Any and every time I'm in the LA area, I make sure to make my way here. I've never been disappointed with any products I've gotten from here. Best pre-roll selection! And every now and then I come up on a new product or brand that I fall in love with because of this store.

These guys are always here with great suggestions and conversation. They are knowledgeable and always answer my questions fully and respectfully without making me feel dumb for not knowing. I work at night and their early hours are great for stopping on my way home.

I started going here when I moved to Noho in Feb, and I plan to never return or I just not need to purchase if they run out of strains I like. At first I liked the place, but the past two times I've been they have run out of every strain I enjoy, and sold me a wack ass strain instead. I feel they care more about making a sale versus actually giving you a strain that fits your needs. Mind you I buy 3.5 grams whenever I go, so it frustrating not to be able to return strains I hate that I've been sold.

This is my local dispensary, less than 2 miles from my residence. I have been going here once a week for months and at first I liked it but things have slowly been declining.There are only 2 edibles that I go in to buy. For weeks, they have been out of one of the two items, and sometimes they were even out of both items. If these are popular items, which they clearly are, I do not understand why they don't keep enough inventory to keep them consistently in stock.The ATM at the dispensary consistently doesn't work, which is highly inconvenient.More often than not the employee behind the counter does not remember to ask for my card, where after eight purchases, one gets a free gram. I've noticed lately that I tend to know more about the products than the people behind the counter that are clearly new employees that aren't familiar with the merchandise.My most negative experience was when I asked the person behind the counter to recommend a potent indica and she recommended the 'Sunset' strain. I purchased an eighth of an ounce and when I got home, this strain did absolutely nothing for me. I've never had a strain not affect me as much as this one. I thought about it and realized the name of the strain, 'Sunset' happens to be the name of the dispensary. The next time I came in, I let the person behind the counter know the issues I had with the strain and asked if Sunset was an house strain, and was told "yes". This bothered me because the person obviously recommended this strain because it was associated with the dispensary. If you are going to have a house strain, I would at least recommend that it be one that works.To be honest, at this point, I keep going back just because the location is so convenient but would definitely switch dispensaries if there was another one near my residence.

Used to go here back when it was only medical - used to feel comfortable talking with the bud tenderbut this last time, i had a terrible experience with the tender because i was just a recreational patientoh well they just want your money

Loved it here! I ordered online for pickup and within 6 minutes it was ready. Parking was super easy (at least at 11 am). The selection was great and so was the service. Didn't realize you get 25% off for your first time or something like that so when I was purchasing it was a pleasant surprise!

I have been coming here for a while and now.... wow! It's totally revamped and awesome! All the budtenders are extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry and are so helpful whenever you have questions... and they don't look at you like you are stupid when you ask a question. They also have  amazing daily deals for you to take advantage of, so so it!

I had driven past this North Hollywood treasure a few times, and finally mined my way to the front door. The security was friendly and attentive when I walked through the doors, of what looked to be the completion of some recent renovations. It was a pleasure to see this Dispensary making the transition from the separated "patient" and "medication" area, to showroom for customers. I had the privilege of interacting with two diamond in the rough employees. They were d*pe a*. Typically, I'm interested in a s*tiva fl*wer, but I spoke to a kind a well informed sales Rep. from Bloom, and the total savings made me walk out the door a rich man. The selection and presentation is golden. Salesmanship, platinum. Product, emerald green, ruby fire. I even had to come back for my Bloom battery, and the same sales associate and team made it a pleasure to come back! I loved seeing brand representatives, and I'd like to see more. Customer experience is everything. I'd hope to see my personal favorite brand, THCDes*gn is your lineup, but I'll be back to check. Don't be a foreigner to this Corner. They cleaned up the store - looks nice but it ends there Prices way too high - you can do better at other nearby establishments - and they nickel and dime you Actually charge you for safety bags instead of giving out- what is this Ralph's!

