Had to make a quick stop for a cancer patient of mine. Good stuff she says but the tax and another tax and another tax. RIDICULOUS!‍ Jeanette was so friebdly and very helpful. I always asks for big buds. They never bring any over to choose from like cbcb and Blum. She did I thought it was againest their  policy.  Hmm now I knowThanks Jeanette your the best!!!

Working for a distribution company I have walked into many different shops. Phytologie hits all the big check marks. Educated friendly budtenders, friendly staff, guarded parking lot, access to an ATM, top quality products, and this Friday (June 28th) is their Phytomarket. The phytomarket is the last Friday of every month and they offer food, music, entertainment, and deals. Helpful staff! Walked me through my first experience. Went with some higher thc fruity berry. Delicious! Helped me cope with the Raiders losing their last home game!!

I really like this spot! Parking is convenient.Majority of the staff is pleasant. There is only one guy there who acts like he hates his job, lol. They have good prices and great selection of edibles. You can also earn points for discounts on future purchases. I am usually in and out in 5 minutes. I will continue my weekly trips!

This place has gone completely down hill. The dumb ass situation with ATM/Card reader is ridiculous. Too many fees. Technical difficulties. I honestly feel sorry for the staff. This is my last time here. I don't shop at businesses to leave pissed off. They should give our free grams for the fucked yo experience. No wonder this place is empty.

This place has a horrible selection. The customer service is questionable and all the prices are jacked up way too high, plus they charge tax.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Never again this place has to go. Worst customers service and super long wait. Stupid ass people can't decide what they want and talk for hrs  if this is you jump off a bridge or stop trying to learn about the same shit everyday. I rather go to 105th and get it from the streets $25 for an 8th and it's better than anything this place has. This spot is a hidden gem. It's literally behind jack in the box. My GPS kept taking me in circle because it couldn't find the right building. There's a little parking lot on the inside. Two security standing outside. Another security on the inside with the metal protector. Great customer service. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. She signed me up quickly and instructed to go to the door right behind. This is recreational / medical therefore it can be access anytime after signing up. The people in the back are also very nice. I was there to buy a full gram cart for my friend. One of the staff was really nice and had explained to me what I needed to know; THC and CBD consistency. It was a great experience. Easy transaction. Will be coming back to try their other products.

Don't come here...their weed is trash. I went and spent 100.00 + 30 in tax for some weed that taste like wood. I gave it away, went down the next day to buy what I thought was some good weed, I spent  another 90.00 for 2-  jars...another 30.00 in tax and still trash woody weed. I am so pissed. I will never shop here again, I dont care how desperate I get. #trashweed...and the smartass chick who I guess is a weed manager can kiss my...

The budtenders are Very courteous and knowledgeable. The parking lot feel secure and the front desk staff very efficient.

the security is real disrespect ful..she told me no she yelled out too me you cant come in because you gotta kid in the car...so...and...has he ever been outta pocket...no...ok so why you yell this shit out too me ...instead of pulling me to the side......bitch......this is oakland you gotta watch your tone ...when it come too people kids..customer friendly on the inside ...ill spend my money elsewhere...

I am in awe they have a sink outside giving a refreshing view of how they put health and safety first. I really love that that their security is on point, staff is super friendly and the prices are hard to beat! Great place go check em out!

I am so happy and grateful they are here. Such intelligent kind and thoughtful people.Their product lines are excellent and of all the local east bay dispensaries ... this is the only one that came through for me when I was diagnosed in Jan 2018 with a very fast lethal cancer.If you want to truly put your money where it does good and is part of the community, Phytologie is the only place I was instantly embraced reassurred and provided assistance.They are a fully stocked, excellent priced cannabis dispensary with a heart !

