Very unwelcoming and unfriendly. The girl helping us was pushy and in a rush, seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question about their deals and prices (which were not that great). Def needs to work on customer service.We ended up not getting anything and left to go to From the Earth. Go there instead.

Called in n verified there was a cheap option, the initial otd price was cool, but upon checkout, there was an added $16 to total, real fast switcheroo. super bs. Sketch location, guy I parked next to over by dentist even said 'you really wanna park here' and pulled out an ice pick. Doesn't look good, ya know? Prolly good on coming here for a bit. Overall not horrible, just a bit deceitful and really just don't feel like getting stuck in any parking lot, so yea, it's gonna be a no from me dawg

This place is terrible and so unprofessional. I tried to go for the first time because I saw some great deals online that I wanted to take advantage of. I had Thousands of dollars to spend that day and upon arrival I was told by there security guard that my California ID was fake. I have no idea why I've never had this issue anywhere else they usually scan my ID. I thought it was a joke at first then they asked me to leave and were very rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I also had alternate forms of ID but they would not have anything to do with me. Horrible customer service and I would never recommend to anybody I know.

Worst dispensary. Charge the most, care of the least think they are top dog when Ashley they are the oldest dog in town and they are lame. Terrible terrible place do not waste your time or money there.

Okay this place.. oh my. I went in to this location from a friend's recommendation. I also saw the many street signs that they had and thought, well maybe this would be a good place. I'm almost speechless. Their selection of concentrates is atrocious. They had only one "cheaper" concentrate selection priced at $36 plus the $11 tax. Now I see why they have so many street signs. They spend their money on marketing instead of getting quality products. They give you a ton of "points" just for signing up and I see why! They need to give clients more incentive to buy their overpriced products. Oh the other hashes were at $70+. $50 dollars out and I have a black ball to smoke. Lesson learned.

If you want to get ripped off, come to this shop. I came here with my girlfriend and got a half gram of wax and gram of weed for 39$ !! On top of that they charged me 2$ for an "exit bag" that we apparently are required to have. Well guess what we got charged for the child proof bag that according to them was state law, and didn't even get it. The lady at the cash register, just said "oh it's fine just stick it in her purse," it's not fine because you guys are charging for it! Definitely not how you should treat your customers. Weed was good though, so I gave them two stars.

I purchased a half ounce of "Evidence" gas-og hybrid flower which was recommended by the budtender. I brought it home only to find the ugliest weed by far I have ever bought from a pot shop. It looks and smells like black market weed from a developing nation. The buds are tiny and have a lot of stems not trimmed off. Clearly not grown, cured, or trimmed with any care. I'm not sure why Skunkmasters would carry this strain, let alone recommend it to anyone. The manager informed me others had complained, and offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, but I won't be back as I don't want to risk getting a bag like this again.

The last few times I've been here were for online orders that the business claims were ready for pickup. This last trip I was in the showroom standing in the same spot for well over 20 minutes. It wasn't until I said I was leaving that they decided to help me. I asked if they were hiring, they said no, and I don't see why because they're obviously so severely understaffed. Either SM needs to stop only allowing friends and family to work there, or they need to bring in friends of friends. Definitely the last time I'm visiting. HPC is better anyway.

Terrible terrible. Twice I got the wrong product. Just went with it the first time. Second time I went back with receipt and unopened product. They said sale was final regardless of mistake on their part. I got stuck with something I didn't ask for. Trash dispensary.

This place used to be the go-to! Since they have moved however it has become the do not go to because their selection sucks and their customer service is worse. Time to find another source, such a bummer when a business fails like this.

