Just go to Cookies instead....Its my local store but they really don't come through when they sell a bad product. I got a Kurvana cartridge that didn't work at all, I went to the store to get an exchange, refund or even a discount and brought in the cartridge with all my original packaging and they immediately said no to all of the above or doing anything to fix it. They then lied to my face and said I can go online to the manufacturer to get an exchange. I checked with the manufacturer and they said to go to where I bought it.

It was my first time at a dispensary. So naturally I was a little nervous. Sandie welcomed me at the door. He asked me my needs and was very patient and informative helped me choose the perfect product,  making this an excellent first time experience! Thank you Sandie for your kindness and patience!

Eco Cannibis has a great selection of Stiiizy pods which is the main reason I go there. Inside it's super clean and everyone's friendly. Buying from this establishment was pretty quick and easy. Everyone was wearing a mask and they have plastic dividers up to reduce the possibility of spreading COVID-19 as much as possible. My friend came in for the first time today with me and she got $5 off since she's new! Always a good time here.

Worst customer service I've ever had they opened 3 hours late while I waited outside and the told me to go home and order online to wait while we switched their systems so all my customers rewards points are gone and when I called I was given the run around and when I finally got to the manager the dude on the phone wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying got my phone number wrong and just kept trying to rush me off the phone so I hung up do NOT Shop here

Highly recommend this spot. The staff is on point every time! Shell was my budtender today and was very helpful and kind. She takes the time to speak with you and connect with you as a customer to help get you the best service! The store also has a great layout and good selection of prerolls.

Was greeted on entry by the friendly doorman who told me they were giving 30% to new customers. After selecting my purchase the saleswoman offered me a pre-roll of Indica for a penny. I declined, as I don't smoke indica (I was picking up some CBD) and no other offer was made, nor did they honor the original special that was quoted to me upon entry. Otherwise service was standard.

I've been coming here for a few months, the staff is always helpful. Came in today Destiny was knowledgeable and had no problem finding what I wanted. Easy no fuss, good selection. Definitely recommended!

A bit of a walk from uptown Oakland, but it was a nice sunny day out, perfect for a walk. This is a well-laid-out store. Nice displays on the walls, and a great center display with jars of flower.  No budtender necessary if you're just browsing. You can look at and smell any strain you'd like. It's in a jar on the center table, which has holes so you can see and smell each one. You can take your time here without any pressure from a budtender. This is, by far, the most valuable aspect of this experience. They got this part right. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone had a smile and the budtenders all had iPads, ready to help. I respect their business model and how they support local suppliers. Their success helps other Oakland businesses be successful. Keep up the awesome work!

The store is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They have a wide variety of options, and fair prices. It was my first visit and Shell was extremely helpful. A+ for customer service.

TERRIBLE customer service and flower quality. They seem to fight over who takes which customer.  Too many people standing around doing nothing but butting in your convo.  Their own "award winning ECO Brand" of Mimosa looks nice, BUT was about $60 per 1/8 and DRY af and broke into POWDER. It also lacks in flavor.  It's just OLD and or not, cured properly. Spent over $200, they snuck and charged me for "free pre-rolls" but REFUSED to give me a bag to carry my stuff in. They could have just snuck and charged me for a bag too, but that was too much trouble. I would steer clear of this place...

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Oakland!  The staff is always friendly and open to answering questions and work with you. That combined with the different deals they have really make driving to Oakland worth it! Special shout out to Sandy who helped me today and made sure I was getting the best product in my price range and being super helpful

Place hiked its prices this past year by almost 10 dollars, the prices online are not as what they truly are. Never going back.

Hey guys, I love this place, I'm going there almost 2 years ago. But since this year, I don't know what happens with your security guards. But the guy who is in the door today, and one girl who is working too, they are so disrespectful. You have to teach them, something call "Customer Service". I'm from another country, so I've been always using the same ID, my ID expire in October 2022, but today, those two genius, who they never told me "hey we don't understand your ID" they just says to me "your ID is already expire, and you CAN'T COME IN". That's it, so I always make my orders on line, I'm always treating well your staff, but when I have to take this shit from two lazy guys, it's too much. Bad attitude, and my ID is expire  ‍‍ find better workers guys, and remember, it is a lot of people from another countries living in the bay, so they have to be more patience and empathic, and if they don't like, we'll go and work for a fucking tech company from home ‍

