the best! The store itself is so effing clean! It's like the freaking apple store of weed! Prices are amazing and they had an amazing special going on buy one get one free like wtf?! what the actual fuck, man. The selection of stuff is also like sooooo much stuff!!!! Alright also I get extremely paranoid so I needed something really mellow. They picked out the perfect strain for my needs. This is my 3rd or 4th time coming to MedMen and I actually stopped because the customer service was fluctuating too heavily.  I decided to give it one more try and was pleasantly surprised! Timothy assisted me on my visit and was incredibly helpful and kind. Marijuana is interpersonal and starts with customer service. Ask for him if you go in. You wont regret it

Like an Apple Store for pot!! It's clean, but expensive! But I need my CBD oil and they have the best CBD/THC ratio I found yet. Go there for the experience not for the bargains.

I've been to MedMen West Hollywood 3 times, and have had amazing customer service from David G. There's been plenty of metered parking when I've been in the late afternoon, and I'm usually able to check in within less than 2-3 minutes. They have a fantastic selection, and I will definitely continue to work with David G. whenever I come in. He's really listened to my needs and preferences, and so far made outstanding recommendations.

Crap service. Great selection!This place is a cluster fu*&!   I was not greeted by the greeter, though standing two feet in front of him.  He then ushered people entering behind me to the computer check in counter... in front of me.  Register line was 9 people deep before they opened another register, at which time they moved the end of the line rather than asking the individuals at the front of the line to step to the open register.  This may all seem petty, but try waiting 15 minutes in line witnessing such a  debacle.  I walked out.  This is a management issue... poor management, or perhaps just high. Selection here, however, is great.  If you are willing to wait to be greeted, helped, and checked-out, its worth it.   Im not.

I was new to Cannibus clubs, didn't know what to expect, and had no idea what products to buy. I initially went bc it was recommended that I try CBD to help me sleep. That's when I met Kim, she was so friendly and incredibly professional. Her expertise and knowledge of the products Medmen sold was very impressive and it was clear that she knew what she was talking about. Everytime I went there after I went directly to her and we became friends. One day I went and she wasn't working that day and a young gentleman by the name of Benjamin helped me. My experience with him was just as positive as my experience with Kim. I was so impressed by their professionalism and knowledge on the products they were selling. After trying their recommendations, my experience with the products proved that what they told me was absolutely correct. The staff at Medmen rises far above the bottom line, and those two people epitomize what it means to offer customer service while delivering customer satisfaction. The Medmen company is fortunate enough to have them and I highly recommend them!

Don't shop at this store. They price gouge and the workers are no longer friendly. Some pay you lip service, but they'd rather not be there either, it seems. It's loud and crowded, and there are other pot shops close by that did not price gouge after legalization and are friendlier. Sorry to be a bummer.I've had my medical marijuana card for about 7 or 8 years. I live in this area and went to this shop when it was still a medicinal collective east of Santa Monica and Fairfax. They moved, changed names, changed owners a couple of times it seemed, but I remained loyal. Pre-legalization the new Med Men owners took over. As soon as pot was legalized, they raised prices. What I used to buy for $55 -- and I always buy the same indica -- is now $70, a roughly 28 percent increase. I doubt their costs rose that much. Beyond price gouging, the staff now reminds me of a snooty restaurant where staff treats you as if you're lucky they are waiting on you. It's as if I'm privileged to give them my money. It is so bad, so bad, that when I complained at the counter about the now long lines -- even for a medicinal card holder -- I was told by one of their own staff to write a negative review.  Today was no better, and I was treated even worse by the man checking people in at their counter. So, here I am, writing a bad review. Med Men will not get any more of my money, and I encourage others to avoid their shops, too.

This place was great and Kash was so helpful he got me everything I needed and was super patient as I asked a lot of questions. When you get there ask for Kash you won't be disappointed when you leave.

UPDATED: I really like this shop, but whenever I have come, there are always errors in my order. First they mis charged, then then gave me the wrong flower, and so on. I'm disappointed because the potential is there...but execution needs helpis is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. They're setting the standard. They're actually knowledgeable, clean, compliant and friendly. I don't go anywhere else anymore!They have a huge variety of items, more than just flower.

i joined med men before pot was legal for recreational use and i loved it then and love it now.  i use pot recreationally about once a week but my cats use Vet CBD oil daily.  one has tremors that could lead to seizures and the other has cancer that has spread to his lungs and his oncologist said that CBD couldn't hurt.  they've both been doing great ever since!  however, the cost of the Vet CBD is getting up there as we've increased the dosage for cancer cat.  i emailed med men to see if they could offer any discounts and two of their people got back to me.  one offered a percentage off for a bulk buy and the other told me about an even better sale they were currently having.  i went in and the manager joe was super helpful and madeline rang us up.  they were both awesome. this place is fun and everyone there seems to know the products really well.  i'll definitely be going back soon!  thanks, med men!

Tl;dr Tony's the best.I had a potentially tricky returns issue and he handled it with poise and maturity. It could have so very easily gone the other way and this could be a zero stars I'm never coming back review. But it's not, so thanks Tony and MedMen, see you soon.

I loved the location and the staff.  I was extremely disappointed, when the laws changed, at the way Med Men decided to do business.  How very quickly they forgot about all the patients that have supported them for years.  I made continuous calls and left multiple messages asking how their medical patients were to obtain our meds now that the lines were so long.  No one would answer the phones or return calls.  They also jacked up their prices.  Its seems that money is more important than loyalty.  Lets see how they feel when more competition opens up.  Their true customers that have been coming to them for years won't be there. Why would I come there when I can get delivery to my home that is cheaper, no tax and I still get free gifts the way Med Men used to be?? ANNNNND delivery and smaller shops actually answer the phone!   Really disappointed.

