Some people complain about the way they experience at Truelieve. It's an unfortunate thing to have to wait but with this pandemic we can't be too careful. Truelieve is following state mandated orders. And considering what they have to deal with they are doing a fantastic job. Even with the wait I've never been there for more than an hour. People complain, and get bad reviews, it's just an unfortunate necessity that we all must go through.

Writing this review for the brand new location on Gandy. ABSOLUTE TRASH!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I wish I could give them 0 stars... literally sold me an empty container for $40.... won't answer my call at all. EMPTY! Absolute worst and horrendous customer service. AVOID!!! - edit*** after they "make things right" they throw in a $1 rolling paper after I have to drive 30 minutes back and wait at location another 25! Hardly making things right...

This is by far, the slowest dispensary in Florida. The staff can be hit or miss, some are friendly and helpful, others do not seem as friendly. The products are fine but it can take a good 8 hours for them to put your order together. Even when your order is ready, expect to wait another hour to be let inside.

Great place, great customer service, and great bud! The only complaints I have about the place, is that they are normally really busy and take a long to check out each person. Also I have noticed that the ground flower and minis used to have a much higher thc % and mgs. The price that they offer it at is so low that it's not a big deal though. Better than getting ripped off by curaleaf.

I just want to say I have never had any problems with Trulieve. They have the best prices and the flower is good.The staff is amazing, you get treated the way you treat people. They always went out of there way for me.There is ALWAYS a wait. That's because they are the best and everyone goes there's. Just be patient Shout out to Jade who did a great job explaining when the edibles will be available and going out of her way to see if something was in stock for me This is prime example of the amazing service I always get there.Even the security is awesome. I will always be a customer.

Trulieve, hands down best quality products valuable in the state. I've had my mmj card since 2017 and have been visiting Trulieve since then. I've seen the products evolve to where they are now and it's been quite an amazing journey. I started with the 250mg vape cartridges, moved up to the 600mg, then finally landed on my favorite, the 400mg co2 vape cartridges. They are by far the best tasting and effective vapes I've had to date. I've dabbled with other products such as the TruCrumble, TruClear and TruShatter. All excellent clean products with a nice variety of strains and potencies. Recently tried the TruFlower and the strains available are great. The flower looks and smells amazing and is of high quality. Prices for all products mentions are moderate to high, you do get what you pay for. I've tried other dispensaries yet find myself right back at Trulieve. Each dispensary has a product I enjoy, you just have to find what you like and medicates you to your needs. Make sure to take advantage of the first time patient discount!

I wish there were a less than one star rating option. My husband and I will never set foot in a Trulieve store ever again. The last time my husband and I went to this location, we were asked if we were together. We said yes so they let us go in and conduct our business together. This time, they said we cannot be together, we have to conduct our transactions separately, and then proceeded to throw us both out when I simply asked my husband how much cash he had on him and if he needed any of mine. There are no laws against a married couple conducting business together in a medical marijuana dispensary if they are both licensed, card-carrying medical marijuana patients (which you have to be just to be able to walk into the place). The staff was rude and condescending from the moment we walked in, even going so far as to make the smart-ass comment, "Why'd you even come in so close to closing time?" (We walked in about 5-10 minutes before close.) My response to that question is, "Why do you have operational hours listed on the door and website if you don't adhere to them?" These a-holes can go fornicate themselves and kiss the $300 we were about to spend goodbye. We will be Müv customers from now on. The big, tall, fat ginger guy who I guess is the manager (or thinks he's a manager) was the biggest douchebag of them all. He can pucker up and kiss the biggest, fattest, whitest part of my ass.

They are very disorganized and non-informative to their clients. Every time I have gone the wait time to pick up flower is at least 3 hours after your initial online order. Ordering online to be faster has lost its value, if you do not tell them within five minutes that you are on the way, you lose your spot in line and are put in the queue for another 40 mins. The staff is nice but the system on how the business runs itself is discombobulated. Would not recommend for first time buyers.