Don't wast your time here. Just go to blunts+Moore down the street. This place has no respect for its customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Bomb grams. 30$ exclusive wax gram. Lasted 2 weeks with a consistent high. Also picked up some spongey looking wax that resembled a vanilla waffer, it was a bit crumbly but over all great. We fancy the awesome containers they come in. Very professional staff, thorough security( walkies, clipboards, uniforms, ) Receptionist, friendly.Budtenders a plus for the great recommendations. Locations: lots of parking and inside is very clean and organized. Will love to come back again. Thanks!  (Also the security was kind enough to let me us the watering hose to clean shit of my shoe) 5 stars! Ha ha!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and despite several warnings I made the mistake of shopping here. Absolute GRABAGE! Mold on the top shelf ($65 1/8) I will never come back.  This place should be ashamed of the quality of products they sell.0 stars.

Way overpriced! I usually get raw cartridges and they charge like $52 for a half gram. I can get the same exact cartridge for $35 from California patients club (delivery service that I highly recommend) and another reason I don't like this dispensary is because they have insane tax! If a strain says $45 get ready to spend $63-$65 like no exaggeration. The only thing that's saves this from being a 1 star is just the friendly service and the special deals they have on the last Friday when they got the parking lot closed for like a farmers market type of event but yeah I'd probably not buy from here unless I need it urgent.

One of mine and my boyfriends favorite clubs hand down we come atleast every other day but the main reason I hopped on here was to compliment the front desk receptionist Selena! She has such an uplifting charismatic personality that definitely makes you feel welcomed and like your at home, keep doing what your doing girl!! Definitely think they should hire more people like her!!

Pretty disappointed.. Let me start off by saying the bud tender was friendly and the only reason for the second star. Prices are a joke and the tax is a BIG joke... but the worst joke of all is this pre roll.. and the bud given to me is completely different than what I looked at and asked for (labeled as a complete different strain even) but at least its a similar quality which is descent. Also they OVERTAX you. CA tax on weed is 15% and Oakland charges an additional 10% so why is it that for an 80$ product I was charged 108$ thats an extra 10%. This place used to be better... I will not be returning to this shop and if you value not being ripped off like I do Id recommend calling a friend instead. Be prepared to pay 35% in tax if you don't have other options.

I always pick up my cartridges for my vape pen here. And they stock some bomb ass top shelf flowers to. The grape sherbert was killin em. Everybodies been polite and cool so far. The best part is its in east Oakland. They picked a good location away from the residential areas, but still close enough for the local people to access. check it out if ur in the area

This. Is usually my go-to place, but recently the quality has gotten worse. I found over 30 seeds in an 8th today. The time before that is, I found 15 seeds in a gram. Please improve the quality because this will cause me to never come back here.  I did not pay for seeds.

My 1st time in was a decent experience! Sara was great! Very patient with me as I am an indecisive person!  I was equally impressed by the amount of choices we had to pick from and they let us smell the flower before buying! Great prices starting at $15. So I was really excited to have a clinic so close to me. I went last Sunday and purchased some meds for a really good deal. I was so disappointed at the quality of the shake I almost return it!! but I figure you get what you pay for. However I go back today and they turn me away because I don't have my recommendation. No one told me I needed it every time I came in! I said what was the point of putting me in the system?? The guard just ignored me and I left. I will make the extra treck to Purple heart or Oakland Organics. I didn't want to say it but East Oakland vs.Downtown Oakland. So sad even our Cannabis clubs reflect the difference.

This is a great spot I've been here maybe four times but today was extra awesome and special because of the friendly professional associate that works there named Sereena! Seriously awesome variety of strains at this place.  ! I love the deals at this dispensary also better selections than everywhere else since July 1st ! Thanks again. You're awesome. Made my day. Keep up the good work. I recommend the hash and edibles. And flower. And cartridges. I recommend cannabis in general. Come check this place out. Also a great place to pick up cbd products ! Close to the freeway. Gated parking lot. Quick check in. Dank fam. Super lit. Right by where the raiders play.

