Every visit has been annoying. Really dumb employees/budtenders . Always always out of product and the dumbtenders always always say sold out because it was busy but this place is never busy and dumbtender says restock coming in few days and it's never restocked. Finally found other dispensaries that carry what ahhs never carries. This place was removed from Weedmaps even tho it's a licensed joint probably coz it's that bad Weedmaps won't recommend ahhs. One night arrived before 10pm and saw the shady employees rushing out the back door they closed before closing time. Such douche bags !

I visited this place this past Saturday, for 1 reason, and 1 reason only! For a meet and greet with Nick Hexum of 311, my hero. But when I got there, he had left 10-15 minutes before. I was so upset. But life goes on. So since I had been experiencing VERY BAD anxiety lately, I asked the lady (I don't think I ever got her name) about it. I told her I hadn't smoked in a long time, but I had been thinking about getting something for it. Initially, I was looking for more of an Indica, preferably a pen or something that wouldn't tear up my lungs. But then she started educating me about about CBD. I had never even heard of it before. But she highly suggested it, and she said her friend swore by it. Her friend had really bad anxiety as well, and it worked really well. She very knowledgable, so I trusted her and got some. My anxiety yesterday and today, is like.. non-existent. I'm not shaky, or jittery. And I love the way that I don't feel like I'm high. I am so grateful to have walked into this place. Still, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Nick, bc without that suggestion, I would have never even walked in to that place. Hopefully you guys will have him back. And if he starts selling a CBD, I'll be "Down" to try it. :) Oh yeah yeah yeah, the place is SUPER clean, organized, and the entire staff was extremely professional. Thanks everyone!

Went there on June 30 for the sale and wow. I really did well. I found samples of GET -ZEN CAPSULES for a dollar! They had cookies also and various CBD edibles for a dollar!!!  Great place Staff very sweet.  SHOUT OUT TO TOULA ,TOO

Everyone here is simply amazing.  They're insanely knowledgeable about the business & brands as a whole, they go above & beyond by looking out for what's best for the individual, and friendly AF.  If you're a stoner, if you haven't smoked since college, or if it's your first time - this is the place for you!

Great selection. Great budtenders. Great prices. Much cheaper than Med Men. Sign up for their once-a-week text messages that informs you of the specials for that day. They also have an "early bird" special Monday thru Saturday from 8a to 10a. 10% off your entire purchase. I been shopping here for several years and it has always been drama free and enjoyable. Give them a try.

I have been going to AHHS for years and have always loved the staff, until yesterday, when the security guard11/23/20 was extremely rude and dismissive to me and kicked me out. He did so because my license had expired recently and though I renewed hadn't received it in the mail yet. They always let me through no problem and never mentioned it, which I appreciate, because it is fact valid.This particular security guard stops me and says I can't purchase without a current ID, which I do understand.He said I could look for the proof on my phone and show him. I looked for it right near him and then he says I have to leave and look outside and not to come back until I have valid ID.I've been going to this place for years and to be unceremoniously kicked out as if I was done bum off the street was too much. I spend thousands of dollars there a year and when I returned today to address it, he didn't want to hear it, lied in front of the owner about and attempted to kick me out again. The owner intervened but shut the conversation down. If a customer has a grievance which they'd like to address so I can be heard and feel comfortable going there again and that's denied. I have no choice but to go elsewhere from now. Never had an issue with anyone else there ever, but the security guy - bad energy and rude. Can't go anymore. It's too bad everyone else is great. Cannot patronize a business that tolerates rude treatment of its staff. I could see the treatment had I been rude, but was not the case. Too bad.

GO ELSEWHERE, The prices are extremely overpriced especially with tax already. The manager Smitty is completely rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. The lazy bud tenders are not knowledgeable about anything and just try to sell you the most expensive product. This shop was cool years ago when they first opened in 2000 with pre ico license, the growing room, Bryd, Canned Weed Isla OG and the cashier in the back. Competitors was the pharmacy across the street only then AHHS was cool because you only had 2 shops in the area. Smitty is a dick don't even waste your time. Rip off and they carry tree from September we are in January. Lost my business AHHS Y'all Trash.

