After countless and countless wonderful visits to this location I wanted to personally give a shout out to Cambria for being a helpful and wonderful customer service representative of Project Cannabis!!!!!! I love this location and always have the best experience when I'm there. A huge part of that lovely impression that has stayed in my head for so long is because of workers like Cambria. The workers here see a lot of customers I'm sure but I always feel like if I remind any of them of what I'm looking for specifically or what kind of smoker that I am or what I purchased last time, they immediately have great recommendations. I work in customer service, And I know how difficult it can be to remember the details of every single customer, but I think what speaks volumes is the fact that even if they don't specifically remember who I am they know exactly how to guide me into looking for something that I need. I look forward to many many more visits to this location and seeing my favorite people like Cambria!

Looks like a cool place right?Been here 15ish times. Cool People. But im here to buy weed, not friends. They always sell old product. Why is it old asf here?? People dont care? Its usually 3-6 months old. How does this place do well? Beats me bruh! Theres dispensaries close by that sell it 1-2 months old from packaging date.. Fresh! Thats rad. Its weak. No discount. I caught it after i forgot to check (damn you, short term memory) if yr a new stoner you prob wont notice /care but for diehard stoners freshness. Is. Everythang. CheckThis garbage out, today is Sept 21 2020. Why is this product 5 + months old ? Hmm. No time machine here. Like mentioned bb smokers dont care  but cmon Project Cannabis. This is my second time here and I won't be coming back. Since covid u can't smell the herb and pick the ones u really like so I have to go buy looks and just trust the bud tenders options on what I'm looking for in a high end flower. I spent over 70$ on an 8th of chapos churro and this is the second time I got something that completely smells like hay , not even close too a skunky smell I was hoping for just hay. If u really want something amazing for the crazy price go to Mary janes off Melrose... they have the cream of the crop there

If they don't have a brand they should say so. So my wife says she is going to the weed store. She goes here instead of the usual place we go.  For what reason I don't know.  Anyway she asks if I want something. I ask for a BLOOM FARMS cap cart.  Instead of telling her they don't have that brand (hmm, maybe that's why I go to the other place) they wind up up -selling  her a bloom cart.  Two different animals bloom is distilled and tastes like crap.  BLOOM FARMS is co2 extracted  with a much better flavor in my opinion. And they give out a free meal for every cart you buy.  Go check it out.   So I'm pissed.  They upsold my wife for something I didn't want.  They should have told her they don't have my preferred brand.  Now I'm stuck with junk I don't want.  Whatever they screws up on the change so my wife made out with an extra 10 spot.  But I still have that crap BLOOM.

Dopeeee ass place. I'm from Oregon and it was a treat to come to This dispensary here in Los Angeles. The black and white decor and pictures of musical artists as well as the quotes and well placed interior design, this place is an aesthetic pot lovers dream! They have a huge selection of everything and their display is very clean and enticing. I brought my father here to experience his stoner daughter's lifestyle. He didn't have quite the same appreciation as I ;) I would 10/10 recommend. And make sure to ask for Ron! He helped me out and we even got to talk about Portland. I'll be back for sure

I'm a first timer and had a bunch of questions for the Kailani. I don't smoke it so I preferred something with a little more control so I opted for tinctures. She was able to answer all of my questions and was really helpful. I will be back. For first timers they give you this punch card for 20% off for your first and fifth purchase. Bring your bag to take home your purchase. Or they will charge you for another one. I parked at the Ralph's since I got some groceries but there was parking on the street and possibly behind the building.Bring cash or debit card. If you use debit, they charge a fee.

The salesman sold me carts that didn't fit my battery then refused to give me a return. Terrible first experience. Would not recommend.

This was my first visit to the store. I was looking for CBG and they had it. I ordered ahead to observe social distancing guidelines. They have a great selection of things. Cool staff. Gorgeous display cases. Totally relaxed atmosphere (which *should* be how these stores go cuz....ya know. Everybody chill). I also found their pricing to be very competitive. The staff person who helped me was super chill. Answered my questions based on their experience, which is great, but didn't do the whole thing I tend to find off-putting at most of the stores where there is a.....I dunno, flaunting of knowledge. This works for me because I tend to have a body that interprets things opposite to most "knowledge". If that even makes sense. Basically I very much appreciate the humbleness and chill vibe of the staff folks. And seriously gorgeous displays. On point as well with the not making it feel like I'm committing a crime. Thanks folks. Really love your store. Definitely coming back.

