I love this place! Love all the options. Just moved to LA and I will definitely be a regular here!

Such a beautiful store, I even got to tour the grow areas. An amazing sections of edibles and strains! I will definitely be heading back!

Delivery Time & Speed our outstanding! Website is always updated & they have what I order every time. I usually have my order at my door within 30 minutes!!!

Stopped by to pick up some edibles and everyone was super friendly here. Security and staff were helpful. First time here so I got a discount card for my next couple visits too. Will definitely stop by here again.

November 2020. I appreciate this staff for wearing their masks and ensuring all patients do too. I've been passing by MMD for over a year since I've moved to the neighborhood. Today, I FINALLY I made it in (thanks to the insistence of my friend and fellow MMD patient) and only regret not coming sooner. That said, the MMD staff is awesome, as is their inventory. Very knowledgeable and very well stocked with all your medicinal needs. From flower to tinctures, for you and your pets. Delivery options available too! I've never felt so dissatisfied with a cannabis service.  mmdshops.com advertised a free goodie bag with delivery orders placed on 4/20. I placed an order for delivery 20 minutes after they opened. 3 hours later my driver arrives. He tells me that the total of my order is $99.00, my emailed receipt (which I showed the driver) was $87.67. The driver couldn't explain what the extra charge was for and ended up speaking to a supervisor who honored the original price. When I mentioned the free goodie bag advertised on the website, the driver seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Regardless, I paid for my order, tipped the driver, and came in to enjoy my order. When I looked at the flower jar, I noticed the THC% didn't match what was listed on the website. I double checked a confirmed this, then took some pictures that I will attach to this review.The website listed the THC% at 34.20%, the jar says the THC% is 30%.  Too much false advertisement for me to stay quiet about this. MMD may have just lost a once loyal customer...

I've been coming here for longer than a year. Spent thousands of dollars in repeated business. Came in today to purchase a few items when I got told I'm not allowed inside without my ID which is understandable, but I was here just a few days before and was let in as I'm a repeating customer for over a year and know pretty much everyone. I was in a pretty bad car crash which was the reason behind my ID being lost and because of COVID the DMV is taking much longer to send me a new replacement. I'm a medical marijuana consumer and consume regularly for pain. The way they turned me down without even hesitation after all the business I've given them shows me they could careless about the consumer and more about the money. If you're looking for a new go to dispensary I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I stopped by and Robin was my budtender. She was very busy but still had a huge smile on her face and was awesome all around. She clearly knows her stuff and pointed out some awesome products. I live in the area and I'll definitely be back. I found my favorite bud stop

I had my first visit to MMD the other day and what a mind blowing experience. Damn, I didn't know how much I didn't know until I spent some chat time and some money. And both were well spent. Place has a laid back vibe, no attitude. Nice selection and fair prices.

Placed an order on line at 2pm on a weekday, received a text confirming receipt of the order and noting I would receive another text when ready to pick up. No text for pick up by end of day. Call three times the next day, no one picks up. Receive a text cancelling order 24 hours after I place it. Sooooo, not a good experience. This is LA - I'll just move on to the next place a block away.

When it comes to the friendliness of their staff, no other dispensary gets close to this place, also they have everything, from pieces, to prerolls, to vapes, the really have it all. Plus The bud tenders always make sure you leave with something satisfying and make you feel comfortable every time they see you. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is the pricing. It's not that great and they don't really have a lot of bargain options but if your goal is to get a gram of some strong tree. This would be a great option. They don't even really offer deals for oz's last time I checked so if you are a seasoned stoner and smoke more than a few blunts a day, I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you are a recreational smoker and want to know what strand will butter your biscuit in the intended fashion. I would definitely recommend this place.

HIGH prices & racist female manager in the back on her high horse. Take ur stupid MAGA hat out of here. I didn't think there was anything worse than quarantine, but here she was. We have been coming here for two years and decided to stop. Once you find the name of weed and type you like, they never have it again.  Since they've been under new management, the vibe has changed and you are always rushed out.  We have found a new place with just as good selection, better vibe and no parking hassles.

I've been a return patient at MMD for many years now! I truly love doing express pick up it is very convenient and accurate ( avoid waiting in line) . Online orders are also very dependable and accurate .The vibe is always amazing!!! Kat, Chris, Scott , I can't recall his name right now but the guy with the blonde hair and tatts add to the quality experience . But honestly the entire staff from security up to manager Jason are sooo kind!!!!Absolutely love MMD, the quality bud (all price points not junk) and overall experience! Plus the club follows safe COVID and laws!!!

