Great spot flower didn't look good at all to me but everything  else great. Selection very kind gentleman was the guy who was helping me the pretty lady at the front very sweet I like that she smiled she wasn't rude I see that way too often nowadays (pretty girl don't talk to me attitude) it's sad so I was happy to see a friendly up lifting team

With the influx of marijuana shops and new companies opening up almost weekly, this is the only place that was extremely professional just like any other business, extremely knowledgeable, extremely nice, and their prices are about five to $10 below anybody else in Los Angeles! I have been to I would like to say over 20 shops in Los Angeles as I've loved here my wholeLife. I've been a medical marijuana patient since I was 18 so you can take my word for it but I rather you go over here yourself and feel the experience. Also, if you have any kind of disadvantage (crutches, wheelchair) you will be WELL TAKEN CARE of for your comfort from the moment you walk inside.Truly compassionate people and THEY KNOW THE STRAINS AND PRODUCTS!!! I can't tell you how important that is!

My go to place, anything you want in the industry they have and the people know the products well.  If you haven't tried them you are missing out on some great people.  Prices are the best in the area

Flower selection was fresh and dumby fire, not to mention the super relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

I used to love this spot 10 years ago. I stopped smoking for a while and also tried out some other spots when I got back into smoking. My friend (girl) went in to get me some herb because I forgot my ID. She's never been to a dispensary and she was nervous (I'm sure the budtender could tell). She was asking for a gram because we don't smoke that much and the budtender insisted they don't sell grams  I've boughten grams from every shop I ever been to and even in the streets you can buy grams. Budtender just wanted to upcharge her. She FaceTimed me because she was confused and I kept saying we only want a gram, and behold all of a sudden they sell grams  Later on my friend showed me the weed and the shit was packaged on November 11th 2018. We were in March 6th of 2019. Weed was dry to say the least. Their King Loui and Skywalker were amazing in the day. Touch it with your finger and it stuck on it for a bit. Years later I get packaged weed from months ago and a budtender taking advantage of new people who aren't experienced with buying weed. Too many good shops around to be putting up with this. Only bright side is the security guard. Dude was awesome. I was talking to him as I waited and he was very informative and very nice. He's the only reason why I give this spot 1 star.

Best shop in town great strains great staff 13 years with the team and the service is great, huge selection, all the products are good quality, clean inside and outside!Dog friendly which is huge plus with easy parking!!!

I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to respond versus react, as well as afford the main supervisor ample time to call me back as promised by Neto--they never did. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and shocked by the level of poor customer service rendered by Neto, a manager at SVC, as well as by his bad attitude. The only reason that I'm giving this establishment 2 stars is because they have an excellent selection of medicine at fair prices and the rest of the staff has always been courteous, helpful, and respectful on previous visits. I have been a patient at this particular dispensary for roughly the last two years, and have been overcharged on 3 separate occasions in that span of time. The staff handled each incident professionally and the main supervisor acknowledged their mistake and corrected it with no issue. I have spent almost $1000 in the last month there, and I'm not sure if I'll be returning after the experience that I had.I visited the dispensary on 9/11 at around 4pm for the 710labs PAD special. I had brought in my receipt from a purchase I had made a week prior on 9/4, after being told over the phone to just come in on my next visit to have the overcharge corrected.  Mind you, I don't live close to this dispensary and was waiting for the 710 PAD to return.  When I arrived I was assisted by Neto, and told him that I had been overcharged by $5 on my last visit. At first, he was professional and said that his supervisor told him that the next time I came in and this happened that the main supervisor would have to issue the refund even though he is a manager.  He then informed me that the main supervisor wasn't in.  I asked him if he had an estimate as to when the supervisor would return and he said he did not know and couldn't give me an estimate and would make a note on my account for the supervisor to call me back.  I told him I didn't live close by and this is when Neto became hostile and copped an attitude and says, "if we keep making mistakes or you feel you're being overcharged why don't you just find another dispensary since there seems to always be an issue?  We serve hundreds of people a day and you seem to be the only one being overcharged". My jaw dropped.  I know for a fact that this isn't true because my friend had been overcharged in the past as well.  I couldn't believe my ears. I have worked many customer service jobs in my lifetime, as well as held a managerial position at a college and never in a million years would I speak to a customer this way.  In all fairness, I'm not one of those "the customer is always right" type of people because I understand that sometimes customers can be very difficult or full of sh*t.  Mind you, it isn't my fault I was overcharged and each occasion that this has happened SVC has acknowledged their mistake and refunded me the difference with no issues. It seemed that he was upset that I noticed.  I even offered to go over the receipt with him and instead, he rudely opens the cash register with ATTITUDE, sticks his arm out with the $5 while simultaneously turning his head away from me and says, "have a good day bro, have a good day, have a good day" talking over me. I was humiliated at this point and left. I hope upper management sees this. This is not how any respectable establishment should treat their patients.