I got yelled at when I walked in.  "There is a line of people to get in!! ". I turned around and there was ONE woman standing outside on her phone.  One person.  No one inside.  I explained that and the girl rolled here eyes.  I walked back out.  No thank you. There are other dispensaries that will get my business.

I visited GVC (now Project Cannabis?) on my recent trip to LA. I was looking for the best dispensaries in the area, and this was one of the first to pop up, and the closest to my Airbnb, so I thought it'd be a solid idea to check it out. The staff members were incredibly professional, and had lots of recommendations (and answers to all of my questions -- this was my first time at a recreational dispensary, so it was also my first time exploring the legitimate benefits of different products). The person helping me was incredibly helpful and I ended up walking away with everything I needed for this specific trip, and at 20% off (first time deal, though, they also have a punch card -- you get the same discount at five trips), I really couldn't complain! The products were also beyond satisfying. 10/10 would recommend, and I'll be visiting again the next time I'm in CA.

Sia was amazing! Very funny and helpful which was very refreshing on our late night visit! (The store was literally closing in 10 mins and they let us in!) Everyone at this store is awesome!

I just love this place! When I moved to this neighborhood a few years ago I tried a bunch of dispensaries, but I kept coming back here. Now I don't go anywhere else. They carry good products, have a nice selection, and the staff is amazing. They are happy to answer all your questions with patience and care. I've never had a bad experience. Lex knows what I like and always lets me know when there is a new product I should check out. I've never had a bad experience. It feels cheesy to say it, but at Project Cannabis, they always treat me like family. Now they offer delivery and curbside pick-up. What more could you ask for?

Always friendly, comfortable atmosphere, good selection of products. Every day of the week they have a different deal. Would recommend to anyone and especially first timers as they will help you find a good product for you.

This place is a COMPLETE rip off.  Their prices are so ridiculous. If you want to get milked, then go here. They don't have any decent deals going on. How is one disposable vape that is half a gram $60 after tax?! You know damn well they get good deals because they have a lot of inventory. I've gone to other dispensaries and they same product has been $15 less. I just happened to walk in because it's by my house and I was trying to buy somebody a gift. Save your money and go elsewhere. At least there's a rewards program or cash back at other spots. This place is so greedy. I can't get over their prices lol. They've lost their minds.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!I ordered a sativa vap pen , as I walked out I opened the bag and found an indica pen. I told them he made a mistake. And they refused to exchange it. I spend hundreds of dollar a month in their shop. Plus, I have many friends who shop there.  I sit on the Board of Directors Of 3 corporations. And was a founder of a well known non profit.. I would never treat a good patron like they treated me. They basicly called me a liar..  the manager acted as if I was trying to rip them off. They just lost a lot of business over a stupid van pen exchange.   The owners should hire management that knows how to treat a good patron like me.

Used to love this place. The staff is very helpful and friendly but their card machines continue to be down. Especially annoying when you've waited outside in the heat and then find out once you enter. This has happened more than once. Time to find a new store unfortunately.

I've been to a few dispensaries around the valley and one in Los Angeles.  This is now my favorite place.  When I called and asked for a specific product, the lady on the phone told me it would be in stock in a week.  When I called today, she remembered me and said it just came in.  I went over.  Numerous good things to say about the place. It is clean; it is large with a good selection of various products; it has ample parking; it has a security guard; they give you 10% off your first order when you tell them it is your first time. Mikey suggested product to me when I expressed an interest in some specific prerolls.  I would tell anyone looking for a well-stocked marijuana dispensary to check this place out.  Go on line first and check out their stock.  Call and they might have what you want if you don't see it. Came to the NOHO location last week for the first time with friends. Loved the store atmosphere & how clean it was. Felt very upscale. The sweet manager, Brook, came out and gave us 15% off. She was so nice & sweet with us.