Came here for the first time the other day. Everything seems very clean and professional and their employees were helpful.Unfortunately, the product I received was not only dry but unsealed. The seal label was on the top of the jar... which defeats the purpose. The green was brittle to the touch, it felt weeks old. I'm a little bummed out

Some employees have great energy. For example: the guy with the mustache and long hair, who recently cut it. Super sweet person. But some of the other male employees I've caught bad vibes from and they are a bit "snappy" I guess you could say. LolSome of there products are amazing that we've tried but their inventory is ALWAYS unpredictable. When I go in to buy a product for the second time they are 9 times out of 10 out of stock of that item.I spend about $400 here a month between the 3 clients who have pain & disabilities that I care for. They get disappointed when I come back having to give them something different than they got the last time.Great place over all but poor product management.

Here's a letter I sent to this place, after they strong-arm robbed me like I've never even heard of a drug dealer doing. No shit. In front of a crowd. On Christmas Eve. Heartwarming stuff.Dear skunkmasters: Imagine this situation in any other retail scenario: your cashier brings me the product, it's clearly been tampered with, I open the outer cardboard with two fingers to demonstrate what I'm talking about. Then she takes and maintains the position that because I opened it, I bought it. Huh. Any legitimate seal would have prevented it from opening, the seal was compromised, that was the point. Every maker of every THC cart seals their products extremely well. I suspect you're aware of this. They don't just fall open and spill out, like the one she handed me, delivered without even a snazzy green bag. Then security came. Here were your options, as a business entity, at that moment: A: simply refund my money, as I eventually requested. I wanted weed, but wasn't quite prepared for all the games. B: Delivered the product I purchased in its original packaging and state, un-tampered-with. These products are sealed not once, but twice or more. And of course the inner plastic tube was also missing its seal. C: Offered an alternative product of equal value, I'd happily shop again for a product you could successfully fulfill, orD: Basically told me to fuck myself, in a room full of other customers. The one guy in town most likely to write about it.Any successful business would instinctively do the right thing, choose from among the first three options, and go about the rest of their business day without breaking stride. Though I know it could be more personally-aimed, I guess you're just screwing with the poor or the homeless because we're least likely to complain.Except for me, though I really don't often get it right in the face like that. Every lie they tell about inventory, and every robbery they pull off should be noted and publicized. If your product is open, it's been tampered with. These particular products are sealed at least twice, always. The companies that create these important, healing products need to have some idea of how they can expect our dispensaries to fulfill their orders. So I'll copy a few of them on the ongoing crisis here in V.C. with their products. When they understand that their products are often tampered with, we can begin to replace these substandard money-chasing entities with ones that can produce accurate inventory reports to the public as well as provide the classy, professional services that we deserve.These places aren't run by business people. It's frankly embarrassing to have visited dispensaries in Vegas and elsewhere and then to witness what our dispensaries have devolved into. This is important work, providing needed medication, and it's a clown show here. Excluding Ojai, V.C. dispensaries are incompetent at best and often blatantly dishonest.  PWR

Hi,Just like a first date, things started out nicely! Then, typical, amateur-time, unprofessional behavior.I'm gonna guess that if they know how to check your ID; they can also see how many times, but more importantly, how much coin  you've dropped there...pretty simple.Regardless...here's my point. I bet I've called there 6,7,8 times...asking for a particular/specific  product. The person answering on each of these occasions--while it was not just the same one--told me that, "Yes, we carry those!" Only to my dismay, and subsequent frustration, that this was B.S.! And a couple weeks prior to this, whilst waiting to make a purchase, I watched, overheard one of your employees say, [to a woman who'd just been told/sold some special she would receive] "...I don't know Why she told u that, but I'm telling u we don't have that promotion any longer!" Rude!I finally called back, after going over there this last time and finding they'd LIED to me again. The woman who'd answered (same person that I'd just spoken to) says, "Well, maybe we ran out?" (Yeah, why didn't she check, instead of lying?)Guess who's dollars Y'all just lost? And I hope you're smug about it too! That's how businesses fail my friends. Do Better!

Horrible business set up and overall process. They were under staffed and long wait times. Even if it's in time of covid I'll never come back.

The fact they tell you a set price then charge you a fee after and they only take debit or cash and when you use debit they don't tell you this but they run it as an ATM transaction so later your bank charges you for ATM fee. So it's a double fee.