Had a really great experience this morning at Sunset Herbal. I am mainly interested in CBD products to help with muscle aches and soreness from working out and running. Sunset Herbal has a very impressive collection. Out of the all the dispensaries I have been to, this one was my best experience, parking was convenient, inside was very bright, clean and organized. As a FTP, was given a nice discount. Friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

This store has definately upgraded since the last time I went. I got some of the Sunset Reserve Zkittlez 1/8. It tasted like skittles. A lot of bright crumble for the right price. New packaging and lots of brands to choose from. The security guard is nice and the workers are very proud and look like they know there stuff. I like that they keep up with new strains keeps me going back.

Bad place, bad attitude, acting as if I need them more than they need me.Asked them about strains that is 80%+Sativa, they didn't know to tell andWere extremely rude to meTo the point I felt uncomfortable.When I wanted to check the specs Of the sativa stain I might get on my phone than they told me I cannot and at the end refused to serve me as if I'm doing something fishy,I just wanted to know the strain I'm buying and their lack of knowledgeDidn't make it easier for me.Do not recall when I was ever treated so badly :(There's a lot of amazing Shops in the area with only fresh stuffAnd alot of knowledge and great sales.Had a bad experience with them before but gave it another chanceSince its really close to me,My wife also told me same thing after her visit there so stay away if you have a choice.Hope It  helps :)

First time entering a dispensary! It is the best and most safe place I've ever entered. There's different types of strains, edibles, vapes, drinks, you name it they have it. It was actually my first time ever entering any dispensary, it was an awesome experience. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, and guided me to what I wanted and how I wanted to feel. Update- Happy to report I just learned the owner has decided to bring the dog to his home instead of leaving him alone outside the shop to bark all night.  Glad to see the dog will be cared for now.

Basically, you can find pretty much everything here. They have really nice budtenders. I really liked working with "Zee" (though her real name begins with an "X", I can't pronounce it). She was very patient with me, since there were so many products. I've experienced being rushed at some other dispensaries, but never at this one. They have a rewards card program and after 10 donations they give you a free 1/8th. They have TONS of edibles, most of them very strong and delicious. The prices are typical of other dispensaries and unfortunately the rewards card program is all they have. No discounts for military veterans. This is the only reason I didn't give five stars.They also do not take credit cards, but there is an ATM in the waiting room.

This was my second time coming and I am not disappointed. They always have a great special going on every day of the week and it's a great environment feels very safe and private. The people there are very friendly and helpful and they have lots of great options! I definitely recommend!

Pretty much... One of the worst shops i have been tooooo... in along time. They have so many rules, such a bad selection, such a bad staff. I am surprised anyone comes back for a second visit. After my first visit... I left here, feeling like i got robbed, Come check this place out, so u can see what i am talking about.

Awesome spot ! Second time coming in here everyone is always great ! Free joints is always great and the vibe that this shop has is pretty cool and I came in for the pickled monkey the best hands down.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!    This place is awful!!! Horrible staff and owners!   Bad customer service.  I've had 3 encounters here.  I will never go here again.  But today was the worst! Owners are abusive to the dog on site. And the employees are guilty as well because they don't care. They have a sweet very large dog that is left outside 24 hours a day without shelter and often no water. It lives on a pavement slab.  We just had the biggest rain Southern California has had in many years, felt like a monsoon and I asked the store to bring the dog inside. They refused and told me to mind my own business. I later called and asked what they are doing about the poor dog that has been out in the rain for 8 hours and they said they are doing nothing and the woman hung up on me.  I would never give my business to animal abusers.  I hope you won't either.

Great experience with the knowledgeable and lovely Marilyn. She was so cool and helped me get what I needed and made the process easy as hell. Go here if you want great product and an amazing experience!

I used to come here all the time until they started taxing, they started with taxes at 8% then they higered it to 15% but when i just recently called to ask about there 420 deals they told be they are now taxing 25% and that its been that way all along, i laughed at the girl and said no its not but its funny how you wanna capitilize on taking more people's money by making people beleive its the "state regulation" some shops have lower taxes then sunset and others no tax at all it saddens me because it used to be an awesome shop but i feel there more interested in taking your money then actual ly helping you.