Ive been picking up from here on and off for over a year now and can truly say this place is garbage, don't be fooled by the fancy name and packaging. I just picked up the WORST gram of shatter I've ever seen and its not the first time this has happened with them so i always check my wax. The shatter was smashed into the paper and packaging, which made it impossible to smoke and basically trash. I walked back in there 30 seconds later and the manager refused to swap it out for me. Ive spent too much money here to be told that. Im now out $30 and have nothing to smoke. Horrible quality wax and unethical customer service. Wont be coming back.

My favorite dispensary! ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS helpful, NEVER out of what I'm looking for, TONS of suggestions and advice. The menu is large, and I do mean large. First time here I was absolutely overwhelmed. Turned out there was no reason for that because all my questions were answered and I ended up with new favorites. Nice little parking lot in the back. Makes it easy peasy.

Dont waste anytime here, they sell shit grams of wax that are all over the place. Their samples don't match up with the quality that you end up with at home. I will make sure i go out of my way to tell everyone i know TO NOT GO HERE. I am so disappointed in what I received from here...you barely can touch the wax paper that the wax is on because its all over the place. Lol stick to MedMen. Check out the pictures if you wanna see how much wasted wax and nasty it truly is...

Hella quick, easy, and painless. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and gave me a recommendation based on his own personal use. Another worker chimes in about his own experience too which really helped sell me on the product. I'll for sure be returning - ample parking too which is a plus. Note that they add a $3 fee for using a card, but for first time customers you get 20% off your first purchase. Also, they have daily deals and a punch card where on your 5th purchase you get 20% off again!

When I first moved to a state in which cannabis was legal, I thought dispensaries were so intimidating. I was used to hitting up the same dude for the same price to get the same supply every time. Something about going to an entire store with endless options was really scary to me. Until I went to Project Cannabis in Noho. This place is a gem. Everyone who has ever helped me is incredibly friendly, and treats me like a client worth investing time into. At other dispensaries, I feel rushed to give my money over and leave. Not here. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and overall seems happy to help. The shop is clean and well organized, and the prices are fair. They have done a stellar job at finding ways to accommodate their clientele during COVID-19. My new routine is to place an order online, and within 10 to 20 minutes Im in their parking where someone is ready with my goodies. We do the whole exchange without me even getting out of my car (reminds me of living in a non legal state ). It feels very safe and is incredibly convenient.I really love this place and I plan on continuing to support it whenever I need weed. I don't even live in North Hollywood, and Project Cannabis is still my go to dispensary. I really can't recommend it enough.

Bought hybrid pen go to parking lot open bag have indica instead. Immediately go back and they tell me that there is state law that doesn't let them do exchanges. BULL SHIT there is no such lawI tell them but you put a wrong one in a sealed bag  and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I ask for a manger and she straight up laughs in my face saying that I should have checked on premises. Non existing customer service. Use different dispencary.

I really dig this place. The staff is so chill at the front. The service inside is honestly a hit or miss to great to "just okay" but never terrible. I've been a little over the usual casual time ;) but not as much as a regular in  CA ought to be. What really blew my expectations was that at one instance,  I thought I was not rung up properly but opted for no receipt, I returned and asked for a proper run down and the front desk lady (she's the main one) didn't give me grief, attitude, a stare down or anything.. she was friendly and helped me without "I told you so, dummy" moments.. and that was super cool. Being treated like that makes me feel like i know I'm in a good place.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to make sure that everyone that goes into this please be aware of their scam there so you outdoor cannabis called white china $70 an eighth absolute garbage. They said they had 30% THC after smoking one joint felt nothing more than if I were to buy a $20 eighths. The manager/big black dude I don't know what his problem but he really needs to change his attitude if he wants customers to come back.