This location is the SLOWEST dispensary in the history of slow dispensaries.  6,8, even 10+ hours just to FILL your online order, then waiting an hour or longer at times once you get to the store and check in.  This has no say on their products or their actual person-to-person customer service, because both are relatively positive as far as I'm concerned.  Positive but nothing really outstanding. But honestly neither of those really matter anyway if you can't even manage to get what you want when you want it!  Who wants to wait half a day to get their product?!So, my advice would be to place yr order the afternoon/evening BEFORE you actually need it.  Or visit another location (or another dispensary if you have that option)that's not as busy.  I've been to other Trulieve locations and been in& out in 10 or 15 mins.  Also, their rewards point system sucks. ESPECIALLY compared to other dispensaries!!

TruLieve is the farmer's market of medical marijuana. Unlike their competitors, they actually expose the real name of the stains on offer. They also have pretty much every strain that you might be asking for (assuming it's Florida-approved). They deliver as advertised and do it quickly, simply and accessibly. Their equipment, though, SUX! I mean, like, really bad. With teeth, even. There may be a less-useful vape pen, but I haven't found it. Get a 510-compatible pen and ignore the one they try to sell you. Seriously, even if it's free, take a pass. It's dreadful.  The cartridges themselves are also... less than stellar. I've had about a 20% failure rate, where the carts simply did not draw with the TruLieve pen. Some (about half) of those did work on a pen from another company (the Ooze brand, if you care, or the Florida's Finest Adjustable from Surterra).So how did I get from bitchy complaints to three stars? The products are *exactly* as advertised, and the medical effects are very close to what Leafly and others will tell you. PEX (Pineapple Express) and SUN (Sunset Sherbet) are phenomenal. I have had less luck with the indicas; their 9-Pound Hammer is (sorry to use a non-quantifiable term), completely lame. Overall, though, the customer service and the hybrid/sativa lineups make this a strong option. Oh, speaking of which: The people who deliver are heroes. They have to drive around in BRANDED cars so that every mugger and robber in the vicinity knows that they have both "product" and lots (I mean LOTS) of cash. But even with that, they are uniformly friendly, helpful and concerned. I hope they get combat bonus pay!

Terrible! waited on the phone 30 mins to place a pick up order and then had to wait 45 mins to pick up the order how does that make sense never again. Plenty of competitions round to deal with these clowns.

Well, one more update (a month later).  Finally got a response from the company (after a little over ten days of waiting) with an offer of a one time discount of ten percent off an order. While my time might not be worth much to them, it is worth more than a couple of dollars to me.  So, I will continue to avoid their establishment, and will advise all the folks I have been walking through the MMJ card process to do the same.

I just tried the papaya cake and a pre-roll. Best Indica I've ever tried. Can you please make this in a true clear that would be fantastic it's better than granddaddy purple. I suffer from severe panic attacks and this works even better than the granddaddy purple so if you could please put this in 850 mg true clear thanks Trulieve

Shorted 2 grams on 2 1/8's of GSC.This has happened  4 times in last year.They charge me $53 each.They were mini buds, $27 each.Wow not only rip me off on quantity but ripped me off on price that should have been charged. I called and left a message and I wrote 2 contact letters directly to trulieve. Their manager has not returned my call nor my message. It has been 4 days since I contacted them.I have photographs and will pursue this matter. Wait till I show up in the store it's going to be exciting!

Trulieve offers the largest variety of flower that I've come across in any of the Tampa dispensaries. The customer service is typically great, especially Matt. He is so helpful and very friendly and provides an exemplary customer experience. During my most recent visit, Matt went above and beyond in making relevant suggestions and helping me choose the perfect product. During the checkout process there was a problem with his register. It was very busy as it was Saturday before Super Bowl, Matt was trying to find an open register to finish my transaction. As we approached the 1st register, Alex(andra) proclaimed "I'm not about to let you use mine." She then proceeded to stand there and play with her hair for 10 minutes as everyone else vigorously worked and assisted customers. I'm still giving 5 stars because I know Alex is a poor representation of the typical customer service. Perhaps she should shadow Matt and learn proper customer service skills! I would suggest ordering online as it can be pretty busy for walk ins. However the website isn't very user friendly and doesn't properly reflect local inventory.

Employees seem miserable and rude. Wait times are horrendous even though they have the most employees I have ever seen at a dispensary. I placed an order online which was canceled in less than 24 hours with NO communication or notification. This place is a joke. There are other options in the area, I will never go back here.