Skunk is my go to for multiple years since the beginning because of the great customer service and great prices. But there always comes a day I guess. Today I went in and there was only two customers to serve, myself and one other guy. As I was seated waiting for my name to be heard to grab my order I noticed that people coming in well after me were getting their name called. Sure enough it took for a security officer(WHICH I THANK KINDLY) to go up to the window after asking me for my name because he too noticed I was getting skipped. When i approached the window with a not so smiling face a gentleman asked how my day was going and i told him not so good after what i just experienced. He then gave me my order and called me back to the window to try and give me a $10 off coupon for my next purchase but i did not accept it because it is the last time being a customer here. Never thought you'd guys forget a customer but like i said in the beginning. There comes day!!

I have to drive an hour to Skunkmasters. This is the 2nd time I call and ask for a specific product and when I get there they don't have it. Today, the Cannabis genius at the window and asked if I specific enough when asking and did I ask her if it was Cannabis derived or Hemp derived. No, I didn't, I asked for a specific product as I always do and she said they had it. I arrive and they don't have it. Then asking me why do I prefer that kind over something with THC in it. After trying to convince me I didn't know what I was talking about and me letting him know that I did he said, "well I wasn't on the phone call." So yeah. They will be there because it's the only one in the area but, they are crappy.

I was recommended to this shop by family and friends. They mentioned great things about it so I went and checked it out and it's now my new place to go! They service is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff! They are efficient & quick. They haveLots of great products & they have the best prices!! I highly recommend this shop!

I went in yesterday to buy plant and wax and had some questions about the products and prices. Jesse helped me with this but wasn't being very nice at all, he had rather a passive aggressive attitude. Very uncomfortable experience. Jesse sucks!Other than that, the place is great! You get in really fast even when there is a lot of people at the store. They have a wide variety of wax and plants, which I love. The girl at the front desk and the girl at the cash registered are always super friendly and helpful. Security guys are also very polite and helpful when needed. The place is located in a very good area with a large parking space.

What a pathetic  place, cars broke down in front of the place parked in handicapped.   Driver Walking around asking for a jump while his  pregnant  girlfriend is waiting in line.  to by weed.  Reality check people.

If I could give negative stars I would.  RUDE..R.U.D.E.!!!!  I spend 300 a month, I was treated like a little boy when my phone rang.  As I was walking out to take the call, the female budtender yelled at me about ky phone.  Hey..Douche, It was my family.  They come b4 you do..I'll wait and go back to Emerald Perspective.

I had a conversation with the nice young lady behind the glass as she prepared my products that i had ordered.  She was pleasant and. knowledgable about the products she was gathering for me. The budtender recommended the brand Heavy Hitters as a high quality cartridge option. I took his advice and bought a Diablo OG. I could not have been more pleased with the product. The budtender explained to me how the actually make their own oil that goes into their cartridge, which apparently is a rare thing.  Overall a great experience from start to finish.

I was here recently and the 'customer service' really turned me off. It had a real frat-house vibe, everyone standing around talking. When I left and tried to use the wrong door, a bunch of laughter erupted..no professionalism or helpful intent. Additionally, my friends who I told about Skunk masters, just bought a literal bag of b-buds and stems for market rate and when they sent pictures to the management, nothing was done. It turns out they don't even stand behind the product they sell. It was laughable quality, consider yourself warned. I won't be back

Hi, i have 5 stars because I got the product I was looking for, and they honored the coupon from the VC Star... but not without a dose of attitude. I'm staying with my homies at Safeport. I was baited to Skunkmasters by the coupon.