I inquired into the make up of Creme Brule and found out it was 80% Indica.  I would have never bought it if I knew it was Indica and the budtender didn't know much more.  The strain gives me a creative boost but 15 minutes later I am done, ready for a nap.  I have had worse but would not have wasted my money if I knew this was Indica.  If you are allergic or opposed to Indica be sure to have your smart phone with you so you can work behind the staff here.  Otherwise nice location!

-10 STARS.  I am a long time customer and will never return ! I purchased a Brass Knuckle cartridge and ended up killing all 3 of my battery's. The Bud Tender and Manager acknowledges they were familiar with this problem. However Phytologie does not

Very RUDE !!! Not knowledgeable on product !! All they care about is the money you spend you are just a number !!!!!!! Most bud tenders have no real cannabis knowledge . I know only a handful know what they are talking about!!! Medication is tainted so be careful seems they lie about testing and probably are one of the people paying steep hill labs to pass there moldy tainted cannabis  !!!  They love to upsell you some shit that won't get you where you want to be !!!! In the end the security staff is unprofessional treats you like a number instead of a patient or recreational user !!!! Go elsewhere !! The management is ok with their employees being disrespectful because safely for all they ban they get 3 more just the way Cannabis business is !! Just don't expect good service or cannabis here !!!! Thumbs down !!!!!!!!!!!!

Right away when I walked in I was pleased with the ambiance and products on display. Budtenders greeted me and one person handed me the "menu" to my delight they have a cool chill area. I took my time to familiarize myself with their cannabis and specials.Got to the counter got all my questions answered and some treats. All in all, Free parking, hardworking security, and some FIRE...I left one happy gal. My guess is, if you like things like, specials, deals, rewards, free...this place got it. It was my first time there but what will keep me coming back besides the herb, is the feeling I get. I get that they are dedicated and have Invested in different ways to cater to the community. My main issue is the lack of updated menu. I am usually looking for a specific item and an updated menu is important. Last week I went to this location for a specific PAX pod. When I arrived they did not have it in stock. This week I checked and sure enough they still listed it on the menu. I'd rather pay more and use a delivery service.

Really like the staff at this dispensary everyone is so nice and helpful,big parking lot and easy to get to ,I was referred here and have referred others as well, the reward system is nice to have I just wish a reward program for recycling the containers could be implemented...oh and what happen to the free pre roll that wasn't shake and seemed to be larger? Why are card holders stuck paying extra tax????

Very first time here and it is very chill. Ask for Alex ,  Great Customer Service & knowledge is great help me choose the right medicine for my back. Right off the freeway in the cuts but Hella Chill. Gift for New Members and High THC and good prices. Check in was fast and no one is rushing you. Will definitely come back.

Love coming here. Never more than a 15min wait. Had to return one of my Absolute cartridge and they gave me a replacement after I tested it in front of them to show it wasn't working properly.  So quick and super friendly. Unlike some of the other Oakland locations. They have their own parking lot which is staffed with security so I feel safe all the time.

Great Vibe!  Knowledgeable Budtenders, and you can always catch a good deal 7 days a week!

I've been coming here so often it's like a second home. Super easy to find right off the freeway, parking lot never to busy (at least when I go) you get perks for being an "early bird" and also if you spend over a certain amount, also they have a rewards system which rocks.! Pricing is good and the quality of the flower is always great to me, personally. If you have a chance you gotta come here.!

Garbage service they serve moldy weed and bad extract they are unfriendly and do bad business I highly ask someone to look into their business and shut the business down for dirty money laundering

It's always awesome to find a good club in Oakland that has an awesome variety of items. First, it's super convenient to 880 and the coliseum. There are security guards and a metal detector. The lady at the front desk with the long black ponytails was nice and explained all the specials and events they have, which is a lot. I like that they have a "wall of edibles" so you can see the sizing and dosage of everything. They have screens with the list of flowers and everything else so you can choose ahead of time. For FTP you get a free pre-roll and if you refer someone you get a free pre-roll too. Every $25 you spend you get an edible sample and when you spend $50 (I think) you get a free pre-roll. It's nice to get something for every time you go. Decent prices on everything. Will be back again.

