I LOVE Fluent! First I'd like to say the building they are in is BEAUTIFUL! Especially with the Oak trees all around. But that's besides the point. I have been going there for a month now and Pearson, who has been my  AWESOME curator, is EXTREMELY helpful and so nice with answering all my questions!!! When I go in the entire staff is friendly and welcoming!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent service!  Great product for a fair price compared to other dispensaries.. and I really like the chic packaging!  Also love their batteries, small and discreet with a lot of power.

My favorite dispensary in Tampa! I've been to a couple others but this one always has the best stuff. The people there are great too and they always have promos!

This was my first visit to a dispensary and I was somewhat lost, Anthony Alt was awesome. In the waiting room Mr. Alt and Mr. Killian made small talk with me to help me adjust to this new situation and were very kind and welcoming. After my paperwork had been completed Mr. Alt explained all the different products and how they could help me. I was very impressed by the level of knowledge of each item and its effect. The staff was professional at all times yet related to my needs and I feel that I got the best possible product because of them. I will definitely be back to this location and hopefully both Anthonys receive praise for their wonderful hospitality and extent product knowledge.

This is the best dispensary in Tampa. The staff are consistent and knowledgeable, but most of all--FRIENDLY!There are other dispensaries in Tampa that even after placing an online order you may have to wait several hours before picking up your product. I've never had that issue here. I've always been in and out within 10 minutes.The product might be slightly more (by a few dollars) that you may find at some other larger dispensaries (not going to give them any free business, but those that know, know--some of the other have awful customer service and wait time)Fluent is truly the "Apple of dispensaries" in terms of the look and feel of the branding. You won't be disappointed!

I love the atmosphere at this dispensary the staff is always happy and polite and eager to help with anything they can. The products are always top of the line and with the specials they have regularly its affordable pricing. I WISH THEY WOULD BRING ONE TO BRANDON SOON!!

Hands down, the best dispensary in Tampa. Everyone in the location is super knowledgeable, friendly & go the extra mile to make you truly feel welcome. The rewards program as well as the weekly/daily discounts are incredible! Inside is modern/trendy & smells incredible. The products offered are ALWAYS FRESH (no matter your preference of partaking) & make you want to come back for more! You are missing out if you aren't shopping here.

I am new to this but Tiffany was great.  Reading everything on websites is one thing but a whole other thing when you can talk to someone who knows and has compassion.  Great first time experience.  I'll be back.

Their medical flower thc is terrible and overpriced. Their vape cartridges are ok, but other local dispensaries have better quality products. In addition they are more expensive than other local shops and some of their staff have a snobbish heir about them. Curaleaf a few blocks down is MUCH better.

My first time in a dispensary and it was extremely easy. Everyone was helpful and I felt well taken care of. Its a new business so there are gonna be some bumps in the road but I didn't notice any. Will be back. Thanks.

This is by far the most boring non progressive dispensary in Orlando area.?They have the same tasteless crap they had when they opened. Effectiveness of product is just Ok and taste is even worse. You were great when you were the only sheriff in town, but now your products are  antiquated! Trulieve, Surterra and Curaleaf rock!

Much faster service if you order online. Good product and great specials. Plenty of parking very conveniently located. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Well I've given them several chances but they really need customer service training. My first negative interaction was around a leaking cartridge. It coated the inside of a pocket in dress slacks. $90 of product lining my pants pocket. When I brought in to the store they said it should never have been in my pocket. The cartridge must be always in its packaging when not in use. Since it was in my "pocket", they wouldn't replace it. Right. Today I stopped in to buy my monthly meds and my vape battery/controller hasn't been working right. The clerk couldn't get it to work properly. She showed it to the manager. He said it was working fine and they would not replace it. When she came back to me, I asked her to show me how to get it to work. She couldn't get it to work!  She tried several times. I said if I can't get it to work, and you can't either, it must be defective. It was at this point she offered me a $2 discount to be a replacement. Well I'm done, not returning again.

