This *used* to be my regular place, pre-coronavirus. However, in the last few months, I've come here and routinely not been able to get what I wanted: for example, the last six--count 'em, *6*--times I went in, they had no sativa flower by the gram. At all. In the entire store. They had very few sativa options in the 1/8ths, as well, and pretty much only the expensive options were left. Waited in line with a ton of men whose masks were half pulled down, only to go in, find out they didn't have what I wanted, turn around and walk out.Today, I went in and while there were 2 options of sativa by the gram, they were both expensive ($17-$20 for a gram each, which is pretty high); there are 1/8ths available of good strains for $40 (including tax!) at legitimate, legal dispensaries in the area, such as Sun Valley Caregivers, which is where I've started going. Exhalence has a lot of edibles, as well as a ton of products I don't buy or use, which is great but... just doesn't really meet my needs. They also started charging $3 for credit card transactions and prices have definitely gone up.I loved this place, but I keep striking out. I can't keep coming here as my regular place, sadly, but I'll be back for some edibles.

Shout out to Skye for being so incredibly knowledgable and helpful. We were looking for different and out of the ordinary recommendations and she made sure we saw lots of stuff and didn't pressure or rush us. Had a great experience from beginning to end and definitely would come back any time! I've also had great lucky with their delivery option. They're super fast.

I called a day before to make a pick up order for my first time at this location. Everyone was super helpful and chill. The spot is mellow and neat. I think this will be my new spot to go to!

I love the place!  They definitely have a lot of product to offer. The bartenders are super nice, and very knowledgeable. Danny helped pick some items that I might not have tried before; she definitely knows her stuff, plus she is super sweet, she goes out of her way to make sure that you have exactly what you need.

Everyone is so nice here. Makes the shopping experience that much better. Albeit, out of stock on a few things I wanted, but they were very responsible in texting me when product came in.

EXCELLENT service & their recommendations on products are ALWAYS great!  We especially love the precautions they have taken for Covid 19, the best we have seen. I also HIGHLY recommend their curbside services. They also have delivery too. If you are using a card, be sure to carry cash for tips. The only downside are the taxes & fees, but you cannot beat the service.

I have to dock them a star for the new $3 'convenience fee' they have started charging for credit card purchases. This is anything but convenient, and is frankly nothing but a blind money grab. I am very, very disappointed at this wholly unnecessary change. I am now once again forced to go to the ATM at my bank before coming here so that I am not charged extra to spend my own money.

Every time I've come here, the budtenders always help me out and with dispensaries  like this, that have a larger selection, I really appreciate that they'll walk me through the different products and percentages, etc. Today I went with my boyfriend and his mom, and the bud tender, Katherine that helped us out today was so sweet and has a really  good understanding of all the products so she helped us find some new stuff to try that we hadn't seen yet. Yo i just wanted to say everyone here is always really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the girls recommended me a fiiiiirrrrrrreee ass j today. But one of the biggest flexes is that they always have FRESH herb ( ask for the freshest).

This is the most impressive dispensary I've ever seen! I went on 4/20 and it was packed. They had free valet, Heavy Hitters personnel on site, and crazy deals. The place is stocked with the products I want the most that's how I got there. Mainly Lowell Farms quick prerolls. I got so many giveaway items it's crazy!All of the budtenders were buzzing around and helping so many people. It was very busy but all smiles on this holiday. The manager running the point of sale system, Izzy .... oh, my... she made me blush. She was so kind, so accommodating, and so efffin prettyyyy . When I walked out of the room, the door girls even commented how incredibly happy I looked and how big a smile was on my face.For spending $100 I was  put in a raffle for a trip! I will be back. New favorite dispensary. Made my holiday so much better. Here's a picture of all of the giveaways! For buying a heavy hitters cartridge, battery, and pack of Lowell smokes... I have been a customer for about a year! Today was a horrible experience. I show my ID like I always do and the girls in the front tell me I'm not able to go in because my information was link to my son's account and he was not there to okay it!!! This is BS!!!! After months and months that I have been coming using my own ID now they won't let me go in!!! Per the girls in the front I need it an account for myself but the lady that was nice enough to help me did find me. Then why 2 accounts? Not just that, I still had to wait longer for the system to load my information. All of this BS took over 30 min!!! I left and will never go back!