GVC is amazing when it comes to staff and strains. I have never seen more leafy stems in my life! The staff is amazing and they always know how to make my day, the down side is the dispensary is VERY expensive. There needs to more accessibility to lower end strains or something because there have been multiple times that there are nothing but $50 eighthsThe image now that its Project Cannabis is also a little off putting. It feels like its trying to go for Hype and is coming off more tone deaf than anything else. Staff is amazing, weed is good, but the brand feels shallow and could use work. The thing that keeps me coming back are the workers who have been here forever, not the desperate need for aesthetic.

I've been coming here to pick up for the last year- it's not the closest location to my house, but I never have to wait to be helped & I hate change. The employees are knowledgeable and efficient, there always seems to be some kind of promo goin on, and I appreciate that they recognize returning customers- makes my trips quick/easy. I have no major complaints but the shop used to be so much better with so much better deals I miss GVC why the hell did you guys change the name???? I don't know how to explain it just feels more corporate and they used to have crazy ass deals and goodie bags I miss them. I love the new location I hate the name go back to GVC please. Half the staff is amazing half the staff couldn't care less so it's a gamble every time you go the people in the front are always amazing and nice. I love how they decorate and stuff for the holidays that's a plus. But overall my experience was way better back when it was GVC I don't know why :/ I just feel off every time I go like something is missing

I love this place. This review is based on the service from a gentleman who was  lovely until he decided to be demeaning. I was short 49 cents and asked if it was cool. When I left he very sarcastically said okay kiddo, loudly,in a way that was obviously meant to be rude. Other customers noticed his comment and it was a little embarrassing. Beings this is right by my house, GVC is my dispensary and their service is usually fantastic. They'll totally survive without my service but I'm not coming back for a while.I didn't catch your name but to the man, who wears gold bracelet and appears to be middle eastern/Armenian .... booo to your turd like sarcasm.

Hands down the best customer service in LA! Every time I go I. They address me by name! Most remember what I like, and they always have friendly conversations. Great product knowledge and very kind staff!!! I refuse to go anywhere else!!!

This place is the WORST !!!! They literally charge you $2 for the "free joints" for first time customers !! And they charge some sort of absurd double charge tax on their weed so a $20 gram comes out to $26.50 !!! What's up with that?!?! And they seriously don't understand customer service at all!!! They under weigh everything. So my gram was straight up less than a .8Don't come here. It's fucking terrible

I've been coming here for over a year... everyone is mostly nice and the cannabis is good! The shop is clean and runs efficiently. They're well staffed and overall answer your questions if you have any. Good vibes, that's why I keep coming back.

Overpriced mid grade meds. I do not recommend coming to this place. All they are is a wanna-be dispensary apple store. I used to love this place and would still use it on the occasion where I am in a rush. However the top ramen haired lady at the front started working there. She is cocky and made a point to let me know that she was "one of the people running this place" like that even matters. In fact I know that she isn't and is just a big headed manager on a power trip. So I will not be returning and will go the extra mile to Cannasutra off of Ventura and Vineland.

I LOVE this store - it has become my go to place in NoHo for great flower (try the 777 Wedding Cake) and edibles. Earlier this year, GVC was selling their house batteries for vape pens. They sold me two of them which both went bad within a week. One of them I had given as a gift. I later mentioned it to them and they said they had a bad batch. It was a known issue. They didn't have any batteries for a couple of months. I was told: bring it back anytime and we'll exchange it. Well, I finally did and they did not exchange it. So, they had a known issue with their manufacturing and no longer are making good on it. Just a little 411. Other than that, it's been my go to place for a few years now.

GVC is by far the best dispensary in the valley for several reasons. 1.) they have different deals every day of the week (my personal fav is m-edible monday). 2.) the staff is super knowledgeable of all cannabis forms; from tinctures, to topicals, to edibles, and of course flower. I know I can always trust the budtenders here to give me the best recommendations for whatever it is I'm searching for. 3.) spacious parking lot is a huge plus 4.) HUUUUGE selection. I mean, these guys literally have everything. I refuse to get my bud from anywhere other than Green Valley Collective, and neither should you!

Usually great place to get ounce specials but lately they are just out of inventory and they don't seem to stock up on certain products. It's been getting worse lately.