I love coming here. I get everything I need, although I feel annoying the staff answers every dumb question I have. Great discounts too. I'm going again tomorrow! I made a yelp just to recommend.

Went to Sun Valley Caregivers as usual such great service. Gerson was a dope vibe super helpful & friendly, he didnt even mind us last minute buying extra stuff. Much love to SVC

Sun Valley Caregivers is probably one of the best dispensaries in the valley. I have no need or desire to go anywhere else. They have the best flower, carts and extracts. Not to mention the amazing customer service. Anytime I want to try something new I ask them a million questions and they always patiently listen and suggest the best items. They have the best prices out there as well, if I'm not mistaken they include the tax prices so you know what you're getting! I wanted to try dabs and they suggest 710 Labs. I had no idea what I was getting myself into! If you're about that life please do us both the favor and check out that fridge. Nothing but good things about this place. From the security guards warm greetings to the fast check out, it's worth it!

I purchased a $30 battery that stopped working within a month or so of the purchase date. When I went back to try to exchange it, I was told that I would have to purchase a new one. I would assume these products are meant to last more than 30-60 days. A word of advicee, it's cheaper and  easier to keep existing clients that it is to attract new ones. That battery probably cost you $5 bucks. What would it have hurt to keep an existing customer happy by exchanging a faulty item? I'll take my business to Exhalence around the corner and suggest you do the same.

This was the most pleasant customer experience. I took my mom here to get a topical product for arthritis. The staff was so empathic and knowledgeable. They gave us a discount since it was our first time. They have a large parking lot. Even the security guy was really sweet. The store, itself, is very well-lit and put together in an aesthetically pleasing way. I'm definitely returning to this location.

Have been coming to this spot for a while. Everything is good here from beginning to end. Staff at the entrance is always friendly and quick. The building is clean and well maintained. SVC always has a great selection of cartridges from different good brands at fair price points. The flower has not disappointed either.

My friends and I visited this location in Sun Valley for the first time. The staff was very professional and friendly, so that made us feel comfortable. I have visited plenty of cannabis dispensaries in the area, but I must say hadn't seen a place as clean as this location. This is our new go to spot, I highly recommend this place with the best prices in town.

Vanessa was amazing! She told me everything I need to know about each product. They are always stocked up and carry good quality goodies. Constantly offering great prices to make you go back. Definitely on the top of my list hands down a great dispensary.

Used to be excellent.  Now they're selling old dry weed.  I bought an oz of Wedding Cake a few days ago...i always paid $200, and now its $250...but the most shocking thing....it weighed in at 17 grams...not 28!

Probably the most knowledgeable team I've come across. Having residential experience in the Bay Area and Netherlands, I must say this place is a high-end, top-notch facility with care to their products. I feel like it's one of those places that only improves and caters to its regular clientele. Thanks for always explaining about the different strains!