Was headed to Kingston 11 for rum punch an chicken with curry potatoes.  Walked by ECO, and I saw 3-4 pretty women working inside the store. I walked right in. Not even a smoker. The store was nice and clean and appeared to have all the latest weed technology. A nice young lady welcomed me and gave me a tour of the place. She answered my questions about thc and joints. I had no idea what I was asking her about. I had no idea what she talking about as she was explaining what some of the products were. I ended up buying a strawberry vanilla wafer/cookie thing for $6. I popped it into my mouth and forgot all about. About 2 hours later I was watching Power. Mary J Blige had me drooling. Mary looks ok. Nothing to drool over. I think that wafer altered my mind a bit before I fell asleep for 5 strait hours. If I was a stoner eco would br my fav spot.

The review I never thought I'd write. I dislocated my shoulder and the pills prescribed left me feeling like a zombie and unable to work the next day. I'm not a pot smoker. Love my wine and craft beer but never got into weed. My son got me some edibles from Eco and they helped me sleep and I felt great in the morning. Bonus points because they were delicious. I went in to ECO with my wife and was blown away. As a guy who does Customer Experience as a profession, this place has it figured out. The security, the layout of the place and the budtenders (shoutout to Hector for his help) were beyond what I was expecting. There are high-end wine shops I go to that could learn a thing or two about service and hospitality.If cannabis is going to go beyond the current already sizable audience to people like me, it's places like ECO that will do it. So happy to see a business like this in my town.

That place a rip off they only have 5 diffrent  kinds of weed  they do nothing  for  first time buyers at least  a lighter dammm i look this place on the internet i come in as a first time buyer was finna spend about $400 but since they wanna be stingy and i already spent $24 i'll take my money some where else make sure you ask first  i just got robbed

I love this place!  Talk about what a dispensary should be. So modern, such a knowledge staff and huge selection, even for me!  THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE BAY!!!  Def coming back.

More swanky, less dank-y. This is certainly the nicest dispensary I've ever been to... which I guess isn't saying much because I've only been to 3 other dispensaries but for real this one is world's classier and cleaner and dare I say, more "high end"than the others. You can tell from the exterior of the building that they've got style and flair (just like the nanny) and they ain't afraid to show it with their showroom windows and fancy colored mood lighting. None of that blacked out windows and warehouse floor business I've come accustomed to. Check in was easy and surprisingly friendly. I was matched up with a well-dressed gent who knew his stuff and was really nice about all the changes to my order and questions I had. Due to some pretty severe depression, I'm more of a CBD cat than a cannabis cat and they have some of the best CBD-forward products I've had here. Specifically the mango-flavored jelly cubes. Incredible. Not only the best CBD flavored item I've had, but the best candy type item I've had in my life. Your little add ons will add up quickly and they are cash only so be prepared for that. They clearly label and price everything in cases so there's no confusion there but stocking up here isn't exactly an affordable endeavor.

Great customer service. It was easy to get in and out. Plenty of deals and such a nice vibe. I didn't feel intimidated and my bud tender Dan was super helpful. The manager Julian was welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Will most definitely come back when in the area!

When my husband and I had went to this club one of their employees had told us when we was going to buy a Ounce the employee had said to come back on Friday that the Ounces would be a certain price and when we came back on Friday the General Manager who at the time seemed like he already had an attitude told us that the Ounces was not on sale and also he was really trying to get over on us because my husband has the Medical State card and they was still charging him taxes. As we was trying to explain the situation to him he started getting loud with us and then there was this lady that came up taking her mask off and also yelling and it was a big mess and then I kept telling them to call the police and they would not do it and then just today because we haven't been back since we find out that they banned us from the club but they did us a favor because they always only had a certain variety of marijuana and edibles,etc.  So with this I say thank you ECO Cannabis club for banning us because now we can support someone else and not you guys anymore.

They have a special offering 5 pre-rolls @$12 ea then 5 @ 5cents each. What they don't tell  you is the weed is from old ass roaches from joints they got at good shops. Shits nasty. Only thing ECO about this place is they recycle what they smoke

In the first year of post prohibition era, Cannabis retailers of many strains have sprouted around California. This is a particularly nice one. As the other reviews say, lots of effort has gone into the decor, merchandising and systems.The place looks great. Excellent selection, including hard to find items like Durban and full spectrum extracts. Knowledgeable staff.Excellent quality local flower, good prices and a retiree discount all the time.