I was fortunate to arrive before the green tour bus crowd and walked straight up to an awaiting budtender named Britta.Britta greeted me with a warm and welcoming "Hello" and I responded with a full-throated "Happy 710 Day!" Britta returned the joyful wishes and we both instinctively walked over to the extracts' case. I'd scanned MMD NoHo's menu beforehand and had with me a short list of items to purchase.I didn't need much help making my selections and was able to grab 3 of the 4 Raw Garden strains on my list. Britta confirmed that the 710 Day discount applied to oil cartridges as well as wax extracts, so I also grabbed half gram pods of a few Stiiizy strains.Britta's customer service was superb from the moment I walked into​ the dispensary's inner sanctum. In fact, all the staff looked happy and eager to help. Even the security guard made sure I was aware that my medical recommendation expires in a few weeks. I appreciated the customer service more than MMD NoHo knows. Thank you!But Britta's good customer service was made great when she answered some questions I had about current vape cartridges. Britta affably and congenially discussed the best and less than best brands currently out there and she confirmed something I had suspected: Raw Garden's oil cartridges are to vape carts what their live resins are to wax extracts. Superb! Unfortunately, Raw Garden carts are so popular that MMD NoHo was sold out.Britta did not try to rush me out of the store at all and was happy to talk. We shared stories about what it is like as cannabis consuming parent versus what it is like to be the child of cannabis consuming parents. It is fascinating stuff worthy of further investigation and analysis, and perhaps a lengthy article. Stay tuned.Britta rang up my purchases: Raw Garden grams of indica-dominant Jungle Rush, Bahama Mama, and Cloud Chaser and half-grams of Stiiizy Strawberry Cough and Purple Punch. I paid and left a tip. But before I left I made sure to compliment Britta on her excellent budtending skills and let her know how much I appreciated her help. She treated me with respect, as an equal, was totally transparent and forthright, was friendly and loquacious, and made me feel like a valued customer. Great dispensary, the lobby had cool artwork and the dispensary itself had soo many different and interesting products. Came here with green tours and got a look at the grow and learned a lot of interesting cannabis/grow information.

They have an incredible selection and their staff are the nicest people. I never go into shops anymore, except for this one!

Please do not order any weed from this place , the amount is always off the management is ridiculous. They think that is pot they don't have to run a business they never carry what you like it's always different. It poorly run . They do deliver to your door but you never know what your going to get . It's scandalous

Honestly the most helpful people out there... I usually pick my weed by smelling it but since COVID that's a thing of the past. I've been to different spots and they strike out every time... probably because they wanna push shit that will give them spiffs...this place on the other hand has got it right every time.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Would give 0 star if I could. They will sell you DRY AF flowers and take your money without an exchange or refund for BAD PRODUCT. I'm shocked to find out when I open my THC DESIGN Lemon Meringue that it was DRY, BRITTLE. I called and went back to the store and was told that they can't issue me a refund or an exchange even if the product is bad. $62 dollars down the drain. Go somewhere else. Worst service and product from a dispensary.

As a person with anxiety, I get really intimidated when going to shops where I have to talk to people. The staff here help with that though, always friendly and never judgmental. They help me feel comfortable and help me find the strains that would help me relax  plus they have great selection 10/10

Absolutely loved the customer service, especially Landon, who was incredibly helpful and full knowledge.  I was with a girlfriend who has never been to a weed dispensary and was struggling to sleep.  Needless to say, she is very satisfied despite her nerves going into the situation.  They also have some good deals.  This will be my main spot now in NH.

Prior to several months ago this spot would have gotten 4 stars easily, but there have been a few changes that have dropped their rating for me. I used to come here WEEKLY, sometimes multiple times/wk. When I discovered this spot (2ish yrs ago) I was in heaven! They had a great selection across all price points and a great loyalty program. Then in the last 5ish months, they made some changes. First, their lower end selection seems almost non existent now. With taxes at 30%, I was super appreciative of their lower priced selection. I rarely left unhappy. Recently, this selection is scant. So unless you can afford top shelf + 30% taxes, during a recession, this isn't the place for you. Second, their loyalty program used to be earn 250 pts get $25 off. They changed this and now it's 500 pts, $25 off. So basically they doubled how many points are required to get the same discount. As a small biz owner myself, I completely understand prices needing to change with the times, but this just felt like a slap in the face to OG customers. At least grandfather us OG's in, even temporarily. Something other than what essentially felt like a fck you to loyal customers. Next, delivery. They offer delivery now which is great! But to qualify for free delivery you need to spend at least $100. Most delivery services/dispensaries offer free delivery when you spend $40-$60. $100 is just ridiculous. Especially when I am walking distance from the spot. The delivery service I use now (since I had to find another dispensary) offers free delivery when you spend $40. And in the time of Covid that's indispensable. Next, they don't offer refunds. EVEN IF THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE. I have had this happen multiple times. They sold me the wrong item. I tried to return it (still sealed) and nope! Too bad. They explain it's some kind of govt rule. Which is fine, but offer a store credit (for the SAME VALUE) to the customer when your budtenders screw up, not a free joint or 10% off, which is what I rec'd. Lastly, wait times. Prior to COVID and all these changes, this was always an issue. Sometimes I've waited 20+ minutes to be served and been in the lobby waiting with 10+ other folks. They only let one person in at a time, rather than a few so some folks can figure out what they want/go to the atm while others are being served. I do appreciate that you can pre order online now. Which is what I do when I occasionally still go here. In conclusion, I loved this spot. Until all the recent changes. I was a regular customer, but now I barely come in anymore. In the last 5ish months I've been in 3x. I had to find a different spot and a delivery service that doesn't gouge for free delivery. Sadly, it feels like lower end customers are being phased out of MMD NoHo. Which is even more pronounced during a recession. I hope things get better and I can come back and bump this review up, but in the meantime, I'll be doing business elsewhere.