I came here yesterday to find something that would make sleep. I hadn't slept for almost two weeks and my entire body/brain felt fried. I'd tried every natural sleep aid under the sun, then a heavy prescription sleep aid and still never felt like my brain shut off the whole night. I was impressed by Exhalance's wide variety of products for sleep that I saw on Leafly, but I was blown away by how unbelievably knowledgeable the girl who helped me was. She knew what combination and amounts of THC, CBD and CBN would be best for what I needed and then was able to recommend several options at different price points/quantities. Last night I took Atlas Sleep tea, which she highly recommended, and I had the most beautiful deep sleep ever and somehow didn't wake up half as groggy as all the other sleep aids I tried that didn't even work! I'm so extremely grateful for their help and will absolutely be back!!!

I love this place because they have a huge variety of products and great flower! All the staff are super friendly, bubbly and very helpful! The whole vibe is super chill and clean! Today, I was served by Camerin and she was very kind and she really took her time to make sure that I got everything that I was looking for! I am someone who frequents this location often and can genuinely say that I cannot make up a bad thing about it. I am met with the same reliable service, friendly front desk, accessible and easy parking upon entrance on every single visit. Although product availability can vary, (depending on the product itself), I would suggest calling before going to check if they have your product in stock. I will mention that when with my previous purchase seemed faulty, I phoned in and was immediately transferred over to management. I was surprised that upon hearing about my specific situation, John invited me back in to offer an exchange, on a brand product not manufactured by Exhalence itself. I was very thankful and surprised that such a well-established dispensary was still taking note of not just a possible malfunctioning item, but rather, an unhappy consumer experience at their business, regardless of the potential profitable gains/loss. It is nice to support a business that appreciates, prioritizes and recognizes the value of customer service. Thank you, John & Exhalence!

Sabrina the budtender that attended me was excellent! She not only recommended me my new favorite joints (Baby Jeeters) and helped me find quality brands but also was super kind and attentive to me. Hands down the best experience I've had with any budtender at any dispensary. Please give this girl a raise she is awesome and can tell she knows about the products and quality of good weed. Love to see it. Also liked the set up of the whole place and how it makes you feel easy going and chill. 10/10 recommend. Only downside is the bloody taxes that every dispensary has to abide by but they do have discount days so there's that plus discounts for new comers and referrals

This dispensary makes it seem they are giving you daily deals.They hike up the prices and add city,state and excise taxes. I bought a eighth for 55.00 dollars and was supposed to get 25% off. The total came to 67.68 dollars. I returned with my receipt to ask how they get to this total. A woman came out from the back room to explain to me that it was correct and that the receipts  are hard and confusing to understand . I honestly think they are overcharging customers and are not giving the correct percentage off of their product. I  do not recommend shopping here nor will return to this dispensary again.

Customer for years. 3 times now NO daily discount honored during transaction. Last two times this occurred had to turn car around miles and miles on my route back from the place... park again, wait in line again, get buzzed in again... only to wait even longer for a Manager to finally appear and pay me the difference along with a new receipt displaying the honored daily discount. Today, NOT ONLY does a worker AGAIN skip out on the discount on me (we spent so much of the transaction talking about extracts and concentrates and sauces and hashes, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY DOUBT it just happened to slip her mind to honor the DAILY DISCOUNT ON CONCENTRATES... when they have to do hundreds of those transaction a day and I can't imagine how many people they possibly could be screwing out of a deserved POSTED discount. Not only did I even TIP the workers on my initial way out, totally oblivious to the total (who's really being a CHEAPSKATE now? What's the 5-6 bucks to a multi-million dollar business like you compared to struggling people nowadays in this post-Covid world and job market? (That's how u know i was in no way rude at any point... transactions that tend to include rude treatment usually don't conclude in tips...) but after I again noticed they had stiffed me when I was again almost half the drive home... I again turn car around, went thru ENTIRE check-in wait again, only for Manager 'DREA' to off the bat start off with me as if I'd been rude or a problem customer or something when the opposite couldn't have more been the case. She Straight up tells me "if I'm willing to wait YET "ANOTHER 20 OR SO MIN... CAUSE SHE WAS TOO BUSY FOR ME AT THE MOMENT" (there was literally no one else there, I had gone there during a rush and the store had emptied out along with my initial exit and when I went back they were pretty much empty and dead... so obviously this was the age old ploy to lag costumers til they just leave. apparently she thought she was being sneaky, not realizing we've worked in retail too, how do you bullshit a bullshitter when YOU are in the wrong? How long would it have taken to just swallow your pride, pay what you screwed a customer out of, and call it a done deal? That's how much of an Ego some people allow themselves to have...) "ILL CREDIT IT TO UR LOYALTY PTS, OTHERWISE NO CASH." ...UH??! I told her the last 2x they did this, I WAS given cash-*she snapped back "WELL IM MGR HERE NOW AND I SAY NO CASH." ...Now ur MGMT lies to TIPPING customers, Ex? forcing waits so long til they can't anymore and just leave? Rude AND lying? utter REFUSAL to honor displayed sale? That's not only bait & switch AND false advertising! Please discipline your managers owners of Exhalence, you are losing customers like myself and all MY friends and smokebuddies to Sun Valley Caregivers and others in the area that don't skimp on customers on straight up posted discount prices. Remember, it's post legalization and everywhere's got the same exact product so you guys have nothing special for me to want to continue buying weed there several times a week and just tolerate the poor customer service and hostile condescending treatment from Manager Drea (I don't want to throw anyone else under the bus there regardless of their actions and motives at least no one else there was rude to me , at least they smiled...).