If you are into pretentious hipster weed nerds then this place is for you! The staff will never remember you no matter how many times you visit or how much money you spend. You have to pass through three id security checks, including a medical detector. I recently lost my Cali Drivers License, so they wont let me fill my prescription, even though I brought my photo prescription ID CARD, my US passport AND DMV paperwork showing my name and address. All this despite I got there weekly and have to pass through all those ID CHECKS. They literally have a picture of my cali drivers license in there computer. Even before this incident, I was over this place bc of these reasons:-The attitude of the staff- everything is a gimmick or a special. I dont want to spin a wheel and get some random free thing that I dont want.- they sell eights in heavy class jars, which they do not recycle- because they take FOREVER! Between security checks and listening to them chat about the difference between thirteen different strains of sativa, I hope you don't have anywhere to be.This place is more of a high end boutique than a medical dispensary. They should a perfect fit for the "new" Oakland. Me, Im headed back downtown.

Really awesome place! It was my first time at a dispensary, and I felt very welcomed. For being a new patient, I got a free preroll (and got to choose if I wanted indicia or sativa) and there was a promotion where we got half gram of top shelf to celebrate the Warriors' season. They also offer free massages!! A great line of bud and edibles, and a very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely come back!

Horrible service from the receptionist at the desk will not be returning for a very long time if I ever return, it was my first time coming to this club on April 21 this year of course I was not the prize they were out of a lot of things but being a new customer I thought I would be greeted far better than I was by their receptionist.  my customer service rep in the back was much nicer than the receptionist but not very informative on flavors of edibles that they didn't have in stock (in case I wanted to come back later). when I asked him about the prices on the menu he told me some of them were NOT correct which I did not like at all, y give me a menu if the prices are correct????? if you don't know what your prices are going to be because they change so frequently why don't you make a menu with no prices on it? anyways went back to the receptionist to get a menu with correct prices and she printed me out the same menu over again what a waste of paper. The friendliest people here were the security guards great job you 2 keep it up you guys are doing excellent

So it was my first time here. I work at a dispensary so I'd say I have a pretty solid idea of how things work, but hey everyone has their own way of doing things so I need to realize that. First off, I was NOT welcomed warmly as a first time patient, the receptionist just looked miserable. They took my REC and ID.The after a few minutes they returned it back to me. I then proceed to fill out the intake paperwork. I gave it back to the receptionist. SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ex: "Have a seat and they will call you back." or " It will be just a moment we are still working on your paperwork." SO my bad, I assumed I was all set and was let into the bud room. Apparently not, another lady came in looking for me and said I wasn't finished. I was at the ATM and she said just finish up and come back out, sure no problem. WRONG. I walked out and the receptionist, a lady with blonde hair and tan skin, gives me this dirty look like she wants to rip my head off, like I insulted her personally somehow, and says in an extremely snotty tone that I was not finished yet. Instantly my hackles went up and I said intensely back to her... Well you didn't tell me that. The other receptionist, a dark haired white woman with cool red earrings, steps in and calmly states that I wasn't verified yet and to have a seat while they finish me up. OK I get it at this point, my bad. BUT lets play devil's advocate; what if I had never been to a dispensary? It was an honest mistake, are you really going to scold someone like that? I came out to let you guys finish up verifying me, crisis averted. I am aware of laws and regulations. For you guys to condescend to someone like that is unacceptable. I am a manager at another dispensary, usually when you give the paperwork back to the patient, the verification is the FIRST THING we do after checking to make sure your ID is valid. Then when the paperwork is all signed, you return the ID and REC, after making a copy of it, and give them the first time patient spiel. SO, again it was my mistake, but then I had to sit there in the waiting room like I had been scolded and was in time-out. I was livid. I have never been hit like that with such a negative wall of bitchery. The bud tenders were awesome and a good friend of mine works there, otherwise I would NEVER GO BACK. You need a new receptionist. That is the FIRST POINT OF CONTACT for your patients. We are all human and make mistakes but the attitude was uncalled for.