Staff is always polite and helpful with my questions.  They have a nice variety weed, eatables, oils

My experience today was so stressful. Don't settle for this place like i did! Not the level of service you'd expect from decent dispensary. They messed up my order. The second concentrate i actually wanted wasn't added to the order. Then after I had to run out to my car to get my bag, I came back in and found out part of my order was missing. Register told me to go back to who helped me. So I did and i looked like an idiot when he was already helping someone else and told me to wait so I took a seat and he FORGOT about me and called the next customers name. After I felt like I was going to be stuck there forever the register called me back up and asked if I got what i needed. I said never mind since I already felt so stupid and didn't want to run back and forth across the showroom to check what exactly the product was. And what bummed me out the most is the sauce I got wasn't even sauce (he didn't show me i trusted the bud tender) It was sugar looking so I don't feel good about this order one bit. Of course the one he did show me that was missing from the order looked so good but i couldn't remember the name of it. I got to hand it to the register chick she tried to help but i was already feeling like shit and wanted to gtfo of that place and the stress it put me under. If you're looking for a sign not to come here, THIS IS IT. Plenty of other places to go than here that won't stress you out every time you go. Every time I drive past it I get anxiety and cringe to think of this experience and it will keep me away forever this time.

I asked for one product and was pushed another called Double Cup being promised it was the shit. Got home I notice No seal on container and Label has no specs on what County grown.  The bud looked and smelled decent but smoked like the old Commercial Weed from way back......absolutely NO BUZZ , taste harsh smelled bad burning ....went Back  and they told me no exchanges of any kind. Very disappointed, I gave it back to them and basically got burned for $45! AVOID this place at ALL COSTS. SHITTY PRODUCT in Off Label Generic Containers

I was drawn in by the advertisement of family owned and voted #1 but was nothing but disappointed. I see why from the earth who is right next door had a 20 min wait when they were empty.  The flower I chose I was not allowed to actually purchase as that was "the display model" and was told I would be given my chosen herb at the window when I pay. They asked me to pay first and that's when I asked if I could look at the flower I was to be given first and they mocked me. That wasn't even the worst part, the herb was nowhere near the quality of what I was shown initially. When I mentioned it they said well it's the same stuff so if you want you can pick something else but I dont know what to tell you. Plain and simple bait and switch. BE WARNED!

WARNING: EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Went here for the first time this weekend and was shocked to find that a edible product from the brand KIVA is being sold for over $200 dollars when I have boughten the tin of 5mg blueberries from many other dispensaries in the $20 range. When I questioned if the price was correct, the employee was extremely hostile when I simply wanted to know if that was a typo in their system. Will never be going back, nor did I leave purchasing anything for very obvious reasons.

We have gone here a few times and have always been happy with our selection.  Our bud tender was very helpful and told us all the specials. We told her we only wanted Indica and she found us the best deals in flower, concentrate and vape.

I love Skunk Masters! I've been a loyal customer sense they opened! I highly recommend this company and would refer anyone to them.

Skunkmasters is the best place in Port Hueneme to go to for legal and high quality Cannabis. I've gone about three times now and can say this place has never disappointed me one bit. I can expect quality tree, excellent customer service, and just an overall positive experience. I have experienced it all from dispensaries...crappy service and not-so quality products but Skunkmasters has never disappointed me and I doubt they'd allow that to happen. They seem very focused to the patient and occasional user and they are just overall genuine nice people who will help you get what you need and want to go. I highly recommend this place, especially when your "go to" person isn't as good or around anymore.

This is fine. Nothing negative just needs improvement. 1) what's on the menu? I wouldnt know. Most dispensaries [in colorado] have a large tv screen displaying what's in stock, how much AFTER TAX and how much you can buy of it. It Alleviates the confusion and keeps people moving  out the door 2) going inside. It easily gets over congested (people take their time asking questions and making decisions) it would be appreciated if you had a quick pick up line for people who knew what they wanted so waiting is just for people who need answers or want to ask questions.  3) where's the dime bags? The cheapest option is 25+ (don't get me started on the joints. Not worth the light)  Quite odd not bad just odd. Other than that it's an okay second compared to anywhere in the valley. But if you are going to la, pick up while you're down there.

Music was super loud and the one guy working talked way too fast couldn't understand a word he said. Pretty annoying place to visit. Go to the place next door the place is quiet and people there are professional and friendly.