It was my third trip to the well-organized, clean, bright, fully stocked, competitively priced, easily accessed store.The budtender who assisted me on my first two visits to the store was excellent. She answered my questions directly and accurately and was intimately familiar with the shop's inventory. This week I met a new budtender named Chris, who is as conversational as he is knowledgeable about cannabis. Chris also provides superb customer service.Having done my research, I already knew upon arrival what I wanted to purchase. I didn't need recommendations or have any specific questions for Chris, so he expediently pulled the items I asked for from the shelves and rang me up.Chris turned the register display towards me for transparency and to enable me to doublecheck items and prices. He also verbally confirmed the day's 10% discount ("Wax Wednesday"), instilling confidence that I can trust the experts at Sun Valley Caregivers to be honest and fair.Before leaving I sparked up a conversation with Chris, and as the dispensary was uncrowded he kindly spent some time chatting with me.Chris showed me some of the incredibly sparkly, dense, heavily trichome-laden buds the shop carries. It was hard to catch a whiff of the aromatic flower encased in those awkward display boxes, but the compacted nugs shimmer like metamorphic greenschist in the modern midday sun. They're absolutely stunning!We discussed a few of the latest flower strains, while Chris displayed one of Lowell's branded pre-rolls (they come in glass tubes with matches). This shop is in a very great location, parking is always great and easy to find. The new security officer Stepan is very welcoming and the process to get in is a breeze. I was very happy with the selection of oils and how I was treated during my time there. I recommend SVC to everyone.

The place is well maintained and spacious, parking lot is big and not crowded, the guard in the front checking us in was friendly. However, I was planing on spending enough to last me a week but only walked out spending $30 because the budtender didint really bother to show me much of anything. It was my first time there and I always go on recommendations for flower and such but I got crickets! :/

My go to dispensary got shut down so I decided to visit Sun Valley Caregivers. I pulled into a huge parking with easy access to the dispensary. Got greeted by a friendly security. I was surprised by the variety of brands they carry. Best part of my visit was the amount of money I saved. I wish I knew about this shop earlier. Definitely going back!

My go to shop for 710 labs!! they have a wide selection of flavors and the staff has always been friendly, never had a bad experience with this shop. This shop is clean,organized, and professional, they also have a restroom inside and the atmosphere of the shop is welcoming. Visited this place while out in Cali. First dispensary we went to treated us poorly and made us uncomfortable. This place was absolutely lovely. Kindest staff, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, overall very great experience. Looking forward to being back in Cali and visiting them.

Best shop I came across in the valley, they carry most my fav exotic strains such as wedding cake and gelato and among others og Skywalker and can't forget Billy kimberr, I'm a weed connoisseur and always seek the best and like to explore, wide variety of strains and gear I've never had issue getting what I came for, would definitely recommend to anyone in the valley to peep this place out!! Just walked in for my second time. Walking in with my recommendation. Though they are recreational they treat you real well. Like family sort of. Or as thought you've known each other for a while. The check-in was quick and insightful as I was given updates about monthly happenings. Checked in, walked to the back and was only one in line. One other customer/patient being helped. Less than a minute, i was asked by a second gentlemen, if he could help me. I proceeded and asked about what I had pre checked on the menu. I am ready and getting close to finalizing my purchase, and he suggested another similar product. Similar to upsale, but prices were the same. He spoke of quality and consistency. I was sold and changes my mind. Select acapulco cart. Appreciate you guys and gals. This was my second time here, but definitely not my last.

I came in to get CBD oil for my mom's glaucoma.  I had no idea what to look for.  They were very helpful in explaining the types of oils and uses to me.  I would definitely recommend- especially if you are new to medical marijuana

My go to shop! The prices are the best out the whole valley. The guy w the glasses has helped me out and recommends me good products that I've never been disappointed in. The flower here is bomb & fresh just like the wax and they got deals every day. I'll be coming back and recommending

1st time going here and I loved it. I've been to a few other shops amd this has been my favorite. Most places I've gone to have great prices but shitty service or vice versa. But this place has it all. Chris was the one who helped me out and he was so nice and patient with me. He answered all of my questions. The shop itself is very clean and well lit with all they're products on display. Great prices, great products & great customer service... What else can you ask for.

Went to SVC on Wed. Its been a while since I went and so much has changed. Boy can i say there was a lot of good changes. The new dice game, better choice of buds, the new lady budtender(=. I picked up the Black Mamba, GSC, and Reserve OG. GOD DAMN can I say they were dank and amazing. Definitely coming back soon to pick up some more. I also was told by the female budtender that if I write a review that I get a free jar. Good review for the lovely beautiful lady(=

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ;-) I had to trek clear across town but the trip was well worth it. A beautiful, discreet facility with top shelf flowers. Don't let the bargain prices fool you. Located in an industrial part of the Valley, it's one of those places you have to look for to find. I specifically made the journey looking for some Jack Herer, which I found at an incredible price. Got turned on to their Maui Waui -  Loved it and it was their top shelf for only $35! The only downside for me is the distance. Aside from that, it gets 2 thumbs up :-)