The staff were all very professional, curtious, and friendly. They show a sincere interest in you, and in your well being. Flowers, concentrates and everything else looked really good. The pre rolls that they gave me for being a first time patient really got me stoned and happy! haha. (If your reading this, thanks guys!) Definitely going back soon and recommending to others, really worth the visit if your close by! They have a bunch of sales and specials too. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

So, I just moved to Oakland from Sf where I've been to atleast 10 different clinics (my Favorite is Re-Leaf  on mission st next to sparc by the way) so I've seen the variations. This is the worst cannabis clinic I've ever been to. I went in (and the metal detector and bag check) and asked if I they had any $5 joints cause well rents due and my friends and I were going hiking that day. The woman behind the counter told me yes and that it was a mix. At Re-leaf in the city they have 6 different house joints and they're amazing but regardless. I said "okay can I have 4 house joints please." she told me that they only had 1 left ...which is crazy because it was 11 on Saturday and what? So I also got two eight dollar ones and then let her know that I was my first time and she said "oh cool" and then gave me...wait for it...another house joint as my gift. Like what??? You literally just said you only had one left. I was annoyed but whatever about it so I left, when I opened it though they had HUGE FILTERS and like no weed! They also didn't get me or my other two friends high which was the actual worst. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else cause it's over priced and not good.

I stopped in Phytologie to pick up my GF's CBD Extreme Gummi Bears. They didn't have the CBD Extreme in stock, so I picked up a tincture that has CBD's. Jaime came over and we started to talk and I told her why I was there and my GF has stage 4 colon cancer and she's lived for 4 years longer than the docs said she would live. This is when Jaime told me about their compassionate care program. I have to say, that really touched me. It wasn't about the money for them at that point. It was about doing the right thing and helping someone. I don't know if all dispensaries do this, but I don't need to go anywhere else. Thank you Jaime and thank you Phytologie

Usually all my dispensary needs are met in SF due to working close to many.   However, on days where I am not working, I have been wishing I had a close by East Bay spot.  A quick Yelp search showed me I was just a few min away from Phytologie, so I gave them a try.  The area is mostly industrial, and they offer a full lot of parking.  I was pleased to see the place was not giant like Harborside, but still large enough to provide a fantastic selection.  I was quickly put in their system and sent on it. The prices were very reasonable and even more so than my usual spots in SF.  The selection was wide and the very best part was the outstanding customer service.  My budtender was one of the nicest, most patient and friendly ppl.  She made really good recommendations that got me bang for my buck.  She took her time with me and made me feel so welcome.  I left with a good feeling, and some great meds.  I'll definitely be back!

The woman with the Afro needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. I've never felt so I not welcomed by someone at a dispensary. Jesus. You're smoking the wrong strain girl. The receptionist was inattentive. Didn't greet me, just stuck her hand out for my ID, didn't make eye contact once because she was busy talking to someone else about her personal life. Too bad because other employees here are cool but between the receptionist, the attitude from the other woman and the severe lack of customer service, I won't be back. I'd rather avoid that place all together.

Thursdays farmers market mix is all this place is good for.When bud tenders lie outright to your face about products. There is no way In hell there is hash in their  "cultivators blend" pree-rolls,  as I was told by the munchkin guy with the bad attitude. Its all water leaf, dont smoke them unless you want headaches and a sore throat. Smoke grass clippings 1st.Also, im super down with 10$ grams of "70% THC" Classic blend of hash. I just dont believe the numbers are right,  im hard pressed to get 45% or higher of economy hash. Why lie about your product if you cant back it up with anything more than a bad attitude?

By far one of my favorite clubs to go to! Staff is friendly and super helpful. Wait times vary but they do seem to be well staffed so it usually goes pretty quick. The quality and selection is fantastic! Great 1/2 oz and oz deals. I've been to most of the clubs in the bay but this is my go to since its fairly close to my house. Definitely a great club, with fantastic quality and service!

