Best Dispensary!Quick-- friendly service. The staff is awesome and the deals are amazing. One stop shop in the 805.Huuuuge selection of medibles and prerolls..because we all get a little lazy sometimes! Thanks HPC

Great staff, always very polite and friendly...The variety of product is also great....AND they have the best prices in Port Hueneme..highly recommended...The negative reviews here are totally  misleading,...mostly people whining about problems they themselves invented or created out of thin air....great shop...you wont be disappointed

I miss the old staff. The new staff is so bad. I waited 20Mins for an online order and we're letting people behind me go and they even questioned my last name. Been going here for over a year and sad to see what this place has become. I MISS YOU OLD STAFF PLEASE COME BACK.

Im pretty happy with this place and love the service and staff , however . . . On two or three occasions I've gotten snippy attitude because in everything going on I heard wrong , or didn't hear my name called loud enough . And for the record I didn't insinuate that the clerk didn't know how to spell my name she just took it that way , I simply misheard her question ‍ but thanks for the herb

3 points to make from yesterday's visit.1. Online pick up is pointless because You can't just pick up and go like other locations, here you have to check in and wait depending on the amount of people there. 2. They only take cash which is so inconvenient and also in times of Covid-19 I'd assume they know cash carries so much bacteria and germs.3. Health hazard during these Covid-19 times once you get inside. Sure in the waiting room and outside they marked how far you should be apart. Unfortunately, once you get inside to purchase there was way too many people to the point where I was inches away from people, basically shoulder to shoulder. Also i had to squeeze out of the exit because there was no room for people to move out of the way, fire hazard.

Amazing dispensary with a hard working staff. Great products at a great price and the location is wonderful. Thanks for the hard work.

I am from LA and I visited the store while being quarantined with my family .  I had the worst experience there  some assistant manager turn into a Dick!  I been to this store at least 5 times before .. He was rude to me and he was also rude to his staff unfortunately I didn't know the rules and I wanted to buy some extra flower and he got upset and then I had a five dollar bill  that was ripped and he got upset and he walked around  the store "yelling "   telling his staff  not to take ripped bills - not a big deal we could tape it! I took two friends to shop there - never again! Oh and by they way he wanted my name- I yelled it out when I walking out and I said it's Mariana . I'm assuming he's putting me in the band list ..  This message is for the owner to read,  I am a business owner myself and I would never treat anybody like this!

Obviously the best shop in town as I regularly check all the local shops along "The Green Mile" and stay apprised as to their deals. I highly recommend ball family farms. Anything by moxie basically and anything by 710 labs. Raw garden is another solid brand. As far as floweI've also been digging the Josh D flower as it's dank af and priced rather reasonably. The reward program at HPC is excellent and far better than anyone in town. I benefit from it a couple times a month usually!

UPDATE: Being I cant comment to the owners reply... the point I'm making is that all you have to do is add "certain patches may apply" or something along those lines, but the vendor made both of you sound lazy in saying "we'd have to change the ad everytime." No you wouldn't. Minimal words needed to meet everyone's needs. And the manager should have MADE the rep honor it. Plain and simple. I do events with vendors every month and this would NEVER happen. I dont need a future discount,  I needed what you advertised. I hope you learn from this cause I run a business and my customers are ALWAYS right!Very sad that the rep of Mary's medicinal and the manager would not honor what it says on their website and that is to buy ANY Mary's medicinal product and get a transdermal patch for a $1.50. You only get the patches they have available. you can't pick any transdermal patch and they wouldn't honor it even after I pointed out how wrong their advertising is and how it's misleading. Definitely won't be going back after this. Sad cause I send a ton of people here and come myself.  It would be really easy to add next to while supplies last a sentence that says limited patches available. Or certain patches available.  PS...I was about to drop $200 on just Mary's medicinal products. Not anymore I'll go elsewhere and spend that kind of money

I love their prices. I'm unhappy with their attention to Covid-19 protocols. On my last visit, the clerk felt the need to pull his mask down to talk to me. Staff tend to ignore mask protocols except for when they are face to face with a customer. After checking-in, patrons are lined up to wait their turn to go inside and I was told that store policy is that masks are optional when you're waiting in that small enclosed space. I left because of someone refusing to wear a mask and the indifference of the security guard. I'd rather pay an extra $2 somewhere else.When I left, I went to Skunkworks (down the street) and found that they had zero wait and a much cleaner facility where everyone wore a mask.If you don't mind a grungy shop, a fifteen-minute wait, and you don't believe that masks help to protect you from COVID-19, have at it. As for me, I won't be going back.