Reputable and exceptional products at Exhalence. Always feels safe, easy parking,  and they have clean Covid Precautions. You can get great deals on items, just check out their website, everyday is a different  sale! Skye, my bud tender, was super helpful! She was extremely patient as I went through my selections. Very knowledgeable and suggesting items that I had not even thought of. Skye even took my info and offered to contact me when my favorite "back-ordered" item is in stock!! That alone shows her AWESOME customer service/ bud tender skills! Skye is the best, and you should request her by name! Psst.. and tip her heavily!!

Holly was an amazing bud tender! She recommended amazing sativa and indica strains and introduced us to hybrids. Got all my goodies for the weekend. Amazing service, quality products.

Jasmine was great! Very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Stanky dank strawberry banana eighths for our Halloween weekend  Parking is great, the space is very welcoming, and the service is memorable. The price points are a little high, but after the discount deals and rewards program, it's not too bad. Check it out.

Bottom line, go somewhere else. I've been coming to Exhalence since cannabis went legal in CA. It has totally changed. Where they once had a variety of brands for flower, they only sell their house-grown stuff, which is... meh. Mid-level at best.Instead making the over-flow traffic wait in their nice lobby, they have a number system when you walk in now. Hanging signs above each counter and a screen streaming which number goes to which counter. So it's essentially like the DMV for dispensaries. I mean... it looks tacky and just over-complicates things.They are trying to do too much. They have a ton of those super extra THC bath bombs, and salves, topical sprays, and dog treats and all sorts of other junk. It's like they are trying to navigate away from selling flower, wax, or pre-rolls. Finally, the WORST mistake they make- they don't list the proper price for products. I bought an eighth of their mediocre flower- it said $35 in the display. The BASELINE price on the itemized receipt was $40.25. Then after taxes I ended up nearly paying $50. For an eighth. That's worse than drug-dealer prices in the Bible Belt. It's petty, false, unprofessional, and a guaranteed way to have folks never return.Opt to go to Patient's Alternative Caregivers (PAC) in San Fernando instead. It's just a couple exits up the 5. WAY better price, friendly staff, way better variety, daily deals... it's a no-brainer. Choose PAC instead.

I used Exhalence through delivery. Excellent customer service. I know they're juggling a lot of things now but the woman I spoke to was so patient with me while checking the inventory. Delivery was super fast. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Forbidden fruit.. oh man legit idk if that was even indica. smelled citrus like.. smoked it. Worst tasting herb ever for $25. If u walk into this shop minimum u need for decent herb is $50. Eighth ended up in the trash.

Dorian & Skye are dope as hell, they hooked me up and I'm not talking about prices I'm talking about customer service. I had a lot of questions and they were really patient and knowledgeable on they're products. Definitely coming back.

Honestly the service is great but they are so overpriced. Plus they charge a 3.00 fee for non cash payments. Yes they have a big selection but I can't get passed how expensive they are.

I went to Exhalence today and had the pleasure of being helped by Skye who was an absolute dream. She put me onto some great products, was so patient and kind, and just generally a pleasure to shop with. Of course, all the products are exceptional and they have just about anything you could want. This place is clean, safe  d very professional. I have tried a lot of other places but Exhalence is by far the best that I have experienced.

One of the best shops in LA. Staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. A big big parking lot and huge variety of products HUGE. Manager once noticed that I'm coming often and gave me some goods for free. Just because I'm a loyal customer. Best experience I ever had. Make sure to check out their CBD section and grab some bath bombs and body scrub. They even have some for your DOG! I leave really far but I keep going there because I know I'll be treated right. Love this place.