Compared to the other clubs in Oakland, this leaves me wanting to go out of my way for quality.   Cash only sucks and reminds me of buying from some dealer on the corner.   When I walked in the line was 20 people deep and only two bud tenders.   The floor was dirty and just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Also, turn down your techno.  However, they do offer a small joint as a gift to first time customers so that is generous of them.

I give this place a good rating. Because my experiences coming here have been great. One time I told this lady she had something in her teeth and she gave me a free pre-roll. The customer service good. They answer all your questions. So you don't have to feel rushed. Just make sure you go to the ATM before you order. It's cash only. I wish they would get a POS System.

This place never fails. I came in one day with a small order and came up a few dollars short. Instead of making a trip to their atm the bud tender used some of his tips to cover me. So nice of him! You always get taken care of and get the best service at Phytologie.

This used to be the spot, but as many have mentioned, it is only because it is so convenient. the front desk chick seems to be on a permanent rag. It's really frustrating to come to this place knowing she's gonna be there. It's like she knows you don't like her so she goes out of her way to speak to you. I don't want to be denied coming in so I feel like I have to force myself to be nice.

So about a week ago I posted on weed maps about the absence of a rewards program. I spent like 180$ and got a pretty low grade pre-roll. Aside from that the place is awesome, staff and meds, are great, decor and prices fantastic.So a day goes by and the management tells me to come back they started a rewards program and they said they'd hook me up...TBCIDK about you but thats some pretty awesome shit. They totally took my suggestion to heart and made it happen. Freakin so cool

What a beautifully decorated place! The prices are pretty okay, but I'm used to buying top shelf so I am fine with $55/eighth. I became a new patient today and found out the do a STUDENT DISCOUNT! That's the first I've heard of that in the bay area plus their new patient pre roll was cool I got two since I spent over $25. I think they usually do that when you spend a certain amount and I wish I could remember the dudes name but he hooked it up with an extra edible!! Long haired guy was very educated on which had the most THC and which should affect my symptoms better. Was very nice and let me smell all his favorites. I got the Old Amsterdam and it proved to be dank as it smelled and dense as could be. Super cool staff, nice presentation. Keep up the good work!! :)

Can't get enough of their concentrates :) Customer service is superb. I ALWAYS leave happy. One of my favorite dispensaries I like to visit when I'm in the Bay Area.

the staff was extremely pleasant, and even though they got my medicine mixed up and I didn't realize it until after I got home it was hassle free to go back and exchange for the proper bud and refund. i really appreciate that, they just lose a star for adding tax at the register instead of on the board ... I hate when clubs add tax . but it's close, and clean which I like .. and they have great daily specials

What a GREAT dispensary to get your medication. Such a knowledgable and friendly staff. The security guards are actual human beings and not uptight robots like other dispensaries. And also I have never been dissapointed for the quality of the buds they sell. Their prices are very decent and everyday they have a special such as a raffle wheel where you can win discounts or free items and another day where you can try free samples. I'm very glad I found this dispensary near my house.

I really like this place, its dope!  The people are great, and the menu provides very specific info on the strengths of the medication.  I travel all over CA which frequently necessitates me visiting dispensaries away from home in LA.  I walked in to Phytologie today and Pete Rock & CL Smooth was playing, and thats dope, then Collie Buddz, also dope! Then the young lady that served me was simply delightful (and dope!).  She was polite, informative, and knowledgeable about the product.

After I got my card, I went here and the experience was awesome. The staff was super friendly and they took the time to make sure I got the right kind of bud for what I needed it for. If it's your fist time you get a freebie. My freebie was an edible, which was super yummy and potent. You also get a student discount! How awesome is that?! :D They made some great recommendations. They have a point system! The selection of bud is pretty good. My favorite part which has nothing to do with their bud, is that they have tea in the front room! I love tea. I will most definitely be coming back.