Went in last night to pick up some CBD for my mom's dog, it was my first time at this location. I was greeted by a super nice & helpful receptionist so I was already like ok this is cool! Then I was greeted by Walter who is one of the workers there, he was so helpful & nice!!! He was very knowledgeable and was very patient while answering any & all the questions I had. He really knew what he was talking about & even gave suggestions. It was an enjoyable visit so be sure to go check this location out - you won't be sorry!

I've tried the shop so many times and after going this past week I will never go there again. The selections that they have are old specially the Vape cartridges. The owners used to make Vape cartridges under the name Dynapuff. They also make edibles I believe the name is under Baked ( black market) Their cartridges and edibles were  horrible most of the time. I had to exchange the cartridges bc they were leaking or were completely dark brown.  baked goods were at times moldy and made with bitter  tasting butter. I don't know if this company makes their own products but I'm really tired of spending my money on this shitty  place . The weed is dry, carts are just old if they are not raw garden. Edibles are expensive and not strong. Beware most of the bud tenders rudely  want you out of there as quickly as possible and will not recommend what you're looking for. They own five other shops And they can't even take care of their loyal patients by giving them discounts like other dispensaries.

I went in and the security guard was so rude I could not hear him correctly and then he gave me very bad attitude and said "this isn't your first time is it? Sit down until your name is called" with a bad attitude, That left me with a bad taste and I left. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Meow, the place was supe dupe easily location, and we had no problem parking. I marched right in behind a tour...of yes, tourist; mostly old white people who find the cannabis community and culture new, exciting, and taboo after 7 or 8 decades of systematic oppression, weeding out all of the colored completion, and creating an 81% caucasian owned market. This business doesn't seem to be the exclusion.     The security guard was the coolest. I found it ironic that a person of color(The only person of color), a Latino, was charged with protecting the people within an industry that had targeted people like him for the last century, the origin of such racist words like Marijuana were used to stir racist, prejudice, and bigoted sentiments within United States citizens just after the Mexican American war *cough genocide to pass the Marijuana Tax Act, leading to the drug war, which disproportionately impacted people of color...but, he was well as H*ll to me, and got me checked-in in a jif!     I marched to the back showroom, and low and behold...the room was a show. Everything your little heart, and empty lungs could long for.     Flower: Check     Topicals: Check     CBD: Check     Edibles, even though the last time I had an edible, I told my friend I was so hungry, that if he was made out of chocolate, I'd eat every inch of him...genitalia and anus last, of course!: Check     Concentrates: Check     Sexist hiring policy ensuring all the Budtenders are women: Check     Dreamy Meme gave me space to explore the very well lit, organized, and curated products. I was happy to see my person favorite brand THC Design available, but I was well informed about the house brand Indica, and I got a Lowells Farm Hybrid.     Pricing, meow...The prices were competitive. Sure, nothing special nor outrageous. I received a first time discount, and a veteran discount is offered...BUT, even though I am a first time Combat Beteran (Yes, Beteran) I could not combine the offers, regulating me to a vet who spent a year in a foreign war zone fighting for every American's right to smoke pot free of...terrorism, and other things that can put a real bummer on your buzz, but I digress.     The other Budtender, you guessed it, a woman *cough white was kind enough to take a photo of Meme and I. We will always have Mishka Meme...always. Actually, I think I smoked it...so.     Would I recommend this dispensary, sure. I would love to see more Product and Brand reps to enhance the customer experience. MMD is one of those old school mixed with new school tech dispensaries. A huge assortment of options and very friendly staff, shout out to my man Jonathan! 10/10 would recommend

4 Reasons this place lost my business today, and forever: 1)  Long Wait Time -- 15 minutes, a reasonable wait time for understaffed and/or busy dispensaries.  Except it wasn't busy, and when I finally was called back, there were three employees hanging out doing basically nothing.2)  Bloated Prices -- 50-100% higher than other clubs in the area.  And the new member deals, while tempting, are both short-lived and financed through heavy handed markups on popular items (e.g., according to the club's self-professed bookkeeper, the club marks up Kushy Punch 100%).3)  Dishonest Culture -- A long-time employee offered me a $25 eighth as part of the club's "remodel special."  When I picked out a strain, the same employee rescinded the offer for no clear reason and without explanation, charging me $45 instead.  Additionally, the club appears to be passing on its AUMA compliance costs to patients and recreational customers, even though California law is supposed to prevent medical patients from paying such increased fees. 4)  No/Low Emotional IQ -- Though I have been a member here for years, and patiently and calmly expressed to the manager my concerns outlined above, the employees I dealt with acted defensively and irrationally.  Indeed, I was told "I don't care what you think."  That response is many things, but professional, compassionate, caring or even competent, it is not.

Great Place...Awesome Product. But it sucks when you find such a great gem and an employee is consistent with their horrible energy! I've encountered a particular employee twice now and each time same horrible energy! Very much comes off annoyed and makes you feel rushed! My first couple of experiences prior to these have been great super friendly and informative but not this one lady! Next time I catch her name I'll post it! When I see she's behind the glass I just leave and go somewhere else! Sucks! But marijuana has to be exchanged with the proper energy!

