This place is the worst- Vap pens are a con job- These guys are Soooooo dishonest. The sales are Pulling people and they are bullshit Sales and addicting everyone so they can steal and rob you blind. They don't give a crap about us - they are scum of the earth.  Wheelhouse Dispensory From Hell!!

My first 2 delivery experiences were great, affordable product and no delivery minimum, which I really like. However in the wake of recent events they have seriously dropped the ball. The last few times I ordered it took almost four hours to get my delivery. Also it seems they have raised prices as demand is going up. Plenty of people are out of work right now and would love to have a delivery job, but they seem content with just the one driver delivering to several cities at once on their own. On 420 my order glitched and I ended up having to drive there and wait an hour in the parking lot to get my product, even though I had placed my delivery order before they even opened. Pretty unprofessional and poor planning on their part. Not sure I'll be back. This place SUCKS for pickup. Also they have no delivery drivers so good luck with that. Super unprofessional and shit service.

I bought several clones from them. The worst clones I have ever bought.  Because of covid 19, when I went there they only had curbside service. I depended on my Budtender to pick some good ones. He brought them in a box and I asked him to put them in the back seat.  It wasn't until I got home that I noticed what bad condition they were in. I only think one of the plants will survive.

Stopped here for the first time, it was a nice building, employees were great and helpful. Would certainly go back.

I checked in at the desk and a woman scanned my ID, which logged me into their system. This seems to be common at most dispensaries and I don't think you can opt-out if you want to shop. After that, she directed me to wait in a nice lounge area and, a few minutes later, buzzed me into the showroom.Once inside, I was greeted by a man to whom I admitted, I am kind of new to all this stuff. He made me feel very comfortable, asked a few questions about what I was looking for and then gave me a tour. They have a wide variety of products from flowers and vapes, to edibles and tinctures. I worked with the salesperson to pick out what I wanted and then he entered it onto on iPad.From there, it went to "fulfillment" where they bagged my items from inventory in the back. As are the majority of dispensaries, it is cash only, but there is an ATM inside the store. My only criticism is the ATM charges a $3 transaction fee, which seems like a bit much considering that anyone shopping there doesn't have a choice but to pay the fee if they don't have cash on-hand.With a nice selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff, I will definitely be back.

By far the worst customer service. Wheelhouse ran a 4/20 special of 30% off. My order was placed Monday morning for delivery. Order never received. Received an email Tuesday morning that my order was canceled. Which I never canceled. Called the store to find out what happened. They stated my order was canceled because they got too many orders. I can reorder with only 15% off. I get that over extended themself. Could of been handle better.

Customer service is decent. But I believe the clones are a bit overpriced, 30 is a bit steep.

The service is not good. The wait is not good. The quality of flower is not good only if you pay the top shelf. I got frustrated because online orders get priority over walk ins. We can't always order online first due our busy schedules plus driving. If we walk-in its because we want the same service as online orders. The supervisor couldn't accommodate an unhappy customer. I told supervisor just advertise correctly and clients will be happy. Don't surprise clients with delays!

Xavier was awesome knowledgeable of stock even helped me get better stuff for cheaper prices great guy!!. Recommend asking him!!

Professional and well run. I am no expert, but I will go back. Felt safe (big plus) and products are sealed. A little bit of everything to choose from. Need this for pain and hope it hits the mark.

Very great and helpful staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and some the of friendliest. They have great prices and a great selection. I come here for all my needs. They differently have a variety and all different price ranges.