I go here all the time since it's so close to my apartment (and have gotten my friends to come). it's always great service and easy, im usually in n out within a couple of minutes. i've never been here when there's a line and i like that it's open late compared to the old dispensary i use to go to before

I've been in here several times with diminishing returns. The employees have become increasingly complacent and rude, and their knowledge of their products is mediocre at best. My last visit consisted of a rude young man chastising me for asking about a 8:1 CBD vape (he laughed hysterically as he claimed to have never heard of such a thing despite standing 3ft away from one). He then preceded to sell me a THC dominant vape when I had asked for something CBD based, I only realized this once I ended up stoned at work. This placed is aesthetically pleasing inside but not worth the disrespect and risk.

It has great deals a great esthetic and is very inviting and bud tenders are very healthful

Project Cannabis NoHo is a wonderful, light, welcoming dispensary. I have nothing but great tenders help me. I'm new to medical marijuana and they are very knowledgeable and patient. I never feel rushed or like I'm asking stupid questions. They also have great daily deals. You can also order online and have your items ready for pickup. I haven't used that option yet but plan to in the future.

One of the only places in the Valley that gives a 10% discount to cancer patients and survivors.  The Kiva chocolates and other edibles helped me through my chemo treatments and now going through side effects; sleeping problems, pain and nerve damage in my hands.The prices here are very reasonable.  I've gone to other dispensaries to check their prices but always come back to GVC.As an older, white "soccer mom" looking white woman who may not be your typical MJ consumer, I feel very comfortable at GVC.

An amazing, informed staff that is always eager to help, Project Cannabis is my go to neighborhood spot for all of my devil's lettuce needs. Their supply is exceptional and they are always texting out deals that actually reward their customers for loyalty. Puff, puff, pass on every other dispensary and head to Project Cannabis next time you need to pick up.

i normally go to this place for pre rolls, but i went in one day for thc design king louis, that's what i asked for, instead the dude gave me CBD marijuana, i have absolutely no use for that, he put it in the bag right away and i didn't get a chance to look at it, didn't even get a receipt after spending $150 on stuff here, won't let me exchange it even when it's their mistake, awful awful customer service here

I was a returning customer of Project Cannabis since it was GVC. In fact, it was the only dispensary I would buy from. I bought two cartridge tonight and when I got home the one I opened tasted so terrible, it wasn't usable. I tried to return them but the manager informed me it was illegal to return cartridges. I understand if it's a legal issue. However, it was upsetting when the manager wouldn't try to rectify the situation and seemed to not care. They could have replaced what I purchased with a product of equal value, as most businesses do when a patron receives a defective product. I thought loyalty would be appreciated by this company. Unfortunately, now I have to look for another dispensary.

This place is amazing, always nicely stocked, knowledgeable,friendly, and never a hassle.  Great open space, and not all "seedy".  The parking lot in the back is super convenient, and the normally have awesome specials and deals.  Highly recommended!

Drank this whole thing. It's been 3 hours and I don't feel anything. My friend had the edipure peach gummies (all 100mg) and she feels nothing. So, $25 worth of product and we don't even feel a hint of anything except frustration. And btw I'm a light weight. Half a shot of another brand hit me within 30 minutes and it was the perfect amount. This product is either expired or just wasn't infused at all. Very disappointed.

Well they have changed the name, project cannabis, it's the cleanest nicest place in NoHo. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like I am welcomed and never rushed. They know my name and the products I like.

Since weed has been legalized. I stopped renewing my rec. but in my most recently transaction with these guys, the bud tender said to me after I had paid. Before preparing my bag, he suggested that they at green valley collective would always have the backs of the people that have had doctors recs, more than the recreational user. It left me feeling a bit dejected is all. But dejected is not how I like I feel after choosing to spend 50 bucks. Zen no ho has better weed and better deals :o

Hands down my favorite dispensary. Love the ambiance and hospitality. Budtenders are true cannabis experts and patient which always helps because I'm super indecisive. Triple Seven wedding cake is definitely worth a try. Award winning and the only indica I'll smoke!!