Pretty good place but they unfortunately do no stand behind their products. Bought a defective "stickie" disposable pen and when I tried to return it they declined to do anything, but offered me 15% my purchase. I appreciate the gesture, but from a business standpoint, if you choose a vendor and carry its products, it becomes your responsibility to take care of the consumer you sell it to and make a profit from. Thanks!

I came here one time on a whim and no regrets, from the check in process to the help from the bud tenders it is more than a 5 star experience, Everyone is super friendly and attentive to the customer. I think the prices and quality of the products is good, I never tip my bud tenders but will gladly do so at this dispensary. Good service. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection. They have a loyalty program for frequent visitors which I recommend joining. I've been going here for many, many years and the staff takes the time to get to know you and your needs. I always defer judgment to the budtenders and their expertise; plus most of them are really good about remembering what you had last time and making recommendations based off that. This place is like Cheers but with budtenders instead. When you show up they make you feel like you're part of the gang and make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Your first contact is the security at the front desk. They are all very nice and you can tell that even the newer ones are trained to be professional and helpful. I can't express how much I support this place and how much I recommend it to people who are looking for a new shop. I don't know what's better, the bud or the staff. Guess you'll have to go in and find out for yourself.

It never rains in Calif?  Really?  Well it rained tonight and of course I get a flat tire. I did my business inside (always top notch) and when I got in my car, flat tire.I'm live in CA, I wear flip-flops when it rains...and of course, the same night my flip-flop broke.  Now I have a flat tires and one foot in the rain.I tell the security guard inside I need the parking space to change the flat.  He said no problem.  Then he comes out with a huge garbage bag and wants to cut holes for my head and arms to work in.  WOW...that was cool.  Then three customersall ask if I need help, one turned his lights on so I could see.  Then the security guard comes out and helps me in the rain!  How cool are these people?This is a testament to the good natured folks who shop here.  They live what they preach! I think herb is herb when it all is said and done.  This place has everything you need. But, it is the extra spice that makes any meal go from good to great.  I felt the love tonight when I was vulnerable and in need.  Seriously, this was an amazing experience to have so many people want to help.  Imagine if I got a flat at 7-11?  Do you think someone who works inside would come out in the rain to help me change a flat tire?  Just sayin'

If you are a first time customer they do offer a discount, I think for returning guests they offer a discount as well. This is where to go for your Supercritical Co2 Cannibis Oil cartridges.  What an amazing invention. After decades of smoking, your lungs (& voice) will thank you when you Vape the supercritical's! This place carries the awesome Bloom Brand Vape as well as Spliffin', my two favorites. Lemon Haze  by Spliffin' is delicious and Bloom is the most potent I believe. This awesome caregiver also has the most varieties of flower I have seen. Ask for Molly she will take care of you for sure. Keyword is compassion at this amazing place.

I have been going to this establishment for about 5 years and I have NEVER had an experience that was less than 5 Stars. Every single person that they hire, from the front desk/security person to the associates that they have working in the back are extremely fun and kind but also knowledgeable. I've used different services (that actually deliver - which is of course more convenient) but for experience, price, quality and overall care for their clientele - no other company that I've dealt with can compete with CCCN. There have been a lot of amazing people that I've dealt with but I have to give a specific shout out to Robin - I dealt with her today and she was so well versed on EVERY product and her attitude was so joyously lovely that I just wanted to hang with her the rest of the day - and I'm anti-social to death - so that says a lot! SUPER SICK! It was my first time here, the security was very friendly, he was aware it was my first time, let the bud attendant know and she took great care of me. They had a bunch of different choices, from edibles, hybrids and pipes! I highly recommend this place, they even have a couple parking spots out front .. and that goes a long way in LA!

I love these guys... Every single one of them. They all have kind hearts, smiles on their faces, and always ready to help. I have been coming here since they opened and pretty much always feel well taken care of. They are very generous and I really appreciate the days they have specials. As we know there are many dispensaries to choose from so we can be very choosy where we spend our money. I have tried other dispensaries but encounter rudeness and ignorance way too often and always come back to my boys here.There is only one thing I would change. I have CFS and some weeks it is too hard for me to even leave the house. But, when I am lucky enough to be able to get there, it would be great to not be greeted by a blasting TV.  I understand the guys are there long hours and need some entertainment but please understand that's some patience deal with intense medical issues and walking into a business with a blasting TV can feel overwhelming and as if the business cares more about their comfort than that of their patience. And, I know that is not true of this dispensary so maybe it just takes mentioning. ;) All in all I love these guys.

Bombbbbbb!! So bombbbbb!!! It's like a sigh of relief every time I come to CCCN. The staff is heartwarming and genuinely always willing to help. I'm never up sold here, I never feel pressured to buy something I don't want. I swear I'd hang out here if it wouldn't be awkward! Hahaha. It might not be the  cheapest place around and haters are gonna hate  but the reality of it is. You get what you pay for. If you want the bomb constantly! Go to CCCN. Isn't the hot spot!

