I absolutely love Medmen. I can't wait for it to get a little easier and cheaper to get my medicine though. I wish there was a Westchester store! Can't wait! Other than that Medmen is my go-to medical store. Toni helped me today with some problems renewing my mmj, and we solved the issue right there. Toni and everyone is so kind and easy to talk to. Super great and official!!! I can't wait to go back. I've been a patient for about a year at Medmen now and I can say it is my favorite medical store yet.

Until NYState changes what can and cannot be sold, we the people will continue to be ripped off. This place is so expensive, like $80 for a pen that you may (or may not) get 20 solid pulls from. $80!!!!!! Some times the pens don't even work. Until prices are lowered and products actually perform consistently, there's no way you should be going here. The only people I can see this being good for are tourists from out of town looking for medicine for the weekend and not minding paying stupid prices for that. Otherwise, who are the people going here regularly?

My mom is very sick, and I was able to obtain a caregiver card for her. I have zero knowledge on what to get her to help in her situation. I worked with Chris. He was able to explain the different types of treatment and based on my mother's condition recommend something that she was comfortable to use.I rarely give a 5 star rating, but I feel like this place deserves it. The service was great and I am satisfied. Looking forward to going back to this dispensary.

They claim that they are selling a .5 ml vape cartridge. It's actually less than half of that. Go to PharmaCannis in the Bronx. Much better and cheaper product. ______

I've been coming here for the past 5 months for a vaping injury that made breathing generally difficult. The doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was able to build relationships and work with the folks at MedMen to try different solutions and get relief. After almost 11 months of sickness, I was finally able to get the root of the issue and get my symptoms under control. Along the way, everyone has always been very accommodating, patient, well mannered, and willing to go the extra mile. They understand the needs of their patients -- it is clear how hard everyone from the pharmacists, to red-shirt folks work to make the lives of their patients better. Michael, Alex, and a number of others  have accommodated needs of mine as a patient on a number of occasions. I haven't ever had a negative experience being helped by any of their people. MedMen has recently brought their prices down quite a bit, and I have been unable to see a better deal elsewhere at $37/150mg per tincture. The next closest would be Curaleaf at $50-$55/mg per tincture. Plus, MenMen's "Awake" is a certified Sativa, not a CBD blend masquerading itself as something else. I am yet to see another NYS dispensary offer such services, and diversity of formulations at these price points.

This place was like heaven on earth for my inner teenager! So clean and cute - super professional staff. My pharmacist (Alex I believe) was very friendly and helpful and guided me through my first purchase here. The man at the front who checked me in was awesome as well I'm sorry I didn't get his name! At checkout the man next to me was blabbing on and on to the person checking him out about all his other medical marijuana purchase and the person listening to it was very patient and appeared as interested as he could even though I'm sure he's seen and heard it all from everyone else who comes in. Pens work great! I do hate that I can't just buy the liquid and I have to throw away? Recycle? The entire pen after just one use. Other than that, loved this place and everyone in it.

I went to pick up my prescription from MedMen and was lucky to meet Barbara, an employee. She was so knowledgeable about so many things having to do with Integral medicine and Cannabis. She gave me info on wonderful books to educate myself and was able to explain all the amazing products at MedMen. BARBARA is a treasure and could be a spokes person for MedMen. She knows so much about getting to good health without using pharmaceutical drugs.Thank you MedMen.

Since it was my first time I was hoping to gain some knowledge. The lady who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable. She listened, answered my questions and didn't rush me. Nice customer experience. I'll be back.