Came in at 6am on the dot, and they were up and ready to serve. I had the pleasure of being helped by Skye, I came in with all kinds of questions and she had answers for all my inquiries. I mentioned that I was looking for some Purple herb, and she came through with 3 options for me to pick from. Ughhhh I fucked up though, I was so swayed by the service that I got in my car and drove off without remembering to tip  So if you read this Skye, Thank you for the exceptional service. $$$$$$$$$$$

It's not enough that everything they sell is overpriced and the pre-rolls have expired dates on them from months ago now on top of that they're charging three dollars extra just for using a credit card. Luckily this isn't the first or last shop in LA

Great place with a great supply and reasonable prices and awesome staff!  I was in the back getting my items and this man with his pet dog kept allowing his dog to probe my service dogs butt.  I got my items and went to the front desk to finish registration for a discount.  The man came out and again allowed his dog to interact with my servcie dog.  I asked him to keep his dog away for the 4th time.  He became emotionally violent and the guard stepped in and walked the guy out.The guard then walked me out to my car to make sure he was gone and I was safe.  The dude was still hanging out.  He made sure I was in my car and had left before he let the guy back on the property

Very knowledgeable staff. I'm a newbie to weed, and they didn't blink an eye when I asked dumb questions or for advice about what to try for relieving pain and anxiety. Highly recommend if you are hesitant about trying recreationally or medically.

Reposting review now cleansed of language deemed offensive to the tech overlords:Just returned from my third trip to Exhalence cannabis dispensary in Sun Valley and for the third time in three trips,​ I am a very happy customer. I published an enthusiastic blog post about Exhalence after my first visit there in January and cross-posted it here. I also published a blog piece last week recounting my 420 shopping at Exhalence and another dispensary - I'll post the link, below. If I could sum it all up, I'd say that Exhalence has the best overall combination of knowledgeable and friendly staff, ace customer service, a large, well-lit​, well-organized, clean and enormous store, competitive prices, helpful daily discounts, loyalty discount based on purchases, vast and diverse selection of quality cannabis products, roomy lobby with friendly intake staff, regular vendor in-store visits, large parking lot, and the easiest freeway-to-parking-lot ingress/egress of any dispensary ever. There are other worthy dispensaries in the east San Fernando Valley, but Exhalence is proving to be the best of the best. Go there today if you're a dabber looking for Shatterday / Saucy Saturday deals (15% off on all wax products) - go there tomorrow (Sunday) for a store-wide 15% discount ($25 minimum, I believe).

This is by far my favorite dispensary that I've ever visited. It's extremely clean, looks professional and you can even see some of the marijuana plants growing through a window behind the counter. Such a cool aesthetic. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always have answers to my questions! They also have occasional promotional deals, especially for special events/holidays, where you can get really great discounts. I don't know a ton about the cannabis industry but they seem to have a huge variety of products, basically everything you could ever need. Lots of really sweet girls working here. Holly & Caroline always remember me and it makes me feel appreciated. Can't wait to stop by again.

Prices are NOT what they advertise, first time customer and didn't get my discount because there was a daily deal and they "couldn't" combine so I ended up paying more than what it was anticipated. Wanted to give them a try but I will stick to my favorite shop next to my house that have the best deals and really cheap prices. They don't even give bags with your purchase compared to all the other shops and for the price I would at least expect a discreet bag ‍ cool interior but I guess you pay for the "look and popularity" instead of the product

Worst place to visit, please if you can go to any other shop . They are too stupid and ignorant to know their own rules and regulations . Went in to purchase concentrates and was told I could only purchase 8 grams . Correction since I have my medical card I can purchase up to 8 oz of flower and I don't have a limit on concentrate . They should know these things but even when told and shown proof they still wouldn't allow it and it's funny because we previously purchased a large order and didn't have an issue . They advertise on Weedmaps and even Weedmaps says what my limits are but they couldn't even follow that . So disappointing to see how they treat well paying customers. Ended up going to dr green thumb and explained what happened even they laughed at the situation and explained that Exhalence was in fact in the wrong . Plus if you go to dr green thumb from 6-10 u get a 20% off . Never again will I go here and I suggest you do the same .

Friendly service from the moment you walk in. I'm just a tourist so I skipped the membership described (sounds worth it if you are local to get discounts). They get you in quickly, have a great selection - for my vacation I got edibles to be courteous of the place I'm renting!! I found my fav chocolate covered blueberries and was in and out within 15 minutes from arrival. I appreciate the accessibility to Burbank Airport to take care of this stop before I start my vacay. Plenty of parking and very easy to find with a quick jump on the freeway on the way out! Would definitely recommend from a recreational perspective.