My Eco-Cannabis experiences have  both efficient and smooth. Marcus has helped me as well as Hector but all the staff are both knowledgeable and compassionate.Top notch.

I'm so happy that this moved in on my block, right by Telegraph Wine & Spirits (Quality Mart) and Burrito Express. Honestly the shop gave the shops a bit of a face lift which looks really awesome!The store has really big windows so you can see inside the beautiful space from the street. It's pretty trendy inside with lots of cool shelves housing products, glass cases, and a plant wall by the check out counter. It's a pretty seamless experience- you go in and you can be helped by either a "bud tender" or go to the self check out iPad. I see some people complaining about long waits, but I've never had this issue (although living right next door probably makes it easier to stop in when it doesn't look too crowded). The people who work here have always been super friendly and helpful which is always a plus as well! Great addition to this space on Telegraph.

This is my first time at a cannabis dispensary and I would have to say, I'm very impressed. It's like walking into an Apple Store! We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who welcomed us with a smile, opened the door and showed us where to go. The front desk checked us in then asked us if we've been here before. Since we haven't, he graciously explained the process and introduced us to Jasmin who was our "tour guide" per se. She was courteous and professional and asks us what we were interested in. She first took us to smell the flowers explaining the different varieties and what their properties are. She also showed us the different forms of cannabis: edibles/tablets, joints, joint makers, etc. I didn't know these things existed! It's like a nespresso for marijuana! We had a few questions and she was patient answering then all. Needless to say, it was mind blowing to visit this store. I'm glad this was the first dispensary I've visited because it looks like, based on the reviews, that this place is top notch. Tip: They only take cash which they tell you upfront. They have an ATM machine that charges a small service fee which they also tell you up front.

I have visited this business three times this year.  It is a well operated business with pleasant and helpful personnel.  I'm over 60 and with their senior discount I have found their prices very reasonable.  I like edibles and they have a very good selection of hybrid gummies that combine cvs with thc that I find wonderful for relaxation for my attitude and arthritis pain.  Simple process where you're greeted at the door, checked in at the front reception then assigned a personal shopper.  It's quick and easy.  It is a questionable neighborhood and I prefer parking in the street rather than using their private parking out back.I will continue using this store and recommend it highly.

A clean, well lit place to get your flowers, oil, dabs, carts, etc from. It's a welcoming atmosphere and all the staff that work here reflect. I already knew what I wanted but I'll ask questions about the stuff they carry the next time I come in since a lot of the reviews mention the staff here are knowledge. These are the types of places I'll make my way back for even though it's kind of far for me.

So lucky to have this place be my local spot. I love how easy everything is. Bud tender busy? Grab a kiosk. Wide variety in selection and it's not too expensive. Presentation is on point. Is that a hanging moss garden in back? Oh ya! Shout out to my man Kevin. Every time I go there he's working those counters. He probably lives here. Kevins always got a smile and direction to point you in depending on what your feeling so look for him in your visit.

I've been coming to this place for about a year and I usually know exactly what I want. Today I decided to mix it up a little, but needed some suggestions. Davi was unbelievably helpful and helped me pick out something different to try. I left perfectly satisfied and will be back soon!

It's very expensive for what you get. Looks like a franchise that it is inside. Cold. Glass. Our Black Budtender was very helpful. Appreciated his service. But flower pickings were slim. Boyyyyy I miss Magnoliaaaaa. Just sayin... won't be back anytime soon. Oh they don't label the glass bottles that the flowers come in so after I peeled back the cardboard paper boxes, had no idea which flower is which. WT???? Really????

Usually this is my favorite dispensary.  It's only a couple blocks away and the staff are friendly and they give veteran discounts.  This is my spot.  Today I made an order in the store, got my bag, and go run errands then go home.  1 hour goes by and I'm at home and open my bag to see the two items in the bag are wrong.  I search for my receipt, not in the bag.  I go to eco and they say they can't find my order in the system even though I was just there.  They refunded me for the amount of the two items in the bag which was less than what I payed, about $56, and made me pay for the new items.  I tell them my order was $76.  They say they believe me but can't prove it in the system.  I'm totally over all the awkwardness and say fine.  Y'all took $20 from me.  CHECK YOUR BAGS Y'ALL.  The shitty part is I'm still going back.  SMH

Malik and Melissa are an amazing duo every time I go in they are super friendly they have amazing customer service. They definitely make my visits enjoyable. The service is what stands eco apart. I work a couple blocks from here and love that I can order online and the order is waiting for me when I arrive. From the moment I show up security opens the door, the person who scans my ID asks how they can help and if I linger and check out the selection before I head to pick up my purchase someone approaches me with a tablet eager to answer questions. The store is beautiful and the prices are competitive as well, but the staff is the reason I'll keep coming back.