The worst is to leave a bad review, but Medmen NYC is the worst. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the lux pens, but the batteries suck and they should fix the issue or be able to offer exchanges. This is my 3rd pen that's died before I could barely start it. I used it two times before it died within the first few days of purchase, and bc I can't just hop and skip over bc of my chronic pain and because I was out of town, they wouldn't let me exchange it since it was out of the 7 days of purchase range. MedMen is curated and marketing itself as high end and is supplying good medicine that really does help my chronic pain. But their customer service quality is not up to par. Their single use pen batteries are an environmental burden and thankfully, they now sell cartridges, but I want to support a company that values their customers and stands behind their products. ColumbiaCare and Curaleaf have way better customer service and also have great products. MedMen, please do better.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at MedMen, but Shannon is a consistent highlight. She's incredibly knowledgeable about cannabis and has never once steered me wrong. She helped me find strains that would be ideal for me, and recommended products from there. If you're looking for an artisanal cannabis experience, go to MedMen.

Hard no. Rude, inexperienced, and defensive staff. I returned a pen that was only about 1/10 filled (admitted defective) and was given a new pen that was less than 1/2 full. After voicing my lack of satisfaction with the replacement and some discussion with staff, I was told they could give me another product but would "put a note in my file that I didn't like this product". Only in deeply uncompetitive markets can folks threaten customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I went to this new nyc dispensary eager for a company with some experience. Having heard that they want to mainstream Cannabis I hoped they wouldn't jack their prices up because they're located on 5th Avenue. $86! for what looks like .25 of a gram of oil in a vape pen. I asked how much is in here? They could not answer as to weight. Just that it's 40 puffs. The pen looks damn near empty out of the box. This is unacceptable. $30 to park. $10 for the toll. $10 for the gas. 86 fkn dollars for an unbelievably small amount of cannabis. MedMen are the Martin Shkreli of cannabis.

The folks who work there were great.  My negative review relates to their products.  I'm from California so I've had plenty experience with smoking flower and vaping.  I bought 2 products there, 1 for sleep and 1 for daytime.  Neither worked very well at what they are supposed to do.  Maybe the NYC medical products just aren't very good.  I'll try another pharmacy to see if they are better.  To add insult to injury I blew $210 on products I can't use at all.

I've been coming to MedMen for the past few months and I must say that I'm extremely happy with the service. Not only are their products the best in town but they really show that they care. Shout out to Sandy and the rest of the team for all of the help they've provided me! :)

Happened to walk by, space and design were so inviting so I went in to check it out. Was greeted pleasantly and then was introduced to the brand and products by Barbara. Barbara was absolutely a delight and knowledgeable.I highly recommend you visit and experience great service.Wishing MedMen continous success.

Just went into the shop and they said the pharmacist was on break for 20 minutes why don't they have someone to cover the pharmacist while they're on break. I should not have to  wait there 20 minutes to get my medication that is unacceptable and unprofessional,

Where do we begin- Much like many of the Medical Cannabis locations across the city MedMen have no Idea what they are doing. I was cleared by the state (Because Cancer) for this program and eagerly    got myself to MedMen in order to find some alleviation. They have no Idea what they are doing - MedMen in an attempt to be "purchase friendly" have created a color coded system which ranges from Day (orange) to Night (purple or blue). Supposedly, Daytime products allow you to be more productive and are higher in CBD while Night products are heavier on the THC (In theory). This concept on paper seems amazing, however as I stated "They have no idea what they are doing". The "Pharmacist" who I met with in the back to discuss dosing could not have been any more less informed. When I asked reassuringly that the Night time Pills were "Indica" and which strain, they HAD NO IDEA and told me it was merely a blend but they would be unable to confirm from what strains..... I hope they realize that different strains have different attributes, its not just one plant named Cannabis.... When I asked what strain went into the exorbitantly priced .5g Oil pen at $80 (fyi $30 for 1gram in legal states) they also HAD NO IDEA.How can you not know what goes into your product? If you are making a pill that helps people sleep you damn well better have an understanding whats inside. I do not wish to be eating a Sativa Pill at 10pm at night, actually, no one does. Whats most disappointing is their eagerness to make a buck, not to actually help people in a program that took several years to come to a head. Black Market Products for the Win.