I found this place to be very knowledgeable in the products that are sold...they were very nice and courteous and friendly...when my local neighborhood dealers won't answer my calls or take forever to respond...this is where I go to buy my weed...

Best Dispensary in the area, selection of Sativa is limited however what they have gets the job done and that's why I consider myself a regular

Left my products there for consideration and when  I called I was told, "they were nowhere to be found." Then they would not respond to my e-mail or return my calls.

So my boyfriend went into Skunkmasters even though being told the place sucked. After having a bad experience he posted a review slamming Skunkmasters and their owner. The owner from Skunkmasters thought he worked at From the Earth because he praised them in his review which is incorrect. Then the owner mocked my boyfriend because they got a shipment of RAW sauce that he wanted after posting his review which I think is unprofessional. I go to show my sister the next day and the review is gone. I asked my boyfriend and he says he can still see what he wrote. So apparently the owner from Skunkmasters had Google block it, which is weird because on Yelp you can't block reviews, so I'll make sure to repost it on that site as well. Just be careful about doing business with someone that covers up bad reviews. That's probably why their rating is so high. Let's see if this review gets blocked as well.The place is very unpersonable I myself hated the experience too and everyone I've talked to dislike the place. They don't greet you with a budtender, you can see their employees always goofing off in the parking lot, OH and after you make your selection then you have to go to another line and wait to pay...I've been to some sucky places in LA just like this one. My advice don't bother for a shitty experience when you can go elsewhere.

Great prices on OZs & also got a surprising 2 for 1 deal of top shelf. Better than the others, much respect to the young lady with the black hair who helped me. She's on point.

Shitty customer service, I asked for the more affordable prices items and they where all like "the broke boy wax"  very unnecessary and rude. I immediately left and will never be back. My Customer name is Gustavo in case you want you know. Screw skunkmasters

Update ** : they don't care about the costumers at all you are just a dollar for them and they don't care if the costumer is happy or not sometimes they forget that there is 8 more stores around. Sad.I have been a loyal costumer since 2018 always had a good experience.Today I had my first bad experience and not with the stuff or the products it was with this one of the security guardssecurity guy raised his voice at me and have been rude(inside and outside the store and also in front of the manager after he helped me to come in)and told me to go out and not to come back and shop here over a cup of coffee and whenever I went outside he kept yelling at me all the way to my car.(Just to say two days before on Monday I was in at opening 8AM with my coffee in the store and no one said anything)I noticed that the manager Jason is outside and I approached him to ask if that's the way to treat costumers and he immediately come for help and told me to park right there next to the door and he will take me back in .When I got out of there the security guy that told me to go out was kept laughing in my face and the other one told me "Don't park here anymore" after I told him the Jason the manager told me to park here real quick to solve the issue I had with one of the security guys he said so yeah I'll call Jason right now and tell him he can't just tell people park anywhere!I'm use to come by the store every other day and sometimes every day spending average of $800-$1000 a month sometimes more in this store.Today really was the worst experience I ever had in this store.that's not the way to treat a costumer!!kinda sad I'll need to find a new spot since I really love this store, it was very convenient thy always have the high shelf brands I like and everyone always friendly and know me there.The reason why the owner not answering because he is NOT care enough not for a $30 costumer and not for a $1000 costumer.If you guys want to see what is really going on in this place go to Yelp since it's looks like the owner don't care at all about the costumers that shop in his store and is deleting all kinds of reviews that tells the truth about this place.

Unfortunately a few of the girls at the front desk can sometimes be moody or not friendly, having written that, the inside folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain cool. This place has usually very good product in stock (I like stiizi and Kong pen pods myself).