Was in and out.. I don't like that they don't have a can pay debit system. Instead you have to bring either cash or check. They do have a ATM available for a minimal fee. But be sure to be prepared.  The employees seem to know what they are talking about and there are some decent options. Depending on the individuals needs.

Despite the 2 star rating I'm going to give it I will say if you're the kind of person that doesn't care about the interactions up until POS , then this probably won't matter to you and you should swing by anyway. So I've been there twice and I don't think i want to come back a third , i might depending on how other dispensaries measure up in comparison , but I'll personally be seeking out other places in hopes of replacing this as my go to option. What i did like : the place looks and smells clean.  Packaging is cool.  The music choices aren't bad either from what I've heard so far in the waiting room.  Their flower is good quality, i haven't tried anything else yet. What i didn't care for : i felt rushed , and like i was a burden to those who were taking care of my order during both visits. Now i thought that could be just me taking it personally and being mad sensitive about something I'm creating in my head but nah both visits the people who helped us was kinda rude. Not very talkative , i felt like i was pulling teeth. It was the equivalent to texting that one person who's a super bad texter and gives you one word responses but claims they wanna talk to you - except in person. It was just awkward overall. I was really hoping for someone who had a slight bit of passion for bud tending. For example the gentleman who walked my partner and i to the back felt like more of someone i was praying to have as a salesperson. He asked me what i got before i left and told me the strain was top 5. Even that little exchange was super dope to me, compared to the persons that actually handled the sales who were more dry and left me with more questions than answers. It could be that those particular individuals were having an off day and maybe they were ready to go home , or maybe they needed a blunt idk but it was just completely sour for me. I wish they had more strains - sativa specifically. They had more indica during the times of my visit , that could just be how it was for that day though.

I've been a FL MMJ patient for about six months. I've been to the Tampa TL ten times or so as product is top two in the market and the location is close by. That was a mistake. I had a horrible experience my last visit, rude staff not helpful, not knowledgeable. I figured whatever, I'll give them another shot. Reluctantly. I came in on a Monday, and they were as busy as I expected. I was in a hurry, I had one hour and was a walk in. I decided what I wanted before arriving and after a 45 minutes wait in the lobby. My bud tender, Angel Iglesias, was by far and away the worst I've ever had. By a lot. He may have been new, having a bad day I don't know. I told him what I wanted, two syringes of 9# truclear. He pulled rso. At the time I commented "oh, weird did they change the packaging?" And angel said yes. He repeatedly made mistakes, I asked how the Mandarin compares to the 9#, and he snapped at me that they're it the same and when I started to say that I KNOW they're different. Angel snapped back at me that I was wrong. He made a mistake and had to start over. All in all I spent 45 minutes with angel. Late and frustrated, I eventually get home and fill my pod with the RSO and shortly after unsuccessful attempts to medicate, I realized this was wrong and did some research and realized he gave me the wrong item.I had to throw away that pod. I came back the next day, the manager swapped out my stuff. I was very upset with how I was treated. At the end of the day, you're dispensing medication. I understand being new or having a bad day, I get it, but customer service is so imperative and I refuse to accept unhelpful and downright RUDE TL employees nearly every single visit.I got my medicine but was unhappy to have to pay the difference in cost. I was mistreated, disrespected, and disregarded. I wasted my time coming back to fix Angel's mistake. At the end of the day the product is stellar, but not worth the hassle. I hate to give up on them, I wanted so bad to love Trulieve. Because of this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will continue to share my experiences with this company on my social media and in person whenever relevant.

It was my first time in the store today (and my first time in a medical dispensary ever), and I have to say I was blown away by how great the staff was. The young guy at the front desk was super friendly and easygoing. I was surprised at how short a time I waited for a walk-in appointment. Then I had the unrivaled privilege of working with Stephanie (her purple hair was beautiful)! She was absolutely lovely: super knowledgeable of the product, positively enthusiastic, and remarkably friendly. She helped me find exactly what I needed in no time at all. I will definitely return. Would not recommend. Customer service is rude.... this location always fumbles the ball. I'm here again to edit my review because this place sucks this bad. No point in checking in putting your order. It takes 7 hours to fill the order and when you show up you have to sleep in your car like everyone else in the parking lot for the next hour and a half. This place sucks balls so much. Please go to another location for your sanity. They give zero fooks

Tampa Trulieve has the largest variety and selection of products available in the Tampa area. There may be a wait but it's because they're the best! The curators are all very knowledgeable. Cristina and Pierce are both especially helpful!