Ive been coming out to this place for a couple of months now. This place has been my absolute favorite. The Staff & Security are all really really friendly. Their stuff is really good for the price. Their facility is always clean, inside & out. My favorite is the spinning wheel & the reward points you get each visit. NOTE: They now take Debit Cards. YAY!

Ordered delivery from here. The email process was fast, easy, and they seemed so nice! Then the driver gets to my place, calls me, "I'm out front" ooookayyyy? No hi? Nothing? "Youre on magnolia I'm in front where's the entrance" entrance is on blah blah blah there's big numbers outside. As i was telling him to call a number on the box he hangs up. Then he calls again. I'm in front of your door, open it. EXCUUUUUSE ME?! Don't demand me to open my door for you. I mean I'm going to cuz you have my shit but like the hell. Also, I'm a first time patient and did not receive my 15% off or whatever it is. Unless the delivery service gets better, I'll be going to my favorite dispensaries now.

I just turned 21 and wanted to go to a dispensary and this one was conveniently near my house. Though I had just woken up from a late nap and got there like 10 minutes before closing Skye was extremely helpful. I'm not experienced in buying any of this at all and went in with no clue with what I wanted but Skye explained everything perfectly and helped me out. Everyone from the front desk to the very end was extremely nice will be going back :)

What an awesome place! My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Valerie and she was awesome. She totally helped us find everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. Plus they do a 15% off everything on Sunday's and it's amazing.

Another spot that doesn't deliver. I don't have to say much. They weighed me at .096 for a gram taxed me state, state mj and some other tax and I'm a medical patient. Duck this new law.

Stopped into this dispensary after landing in Burbank airport after reading the reviews and this place did not disappoint. They have a wide variety of cannabis and CBD products. The facility is clean and organized and all of the staff is very friendly. Our budtender was Julie, who was extremely professional and courteous. She was patient with us and took her time to help us find the strains we wanted. She gave us a goody bag with essentials for the few days we would be in town and it was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend coming here.

So stopped by this place with friends tonight. I do not partake in any way with weed, but my friends do and I took the time to go in with them. I must say I was amazingly impressed with the knowledge by the ladies working behind the counter. If your looking to get your puff, puff, pass on, this is deffinity the place to go.

I love this place, it's not even just a dispensary but a overall experience. They have a huge selection of products & brands in every section. If you are a beginner stoner or a vet, there is always something here for you. Just saying the budtending staff are all knowledgeable, helpful & friendly would be a understatement. Management & owners have a obvious love for their patients & customers, between store credit with every purchase,  donations to charity & everyone's willingness to help you find exactly what is right for you.. this will be you're new home for all cannabis needs

Lobby Staffer behind desk with red hair was rude.  This was my 7th or 8th visit.  They had initially instructed me after verifying medical rec that CDL would suffice on subsequent visits but..This Lobby Staffer decided I needed my rec in hand and tried to make me feel weird because I left it in car..I reported her attitude to Bud Tender wherein that girl defended Lobby Staffer's attitude?  Are they a cult in there???  They have quite a lot of competition out there and must not realize courtesy is the key.  Not going back to Exhalence.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Exhalence!! We come here at least 2-3 times a month and the selection is amazing. Every time we go we find something new we want to try and always end up coming back for more ‍. The house rolled joints are fire and perfect for two. Great prices and deals, we will definitely be coming back for more.

This place is great! My friend turned me on to Exhalence after I was sold a bunch of expired edibles from a store nearby. She told me she had a fabulous place and she was right on. The girls this past Sunday were so nice, enthused about the products and helped me pick out the best Indica...I am very happy with Exhalence and their supply is always of great quality.

Just recently I started utilizing cannabis' medicinal properties, and hence began exploring the valley and LA shops for the best products. I stumbled upon Exhalence about a month ago, and I've pretty much having been coming back even since. I absolutely love, love, love this store. My husband and I come here and can spend hours just looking through all their products. They carry everything from the flower, edibles, gear to topical and even dog products. Their product is of great quality. So I could definitely write an essay here, but I won't. I usually purchase some flower, CBD exlirs, tinctures, and vape products. My budtender always seems to be Cameron, which she's great. She's always friendly, patient and  if  she doesn't know something she ensure to have gain accurate information to provide the best of service. This is definitely a spot to check out.

Rarely come here but when i do i get either the balms or tinctures not a smoker but the service is great and the  staff is friendly helpful and patient with me.  I do like the glass window being open.