Love this place discrete and right off the Hegenburger exit... Security and staff are welcoming. Bud tenders are patient, approachable, and very knowledgable. They have a menu on weedmaps.com but it doesn't justify their concentrates menu.... If your looking for quality shatter, oil, wax what ever they range from $80-$15 sells by half gram or full..... Another thing I was impressed with was their edible menu from brownies, cookies, cakes, to chocolate bars.... The place is safe and clean. I don't feel like I'm in line at the bank when I go here.... Another plus is that they have a rewards system when you spend $25 $35, $50 or more you can get an edible to a free cone. You can also get a free1/8 when you reach 1000 points.... The downside is they are a bit more expensive than some clubs downtown and they tax at 9% I don't mind paying for quality you get what you spend on a product...they also have pipes, vaporizer pens, and other rolling material....they also have an ATM on site....lastly for those of you who would like to save on Tuesdays they have 10%off your purchase from 9 am to 9:30am.... This is my favorite dispensary, HANDS DOWN!!! Tons of stuff to choose from, lots of edibles and topicals, easy parking, killer live wall right when you walk in, beautiful decor and literally everyone who works there is so cool. Highly recommend this spot.

So this place is pretty good, a little slow to get a first time patient in but very nice and imformative. So they have a very nice selection of waxes which is superb. Never have I had a bad wax from them but there buds are nothing special especially for the price. Same with the wax a lot of it is just reay expensive, now dont get me wrong you get what you pay for "around the 90% thc range" for your wad of cash, but if you dont have money to spend I would go to another dispesarie for cheaper waxes. The budtender was this asian lady  who was stoned as hell, which I dont mind but she accidentally put a gram of wax I didnt pay for in my bag, I returned it when I realized but thats unproffesional. The tender also didnt know anythjng about canabanoids, thc ratios, residual solventsx or grow methods. It also took about 25 min for me to get through line with only 2 people ahead of me. Theyre bumble bee disposable vape pens are theyre best valued product. Potent, cheap, smooth, and dispoable gotta love it. Theyre budtender awerness and knowledge is kindove none existent, but they are very nice people. Theyre selection is large, and thanks to the concentrait artists packaging I can tell theyre product is of the highest quality. 3 out of 5, I would much rather hit magnolia, or bpg for wax or bud but if I need disposable vapes I know where to go.

Just went to phytologie, this place is right off the 880 and has good parking. the security guards are spirited and the front waiting room has a relaxed feel (as does the medicine room. Really great selection of concentrates in all price ranges, same with the edibles and flowers. Ended up with some super pungent full melt, and medicated lozenge.  I was helped by Jennifer, she was patient, knowledgeable, and personable, not to mention a total sweetheart. For me a good budtender is extremely important and she definitely took care of me. Thanks!

I honestly have really enjoyed all my purchases from here. A big selection of joints is what I really love and they certainly always have a good variety to choose from, as well as a lot of flower that I don't really see at other clubs. I like the setup a lot and the fact that they have a menu booklet (if I don't have my glasses I can't see the big menu Lol). Only complaint is that it's not the most accessible but definitely worth the small drive for me.

This is my go-to club.  I really love the deals on half ounces (they have top shelf for really cheap once in a while) and the selection of concentrates.  The guy who is in charge of the concentrates is awesome...you can tell he really cares about the dispensary and it's customers.  I like to get the opinion of the staff on different strains and edibles and usually the guys are very eager to recommend stuff to me.  The female bud tenders, it seems, think I'm trying to make small talk or something.  Every time I've asked for some help on choosing stuff, they'll just point to the menu and say "this is what we have".  It's like...I'm not trying to hit on you...I just want your opinion because I would assume that if you work here, you must be familiar with the stock and you must try things out once in a while.  I hate to be like this..I just can't help but notice that the female staff are usually kind of rude and would rather talk to each other than to the paying customer.  I'm not basing this opinion on one or two encounters...I come here all the time and it's something I can't help but notice.  It's to the point where I'd rather let someone go ahead of me so I can get better help.  Anyhow, don't be put off by the armed guards in front...I think the location is just too close to the freeway to take any chances.  I'll keep coming to this club and if I get those couple of ladies helping me, I'll just keep to myself and order what I think is good.