Love this place! Barbara was super helpful today helping me get set up. She gave me recommendations for pain that she goes through too! The only downside is there is a service fee when using debit. I never have cash on me so I endure it!

All I can say is: MedMen's vapes are stronger than Columbia Care's vapes. Their highest ratio is 100:1, rather than 20:1, and the vape lets you do a longer pull if that's needed instead of the metered (and for me, extremely weak) dose you get from Columbia Care products. The pens I got from Columbia Care barely had a noticeable effect on me, other than calming a nauseous stomach. The pens I get from MedMen actually make me feel better. And they're $14 cheaper. I imagine I'll check out the Nugg location that's opened on the Upper East Side, but MedMen vapes are superior to Col-Care vapes, if you're looking for something with more THC-based impact. Because we still can't buy bud directly from the dispensaries, not yet. Thanks, Andrew F.ing Cuomo.Eventually this sad shadowy state of affairs will pass, and you will be able to just buy flower in New York, if that is what you wish; once New Jersey starts sucking in all that tax revenue, Albany will catch the scent of cash on the air. This is why MM has chosen such a prominent location, based on that calculation, and soon they'll be full of buyers and it will be much harder to find a clerk, everyone from the Midtown lunch crowd to tourists. Legalization will really help the tourist industry, come to think of it. In the meantime, I'm defs using MedMen's vapes as a component in my self-medication regimen. My only question is, are they really all cis men and why? I mean, from what I could tell they were all cis males. Do they really do it that way in California? Is that even legal in New York State? There's such a thing as hewing too closely to a concept, guys.  But they were very nice, when tbh they had no reason to be; I had a misunderstanding and because I was tired and irritable and hot already, I got all pissed, but someone who had helped me before stepped in and resolved it. As far as the product you get, these NYS-approved pens look half-empty when you buy them because that's how the tech works; the pens from Col-Care are the same. I don't know anything about the volume vs. the weight, but I imagine that the State of New York would come down on them really hard if they really were cheating customers already, and the so-called Apple Store for Weed probably has no need or desire to f. things up here in the Big Apple if they want to dominate the high-end weed market, once there is one.

Had the best experience at MedMen- they're very informative and helpful high quality products, discreet and nice atmosphere. Definitely would recommend-

First time trying this business, great Custer service. The store had a beautiful layout and a convenient location. I tried the Harmony lotion for chronic pain, fantastic results. Back and hip pain gone, lasted though the work day with no issues. Let a co worker test it out, same results. The products are priced accordingly and are top quality.

My experience has been good here. The place is clean and the people are polite. They have the high THC drops at a reasonable price. I have never liked vaping as it hurts my lungs so I'm glad to use this more pleasant delivery method.

Salespeople are very nice and store is attractive.  The checkout procedure takes forever and feels a bit creepy,  Product quality is extremely poor.  On a per dose basis grossly overpriced.  Only the vape pens are effective. For me the liquids and capsules do nothing, so that was another $120 wasted.  Batteries on the pens have failed well before product has been fully utilized.  The pens are undependable.  Had the vial on one crack although I didn't drop or mishandle it.  I just went to use my 100:1 pen bought just a few weeks ago, and only after a handful of uses the battery has failed completely. Another 20:1 pen that was barely used had the same flaw.  So far I have spent more than four times what I paid in a similar period with another vendor. When I tried to return a faulty pen I was told my only option was to buy a replacement. HIGHLY UNLIKELY TO BE A RETURN CUSTOMER.

