I have no idea who their buyer is but they are just not doing it right. Been in the industry a long time and have to shop dispensary every now and then. This is closest to my house and it is just a terrible product experience. Bud tenders/security/foh is fine but product selection is abysmal. Once the new dispensary in Prunedale opens, never again One Plant.

Tried this place after being disappointed at Chai in Castroville. There was no wait . The young lady at the front was very helpful and knowledgeable, prices fair...I will return

Absolutely a shit show,I wore my own mask in there and was told I had to wear one of their garbage paper masks that the door guy just put his dirty hands on.And there flower is always old/dry AF

The overweight guy on the door is rude and obnoxious. He lost you a customer.There are plenty of other places to go where you are not met with rude obnoxious behavior on the door.

Amazing place been to many different dispensaries , this one is by far the best price and perfect location. Every security guard that I have came across here has been sweet never had no attitude. would highly recommend to everyone

Eh, waiting time is poor. I mean for being the only one there anyways. Good deals but expensive wait time lol. At least the security dude was being cool and bud tenders as well.

I like to buy more than a eighth and most of the clubs usually have no selection for me, and when they do it's some bammer. One plant has competitive prices and some good quality half's one whole oz. this might be the best club in Salinas.

Great product for the price i drove about 45min to pick up was in and out within 10min Mac1 snaps best deal out there if available don't miss out!

I will have to say this is the best Marijuana spot I have ever gone too. Minus the fact it is so close to me, and always friendly, chill, employees and security. Weed is good, does the job. Perfect atmosphere and lightening.

My husband and I went there today and parked his truck in the front lot, in the shade all the way to the right. He parked there, near the garbage bins in the shade because the dog was with us and needed shade. There were 0 (zero) other cars in the lot and we figured it wouldn't be a problem for a quick pick up.As soon as my husband was greeted, he was asked to show ID, which he did. The guy that asked him for the ID didn't thoroughly check his ID card, and my husband made a comment, as I would of also. Another man asked for ID, which he happily showed, and then guy #1 promptly told my husband that he couldn't park his truck in the shaded area. My husband explained why he parked there and the guy was adamant about him not parking in that spot, expressing his particular issue more than once. So, as a result my husband left out of frustration. Now, I can't help but wonder, is parking such an issue that the reaction we got from the employee was warranted, or was he just upset because my husband commented on his lack of attention to detail when doing his job? I feel like the employees reaction was personal, which resulted in a  lost customer. Was it really worth it?

Where do I start? I came in to get my cannabis tonight and I walked up and was checking the boxes to see their potency. I came across the Pineapple Express carts and put it face down to separate it from the rest of the varieties because it was so far way more potent than the rest. The associate said, "I'm going to have to ask you to not touch the merchandise!..." in a condescending and sharp tone. I said, "I'm sorry, I suggest putting signs up to show the potency then if it's that big of a deal." I stepped back and asked her which one I had laid down. She pointed to the Pineapple Express and I said, "I'll take five of them, please." She rang me out and I said, "I wanted to tell you, I was offended how you spoke to me and it made me feel like a tweaker or something." She said, "I was offended that you were touching the merchandise!" I wanted to give you some free advice. 1.) If a customer touches the merchandise kindly tell them, "Are you checking the potency? Let me help you with that." 2.) If a customer tells you that you offend them, don't tell the customer they offended you first. 3.) If it's such a big deal, kindly notify the customer as they walk into the showroom. "Due to Covid-19, we're asking customers not to touch any of the merchandise. I'll be more than happy to assist you though!" 4.) If nothing else, just say please and offer an explanation and a solution. We're asking people to not touch the merchandise. Due to COVID 19. I'd be more than happy to assist you though. 5.) If it's that big of a deal, keep the merchandise in the back like EVERY OTHER COLLECTIVE OUT THERE!! Why did I give you 5 stars? Because I've been here three times and 66% of the time they've been amazing and it's not fair that one person have that much impact on an entire team. I'm also not going to write her name because I made a point to tell the security guard and I'm sure after the owner reads this review that person will be coached. I will continue to be your client despite the less than ideal experience. To the person who made me feel like a tweaker. I'm sorry I offended you so bad but I was just making sure I was picking the most potent medicine. Something you should understand considering you're a bud ... tender. There was nothing tender about you tonight.

I just got Papa & Barkley's 3-1 Releaf Balm at a 15% discount today. It was already priced less than at other dispensaries. This product has worked for me, goes on and spreads easily. And I like the smell of the essential oils it contains.

Day 1 customer !!! One Plant you Rock !!! Your staff are always helpful and will give you more than enough knowledge about the products One Plant carries. Briana thank you for service each Friday your available. You guys work hard especially around us stoners. Keep up being 831’s finest canna shop.

Really quality products for a good price. I'm happy with the customer service here and it's such a beautiful store. Definitely a return customer. I recommend checking out their daily specials.

Irie was extremely helpful and kind. She had so many good recommendations and very helpful tips for my first time. The entire staff was really chill and they were all extremely helpful. There was a huge variety of tree, carts, concentrates, and edibles. Everything in the store was very organized, displayed perfectly and most importantly everything was extremely affordable. By far the best customer service and experience I’ve had. Thank you ONE PLANT