I have gone to this dispensary several times. Two weeks ago on my last visit the company had ran out of a specific product that I wanted to try. The manager told me he would put me on a call list as for when they get the product, he would call me. Today I called the call center to inquire about this product and was surprised to learn that the location in question has had a supply for sometime and just has not gotten around to calling me yet. I placed a complaint with the call center which told me they would be notifying that specific store manager and if he had not given me a call by 4 PM to call the call center back. If a medical facility tells a patient that requires the medication That they will call the patient and do not do so, something is very wrong with that, it's medication people need it

I highly recommend purchasing medical marijuana products from Fluent.  They are high quality, wide variety, and they've recently lowered their prices! Their staff is wonderful, very welcoming, and knowledgeable.

I had a lot of respect for KNOX Medical till recently when suddenly they stopped a product I was vaping.Then they introduced a variety of faulty vape cartridges.Some had even leaked before use.Well then the saga gets good.After a while the cartridges stop working.You can huff and puff,nothing will happen.I complained to them and was lectured that the liquid in the Cartridge needs to be warmed up.Addition help to warm them is to place them in a hot towel,sit and wait.Then try it out.Well all this nonsense of theirs led to them saying send us a photo of product etc.This too was done.They were so nice...They told me that other then the advice given they could not replace,refund or repair their product.So after spending over $300 a month these people tell you to get lost.Folks there are plenty of other outlets.Patronise those.They give you great discounts.Knock Knox out!!!!

I love Knox,but they have a very low inventory of late, and stay out of stock for a long time. It sucks to find something that works medically, and then not being able to get it again.

all of these people posting on here are absolutely crazy and know nothing about marijuana!!Fluent has by far the best whole flower around. and their carts the blacks cartridge.  are the strong one that work. and I know for a fact Polaris aka grand daddy purp. is so fire. and is always over 90%thc.. I have been going here for a year now. Fluent and their employees are always on point.  very friendly, knowledgeable. this place never disappoints!!

If the Lake Worth location is evidence of how they run and staff their other Knox locations, I would say they certainly know their business and staffing.  Everyone was pleasant each time I visited; the lobby is comfortable, stylish and clean as was the rest of area.  They deserve each star.

So the only reason they are getting two stars is because when we went here for the first time Max was super polite and explained things really well, but that's where the good times ended.  Our first time we were told that the cartridges are guaranteed so if for example it stopped working or developed a leak they would replace it for free (you still must have the mg's available in your prescription which they failed to mention at the time), so we left happy with our new purchases.  We only bought a little to try out the different strains (and because they were out of a lot) and figured we would try delivery next as they told us they offered free delivery and that they had more in stock.  A few weeks later I went ahead and ordered over the phone as now we knew what we wanted and again they were out of a lot of different products but I picked a few I wanted to try, they scheduled the delivery, and everything went smooth or so I thought.  My wife then tried to order over the phone a week later and they now charged a delivery charge OK so we went into the dispensary.  When we tried to order they told me I was out of the inhalation portion and only had the oral left which was weird cause I was ordering evenly the whole time and come to find out my delivery was "logged" wrong (dispensed incorrectly) and they had used up my prescription doing so.  So we had to wait for a manager (who was just chatting away) to come over and try to tell me sorry you have to call your doctor and add more.  What? you messed up and I have to fix it? Eventually they called the delivery side and fixed it after an hour and a half of excuses.  So on to our last and final time of ever going here again.  Remember when I mentioned they told us they Guarantee?  Well we had two cartridges leak, one all over my wires purse and ruin it.  So we brought the defective products back to have them replaced and show that they were defective and what happens?  By the way the same sales guy from the first day too, He says sorry we don't do that you waited too long.  Huh? You never mentioned a time frame for the defective product as a matter of fact I had called 3 weeks earlier and told them about it and they said bring it in but make sure you have the mg's to replace it.  Needless to say their products are inferior and we wasted over $180 in medication not to mention my wife's $300 ruined purse so we won't be going back.  I suggest anyone who reads this use Curaleaf products are cheaper and way better.

Over priced rediculously slow and their products are crap.   Make sure you test your cartridges before leaving.  If they leak, they will exchange it but only after deducting the MGS from your perscription again.   So basically I lost 1200mg from my dosage and only paid for 600mg.  This place is a rip off.  And thwy only offer 20% discount to first time patients.    What a waste of time and money.

The office is always clean and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that there's not enough parking multiple times I have gone.

We are very happy with how professional and organized Knox is. The folks are very knowledgeable and helpful and the location is very convenient. We are super happy so far and highly recommend them for medical cannabis patients. They have made it super easy and explain the products and how each one works and helps. Definitely check them out.