This play is legit! I take CBD religiously for body aches/muscle pain and they have an amazing selection. The bud tender Keziah took the time and dropped knowledge on me to help pick the best solution to fill my needs. They open super early as well which is a huge benefit.

Best shop in the valley hands down. The women working there are always kind and very helpful. I've been coming here for months and have never been disappointed. A few weeks back I bought a CBD cartridge that ended up leaking on me and I wasn't going to do anything about it I just returned to the shop and bought a different cartridge but it came up in conversation with one of the workers and she told me to bring it in and they'll resolve it. I brought it in with my receipt and they were able to refund me. Great customer service! Only place you guys should be getting your cannabis needs

Just left from my first visit and I must say I am thoroughly impressed by the bud tender named Keziah Janai. She was full of knowledge on both CBD and THC. She broke down detailed information about edibles , tinctures and pre-rolls. I'm definitely making this my " go-to " shop.

I came her a few times a few months ago. It was awesome. After my experience today I will not be going back. The girl had no clue about the product I was asking her about. She couldn't answer simple medical questions asked by the person I brought. The new security guard is condescending and assuming. I'm a medical patient and they tried to charge me $38 for a $22 edible. I don't know if she rang it up wrong, but when I mentioned it, she tried explaining why it was that way, instead of correcting almost 60% tax. Never going back.

Wow, great place. Incredible selection and well-informed, friendly and intelligent help working there. Brianna was amazing and gave us a real education about their products. I'd give 5-stars except for the thug vibe from the unfriendly  burly security guard, who was was giving me the evil eye, and the creeps, every time I looked his way. That's a deal breaker for me. I'm a customer spending money - not a potential threat. Advice to the owners - keep that guy in the lobby, not in back with the customers.

I've been coming to this dispensary for about 8 months now and I've never run into any problems at all. Today on the other hand, I walked away very disappointed. I purchased a well-reputable brass knuckles battery 7 months ago. Sadly, it gave out on me for the second time yesterday. The battery has a lifetime warranty so I went to go exchange it. The first time I did this, they were very courteous and provided me with complimentary products for the inconvenience. Today, I was told that they were out of my type of battery and if I wanted a different one (brass knuckles adjustable temperature), I would have to pay the difference. Let me tell you why I have a problem with this. The customer is providing compensation for the service we receive. It is not the fault of the customer that the merchandise turns out to be janky and not working properly. On top of wasting gas to travel there, the least that they could've done is provide us with the other brass knuckles battery as a courtesy. Instead, we walked away with a different brand, simply because it's the "same price" and the bud tender was not so pleasant with us compared to our last experience with a different bud tender. I just feel like the one who helped us was nice and all, but the other bud tender who took our battery came across very greedy and entitled today.. not even a god damn courtesy joint, nothing. Wow. Not ok. The point is to leave the customer satisfied when they walk away.

Platinum standard in the dispensary world. Everything was on point, the service, the product diversity, the vibe, prices....ESPECIALLY THE VIBE. So happy. Come here mostly for their pre roll packs. They have mini packs, Lowell smokes, Humboldt farms, Henry's Original, and Lola Lola packs. Can't go wrong with any of these. Jasmine was helpful and friendly. Customer service was great. Never had a bad experience coming here. Yea they're a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Always recommending this place to people.

The best Cannabis shop I've ever walked into. Professional, secure, state of the art and knowledgeable staff. Julie was my budtender and she was AWESOME. My visit was primarily to take my sister who had a ton of questions. It was her first time ever visiting any smoke shop. Julie was so patient and answered all of our questions and made some great recommendations. I highly recommend this shop and I will continue to do business here. This is the first time I've everyone to a medical dispensary it was the closest one by my. I went to get vet CBD oil for my pet dog. They made the sign up so easy and Courtney and Izzy were amazing knowledgeable and extremely helpful and answering all my questions regarding vet CBD oil. I would recommend to anyone going there should you need any of those pet products or for any other of your medicinal medical needs

Green hornet, baby and Fantastic service. I cant write any more than that. Check in was organized and swift. Offering was plentiful but not overwhelming and that my friends was a great plus.  They have this spend the wheel thing where you can get win free items or get deeper discounts.  We got a lighter and pre roll. I first went there a few weeks ago, and I have been back several times. The KS OG house is a perfect smoke for seasoned cannabis users. Every time you are greeting with a smile and feel very welcomed. I love how safe the place feels, but not like a prison. (Like some shops) This is my new number one place. A very polished venue, with a wide range of products and personable service. They have discounts on Sundays and a cute spin the wheel system for members. Definitely would recommend this location, and ask for Holly during the visit! She always makes us feel welcomed at the venue.