Always so many helpful and informative bud tenders. And I love the deals they have during the week! I swear by apothecanna and they have the best deals for it.

Came here because my friend recommended it. He is more experience and I'm a newbie. The place is very secure and laid out in a really confusing way. Its display cases line the walls and make you think you can just walk around and browse. BUT how you actually get help is you need to line up and be called. Then one person follows you around asking you what you want so they can get it for you. Me being new didn't quite know what I want. I wanted to browse but really couldn't. So I asked the guy helping me what is compatible with the battery I currently have because I didn't want to buy a cartridge that didn't fit. He then went on a rant about how horrible my battery is and how it's made in China (what isn't) and not powerful and not reliable. Then he stopped. I was confused. Why are you spending so much time talking down my battery but don't offer up what it is you're trying to sell me. If my battery is inferior, then what do you have that's better...? So I asked him to show me some cartridges and throw in whatever battery he "recommends" and just ring me up so I can just get out of there. They should hire more knowledgeable and friendly people to work here. You can't go two blocks without seeing a cannabis shop so maybe choose a different one to go to. I wouldn't recommend coming here, especially if you're new to cannabis and looking for some info and guidance. You won't get that here.

This place is overpriced and not great. I wanted something cbd that I could take that wouldn't affect me at work. Even with a special 20% off deal, the product I wanted was $90, so I instead walked out with a product that was $50 which had way too much thc and made me drowsey. Poor help. High prices. This place is a recipe for disaster unless all you want is to spend big to get high.

I've gone twice and this last time I felt obligated to buy something because who the hell goes to a dispensary just for kicks and to leave with nothing??? I'm currently having the best high off an edible Christian recommended and honestly he probably could have sold me anything because he is so cute, this is me shooting my shot. Hit me up dude lmao

This is the best place around by far. I live in the area, within a 10 minute drive of a whole handful of weed shops, and this is the best one. Great products, deals and the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Mikey. Awesome vibe, go getcha some.

I wish I were high writing this...but the dude working there was so frustrating, we left without even getting what we came for. The girl budtenders are always so knowledgeable and helpful, next time we'll just wait for one.An example: I asked him if he had any cinnamon flavored thc tincture, and he pulled a VAPE out of his pocket with a smile and goes "like this?"

I've been a couple of times to purchase CBD pens for my migraines, and the staff were super helpful and knowledgable. Kailani, Micah, and Casey(manager) in particular. I thought I was doomed to take Excedrin migraine forever before discovering these pens, which, if used immediately (as soon as I feel a migraine coming on), nip the headache in the bud. The pens that are 20:1 CBD:THC do the trick without getting you high at all.

I'd like to thank Kailani for being helpful in choosing the right CBD oil to help heal my knee....a cure that's been working better than aspirin or any other NSAID/pain relievers! Starting with her, the entire staff was super awesome and get the T Award!

So great! Been here twice - both times for a vape pen. Everyone is very helpful and answers all my questions thoroughly. Love the selections they have and the discounts they offer! The discounts vary day to day. But I'll definitely be back once I finally find time to go when they have BOGO edibles!

My favorite Noho shop by far.  Great selections and friendly staff.  Project Cannabis is #1.  They also have an ATM and a water cooler, both come in handy.  Can't wait to go back.

Guy was so rude i was not able to open their door after i did and left he clapped loud in a sarcastic manner. I'm first time buyer there as a girl i would not recommend they don't have manners clearly typical rude north hollywood. Guy was some white guy with tattoos ... i wonder if i was a guy if he would have clapped at me? Rude manners and sexist atmosphere

Sia was incredible!!!! We came in not knowing what to get and she was so courteous and a true delight. We loved the weed that she recommended. Will definitely ask for her each time.

Didn't even end up buying anything because the service was such shit. Waited in a long line, which I know they have no control over, only to deal with a rude employee who was trying to rush me out. Then he couldn't find my drivers license in the system, and  and when he finally did I was told they didn't take cards. The music is so loud that you cant even communicate with the employees. Run by a bunch of classless "bros" who are fulfilling their middle school fantasy instead of operating like a professional business. Plenty of other good shops around. Don't waste your time.