I miss the 1/2 Oz  Containers They Used Sell.. I Used To Come In Every Thursday Fir The Oz.. You Could See Straight Thru The Container.. Some Good .. The Price Was Always Right.. Now It's Still Cool But U Have To See What U Like.. When U Need An Oz It May Take While .. Lmao

Phytologie's Nate and Eve are two very kind and respectful humans. As well as being professional knowledgeable experts in the cannabis sector and all products involved. For myself as a 57-year-old man they're very patient and again kind and respectful. I have been a deliver driver and would cover the entire bay-area,  there's no better cannabis dispensary for quality product's, knowledgeable staff who are kind and respectful    and have the BEST PRICES and daily dealsthen Nate and Eve at Oakland's premiere cannabis dispensary- Phytologie.

The service is okay  in the building, but the parking lot, beware of getting your damn car hit with an opened door by another member. I am giving them a 3 because I was a regular there until I asked them for help with all the cameras they have there. The person who hit my car while I was setting in it, took a cab there, came out the building in a rush. Open the cab hastily and hit my car hard. Knocking a dent in it as well as paint missing. The cab driver hastily rushed the guy to get in car while I was asking for personal info. I got a picture of guy's license, but not the cab drivers plate or name of company. I called the club to ask for help just identifying the cab. I was told the would get back to me. Only to go there a week later to talk to general manager and was told there's nothing they can do. At this point they can kiss my ass!!!!! Not only will they never get my business again, I will never recommend anyone to go there, at your own risk, I had to fork up $1458.00 to get my car fixed, so yes I am heated over this, they want your fucking business, and have a cop car on the lot for show. Cause there is no cop there, such bullshit, as I said before go at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place is pricy. Purchased the same product from NUG Wellness twenty minutes prior to my first visit to Phytologie for almost half the price. When I presented the receipt and asked them to price match, they would not do it. Due to elevated prices and no price match offer, I did not make a purchase. The products are the same as many other places so the quality is there, just not competitive pricing.

Great customer service! The have lots of flower, not very much pre rolls. Decent edible selection & reasonably priced. They have a small parking lot and located across the street from the Oakland DMV. They accept credit cards, cash and also have an ATM.

Always good vibes at this spot. I love the plants and creativity they have in the atmosphere.  Fav bud tenders are gonna have to be Mike, Tonio, Erica and Kay. Always personable and knowledgeable of their product. Been a about 4 other dispensaries in the area, this is always my default. Keep they same crew, they keep a good energy!

I've been to quite a few dispensaries but this one is my favorite. Also my go to for great prices on great cannabis. Such friendly service every visit and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I like the place. Just a friendly reminder. You must open the store at 8. That's what google maps are saying that the place open at 8am. But you guys open at 9am. SMH update the times

This has been my default dispensary living in Oakland. Staff is always friendly. They have a large variety of plants and disposables, decent edible options and pretty solid prices. The parking lot is pretty small.The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always in & out. I leave very satisfied and always with more than I intended to get lol. Great customer service.Line usually moves pretty quickly every time I come. I do have to say.. they've got some competition with High Times up the street. Since they opened i'm leaning a little more towards them. But I'll always have time to come to here!

They didn’t have two of the things I wanted, the “bud tender” wasn’t knowledgeable at all. The prices were high and when I left I witness a lady yelling and saying how displeased she was with the prices. I did finally purchase one item $90 , but it did get me lit. Overall I won’t be returning

I can't remember a trip to Phytologie that I wasn't treated with the utmost courtesy. With 'cannabis' becoming the new, "May offer you a '_____' ?". And since all shops basically sell the same item; the only thing left to improve is courtesy. Phytologie does this quite well. I will return (quite often)and recommend Phytologie to all my friends.