I've been a medical cannabis user for literally decades. It was a real shock when it was legalized for recreational and the prices of my medicine went up double (or even more). I had my card renewed this week and found out about this place, new to my neighborhood, so I went to check them out.They really stand out from other dispensaries. Their layout is wonderful, the store feels relaxing, the staff is super-friendly. Their prices aren't any higher than any of the other places I've used, and they waive most of the  tax for medical so it's not as bad as it could be. The displays are really cute, I like how everything's laid out like a boutique, instead of having to ask someone to show you what something looks like, it's all out there for you to see, in tastefully arranged glass cases. I will definitely shop here again.

I visited ECO while in Oakland, & was VERY pleased!  The place is BEAUTIFUL, there is a great selection of high quality products to choose from, & the staff is friendly & knowledgeable.  ECO will definitely be my place to go when ever I visit the Bay area!!

Not only was I referred here by a wonderful friend of mine, this is the best club I've been to! Reina is a delight and honestly she's knows more about the art of cannabis than anyone I've known. When I went in for a visit, I knew I wanted a hybrid cartridge for my vape pen. Brite is the way to go! The other young lady helped me out too, so sweet and approachable.I cannot wait to use my lavender CBD bath salts, also a great recommendation by Reina because I talk about my muscle pain. I've used one before and honestly it's fantastic. HUGE RECOMMENDATION if you're stressed, on your feet a lot, or just plain want to light some candles and soak in the tub!!Shout out to Kushy Punch gummies, I can't wait for my day off to relax and be content with my purchases here.(10/10++) for atmosphere in this location. It's very beautiful.

Every time I come here I'm greeted by the friendliest staff. Everyone here is super knowledgeable and I've had a wonderful experience each time I've been. They also offer seniors discounts which is so nice! I bring my mom here for sleepy time gummys and she loves that she gets a discount on the sale. This is the only place I'll go to!

YAY! we live an era where we can just go buy weed and not be arrested. Now for the bummer news and my reasons for knocking off stars. Ladies and gentleman, please pay attention to where and how your weed is sourced. I wanted to verify if what I heard about one of their sources was true and I realized that it is complete mystery without having to butt my nose even more. Yes it is silly. I mean duh the bay area is the example integrity right? Well those of us from here know that is laughable but there is hope.Sadly those involved in the back scenes missed the memo of supporting  love and not violence as being the reason to legalize weed. Sadly their mediation skills are still of the old days where forms of violence and intimidation was must. Remember that being a strong argument of why weed should be legalized? Well I hate to say it, especially in the bay area there seem to be those who live for when it was illegal not realizing that sadly we can have it all.  I wish I can go into to detail but accidental deformation is not my goal. So. Minus two stars because of the over focus on only products that are pretty typical in the weed retail game and well....it might as well have "made in china" on the bud itself when it comes to understanding how it got to the shelf. To clarify and out of fairness I have not been in the physical business itself as of yet. However, thanks to internet it  affords me to evaluate spots I am interested to check outTypical over marketing of the weed and weed establishment itself. No regard or explanation of the team and people who care and brought it there. I look forward to adjusting my review in the future and I have faith that those involved are intelligent good people that were not made aware. but there is beyond short sightedness in this current assumed cash cow industry. Great weed doesn't just happen. Some are more gifted then others in regards to that and the current state of things are run completely overlooks that. It is more so a focus on the packaging and the labels. And well,  I will admit I am forever spoiled with my old friends home grown girl scout cookies and no retail setting  has yet to come close Have lost that connect for years now and currently shopping- with integrity (god forbid!).

Really appreciated Star's knowledge and friendliness yesterday when I came in.  I was looking for items to help wind down after work, and she knew which products would be helpful. Like all boutiqu-y dispensaries, some items are pricey, but that's to be expected. I'll be back!

This is my only go-to spot. I love how modern, clean and efficient it is and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have all considerations in place for a safe shopping experience during the pandemic.