Was excited to get there. I bought 3x 1/8 got to my hotel and found 1/8 missing and my receipt for 3... smh should've checked but didn't want to break the pre packed smell proof security package...

I stumbled upon this place accidentally while looking for a particular strain a while back, and it has since become my go to place. All of the bud tenders are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They have a good selection and some good deals. This will continue to be my go to place!

Terrible prices they clearly try to get you for every dollar they can. Quoted price is not the price you will be paying there's taxes, extra fees for a debit card you name it there's a fee .. also only 10% discount for first timers which might I add saves you nothing because of all the extra fees LOL won't be returning

Aloha everyone. Once again, Green Valley Collective is an amazing place with awesome staff. But today, I went in and informed the budtender that I redeemed my points for the free pre-roll....and for the second time, I didn't get it.  I know comedy comes in three's, but I'm not looking forward to this happening again, as I was highly (no pun intended) disappointed, when I got home after a long bike ride, only to see they forgot my pre-rolls for the second time. Hope they can take care of this. But I still recommend people go. Aloha, Callahan Welsh Stand-Up Comedian.

Finally - a dispensary that doesn't feel like a trap house or college dorm room. Love the spacious and contemporary decor PLUS the huge parking lot in back. I picked up some flower which was bomb - check out the Hashplant and Strain Called Quest. Friendly staff - definitely will make GVC part of my rotation

This place is truly THE best. Incredible selection, the nicest employees, unique finds, bright clean atmosphere, very professional and the best part is they really know their product - every recommendation has been an accurate description. Justin (I think!) helped me out last time and was so patient, answered all my questions and even showed me products I didn't know about. They have great deals, amazing ftp gifts and a nice loyalty program. Glad to have been recommended this place.

I've been going to GVC for over a year now and I don't know why I'm barely leaving a review  but anyway I love GVC! Best dispensary in the SF Valley (based on my experience) all the bud tenders are super super nice and really helpful, they always recommend the best. Every time I come in they answer all my questions through even when I'm asking a lot of questions ( sorrrrry :c ) They moved across the street from their old place but it's so much bigger and nicer. I signed up to receive their text updates/deals of the day and It really helps. They also just started a new rewards thing, you put your phone # on this tablet and earn points based on how often you visit (not how much you buy) once you get 100 points you get a free house joint. Worst service I've ever had. Chris aka Christian is a treasure let me tell you. If you want advice from a cynical 12yr old come here. There are much better options, gvc should seriously consider delivery only with this type of service.

GVC isnt the closest dispensary to me. Yet, I make the drive because its worth it. Check-in is fast, the product is great and the staff are perfect. Prices are a bit on the high side, but worth it. Only negative I ever had encountered was all the Sativa sold out just before I got in. No bigs, i Re'ed up on Indica. Love you guys

Ahhh, nice people but man what a rip off. They give you 20% off your first time there. I bought $60 worth of things and I still ended up paying $60. They told me that 20% covers taxes and fees. 20% tax? No thank you. Won't be coming back.

I come here about once a week and spend 200+ almost every single time. I purchased a couple edible drinks that turned out to be very expired. I contacted the vendor and he said he'd leave me a little package at the collective I bought them from. Once they had the package and I kept coming in on my usual weekly re-up day, it would either be, its not there or we need one of the owners to get it for me. I even called about a few days ago and the girl who answered said no one was there to help me but she would give my contact info to someone who will. Never heard back. I've been completely patient and understanding with everything, especially since I've worked for multiple dispensaries. Finally this morning I called in again, I was handed to the security guard and she rudely told me how she's been waiting for me to pick the package up for two weeks!! It's obvious (and i was told) that some of the edibles they buy, are bought in bulk so no one really pays attention to what expires. This place screws up and security and management are completely rude to me. I mean, all the people working behind the counter, LOVE THEM. Thats what keeps me coming. But the security guard needs to calm the hell down and treat people with respect. Also doesn't seem like management is very organized at all. If I'm back, its because I love the budtenders. Forever 5 stars to them!! But screw management and especially security. I've been waaay to nice about this whole thing. I can get the same products anywhere. I rather find a place I feel completely comfortable going to on a weekly basis.