Great selection at the North Hollywood location. As a first time customer here Victoria was super knowledgeable and really helpful when it came to picking out product.  Definitely coming back here!

Just stopped by to grab a preroll and it was 1/2 filter. Most expensive AND smallest preroll I've ever gotten. Huge bummer and waste of money.

MMD has a great selection of products; flower, edibles, vaping, and CBD (you name.. they got it! or something better). Everyone on staff is kind, knowledgeable, and treat you like part of the family instead of just a sale. They offer a rewards program and weekly deals on different products. Fair priced, they offer all price ranges to accommodate all budgets; taxes suck but it's the future of the industry (so suck it up cheapskates) and they actually cover some of it! I'd rather pay taxes for regulated products than risk getting something janky at the trap shops down the street.. eek! Definitely the best company to buy from! Love the whole gang! Keep rockin' it my dudes!!

On the first time buyer. Armin waited on me and he was excellent! I was looking for cannabis oil and he showed me what was highly recommended also showed me what was highly recommended and edibles. Also gave me complimentary coffee samples. I will definitely go back there because I was treated with very personalized, individual service they are very compassionate and understanding and very helpful. I have been here for almost 4 years now and I have to say it is still the best.Staff is always very friendly and helpful, and knowledgable about what they have available.  (Though I do agree with Ben R.,  there is one girl who is not quite as warm as the others.)  I really feel like I can take a minute, and figure out what I want to purchase.  Consistently carry a variety quality product no matter what the price.Usually really good about taking out the stems out for you so you are getting the most for your money.  Will always have free lighters and papers if you need them.Always have good specials, especially on Wednesdays and on the 20th of the month.New patients get a punch card so you can get free treats the next few times you come.Waiting room is very comfortable with TV, magazines, and cool art on the walls.  Free soda and water available while you wait.4/20 is always a special event with a huge amount of great food all day in the lobby.Small parking lot, but it's not usually a very busy area.  You may have to circle Lankershim and Vineland, once, maybe twice, but you can find parking that's pretty close.Not open quite as late as Zen Garden next door, but again the staff and the comfortable atmosphere at CCCN really just can't be topped.

Found CCCN here on Yelp.  Was a bit of trouble finding the location, and the parking lot is super duper small and hard to get in and out of, so I parked nearby and walked.  Immediately after I arrived, the guys were incredibly nice and welcoming and got me signed up.  They even offered me something to drink while I waited in the nice lobby.  After a few minutes, I got to go in.  Mike listened to my issues and explained all the options.  I asked him for his advice and went with what he recommended.  He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!  I got a free candy as well with my purchase.  I highly highly recommend CCCN!  Definitely the only place I'm going to from now on!

A buddy of mine moved to the NOHO arts district and wouldn't stop telling me about his local dispensary and how I just had to leave Hollywood to come find out.Fast forward to this weekend, I decided to come hang out with my friend and figured I would check this place out with him. Having been to a few different dispensaries, I could tell upon walking in that this place was professional. Very chill, comfy waiting area with a flat screen and couches. The staff working were all super cool and seemed happy to have someone walk through the door.And the most important factor: the medicine, which was top notch and probably some of the best I've seen in the LA area, no joke. Thank you CCCN, I'll be back.

Im mad that I just found out about this place. It's by far the best place around NoHo. You get 2 free joints on your first visit, and other goodies the next few times. The selection was great, and the place was just nice and clean. Check it out. TRUST ME, Tell them "Brian Reichle" reefer-ed you.

This is my go-to pharmacy!  The nicest staff in town, the security people are even nice!  Most other places I've been feels like I'm being watched all the time and 'just another customer'.  This place is clean, pleasant, and it's not filled with with scary looking customers.  Did I mention that the staff is THE BEST?!  Well, because they are!

60$ an 1/8 ..... a.y.f.k.m.r.n.  Thats 20$ over street value.    Ok with that being said, the staff is great. Nice waiting area. They do only allow one or two people in at a time so you dont have to compete for counter space and attention (super nice). Another great point to this shop is,... if they have shake or bottom the jar sell  it will be dry. They dont use a humidifier to get exrta water weight.  All in all bud not that great. The freebies are lame as well as there free joints. If they dropped there prices by half I might return.

Wow. It's like walking into the Bellagio of Cannabis shops. Beautiful, bright, stocked with all kinds of products, clean, clean, clean.  I was not feeling well and was treated so compassionately by the staff.  I'm done looking.  Bless you all.

I have been going to CCCN for years.  The staff is friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable about their products.  The buds are fresh and reasonably priced.  The shop has an intimate vibe and management encourages budtenders to build realtionships with patients.  The Scotts, Dane, Robyn, and Tony (the security guard) always take care of me and I have never left disappointed by their products and services.  I cannot recommend CCCN enough. It is the best dispensary in North Hollywood.