This dispensary has many positive aspects such as their friendly staff with hospitable customer service and hard hitting buds that keep you heavily medicated, but their variety and prices could use some work. Although their products are top notch, I can't ever justify paying $50-$75 per 8th of indoor buds and $60-$75 per gram of concentrate. I might be more inclined to try their more of their products if they were reasonably priced and also if they started carrying more variety, as too many of their jars contain flowers with similar genetics; there isn't any reason why one shelf should be flooded with cookies crosses or half breeds of gelato. Bring back some old school GDP, Trainwreck, or Ak-47 and I guarantee that you won't have to promote certain brands to get product to move.

Great deals and customer service. Hector was super helpful when it came to finding the right product for me. One of the best dispensaries in the north bay.

Great staff. Clean facility. Professional service, friendly people working Andre checked me in and they have a handsome door guy named Rey, mega perk. He was actually the best part of my experience, glad there is safety at the door as it is a bit of a rough neighborhood.

I've been helped by so many people there and they were all very nice. Even during these tough times they have been kind and helpful. I look forward to my visits. At this point I just pick a flavor then buy a second gram via recommendation. They really know their stuff from what I experienced.

One of my favorite dispensary in Oakland. They offer bud tenders that ACTUALLY spend the time and provide knowledge on their cannabis product. Worked with John S today and really appreciate his patient and expertise. He introduced me to the PAX and never knew why I never got one until now. Thanks John for the awesome recommendation!

There is no express line. If you have an hour to sit in the waiting room and wait for help then this place is probably great. But if you're like me and your time is precious, then this place is worthless because there's no way to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

It is great that there are so many weed shops because one can choose a better more helpful chill environment over another. Owner/manager whoever the irritated guy was is rude. Everyone else was cool. But I'm not spending my little 100$+ a month here with management like this. Hard effing pass.

Went in this past week and had an amazing experience. It was so nice inside and Rameen who helped me was super knowledgeable and made sure I had all of my questions answered. They also had a great variety of products. Definitely will be going back!

This place rocks!!! they have great CBD products. Few of my friends have pain In There joints so I gave them this CBD cream they sell. So now my friends call me the doctor. Tries to hard. You aint selling cars you are selling weed. Felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, people stare at you while you trynna find your bud. This isnt apple, idk why weed shops have to go yo this extent. Lame. Never will go here again.

Went into Eco for the 1st time this evening and was very impressed by set-up and staff. Was handed off to Jasmine from the cashier who had great knowledge of the product line and knew exactly what i was looking for. I was in n out with ease will be back soon!

The service was awesome and didn't feel like a ready race like other places do. I stopped in to get a quick view and to compare pricing. I so apprised by the friendliness and approach by staff. I'm so glad I found a new place in Oakland. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and very patient. It all feels very personal. Not to mention they have products in every range, the most affordable I've seen in the bay actually. Rameen was super helpful and there's a cash back rewards program. This store is special. This was my first experience at a dispensary and I'm so happy that I landed here first! John and Ana were excellent! John has a lot of information and  is super down to earth. I got a cute little thing of joints called selfies. The lime is amazing! Shop is super cute, was fast to get my product and Hector was super helpful. Everyone was so nice and friendly. If I lived closer this would be my shop.

This place is terrific. The prices are really reasonable, and the selection is impressive-almost overwhelming at first. Thank goodness Reina was there to walk me through all the options, and help me choose what's right for me. I will definitely be returning!

This place has potential.  The products were a little lacking. And everything was behind glass cases so I don't know why I was being followed the whole time. I just kind of want to browse.  Definitely made me miss Telegraph Health Center.

A friend brought me to Eco Cannabis at first, and I was so impressed I brought a friend the next time. Clean, well-lit (love the color changing LEDs in the coffered ceiling!), everything well-displayed.  All the people are polite, professional, and friendly.  On my latest visit with my friend, Jasmine, our charming and knowledgeable "bud tender", was able to explain the differences in effects between the various gummies, show us other eatables, and discuss the different smokeables as well. The naming conventions of the smokeables sparked a bit of chuckling.All in all a lovely place - the product is a great pull, of course, but the people and the setting are so nice, I would go there again if they only sold tea!

Do not purchase PAX era pods from this place. They are defective and they will not refund you. Also, for a place that's called eco cannabis, they use a disgusting amount of packaging. Peaceeeee

Love this place. The way the store is set up is so nice you don't even feel like your at Cannabis club. Or maybe this is how every Cannabis club should feel when u walk in! I didn't know about this place until I waited in a long line at Blüm for them to tell me they were out of all of their gummies. They referred me to Eco! I got THE BEST service here from Milton my first time around and I've been coming here and getting that top notch service from Hector ever since. This is definitely my new go to cannabis spot.