As if by accident, I found this dispensary just up the street from me, off of Glenoaks and Roscoe Blvd. It is called Exhalence, and the name fits. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and presentation of this dispensary. Everything about it said "professional", including the quality and pricing of the products. I recommend this dispensary to anyone, especially those from the Burbank/ Sun Valley area, as it is very close to you!

First things first, I think I feel in love with Gabby at hello. Now for my review. This place came up during a  conversation I was having at a party. Boy am I glad I entertained that person long enough to get to the good stuff. My total experience was pleasant. From calling to confirm if they accepted cards or was it cash only. It's cash only by the way, but they do have an ATM on site. Since it was my first time at this dispensary, I had to go through the process of filling out the "form", but even that was quick and easy. Valerie made that experience painless. Once inside,  I was blown away with how clean the place was and how many options I was presented with. If I'm honest, it was all a little overwhelming, but enough about Gabby. Everything was on point from having plenty of space to park to the customer service to pricing. Exhalence just became my new spot.

It is late in the summer of 2017 and in Southern California change is in the air; from unusually high humidity and cool temperatures to Who, How and Where the good citizens of LA are able to buy marijuana-Angelinos of the future It is into these uncharted waters that a new dispensary with a cool name has flung open its' doors.Getting There.There are at least two problems that the location may cause for those wishing to visit may encounter, the first is finding it in the first place. Speaking as someone who has lived within a quarter-mile away on the same street, please be advised THIS IS NOT THE ROSCOE BLVD THAT YOU THINK IT IS! It is completely unconnected to the major thoroughfare that spans the San Fernando Valley. Unless you are a local (or read this review) you will not be able to find it without a map. That is not to say that it is hidden in any way, once you are on the right street you can't miss it. So for the GPS-less out there; here's two easy-peasy ways to get there without fuss. The absolutely best way to get to Exhalence is via the Glenoaks exit of the Northbound 5 freeway; to be clear this exit only exists on the NORTHBOUND 5 freeway! When traveling North on the 5, it is the exit between the Hollywood Way and the Sunland Blvd. exits.When you get to the end of the exit ramp, look across the street and behold-Exhalence! For those not freeway inclined, or just live north of the shop, access via Glenoaks Blvd is possible but slightly more confusing to effectuate (due to a proliferation of Roscoe Blvds in the area). Located on a small freeway access road, called Roscoe,  it is just off of Glenoaks Blvd between Sunland Blvd and Hollywood Way. The confusion is due to there being two different streets, both with traffic signals and both called Roscoe...and neither being the 'real' Roscoe. If coming from Sunland Blvd, make a right at the first Roscoe, an ARCO gas station sits on the corner and an immediate right into the adjacent parking lot. For those traveling from Hollywood Way, skip the first Roscoe and make a left at the Motel on the corner (across from Arco) and a quick right into Exhalence.WHAT TO EXPECTThe compound has been pleasantly remodeled and gives off a kind of futuristic vibe. Ample fenced in parking offers various marijuana facts from wall-mounted placards in front of each space. As I stepped through their doors, I was mildly surprised by the set-up; a very post-modern minimalist floor plan dominated by a standing height desk with three pillars topped by I-pads.  I read through the roughly 3 page agreement and was soon admitted into the inner sanctum.THE STAFFThe budtenders were exceptional, efficient and extraordinarily knowledgeable about their industry. I told them both that I would mention them here by name--but neglected to write them down and promptly forgot, Alice and Lily, maybe? Regardless, they both did a fantastic job and deserve a raise!BUYERS BEWAREEmployees, too! The nearby Willows Motel is regularly used by the State as a transitional domicile for new parolees that can't supply an address to parole to. Two points about that; One--by parolees I mean people who have served time in CA State prisons-which are now reserved for those convicted of serious and/or violent crimes, and Two--these particular parolees cannot find a single person in the entire state willing to let them stay with them--my point being that there is an unusually high concentration of convicted felons within shouting distance of a probably tempting source of easy cash. The source I am referring to is the customers (primarily) as they present marks that are almost assuredly carrying cash and will probably be easier to rob because they are slightly-to-very high. So, I advise customers to "get their shit and split."Skip running next door for some munchies and definitely don't accept an invitation to party at the motel across the street. One other thing to think about;is that due to the regular presence of those just out of the Joint (pun intended) the police have a higher focus on the area and are on higher alert when in the area. Which translates to: they are more cops around and they tend to pull you over for the slightest of reasons. Advice: avoid the area if your car is a cop magnet-and whatever you do: Leave all of you less legal drugs at home!MY RECOMMENDATION:The First-Time Patient Deal is pretty generous and the quality of the product and staff is superb, so my recommendation is that you get your Recommendation (see some of my other reviews on doing that) and visit Exhalence today and tell 'em Yelp sent ya!