A couple of things, first availability is very limited, only one strain here today and secondly, the use and marketing of your "brand" names is not done well. You should have it set up as strain name by Knox if you want to brand your product. People still need to know what the strain is so your brand names just add useless information.  Also, you really should put everything that you extract from the plant back into your products. Not adding the terpenes back in your product is a mistake but that's what happens when it's about money and control vs what's actually good for patients.  Hopefully they will correct this and at least try to have as close to whole plant medicine as possible until flower is allowed.

What a great experience. All the people were very helpful and professional. It was truly a flawless transaction, not to mention the products is the best I have purchased to date. Very happy with Knox and will definitely be a repeat costumer. Highly recommended.

I went with my husband to check out this new cannibus dispensary, as I am in the process of getting my card and he has one. It feels like a sophisticated doctor's office, all white and light woods. (Kind of reminded me of my plastic surgeon's office, actually!)It is not in the best neighborhood because zoning required them to be where the other "pain clinics" are located. But there is plenty of parking with security cameras.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in educating the patient about the various strains available. The products are very tastefully displayed. It does not in any way appear to be a "head shop" because it is not.If you have your card and want some personalized attention in Palm Beach county, patronize Knox.

So only come here if you want a store that will never give you what you want because they will never have it. You will never be able to get any strain you want unless you pre-order with them a month ahead of time. They will pester you to get things you dont want as they dont care whether you are satisfied or not. Enjoy your medicine that you dont get to choose and most likely wont help you since every weed is different. Right now you cant even view their full selection of CBD. This place is pathetic.

I am disappointed that most of these items are a little pricey. I hope that costs come down soon.  I can get CBD online at a half of the cost from CBD distillery. It's possible find some of the items on the black market also cheaper. They really need to do some market research. If you want wide scale adoption it's got to be affordable for more people. That said, the products are top notch!

Terrible.Lousy customer service. One of the cartridges I bought leaked all over my bag and work papers. They wouldn't take it back or replace it. They don't stand behind their products at all. Don't waste your time here there are other places you can get good product without the stinking attitude and defective product. Trust me it's just not worth it.

I wouldn't listen to a majority of these reviews since they seem old, biased, and for other locations. I visited the storefront in Lake Worth and had a great experience. My mother has severe arthritis and had just undergone several months of cancer treatment. The first couple products she purchased she wasn't fond of, and upon our return Jason really talked her through everything that she needed to know and she left feeling confident and excited to try her new products. I would definitely recommend Jason specifically to anyone who's looking to be spoken to with kindness and honesty when it comes to ways to medicate. We look forward to returning!

I purchased Polaris cartridges and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Polaris capsules ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! When they were Knox their product was way better. I called customer service and they don't refund or exchange anything...So I am stuck with a cartridge that does absolutely nothing.I will go a few blocks down the road to Curaleaf where they take care of their customers.

Everything in this place is overpriced trash. Liberty health science and fluent are the two worst dispensaries in Florida.  If I could give this place zero stars for quality I would. Get with the program fluent, pretty soon cookies, Jungle boys, GrowHealthy, Harvest House of cannabis are going to put you out of business. The only people that shop at this dispensary are the new gullible patients that don't know any better. Fluent you should be ashamed for taking advantage of sick gullible people and pretending like you're offering them some kind of relief at a good price.

The lady who waited on me 3/3/2021 was FANTASTIC.  A real interview.  I had never been to a dispensary before and did not know what to expect.  After talking to me about my problems, she recommended some tinctures.  Within an hour the pain that kept me awake for so long was gone.  I was truly amazed.   I will be back for more.  Thank you.

went online and saw fluent had something special as in fth rose especial .at $60  8th i was hesitant but a 50% discount i figure ok. went on line to very easy to use website and pre ordered the rose, nectar and a black vape cart 85% . the fth rose what a great smell and taste that cant be expressed in words with a very good body stone, the 8th was 2 perfectly trimmed and cured buds one was 2.4 the other 1.2 . the manager veronica was very inviting and informative with a good chill vibe you want in weed store

Andrew is a saint.  My 77 year old mother has her card and was clueless about what to get and how to use it. Andrew was not only kind and patient, he was super informative as well.  Great quality product.

