I come here a few times a week. The security guys in the front are always super welcoming and quick to get you checked in. The staff at the counter is always pleasant, warm and quick. I like coming here. The occasional promo on edibles is a super sweet deal that I love cashing in on. Service, energy, product and flow is always on point here. Great collective of people. Definitely my go to shop in SB. It's worth noting they don't try to over sell you and their price points are great.

I love this place! I recently got some of their f/eld disposable vape pens which make some awesome strains. I particularly loved the ztrawberry rollinz. I wasn't a huge cannabis fan until I tried this one. It's energizing yet relaxing which is strangely awesome. I don't like how some strains make me lazy but this one is great and leaves me with smiles all day.   Perfect day time strain especially if doing some yard work or going on a run with some good music. The bud tenders at the Farmacy are very friendly and educated about their products. If you're not sure what to get they are great at directing you. Definitely coming back to explore some more.

Products are great! If you're strictly concerned with quality it's hard to go wrong here.  I was however unimpressed with the covid set up. If you don't order online you can't go inside and take a gander also you have to wait in a line just to place your order without looking and it can be quite a wait as people are sometimes high out of their minds ordering more weed or just flat out indecisive.

It was a great experience at the grand opening. Everyone was so friendly and nice. None of the budtenders pressured me to buy anything.The prices are kind of high but they include all but the city sales tax.There's also 15% off as a first time patient deal.

Really nice to have a clean and well maintained dispensary in town.I just love reading all of those 1-3 star reviews from spoiled little brats that have zero idea on how to run a business or dealing with state and municipal laws. I mean, come on man... a couple of years ago weed wasn't even legal!! What are you complaining about?? Bitching about walking into a safe place where you can shop for some really high grade bud on your way home from work?? Just have yourself a bud light instead and be quiet!You guys are doing an amazing job! I'll keep coming back!S.E.

I was having some issues with insomnia and did not want to have to resort to a pharmaceutical medication to assist me with it. I decided I wanted to try cannabis, but didn't know where to start, as smoking any sort of marijuana in the past gave me anxiety attacks. I visited the shop and told the person working my situation and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I left with CBD gummies and have been sleeping better than I ever have in my life. I wish I had known about this sort of thing years ago.  Super Props to the crew working this place for being so friendly and helpful.

The staff is so welcoming and the selection is awesome. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Such a great selection of local brands too. Highly recommend Glass House Flower!!!

Farmacy SB was great, everyone was very attentive, helpful, knowledgable and ecstatic! My experience was pleasurable since the first step I took in the building being greeted with a smile. They have tons of flavors at various prices. I would definitely recommend everyone to stop by. What I am curious about is there return policy, I got an eighth for $60 smelled great, looks great, but the strain wasnt for me. I feel at a loss of $60 at the moment because the strain isnt for me and I will not be smoking it...

I got a 1/2 gram of GG#4 cartridge and 2 zero calorie quenchers and they both aren't working to their effects. So I go in and tell them about it, but they refuse to do anything about it. The lady said that she can't do anything based on preference, but this isn't preference, this is whether or not it is potent or not. Very disappointing, never coming again. OVERPRICED and DEFFECTIVE.

The tenders were super-helpful and the vibe was chill and professional. Will definitely be back!

The lady helping me choose my product was very knowledgeable and nice, the cashier not so much. The prices for a gram of raw garden cartridge were $12 higher than Ojai. I'll make the trip next time.

Went here for the first time and it was awesome. Anthony the security guard was welcoming. The employees new there product. It wasn't all about the up sale. Definitely the place for a relaxing shopping experience in cannibus.

This place has the worst customer service soon as I walked in it took me 10 minutes to get helped and then when I got to the register I had to wait another 5 minutes to check out these people don't care about you unless you're buying a lot of stuff if you buy just one or two things they don't give a damn about you they go to the person that's buying the most stuff their customer service is pathetic and be honest with you I think they favor white people more because it seems like why people get helped right away f*** this company

Couldn't get through online for the last week, the question "Is your age over 21?", "Yes" and then blocks in the ability to do any shopping or go any further, preventing my ability to purchase anything from them.  I registered online with them and their statement that they would get back to me hasn't materialized, so this route failed also.  So now it's an opportunity to look at their competitor, now that they basically closed the door to me.

I certainly can recommend this place if you're looking for a public dispensary.  Nice interior and it has off-street parking. What really stuck out about this place is the staff.  What an great staff! The staff was helpful and cheerful. I spoke with three workers, and they all represent their company very nicely.  ***Shout out to Rick, really knew a lot and was so helpful.  The prices are higher than my nearby medical dispensary, where I do most of my shopping. But because of the excellent staff and some of the fun gourmet edibles.... I probably will be back to this dispensary from time to time.