Pre packed bud. Little to no flavor. Variety weak. No deals. 50$ eighths . Bought a gram for 19$ was a .9 gram.Better weed from friends that grow and a part of the experience im not willing to give up. Thought id find some new awesome flavors..Huge disappointment

Went in today around 7:20 -7:30 me and my girlfriend wanted to buy some flower as we have from you guys for the past 2 years..... today we went in together separately and met up inside now do to covid I understand why I had to be told to leave I 100% understand... HOWEVER it's how the 5'4 dude said it... he put his head down and looked at the floor or counter no eye contact and started saying " because of covid blah blah blah" and I was standing just looking at the top of his hat while he looks down like a dog with his tail between his legs... so I walked out in the middle of his speech and he didn't realize I left till I was by the door.. and proceeded to make fun of me while my gf was around. As she told me they said " it is what is " a simple " sorry man , we can't have a group do to covid I apologize " while talking to me not the floor. dude I specifically walked inside and said I'm with her and you still talked about me.... last time I shop with HPC... I'll leave 3 stars just cause some really dope people work at the dispensary.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I was taught a few things about my vape pen that I didn't know! Quality products too. I am new to Ventura. Moved here from Vegas almost two months ago. Vegas has an abundance of dispensary stores, and they all sell to recreational patients. I was surprised by the lack of the same here. But this location fills the bill! It's closest to me, but still a 20 minute drive. Hopefully Ventura will open a real dispensary soon! But until then, I'll make the drive to this one.

The second time I went here, they had forgot me for over 30 minutes. I was frustrated and once I told my bud tender Shane what happened, he helped me out and made my experience so much better. If it wasn't for Shane helping me out, I would of never went back. Thanks Shane! Oh & btw, the place is cute and the bud quality was excellent.

Quick easy in and out. A little sketch going up to the 3rd  floor on the good ol rickety elevator. The waiting room was pleasant, airy and clean. Service was great and very helpful. I actually ordered online so I didn't have to wait but it wasn't that busy anyways so not sure if it made any difference. It's very secure with a security guard, cameras, and a wonderful huge enclosed bulletproof area where the reception area was....like most so cal dispensaries. Will go back! Just not sure how this place compares to the other that are really close by.

Best shop to come to in ventura county. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for a big selection of concentrates and flower. I had my issues resolved very efficiently when i had my puff co come broken litteraly brand new out the box, like the atomizer came cracked, but i got a brand new replacement it still working 1months later just the atomizer leaks out of the seal and the air holes get cloged if you do to big of dabs. Would recommend this shop to a friend not so much the puff co plus for $100.

Great place to pick up your goodies - very knowledgeable and friendly staff.  I have been shopping here for over 6 months and it's the only dispensary I visit in the Port Hueneme area. Quinn is a great person to deal with - he knows his stuff, easy to talk to and addresses your questions well.  He also took care of a return with no issues - he really stepped up and that means a lot to me. I recommend this place to all - and for fastest service, go to their website (420hpc.com) and place an online order - you get to skip the line and head straight to the back after check in.They offer delivery service now, I have not yet tried because I like to go in and chat with the staff. Heard they will be taking credit cards very soon in the future - AWESOME!!!!Bottom line - go visit these folks - won't be disappointed.

Located on the entire 3rd floor of the building.If I need something last minute, this is the place I go to. Upon entering, you are greeted by a security guard - which is always expected at these places. The person at the window greets you as well. The place is clean, dimly lit with a teli in the waiting room.You need your valid ID in order to check in. You also need cash to purchase. If you forget cash, there's an ATM inside, which charges a fee to use. Overall, the staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I always check the menu on their website to see if they have what I'm looking for. Keep in mind that prices on the website do NOT include tax.

Thieves....I had 147 points which I redeemed 10% off my order which collected 100 of those points. I redeemed at the front desk and when I went to the back to get my order, my 10% was not taken off. Nicholas helped me and tried to argue with me. Manager came over and made the problem worse. Why have a computer to redeem points if I doesn't work? They tried to cheat me, but I didn't let it happen. I will never shop there again.

My brother and I decided to buy some edibles because what else is there to do during quarantine?! First time customers & we had our gummies delivered to us safely (driver wearing gloves/mask.) Such friendly service overall, we had our goodies in about 1hr 40min after placing order, no complaints at all there considering we live in north Oxnard! I'm glad they're still up and running! Will definitely order again!

So easy! I was awkward going to my first dispensary, but this place rocks. I went in, and everyone was super helpful. You need cash, though. There's an atm if you need it. Best selection in town I think.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, tons of options. I am more of an edibles, liquid, and weed pen kind of guy. The "LaCush" they sell there is LEGIT!