I don't like MedMen. Nobody here knows what they're talking about. They put so much effort into being perceived as hip, and no effort into having informed employees

The facility is nice. The team members on the floor are what makes this location special. They were extremely pleasant and I had a very nice conversation about the program and legislation with the person giving me a "tour" (standing next to the table with products). The pharmacist didn't waste my time or try to upsell me any products.The registration was a little clunky. They had to manually input all my information but, from what I can gather, assumed the information should have already been in the system or state system. They just seemed confused that they had to input it manually.Now, I only have used the sleep tincture. It's $53 and it contains about 150mg of THC. The dosing is 1 ml of tincture delivers 5mg of THC. This is a very weak dose and produces almost no perceivable effects. I have a low tolerance and I needed 5ml to actually have a perceivable effect. Which means that's each dose for me costs $8.83. (5mlx6=30, 30ML per bottle $53 divided by 6 doses)I don't believe it is solely MedMen's fault that the product is weak. I had the same experience with Etain's products as well. (Recommended dosage is pointless) Basically, the products are overpriced but this is not due to greed on part of the dispensary but on the short comings of the state program. No flower or edibles can be sold and everything must be processed and tested before being sold. I'm giving MedMen 4 stars because I liked the facility and the employees were pleasant. They also allow non-program members to enter the facility which I do not believe they allow at other dispensaries. (Even though state law relaxes the rules in who could enter, many dispensaries still only allow patients to enter.) If you're in midtown, this place is worth checking out.

Looks like a traveling agency from the outside and didn't have hemp... such a basic need for a place like this however, their approach seems to be for the upper class hence why they have poor reviews. An upper class person would love this look and feel however wouldn't openly walk in, the place was EMPTY! Sorry but this was a no go for me!

Amazing customer service. It was fast and easy. The front representative was great! The second person I spoke to was Chris. He was absolutely a charm! Made me feel super comfortable and even made me laugh. The overall atmosphere was clean and inviting.

Went last month and the pharmacist wasn't in so I couldn't purchase anything. Went again today and they decided cash only on a whim. Never again.

I travelled here for vacation and went to medmen when I was in 5th Ave and it was a great time! Very professional and great products. Super classy.

If only you were more like your downtown Las Vegas location you would definitely get better reviews. I can't believe how different you are, it's kind of sad what NYC has to offer. Visited the Las Vegas location twice, was looking forward to seeing what you have but I'll pass on that now. I'd rather get on a plane and go back to MedMen in Vegas before getting ripped off in NYC.

MedMen, Takes an affordable plant like marijuana slaps ridiculous over the top packaging on it. This to sell the image of being high end, while simultaneously implementing poorly designed logos supported with shotty patriotic sales pitches about how our founding fathers used hemp and how MedMen are the new normal.Hmm taking over dispensaries, enforcing dress codes and conformity on patients and employees, using nationalism to promote themselves, wait! MedMen are fascist!They are not even based in the US and yet the sell us George Washington. This company is a wolf of wallstreet in the flock of pot.

I can tell some people who left reviews here are not experienced buyers of Medmen's products.  I highly suggest that you don't purchase your cannabis products from Medmen, but buy them from Columbia Care.The oil that Columbia Care sells seems to have much more .concentration that Medmen's products, which means you're swallowing a lot of extra oil if you're using Medmen's products.  but don't trust me.  Try for yourself and see.  I don't think Medmen is going to make it in this market.  They have to get a better product.

I was expecting more products a greeter was extremely nice and informative merchandise as far as sweatshirts and med med products are really cute the packaging is everything . Pharmacist was really great at explaining to me how to use the lotion I bought for my neck I'll let you know how it goes however the man who rang me up was a bit fast and cold .