First of all, there are about 4 off street parking spaces in front of the building.  The staff is very pleasant.  Everyone knows more than I do about cannabis so I told the guy what I needed if for and he knew just what I wanted.  The waiting room is very airy and comfortable.  And it looks like one customer at a time in the sales room.  Don't mess around here 'cause it looks like the guy who signs you in is packing heat. (real nice guy though)

Have know other patients who have recommended this place but finally i gave it a try. It could possibly be a little hard to miss because there isn't the normal huge bright green cross plastered all over it- instead its a discreet little building with it's own small front access parking lot. it's the downstairs level of a shared office building and right when you walk in you feel at ease. It's nicely decorated and the front staff was friendly and quick to call my doctor to verify- i didn't have to wait the usual 15 minutes. they have a pool and deck out front of a side screen door that is so tempting to jump in and hang out there for the whole day- but alas you cannot enjoy because of liabilities and things like that so it's just their to tease you. ha ha. but onto business they had the biggest and most delicious looking variety of edibles i have seen thus far. They had honey graham treats and a red velvet cake with frosting that i am def. going to try next time. They even come in 2 and 3x strength depending on your ailment. so that is a bonus star then the guy who helped us [ Scott i believe??] was very helpful in helping both of us pick out the best for what effect we wanted. so that was cool. the best best thing about this place however THEY HOOK YOU UP siiiiiiiiiiick the person i came with got a free referral gram [ of his choice BTW which is almost NEVER the case- usually they just give you some shit dry weed they had left over] then i got 2 free joints because it was my very first visit there [ the joints were good stuff too and rolled well to burn slow - which is also usually not the case] they also give you the choice of a free lighter., free blunt wrap or free rolling papers EVERY visit! talk about one stop shopping. heheh. Annnnnnnd to top off the give a way extravaganza they started this new promotion Scott was telling us about- as a new member i got a "rewards card" the first reward being the 2 free joints, then on my second visit i get a free glass pipe and on my third visit i get a 5 gram 1/8 [ for you who don't know 1/8 is only 3.5 grams usually so this is HUGE ] how amazing is that? oh and to top off that list my gram i actually bought weighed out to 1.18 instead of 1.0 so they weren't skimpy on that either. def. a club to check out- esp. if your into edibles or on a budget =]

Great meds! This is the first place I went to when I got my card...their service, facilities and buds are some of the best in LA. The only reason for the 4 stars is they know they have the goods and charge a little more for them. This I dont mind as I will pay a little more for the quality and service. Specials weekly and a great deal on the 20th of each month when they put extra weight on your meds, pretty great.

I just visited California Compassionate Care Network for the first time today.  I love this place!  Everyone is nice, and very helpful.  The location is easy to find also.  I especially liked the 'New Patient Rewards Card' that I received with my first purchase.  What a wonderful idea.  I'm going to be coming here a lot!

My fav shop since I moved here a few years ago. Super friendly, knowledgable staff and they have some of the best strains I've had in LA. I love their weekly specials and they typically show love. I've tried a few other spots to capitalize on the new patient specials and I always come right back. Hands down, the best Skywalker in LA. My fav shop!

Hands down Best dispensarie in Los Angeles! The variety of flowers alone puts it in a class by itself. The quality of the flowers are always consistently good, if you're in North Hollywood do yourself a favor and stop by!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable being there. The place itself is nice and not sketchy at all like some other places. They have such a wide variety and always the best stuff. The prices are great and on top of that they always have great offers and giveaways (nice to get to try new things that way). I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Returned because their weed happens to be very good and well worth the price. Edibles are varied and effective medication. Parking is easy and close.

Overall I really enjoy this place with the exception of  few things.Positive: - There is a TV in the lobby that is always playing something like cool movie. - Pretty much all the employees are very nice- The lobby in general is very comfortable with nice sofas, water/ coffee / tea and on - 420 they had a big food spread!- Good selection and sometimes they have some nice deals, esp during 420!-Street parking is easy- Very clean and nice facility- They have AWESOME joints- They give out free lighters (if they remember to put them in your bag)Negative:- Very limited private lot parking (but lots of street parking)- There's a girl with dark hair that works there, she's not as pleasant as the other employees, and she left out some free items that were supposed to come in the 420 package- Wish they had more deals- Eden Therapy, which is in Hollywood, has buy 1 get 1 free 8ths that make the drive all the way out there worth it. That's the main reason I don't come here as much as I would like - They changed their hours recently, and I though they were more accessible before- I lost my punch card they give new patients only after like getting 2 punches in; however, they said it was their policy not to replace them. Really sucks because I lost out on getting a lot of free stuff--- and if I had had the card, I would be coming more often too!Overall though--- I do recommend this place, but there is some room for improvement!

this place is so great. the staff is so helpful and welcoming, they really go out of their way for patients. really relaxed environment. everyone when I went in yesterday around 6:00 was great, but Molly especially was a fantastic guide for this new patient. she explained everything and made it a very comfortable process. I'll definitely be back soon.

2 years later, CCCN is still the one and only place for me.  Huge selection, great prices, laid back and friendly vibe.  They have a great freebies card for new patients.  And they've been around since like 2006, so they know their business.

