Love love love this dispensary. They excel at every corner from I'm store layout to their customer service to their menu. I love that they have a variety of options at every price range, from under 20 to up at those award winning $90 eighths.

Extremely invasive security. The place is new and had good reviews so I thought I would check it out. After showing My identification, And waiting in line to get into the actual Sales area, Security stops me and wants to check my pockets for a knife. Didn't have any knives and showed them so. Then security wanted to go through my HandBag. This is a small bag I carried about the size of a small purse, not a backpack or anything like that. They said they would not let me in unless they went through my bag, which they did. They found nothing of interest to them. A body and handbag search, to get into a dispensary?? Really?? I won't be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at the store at 9:30pm, they close at 10pm. I waited in line for 10 minutes outside, made it in then waited another like 10 minutes and then finally was let into the back. They helped a couple in front of me for at least 10 minutes who had no idea what they wanted and took their sweet time. They asked what I wanted and took it to the front to be rang up. Rang three other people in front of me then when it was my turn they told me they were closed and couldn't ring me up. They shouldn't have taken that many people in the back, they should ring customers up that know what they want, and they shouldn't get your items and put them up front and then refuse service. Never seen anything like it. They only had one working computer. They tried to brush it away by giving a 20% off coupon but I told them I will not be returning. They are unprepared and unprofessional. Go anywhere else for weed, LITERALLY ANYWHERE.

Great place! Love the ambiance and super affordable prices! I enjoy coming here and I love the deals that they have! Staff is very friendly and helpful

Not sure if I just have bad luck. But every time I go here I have a bad experience. Usually have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. Not only did I have to wait a long time in line, but when it was finally my turn they helped the person behind me instead. Never going back. Avoid this place.

nah. not worth it, I didn't like anything about this place. from start to finish; it feels like it's a bootleg version of someone's idea for a trendy dispensary.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! They do not follow their posted hours and close early often. Arrived an hour from closing and was refused entry. Horrible business practices. Liquor is legal until 2am but y'all close early very laughable. Would not recommend their selection have been here a few times in the past.

Shouldn't take take three interactions and almost and hour  to get it right,and trying to sell someone a jacked up cart,you bring you bad luck jk.. anyway please check all your products for defects before selling,so I don't have to be a victim to your staffs jokes and indirect criticism,other then that awesome crowd.

The worst dispensary in Santa Barbara by far. Overpriced buds and extremely rude staff. Would give 0 stars if possible. There are far better options in the area!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went yesterday and they were closed due to internet down (shitty excuse). Then called this morning so I didn't waste my time driving there, they did not answer the phone. I emailed them and they responded within 10 mins saying the were open. So drove down there only to find door locked and security saying they are closed. This miscommunication is unacceptable, are they going to give me discount for my gas and time? Hell no they aren't. The security guard was rude and kept saying "we are closed dont know who you talked too". I showed him email from the company he does security for show they told me it was open today. He was rude and said "we are closed and dont know who told you that but its wrong". I told him this was a crappy business model to have and I will not be coming back and left. He followed me to my car and watched me get in, while writing my liscnese plate in the way out. For wat reason I have no idea, because I was not happy with their customer services (actually being open when they say they are). Security guard acted very unprofessional and rude and seemed to be a bit to overly concerned with a car leaving the parking lot, I mean he could have just looked at the camerea and seen me leave. Instead he was trying to be intimidating standing on the corner staring me down. Typical Top Flight RentaCop trying to hard. I do not reccomend this place. Go to Organic Greens

Went in with my mother in law, she was looking for a specific item. The girl that helped us either completely didn't know what she was talking about....or she was straight up lying about the products. It seemed to me like she just had no background or knowledge about the products. I'm pretty versed in the cannabis industry and know more then the average consumer, so I picked up on her BS. Personally I can't support a company that's puts "Budtenders" out on an active sales floor without the proper product knowledge and proper training. That's just careless and reckless. Selling a controlled substance is not to be taken lightly, even if it is "just weed". You can argue every side to this but you can really ruin someone's day by selling them the wrong products.Plus the security guards are a TRIP! One of them has gang tattoos all over his arms and hands, I'm all for second chances however it's a trashy look to have a security guard with gang tattoos carrying a gun. And I was born and raised in Santa Barbara so I'm fully aware of what gangs were active back in the day and what those tattoos are and mean. Plus he has a seriously creepy staring problem so that's unsettling. As corporate as this company is (and if you do your research you'll find, they're a corporate monster run by millionaire big wigs pulling strings) they're quite sloppy. Aside from fairly decent prices, they don't bring anything to the table for me as a consumer.

I'm a frequent customer and I used express check out for the first time . My experiences was not satisfactory. I ended up being the last person out of 5 people who came into the store after me. The express check out was a total joke today. There is no queue to assist who is next and the card reader was down. So much for an expeditious checkout.

Confusing for a first time patient, no visible menus or product. A few of the 10 employees working seemed like they want to care.

Came here right when it opened and it was already bustling. You'll see all types of people from skaters to former wine moms that transitioned from destroying their liver now to their lungs. It's honestly a vibe. Super friendly staff. Very chatty and personable. Definitely some of them wake and bake which is always fun to see.

Honestly very great shop. Very knowledgeable and great communication/customer service skills. Always has me going back for more!

I bought a product from them and it didn’t work. They wouldn’t exchange it even, wow! You sell bogus stuff! Never will I ever give you my money and bet that I’ll speak to anyone who will listen about avoiding you altogether. Big mistake. I’m in the business!

A good place if you don't mind a long wait time and slight cheaper prices since its a national chain dispensary. Pickup is useless since they'll help the inside customers as priority and have limited staff. Will cancel your pickup order if they are feeling short staffed and must restart your purchase inside after rollcall. Plenty other Local Santa Barbara shops can help you in a much quicker manner.

The experience was quick, memorable and fun. So much so that I saved this card from months ago to do this review. The staff was super knowledgeable and interactive and also helped me pick the right herbs?? Come to sedona sometime y’all

First time to this dispensary. It is right by my house. Tom the general manager was very helpful through the entire process. I went in with my God-mother and she got exactly what she needed as well. There was a huge selection, and reasonably priced items, that would be $10-$20 elsewhere in town. I'm usually not a fan of the recreational storefronts just because of how expensive items are. Overall the service was 5 stars. I went just to check it out initially, and ended up getting something myself. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the upper state area.
