Love the location of this dispensary as it's super convenient, but unfortunately that's the only good thing about it. I went in to purchase a Stiizy pod and the girl at the counter charged me $53 twice as the system crashed on her end so she didn't think the payment went through the first time. I completely understand that people make mistakes, but then one of the other workers (possibly a manager) told me he would contact my bank and get this problem resolved. A few hours later after contacting my bank, he called me back and said I would have to contact the bank myself for the refund. Upon contacting my bank, they told me this was misinformation and it was up to the dispensary to refund me. Today when I went back in to get my refund, Darian the general manager told me "next time this happens you'll have to get refunded by your bank as it's their responsibility to get that money back to you", as if this was my problem and not their employee's mistake. Not to mention that instead of getting the full $53.75 back I only received $50 because the $3.75 was the debit card charge. Again I understand everyone makes mistakes as we are all human, but for this to be something that wasn't my fault at all and inconvenienced me for a good amount of time I would think that Whitefire would be more accommodating to me and let me know they would try not to let this happen again instead of insinuating it was my problem that I caused. I definitely won't be going back and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere (OnePlant, CHAI, East of Eden) as they have much better deals and customer service anyway.

Oh hell naw....trying to give this white fire a chance but NOPE!!...who ever is making decisions on the prices.....fire them!! It's laughable .....after reading the comments with practically 1 star on all of them ....they ain't lying.  I'll give my money where it counts and where the bud is actually fresh and smells good. The weed looked horrible! My cousins home grown is better that's this place. Oh well.....I'll just go to my usual spot in San jo HAZE DISPENSARY

Love this dispensary! It is very nice inside they have a great Selection of products and friendly staff

We recently entered this facility to purchase some CBD cream. The two female attendants were instantly short and confrontational. One looked directly at me, interrupting me as I spoke and asked if I needed a new mask. I replied that I didn't and attempted to continue with my question. The girls refused to assist me and told me that my mask was "too damaged." I was shocked at this bizarre and completely arbitrary declaration. Both became quite snippy and derogatory. I was am not aware of any law or ordinance that specifically declares the declares to quality or condition of the face covering. Your staff needs better customer service training. For an industry that is already over regulated, you would think they would have more regard for the people paying their salary. Try not getting authoritarian with the people who are handing you money. I will be taking mine somewhere else from now on.

My bday is 4/20 so I'm well rounded with the cannabis game .. white fire is a rip off ..! Please save yourMoney .. way over priced .. all of there samples are old and dry and u can't smell them. Only shop at white fire if it's a emergency.. After being disappointed I was Recommended to CHAi dispensary in Castroville it was worth the drive .. be careful with shops that are over pricing are medication.. Report them....!  Stay medicated 420..

Bud tenders are some of the most friendly rays of sunshine you will find anywhere on the central coast, let alone the cannabis industry as a whole. Most of their selection is HUGE regardless of what you might be stopping in for. The constant promos and weekly/daily deals are just the icing on top of an already sweet cake already. Definitely would recommend over and over again.