Nice place! The people were very helpful and friendly, and it was so nice to see neighborhood people all supporting this business. I saw on the website that a 15% discount was given to those with a medical permit but when I asked about it they said no. Just a bit confusing to me. The bags they give you are cool looking but I can't help but think they must be very pricey. I'd rather have a plain brown "opaque " one, and see a tiny bit lower price on the flower! But SO glad you're here

Finally, a professional medical dispensary with a staff that know their inventory.  The wide range of products has helped me to find exactly what I needed, at the dose I needed.  The side effects of my chemotherapy have been reduced 80 to 90% due to two pills a day, made from the cannabis plant.  It's an amazing world.  Thank you Farmacy.

First off there is no parking, I had to park 3 blocks away. All the product is from one farm unlike most other shops that have product from multiple farms, it's like going to a grocery store and everything is made by one manufacturer. The lady budtender was creepy, gave me a strange vibe and was obviously going from a script when TRYING to UPSELL me on everything. I did end up buying almost $500 worth of product and I personally did not like any of it and gave it away and of course the creepy lady was wrong with everything she said about the product I bought.  I will not be going back. Oh BTW... the creepy lady basically asked for a tip so if your reading this creepy lady here's a tip... find a new job.

Maybe it's because I'm an old school stoner but I didn't like this place at all. I don't want to buy my weed from a place that makes me feel like I'm in the Apple store. This place is bougie AF and reeks of insincerity.

I like it. I've heard a lot of people complain about price. But honestly, you can find decent deals and $35 strains of flower. And consider the convenience of being able to pick up some legal medicine without making any phone calls or worry about what's in stock.... I like it. I've been satisfied with everything I've gotten here.

Finally, a local recreational dispensary! I love that it's owned and operated by locals. The grand opening was an absolute blast. Live music, product education, and free munchies. When you walk into the Farmacy, it feels like a spa. The check in process is quick and easy. The shop is clean, light, not intimidating what so ever. The budtenders are all very knowledgeable, and the products beautifully displayed. I've had chronic back pain and anxiety for years, I was lead in the direction of CBD and it's been a game changer. Thank you Santa Barbara for allowing access to clean, all natural medicine.

This is a great new spot! It's a beautiful store with a wide variety of high quality local products. The employees were super helpful - I felt welcomed and like everyone was available to talk through options and give advice when I needed it. Bring a receipt from another business on Mission & De La Vina (like mission st ice cream or daily grind) for a $5 preroll. Check this place out and support a great new local spot!

Went there twice during opening week and as very impressed!  The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.  I asked a bunch of questions and everyone was very helpful.  The environment is bright, clean, and super inviting.  It felt like a professional and classy retail boutique.  What a pleasant experience!  A welcome addition to our home town

I was so excited to visit the first legal Cannabis shop in Santa Barbara...and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The check-in process was smooth and seamless, the space is impeccably clean and modern (I can't believe this used to be our neighborhood video shop!). The "budtenders" (love the name!) we're super knowledgeable but were not pushy in the slightest. They offer an impressive range of quality products - there really is something for everyone. And I love that it's owned by a Santa Barbara local! Stellar job guys - I'll be back soon!

this shop is rip off central 100$ eighths of flower when its only 58$ in real life the shop farmacy is having all the patients pay the high santa barbara rent to stay open please do urself a huge favor and shop elsewhere where the shop cares about you and your wallet such as safeport...hpc....from the earth...even the canopy has way bett deals and prices as well as they really care about the patient not the dollar

Wow, the folks at the Farmacy have set the bar high! The staff were extremely helpful and showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right products for my needs. The space and decor is beautiful - a perfect mix of modern industrial and Santa Barbara Spanish colonial. It's been a long wait, but well worth it!

For being the first legal marijuana store, there must have been a passing temptation to do the bare-minimum; check all the boxes, throw some product around, staff the store with unwashed potheads with a tentative grasp on language and with a skill of cooking the books. Instead I was wonderfully delighted to see a store that displays;ayed an astute understanding of design and customer satisfaction.  I've been to the store three times now and every time I have been treated kindly and with patience and respect by the staff and security. I am 29 and have grown up in Santa Barbara and have waited a very long time for such an establishment. Being the first and only store I imagine complacency may have came easy but I am very impressed to see there is a very high standard of quality set for The Farmacy. From security, to store layout, design, packaging, staff courtesy and dress, and of course the collection and curation of wares for sale. My first visit I was anxious to see if the store perhaps carried PAX pods or if the staff has at least heard of them, but to my surprise and delight saw that not only were they stocked, there was a plethora of options. I have passionately implored friends and family members to visit and shower The Farmacy with their patronage and I myself intend to continue to visit regularly.