It's tough to put in words how awesome this place is. Went today for my first time and it's become one of my favorite spots. They have amazing products by some of the best vendors in the state. I love how the tax is all built in the pricing so no surprises. They even have a first timer deal of 15% which is getting rare! Most importantly they have some awesome staff that's knowledgeable about their products and tells you things about products a lot of other places wouldn't tell you (like the moisture of the flowers etc.) Thanks guys!!

Very nice selection of cartridges, knowledgable bud tender. Prices are not too bad, they had a great special of OG Kush for $20 an 8th...

The guy in the front desk is incoherent and rude. Maybe stop smoking so much during work hours? The selection is ok and products are pricier. Definitely will try another dispensary.  Too many in LA to compromise on service.

Great CS, clean. Straight to the point in and out. That's how it should be. Put 13 minutes in the meter. Had 7 minutes left.

This place sucks. First of all there is never any inventory and when there its random and never consistent. Just had a bad experience there with the rent a cop security at the front desk and the lady at the counter getting way too aggressive with me when all I was inquiring about is the Tuesday am Tincture and Tooical special they used to have. SMH. I tried to support smaller business but will spend the extra money on places like MedMen where i know I will her good service and not have to deal with over aggressive psychos in a 99 cent store environment.

It's a dispensary that I liked at one time. Not so much anymore. Everything changes and it appears this one has gone through changes that made it less of a cool local spot and more of an expensive less curated experience. They rotated out some bud tenders that were part of the original group and did it very cruelly. But that's life among bitchy women in LA)

Wow! I love this dispensary. Everyone is kind, helpful and they are very educated about their products. The prices are reasonable compared to others. Today I went in for my 88 year old grandfather who is terminally ill with cancer. They gave me a discount and it warmed my heart... forever. I am grateful and thankful for such compassionate people. The world needs more people like this. P.s. my grandfather was finally able to eat a little.

Great selection, decent prices, and friendly staff. Really what else can you ask for when visiting a dispensary? Oh I know, family oriented people who allow your child to sit in a safe and secured area while you choose your meds. They have daily specials, and a vending machine with pre-rolls. Oh and if you're lucky like I was, Dr. Dina might be the person who rings you up. I was brand new to the Cali dispensary world, and I am very grateful to the folks of AHHS, for being patient and walking me through the process. Great selection of edibles and concentrates. I will return any time I am in the Hollywood area. Thank you guys for your hospitality!

I'd stay away and will never return. The blonde budtender is unbearably rude and unfriendly, which put me off ever coming here again. What an awful thing to experience when picking up weed!In addition, this place is SO fricking overpriced. You'll get a better deal anywhere else, including two doors down.Stay away!

This place has uniformed help. The ATM does not work and their debit card machine is not functioning. What a terrible experience.  They wanted me to find an ATM and then come back. Instead I found a better caliber of dispensary.

The number one best herbal care provider in all of Los Angeles I am very happy to be a member with them ,they give me nothing but the best care and knowledge always!! I love them!

I have been here once and it was very enjoyable. Super friends staff and very good prices. As a first time visitor they were very generous with their gifts. I will certainly be going back!

Not the best prices or selection but the staff gets an extra star for being so great. And the goodie bag you get as a first time visitor. The best I've gotten so far! Thank you for introducing me to kiva bars, I will be forever grateful for that little nugget of joy.

I work in the area and needed to stop in on my lunch break for a few necessities. I found everyone there to be superbly friendly! A small shop, but lots of selections. I was very pleased with what I bought, also got a few extra goodies upon checking out. Will definitely return! Great place to go! Only downside is that they are not yet excepting credit cards. There's an ATM on site... Hope they take card soon... Hate that fee. Still a great place!

Just went here to try out some Isla OG. Super friendly staff, good products and wide selection. The prices are a tad higher than I'd like but the customer service makes up for it. Their one downfall is that the budtender is so damn gorgeous it's impossible to pay attention, you'll just get lost in her eyes. I can't even remember her name. All in all, I recommend a visit here.

The staff is extremely kind & helpful. I've only had positive experiences there and will absolutely continue to go back. 100% recommend going there for all your THC & CBD needs!!!

Poor selection, poor quality, poor attitude from budtenders. Lame atmosphere all around. This place thinks they can rip people off because the owner is the ditzy broad from Weeds. Never go to this shop!