MedMen already has the reputation of being the Apple store for weed. That's fairly accurate... in fact the imitation is a bit blatant and obvious. All in all, it's about the nicest environment you'll find in New York and once they are allowed to expand their selection, I can see this place being fairly decent.HOWEVER, it really isn't THAT great... my chief complaints being:- When you walk in there is an awkwardly over-staffed mob awaiting you, but absolutely zero signage or communication on who to talk to or what to do, and act like they expect you to magically know. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.- The staff are unilaterally the Brooklyn Hipster type who clearly just love to smoke weed and don't care about the medical component. Neither of the reps I spoke to seemed to have any knowledge beyond the basic facts already written out. They had ZERO medical knowledge and one of them even said to me "I'm still trying to figure this stuff out too." They also kept saying crazy things like, "we're just gearing up for recreational weed to be fully legalized, which we expect by the end of the year." It was as off-message as it was plain stupid to say. There was another patient there with very serious health problems and I felt so awful for her as she desperately tried to get info they just didn't have (but should have) and as she kept explaining she needs CBD and doesn't want to feel high, the rep kept pointing her to inappropriate options saying, "but this one will totally fuck you up more, it's good stuff man." Awful.- You get very little product for the money. The vape pens in particular cost the most and have seriously almost no oil in them at all. The reality of the NYC market is that illegal weed is readily accessible, minimally risky, decriminalized for consumers and stocked with top-quality commercial products smuggled from legalized states. Comparing the actual prices, quantities and concentrations, the MedMen's pens give you only 10% of the content for 180% of the cost. These are the ACTUAL figures. While a better deal than the pens, the pills and drops are not very strong and are also a bad deal.

So I went to Medmem and purchased an awake pen, calm pen and an awake pen. All 3 are true to their name. In times of anxiety the calm pen kept me level headed, awake kept me focused and pain free and the sleep pen had me out in 20 mins. When I woke up, I wasn't groggy, sleepy or in pain! It's been a year since I said good riddance to ambien, flexarol, Motrin, Tylenol and  gabapentin. Medmen is a bit on the high end side but I live pain free and mobile. Worth every puff!

When I called them out on it they told me, "Oh, they should've told you the juice gets absorbed by the coil. That's why you don't see it."Now, we're ALL experienced buyers here. Let's say hypothetically that you make a street purchase of the same product, the pen, and the seller gives you that story. Do you believe the seller?? The product shot shows the formula but there's no mention to the consumer on the website that the coil absorbs the juice?? I spent $86 for this thing!!If you go bring tomatoes to THROW AT THEM

Phone doesn't work, this is an issue cause they are always out of stick! Not to mention you can only get Luxlyte which is wicked expensive! Go anywhere else!

Very poorly stocked. It's a limited selection to start with, and there's barely anything to buy. I've been here twice, and today there were ZERO out of 5 tinctures available, plus 3 out 5 vapes, and I think 2 out of 5 gels. That's pathetic.

It's really as bad as everyone is saying. I went and they were out of almost everything, which they didn't tell me on the phone when I called. Their prices are high and they claim it's half a gram but the cartridges definitely don't look that big.

I have had 100 amazing experiences her on horrible one. I called ahead to ask if they had my preferred product in stock- they did not, not their fault it's the most popular, and the gent on the phone said they didn't but they had the next best thing so I said I was coming right in. But when I got to the shop I was met RUDEST PR/Marketing creature I have ever come across, and I work in fashion. She said and I quote "What is this all about..." as i walked in the door. I asked if there was a private event, she said, "Yes and you'll have to leave." I asked If I could just pop in the back and get my prescriptions and she repeated that I had to leave ASAP, and the guard put his hand on my arm to "guide" me out... This woman was horrible and rude and I will not be giving my business to them ever again. And I will tell my friends to look at other dispensaries in the future. This type of PR woman is a scourge on society, and terrible for business- she is doing no favors to that company that does such good. If I were her boss I would absolutely demand her removal. A little politeness could have gone a long way and now they won't get the $1000-1500 i spend a month. The real same is literally EVERY single other person who works is 5-star aces. Shame how one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Very sad to lose this resource.

They are not consistent with their products, always running out of stock for months! All my medical issues are at risk due to this. Time is valuable. Don't waste your time going here.