Gabby, Sam, and Carla all gave very helpful advice.  I was overwhelmed by their weed wisdom and willingness to teach. Jackie the exceptionally patient hostess is the first smiling face you see when walking in.  The security gaurd was even immensly helpful and welcoming. They say twice is a coincidence but threes a pattern.  In this case the third time was certainly the charm! Thanks again Exhalence!

I recently decided to try this place, due to it being on my route home. I have to say, I'm super impressed! Plenty of parking in front, very nice guard securing the area, and sweet girls up front to help you. Once you get inside the actual shop, it's pretty awesome. You can see the actual plants they use for harvest. I was helped by Izzy, who was super sweet and very helpful. She answered all my questions and assured me that if my new pen had any issues to come back and they'd help me out.I did actually end up coming back because I couldn't seem to get the pen to work. Another budtender named Ashley helped me out. She was also very sweet and knowledgeable and had the magic touch, as she got the pen to finally work! She even threw in a pre-roll for my troubles.Thank you so much for the hook up guys! This will definitely be my new go to spot. Looking forward to referring friends!

Camerin helped me out my first time here and made the whole process super chill and easy. She knew exactly what strain would give me the kind of high I like best (pure sativa). Decided to go with the Blue Moon which is harvested in house. It was smooth as hell and tasted great smoked out of an orange :) highly recommended!

Had a great first time experience at this store. Courtney was amazing and gave us really good suggestions as to what might help us. My first dispensary I ever went town and can I tell you was it a blast! It's located right off the freeway very hard to miss. The inside is gorgeous when you walk in the interior is beautiful and has a very nice vibe too it. The budtenders are very helpful and know what they're doing! Izzy recommended the fruity pebbles to me and they were just amazing! Looked beautiful and tasted same as well. This place is wonderful has some of the best kush in all of Los Angeles and some of the best I've ever seen!

This is the 3rd time I've gone in and specifically asked for shatter and said I didn't want butter and the girl said it was shatter and I asked okay like glass right and she said yes and gave me butter again! Absolutely ridiculous, the bud tenders know nothing. I will not go back here for shatter ever again. If I could post zero stars I would.

They have one efficient business here, that's for certain.I don't frequent these places much, but with the current state of the coronavirus world creating more stress I popped on down for some relief.Set-up and account and ordered online, then took then :15 walk down, entered and boom, they had my order all bagged up and ready to go. I think I was inside about :5-min total. The staff was very pleasant and professional and they had their social distancing protocol down to a science. Note: the prices you see on line aren't the final prices that you'll see in the store. The sticker shock comes due to the 36% tax they get hit with. Now you, don't hassle the staff over it.

I really like this shop but there are a few annoying things about it that I really wish they would improve upon. 1. What is the deal with credit card situation? You guys seem to do a lot of business, why is this such an issue? I don't mind getting cash but it's so impossible to know when you'll decide to take cards. I've heard employees talking about "hitting your limit" for the day. You think MedMen has a credit limit?2. Why do I have to order through email instead of directly through Weedmaps where your products are listed? Feels very sketchy and makes it really hard to anticipate delivery drivers.Again, love this shop but can't help but feel like there's some sketchy shit going on there with all the weird business practices.

I'm a regular customer that just purchased some flower,the price was more than advertised on Leafly,updated 8 minutes before. When I complained I was told the prices went up this morning with nothing more than a " sorry".Not a great way to do business.

Zero stars. They have a new policy that you can only pay with a debit card if you have a drivers license.  A passport or any other legal acceptable form of ID is not accepted here

I love this dispensary and their wonderful and knowledgeable budtenders, but I have a problem with their receipts.  After years of shopping here as a medical patient and being pleased with all of their products, including their in-house strains of flower, I have not once received a receipt that I could easily understand or that balanced.This problem with your receipts can lead to a feeling of being cheated, as nothing is easy to comprehend or calculate.  It makes me wonder what the discount to tax ratio actually is, and if you're somehow manipulating these things for your own financial benefit.Please attend to this problem, or you might lose an otherwise happy customer.  And, in case you're wondering, I have an accounting background, which makes this problem even more egregious. Thank you.