Just tried the delivery service for the first time and had a great experience despite some kind of glitch with the website.  The product I ordered online ended up not actually being in stock, so Sean at the store called me and recommended similar options I might like and adjusted my order over the phone.  I even called him back a few minutes later because I changed my mind and he was SO patient.  My delivery arrived in less than an hour.  Great customer service!

Visited for the first time today with my best friend. We are both first timer consumers (I know I know, late to the party) so we were also a little bit nervous and overwhelmed, but Tai immediately put at as ease. He spent quality time walking us around the store and educating us "newbies" about all the products. If you're new to this stuff like we are, Tai is your man...he's 5-STAR for a reason : )

This place is a rip off bought cbd oil from them. Looked at the bottle a couple of days later. And saw it was expired. Called the Manager on the phone and he said the product wasn't expired the day you brought it. It still had 2 DAYS left. Sorry we can't return it. $80 dollars down the drain.  STAY AWAY. Many other places out there that are cheaper. And will  not screw you!!!

First timer here! First I knew of the long lines, it moved pretty quickly. Once in side it was a nice n clean plus organized. But the prices!! Boy oh boy! Pretty expensive! Plus they don't offer any samples! Unlike other places. Won't be going back.

Lots of good things about Medmen. Security is very polite and quick. Friendly and helpful greeting from staff right when you walk in. The spacious show room is very interactive with examples of each flower. They carry everything else you can think of. Cashier recommended me a really nice vapor and it is some absolute fuego . Overall, this is a very convenient location if you live in the area and built for higher volumes of traffic. Enjoyable shopping experience and would go back for sure. Definitely recommend. Everyone, be patient if there's a line! it's still new to a lot of people and will become more efficient with time. They have a lot of staff to help which was super nice.The prices can be high but there's also a very solid offering of value product. Something for every budget. Now, taxes are sky high and it's not their fault but when I saw my receipt I was like damn!! I hope those tax dollars help improve the homeless situation here in LA. First visit today was a good one. This used to be my favorite weed shop until 2018 hit and now there's no discount for patients with a medical card. My $40 oil that used to be $40 flat out the door is now $55 after the tax. 25% tax is insane. To charge the recreational smokers 25% more is one thing but to charge loyal patients this much more is absurd. No love for the medicinal patient anymore I guess. Also the amazing FTP deals that they used to have are gone... can't support this place anymore. Sucks

For the most part I really liked the Apple store like quality. Everyone was really helpful and nice. I ended up buying two oil cartridges. When I was checking the receipt as I was walking out, I noticed Gino had charged me for three instead. I went back in to correct it, but the other cashier said I could not get my money refunded back even though it was their mistake. She ended up giving me another cartridge instead and a card for 20% off my next purchase. I'm not 100% sold that they cannot make a refund transaction and think it opens the door for them to "accidentally" charge you more to make you buy more than you want. There isn't a screen at the checkout for you to see what they've scanned before they charge you so MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE ITEMS BEFORE YOU PAY! NO MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR MISTAKE!

Left a voicemail with the customer service department with product offering questions on February 5th and never got a call back.  I left my phone number twice so it wasn't that.  That's just piss poor and tells me how disorganized this place is.  Take care of customers above all else and staff your place sufficiently to do so.  Guess I'll get another prescription and go back to my awesome dispensary that always answers the phone personally and has amazing service with customer appreciation days.  Imagine that, Medmen. Yelpers if you're curious, I go out of my way to go to LAK Collective 1.

Service and environment was excellent although it was an hour wait to get inside. However Medmen have invented corporate cannabis greed. Their prices are 3 times higher than medical shops before Jan 1. For those who depend on medical cannabis this is way too expensive. $107 include tax for two grams!!  WTF

I walked into the store feeling like I wasn't sure whether I was going to enjoy the experience. I was a bit apprehensive, I mean  the store had the "Apple Store"  feel to it with their colored shirts and very Sleek displays. I really didn't know what I was in for. Let me say with the first minute I was greeted by Mike....he took me by the hand and walked me through the process of getting my REC and getting setup. 1st Gold star! Then I talked to Kim. Kim gave me the 411 on the oils vs. some caplets. Really helpful with real testimonials to go with her info. She further referred me to Sam. SAM was a knowledgeable Organix rep that filled me in on  specific application for my medical issues. Then Selena blew it out the park with a BOGO deal for first time buyers. Best experience ever . Four gold stars!

Great experience! We went since CA recently legalized recreational marijuana. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable of the many items they had available. It was just so cool to see a small part of history in person.

It's overpriced and the marijuana is super old and dry and was not potent. And this was supposed of been the strongest strain they had. Very very unhappy. But I find that with a lot of the dispensaries in West Hollywood very poor quality.

I would wait on this place to get their s*&(&6 together before making the pilgrimage, standing in line, etc.  Though the staff is friendly, they may be partaking a little too much on the good stuff to provide decent execution.   Namely, they forgot to put in my bag the weed I had paid for.  I have called twice to complain and get some resolution but have not heard back.  It's a bit disappointing ... to say the least.