This store is great! These guys are really nice and they treat you really well. Once you're in their system, you just show up with your ID and they let you in. Great people!

when there are/animals being neglected in horrible conditions, something needs to be done.  innocent animals that are needing care and love.  this is animal abuse.  if you can not have an animal and care for it find a save home for him/her asap.  people do not appreciate this at all

Barking dog has GOT TO GO!  I've called the dispensary several times and they refuse to remedy this.  They have a "guard dog" that barks all day/night.  Last night the dog barked until 1am.  This is out of control.  If I were a weed dispensary I would remedy this since their business is weed! Why draw attention to yourself?? But you don't do anything about abusing a dog and have him bark ALL night. Why even have a dog??  Take him home!! We won't stop until this dog has a nice home that cares for it like it should.  You should be ashamed of yourself causing a neighborhood to be inconvenienced by your dog and making him sit there all night barking.  Don't ever go to this business, find a better place that is aware of their surroundings in a neighborhood!!!

BEST EDIBLES IN LA!! They range from 125 mg (the cakes) to 200 mg (rice crispies, lucky charms, honey grahams)/each ... And are 3 for $20!! I haven't found edibles much above 50 mg and every other place's can't even compare to the ones here. The size of the edibles are large, too. They have a drink that's supposed to be mad strong, but I haven't tried it yet. I think it's $12.

First things first Pompeya is the best! I went there last night with my boyfriend not knowing what to expect. The environment was great for being a first timer. Seemed like all the budtenders that night took their time with everyone to explain and knew their stuff. The security guard was nice and welcoming too. Pompeya took the time with us and answered all our questions with no hesitation. We left satisfied with what we got. We'll definitely be coming back!

They will not let you down if you want a chill saliva definitely get the strawberry cough, if you want a hard hitting Indica 100% go with the Diablo og it never lets me down!

I don't know anything about the business, but I've lived in the neighborhood for many years and have brought the poor sentry dog to the attention of the aspca and humane society to no avail. Probably just legalities. I don't have any maladies for which I would need weed, and don't use chemical crutches, but if I did need, I wouldn't patronize a place that would consign a good dog to a terrible existence.

I'm very new to the medicinal cannabis community and Jess at the Sunset Herbal Corner made my first donation a breeze and a learning experience. Jess asked me questions about what I liked and wanted to feel with my medicine, a question I never really asked myself. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the strains and types of tree that the service offered. I have found my home at Sunset Herbal Corner. So close to my house and I can easily skate there and back. Go to Jess and have her help you out!! Definitely recommend for all enthusiasts and patients alike!

first trip here was fine. the smoke was quality but was full of molasses to add weight which gives the smoke a harsher feel and taste. second trip today was a bunch of crap. first , the free gram of hash was garbage ,unfit to smoke. I never understand dispensaries that give out freebies that are just awful stuff. it's like " thanks for your business, f-you" . The smoke today wasn't cured properly. to be fair 90% of the smoke in CA isn't cured long enough. how the Frick in an arid region ,these growers can't cure cannabis properly, I'll never understand. When smoking an herb ,80+% or more of the thc is consumed in combustion . if the smoke is still moist , the vaporization point of the trichome is too high and more than 80% of the thc is consumed,never making it into the bloodstream.  It could be the greatest smoke in the world ,but if it's not cured properly  you would never know how great it was. I do not have the time to JAR cure the weed for days once I buy it. I need it to be smoking ready asap, I have generalized anxiety disorder that dominates my life and medical dispensaries don't seem to understand the medical part of MM.