MedMen is ok the people are nice, but their disposable pens don't last very long. Two of their pens $50 lasted me 3 days

Amazing facility! So modern and chic! So happy to have a great dispensary that knows that they're doing open up in Manhattan!!! Best prices and products in the area! Staff was super friendly and helpful, they also have pharmacists on staff to talk to you if you feel uncomfortable talking to sales reps. Will be back in a week or so for refills :)

I had a great experience at this location, its got a nice ambiance actually looks like an Apple store. Top marks to Michael. He's knowledgeable about the products and provided a great customer experience. Also, the prices have been reduced so no complaints about Medmen being pricey at this location.

For the high price, they fail to deliver anything worth going out of your way for. They do not have a wide variety of products and the ones they have are so expensive, it is absurd to consider going here. Their vapes are not rechargeable. This is not very responsible for the environment, or for me, the customer. I will never come here again and I feel so strongly about how disappointed I am in this business that I am writing this review hoping to warn people from the same disappointment I experienced. There are better dispensaries in New York City, some are within walking distance from this mess.

The $80 pen is a gigantic ripoff and an overall terrible product. Don't ever go here.

Sandy and Bradley were awesome! They were friendly, personable and made it an easy process. I tried out my Awake vape pen and it had an instant effect!

I have been going to MedMen since the summer of 2019. I have been really happy with all the staff members as well as all of the products. I have found the staff to be helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I don't remember everyone's name, but Mike has assisted me 2x so far and have been really happy with him and all the staff members, male and female, that assisted me. In the days where life and daily living costs are constantly going up, it is so nice that the prices have gone down! Their products have been life-giving and are giving me a new lease on life. I definitely would recommend them!

staff is friendly enough but EXTREMELY misleading with their vape pens, you get 1/4 of the oil that they lead you to believe, saying 2g when at best, its .5g for $86.  quality seems fine just a MAJOR, MAJOR rip-off.

Everything about this place is great. The facility is modern and sleek, the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the products are top notch. I have already been twice and I can say for sure I will be a regular customer.

Great location, friendly and informative staff. I really liked their vape pens. No offensive taste or smell. High quality products. The only thing is that the pens are expensive and don't last long. Because the insurance companies don't cover medical Marijuana yet, 2 pens cost $170 every two weeks. I take day time snd night time ones. So I have no choice but lower the dosage to manage my symptoms.  In addition, I have to commute to the city to purchase them. The products are very good though.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION. I've been to a few dispensaries and this was by far the worst! The two men in the front were extremely rude and they added an extra $95 fee for their business application (not state registration).  **** I give them 1 star for selling without a prescription (it costs double tho)

Nice store - but the vape pen battery died way too soon and you can't charge it. Disappointing for the price.

Alex was wonderful in helping me find the correct medicine for my conditions. I'm really excited to see how my CBD works with my pain. The entire staff, even the gentlemen at check in were sooook nice. Charlie at the door was just so wonderful. Super supportive and committed staff. It was not a bunch of miserable people who are bored looking at their cell phones. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. So clean and pretty. I'm excited to go back and see the team again!

I had high hopes for this location because the brand is so great out on the West Coast, but don't confuse the LA version with the New York City version. This medmen is constantly running out of everything, leaving cancer patients like myself with no other options except to go to a different dispensary, which is what I have now done. There are always way more people working in the store than there are customers, and the vibe is simply unfriendly and unwelcoming

I visited this location twice & the first time they were out of two types of cartridges (one of them was Sleep-which seems to be their highest THC product) but I checked in & made a purchase of a Calm vape pen & cartridge. The product was weak & so small which was extremely disappointing from the "Apple store of Weed". I highly expected their products to be some serious bud (well not here yet) considering they are being labeled the only company who could handle the industry should weed be legalized recreationally for adults in NY. However, it was a waste of money for the lack of potency, the size & the price. Smaller than average pen (no battery, mouth detected) & higher prices than others we all know here. My 2nd visit I stopped in quickly since I was near the Bryant Park location (it's really much closer to 42nd Street, duh!) & wanted to see if they had additional products available but their inventory was worse than the prior visit with more than half of the options for vapes out of stock (in Midtown NYC? in December? I am beginning to get the impression they almost do not care in NY yet!) so I left. I have never been back & do not have any plans to be either & you guys should not either unless they make some serious upgrades to their product & availability, etc. PS: I visit Pharmacannis in the Bronx (Hunts Point) & they are great, but I am skeptical of the MedMen takeover & I really hope it does not alter Pharmacannis' highly superior products (slightly cheaper too). I have visited every dispensary in NYC with the exception of Vireo which I plan to go to soon. Any more thoughts or experiences?