Great selection, amazing deals, stellar points program. Always good promos. Love the $1 promo items at check out that help me discover new products I typically would not have ordered.+ Super friendly people working there.  No reason to go anywhere else.

I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me today but she had blue eyes and dark hair. The service is great from the door man to the bud tenders. Just came through after a long day of work and got denied access because of an expired ID. I am a patient and my go to despensary was closed. I am now without my medicine because of them. I don't care if it's the law or whatever never spending another dollar here again.

The Farmacy is the best dispensary in Santa Barbara. Hanna and Tim represent the best in expert advice, friendliness, and professionalism, the every experience with any Farmacy is a pleasure. I highly recommend Farmacy based on the best selection/inventory of great products and wonderful, helpful customer service.

Rules remain rules. If my favorite dispensary were to bypass mandatory ID verification, the county and City would Shut them down. The "expired" ID is on you, good luck at your next stop. Unless you go "black market" (Russian roulette - the Muerte Chems used alone are enough to make you SHIVER)...every licensed dispensary will REQUIRE identification. As for the products and service from Farmacy? They are the absolute TOP dispensary in this area, if not the state. With so many amazing growers supplying a never-ending array of delectable products - they will simply keep climbing. Badass shop, with the most badass crew. Get your smoke on at the Farmacy.

Worst customer service ever. No prior notification that they were making a delivery so I wasn't home. They were so unbelievably rude to my housekeeper because she didn't speak English. Disgraceful. Never again.Absolutely no prior notification was given to me about delivery. No text, no call, nothing. Period.

I was interested in something for sleep. I researched the store's offerings online beforehand and chose 2 tinctures to ask about. When we arrived I shared my sleep objective and the 2 tinctures I was interested in. I was steered to a 1:1 CBD:CBN tincture. I bought it and have tried using it 3 times at the dosage on the bottle. No discernable effect.  Pros:  This sublingual product has no taste or mouthfeel.Cons: Expensive and useless.

I had a disappointing experience here - a place where I had been going since it's inception .  I had purchased a vape pen in July .  I only use it for sleep - two puffs before I retire.  For some reason the oil started to come out the sides of the cartridge - a bad leak a lot of oil.  I took it in to the Farmacy and asked if they could help.  They said no- that their return policy is 30 days.  I would have thought that since I am a regular customer that they could at least give me a preroll  or some sort of compensation as the pens are not cheap!  The manager is a jerk!!!I guess they just don't care about loyalty or bad reviews.  I will not be returning nor will my friends.-there are definitely more customer conscious dispensaries around!!!!!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.  Nobody pushed any one product, but explained differences.

So far, NO ONE,in ?SB? has me more ?satisfied? than Farmacy! I can always find a good deal?? & a bigger selection. My girl likes to ?eat? the green, where i like to ?smoke? my green...yet, both our needs r always met. Last but not least, the staff is always friendly,??‍♂️?‍♀️??‍♂️ & helpful?. Check✔ em out. I visit this shop whenever I'm in the SB area. Since they opened, they've consistently had the best customer service, best products, and best staff around. I make a point of discussing options with employees and hearing their suggestions, and they have yet to steer me wrong a single time in probably 20 visits. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful, locally owned and friendly business who is clearly being harassed by someone with too much time on their hands. Don't believe the 1 stars. As a true local, this is the only cannabis store I will give my money to. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. My chronic pain is under control by this magical plant, I will forever be grateful for the recommendations. Keep being you, Farmacy! We are all so happy you are here.

Great place to do business! I have chronic pain so I need something with a goodly amt of CBD and also want enjoyment. Their suggestion to mix (after a little fine tuning) is awesome. We don't even live in SB but will make a trip down if necessary. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!?

The 1 star ratings are obviously outliers, most who have never attended the shop because if they did they would understand it is the best bang for your buck. Glass house has the best prices on the market for the quality with their unique hybrid process growing indoor quality under the natural sun. When I lived in Santa Barbara I would only buy glass house at the local Farmacy there on mission and although I live in San Diego now, I will be excited to see glass house again shortly in the element 7 dispensaries! $GLASF