This is the best dispensary! They are so knowledgeable on what the best strain is for your condition. I have chronic pain and insomnia and Toula, their kind manager, recommended a cbd oil that helped so much. I can sleep through the night, which is a miracle. She also hooked me up with some indicas, lotions and edibles that have helped my pain tremendously. They have the best selection and just really care about helping you, which I have not come across at any other dispensary. Jason, the owner, was also so kind and helpful. I remain loyal to them because they made a difference in my well being. I can't recommended them enough.

Just got my card yesterday and went in. My first dispensary ever. The security guard was very nice to me. I was buzzed in and given a raffle ticket. I told the girl I was new and she explained everything about everything for me. Prices are great and lots of edibles to choose from. I got what I needed plus a free goodie bag cuz it was my first time. SWEET! I will definitely be back!!!

Though I have not visited since I moved back up north, I absolutely plan to stop by next time I'm in LA. Though it doesn't have the fancy ambiance that a lot of dispensaries have these days, I have never found better bud than the stuff I got here  (their Super Sour Diesel is beyond words). Each strain is individually priced, and they go from pretty cheap to ridiculously expensive. It's nice to have options. I always remembered their flowers being stocked up, at least 15 strains at all times. They have a nice display case full of edibles, and while it wasn't the biggest selection I've ever seen, they had their bases covered with cookies, brownies, suckers, and truffles that were the BOMB. The red velvet was my favorite. OM NOM.It may feel like a bit of a janky business sometimes, and buttoned-up professionalism isn't one of AHHS's strong points, but if you're chill then they're chill. There's always old-school rap playing on the computer and the employees seem like they're just hanging out.I miss it :(

One of the best shops I've ever been to hands down. Friendly staff, excellent quality medicine, and reasonable prices. They have a huge selection of flowers to choose from, I counted more than 20 strains last time I stopped by. Recommend this shop to anyone who knows anything about quality medicine! Their Girl Scout cookies are on point, in a world filled with imitations it's comforting to know somebody still does it right.

AHHS is my Go-to dispensary...3 main reasons:In & out speedy/smart service, high quality meds, & their location. I've been to many different shops all over LA county,  by far AHHS has got the most streamlined "smartest" check-in / check$out...  After your first visit and you're a verified patient you can most times get in and out of there in faster then 5 min!Don't expect to see 30 different strains, but do expect what they do have to be high quality (usually at least one budget strain too)They're right across from whole foods parking lot in west Hollywood which is Also a Plus. So if,(like me;) you know what you want: Good quality, competitive prices, smart service...Check this dispensary out, it may just fit the bill for you too.

my search for ahhs began after watching the vice special on the real nancy botwin. after visiting a decent amount of clinics in socal, i will only recommend ahhs and a clinic that my cousin gets her meds from, depending on what area one might live in. i felt welcome in this place and the beautiful budtender taught me that it is actually sativas that have a stronger affect on appetite. i am very happy with their professionalism and the quality of meds. buy 3,   1/8ths and get one free!

The prices here are way too high for what you get. My first visit seemed cool, as they give you a pretty rad free goodie bag for first timers.But the vibe is very uneasy and awkward there. Nice and lovely budtender, creepy security guard and everyone is high out their minds. Not incredibly knowledgeable either.

I have been going here for 4 years now; and I smile going in and I smile going out! Tula and Gia have a special place in my heart! Jason and Dr. Dina very kind! Love their edibles and love this place, best dispensary in Los Angeles! If your getting edibles, my I suggestion would be a Giddy up granola bar, it's out of this world!! GREAT STAFF! GREAT PLACE!

First dispensary I had been to (now I have been to another). The difference was monumental. They know what they are talking about (I'm dealing with cancer). The Woman helping me was super patient while I tried to decide what route to take. The check in guy was super friendly as was the check out gal. The freebies were awesome. Already recommended people to go there and I will be back

Literally came in about 20 minutes after I got my referral, so had no clue what a lot of the stuff was. The woman who helped me (IM SORRY FOR FORGETTING YOUR NAME YOU WERE SO GREAT) was super friendly, informative, and patient with me as I was too excited to make any fast decisions. Prices were a little high, but so far I've determined the quality is top notch so quality+customer service completely make up for it. BIG FAN.

This was my first experience with a cannabis clinic and I was a little nervous about it.The staff was very friendly,  professional, patient and helpful.I have been a loyal customer now for about 9 months and I find their knowledge of the inventory to be very good and the prices lower or competitive with others in the area.5 Stars all the way around.