So impressed!! First impression : we were "greeted " by an armed security guard! Immediately my mind was set at ease as I was uncomfortable going in to an establishment to buy marijuana!!  Times being what they are, I'm glad there is now a legal establishment to acquire product for various reasons and ailments. I suffer from arthritis in my back and was researching alternative methods of pain management. So, I decided to try this new place in Hueneme. I don't know what I was expecting but the friendly front desk receptionist and atmosphere was a good start. Once I was called back to the shop I was greeted by Jackie and she asked what I was looking for. I explained my concern & condition. She showed me exactly what I needed to help with my pain management. I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed with the terminology of CBT & THC ratios, Jackie was patient and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need or wanted. I will definitely be going back and strongly recommend this place as a safe & professional location to get the help you need. 5stars!!!!

Not impressed. Went a while back and waited for quite a while without even being acknowledged, so I left. Decided today to give them another try. None of the people working there are enthusiastic or motivated to help you. When they do, they are snotty and condescending, which is really offensive to someone like me who has been smoking longer than these little brats have been alive. Looking around, they seem to have a wide selection, so it's too bad that the customer service sucks.

I have been going here for months and loved it, until I went today and was denied permission. My ID had just expired and I had my renewal paper in my hand and they still wouldn't let me in!! TERRIBLE service!!!!!!! funny thing is I went right down stairs to wheelhouse cannibis and they let me in with my renewal paper. HPC has lost me as a customer for this, I drove all the way from Thousand Oaks. Looks like I will be giving my money to wheelhouse now!! Thanks HPC for the terrible customer service

The prices are great, was hesitant to try the dispensary's due to the large tax but this collective really keeps their prices reasonable. Staff is great at finding what you are looking for. The bud tender hooked me up with some of the best herb I have had in a minute. Will be a regular no doubt. Adult candy store.

I would give this place 0 Stars I bought two vape pens from this place both were bunk I decided to take one back five minutes after I bought it and they accuse me of smoking it and returning it this place is full of crap I would stay away from them they sell bunk products they lie about how is THC is in their product this place all around is a fraud don't believe all the positive reviews they pay $5 off for Yelp reviews

Great place for Veterans!! They were very friendly to me, I'm a disabled Veteran and the staff was very helpful getting me the CBD oils and flowers I need to uplift and better my day.

HPC is the best!! They have great product and great prices but most importantly they have amazing customer service. If you want to feel appreciated as a customer head over to HPC. You won't be disappointed

Awesome place! The employees are very knowledgeable and walk you through any questions you may have. The cannibais market can be scary and having someone you can turn to that helps you navigate it, is wonderful. I would recommend them!

HPC has the best selection of products and the beat prices in town. I like their online ordering system, makes the pick up a breeze I suggest everyone to opt for that over waiting in line because the lobby can get pretty crowded. They also have pretty good daily deals and help the community through their beach clean ups

Great staff and products been a customer for almost a year unfortunately My previous experience wasn't so great and I hate to say this but on 12/23, I picked up some og kush that had some clear visible white mold inside the nugs. Check your stuff before you puff

I placed an online order today because I wanted to spend as little time as possible at the collective. I have come here many times but this time Covid19 has changed business practices and made many workers on edge. I'm writing this review to call out how unsafe this dispensary is being. Patients are kept in close quarters to each other. Right off the bat I got scolded for not standing on a blue tape line in the waiting room. She told me to sign on the line. I said sign where? I had no idea she meant stand in the tape line but she told me then in an angry voice. After that I got scolded by the same lady working in the waiting room because I used one of the disinfectant wipes that were where the complimentary drinks use to be, she insisted I needed to close the container that was already open when I removed a wipe.  the employees here are very diligent keep customers 6 feet away from employees and display cases and insist the Patients stand right next to each other. Normally this wouldn't bother me but we are in the middle of a pandemic and HPC is more worried about the safety of their employees than the safety of the patients who are seeking their medication. Anyway I brought this up to an employee after he told a customer to back away from him and the customer bumped into me, this was not the customers fault. I mentioned this to the employee and he got very short with me told me if I wasn't happy with the service I could go shop somewhere else. I suppose I will. No sense getting sick just to pick up my anxiety medication.

I absolutely love HPC, they always have everything I need and are so kind. They are definitely willing to help you find whatever strain or whatever it is you need, and the service is unbeatable. I will definitely be a long time customer.