Outstanding location, with top shelf products and friendly and knowledgeable staff.They have 7 distinct strains, available in 300, 450, or 600 strengths. Availability for their Co2 vape pens is excellent.They also stock flower and extracts for oral use.Of the 4 MMJ Dispensary companies currently in Gainesville, Fluent has the best products. Authentic terpenes with Co2 extraction. Quality here indeed.

Very impressed by my first visit here. I used to go to Trulieve exclusively, but as Trulieve is out of flower CONSTANTLY I decided to check out Knox/Fluent. I was blown away by the service/treatment here. I am used to the long waits at Trulieve, but I was in and out of Knox/Fluent in about 15 minutes from start to finish. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. The general manager Jocelyn was kind and clearly has a knack for customer service. The quality of the flower is excellent as well. I am glad to see some competition open up in the flower market of Gainesville. If you haven't tried these guys before, make them your next stop and you will be pleasantly surprised!

I came in a half hour before closing the staff wouldn't see me because they wanted to close early, generally I would understand if it was closer to close but I typically I would imagine a half hour would be long enough.

Recently went in for a pickup order but for some reason the order wasn't received on their end so was a little bummed, but thankfully an associate by the name of Taylor was very kind and quick to help me make a new one on the spot which was nice! She answered all my question about what the difference strains would help with and what form of intake was best since I have a hard time feeling most edibles. Taylor was concise, cheerful, and knowledgeable to make sure my order was exactly what I was looking for. I hadn't seen her here before so I'm guessing she's new but she doesn't seem like it! She really helped turnaround my experience, thank you!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else. I have UN expired tinctures from them that turned rancid and ineffective- FIVE MONTHS BEFORE EXPIRATION and they REFUSE to do anything about it. I stored them in cool, dry place. NO excuse for this except they are selling crap and have no integrity. There are many other options of dispensaries that take care of their customers! I am reporting them to the Florida Department of Health! floridahealth.gov --I encourage everyone who has experienced same to do so also. Do not allow dispensaries thrive who do not uphold simple business ethics!!

Always, and I mean they are always out of flower. Also, if you buy a cartridge it doesnt work with standard pens you will have to get one of theirs. Also, you cant call the store. The customer service won't allow it. So you play message tag.

I've been using this dispensary for over a year and I have used other dispensaries during this time as well. Today I went to return an Odra cartridge that tasted like diesel. I went to return it and they told me it was empty and that's why it tasted like diesel. They refused to replace it even though at the end of any other cartridge I never tasted diesel. I asked for a list of ingredients inside.  They did not have a list of ingredients and said that they would email me one later. I am absolutely certain that there was diesel in that product.

Update: it's a lot more expensive now.  Same high quality though. Knox is a little bit more expensive than the other dispensaries (ml to ml), but the products seem to work better after using less.  3 drops of my Knox tincture is the equivalent of 5-6 drops of my tincture from the other leading Florida dispensary.  They also taste much better than the others I've tried.  I suffer severe, chronic pain and had had depression and anxiety nearly all my life.  Im now, 8 weeks in, completely off of my anxiety meds and my mood stabilizers.  I still have to use regular medication for pain, but I think Knox's products in combination with the regular pain medication is giving me the most relief.  Part of my pain problem is sciatica, though, and I haven't been able to find anything that works, but this combination does seem to help the most for the muscle and joint pain. NOTE: Do not make any changes to your medications or regimens without first consulting your physician.  Quitting medications can have serious side effects, including death.

BEWARE::  My husband has progressive MS and we were referred to Doc MJ and this Fluent facility. We had been 3 separate times and within 2-3 weeks after running our debit card here we would see an ATM withdrawal from our bank account off Atlantic Blvd. First of all we live nowhere near Atlantic Blvd., secondly we never use our debit card, nor do we ever used an ATM so this was an easy discovery to track where it was happening from. This place has skimmers in their credit card machine and some employee there is a thief. BEWARE!!  It's a shady operation. Check your bank statements.

I Went hete to get medical cart I wanna full thc cart I spent like 40 bucks  and I been busy and stuff I got the cart open an starting hitting it it was half cbd and thc so it wasn't getting me high I try to return it couple weeks later they said they can't do anything about it

I have been doing business with fluent  on the regular. Usually the staff is very helpful. I purchased CBD Perla capsules Several months ago for sleep problems. They work OK they work for about an hour and then you wake up Wideawake. These pills are very expensive if I'm not mistaken $95 a bottle. So the bottle that's been in my bathroom on the sink no exposure to my shower. And the bottle is wet on the inside and it is the pills are sticking together. They offered me no compensation except for 10% off my next purchase. This is $100 bottle. I will not ever ever ever go back to fluent.