Love it! Came here for the first time in search of some CBD candy for my migraines, and I was in an out in a snap. I live right around the corner, so the location was perfect. Loved that I could just walk in (even with my dog!) didn't have to be buzzed in, or wait in a waiting area like most places. The layout was very welcoming and easy to navigate. It's similar to an apple store--but unlike other reviews, I didn't see that as a negative. There are only a couple places selling recreational marijuana in LA right now and it's been legal for literally less than two weeks at this point, so yeah there are long lines to get in and yeah their prices are a bit high.  No duh, guys. The queue attendants and security were very organized and friendly, as was every staff person I encountered in the store. I expressed my previous experience, that I thought my dog was judging me while I was under the influence. The staff person was like, "Oh yeah, that can happen with this type, you should try this other type." He was right on. The type he suggested worked better for me and I thought my dog's fur was made of gold and platinum and that she was a benevolent goddess, not a judgmental jerk.

Dope store! It's like the Apple Store of Dispensaries! Cool vibe everybody is helpful! Sophia is super cool and very knowledgeable! Check them out they can help you with all of your questions and needs.

Today was my third trip to MedMen and I'm so glad it's the dispensary closest to my house. The staff are SUPER nice and erudite and helpful. Even the self proclaimed "new guy" was insanely knowledgeable. He helped me pick the perfect treat.When I mentioned I was celebrating a new job, everyone at the counter congratulated me and they threw in a free joint. LOVE this place.

Yesterday, I went to MedMen. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by staff. Karen C. helped me while I shopped. She made sure the products met my needs. If you're just getting high, you may be fine here. But if you think Med Men cares one bit about medical uses of cannabis - forget it. This is not the place if you are looking for therapeutic value. I emailed them my, and my wife's medical conditions, and then went to their store. I told them I had very limited experience, and had tried edibles only once, and I did not know the dosage. The dispenser gave us a pill with 50 mg of THC. We now know that this dosage is for very experienced users, cancer patients, etc. My wife has heart issues, and when the pill kicked in, her BP skyrocketed, and we ended up spending the night in the emergency room. MedMen wouldn't even refund my money! After much complaining they agreed to a refund, but refused to pay any hospital costs - which were just copays as we have health insurance. So many better choices out there. Stay away from medmen!

This isn't your normal dispensary. Cool new spot in weho with a different way to handle the customer experience. From the way you're greeted to how you browse the selection is what stands out right away. This is how shops will be more like in the future. Super helpful staff if you want it, or if you're someone who likes to do it themselves they have tablets at the tables with all information. Top notch selection of everything including concentrates and edibles. They even accept debit/credit cards!

Justin was awesome! Definitely the best employee I've met at this medman after several visits. He's super knowledgeable and took his time to really make sure I understood all the different choices! Five stars all the way

I stood waiting to be helped for 15 minutes. Staff walked by me and wouldn't even acknowledge me when I asked a question, so I left without purchasing anything. Every staff member was visibly high, and I understand you work at a weed store, but i doubt you're supposed to get baked at work.  This place is shit. No wonder people still buy from dealers.

I have been a smoker a heavy daily smoker since 2008 and I tried so many kind of dispensaries and and been to Amsterdam Barcelona London San Francisco everywhere I have been to I tried their stuff, in this dispensary you will try the worst marijuana ever if you want good marijuana just don't go to this dispensary this is my advice.

I went in this morning to buy some CBD edibles. I spent about $90 but I accidentally bought a bag of THC edibles which would have gotten me stoned as f*ck. That was not my intention.I went in later in the day to exchange it and they said that they couldn't. So I just bought another bag of cbd cookies and left with my thc cookies as well.This store makes so much money and this was an honest mistake on my part.This was my last time in this store. But if you are a tourist and visiting LA have a great time. If you live here, go anywhere else.

I just left the store in Santa Monica. It was such a great trip. I was helped by Connor throughout the store. He helped me pick out items that were perfect for me. Showed me around the store too, which is absolutely beautiful. And then Mike helped me check out, and he was amazing as well. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Recommended a couple last minute items that I'm so happy I got. It was such a great experience, and I can't wait to come back!

I don't write reviews but I was compelled by the awful service I received at this place. I've been going to the spot for years even though it's over priced and the customer is rated below the worst. So I went in on Saturday and after I was checked in I walked up to the counter because I already knew what I wanted, I ordered and when it was time to pay I was asked if I had a knew rec because mine was expired. I didn't think she was right but I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't fight her on it I just said okay, thank you and walked out. When I got home I pulled out my rec and indeed it was good until the end of September. So I called     and called and after the 6th time someone finally picked up. The guy I spoke with had his "manager" look into what happen and told me that everything was fine and he wasn't sure why I was refused service. He apologized and told me that the next time I came in I would get the new patient deal and that he would leave a note on my account stating that. I went back the very next day and once again I was checked in and I walked up to the counter and while I talking to the worker the guy that checked me in walked over and told me that he needed to update my info before I left. Now I'm a bit frustrated because I thought here we go again. I ask what info do I need to update? All he could say is we updated our policies. He was the rudest person in the world. That's the person they picked to be the the first impression when people walk in? #fail So anyway went we back and forth and instead of continue arguing with this person I said just bring me the paperwork. He walked away and came back and told the person helping me that my rec was invalid and not to see to me. I ask to speak to the manager and this guy who claim to be the manager stumble from the back and gave some story about the Dr who wrote my rec had his license suspended. This place is shady ASF. They change   The story on me 3 times and also called me a liar. I was told that my conversation with someone on the phone the day before never happened and of course the guy I spoke with didn't leave the notes on my account.  Stay away from this place! I've been coming here for years under serval names. Never again!!!!!! Rude staff or you're just ignoredOver pricedTaxedLiars Shady  Ps, went somewhere else and had no problem getting what I needed! Fuck this place man! Poor customer service