If I'm coming to a storefront, it's because I want to get more information from those that work there regarding the products they carry. I have become exceedingly disappointed in most of my experiences with the employees here.  The front is typically the friendliest, but the people you have to deal with on the inside seem to know very little about the products carried or are very unpleasant. Most recently, I had an employee who really was not in the mood to help out. He became offended and developed an attitude towards me simply because I didn't take his recommendations. He appeared annoyed as I asked him about the products, and really did not want to take the time to be helpful. Theres a lot of competition and many dispensaries to chose from, and this kind of interaction really will make me think twice before I return to this one.

No longer a fan: I needed to swing by there at 9am on a Sunday morning and at 910am the security guard didn't have it together to open the store. He was ambling between his car and the door as if he didn't have keys. I'm sure there are other dispensaries that can handle opening on time.

First off, the 3 star review is for the decor - the shop has a contemporary design, is well lit and items are nicely displayed. The 3rd star is also for the selection, because it appeared that they have a large selection and a variety of products to choose from. The 3rd star is also for the front desk attendant that was very nice and welcoming. That said, I would only give a 2 star review for the "mean girl" budtender who acted in a "you can't sit with us" manner when I explained I was a first time customer and was looking for CBD products. I was literally not even shown any products. I was made aware of the purge of products after the new regulations were implemented, but I wasn't even offered any options to come back later for a future visit or recommended anything for a future visit. I left empty handed and there was literally zero attempt to attain my business. I'm shocked that they wouldn't have been doing the exact opposite and trying to show me a variety of items (or even different options for a later date when they would restock) and get me to buy several things since it was my first time in their dispensary. I have been to several other wonderful dispensaries that have quite easily earned my business by simply being welcoming and kind, therefore, I have no need to return to this business, but wish them well.

So this place is fantastic! I didnt end up purchasing anything, but for once I felt like somebody taken seriously with my questions about CBD or I guess in better terms, a patient. For anyone looking even just for safe advice, go to this place because they will treat you the way you deserve!

I had a good expirience here the staff was OK in service and they have some good quality products. I also like that there's plenty of parking. Man, when I went in the actual lobby where the products are I was in heaven lots of cannabis and lots of hot budtenders, my kinda place.

After having suffered with Degenerative Disc back pain for many years, I no longer wanted to take all the pain meds and muscle relaxants. The side effect headache was debilitating and it was hard to function the next day. My husband recommended Green Valley Collective because he knew they have various products that hopefully could help with pain management. I was skeptical, but curious. The staff, especially Big A, the manager, was so understanding and seriously spent time with me to review benefits of various products. He recommended CBD edibles to start and see how they worked. OMG - it seems like my back pain is on its way to being more manageable and I also feel like the edibles have eased some of my anxiety. The customer service and helpful staff have made me a customer for life! And I love the easy parking. I know most people comment on the weed selection but for me it's about the medical side and pain management. Thank you Green Valley Collective and Big A and the entire staff.

Green Valley Collective has really upgraded for the better. The new location is beautiful and spacious, and the staff have really upped their customer service and focuses a lot more one-on-one with their patients. I do agree that their cap price has increased some, but the flower quality has increased along with that. From what I've seen, all of the strains from the old location are the same price and some even look better than before -- and as for the more expensive flower, you can totally see a difference for the better. They change up their flower strains every couple of days too, so there's always a great selection to mix things up bit!Their daily text specials are always bomb and the friendly, knowledgeable staff keep me coming back (plus the new huge parking lot!! there's always spots now, no more street parking!) I've seen very few dispensaries set up so well, GVC is as professional as it gets! Can't wait to see them continue to grow and blossom in NoHo.

Project Cannabis has been my go to dispensary for years. Every time I come in it is clean, and the bud tenders are extremely helpful and friendly. AJ specifically helped me out when I was on a budget and found a pack of joints perfect for what I needed. Can't recommend this place enough!
