Loved this place! Customer service was excellent, I  had a lot of questions about the products and got terrific feedback. It's great to be educated about the product and know exactly what you are buying and what's beneficial for your personal needs. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Grace, was very helpful and honest about products knowledge and type of quality I wanted! They sell Heavy Hitters Raw Garden Blue Dream always and other popular brands strains looked good more to come after I try my pre-rolls pretty better than Garden Of Eve in Hayward dry flaky crappy cartilage selfs

I passed this the other day and thought I would visit some day.Today, I visited and was impressed.It is El Cerrito's first dispensary and they chose the right vendor.Easy entry to a very clean and well designed floor plan, easy to see and choose product.A young gentleman named Javoni, helped me from start to finish in a very positive and professional manner.Do visit, you won't be disappointed.I plan to visit their Sac store this weekend.

I was strolling the neighborhood with a friend from out of town who wanted to hit a dispensary. We just happened upon Nug, and decided to go there, mostly because it seemed convenient. I'd not been to Nug before, nor had I ever heard of it because I tend to stick to what I already know and am familiar with. I absolutely loved the experience at Nug! Nug is found after traveling through a LED lit hallway down into what feels like a speakeasy for cannabis. Staff is super friendly just right off the bat! They will get you checked in quickly, then you can peruse the merchandise, which is beautifully lit up in glass cases making it easy to examine their products. The weed industry seems to have turned toward major branding and pretty packaging after legalization, so it's smart to allow the customer the ability to view everything before they buy. I will definitely be going back to this place!PS I bought some pre rolls and got a deal for one of the pre rolls manufactured by Nug, and I thought their brand of weed tasted really really good

I just want to start by saying that ALL of their staff is always super friendly and helpful. I want to recognize Destiny for welcoming my friend and I and helping us with our order despite her being new, she was AWESOME. I always have such a nice experience when I go, everyone is so kind it really makes me come back. I now only literally go to NUG Oakland because of the amazing customer service and amazing product.

The staff is so sweet and welcoming. They don't have debit pay options yet. Hopefully they can also get some Apple Pay in there. There is a ATM located inside. I come to Nug to buy gifts. I do wish they offered gift certificates at their locations. Not sure if dispensaries do that but it would nice. Nug has such a chill vibe. Feels like your at home. My siblings always go to their San Leandro location. Thanks Marika.

I was supposed to do this review a couple months ago when I stopped in. It had only been open about a weeks so I wasn't sure what to expect. Before entering, you pass a guard and head down a long motion lit hall down to the lower level. You're then verified at the door and a sales person comes also immediately to help (I've been more than once). The room is dimly lit but with a classy edge. I can honestly say I've not been in a dispensary quite like this one...in a good way. It felt like guided concierge service and a downtown club. Plus everyone from the outside security guard to, who I thought might be, the owner were all quite pleasant and helpful. Some items were a bit pricy compared to other places but I attributed to the convenience of a downtown location. I'll be back whenever I'm in town.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, Nug Oakland is the best dispensary in the Bay Area. Staff is amazing and so helpful. I was scared I wasn't gonna get all that I needed within my budget, and Natasha got me everything I needed + a joint for the road in under 10 minutes! Thank you for outstanding service every time. This store makes my day every time I'm in.