Sadly I'm saying goodbye to this dispensary. I've been a good customer &  for a few years I've driven down from Ojai because of the vast selection. The staff are mostly nice, however, I rarely can get out of there in less than 30-45 minutes as they are chronically understaffed for the volume they get and it bottlenecks at the payment window. Not so long ago they closed the restrooms and this is a big problem for me. I realize it might be a response to Covid, but they had it open for awhile during the pandemic and most businesses have their bathrooms reopened to their customers. Whatever the reason, it just doesn't work for me because of the long drive and the long wait I inevitably have to pee. 3 of my last 4 visits I've suffered. Once, upon getting there not knowing they had closed I had to wait outside for awhile and by the time I got inside and realized they were closed I had to leave, drive off to a fast food place, and return. The next time I didn't feel the pee sensation until I was inside. The wait was excessively long at the payment window & I became desperate. It was late, so I ducked behind a bush and did what I had to do. Today, I relieved my bladder before I left & hadnt had much to drink, but right after I parked the sensation came on strong. I've been very stressed, forced to run around and I think I'm a bit dehydrated and my bladder gets funky when that happens. I went in hoping the bathrooms had reopened, discovered they weren't, asked the security guard where I could go... It's Thanksgiving, many businesses are closed and I didn't want to run out and come back again. I thought maybe I could shop quickly and then stop on the way to a gathering. The urgency reared it's ugly head & I realized I wasn't gonna last longer than 2-5 minutes....and it was duck behind the dumpster or pee my pants therefore having to skip my Thanksgiving plans. So, I told the security guard I had to duck behind the dumpster. He told me I couldn't do that and I said I have to do what I have to do and walked off. He started following me and yelling after me. I ignored him until I finally heard him say he's let me use the bathroom for this emergency. Thanks for doing that but I don't like having to humiliate myself because the wait is too long for my bladder. There are many places rivaling them on selection now... so .... Bye bye.

I was disappointed with my experience at Skunk Masters this past Sunday. Earlier in the week, I purchased two "Heavy Hitters" disposable vape pens priced at $35 each. When I tried to use one, it was dead. The light which is usually illuminated when in use didn't come on. I opened the other pen and it worked fine.A few days later, I returned the defective pen and was told "You must have left it in your hot car." Not true!I didn't want a cash refund, but another pen that worked. I don't think my request was out of line. Anyway, the best the cashier could offer me was 20-percent off another pen.Sadly, I left in a huff and don't plan on returning. Luckily, there isn't a shortage of available cannabis dispensaries in Port Hueneme.*** Management: Check your records and see how many purchases I've made in more than two-and-a-half years of exclusively frequenting your shop. Ok so This is my 3rd review... the security at skunkmasters are great.. I have a delicate situation when I go shopping and they allways cover me ... they are kind understanding and I feel the love from them ... thank you guys ....I really won't go to another shop even tho I drive from Ventura good job thanks for making my life easier

This is a great shop. A really great shop! I love how informed the employees are. They are educated in all points of the shop. From flower to edibles. They have great price points on everything. I appreciate how they treat people and actually are helpful! Thank you SKUNKMASTERS

Where do I even start? This club has been my go to and my fav club in Oxnard since they've opened. The security is always nice, smiling, and welcoming. The staff in the front are AMAZING, the energy is top line but so it the pricing! I order online and run in and out. They always do promos and again the energy and vibes are the reason I have so much loyalty. I only go else where when they are completely out of my fav and only Brand I use; Jetters. Which is really rare. They have great vape options as well. The menu is always pretty updated and they contact you when they are out of something but not only do they contact you. They offer you options that are similar to the product you wanted and similar in price. My mother and I Love coming here. The staff is warm and welcoming, security is always soo nice. We now make this a mother daughter weekly stop. We love it here. Thank you for all that you do!

Always friendly and have the best product in Hueneme! The staff is amazing. Mark is very very cool owner and extremely nice.

Security at the entrance is nice and friendly, always greeting customers entering and leaving. Front desk girls are very welcoming , always smiling. Skunkmasters budtenders are knowledgeable and there to help you get the right stuff. They have deals and a reward program. Their online ordering is great, Express check out. Skunkmasters is my go to place!