I went to this dispensary and as a woman of color, I am not impressed with armed security guards, walking around with their hand on their gun giving people of color dirty looks.  I have been going to the valley for years and never once was there anybody armed walking around intimidating the customers. It's a sad way to run a business.  Put up some bullet proof glass or something but they're running this like a a prison.  If you're scared to deal with the people in this community..maybe you should move your operation to a "safe" neighborhood where you won't have to hide behind your discriminatory practices. Everyone I have spoken with here in town has mentioned they are offended by this display of racial aggression.  It's apparent they don't want to serve people of color here because of the way they are treated after having to wait a half hour and then being treated as though they are doing you a favor by slamming the merchandise on the counter to openly demonstrate your ill feelings. The nasty remarks that are made to customers are only because they feel so well protected by these gun toters to disrespect you and take your money at the same time.  I've been buying weed for years in the valley and never saw a policing of any dispensary, nor have I been spoken to with disrespect by these so-called budtenders.  An unfortunate tragedy is going to happen in this place because of bad judgement by your race soldiers. One of these poorly trained race soldiers is going to make an arrogant macho move and injure or kill one of these customers.  What a way to start out in our community.

holy crap the price is crazy high. they tax you both ways ,from the front and the back!!!  ca tax and port hueneme tax.   yeah get your wallet ready . o they have a atm in there so you can buy more taxed items . not everyone is charging tax by the way ! most of the time this place is empty because they don't have customers , i don't like this place

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel completely as ease. Receptionist is warm and welcoming while the bud-tenders are spot on and knowledgeable. I spoke with both Erica and Sean who helped me find the best vape product for my price point and needs. The Heavy Hitters cartridge is hands down top shelf and burns smooth and clean. The fully dipped ceramic coil is what sold me on this product. If it were not for the knowledge of the staff I could have easily left disappointed with some other brand that has fiberglass wicks or hardware that does not burn to the last drop. I feel as though the cold filtered distillate is a game changer. The oil inside is beautiful and clear. I wasn't sure about the other cartridges that I couldn't see the actual oil, or if I could it was cloudy and unappealing. If you are a local or just driving through town, this is a MUST stop! Tell them G sent you and you want a Heavy Hitters cartridge!

Nice little place with friendly staff. Michael really helped me out since it was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing haha! They also offer a loyalty program which is awesome!

In Los Angeles there are nothing but rip off prices and big corporate thieves like Med Men around. This place is refreshingly different all around. Even worth a drive up to get away from the HELL-A madness.

This is my new favorite dispensary! And I've been to a lot. Awesome selection, great prices, fast service, and my budtender, Connor was the best. I had about 12 different kinds of flower that I wanted to check out and compare and he was super patient very knowledgeable really friendly. Made me feel completely at ease. Also made a great recommendation on some flower I'm very happy with that I have not tried before.

First timer! I'm from the 209! I was Treated with excellence, promptness, professionalism, and realism! Lol, was greeted and bud tendered by the beautiful, Corral, who educated me on their daily specials, discount as a first time customer as well as thanking me for choosing HPC. I can definitely say I will return when I'm in the 805 again!

Terrible return service. They legit sold me a defective cartridge and I tried returning it twice. They basically blamed me and said they wouldn't return. For a dispensary that claims to be female owned and queer run, they sure have a lot of white males working there that have horrific customer service skills. As a queer person I find this hypocritical. Will not be returning or giving them my business again.

Brief update, the new shop area is great! I love it. When you walk in the bud tenders notice you more easily and everything looks awesome. Love that there's a vending machine as a double measure to take care of the previous problem I mentioned. HPC remains one of my favorite dispensaries.The ONLY remaining draw back and why I didn't do five stars is that they still don't answer the phone. Not sure if it's just me because I have an Oregon area code or what the deal is but I have yet to get anyone on the phone every damn time  it's cool they're super friendly and helpful once you're in the shop

I am staying on the beach in Oxnard. I wanted to check out the dispensaries in the area. After checking a few websites, I decided to visit HPC due to their pricing and flower selection. I made a great choice going to HPC. I got checked in up front after the very nice security guard lady out front let me in. Check in was smooth. Headed back to select my products. When it was time, I had the fortune of ALEX being my bud tender. I asked him about 3 selections I had seen online. He got my selections one at a time to show me an actual sample of the flower I would purchase. Very cool. What I REALLY enjoyed was the knowledge and various facts that ALEX and I exchanged. I have been to many dispensaries in a few different states. I am sure ALEX at HPC is one of the most knowledgeable bud tenders I have ever run across. ALEX'S product knowledge, manner of communication with me, and his stellar personality really made my visit complete. GO SEE ALEX and the other fine bud tenders here. I am enjoying my purchases and will return to PHC EVERY TIME I am visiting town. Cannot beat the prices as checked online again the local competition. THANKS HPC.

Please stop charging people 1 penny extra to get that sole extra change to provide to the next customers. Your system isn’t down. If my total is $18.50 on the system you provided for the customers, than it shall be $18.50 NOT $18.51 Thank you, customer