My 1st purchase after I got my card was here. The gentlemen at the front desk were great! The girl who helped me with my items...not so much. She knew it was my first time. Yet made me feel rushed and akward about not knowing and asking questions. Prices were decent but didnt spend a whole lot of $$$ here..cause I had the feeling she didnt want it. :( I will try again..hence the 4 stars

This place sucks. It's the most expensive dispensary i have ever been too. I don't understand why people rate them so highly. Not only are they waaaay overpriced but every time i asked about the price i always got a different answer. Each time being more expensive than the last. I was told a price but when i went to pay they tried to charge me $20 more without telling me first. These guys ain't getting my money, ever.

After trying just about all the dispensaries within a 10 mile range of Valley Village, I finally found this place - totally superior to the others!Clean, safe, with respectful staff members, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here. As previously mentioned in other reviews, it is a little hard to find, but your best bet is to be traveling north on Vineland, so you can make an easy right into the parking lot.Great selection of buds and baked goods. Highly recommended.

I'm a new customer and have really enjoyed the service I've received at CCCN thus far. Everything I buy is top-notch quality and I always feel like I get extra large weigh-outs. The punch card is cool, and the last time I came in the guy gave me some good advice on the tea bags: steep them 2-3 times to get the most out of the leaves. I've done it like four times now and it gets SO strong! I'm always out of town on the 20th of the month, but that's when they give you extra and offer other promotions, too. And I never have to wait very long to get in there, so quick service + awesome buds = happy customer right here! Thanks, friends :)

I am a true Patient, I suffer from migraine headaches and I called for help. I have never used pot before. "keith" says he's the security guard was rude and absolutely not professional. I only called this clinic because of the name "compassionate". Now I am more anxious to step into a collective. I have heard these places lack professionalism but thought I'd get lucky, not.

The name says it all and is a perfect fit to describe the experience they create the minute you get buzzed into the front door. It's a very discrete building and can be very easy to miss, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Unlike most of LA's loud and often obnoxious advertising dispensaries, this one is extremely discrete. It is located in a small building which on the outside appears to be an office or storage building, although still features the lit up "Open" sign from the window. Every dispensary creates their own rules and regs for their own reasons and logic, no matter how often pointless or silly. This one carries a policy of one-customer-at-a-time, which can be good because you have the entire room and showcase to yourself as you gaze upon the delicious smorgasbord of medical marijuana merchandise. The only down side to this is that you may have to wait for a few people in front of you but it usually goes by very quickly and they try their best to accomodate everyone in a timely manner. Upon your first visit (and you'll walk out of there a VERY happy first timer indeed, believe me. see perk list below), you will discover that the front desk attendant will ask you if you'd like anything to drink while you wait. This is an absolute rarity, especially in the health industry (although we are talking about weed here) to endure such politeness and courtesy. Something good is always playing on the TV (Family Guy, The Simpsons, movies, sports games, etc.) and there are a ton of good magazines ranging from bud-related reading material to Cosmo or Maxim. There is also a really cool open deck with a pool and small patio seating area complete with a sliding glass door (although more for looks than anything else but still remains inviting). As far as the showroom goes (or at least that's what I call it), I don't want to spoil your experience by describing it in detail here but I will say that whoever the employee that is working, they will ALWAYS be polite and courteous and are happy to recommend popular strands or answer any questions you may have, regardless of your experiences with marijuana be you a first time user or chronic toker. Something else I love about this place is that you never know what kind of crazy shit you're gonna get each time you go in. They change up the strands quite a bit, depending on what they get in each delivery although they try to keep a few of the really popular ones around (Skywalker, Blue Dream, etc.) all the time. Their selection is as follows: Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid. Unless you frequent only one dispensary on a regular basis (although I'm sure you may change your mind after you visit this place), you may notice that not all places offer Hybrid strands. These are a great option if you'd like a little bit of the best of both worlds in your pipe. You can also specify whether you'd like it to be Sativa or Indica dominant. I'm telling you, this place is top notch. They are extremely generous with the scale, always making sure to give you the exact amount or a bit more which tends to happen often. Always extremely flavorful, potent, and smooth. Quite the treat.If you like edibles, this is also the place for you. They have a wide variety of selection that scopes well beyond just cookies or brownies (although the classic option is there if you so prefer), with offerings such as candy, cakes, and even a chex-mix combo (you'll never look at Goldfish the same way again). Some contain higher strengths than others depending on specific item and whatnot but trust me, they work!First time visit (using reward card which they will give you if you don't have): 2 free jointsSecond visit: Free glass pipeThird visit: 5 gram eighth (as opposed to the usual 3.5)If you haven't figured out what I'm trying to say here, either because you're oblivious or perhaps got too distracted by the enormous amount of text above (my bad) and just skipped on, you should start buying your goods from here. This is the best place ever! Really friendly knowledgeable people that really make you feel comfortable especially if you're new to everything. Plenty of variety and everything is of the highest quality. You won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome! The employees are super friendly and helpful. The times I have went, I never had to wait.  But if you do have to wait, they have magazines and a tv in the waiting area. When I first went, I had no idea what to do since it was my first time at a dispensary. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgable. They have an ATM in the showroom just in case you don't have cash on you. The edibles are tasty and they also offer gluten free and vegan options. They also give you a rewards type card that hooks you up with freebies.