I'm new to the area & have recently started shopping at Wheelhouse.   Yesterday, a gentleman named Dusty helped me & he was friendly, professional, very informative, as well as patient with my questions.   Dusty went above & beyond & took the time to inform me of different products that would be effective for me.  I'm now a regular customer.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Every time I go, the people are incredibly friendly and helpful! I don't usually have a ton of money I can spend on weed and when I tell them I can only spend a certain amount, the sales people always do everything they can so i can get the most bang for my buck. They're constantly looking for discounts and deals to help save me money which makes me always want to come back again! They're very patient with me when I'm not sure what I want and always happy to offer advice or help. Their website is super easy to navigate and they are always fast and efficient when it comes to their new curbside service. It's the only place I'll go to when it comes to anything marijuana. I've never had a negative experience with them and I've been going here since I moved back to VC a year ago. They're amazing!

Having moved to Ventura county a few weeks ago, I needed to find a reliable dispensary. Found Wheelhouse on Yelp. The registration process was simple. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Excellent product. I will use them again!

I'm just so impressed these folks answer their phone promptly, unlike 95% of all the other local dispensaries. I applaud their professionalism, and they're having a 40% off sale today, bonus!

This is my favorite dispensary in Port Hueneme. Great prices, sales and Rewards program. Quality and Quantity with great professional service with awesome staff. Definitely recommend to all those who want the best in Cannabis products.

I LOVE Wheelhouse!!  Everyone who works there is friendly and polite. They run 30% off sales the first and fifteenth of the month.  They deliver to Newbury Park  and the entire process is well organized with plenty of updates as to when the delivery will be delivered.  Thank you for your outstanding customer service, Wheelhouse!  Keep up the great job that you do!

Great spot!I was impressed from the very moment I walked into this place. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I liked how the product room was an open layout, which made the products easily accessible. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, their way of doing business with their tablets was very efficient and made checking-out quite easy. I felt like I was in an Apple store, but without the terrible wait time. The only downside to this place is that it's cash only. However, I personally didn't have a problem with it. As a first time buyer, I had absolutely no idea what to purchase. The young woman who assisted me was extremely knowledgable and walked me through all their products. Thanks to her, I was very happy with my purchase. Overall, this was a great store with excellent customer service! I will definitely be back!

I went today for the third time and I was not allowed to made a purchase because my driver's license is from Puerto Rico and they ask me for my passport or a California driver's license instead.  The first time I went I presented the same license from PR and there was no problem. Also I entered the dispensary twice the same week with my ID. So I ended up going to the HPC Port Hueneme Dispensary that's its right next to this one and they allowed me to enter and buy without any hesitation. Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States and I am able to travel with my driver's license. Also I had entered to other four dispensaries and bought their products. It's ridiculous.

Just want to give a shout out to you guys and say thank you I must admit at first I was very intimidated it was my first time going to a dispensary I didn't know what to expect and the girl that was there that afternoon on January 6 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon was very reassuring and very nice and very understanding that made my wait very comfortable until I was called to go in into the other room and the young man that helped me Peter was very nice very understanding very knowledgeable and very patient I was referred by one of my good friends he highly recommended your place and he still goes there thank you very much for being kind and understanding I will continue to go there as needed again thank you!!

Second time in . Both times very professional and very clean .Jacob very helpful and knowledgeable made me fell comfortable asking questions .  Over all very nice experience will recommend friends .

We were greeted right away with a welcoming smile from Sydney at the front desk which nowadays its hard to find. Going in Jacob was definitely A1 in his customer service, we were indecisive on which strain to get and he recommended us his favorites and was extremely patient the whole time. Definitely our new go to dispensary!

I picked up the St Ides 2pk blunts based on the fact that it reminded me of my teenage yrs & 20\'s. Product is great, nice size blunts, burn great, even, slow. Tobacco free is always a big plus for me. Taste was great, the strain was Gelato 24% THC. The tin it comes in doesn\'t open accidentally either nice & snug for Reyes 9f you didn\'t finish your blunt. I will definitely be buying them again!

Horrible service! They skip you and only attend if you show up in the front by the tent. There is never any parking and they have no organization system. Worse than going to a bar, I get helped quicker at busiest bar in town. What a joke! Shout out to the security guard though he is always trying to help others and push the sale reps to check in on the cars that haven't been attended. They should actually have him help out! He does a better job with customer service!