This has been my cannabis store for more than a year.  It is clean and well stocked and also has well informed and helpful employees.  My issue is not with the store itself but with the policy that the store has adopted with regard to the recreational marijuana sales.  I have never complained about my medical issues for any reason and am not complaining about them now.  That said, I have a terminal cancer that affects my spine and I am not able to stand in one position for more than ten minutes.  I use medical marijuana to ease the pain and also to provide sleep due to insomnia from cancer meds.  When I arrived tonight, it was not surprising that there was a line about 50 people long outside the door.  I  asked if medical marijuana patients had to wait in the same line.  The answer was "yes". I think that this is almost like a hospital saying that they do no distinguish between emergency room patients and others. If this remains their policy, I will not be able to use this store and I also think that this ignores the fact that the medical customers that were their only clients before the law changed are basically being told that those purchases that kept that store alive are old news and not worthy of special treatment despite special needs. If that is the policy in the end, it makes a sham of what had been portrayed as a business model that was designed to help people in need.

Needed a CBD lotion and my go-to was out of stock. Timothy was wonderful in helping me select another, even better option. Love how efficient and helpful this spot is.

I have had to call in twice now for help in choosing the right product for a friend to go pick up for me, since it is too far to visit the store easily myself. Both times I have received immeasurable help. I just hung up with Cal (the manager, I believe) who spent much time helping me choose just the right product. He clearly knows his stuff, and really took his time explaining the differences, and how the options we were looking at varied. His patience and knowledge of product, and the options available at MedMen make this a winning combination.

What can I say, they do legal marijuana in a top-notch way.  Friendly and no-pressure attention from the staff, plenty of choices for your enjoyment and reasonable prices make your marijuana buying experience easy and almost fun.  Wish they had a parking lot at this location.  They are located across the street from a local smoke shop and a pizza so you can check off some more boxes on your list.  Highly (pin intended) recommended!

Walked into MedMen and had no idea what to expect. I was shocked to find out the reverse psychoactive affects if you take CBD after eating too many edibles! I used to be scared of those things and now there's a ton of microdosed items I can choose from. Man, science is cool. Shoutout to Steph for teaching me about all things cannabis! West Hollywood Medmen is by far their biggest location. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! From CBD to heavy THC infused products they carry everything from flower to topical's. Rachel answered all my questions and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. Will be coming back here for the rest of my cannabis days.

The customer service was great and they are very helpful. However the prices are little bit to high (lol!) for me but I do understand with rent and utilities, it is going to happen. With that being said, I felt they could lower their prices. They are more reasonable prices in the San Fernando Valley that is lower and better selection. This place felt like an Apple store for marijuana.

I have been to this specific store numerous times and had wonderful positive experiences, almost every time. This past visit, I was blown away by how great the costumer service really was and Cal, one of the managers, was fantastic! He took the time to explain new products that might benefit me and also problem solve why I was having difficulties with a specific product and how to fix it. He didn't treat me like a newbie or talk down to me in any way. I felt knowledgeable and empowered in how to use my medicine more efficiently. Thank you MedMen and Cal!

Worst Company Ever!!!They don't care about patients - Only about Money!!!DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!!

Poor quality, poor service, very rude security. Can't even begin to explain the horrors I experienced. Yelp removed my previous post for some mundane reason, business is business I suppose but would never return here unless I was desperate. Their prices too high for the quality by far.The security used profane language and started speaking about me very negatively, as if I was not there, but while i was immediately infront of them. I don't really get rattled when people with missing teeth that probably grew up in difficult situations start talking trash but it was still pretty messed up. Don't get me wrong I'm a really understanding dude but it's hard to be understanding when you are trying really hard to be really nice and polite while someone is still, I guess, shtting on you with attitude for no reason. Anyways the "head of security" some nerdy beer bellied white guy who seemed like he had serious insecurity problems from his years of never being acknowledged by anyone in school or maybe for being a constant disappointment to his father came and asked if there was something wrong (this is after I walked away and while I was purchasing over $250 worth of products). I explained what happened, prefaced that I didn't care and it doesn't matter but that you should probably treat customers with a little more respect, and then he started attacking me lol. It was nuts. Saying it was my fault and that I provoked them with my clothes and demeanor. Didn't make any sense. It literally crazy, you can't even attempt to reason with someone like that. Not to sound in any non politically correct or discriminatory way but just to add some raw data, the female security guards were of the demeanor and appearance of people from the likes of south central LA or similar areas, I say this with no negative connotation, justcause they were really aggressive and hostile and cause I'm tan but they totally referred to me as the n word and other not cool language. But I'm not black, they may have been but it's still not cool for a professional establishment

Professional and warm customer service from knowledgeable and compassionate 'pharmacists'/budtenders. The quality and breadth of the products are unrivaled from any other dispensary I belong to or have visited. Worth the drive, especially on a weekend. Lovely neighborhood, with sometime challenging parking.

i really dislike they hide behind "taxes" tto charge a ridiculous rate. other shops whom also tax adjusted their prices accordingly and made it to where the grand total is only a few buck from the initial prices. medmen uses this to their greedy advantage. no way in the world 5 grams should equal 100+ dollars!! no way! adjust your prices so after taxes, ot doesn't cost so much. smh. dummys/boujie people are keeping medmen going. shame for the industry

First time going to MedMen, so didn't know what to expect. Yes it is true, very reminiscent of an Apple store. This place was awesome, and everyone was very friendly...especially Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the 100 questions I asked. I was a little nervous walking in, but she made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this spot for sure.

