Sean helped us. He was full of energy and new exactly what to recommend, great service I will definitely be back!

I shopped here after finding out through weed maps this place carries Kushy Punch. I came at night and appreciated the parking lot was well lit. When you walk in the person who takes your info is to the left and you can see they have security cameras which helped me feel more safe. I went there around 7pm and only waited like 3-5 min after checking in. Once I walked in the bartender greeted me and asked l if I knew what I was shopping for. Since I did, my visit was short. I noticed they have many products but I'm not a connoisseur so I can't name specifics. The bartender that helped me mentioned the establishment is going to cultivate their own plants. It's pretty cool and you can see where they plan to do this as the room has a glass wall. With regards to covid safety, staff had masks and there is hand sanitizer available. I paid with card but there is a fee for that, which I was ok with. I noticed an ATM there though for people who wish to avoid the fee. Overall my experience was great, the staff was friendly, and the place has a good aesthetic. The walls are painted in rainbow colors with butterflies. I was also given these coupons and informed to not mind the expiration date listed. The staff at the front let me know they will honor the coupon as long as you take it.

I had such a good time here, the lady in the front was nice and we got a really nice discount card and explained every discount. Walking in Sean greeted us and gave us good customer service and showed us the products and honestly it was fun seeing all the new products I've never seen before. And the interior  looks so nice very modern and sleek  I will for sure come next week to buy some cool things I saw !

I love this place, so clean and neat. The employees there are so informative and are always welcoming. My favorite dispensary by far!

This is my new favorite dispensary and they are usually on point but I had my first bad experience here today and don't plan on returning anytime soon. Please improve communication within your staff and please hire receptionist who actually care about doing their job properly & who treat customers with respect!Me -"hi I'm here to pick up my online order"Receptionist -"ok, sorry you still have to wait inline"+5 people ahead of me, ok sure no worries I'll wait because I don't know their process.Finally get to budtender, "how can I help you?"Me-" hi I'm here to pick up my online order"Budtender "oh? Why did they make you wait in line? Online orders go ahead of the line!"Gee Karen idk why are you asking me and why aren't you asking the receptionist that question?!?I suggested they need to improve communication within the staff and got some sorry excuse on why that didn't happenAs I was leaving I let the receptionist know about there mistake "hey next time online order go ahead of the line"and all this dude said was "ok"Not even an apology, never acknowledged his mistake, just said ok? Are you kidding me bro? Some customer service skill huh! I left upset because of the customer service the receptionist provided. Also when security comes out to the waiting room and says next person is allowed in, it should be the receptionist job to keep track and call out who is next! He barley even did that properly.Please hire receptionist who understand how to expedite customers properly and also who can treat customers with respect, and maybe I'll come back. But for now,  peace out tradecraft. I'll take my $100 online orders somewhere else for the way I was treated today. Bye!

On my way to the dispensary around the corner, I happened to see Tradecraft sign so thought, hmmm, let me pop my head in. Glad I did! It's a large and well lit space (no pun intended) with a huge grow area. These plants grow fast so rather than get stoned and watch paint dry, this could be more exciting. Maybe they'll have a seating area one day! Adorable Dane was my bud tender and what a fun and cool guy. He gave me lots of info and was very patient since I know exactly what I wanted but didn't know what company made it. I like discount stuff and first timers get a card good for several months with some deep discounts. It's a great spot and I really enjoyed my shopping spree!

First time patient! Treated like family! LOVE the new space it’s beautiful! George held my items for me and Mackala made the introduction easy and quick! Suki took time to teach my man who I am converting to our lifestyle... the whole team today were amazing and I will be making this my new go to spot. First time patient coupons are exceptional value in these rough times. ♥️

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL facility! Love that the parking lot is safe and gated, and especially love that there’s a garden growing in the middle of the lot! I’ve been to many shops in LA and Port Hueneme and no dispensary even comes close to how nice this is! Huge open showroom makes you feel welcome, and I love that all products are available/accesible for customers to view! Amazing displays, friendly employees, and really extensive menu! Definitely recommend, and will most definitely be returning! Look forward to seeing your grow room once it’s ready! Thank you to Vanessa for your awesome service and for helping me add products to my existing order (I know sometimes that’s annoying so I appreciate your help! )

Great experience from beginning to end. The check in process was smooth and easy. My bud tender, Lauren, was amazing. She was cool, knowledgeable, and quick. I walked out the door with a 1 gram vape, 2 joints, & left a tip - all at $40! Can’t beat that! Also the place is so pretty inside!

Excellent customer service from Jorge, Gigi, Tabatha, & Autumn. They’re well educated on the product/industry and I’m very thankful to receive their professional service when I visit. Their product is of great quality on top of being a good prices. They also have discounts/deals every day. With a new age approach to a dispensary, they stride forward with enthusiasm, expertise, and diversity in a phenomenal manner that gives me no doubt in my mind that this dispensary will be around for a long time.

He was incredibly friendly in helping me learn about the new flower vaporizer I had questions about. I went in looking like a scrub during a challenging day and appreciated the level of service because there are people who treat you differently depending on whether you’re dressed up or down.