I have been to many dispensaries up and down california and this is one of my favorites! the 916 and the sour diesel are always the right way to go.they have a good selection of edibles as well. The staff is always very helpful and super nice... not to mention some of them are hot!!..

I LOVE A.H.H.S. they have an awesome selection of flowers, INCREDIBLE edibles, (especially the Bhang bars) and the staff, well, they're the best. friendly, great prices...feels like home to me.

Conveniently located in the heart of Weho my hood.  The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have.  My favorites are Juicy Gia, Sabreezey Sour Diesel, Dr. Seuss, LA Confidential and so many more. I highly recommend! BTW don't forget karaoke every Sunday where you can receive up to $5 for just singing a song.

This place is great, under new management, and in need of a new review.So far, this shop is my favorite in L.A. I am always in and out in less than 5 mins (if I want to be) and their strain variety has increased to over 50 types. Their prices are decent and they offer some really good bargain deals through their vending machine. The manager and employees are always friendly and it's always fun going in there.

This is the only place in weho to get your meds.  Byrd and Toula make this place the place to be.    There is no reason to go anywhere else.  The quality of product and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff make this my home.

She was super helpful and attentive to all my needs, she was willing to explain and answer every question I had while being professional. This is my favorite dispensary in the area. They are friendly, the most reasonably priced, and not trying to be anything other than a local dispensary (like cookies, for instance - which I also enjoy but the prices are crazy high). They have some of the best products that I've found on the market and the bud tenders always help me find something new if they're out of my faves! That said, they've also been great during the pandemic. I went this morning to pick up some 4/20 goodies and I received some cool swag in return. The guard is friendly and recognizes regulars. Overall, it doesn't feel corporate or stuffy and I love that!

The worst dispensary i ever been! Last time I been here i asked for a cartridge and it was broken inside, i went back to exchange and it was broken again, and after 3rd time exchange the quality of the weed was so bad quality and tasted bad! Worst than that is the attitude of everyone who works there, since you walk in is like they own you or something! And they close the register before 10pm that they usually have! Never gonna come back to this place! The worst dispensary I've been to in many years no doubt

This shop ripped me off. I asked their manager Smitty for a sativa pen. I pulled out cash and he sold me a cartridge that I didn't ask for. I specifically asked for a pen. I came back to get what I asked for and he refused to satisfy the customer. I came in with a request for a sativa pen and he sold me a cartridge I cannot use. I don't have time to be ripped off by anybody let alone lied to about what I came in for. If the provider isn't willing to satisfy their wrong doing, I have no problem going elsewhere to spend my money but i also am never too proud to post a review. I'm all about abiding by policy, but if you as a manager make a mistake and give somebody the wrong item, make it right or your business will suffer. I don't appreciate wasting money on something i didn't ask for in the first place and then dicked around about it when I am inconvenienced having to come back to correct your wrong. GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of reputable dispensaries that aim to provide quality service for their customer. Bad business and a bad manager. Fire this guy! Dudes unprofessional. Buying weed is supposed to be fun but also a relaxing experience. I'm sitting at home right now with a cartridge I didn't want and no ability to use it either. Unacceptable. Who ruins your evening like this? Such a disappointment! Pure trash this place. They also forgot our new customer discount. No freebies. Nothing. This place sucks!

I love that this dispensary is super clean especially since COVID is going around. Everyone in the store wears mask and they follow social distancing which is super important to me! I recommend having Chelsea help you on your visit, every time she helps me I am more than pleased with my meds and she is super easy to talk to.

This has been my go to spot for 2 years now. With several options in the area I keep coming back for the quality product, pricing and amazing staff. Byrd always has great recommendations, already knows what I shop  for and on point knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming and overall feels Covid compliant and safe during these crazy times.

I live around the corner from this place..and at first I didnt have the best experience and their manager upon reading my review reached out to me to resolve the issue...and boy were they amazing about it. I met the owner Jason who personally took care of and gave me a free delicious pre-roll as a peace offering.Needless to say this is my GO TO dispensary from now on....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They should try hiring people who don't hate their job. The guy with the tattoos and orange hair is extremely condensing and speaking to people as if he's ready to fight someone. Even the security guy was more relaxed and welcoming. What a terrible way to welcome first time customers. My party and I will definitely tell our friends not to come here.