No stuffy waiting room, bright, open layout. Check in first at the front desk with a kind receptionist, someone is there to help you right away afterwards. Great selections on edibles and quality strains harder to come by at other dispensaries. Efficient system of operation so your visit goes smoothly and free of complications. First of all the employee Stephanie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient with me since this was my first time at a dispensary. I was also blown away on how nice and clean the location looked, it reminded me of an apple store. Very organized! Stephanie has made my first experience amazing and will definitely come back to her for help on my next purchase.

Been here a few times too far for one but I'll take the ride every now and then. Anywho POOR customer service & at the time of day where there was literally more employees than customers. We asked a staff member about a product that was not on display, he never returned with the answer. I am sick of these establishments that employee individuals that are more concerned with their personal conversations than making a sale.  They aren't knowledgeable on products. Very disappointing.

I've been to a few different MedMen locations but this is by far my favorite. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, helpful and super easy to chat with. The selection is amazing, and they've got a bunch of different vapes and pens if you're not a fan of the flower. I definitely prefer vaping, so it's nice that they've got a bunch of different options to choose from.

Medmen is by far the coolest dispensary I have ever been to. Not only is their quality top notch, but the service surpasses any shop I have ever been to. Their aesthetic is pretty insane too! It's like an Apple Store for weed. The atmosphere is bright and comfortable. No intense security guard/steel cage/shotgun vibes. Super chill and friendly staff and lots of product to choose from. I went there 3 days ago to buy some new stuff that I didn't know. I found a box of cannabis extract that I bought in discount. When I have gone back home I had the bad surprise to found that the box wasn't in purchase bag. I have called them the day after to try to fix my issue and ask if I need to come with the receipt. Someone from the staff on the phone told me the receipt was no needed because every purchase are recorded with your ID. When I arrived over there the guys from the front desk asked me for the receipt:) firstable they have refused any responsability and then I had to wait 15 min before that they finally accept to give me another box without any excuse from them. Otherwise the staff is cool but there is some of them that are not smily and making you uncomfortable when you ask about goods information. There is specially one guy with long hair and small size who don't have anything to do in this business! Watch out to verify your purchase before leaving this place!

MedMen West Hollywood is the premium cannabis shop in Los Angeles. Their selection is seemingly endless with a wide variety of options including flower, shatter, edibles, and much more. Not only is the quality of their products top notch but their service is phenomenal. No matter when you go into the store, a bud tender is always there to personally assist you with your purchase. Their bud tenders have the headiest recommendations. The layout of the store could not be more convenient and customer friendly. MedMen WeHo is like the Apple Store of marijuana products.

The store gets 3 stars, Rachel earned all 5. Rachel is one of the most knowledgeable and honest budtenders you'll find, she's very personable and is always very helpful. There are a handful of trusted people at the weho store, but Rachel is definitely my favorite.

Waited in line over an hour and still didn't get in that night.  People even got in line after me and their employee running the line didn't tell them they wouldn't get in.   It was amateur hour over there.  These clowns need to step up their game.Edit:. I was contacted by MedMen.  They can't really be held accountable for the rush on their store.  Although I do think they need to cut off the line when it is apparent no more customers after a certain point can make it in.

This place sucked before when it was under a different name and it still sucks now. Terrible customer service, high prices & low quality. The prices here are way more than other places in town plus they charge you tax on top of the high prices. The weed here is mediocre at best. One time I was there before I even made my final selection of what I wanted they had already taken my credit card and charged it before I was finished making my decision. When I was pissed and wanted to cancel the transaction they told me that they couldn't cancel the sale because it was a card with a chip. Even though I never signed anything or put in my debit pin number. If you want way better weed for a way cheaper price and to be around cooler people just go to Hollywood High Grade down the street.

Probably my favorite dispensary. They have the best in stock always and if you check their calendar you can get great deals when the vendors are here.

Tony is a GODSEND! This is the most informed and chic medical dispensary in Los Angeles. I suffer from horrible insomnia being a full time student and athlete. Tony saved my life with recommendations that replaced and surpassed medications given to me by my general physician. TONY WAS MORE EFFICIENT THAN A BEVERLY HILLS MD! I can't tell you how friendly the staff is and how clean the store is. If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. Tony 1-10 stars, I'd give him 20. He has provided me with such relief I can honestly say I'm off pharmaceutical drugs and LOVING the holistic approach. Tony's vast education on ailments and their natural approaches to relief guided me through the process with such ease and never forgets a name. Finding the right balance is key and I couldn't have done it without his knowledge. Thank you so much!

NOT TO THE PEOPLE TRYING TO COVER THEM!  Yeah, read up on your state, federal, and local news! 15% excise tax on EACH marijuana product and after that subtotal a 9.5% sales tax is added. That's not MedMed regulations, that's the CALIFORNIA STATE REGULATIONS. Also, the people behind the products have to even payer higher taxes meaning the product you used to get a a lower value is now costing a bit more. This is none of their faults, WE AS THE PEOPLE NEED OUR VOICES TO BE HEARD TO OUR LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS. please for the sake of humanity. As to the next time you feel like the associates of MedMen are rude, please tell them that you understand how frustrating it can be to cover for the government for the sake of a marijuana plant. WOW the bearded security guard is rude and aggressive. I have never been in MedMen but live in  the neighborhood and was driving by when a client pulled out blocking the street and he yelled and used rude hand gestures (this was on 2 separate days) and made traffic move back up into the next street to clear his parking lot. This thuggish behavior is nor welcome in West Hollywood

MedMen is amazing. They're super helpful and a welcoming. When you go in, ask for Kash. He's so so incredibly informative and will take the time to walk you through and find the right product for you. He really is passionate about helping and wants you to have the best possible experience. I used to go to other dispensaries but because of Kash, I'm a MedMen convert.