Extremely helpful staff in guiding you to the most therapeutic solution to the problem at hand. Great integrity by all staff, particularly Carlos and Jose, who present a great depth of options available depending on what is needed. A lovely place to do business.

First off, the customer service is great. I came in and was attended very quickly. Man props to Mario luna who help me in gathering the products i wanted. The baldor cart/drops is the bomb. The team at this dispensary is very knowledgeable on the products and look to help the patient on what they need or looking for. FLUENT by far is the best in terms of products and customer service.

I ordered for first time from Fluent today and my only regret is not doing so sooner. I ordered online & opted for curbside pick up. I received a text that my order was ready very quickly after I placed it and when we arrived the staff was super friendly. I received a free battery for my vape cartridge and 25% off for first time order. Tried their Atlas flower and it is top quality and tinctures are wonderful. Can't wait to return :) Thanks Fluent!

Man, you guys really don't know much about really good herb do you? Fluent has all these crazy terminologies and stupid names for different types and all that. But their flowers is not compared with in the same game as growhealthy, or muv, and as much as I hate trulieve, fluent is basically good schwag weed from when you were a kid yes. It's okay and it's worth $30 $35 but regardless of the percentages the stuff tastes like grass or hey and it is harvested to the point where it still tastes like a plant. Average is the best I can say about them. You guys down south must be hating it. Everything selling out Superfast etc. But God if you can say that this is the best that you've seen even in the state of Florida, you're out of your mind.

Fluent (previously named Knox) is one of my top dispensaries in south florida, I have this one located five minutes away from my job so is extremely convenient.Their location is not the best and I am aware there's  a couple of requirements is for them to be at a certain distance from specific businesses or residential areas but even know it hard to leave their establishment during peak hours the inside of the location is totally worth it. It's modern, clean and simple and it makes the atmosphere very relaxing.I haven't had any issues with any of their staff so far, their receptionist all the way to the sellers are extremely friendly and are always asking you about your experience with the products. Although I pre order online to avoid having to have a long conversation (introvert.)I like their reward program ( make sure to ask once if it's your first time there since they do not really promote it and I lost all the rewards from my first purchase) and their online ordering or express pick up. They rarely carry flower and when they do it runs out pretty quickly but I believe that's with every single dispensary out there, their flower is alright abs it runs you for $50 per 3.5gram or 1/8. I have tried their indica strain Odra, hybrid and Sativa Subra, their buds are well trimmed and look pretty fresh.  As far as their pre rolls I haven't like them so far, both flower and pre rolls thc concent vary all the time even if you get the same strain so keep an eye out.They concentrates are to die for though and vapes work great. Two thumbs up for this company although they do run on the expensive side.

Great products!! calming atmosphere and friendly staff.. Would definitely recommend... I love all their products so they take the time with me when it takes me forever to choose what I want to go with... no rush. I have a memory issues and often ask the same questions over and they have no problem telling me things over and over  thank you for the patience! I can't even begin to tell you how Clean and Smooth their products are compared to other dispensaries.

Normally, I order over the phone or online.. I decided to go into the store today and got the best customer service ever. Dakota was so knowledgeable and quick! He made sure I was aware of all the deals that were offered and introduced new marijuana products to me. I cannot wait to head over there again.

Great quality!!!This is my favorite go-to dispensary, it's a whole experience. From the moment you come in and you're welcomed by very friendly staff and a super cool ambiance All products are great quality and good sizes, I love their sample size capsules so you can try it, recommendation about the capsules have on the freezer or room temperature if you leave it in a hot space like the car they melt. Finally, the staff is so friendly and nice ready to answer any questions I had, in total a great experience

So far Fluent has my favorite products.For Sativa, I chose the potent (400mg over the 600 mg diluted) "Atlas" (86+% THC) and "Hydra" for vape and flower."Odra" is a fun / social feeling.For nighttime and body relaxing, I go with indica "Pivot" to knock me on my ass when I can't get to bed, or another indica, "Polaris"The shop is in a great spot, on the right side of the road as you're heading west on 167th just before the highway. The staff here is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Feels like you're chatting amongst friends when choosing your selection. 5 stars.

