i ordered from this place and they were unable to fill my order correctly. also they made up a sorry excuse of giving me the wrong items because they were busy and now.

Best club in Salinas! Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent selection, comfortable atmosphere. Fair prices for A legitimate club. I bet this club will put the other ones out of business!

will never go to this location ever again. Probably the worst encounter I have had with a dispensary. I was sold a defective battery which I had found out even after charging it, the light would not turn on. I went back in for an exchange for a new one or my money back. The associate was going to process that for me when Alicia the store manager rudely interrupts and says I cannot get a return/exchange. She refused to take a look at the battery and would not let any of her associates look at it either. It's frustrating going there expecting good products and service but I am extremely appalled by the managers behavior.  I was excited to have a canna Cruz dispensary locally but they need to do a better job at hiring managers with experience in customer service. I've never had a issue if I needed to return something from a dispensary. Disappointing, I'll continue to go to East of Eden .

Ludicrous store policy of forcing masks despite cdc and California department of health recommendations make this store a science denier. Bye, you lost me as a customer we.

About a month ago, I made my first visit to Canna Cruz and was highly impressed.  The personnel were quite amiable as well as helpful.  I liked the space and the initial ambiance, and more importantly, the produce was supreme as well as priced quite reasonably.  I plan to return in the future.  Thanks folks for what you offer as well as the way in which you present it to your clients.  ...much appreciated indeed.

Must have patience. Customer service sucks. Rude+not taking my order+taking my order first receiving my bud last. I just want my weed I don't care about any imaginary problems your workers have.

Sigh. Finally a cannabis company that understands loyal customer service. I had a vape cartridge (it happens) not work. As always I had receipt, box, etc and trundled back to the store assuming I would get the typical shoulder shrug and be treated like I am trying to freaking scam them out of my single damn cartridge. I'm looking at you E of Eden. But, THEY ACTUALLY CARED!! Other dispensaries just grab the money and screw you if you have a problem or they back out on a guarantee. I can't remember the  manager's name so,I am going to describe her because she is a keeper Cannacruz! Young blonde cheerful not super tall with a 2 part name. I doubt I will have problems again, that kind of thing is so rare but I will ALWAYS go this Cannacruz because of this.

Staff was very helpful. Very good product.

I live in Salinas and live 9 minutes away from this place. I would normally go to seaside for my weed but decided to check local prices again yesterday before heading out (last I checked was about 5 months ago). Turns out this place has $156/ounces and even $45 half ounces of shake that tested at 22%! So of course I got a half of shake then with all my leftover money went with a gram of white rhino diamonds. As a first timer they gave me a prerolled blunt for $1, which tested at like 30%. Needless to say, this is my new shop and I won't be going anywhere else. I went in on a Wednesday and at the checkout window saw a list of discounts and days they are on. Turns out tomorrow is 20% off everything in the store. I almost cancelled my order but decided to still buy my 2 items and then come back the next day as well to take advantage of 20% off. I will probably buy the same exact items again to stock up for twice as long. Long story short. Great selection and the set up it really nice l, it's easy to see everything and find exactly what you want. Everyone is very friendly. Recommend 10 out of 10.

I found them tucked away in a corner but what a gem this place is. They are so friendly and great at their customer service and the 1st time and recurring customer promos are awesome. I can't wait to get back next week after my next doctor's appointment. That way I can treat myself really well lol.

Hate the location. Hate the configuration inside. CANNOT STAND the vibe in this effing place. But they have the absolute best prices on FloraCal in town, so here I am...for now, anyway.

I have been researching Cannabis recently because it was completely forbidden when I was growing up, I am 78 years old, and knowledge is power. Very interesting information I have found. I GET a discount 1. Because I am a new member and 2. because I am a Senior citizen, like that!
