I was treated with an incredible amount of compassion, patience, and understanding by everyone at FPWellness. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and took into account all of my concerns before suggesting a regimen. The person who filled the order and with whom I checked out was so friendly and supportive---for that matter everyone was supportive. They do not try to sell you more than you need and actually recommend that first time clients buy less to make sure that the purchase is effective. They also do not try to push more expensive products and instead match you to the best fitting product. Great place!

FP Wellness was a wonderful surprise. The space is lovely and welcoming, everyone was super kind and helpful and I left with what I came for. I could not have had a better experience.

My first visit to a NY dispensary was a very positive one. This location is clean and welcoming, and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I was helped by Char and the pharmacist Mark, and they both made the process extremely smooth and were both so nice and informative. I really can't say enough about how great they were. This will definitely be my go-to dispensary here in NY. A few tips. Allow plenty of time. The way the state regulations work, they can only have one patient back in the dispensary with the pharmacist at a time. So I had to wait a half hour or so for patients who dropped in ahead of me. They did tell me that going forward, placing orders online can speed things up. Also, either bring cash or sign up for the canpay app. They have an ATM but it was broken when I went. (I used canpay. It links to your checking account and was super easy.)

Very conveniently located Staf is helpful as well.I do not care for an item I bought from FP. They do not offer a first-time discount either.I would go back but only as a convenience,

This is the medical THC place you want to go. Everyone from the secretary to the doctor were super helpful, informative, & friendly.  I usually never write reviews, but their service and friendliness really marked an impression on me.  Kudos to this company who is doing it the way it's supposed to be.

This place is GREAT! Mark and his staff really know what they are talking about. If you're looking for a quality and knowledge driven dispensary, FP Wellness is the one for you to try. Not really too much else to say, except their Elevate Brand is pretty darn amazing!

This FP wellness is the follow up to the Best doctor in the MMJ program in New York State.There is a reason FP wellness is a five star rated business they are simply the best in the city right down to the professional and private screening rooms and the caretaking to find the right options based on the doctors prescription recommendation.  After trying several of these pharmacies in the city this is the only when I'm going to now.if you are considering MMJ in NYC this is the place to go !

This place needs to get a process. It's website says in store shopping allowed but when you arrive you have to place an order at the front and the bag will be handed to you. I'd rather go to Med Men or Etain. This place is crap.

Love this Staff!  Clean, professional and safe.  I was really struggling with sleep and they guided me into a natural solution with falling asleep and helping my anxiety so that I can still function for the day.  They often offer special deals and help figure out what is best for you.  Definitely recommend going here!

The people here are very pleasant and things are getting back to normal from COVID so you can go inside again! Today I got a slim vape from curaleaf and it just so happened to be a defected one, I called up and they said no problem just come in and we will exchange it for you!

I really liked the customer service of this place. It's a shame that they still only have online ordering available with pick up. It's a bit inconvenient. Especially since Medmen is up the street selling the same products and open to the public.

Nice small dispensary in midtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little disappointed that their senior/veteran/financial hardship discounts don’t stack with other offers/sales.

FP is the place to be! Not only do they have the most variety of products of any dispensary in NYC, but they really care about us! I really enjoy the energy in the shop, it’s a very boutique experience and they always have great music playing. Will definitely be making this my go-to spot.

Great dispensary. Friendly staff and nice clean official looking space! It's easy to buy, pre order online after a consultation and just go in and pick it up. You can your cart while you're there if necessary if you want to add or subtract items