I was lucky enough to have a friend in sfv that turned me on to this place. He was coming here for the wonderbret smalls, a great deal by the way. I myself am a CBX kind of guy, and they had the FRESHEST batches around, newest dates on jars and highest THC concentrations. Having other jars from other batches I purchased closer to home I could see the difference.Coming from Fontana, it's a little bit of a adventure every time. (wish they had a deal for us long haulers) The drive is always worth it, and the quality and consistency is flawless here. I dont mind shelling out the cash as long as I get what I pay for. And here I do, every dang time. 100% on point.Security is always cool, he never has a bad day where he's being a pain. He doesn't even get upset at me showing up in a undercover us marshall car. Does his job and does it well. That's hard to find with any position at a job day in and day out. Two ID scans and a temperature check and your in. Even when crowded they handle it without any issues or grumpy faced guests.ATM is always working. Like I said, consistency is key. It's the little things that paint an overall picture.Also was lucky enough to show up to a CBX event and I didn't even know it. They showed the love with a huge grab bag of stuff, I like it when they give back since I must have spent over 10k in the last 6 months (dealing with family deaths...2020 was hell, I medicate more than normal).So thank you sun valley, from the owner, to the management, to the staff, and security. You guys help me get through, and keep smiling when things are at their worst. Will always make the drive, worth it.

I think the reason other than the great deals and quality cannabis. I love coming here because of the staff and customer service. They've even returned a faulty cartridge I got once for my Stiizzy cause it stopped working halfway. Vanessa the bud tender is always really friendly and nice. And the guys always know the best deals n wax. I highly recommend this shop. Not to mention they have been there for years. They truly know how to keep it OG. Like back in the good old days of the shops.

Dude literally stopped in the middle of checking me in to pick up his phone, sit back in his chair, and send a personal text. Once I finally got inside everything was roped off like we're still in peak pandemic, the flower in the display jars looked very old and dried out (I get that the actual product will be fresh but as visuals to help guide purchase they're really unappealing), and had no THC% listed on the labels. All in all it made for a really unenjoyable shopping experience. Bummed that they're so convenient to my house because I don't see going again.

I've never been here or heard of this place and now I know whyI placed an order to pick up the next day (Friday November 26th). I got an email saying my order was picked up while I was at work I called my friend to see if they picked it up and obviously they didn't because I said I would get it... None of my money was spent but my question is who used my name and my medical card because that's what I had to put to place the order. I called and was told they don't require any forum of ID to pick up. Not that I'm going to be going there but like wtf that's bizarre every place I've been to asks for ID to confirm the order but I guess this place just doesn't give a fuck  I don't care about the products the thing I care about  was did someone show ID that matched my order name because if so I have to now figure out if someone has a copy of my ID and Med card somehow. But I couldn't get an answer

A bit out of the way and hidden but well worth it. Reasonable prices, compassionate staff. First time patient deals too. Basically read my mind about desiring a Skywalker OG preroll...nothing less than complete satisfaction. Will return again.

I first heard about Sun Valley Caregivers back in 2012, almost 9 years ago. Ever since that day I have been going strictly to them for my edibles and flower, but they have a huge variety of other different products too. I have tried a couple other shops in the past but none of them compare to the experience I have had at Sun Valley Caregivers. The workers there are always bright and welcoming and they’re so knowledgeable on all things cannabis it never ceases to amaze me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect weed consumer experience. I don’t even live in that area anymore and I still commute just to buy from them. That should tell you something.

It's a good place if you live in the area ?. But not worth my drive. I could of paid the same price near my area. And saved the gas. LoL Lesson learned ??? that's why low rating. I have changed my mind about this place. When I first went. I didn't ask about the deals they have. Only place I shop at now.

I've been going here for years. I broke up with the shop a while back. I was upset and said things i didn't mean. After a prolonged absence, I'm happy to say I've decided to return. There's no better place to buy your cartridges. Value is everything and they always have affordable options. Staff is mostly friendly too.

Definitely the best dispensary in the Burbank/SFV area! Great selection and great prices. The staff is always super friendly as well :)