Eco is hands down my favorite dispensary in the town. I'm always greeted by some really cool people, the wait is never too long. The different strains keeps everything exciting for sure. There also are some good deals on pre rolls too. Above all an employee named Hector ( hopefully I spelled it correctly) really went above and beyond the last time I visited the store, he was extremely helpful and gave me wonderful recommendations. If I wasn't sure on staying with this dispensary or checking out some of the many others. Hector assured me that Eco was for sure the best and i don't need any other one. Overall awesome store, awesome employees, awesome experience everytime.

Raheen was an excellent budtender and steered us in the right direction with the appropriate dosages. I will definitely be returning to Eco cannabis. I think  the thing I liked the most about this dispensary was the ambiance, It was welcoming and inviting and made me feel really relaxed about my upcoming transaction.

I've been going to Eco since it opened. It's the best dispensary in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco. I've been to all of them. It is by far THE BEST! I can't recommend it enough. The prices are competitive. They have great promotions and samples. Everyone at Eco is professional yet personable, knowledgeable yet friendly. They always take the time to understand my condition and needs and how best to address my condition and needs with medical grade cannabis.  I can always count on working with someone who knows me and my needs. Especially Reina, Cam, Amaria, Zach, Hector, Milton, the security guards, and Andre, the owner/manager. Eco is what a cannabis dispensary is supposed to be. Caring individuals who know their products, uses and efficacy. The "Bud Tenders" at Eco never fail to make me feel as good as their cannabis does. I come in with aches and pains and leave with relief and a sense of joy and community.Also, and this is huge, there is Free and Convenient, Safe Parking!Honestly, this is how all business' should be run! Andre has the winning golden ticket with Eco and his employees. I cannot recommend Eco enough. I wish them tremendous success. Oh my god this place is amazing!! The aesthetic the service the people the management are awesome individuals and role model citizens. It is super refreshing to see the recreational model coupled with the equity program thriving in the community. Ryan Matt and Andre are some of the most compassionate and experienced people I've ever dealt with. Also when it comes to pricing quality this place has something for everybody. It's so nice to come to a well organized and safe environment to purchase and get educated about cannabis.Also I wanted to tell people in the community about Andre the store manager I was shopping in the store that day the man on the scooter had a vicious accident outside of Eco cannabis across the street and was severely injured and Andre ran across the street to help and assist the man that was bleeding from his ears and his mouth. He was more concerned about the man riding his scooter then anything cannabis related that day. While his staff was looking on and executives by his side he stayed with the man until the paramedics came and gave report to the police. Andre is a compassionate manager if  you want somebody that cares about the community and the people that represent it he is that model. Also I'm a cancer survivor and he's given me great advice over the years I shopped with him at his previous club and I would follow him everywhere.I read the last couple of reviews and I had to stick up for him because they seemed ill and fabricated. Experience it for your own you will be amazed. Eco-cannabis and the people that run it in the people behind it are genuine come find out. Yo go boy! Go ECO Cannabis!!!!

By far one of my favorite cannabis dispensaries in the East Bay! Great friendly, helpful staff, they're Always smiling, high spirited and moving (working). Great product, One of the lowest tax prices on cannabis products I've seen in the East bay yet! I recommend doing an online order its ALWAYS hella hot in this dispensary, Plus with online orders you can usually get in and out within about five minutes.

If you've ever wished that shopping at a dispensary was just like a trip to the Apple Store, this is your place. And that is both the good and the bad. On the one hand: it's a beautifully designed space, light and airy. The people who work there are organized and professional. They had a small but good selection of edibles and cartridges (didn't look at flower as it's not my thing.) On the other hand, I didn't feel very comfortable there. I felt like I was under surveillance. Definitely not the kind of place where you can just browse around on your own. On the whole, a nice change from the usual dispensary vibe, but not as relaxing and inviting as I would like.

Reina was super helpful and friendly! Got us in and out during the last twenty minutes of store hours. Everyone in the store was friendly, but Reina took great care of my friend and I! Great job Reina!

Horrible customer service,rude bud tenders , discriminated me and was called the "N" word publicly by the manager. I was personally told by the manager that he hates assisting black people.

The team here is amazing. Customer service is always on point. Everyone has the best attitude and very knowledgeable. My #1 dispensary hands down.