Super friendly staff and very helpful too! It was my first time visiting a shop like this and I was a little nervous. They made me feel very comfortable and showed me a bunch of different products that matched what I needed. They even let me spin the wheel where I won a free jolly rancher type candy ;)

Good selection but always overpriced, they don't honor their word on daily deals and bought a vape from them because they said bring it back if it breaks for replacement. They upsold me on the crappy vape pen which broke and they (the owner) refused to replace it. (Another shop said they had to replace faulty vape pens as well...) Also, they claim $35 cap outside but have strains for $50 and their daily deals was a free joint but the girl said they didn't have any left over so "sorry" but what she could have done was offer me a replacement item or discount... So that's triple false advertisement. I don't recommend this particular shop as there are hundreds of shops in LA with amazing strains for a true $35 cap that guarantee vape pen replacements as well. I'll absolutely never be back there again and will be going to a place that honors their word, reasonable prices,  hold true to their advertising and actually care about their customers. How about hooking a regular up or trying to attempt to keep me as a customer? Seemed like nobody working there really cared...

Incredible stuff! Every time I've gone into the shop the past couple of weeks I have received incredible deals. Amazing buds, great friendly staff and most importantly a welcoming environiment for patients! An essential shop for the neighborhood!

Beware do ur math or get ripped off. stopped by today on 2.23.2019 for papa select P.a.d which was bogo 50% off . Sadly not only they did not try ripping me off by trying to charge me 185 out the door for $135 plus tax. medical tax is 25% . on $135 should of been $168.75 and even if they charge the standard 34.5% for recreational it would be $181.57 still under $185. Then wouldn't honor a referal or ftp deal which states "25% off your entire purchase" becarefull and do your math before you walk in to this store

This place is great! Everybody is super cool and they always have some kind of promotion going on with different products. They have a variety of brands; edibles, medicine for pets, etc.Their quality of flower is really, really good! And the prices are just right! I like bringing my friends here, is like finding a gem! Starting from the security guy, You can feel the good vibes there. Ayman was the one who helped me out last time, super good energy, efficient, funny and just nice you know? What that said, I 'highly' recommend this place

Great dispensary! Most of the staff is really friendly, the prices are reasonable, they do deals all the time with customer rewards discounts and all that jazz. They're open early, stay open late, and their Covid response has been better than most.

I don't know. Every time I go in, the vibes are terrible. Ever since this covid, their moods are terrible. They've become hella rude. The herb selection is okay. I used to really like this place. Funky funky funky attitudes. I know shit is rough, but hey, don't get salty.Edit: better!

Lousy Unprofessional Delivery WomanI was having a good experience with this place until they sent me this delivery woman who had a major attitude problem.

I got confused about online situation, I was gonna do pickup, I thought that or delivery was my option. Anyways I couldn't get a discount by going thru order service, I just wanted to deal directly with them. So I told them on the phone I was gonna come in, no problem they just had it ready for me when I came in. I didn't really hang with anyone just in n out but the 2 people there were totally cool aaand best thing about this spot is they have a lot of brands I could get everything at one shop, I was stoked. Thank you.

Ashley helped me select a pack of prerolls, she was lovely and precise with her answers.Unfortunately, somethings can't be perfect... the security guy, who didn't seem to be a very intelligent person, refused to accept a passport as an identification... I mean, rules can be rules, but do you really need to be a d!(k about it?

It's very rare that I write a review of a dispensary. Mainly because at times they can be very cold, disinterested, or fairly gentrified. This was not the case when I came here. My local weed shop had just been bought out, so I had been searching for another shop to be a consistent customer of. (It's nice to walk in and be greeted by name because you know everyone there.When I walked in, I was instantly greeted. I was a little a little apprehensive because I hadn't been here before. Katie, a budtender at the counter, not only saw me scanning for a particular item on the walls, but was able to guess the item and brand that I was looking for on the first try. I was really moved by her friendliness  and genuinely earnest customer service. After that, I asked about Cookies grams to which she made a wonderful recommendation. Customer service is so important in business but even more so in a COVID-age where social interactions can be fairly limited. I'm really excited to go back soon and pick up. Thank you so much to the staff for prioritizing excellent customer interactions!

If you are into 420 and associated products, then Sunset is a great place to shop. They have special events all the time (which I always seem to miss..but that's on me). Xlnt selection. ✅ them out.
