Great bud for the price. You do pay a fee, but it's Better than going to LA Kush and paying high taxes for some extra dry herb.

The place has changed all these rules supposedly due to tax increase. You're paying tons of money at door and item quantity price just to get in. Then pay more inside for product. And now you have to pay member fee or you cant even go in. Person at the front has bad attitude and they dont even explain any changes to you when go. And u cant go in with your significant other unless you both pay a member fee even though you're there together . Ya that makes sense. Straight scam

Horrible customer service. Will literally hang up on you, tell you the manager doesn't exist and ask you what the importance of the call is. Oh, forgot to mention they scream at their customers and called them bitches. You call this a company? Yeah right, more like a failing business, clearly. You don't even know how to make a sale.. let alone talk to a customer. Such a joke, take your money elsewhere (hidden fees everywhere and you are charged to get into their store) Should be taken off weedmaps, leafly, google maps, yelp, and everywhere where a website considers this place a legitimate business. Talk to me like that in person and see how the situation is handle LOL. Don't believe me that they treat customers like dog poop? Go look at all their reviews and see how they respond or just show up. The employees are just like the owner and weed, trash!

Pretty sure they got shut down as of this week I haven't seen them open and wont answer phone. SAD

So there's a fee to get in and they tell you it goes towards your purchase. But when you get in you have to signup and let them know how many products you're planning to buy. So depending on that your fee goes up to go in. Then once you're in they charge you for the shit you bought and they don't subtract the fee. It's crap. I used to go before they relocated here and the whole having an entrance fee and that monthly subscription is crap. It's all crap. Like there's something hidden where they're scamming all of us. It sucks cause I loved going there and now they complicated everything.

This club just got shut down for a "minor problem". It would be nice if we know what happened.....?

This used to be my go to however they don't pick up the phone they don't let us know when they shut down I went last night at 9 PM they were closed and I drove all the way from Santa Monica a little communication would be appreciated from a great customer bad service

Love this been going here for years, went today for the white runtz and the cops beat me to it or something because they were getting raided by the police. Hope they still stay in business lol

This place is sketchy. I wouldn't go here if I were you. They have some weird membership scheme.

I got a buncha ppl to tip this place because they think they can treat people with disrespect.. I'm glad they shut down ... karma

Absolute worst customer experience of my entire life. I've never shopped here before so I called to place an order and was told that it was walk in only so I said okay is your special...and she hung up on me mid sentence. So I call back and ask if I can speak to a manager and the girl says "who is this' I say it's a customer I just want to speak to a manager and she said "ma'am if you're gonna be rude I can just hang up now and not pass it along." I say okay it's a complaint and then she tells me there's no manager there and hangs up again. So my fiancé calls and asks to speak to a manager, she hangs up on him. He finally gets ahold of the manager and she starts cutting him off mid sentence and hangs up as well. I call back and once again say hi is a manager on duty very calmly and the girls says "you again? Hang on." The manager answers, I begin to explain how I was hung up on and she cuts me off and yells "I DONT HAVE ALL DAY BITCH WHATS YOUR COMPLAINT!" I'm baffled at the utter rudeness for no reason at all. Spend your $$$ elsewhere plz

first time there last week. they charge you a mininum of 10 bucks to get in. something about whole sale/tax yadda, yadda, yadda. and it looks like if youre there to purchase more than one item, then you pay more to get in. the young girl who helped me seemed a bit confused. but at least she was nice. i ended up being helped by her mgr? he seemed knowledgeable. courteous and respectful. place is clean, good security, plenty of parking. the only thing bothering me is the fee to get in.

The atmosphere was nice. Didn't too much care for the door charge but understood when I got to the back. The product was decent. I would go through again if I was in the area.