I was skeptical visiting Trulieve due to some reviews,  but once I arrived at the location and entered the building I was greeted immediately.  Customer service at its best is all I can say.  Smiling faces and very organized.  I ordered online and was escorted to the dispensary where my order was all ready with everything I ordered.  I was helped by a very nice lady that was very knowledgeable and friendly.  I had a smooth transaction and happy with what I purchased.  I definitely will be a repeat customer.  There is not one bad thing I can say about Trulieve!  Great people and great products.

My Cannabis doc told me to go to Trulieve instead of Suterra which is right down the street from me. I have to travel a little further , but it's worth it. Run more like a legit medical service instead of a spa. More knowledgeable Budtenders and more options.And they were quite patient with me. It's a lot to take in and figure out. Shout out to the Wonderful Nicole!

I highly recommend this location as well as the New Port Richey location. Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Wide variety. A well oiled machine. Waits for walk-ins are not too bad but I recommend ordering online...you walk right in! The environment is comfortable and welcoming. Come by even if you don't have a medical card...the folks in the lobby will be able give you information on the application process. However, this is one of the few locations that does not have a MMJ doctor next door. This probably won't be a concern for long!

One of those great places where they remember your name . Best prices and knowledgeable staff who really have a grasp on the culture as well. This is turning out to be my favorite spot and my son as well. He has epilepsy and there product is very helpful I can't wait till the flowers are okay and this place will rock even more. Before müv opened Trulieve was all I had and I had no idea the difference between middle and top shelf. I definitely prefer and recommend müv over Trulieve for several reasons but if you only care about cost/products and not political or health aspects then you'll find some Trulieve products effective. That's my opinion.

Not Colorado but still quality products and nice staff. Dale Mabry store shockingly was quickest store in the state. Orlando slow wait times getting in. Very medical environment and professional. The true flower is great but it is crazy how it is packaged and seems excessive. Happy new prop is passed so they can let people be making their own judgment about smoking or vaping etc.

I placed an online order and received a confirmation number with a message that they would email me when the order was ready. Four hours later! No email, no text. OK so I will go online and use the chat button. Nobody home. Nothing there. All right so I will call them. I went through the prompts and then after listening to music for almost an hour I hung up and drove to the store. One person in the waiting room. One or maybe two customers in the dispensary area. At least seven or eight employees standing around. I asked what happened and all I got was an argument and a bunch of excuses. We had over 100 orders, they opened a new dispensary and all of our employees went over there, we are understaffed, etc. etc. I said 40 million people are unemployed and you can't hire help? So once I was there, they did the order and I was out of there in eight minutes. That just doesn't make any sense. Who is managing this place? Or is anyone? Last time I was there, their system was broken and it took me five hours! Ridiculous. I think from now on it's worthwhile to drive over to Clearwater. There were two employees there, very friendly, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This is not rocket science people. You ought to have the hang of it by now.

I've always had issues with anxiety along with constant pain from GI issues when I started visiting Trulieve. I have to admit to gaining some type of relief from using their products but always had problems. The problems being solved but never without an argument. They're vape pens clog and stop working and if you make that known to them or as they say "return to much" they just add you to a "DO NOT RETURN" list. They don't make you aware you are on that list instead they embarrass you after your transaction is completed. They will not accept even items THEY THEMSELVES OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON. That is why I will never visit another Trulieve location again.

Although Trulieve is the most expensive, their products are first class for the most part. Their employees are great but, I am extremely disappointed there is a lot of negative feedback from former employees concerning treatment, pay, breaks, and upper management! Trulieve could really skyrocket - YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE THE KEY TO SUCCESS. Thus only 3 stars for now.

