This was my first time going to Etain. I wanted to see for myself the quality and environment of the dispensary. The decor is phenomenal and makes you feel like you’re not in NYC. The prices are quite high but that’s to be expected unfortunately (hopefully this changes as things progress over time). Now the quality of the product I’ve gotta say is top notch. You can feel how clean it taste and the woman I spoke too was very pleasant and informative. All in all a good experience!

Great customer service, I love the lozenges and ground flowers; I'm relatively homebound, since they started doing deliveries I renewed my mmj card (in 2019 when I first received a card they weren't doing deliveries). Maybe if we can finally rid ourselves of creepy Cuomo we can have a more normal medical marijuana program (I don't like vapes); and yes, maybe some day "progressive" New York will have recreational marijuana too.
Great service extremely polite. The young man came out explained how the vape works. They gave me a cool pen in a carrying case. What more could I ask for? The 4 stars are because of the cartridge it seems to clog at the mouth part. Gets full of oil and I got oil in my mouth. I must say besides that the oil is amazing tool my pain right away. Oh and for insomnia it was amazing fell right to sleep.
Very courteous staff from reception to the folks that dispense my prescription. Great location. Near to subways. Parking is a little bit of a challenge but available.