This is my local pharmacy of choice.  They never disappoint. Shout out to Mark, super attentive and very knowledgeable.

First time in here today and I wasn't really sure what to expect, I've never been inside a dispensary before. But, I had a great experience! The staff was very helpful and so so nice, and the establishment itself is very neat and safe. I highly recommend Wheelhouse and will be returning!

Wheelhouse Dispensary provides top shelf products and a friendly easy service for the community.  They also give back to community by contributing to local non profits such as Port Hueneme Dog park and Reel Guppy Adventures creating fishing memories for kids. Thier staff is very knowledgeable and very dog friendly! Bring your dogs for some CBD products!

Absolute worst customer service ever, and they sell products that they know break on customers. I bought two Big Chief cartridges, both different kinds, and BOTH fell apart on me within two days of use. WHAT?! I called to talk to an associate and the girl who helped me was not very smart in telling me honestly that they get complaints about these cartridges breaking all the time. So..... why the heck do you still sell them, and sell them at premium price, Wheelhouse? Unbelievable. FYI, if you have this issue, you can't get a refund or exchange for a different brand. In this case, apparently I *had* to replace with other Big Chief cartridges. Is this a joke? Why would I want cartridges from the same brand when they flawlessly fell apart, one after the other? -_- Never, ever, ever, ever purchasing from Wheelhouse ever again. I used a coupon and it was $50 but $50 wasted, at that. Severely disappointed.

I've been going to this place for over a year and they have been really good thus far, they even consider me a VIP. On Monday, I received an email from Jon (General Manager)  saying I had early access to the Christmas Sale (see photo below) which meant I could use it that day, right? I stopped by to get some Joints and a couple other things on my way out of town. I asked the manager on duty Brandon if I could get the discount from the email I received and he said no the sale starts tomorrow. He didn't bother reading my email he just said no. I left upset and surprised . I then went ahead and texted Jon and told him my situation, he didn't get back to me until wed evening when the sale was pretty much over. That's definitely not how you treat your VIP's. Lastly, with much more options to purchase cannabis in Port Hueneme they should really take pride in customer service.Chuy

If your in the area WHEELHOUSE dispensary is where it's at! They have huge selection and are very friendly. I go there every week, they have great deals and awesome product! everytime I go I have a great experience and I am always left  feeling satisfied and happy! You must go to this dispensary!

If you’re in need it’s a great place. The issue is incredibly long waits on a regular basis. Even if you order online you’re still gonna stand in line for up to half an hour. They seem to be making enough money that they can hire another person to help out yet they always seem understaffed. Honestly a person who just helps online orders/curbside would increase efficiency dramatically.

Cesar assisted me, super friendly and just cheerful. He answered my questions and was a delight. Although I did make an online order and had a lot of trouble even getting it ordered (loading mostly) but I didn’t get that it’s ready email, I do just receive that they *wheelhouse* received my order email. (3rd time no email) but before I called and they *wheelhouse* put in an order for me... but then I don’t get the points. But I just showed up today and they had it in their system but it took a hot second to gather and bring back to me.. so never the less I’m rambling and indulging. Wheelhouse got options and most of the time really good service!

Been happily using Customer Appreciation Days online for a year, but last 2 visits to wait in line on sidewalk was much too long -tonight was 40 minutes at 8:25pm to pickup my order and give Wheelhouse my money. Owner, please hire more staff. Only 2 overworked salespeople (1 for online, 1 for inside), plus one packer. Owner, perhaps higher wages to entice more quality workers. I stood in line with 15 other unhappy customers, 3 left due to wait. Hope this is only a temporary problem.

First time here. Walked in. No wait. Every person was extremely helpful. Needed some drops. They explained directions in depth. The only complaint is they are unable to take Chime cards or Bank of America cards. Had to go to ATM . I will bring cash next time felt very safe