No scratch invoice notebooks writing receipts, no girls in booty shorts telling you, "this is the booooomb."They even accept DEBIT CARDS! They have actual planning for their storefront, versus the cheapest downtown alley products, they take pride in offering quality products with medicinal properties! Looks and feels like an Apple store, without the intimidating "genius" kids running around. The budtenders are knowledgeable, and there are always great companies in doing displays! Was literally my favorite place in town until 2018. Spent a fortune here over the past couple years. But now it has become one of the more washed up, sellout joints in la. I had heard that this place had lost a lot of its respect but I had to go and see for myself. And of course the first thing I see is lines out the door that can take an hour or more, rushed customer service because of this and absolutely no loyalty to old customers. Even The security Guard whos become an acquaintance over the past couple months looked at me like a stranger and then with rude gesture ushered me to the end of the line. Oh well, I guess it's off to a new shop for a new year. I wish all the best.

My boyfriend and I came here earlier today, for the first time. We usually go to a place on Melrose next to our house but both of our recs just expired so we went here today. We got an eight for $70.... it was $55 and then there were $15 in taxes. Probably won't go back, mainly because it was super harsh and not very potent, and quite frankly I don't want to pay that much for that quality.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how easy and helpful Evan was in finding indicas in a vareity of forms to help with sleep and pain.  Will definitely be back. The store is laid out so well without crowding and in a very professional and highly appealing manner.  The check in was simple and I found every aspect of my shopping experience to my liking.

This was my first time here. I went because my card expired and I wanted to try out a recreational dispensary. I had no idea how much of a tax it would be. I know the recent law passed required a tax, but I had no idea how high. There was a 15% excise tax plus another $6 tax on top. When I got home I opened up my package, and it clearly looked under the weight I payed for. I used a scale I have at home to confirm, and to no surprise it was well under the pre packed weight. I suggest those who have a card continue going to your usual dispensary if you're happy with it. This place is way over priced and they don't weigh it in front of you.

Just like a real drug dealer they will take your money as always. I was looking for a product called Dragon Balm and was directed to an very overpriced cream that does nothing. Shop here if your stoned and if your lucky you will not mind the high prices. When you come to your senses go to a better known place like Buds and Roses where the help is not like the posers at this place. Otherwise continue shopping here, just bring your wallet and your stupidity!

Debit card machine never works. As a result they force you to get cash across the street in some dingy donut shop. No thanks. Too many options in LA. Go elsewhere.

Clean set up with a super friendly staff, everyone seems to love their job!  Just triple check your receipt though - they don't break down the items purchased at check out, and I was charged twice for a cartridge (didn't realize till i got home).

Horrible experience! Two out of the very many clerks were the only ones that were helpful the rest of them are somewhat rude. There's a 25% tax on their trees... No thanks!  I paid $40 for 2 g of weed... Really? For that price I could've got an eighth and had it delivered straight to my house without leaving the comfort of my home. We had the best experience here. Everyone was so friendly. William and Kash were the highlight of my night. They are informative and super nice. I felt right at home. It was my first time at Med men, they gave me discounts and walked me through the whole process. Where to begin; First & foremost I must complain about the fact that their "discounts," which have been in effect for over 15yrs, suddenly were halved one day for no apparent reason & without any warning! I was receiving 15% off my total, which when you're on SS & a minor Pension was extremely helpful. Suddenly after 15 yrs they changed it to 10%??? I'm sorry, what? Our SS checks did not get any bigger! Why are you punishing seniors who have been going to your shop since its first location on Santa Monica Blvd near Whole Foods. After such loyalty don't they owe us some???  Secondly may I warn any of you going there to definitely bring your calculator when you shop as there is one price at the table & another at the register! Besides they do some serious 'creative calculating" so buyer beware! I can't tell you how many times I got home & realised they'd overcharged me by $100+ & I would have to go back & bring my receipt & wrangle with them to charge me "correctly"!!! Thirdly check you buds as I had an 1/8th with 3 BUGS clinging to 3 separate buds!!! & these were not small bugs! They were at least 3/4 of an inch long! So gross!!! All in all I must say these guys have lost credibility with me; I don't believe a word they say & could not believe they were insinuating that I 'put the bugs' there... as if...! Omg! One insult after another has me looking around for a better shop run by a more honest group of people... Be very aware there... that's the best I can tell you... don't let them take you...!

First review and well worth it.  I wanted to buy some cbd and give it a try. The store was packed with people. Somehow through the chaos a nice woman named Stephanie saw that I was overwhelmed and came over and helped. She was very informative and helped me select a tincture to try in the morning. The concept of legal weed and cbd is cool but the experience was way too chaotic. Without Stephanie I'd probably have left.  Overall I'm happy and will go back.