Price was outrageous is the #1 reason I haven't been back since I first became a patient.Sales sucks carts seriously sucks, they are asking $100 a gram for melt concentrate.1 extra star for the customer service everyone was super nice the very limited/small menu with subpar product at premium prices is not going to cut it.I have buy melt in Maine for $40-50 a gI know Florida prices are crazy but this place takes it  a bit far

Amazing place. Easy to find. Great products n reasonable prices. Super friendly staff, shout out to Maria. She was so sweet, so knowledgeable, took her time explaining products n made recommendations. Her coworker (forgot his name ) was also friendly n helpful as well. I was so impressed at the set up, very cute aesthetics, pics of flowering buds, fruits with edibles, very tasteful, super clean. Will most definitely be returning n eager to try many more products.

As a former trulieve customer my first time experience today was pleasant Maria  at the front desk explained to me the different strains and pricing list I was very satisfied so far so good.

I came to this location because it has the best reviews and best pricing. When walking in it looked very professional and clean. I was helped immediately and greeted by all employees. The person who served me was Gabriel. he hooked me up with all types of discounts and broke down the whole process to me as it was my first time using my card. all employees were very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained all of the different products.

Super cool place was my first time in the other day and I got Stacey she was super helpful and very knowledgeable customer service here is 100% I will definitely b comming back!!!!

Fantastic customer service. If you are expecting a wide variety of high THC pre-rolls you may want to redirect yourself to another dispensary. Shop this place daily to see what they have it changes but what does not change is the high customer service I receive every time I go in there people make me feel like $1 million they have a nice lady there by the name of Yvonne who is always very helpful I highly recommend!!!!

Their location is conveniently located and always an easy in-out process. I order online most of the time and go pick up. Fluent staff are always extremely helpful. Establishment is super clean and everyone is always (lately) wearing face masks. I've never really had to wait longer than 5 min or so for my order. I don't know if process takes longer when you go in to order or not but I'm happy with how smooth things go when I pre-order. You also have the option to see what in stock so it makes it a lot faster and easier. I typically only come here for cartridges because they never have much flower but choice selections are ok.

For those that only know Trulieve, check out Fluent, specifically the Kendall location. It's very slow and the employees take real time with you. It's also more like going to a store than a prison. Ask for Anthony, he'll take good care of you and the promos are excellent. Vets also get 15% off and promos can be stacked with other promos!

I found myself about to leave a negative review with a competitor but opted to recognize Fluent instead.Fluent is not the stereotype a dispensary. This place is full of light, it's organized, clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The wait? What wait? Quick service. Opens pretty early at 8:00am. Great customer service. Good range of inventory. Definitely a must visit if you're vacationing in Miramar Beach.

Staff and product far superior and you are in and out within 10 minutes, unlike the horrible Trulieve, which will never get my business again. Fluent has far superior concentrations on leaf, the best I have ever had medicinally.

This review is based on a couple of things that went very wrong during my first visit/attempted visit. I saw they closed at 8pm and it was just after 7 so I called twice to make sure before I drove 35 minutes from downtown ft lauderdale. No answer and the answering service they use closes at 7pm(1 hour before the store actually closes). So I headed over and got to the store at 7:42 and was turned away because the nice gentleman at the window said they were not taking any more walk ins. So my very first experience ended in a double failure. Very disappointed. No business should have an answering service that closes before the business. And they should list their actual phone number. This is a disservice to the customer.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and the safeguards they took to give each person a private and covid-safeguarded experience. Kiara was our consultant and she was very professional and informative. I had lots of questions! The only one she was unsure about was answered almost immediately because she went into their data and found the information I needed. I would definitely recommend Fluent!

This is the most welcoming and well run dispensary I've been too. I have consistently received excellent customer service. I have visited 3 times at different times. Even on weekends there is hardly any wait. They make me feel comfortable to ask questions and are very helpful and actually listen to what I am looking for. I have been impressed enough to review them because they're doing it right. Today I was helped by Raul and he was very attentive and easy to work with. I look forward to returning soon!