I visited Medmen on Fifth Ave yesterday for an informational preview. The store is spotless. Corey provided detailed information about the various products and delivery systems and the status of prescription v recreational use in NYS. I purchased some CBD lotion for a painful thumb. Will see if it provides relief. I would certainly return if I had a need and prescription since the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I went because my usual dispensary was flooded. The woman I met at the front desk, Barbara, has years of experience and understands so well how THC and CBD work together, why aged THC called CBN is good for sleep and that gummies only get activated if you eat fat (like peanut butter) or better, a meal. That explains why gummies sometimes kick in 2 hours later. She also gets how to manage chronic pain and still work so neither the pain or the high ruin your day. I have been to this location several times and find the selection and prices reasonable. The employees are professional and friendly especially Miguel E. He completed my prescription pickup and transactions with great customer service and a big smile. I will be back for sure.

Nope sorry! I had to take an uber here from Brooklyn, and got stuck in some traffic. I called ahead to say there was an unforeseen accident that upped the Uber eta a few minutes..they were closing at 7. I got there at 7:02, and the obnoxious "pharmacist" gave me a smug smirk, and tapped at his watch through the glass window, and refused to let me in, even after i had explained that i just spent $40 bucks on an uber to get here!!! The girl on the phone was very nice,  but said i wouldn't even want to speak with him because he was so uncool (basically a d**k) he tried to play the its a NYS DOH thing, but its def not! Ive called ahead before to Citiva in BK, to explain that i was looking for a parking spot, and they've waited for me! So very not cool! Too bad Citiva in BK is hardly ever open anymore!!!So, I went back the next day, the nice woman on the phone, Toni, has said she'd "hook me up" when I came back. She wasn't working when I went back, but someone called her, and I believe I ended up getting 30% off my cartridge! A good faith gesture, but def not the $45 bucks I spent on an uber !!! Oh well. I upped the starts to 3. Originally, 5 stars, then 1, now 3.... inconsistent.

Ive visited a few different dispensaries in the city for my pain cream and since I had visited a sister store in Cali, I think I may have set my expectations a bit too high (no pun intended).  Over there, there associates and bud tenders offer a full service type of experience.  This location is more of an express experience (the know & go style).  The check-in is much faster, they simply scan your card and process your order from there.  Order, wait until you are directed to sit in the next area to await your prescription being filled.  Im glad a took a little time to check out the website, had I not, I would not have known the cool deals listed there.  I was able to get some of the in-house-branded, sublingual drops (sativa hybrid) as well and they worked really well.As a first time customer, there was a small discount.  It wasn't a bad experience, just a little different than I expected.

Had another delivery today from Candice and Matthew. It's always a pleasure dealing with the MedMen staff. Very laid back and easy going experience as well. The service for payment machine was a little spotty (only reason I didnt put 5 stars). But that's got nothing to do with MedMen or their delivery service. Will certainly be ordering regularly from them!

"The Apple Store of weed" is pretty accurate. You're definitely paying more, but I found the products to be better quality than Etain. The ordering process is also way easier, there is literally no pharmacist interaction if you don't want it (just order online and pick up). The greeter/card checker at the front was a superstar, very friendly and was answering basic questions about product to people as they came in. Helpful because Med Men sources from a number of places (cura, select, vireo, etc). My order was also filled super quickly. Makes a difference if you want to make a last minute order because the location is so convenient to everything else.