I will explain and leave it up to you to make a judgement call regarding this store. It was my first time as a brand new medical mj user. The store was nice enough. It took a few minutes, and they put me with a young salesman. He seemed nice enough. You get $75 off of an order of $150 or more, as a new medical marijuana card carrier. I chose four items, and not being really great at numbers, I asked him to give me the total on what these would cost, to see if I had reached my $150. He types on his calculator and showed me I was at $145. Ok, so, I went ahead and ordered another $60 shatter which now puts me at $205. He subtracts the $75 from that (because I am a new user) and that puts me at $130. I take my credit card out and he says "cash only". OK, well, you got an ATM? I asked. There was one out in the hallway, and they charged $3.50 to withdraw money. I went and got $140 (machine gives $20's) expecting to get $10 change. I walk back up to counter with the money and he says "Oh, I didn't add it correctly. The pre-discounted amount was actually $220. That puts the cost, after the $75 first time discount at $145." Well, now I am short $5, and have to go back out to the machine again, spend ANOTHER $3.50 to withdraw more money so I can pay him. I then pay him, grab my bag, walk to the car, and quickly realize that his "error" caused me to purchase extra stuff which could have waited (because, remember, I am trying to hit $150 so I can get the $75 discount) you know why???...turned out the original 4 items I chose added up to ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS, 10 more than I needed to get the discount!! I didn't even need to buy the extra item I had purchased!!! So, yeah, maybe just a math mistake, but I say beware and calculate your stuff out in your head, because I can see how they could make a scam out of this to sell more stuff. It also makes them double the money on the ATM fees if they "miscalculate" the price on a lot of new customers, who then have to go to their ATM again and withdraw more money at $3.50 a pop. BUYER BEWARE.

Jimmy helped me out today, unfortunately they were out of the 1:1 that I was looking for, but he helped me find a few alternatives that I'm hopeful will help me. Having gone through the long expensive path to obtain my FL MMJ card, I began to try various dispensaries in the state, resulting in little success in treating my chronic pain and a lot of expensive product tossed in the garbage.  This week however I decided to give Trulieve (Dale Mabry / Tampa) a try and SO glad I did!Trulieves appearance is clean and professional with ample parking, as well as being completely ADA compliant (Bonus:  Very comfortable chairs in the waiting room!).  After signing in, I sat down and heard my name called in less than two minutes.  After being escorted to the "back room" where the actual medicine is dispensed, I was lucky enough to have been greeted by Nicole Hineline.  Nicole was extremely helpful and calmly answered the myriad of questions I had and was spot on when recommending products to me.  She really seemed concerned about treating my unique condition and not just tossing the highest THC strain they had in stock at me.  On top of her extensive knowledge, Nicole's positive attitude was infectious, a refreshing change in what I had dealt with elsewhere (and if you are reading this Trulieve, give this girl a raise!).I got home and immediately tried the products, first was the Truclear Dos-I-Dos, WOW!  The vaper tasted terrific and I felt medicated within 6 draws and 30 minutes, the couchlock on this strain however is INSANE, make sure you are in for the afternoon.  Next was the 9lb hammer, which was yet another stellar recommendation.  This strain had a slightly burnt taste (maybe it was just my pen?), but from a pain management perspective, this stuff is a POWERHOUSE, gently numbing the pain as it relaxes and numbs your entire body, giving your mind a peaceful vacation from the constant barrage of pain.  This is one of those "take before bed" strains as well (especially if you have a low tolerance) so go low and slow with it.  After using Trulieves products for about a week, I was already able to reduce my opioid intake by more than A THIRD!  (That's a ton of pills!).  Bottom line, not all dispensaries and products are created equally, so make sure you shop around to find the product that works for you and your condition.  Hope everyone has a pain free day!

this place is alittle crazy but never had any issue.place an order a couple of hours later I get a text that my order is ready to be picked up.But all in all never been to a medical dispensary that was a little crazy.When I place my order they always have my order correct with out any problems.the people who work there are okay .It is my go to dispensary.thier is another dispensary just around the block from my home but they hardly ever have any flower.NOW that's a joke.