I went to fluent cannabis of Coral Springs for the first time. I asked them if they give first responders the same discount as military? Their response was military deserves it more than we do. I am a 911 survivor a New York City firefighter/paramedic retiree. I've been saving lives for the last 25 years now I'm retired. I am injured and I have seizures from a brain injury during the 9/11 attacks. I find this to be a disgrace and a insult to all first responders. Please make this change.

Horrible experience every time I gave them a chance. Beyond poor customer service, lack of communication, a bit arrogant... FLUENT!!!! You're in the "healthcare" business act like it!! Ask for Tiera "TeTe"; they are amazing! Having recently moved to the area, this was my first visit to Fluent. Tete was extraordinarily welcoming and helpful, answered all of my questions and went over each of my selections. I felt valued and important. I didn't feel hurried or rushed. Vidacann was out of my preferred CBD vape yesterday, the Avidekel. So I thought I would give Perla at Fluent (formerly Knox) a whirl. They just opened a Fluent in Coral Springs, maybe 3 months ago, had not been to it yet.They use Jane like everyone else for online ordering. Put in order for 6 Perla vapes for their buy one, get the second 50 percent offer Christmas promotion. They said OK, come get it. I put in the option for curbside.I get there. Christmas Eve. Nobody answers the phone number texted to me when the order was supposedly fulfilled. I walk in. Very busy, tons of people waiting. I give them my card. I tell them I am going to wait outside. I walk outside and chill.I wait 30 minutes. Nobody comes out. I walk in. 3 people who were AFTER me get seen first. I walk out again. Wait another 20 mins. Come back in. "Hey, we are ready for you". Never mind this was an online fulfill, come to the car specified. They don't have a dedicated car dropoff space like VidaCann has. I get to the counter "Oh, I am sorry, we only have THREE."What? The Jane system allows me to order six, it sends an order confirmation the order is eady for pickup and packaged but now you don't have enough product.Okay, sir, can you charge me for six, with the buy one, get the other at the 50 percent off Christmas offer, and I will rain check the other three?"No"Okay, can you give me at least the third one at 50 percent as a customer courtesy, and let me know next week when the rest come in?"No"Long story short, paid full price for two carts, got one cart at half price. They don't know what they are doing, they do not report inventory to Jane accurately, and they are incompetent in terms of customer service and building loyalty. I'm mildly annoyed VidaCann ran out of Avidekel, but they never pull stuff like this. Sorry Fluent. Never going back. The name change has not improved your reputation. To think how hard we fought to get a dispensary into Coral Springs and we ended up with this.

Clean, quiet, and modern. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Checkout process is easy, and they regularly have sales and specials. I also personally love their logo and branding, and it's consistent throughout the store, down to the seat cushions in the waiting room. The products are also of high quality, and I especially love the flower products sold here.

I always enjoy coming into this dispensary because everyone is so friendly. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Sheena and she was amazing. Her customer service skills are phenomenal!! She was so sweet and helpful and recommended a great flower strain that I enjoyed veryyy much! Thanks Sheena you're the best!

I love Christina and her experience with customer service. All the staff ave always greeted my like a friend aS I walk in the door and with a  smile. They are having the best flowers rIght now as well. Believe me I smoke and they have good smoke. And they are running all kind of special now. I just bought 7 grams for like $50 buck for being a returning customer. No where else in south Florida is doing that if you keep cominG back. And I've spent so much money with other places with only sometimes thing like 10% or 20% off bull crap etc. Anyway check them out they are up and running  now I see. I'm going back every time now. I spend hundreds a week at times

Always a terrible WAIT! The product is ok, but the wait makes it not an enjoyable experience at all. Express orders are no faster.

The flower I purchased also had the seal open with a crease on top. Sticky fingers for sure. Many dispensaries in town. These practices are inexcusable and unexceptionable. I called customer service no help at all.

I've gone to Fluent a few times.  Always a long wait I even if you are the only one there.   Diversity of products are not even close to competitors.   Shared the low Yelp rating with greeter and asked why?   Her answer was disappointing.   They really don't care about customers or feedback.   Prediction:   There will be a vacant sign within the year.