Best shop in the valley. Nice and discreet. They always have great medicine. I've been going here for the past two years now. Never been disappointed. Also the girls are pretty hot that work here

The place is a little hard to find, but if you miss it just go around the block and head back in because the place is worth it! I haven't used the healing bud since I was in high school, but I'm having some serious pain and the people were so sweet recommending edibles and dosages. They have a rewards program that they were even nice enough to change a little for me since I don't want to smoke. This place is awesome and you'll be in good hands.

This business has really taken comments to heart.  Much friendlier, faster wait times.  They still limit the amount of free edibles they give out on free edible day  but last time I was in there was plenty to go around.  This update is based on my anonymous observations. I should note that they did reach out to me on yelp with a desire to make things right.  I just never got back to them because I wanted my update to not be based on special treatment.  But kudos to them for reaching out to try to make it up to a displeased customer.

Derrick, the Scott's, all the security guards, the girls, the product, everything is super cool about this place. Two Thumbs Way Up, and they've been established since 1996, they're not going anywhere. Go!

This place is a dispensary as it should be -- calm, friendly, clean and great selection.  There is always street parking and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be served.  Highly recommended.

I really love this place. Great staff, Great selection, Great deals and very nice atmosphere and store in general. My only complaint is that my unorganized husband ( :) ) lost his card, an even though they have his purchases on file, they won't give him a replacement card--- so now he will lose out on all the free things he could have gotten with that punch card. He goes in there about every two weeks, so he has become a loyal customer, and it's just a shame they don't try to work more with people when something like this happens.

Everyone at the shop is so nice and answer my stupid questions in the most polite way. Today the girl in the yellow sunglasses was super nice and chill and explained different carts to me-- they also have pretty good deals and a loyalty program.

ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT AND CHECK IT. They overcharged us by $45 and was rude about it. They dismissed it even though the receipt showed it didn't add up. The assistant manager who actually handed us the item claimed they gave us a higher volume of the pet CBD, when they didn't even have it in the store. I brought item back in to show us and she was very defensive about it!!FYI, you owe me the taxes you collected for the extra $45! FRAUDS! We were in a rush cause we were part of a tour and had to leave.

Don't spend your money in a place where they are going to Act like they have better things to do then service you .... PLUS DELIVERY IS A JOKE .... I have previously ordered from this legal dope house.. The staff is rude, unprofessional, nasty, unethical and lack integrity.  They all must not have high school diplomas and smoke the product, on the job.  I tried to order the second time, after  the verdict, and was told, "You're out of our radius...the manager further stated. "You have never purchased here."I am enclosing the forensic evidence, witch!

Somethings going on over here, the customer service it's not the same quality that it's been. Very disappointing I've been a long time loyal customer.   I've had something missing or incorrect or a discount incorrectly applied with every order weekly over the last 2 1/2 months.  Bummed because I feel like now I have to find a new store

Mackie is the first thing I see when I come in to MMD and she is the best with high energy and makes me want to stay a long time.  She makes me feel welcome the people make me feel welcome and I'm never disappointed with my purchase.

This is not a good or bad review it's just a heads up if you are a customer or planning to visit for the 1st time. Beware the prices. I was a happy customer for several months  until I saw the price I was charged for a purchase I made a few days ago was more that double what all other stores in the valley were charging. Nothing gets under my skin like overcharging. I just can't get away from the thought, if they overcharge for this they're probably overcharging for everything. Now in this case I don't believe that is happening but it puts a bad taste in your mouth. I was just reading up on what I had purchased, and saw the prices being charged for the exact same product I had purchased was less than half at all the other stores in the area. I though, it can not be. So I really dove deep and checked down to the last detail and well, I was charged more than double. Including tax I paid over $60. Every other shop in the area is 30 dollars or less. I just paid $26 including tax at a location closer to home just now. Again, not a bad review, just a heads up.

I love this shop!!! It's my new MUST go to....Unlike one of the reviewers said below me, prices are almost half in comparison to the shops in the area! I live in the Ventura Blvd area)Without me naming them. I experienced Great customer service, even security smiles when they see the customer. Very welcoming on top of a great selection of "Gas!" Even if you have a favorite shop, you should definitely try this place, if you enjoy good prices, good weed, good customer service? AND not getting robbed then put this place on your To do list!!!

This was part of our Greentour and it was amazing. It really had everything you could possibly want. One of the servers(idk if that's what they're called) lol... was so amazing she showed so much love towards us knowing we were from New Orleans and our city is in a crisis after Hurricane Ida. Anywho this is the place to pull up, so u can roll up, snack up, and get lifted up!!! ? let's just say I've enjoyed my purchases!!!

What a fantastic experience! I was on a tour bus, so we got a tour of the facility and the staff was so friendly and we'll informed. When we made our way into the room to make purchases and things got even better! Their budtenders were all amazing, but I have to give a special shout out to my girl Amy S. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions with no judgement and was able to give tips and tricks because she was familiar with all the products. If you visit, definitely ask for Amy!

This place is amazing and has some sweet deals! I went up the street to some Smart place and they were so rude! This place is so much nicer inside and their staff is well dressed and prices are amazing. Keep up the great work guys!