We made our first-time visit to ECO on January 10.  The look and feel of the store is top-notch -- like a Nordstrom for cannabis.  The display of the various products is simply elegant.  Everything is easy to view, and there's no crowding or rushing.  We arrived just at opening time, and the security guard was friendly and welcoming.  But the best part was being helped by JOHN.  He was fantastic:  warmly amiable, completely focused on us, thoroughly knowledgeable about the various product qualities, helpful in describing our options and showing us choices on his tablet, and impressively efficient in completing our purchase.  John obviously enjoys helping his customers, and we completely enjoyed our experience in the store with him as our guide.

Prices are way too high and the quality is way too low...ONLY  thing good about this place is the way it looks other than that very unprofessional and deceiving ....Been to plenty of  dispensaries all over from SoCal to the bay and this is by far the worst...better off spending money elsewhere.

Malik is one of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and chill dudes, which is exactly what you want when looking for recommendations. I keep coming back because he told me to try the  garlic breath which I thoroughly enjoy. All around nice staff, shout out  Malik, for going above and beyond.

Every time I come here the staff is welcoming & friendly. Today my budtender Marcos was extremely helpful & informative! He made sure I left with all of the products I was looking for. I also love how you can see all the products in the glass cases and know what you're buying rather than just reading off a menu like some dispensaries. The atmosphere here is sleek & modern and prices are reasonable. Definitely go here if you're in Oakland!

Great atmosphere and great selection! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted but got overwhelmed. Amaria stepped in and help me focus. She was patient and answered all my questions. I also had a budget and she helped me stay under my budget while introducing me to new products I hadn't heard of. Will definitely be back! They are also very quick and efficient. I love that I can be in and out while seeing and being informed of all that they offer....and they offer a lot.

This review is specifically for the plantsavy gentleman Malik, nowadays you rarely encounter people that genuinely speak their craft.  This man is a library of information and truly will direct you to the right product, he understands the significance of customer service, I'm new to the world of cannabis and nurturing an injury, one in which I was recommended to medicate to allow my body to relax and heal.  I'm extremely paranoid and nervous to marijuana (had a bad experience when I was younger).  All this to say Malik truly made me feel understood.  Some stores look aesthetically beautiful, with plants and the whole nine but with zero intent to truly connect and inspire people.  This store truly does all that and more, ESPECIALLY with workers like Malik that represent the store and Oakland in a way that reflect that same garden on the inside. I was really excited to see this dispensary come to the neighborhood. Great selection, really friendly and knowledgeable budtenders. It's also just gorgeous inside! There was a line outside in the beginning but that seems to have died down. Yes, there is a lot of packaging but that's true for all dispensaries. Definitely worth checking out to see if it's the right dispensary for you!

Complicated system, wait times are long, even just to see a bud tender.  Bud tender was more worried about price, than helping me find exactly what I was looking for.  Does not feel organic, definitely more corporate influence in the cannabis market.  Save your time and money.  Go elsewhere.

This place just opened, and it's beautiful!  I've put off going to a cannabis place for pain relief CBD items as I assumed they'd feel seedy, but when I happened to drive by here I decided to check it out.  Eco Cannabis isn't what I had pictured at all. It feels more like an upscale exhibit hall, or a cool art museum, which I really appreciated. The decor is modern and tasteful and the layout is just gorgeous. They are still getting their groove as far as their purchasing system goes (they've been open a whole 2 days so let's give them some time), but I appreciated the one on one help I got since I'm a newbie. Bring cash, or pay $2.50 at one of their ATMs. You'll need your driver's license and will be wanded at the door.  Sign up on their iPad if you want to start earning points with your purchases and ordering online. They also have an introductory postcard in store with a coupon for $10 off $50 (good until they run out they said).  So far they don't have a huge selection of CBD items, but I'll be back to see what else they get in stock.

Love the selection and the staff  are always so happy and helpful. The puppers are pretty awesome too it's great be treated by the dogs when you walk in. Its located in a convenient place and the hours are great.

I really love this place!  I have had the pleasure several times to be served by Hector, and he is great.  Very informative about the product, I feel very comfortable asking questions, and receive educated answers and good information.  Not to mention the place is nothing but class all the way, wonderful displays, lighting it is a win, win.  Good pricing, super senior discount, this is my place and hopefully I will see more of Hector!  Just a shout out to the whole staff!!  Great Job!