I was appalled today to find out that Manny, who has taken care of me and 2 of my very sick friends for years, had been unceremoniously canned after 10 yrs of service. This is a gentleman who helped my girlfriend who had cancer after the doctors told her there was no hope. Because of Manny she was able to laugh and "smell the roses" for her last year of life with little anxiety about her future. He also has helped my 69 yr old girlfriend find some relief from the awful panic attacks she suffered with her COPD. With edibles, that he found for her, she is relatively panic free and can enjoy the occasion outing as she is a shut in. I am fortunate not to be sick, but suffer from anxiety, insomnia and back pain. I cannot take pharmaceuticals. Manny was the first and only person able to help me. Med Men went "corporate" and whatever the reason was that they gave Manny the boot, it was not worth it. He was loved for his unbelievable knowledge and his uncanny ability to pick the right cannabis strain for your needs. He is irreplaceable. Shame on them. He will be so missed!Cynthia W

Worst  experience ever. This is my third visit and my last! The security guard would not allow my girlfriend and I to enter together since she was not making a purchase on her own. After explaining to him I did not want her waiting outside alone in the cold he became loud and rude. I asked to speak with the manager who refused to listen to me and quickly took the security guard's side. I have never been so rudely treated at any establishment before. If the security guard and manager represent the level of service you can expect- I STRONGLY suggest you find a new store to frequent.

I love this place!  It's so professional and the staff is so helpful and really nice.  I'm a big fan of Tony who always helps me out.  The shop is bright, clean and beautiful.  I highly recommend MedMen of Weho.

I have tried this place out several times and sometimes I have really friendly people that help me, other times I have had ppl act like they're doing me a favor. I have stopped going here unless the place I normally go to is out of what I need due to Med men charging tax and the other dispensaries do not, not any of them I've ever been to charge tax. I asked Med Men about this and I was given some bs excuse that made zero sense. Good location but other than that, they should ditch the iPads and use them for training their employees how to be nice to every person that walks through that door.

Used to be a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. But over the Labor Day holiday they refused to honor specials they advertised as effective through the 9 September and the personnel follow people around the store with a poor attitude. A far departure from when the store was the Farmacy. Much too much attitude and high prices.

Great variety, knowledgeable staff. I've never been unsatisfied with any of their products. I use the magical herb for chronic pain so I can't mess around with subpar service or products. This place saves my life. Literally.

So, this place is fine inside. Crowded and inconsistent products offered, so that's annoying, and the prices are crazy high. But I'd like to speak to their behavior as a guest in West Hollywood, a city founded by the LGBT community. First of all, the parking lot and alley out back aren't your employee lounge. Sitting in the parking spaces and the curbs, smoking and flicking butts everywhere, etc., not cool. Second, your security guards have no business hanging out in uniform in that parking lot. You're intimidating the gay men who, yes, cruise that lot and have for two decades, but also the homeless folks who are harmless and just need a place to hang for a bit. Third, the coffee shop around the corner isn't your office. Large groups of people having loud conversations, interviews, business meetings, etc., is disruptive to the folks who want to use their NEIGHBORHOOD coffee shop as a place to socialize or work quietly. This straight-owned business needs to treat this neighborhood with respect.

i was in the store yesterday but could not purchase the two items i selected because medmen no longer accepts credit cards and i did not have a debit card or enough cash on me at the time....my two items were put into a carry bag and i was assured that i could pick them up when i returned...i returned 24 hours later and not only did they not set aside the bag with my items, but they no longer had one of the items in stock that i had wanted...even more disappointing and distressing is the fact that the sales agent who said he would set aside my 1/8 ounce daytime hybrid and the 1/8 ounce nighttime indica tried to pressure me into buy a 1/4 ounce of the indica simply because they no longer had the 1/8 ounce of hybrid that he assured me was being set aside for me....it is sad that medmen is no longer interested in caring for its customers like it did back when it was a medical marijuana dispensary....now medmen is only interested in fleecing its recreational customers....furthermore, this medmen store no longer gives a discount for senior citizens like me and they do not waive one of the taxes to medical marijuana recommendation card holders like me....additionally this medmen store no longer permits me to rollerblade in the store...all in all, once medmen went corporate, the business lost the meaning of why it is in business.

Went here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but I didn't have to wait in line which was nice. The store is very Apple-esq, clean and sleek with employees wearing their red MedMen t-shirts.  Took me a minute to get help but when I did the employee was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right products.  Only thing was he was more interested in what was happening around him that he barely looked me in the eyes. I HATE that. If your talking to me, look at me and stop looking around at everyone else. Yes, it's a scene in there, young hipsters getting their next fix but us mature folk need attention too ya know?  Only two things I didn't like or expect was the price of the product is not on the product and when you check out your asked if you want to leave a tip. Really, a tip for an employee doing his job??  I found that annoying. Would I go back- yes- but I'll look for someone who wants to look at me when helping me!!

Favorite new spot!! I walked in and was like where am I the apple store, but seriously this place feels very safe and private. Tony spotted me walking around like a newbie and ask if I needed any help. I'm still new to concentrates, waxes,  crumbles and rosin so I needed to pick Tony's brain about whats the best brands. They have a huge selection of concentrates and most of the top brands as well, if not all of them. The buy one get one deal is amazing for first time patients. I bought a gram of vegan Buddha crumble and I got a free gram of Hashy Larry as well. Also pick up a 710 kingpen cartridge and got a second 710 cartridge free. SICK!!!!Tony was awesome and the rest of the crew seemed just as great. They also take credit card which is great so I can get points. This is what the modern day dispensary should be like.Keep it up guys and go check out MedMen.

Worst store. So many better places and they are not friendly or helpful.  Overpriced and nothing special regarding strands. Plenty of better places. They will be closed by Christmas. Gimmick not fooling anyone. ..

broke my foot yesterday... was on crutches when I went in the store... been a member for years... my recommendation expired this week... brought my buddy with me who has a valid recommendation... new  mgr (who will never be more than a box checker), would not let me hand him my buddy $ for my medicine... I done similar there with past girlfriends... Karma always takes care of idiots like this... I will never shop here again... Girl is stupid, stupid stupid - holiday weekend, worst manager always gets stuck with the shift... Everyone knows that inflexible people fail epically in life...