Started at the Clearwater location. Coming from Pasco  County I was pleased to have one open in New Port Richey. I bought a Mystic Vaporizor and after about 3-4 months it stopped working. Went back to the store to purchase another. I was told that it was under warranty.I bought it anyway as I didn't have the old one with me.  It's been 6 mos and it failed again. Because it's not a purchase, I can't order on line. So, I went to the NPR store only to be told I'd have to wait  30 min. I explained that I cannot sit in your chairs and it's extremely painful for me to stand. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked for any way to expedite and was told that wouldn't be fair. I said it wasn't fair to have to come back twice for a defective product. Not to mention that I have had 4 plus defective cartridges. The pins fall out. I was told I just need to put it back. Well all I truly need to do is go elsewhere! They have seating that is way too low! Hello! You cater to people who are in pain! It's not fun to have to stand because your seating is HORRIBLE!! While waiting I heard many customers complain that the system is horrible! I've been to Knox and it ran much more smooth! I have a vaporizer from them that has never had a problem!

My first visit was disappointing.  This medical marijuana dispensary almost everything is mixed with cbd.  Which means the cbd cancels out the thc.  So why buy it? Cbd works well, but it does nullify thc.  They tell you to take cbd if you have too much thc.  I'm in a lot of pain and I need stronger.  I had a medical card in Washington state before they went recreational.  I think if I had only this I would like it.  Since I've seen a better system in Seattle, I don't like this.  I really don't care for it.  I purchased a vape pen with a strong cartridge.  They only take cash.  Which I didn't know.  I had to use their atm which had a huge fee. I will never use it again. The bottle that contained the cartridge (see photo)was in a while cardboard. The. cartridge was severely over packaged.  What about the environment? Also once I got home and charged the vape.  I found out it was butane.  In Seattle they encourage you not to buy butane.  It's bad for your health.  In Florida they don't care about your health.  I would not have purchased this had I known it was butane.

Trulieve carries themselves with a "too big to fail attitude" which I'm sure will catch up with them in time. At this point they do have an advantage in terms of product selection, and possibly a very minimal cost saving benefit (a few dollars).Every time I order from here it is a fiasco. I'm sure I will receive an "oh no! Contact our customer service team via this email" response to my post, which is of course too little too late when they should be hiring a better operations manager and putting customer service at the forefront of their business operation, not behind the profit.What to expect:When placing an online order, you should expect to wait 24+ hours before your order is actually confirmed. After your receive a text message day(s) later that your order is ready for pickup you head to the dispensary. Upon arrival you are greeted by a staff member (33% chance of receiving a friendly greeting), and asked if you are a walk-in. You reply that you have an online order ready for pickup. The staff member takes your telephone number and informs you of a wait time of 1-2 hours?! For a product pickup? Really So now you wait in the parking lot in your vehicle for an hour or two after driving 45 minutes from Brandon when your product is sitting in a bag waiting for you! A "here's your sign" moment--If you are constantly running behind, are understaffed, and having wait times of several hours--maybe it's time to hire and schedule more staff... or at least rework your systems to maximize the staff and intake of customers you do have. Hello!

My experience with trulieve has been well worth it.  The products are the best!  It's taken me months to figure out the perfect combo of meds to help me.  I've been up and out of bed for over 7 months now.  Every day I'm out of bed!  That's amazing considering I was in bed most of the past 6 years.  I will never stay in bed for that long again.

As a first time patient I definitely had a bunch of questions about how everything works. Both Jordan and Colton went above and beyond to help me with any and every little thing I needed.  Both employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and just as excited as I was .Without a doubt I am coming back Definitely ask for them if you need anything

This company constantly puts up promotions and "special" offers they don't have ANY inventory to support . All locations have zero availability for any of the products listed in the promotion . Trulieve makes a habit of luring you in with products they don't have any intention of stocking or canceling orders last minute without informing the clients they are unable to fulfill the order to up sell you on more expensive products when you arrive for pickup. This company obviously does not have any respect for the community they are serving.

Fairly decent med list, but good luck getting by the incompetent, disrespectful angry plump round faced receptionist.I placed an order 3 hrs before just going to the dispensary to pick it up because I received nothing saying it was done. Staff  had an adversarial overworked attitude. I was told to sit down and wait my turn....wait a minute, i placed an online order 3hrs ago, you admit not everyone got an 'order ready' email and you want me to wait?One hour later and increasingly more angry conversations with the receptionists, I asked to see a supervisor.Lol. He ended up kicking me out because I commented to him 'nice customer service' was.Go anywhere but here!!

