I am a frequent shopper. I love the staff they all greet me with a smile and know my name. The staff are always so helpful with any questions or concerns. The product is great! I use several different products and they are very very good quality. Once my oil pen leaked and they educated on the proper way to handle the oil so no leaking. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Awesome staff! Always remembers me by name and are knowledgeable on their products! So far only had one error with where they'd logged the wrong amount purchased on my medical profile, emailed them and got a response in under 24 hours. Good products and discounts, and more of a variety coming!

Buying my medicine from this place was fast and easy. The staff was very nice and knew how to help me. With a great first time patient discount you can get a bunch of things for under 100 dollars. I would highly suggest the concentrate syringes and the 28 dollar eighth's of flower that they offer. As a seasoned smoker I tried their "Blue dream" loose flower that was well worth the 28 dollars that you spend. "Blue dream" from liberty offers hints of blueberry and smokes great with "Raw Hemp Papers". As a fan of all things cannabis I was led to their 1 gram syringes of concentrate which they had a variety of strains to choose from. One of the strains they offer for their hybrid line is "Super a5" also known as "Neville's haze". This concentrate tasted great when vaped giving me a strong grounded earthy flavor with a nice back flavor of berry. Warning! Dont dab a bunch because you will most likely not like the concentrate taste. Note this is not really meant for full and half gram dabs out of a rig. Overall my experience was on point and I would highly suggest this place to anyone who likes flower or concentrates.

I am a first time participant in the MM scene. I first went to another dispensary in North Tampa. My experience was horrible. Inflated prices, faulty products, and many items out of stock.I then learned of Liberty Health sciences in South Tampa (in a beautiful location, right next to my skin doctor)! I have been there twice, and have been overwhelmingly pleased. Customer service is top shelf. I personally dealt with Jordan. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant, and customer oriented.They seem to have the best prices around. They also offer a 25% discount to Vets!!I strongly recommend this dispensary!Roberto L

Wow I don't know where to start, the physical building if you can call that a building which is a room in the hallway about the size of a closet. The people they were very nice I will give them that they will not let you look at the product which is not surprising because it's terrible for the money it's still terrible I will never be going back to this place ever again in my entire life I got 3/4 of an ounce for $93 which averages I believe $15.50 an eighth and I still believe that I got ripped off the blue dream is halfway decent The super 85 or whatever they wanna call it I don't even know if that's weird I don't know if it qualifies as cannabis it's terrible truly terrible I wouldn't wish it on anyone on the other hand the blue dream is not bad but would never buy again will never go to this pharmacy ever again they are just really bad compared to Trulieve Müv and every other place I've been to the experience has been way better this is shady like an back ally transaction. Plus their percentages are terrible and that's why you can't see the bud because it looks so bad maybe it's a regulation or something but I know other places that have samples that you can smell and see with the Monical I've seen other reviews were people of gotten wet but mine are dry and Crystalle and look very nice but don't get the job done I'm really sorry because the The price is very nice but I will never be going back to this pharmacy ever again sorry Liberty you guys let us down

This place had the worst customer service I have ever seen. I recommend everyone else go anywhere else. Trulieve, Knox, etc. their products break and they have no desire to help the customer get their medication even if their product malfunctions or breaks.

I bought near $500 worth of products here.  The pills and cream were good, no complaints.  However, all three of the Aphria vape products that I bought failed before I could use them up.  One cartridge started leaking oil out the bottom, a second one just won't work no matter what I do, and the disposable CBD vape pen died before I could use all the medicine.  I did email the company and received zero response.  The prices are also higher here on the majority of the products.  Trulieve definitely has them beat.

Worst experience I have ever had. Drove from Land O Lakes to try out this store and when arrived was informed by the person behind the desk that the systems are down and he has no idea when they will be up and this happens very frequently. Told us we could come back or call but we live 40min away. He is giving timeline of like 90 min wait or you can just leave and come back. He also has no idea how to troubleshoot the issue by calling main office or support line. All he knows is that he can't help anyone. Really disappointing the customer service as it's one thing the systems are down but the way this store is handling it is very poor customer service with little to no idea what to do.  Maybe better training or support from Liberty is required for this staff to be successful.  Liberty Health needs to get this sorted out or they won't be selling much at this store. I have seen them turn away at least 10 People. New update, Went back after an hour and half to get my product and when I got there Chris informed me he sold all the products that i secured to other people instead of holding it for me.  I can't even explain how bad this experience was. I actually have 100K in stock in this company which I'm selling first thing tomorrow as I can't believe this service.  The main person that was an issue unprofessional and down right rude was Chris and he was awful to deal with no customer service capability what so ever

This a healthy , hardy flower. If your into Sativas then you found the place. The holy grail of Sativa.