This was my first time there. I've been to numerous dispensaries over the years in Studio City and Sherman Oaks.   This place felt like it was trying too hard.  It looked and felt like an Apple store - sleek, glass cases and Ipads everywhere, lots of staff in red Stoner t-shirts standing around to assist.   But nothing was easy.   Check in was so laborious I almost left.  It's a very weird setup where the check in person was using a keyboard and had to find each key and look back and forth from my license, then had to put her head down to look through the glass tabletop to view a screen 10" below to see what she had typed.   It was painful to watch and took a good 10+ minutes.    That process alone made me not want to return.   Then each Ipad I touched looking for information about a product just had me scrolling through photos of product with no information, no prices.   Staff was there ready to help (not many customers in store at the time) but didn't know prices so had to go to registers to find out prices.  And I felt the prices were very high.   I also felt the displays were so sterile.   I've always enjoyed walking into a dispensary and seeing glass jars filled with different strands of cannibus.  Here they feature product like specimens, then the larger amounts seem to be behind the register in stainless steel containers on shelves so you don't see the actual buds/product.  Maybe people might like the sleekness of the place, just not for me.

This place is always vibing. The staff and the selection are truly A1. Staff are super friendly and patient, especially Selena, who was very informative and helped me with my very first purchase here. The location is also super convenient! It really is like the Apple Store for weed. Love it!

As an investor in Level I wanted to see what they had for sale here (since they are limited to, at the moment, three high volume items via Eaze). I was glad to see a pretty big selection here and walked out with one that was new to even me (yes, their product line is growing very quickly): DELTA-8 PROTAB, The Delta-8 Protab is an orally consumed concentrate tablet that contains 25 mg Delta-8 per tablet. I would not say one is better than the other but just a completely different approach to the customer. I think for the noobie MedMen offers a friendlier experience. In fact, entering the store the first thing I thought was they got their inspiration from the way Apple runs their stores from layout to assistance. This gives a much closer feel to "normal" retail so do not be afraid to go in and at least explore what is there. Also, as per my purchase above you do not need to be a smoker to find something to try plus you might find something to just hack a better life as opposed to just getting high.

Absolutely friendly staff! I mean there is no reason for anyone to not be happy working here! Except my cashier it seemed liked he overindulged lolAnyhu I'm an indica strain girl and they had a few selections but a lot of it is hybrid They had a few selections of indica items and options of vegan gummies but they were hybrid so that was kind of a turn off for me. I  did pick up some turmeric ginger tea which totally relaxed me so NEEDED!I  will be back for more tea and maybe for the oil to  make my special brownies...yum

They have a really great selection of products so there is definitely something for everyone. The employees are very knowledgeable about every product and we're so eager to help me choose. I highly recommend this dispensary if you're around the Hollywood area.

So much more expensive. You pay twice what everyone else charges so do yourself a favor and go to one of the many surrounding dispensaries.

As always medmen is amazing. Staff is friendly and well versed in everything. Helped me pick out some goodies and recommended some other things we loved. Would definitely recommend this spot for novice people who want to come in and try different things.

He also made sure I was getting the best deal. I would recommend anyone to visit this Medmen location!For everyone doubting Medmen, I won't deny that their prices are sometimes higher than other stores. However I believe that their exceptional customer service and seamless shopping experience makes up for the cost in certain ways. For example, I've been to a number of dispensaries in the greater LA area, but I've been intimated by the exclusive environment some of them have because I consider myself to be FAR from a cannabis "expert" lol.Medmen has always made me feel welcome and I've always left their stores happy. It's like going to an Apple store for weed if I'm being honest lmao. I feel that their stores are catered to everyone--not just a niche crowd. It's also nice being able to walk into a presentable store front that's not the sketchy back entrance of a former auto shop (nothing wrong with that either, just a safety preference ya feel?).Not only that, if you happen to visit MedMen on a day where they have killer deals, they can slash a lot of those higher prices. Some of my best trips were all thanks to Medmen's products so I can't complain there hahah.

It's nice place,  good verity,  they do have a points system and great sales and the product is great. Costumer service is ok, it can be a better.I walked in knowing what I need.It  was a while before someone acknowledged me at the cash register.  I would been ok if it was busy, but I looked around it was slow and pretty much employees  passing me standing didn't bother to say someone will be with you or if I needed anything.

As a result of my first time coming to a collective, it was amazing. The bud tender liam (blue eyes, 22 year old) was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He gave me a run down of different strains and about the industry. The staff along with the ground team are very knowledgeable and passionate about their careers and industry. Thank you!!!

Overall I had a great experience. Our server was Jasmine and she was a pleasure. I read the reviews but it was completely different than what I read. I didn't get to try the food but everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal. They even serve alcohol now next door so another PLUS. I definitely recommend the El Blunto blunt for sure, we will definitely be returning!

Customer service ? IN the middle of my inquiry with a salesperson yesterday, he left and never came back. That lost me as a customer, not that that will hurt them but WOW. buh bye.

Terrible customer service. My first time buying and clerk was rude and impatient. Then, with little to no explanation, gave me a final price of $62 for a $38 item. Two other clerks were nice enough to try to explain the state's 34.5% marijuana tax which brought it to $51, but none could explain the policy of "rounding up to the nearest 10" to make it $60 plus an ATM fee. When I expressed my displeasure with this policy, the clerk became flat out belligerent. Never going back there.