Everytime I come here the staff is in a terrible mood. Chelsea is super rude and dramatic. Complaining about how she has to spend her own money for patients and employees to wear masks. Probably won't go back to any trulieve ever again.

(They're selling moldy flower) Wow. I'm speechless. The lack of integrity this establishment is beyond comprehension. This the McDonald's equivalent of the Tampa medical MMJ scene. Quality is the flower is pathetic let alone the extracts made from their lesser quality. On top of that, the manager (precious white girl) will ask you to pull up your mask when she herself isn't covering her nose. This is corporate cannabis at its finest & it's absolute trash. If you trust these fools with your smoke, what you choose to put in your lungs, not only do I feel sorry for you; but I shame you for supporting folks who have no skin in the game besides an $85 million license to let them play.

They should be consistent with their mask policy. If you are going to enforce it,provide masks. Couldn't get my medicine tonight because i forgot my mask. They asked me to put a plastic bag on my face. What kind of nonsense is this.

Review after my first two visits:My first visit in, I was greeted by a friendly staff and was checked in promptly where I waited for less than 5 min in their lobby before being brought over to the checkout room.Sam was the cashier I had for my first visit; she was super knowledgeable and was able to fill me in on all of the promotions/rewards available to me.  This was a huge plus as a first time customer.Brandon was the cashier for my second visit and was just as great as Sam; very friendly and packed up my order quickly. He even reminded me that they were giving away a free pre roll just for coming in today-- score!Looking forward to coming back due to my great experiences so far with Brandon & Sam @ Trulieve!

I just started using Trulieve and only use the Busch Blvd location. The staff there is more than friendly, and the whole office has a positive vibe feel when entering and leaving. I've come into contact with quite a few of the employees over the past few months, and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. I never get the feeling that a non THC user is looking down on me with contempt while I am making my purchases. I will continue to shop this location as long as the staff keeps up the great work!

I’ve been coming here weekly for the past year or so to start off. Today I placed an online order at 3pm roughly on a Thursday. I received a notice that it was ready at 7:21pm (over 4 hours later). So I rushed over and was originally okay with it, even though they did it hours later right before closing (8pm). I then showed up to wait in line and be told I can’t get my order since I didn’t check in which it never said I have to EVER (at 7:50pm). So they denied me at the door after rushing 40 minutes in traffic to pick up my order that was placed at 3. The girl upfront was completely non genuine. I told her how we came this far and YOU GUYS sent me the text my orders ready. She didn’t seem to care at all and told me people drive an hour away was her response. Then I said fine I’ll write a review, her response was “you can feel free to do what you want” with her nose hanging out of her mask not on. So here I am doing so. And no I don’t want a 10% discount for driving this far paying a premium. This isn’t the first time having an issue at this location, that’s why I’m writing this now.

Yes it's a dispensary, yes they have decent prices. But the way that it is Run, leaves much to be desired. The Atmosphere can be Extremely Tense at any time, and that's the LAST thing I'm looking for when going to the dispensary. Other spots may cost more, BUT I'll pay more for a WONDERFUL experience. ANY DAY. The Genetics are Basic and have been available to the "Heads in the Know" for Decades now. They were the first, But I believe that others Have Stepped up to fill the gaps left by the way they Run. It's still a spot to go. But if you do as much ordering online, you'll find they're not close to what's in stock AT ALL. With over a Year into the program one would figure out a better way to deal with patients. THERE ARE OTHER TRULIEVE'S THAT HAVE JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER GENETICS! AND THEY'RE RUN PROFESSIONALLY. THIS LOCATION HAS MUCH IN THE WAY OF "GROWING UP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE" Industry. THE OTHER LOCATIONS GET IT AND DON'T PLAY GAMES.

Went to the 8701 N. Dale Mabry location this afternoon for my first ever dispensary visit. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and most of all patient (this wasn't just my first dispensary visit - this is my first experience with the leaf ever). I was referred to their specialist, Dante, who was super helpful and attentive to both my specific needs and questions. None of the employees will look down your nose at you if you are a complete newbie to any of this; in fact, I get the feeling they rather enjoy it because they know it's yet another person they are able to welcome into the fold. I picked up some edibles, tincture oil, and a couple pre-rolls to start out with. I will definitely come here again for my next round of product.