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices and quality are excellent. If the S. Tampa location isn't near you head over to the MLK location across from St. Joe's hospital. It mirrors this location.

My favorite place staff is super friendly professional. What has had me coming back is that they know the products and what can help your needs. I'm extremely happy with the oral oil and always stocked on the flower which are all very good. Thank you.

My very first order of the vape pen would not work.  I drove back to Liberty Health Center the next day and the exchanged the bad battery with one that worked.  So when I got the pen working it seemed to be leaking THC tar all over the battery connection, and on the mouthpiece.  The tar is actually a resin and very sticky, attracting dust and dirt out of nowhere.  It is also hard to clean up requiring the use of acetone to remove.I tried Liberty Health Center on 3 separate occasions, (Not counting the visit to get the original battery exchanged) and 2 different locations. All of the cartridges leaked no matter how clean I kept the connection.  The also all seemed to be very hard to draw from.  All in all the staff was friendly at both the Tampa and Winter Haven locations, but sadly the product is inferior and they should very much consider upping their game.

The cartridges are garbage, they leak and the parts get clogged up so that you can't even draw out the vapor!  It takes so much work to get it unclogged it's not even worth it. I bought a full cartridge 2 weeks ago and after 3 times a week use its nearly empty!  I'm taking it back tomorrow and expect a refund or exchange. The disposables are no better. I bought 3 and two of them stopped working before they were empty. I've had better experiences at Trulieve.

By far one of the best dispensaries in Florida! After trying out several dispensaries in the Tampa area, this is the best one I've found! At first I couldn't find the location but it's inside the main building first door on the right. Best bang for your buck, kind of place. The staff members are always welcoming and informative, all my questions and concerns are always answered. I self-medicated before getting my medical card so I was always used to street weed and the quality of flower I got from other dispensaries (Trulieve) did not match or beat the quality of the street bud I was getting until I came to Liberty Health Sciences. The quality of their flower products is amazing. I would recommend Banana Cream Cake and Ice Cream Cake - well worth the $50 an eighth (3.5gs) charge. I also like the Banana OG ($40 for 3.5gs) / Super A5 ($40 for 3.5gs) / Blue Dream ($33 for 3.5gs) they're all 20% THC or higher. Definitely give it a try if you haven't yet!

I went in a few days ago for the first time to buy something small.. I was informed by the lady and the man working there that I had a first time discount.. i figured I could use the discount anytime I want like at truelieve... today I go in to find out there is no discount because I didnt use it on the first purchase... save time AND stress and just go to TRUELIEVE or GROWHEALTHY...

Since their expansion in the Tampa area. Their dispensary has improved. I noticed they also added a nice rewArds system to help patients get free product once a certain amount is spent.  Who doesn't enjoy being rewarded for things you were going to by anyways? I think liberty has the best distillates. I've tried concentrates from all the dispensaries and you would think they all were created equal. But there not! They have a easy online ordering system and I'm always in and out with Ease. No waiting in long lines at this location. Also, if you get your script from tetra health centers.  You automatically get 10% off on their products. Yayy!!!

This is a hole in the wall type dispensary. There is a reason I never shop at Liberty Health Science. Their customer care is bottom tier. I thought I would give them another chance and stood in line. They allowed some random guy cut me in line. Bye.

The support staff in there is awesome. Jordan always remembers me by name, and the security guard Sheqoya (sorry if I butchered the spelling) is very friendly. To be honest, it's makes the transaction seem safer knowing there is an armed guard keeping an eye on things. Product selection is not as plentiful as some of the other dispensaries, but it is high quality and I'm happy with the customer service. I do recommend staying away from the aphria vape cartridges, stick to PAX brand and you'll be very happy.

This company as a whole is amazing. I frequent 3 of their stores regularly and have never had anything but a great experience at all of them. You will never meet friendlier or more knowledgeable staff than at LHS. The products they sell are phenomenal as well.

I went when there was a sale. Got 3 of their best Honey carts and a gram of banana og wax for under $100 Couldn't believe it.

This is a pretty good dispensary to visit it's not my top one or two but there are some standout products that I completely would recommend getting here. If you're going to be visiting Liberty health science I totally recommend picking up some PAX vape pods the granddaddy purple and Skywalker are highly recommended in my book. The lemon and grass line of tinctures and topical products are a great go-to for my day-to-day well-being. This is one of the more expensive places to get tinctures and topicals but you can sometimes find a great sale.