I frequent many dispensaries but this was my first time here... it started out normal (i hand them my card and they asked what i was there for) i bought flower. They only have minis or whole so i opted for whole for $5 more... here's where the two stars come in...although the gentlemen were kind i told them i like Indica dominant and my salesman insisted on a 100% sativa... i felt a little uncomfortable saying no so i figured i would try it and see was the hype was about and paid for WHOLE flower. Great, or so i thought. I got home and went to roll a blunt and open up the container and the tin silver seal had already been peeled back and opened. Odd? I went to call but they had already closed. I poured out my container onto my tray and Was kind of shocked to find i had received minis (added picture) i will never go back. Plus it wasn't the bud he recommended was not anything special at all.

I recently visited your store for the first time and did not receive any free vape pen like I see promoted online. I ordered some flowers that must have been sitting around for a while. The harvest date was 2 months ago, the buds were very dry and on the small side. Product was priced on the high side considering most others are selling for about twenty dollars cheaper.

I would really like an advanced ordering system.  If I have to wait 2 weeks for everything to be in FINE, give me the option to pay for reservation.  If I find something I like I want to be able to re-order it.   Their selection on hand was awful last 4 times I checked still no tincture sativa in for 2 months now

Friendly location. I've been there twice and was treated  so well both times. Each time they've gone out of their way to assist me in whatever I need or ask. I definitely recommend this spot if your down in Clearwater.

I wanted a high THC pen to take on a trip and I didn't feel like driving to my usual dispensary. Fluent is close to my house, so I figured I would give them another chance. The wait was a bit long for the few patients in the waiting room/bud room.When I was called back, I was greeted by the nicest woman! She explained their product lines for vapes and I settled on the Black Label high THC cart. The cart was good quality, not mind-blowing, but few are these days. The last time i was at Fluent I bought some flower that tasted like and smelled of hay, yuck! It was easy to tell that it was wet and uncured, not what anyone wants. I was handed a jar that had flowed and a magnify glass. It smelled good and looked cured. I bought a half ounce and used it to vape in my Volcano and make edibles. I would rate the flower three out of five, but it's improving.

I love this place! It is the first dispensary I went to after getting my medical card and I keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and good at remembering faces. They are also very good at helping you find a strain and product that's going to work for you! I love the rewards program and they always have fun deals.

Josie was awesome! She was very professional and informative. I will back because she made me feel welcome and listened to my needs. Also, I complained about the bathroom and she was right on top of things. I think she might be the manager. Thx for being exceptional in customer service.

It was leaking super bad around the top piece by the next day the 2nd one bought was leaking out . I reached out to customer service and no one has returned my call nor replace the broken item. As for other products I haven’t had the chance to experience any of those. I just don’t see myself going back after waisting 120 dollars on broken items.

Beware: Stay away from the black/moods line of carts here! Great product inside, just very poor manufacturing. I was really excited about this place when I browsed their products online. Carts are a higher concentration than any others that I've seen and a nice first patient discount, sounded great. I bought 3 of the black/moods line carts, all different strains. I only mention this because this is clearly a manufacturing issue but it's not limited to one batch/lot. All 3 carts leaked. 2 of them almost completely emptied themselves from the top and bottom of the cart. I purchased the carts on a Monday evening. I noticed the carts were leaking on Wednesday, barely used them. I called and reported the issues. They said just bring them back within 7 days of purchase and they'll swap them, no problem. I stopped using them and put them back in their plastic tubes. Didn't have time to return them Thursday. Friday I left work a little early and was able to return them. They swapped one with no issue because it was still about 2/3 full. The other 2 had leaked so much and they almost emptied themselves. I showed the fellow behind the counter they were leaking from both ends but since they had mostly emptied themselves, they wouldn't take them back. I 100% understand his stance, I'm sure some people try to take advantage of this return policy. I tried to explain though, I work full time, I can't use this at work. I stopped using them when I reported the issue. The carts weren't mistreated or anything. I literally don't have the time to be able to use all of the product that was emptied from the carts. Again, I work full time during the day so I have about 5 waking hours in the evening before sleeping again. It's very clearly a manufacturing defect. They still refused to swap them. They were almost empty because they leaked, not from use. I'm a reasonable person and there was no way I was about to go all Karen on them and it's not worth the fuss anyway. It's much easier to just take my business elsewhere. Further, it's been a couple days since I swapped the cart and the replacement cart is now cracked up the side and is leaking worse than the others (picture attached). Again, I don't mistreat the carts. I haven't reported this, but based on my previous experience, I will not attempt to return.