I've been a long time customer of Cannasseurs, I love this place, the quality of the tree is top notch.. as far as the door fees and item fees is just a unique way to avoid taxes for them.. I ain't hatin! But I've been growing frustrated over the past few months because I travel from the SC valley for the 15$ eighths.. and they haven't had any in months or it sells out in 1 day, leaving me to travel so far for not much of a deal.. gas plus the 25$ eighth is hurting right now. I strongly believe if you can't supply what you advertise then they should lower door fees or drop the price of the private reserve brands ( which I've gotten on the top shelf in prior months) at minimum at least post on your website or weed maps that your currently out of those specific deals.

Really weird that the one review on here is negative.  I'll admit they do have a unique process but it's super worth it.  You can walk out of there with 4 eighths ofSuper bomb flower,  mix and match so 4 different strains for $85 bucks.  That's out the doorTaxes, entrance fee and all that included.  Killer deal

If they're closed for good this is messed up cause they owe me 40 dollars for paying for 3 month membership that I never got a card for.....

If their license is C12-0000096-LIC, which lists Cannaseurs Club, it's quite possible it was revoked by the State Bureau of Cannabis Control on 09/23/20.   See attached snip from a BCC license search.   (Note "Gas Station Delivery" lists this license number on their IG page.). Both CC and GSD are also off WM.

Lame, place sucks. Hours say open online but there closed. What type of establishment is this. Not very professional.

Please read the negative reviews with a grain of salt, if you are used to purchasing at legal & licensed dispensaries the experience here is similar. The only thing they do differently is they are the Costco of marijuana dispensaries. Instead of paying the hefty sales, state, city, and recreational taxes, you only pay a door fee based on the number of items you purchase & a membership fee. The membership is like $40 I think for 3 months. And then the door fee is $15 for 2 items, $25 for 4, $35 for 6 and so on (its by even item totals). This encourages you to much like at Costco, to buy in bulk. You pay the membership to join the club & then you can purchase popular & licensed/tested brands at near wholesale value, along with the small door fee. To make it simple: YOU DONT PAY TAX THEY PAY IT FOR YOU! You will not find a better deal anywhere in LA, unless you are purchasing from unlicensed & untested vendors & growers.  I included an older photo (not current) of their menu they have listed by the receptionist showing what you pay as a member.As for the customer service, literally everyone here is nice & outwardly friendly. The security guards are all polite, and the receptionist is the sweetest girl! Give this club a shot, its definitely worth it.

Ridiculous door fee, cash only, 1 million weird rules and fees to enter premises. I just wanted to buy and they made it hard for me to even complete one simple purchase. I left and you shouldn't even bother with this place.

THIS PLACE IS BULLSHIT. It used to be the spot, but now you have to PAY to be a member to get in, then pay a fee for each item you buy, It used to be $5,Could be more now. MEDIORCRE weed, not worth the extra bucks you have to pay up front.

if you're looking for a reliable dispensary, look no further than Cannasseurs Club. They offer exceptional service with a very professional attitude. It is really well maintained, i've seen staff sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly. As well, the staff is super friendly and helpful of course :) Do Not shy away only because of the door fee, i promise it's worth it! Their house grown is top notch quality! if you go with that choice, you seriously cannot beat their deals...

I found their prices beating everyone else on the Weedmaps. I also read about their door fee, and horrible reviews everywhere, though I had no idea how the fee would work exactly. The lady at the checkin introduced it as 'wholesale' prices and 'a small fee'. For a single item you are paying $10 fee. Let take WYLD edibles for example, they were listed at their place for $10, but everyone else was selling them for $14-16. $4-6 under the market price, but with the fee you would be playing a premium price of $20 on the item that costs less everywhere else. I guess unless you are buying a bulk and expensive items with a good discount, it makes no sense for you to shop there. I spent my $100 elsewhere, and I am pretty happy with the deals I've got. Moreover, I've seen the owner raging under negative reviews, which makes me want to shop there less.

The best Shop ! Aesthetically pleasing , clean and great deals daily , they were closed for over a year but now they are open again! Yess!!