Every trip to ECO is cool. The awaiting staff are always polite and attentive no matter if they're busy or not. It helps that the budtenders are all knowledgeable about the medicine in stock. The guy Andre helped me out and it was a dope experience I must say. Definitely welcomed me in and engaged me during the entire process. Thank you again ECO!

I was in the other day and Rayna (sp?) was super knowledgeable and directed me to exactly what I was looking for both medically and recreational. She spent the time to explain the various benefits of products. I have been to dispensary that are pushing whatever but I felt comfortable talking to her about my needs. The items I purchased at her recommendation were perfectly suited for my needs and desires. Ask for Rayna!!

Man, oh man, have I tried with this place. It's in the neighborhood and claims to be community supportive, etc etc so I kept trying but today was unreal. After being sold a cartridge that takes a proprietary battery to use, I tried to exchange it. When I spoke to the first person, she asked, "who sold you this? They didn't make sure you have the battery?" I told her the other floor person did and she did a shot-to-the-head move with her fingers indicating what a dumb move that was. She said she'd speak to the manager. She came out and told me that they couldn't return it. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said no. Um...what? She then told me I could wait in the lobby area but he wouldn't be coming out. I then try to speak through their little order window to try to get the managers attention. I of course raise my voice because I'm trying to speak with someone in the back room. The woman the calls security over (for the record the security guard was pretty nice). Security asks what happened, I told him and he says, "the manager's not in tonight." So the staff lied about speaking with the manager and just denied me my exchange. She also told the security guard, "call the cops if you needbto, but get her out." My jaw was on the floor and I almost started crying. Trying to exchange a $70 cartridge at a shop I go to all the time!!!! Are you kidding me? I said fuck you as I left and she ran to the door to tell me she's banning me. As if I ever would have gone back anyways...Other incidents worth mentioning:- They sold me indica weed when I asked for a sativa reco - There are no experts in the building, so unless you're a weed expert yourself, I wouldn't go in looking for help- Multiple staff have flirted with me while shopping (creepy)Bummer & bye.

Such a great experience here tonight, especially with Shell who was amazingly helpful. I brought my mom in because she's been having trouble sleeping. It was my mom's first time in a dispensary, and she has some stigma and confusion around cannabis. Shell did a wonderful job recommending a few products and explaining her rationale. She's so smart, and a true professional. At the end, the team even cheered on my mom and took a few photos with her. Where do I begin? From the moment I stepped foot into the door I felt nothing but positive energy. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and I pretty much had the whole place to myself (early bird). I was looking for some pre rolls and a pretty pipe to take back to ATL with me and with Jojo by my side I was successful! Customer service sucks. Purchased over $360 in products and they seemed bothered I was purchasing a lot because it was on sale. Couldn't seem to comprehend number of units per the sale terms. Had to explain I'm a new shopper to get a promo pre-roll. Headache and frustration. Would rather spend my money where they respect customers.Went home and looked over receipt. They overcharged me $20. They said the total was $20 more than what the receipt showed. SMHI replied to their customer service feedback text I received and look at how ridiculous this place operates.  I posted a screen shot.

Great shop, but I wish they actually had their prices in the glass displays. Great service is about transparency, speaking to a rep shouldn't feel like a negotiation. My preference is just going in to a shop, choose myself and leave.

IRE CARE DELIVERY Is where I go‼I can just see reading, all the  reviews people are not satisfied, with this place and with customer service.  How they go about, fixing how they overcharge, people and they, do not do anything about it they just want a review, they just want your money people.   Not smart about, what they know about cannabis not someone off the street that hasn't smoked before or hasn't even grew a plant before. Oh, I see is people working here to make them seem like they're, a cool kid now joke.

Stopped by this place because of all the great reviews and I was in the area from out of town. My girlfriend wanted me to pick up some stuff for her while I was in the bay, and since I don't partake myself I wasn't super familiar with what I was getting into. All the staff there was super friendly and helpful, especially Dan who was recommending me things that my girlfriend would probably like. I took his word for it and got some flower and some edibles that he recommended. I finally got back home and gave the goods to my girlfriend and she said that everything was top notch and that I did good. Dan's the man and got me some major brownie points with my girl. 10/10 would go back again.

I wish I could name all the staff I encountered because they were all great! The only name I have to shout out is Julian's. The setup itself was chill and calm, with the knowledgeable staff asking you what you're looking for and walking you through the product in a laid-back but efficient way. I like that the whole process is streamlined concierge style. Will definitely frequent here.
