Really nice staff. Clean store, safe. Only gripe is the sign wasn't up yet so it was hard to find. Otherwise it was great all around and had great deals!

So Weedmaps' new plan as part of California's continuing fight against black market weed is to stop listing unlicensed businesses. I don't know if it's working, but I definitely won't be using Weedmaps anymore. Anywho... I like this dispensary. I'm a veteran and medical patient so I do receive a small discount. The Reserves has a lot of options. It has prices to meet all budgets. There were 1/8s for $20....that's not bad at all. They seem to have a lot of promos going on. I will be returning soon.

I have been at this establishment twice and spent almost $300.00 both times! Do not go to this establishment- they do not care about their customers and are rude! Worst customer service ever! I will be telling everyone not to go to The Reserve!!! You would think - they would be treating me like a queen buying that much of their products and tipping 15% on those $300.00! Wow I'm just so upset!!!

This had been my go-to dispensary for awhile now, but this morning when I went in the clerk wasn't wearing a mask, while assisting another customer. I didn't feel comfortable staying so I informed the check-in person and left. A friend has since recommended a delivery place so I'm just going to use them for now. Hopefully post-pandemic I can return as The Reserve is convenient and has a good selection, but for now I'm a lost customer. Safety first.

First time buying anything like this. Have been using EMU 420 oil for years and they told me on the phone they had it but of course after getting there they didn't  so talked me into a Transdermal Rub that was supposed to work the same way.  I tried it for a few days and I would have gotten better results from Ben Gay or something else from the drug store for only a few bucks, not $75 with no guarantee  and being told"it works differently on different people," That certainly helped my pain so live and learn or buyer beware. which ever makes you feel better.

rude customer service attitude for no reason, go to embr instead you'll get friendly service

As a Veteran and as a user of CBD I came here thinking it was a regular dispensary.As soon as I walked in, they stated it was medical cards only.Right after that statement, the security guard and the other attendant were quick to say, if you have $30 in cash and spend minimum 30$ you would be allowed to enter and buy something. You can use our ATM or go across the street to 7/11. So which was it? Medical only? Or Cash Only? Pretty SHADY if you ask me.Plus there was no parking, plus no one inside this place. I will definitely never recommend this place to anyone.

Best place ever! The workers are so nice and always giving great suggestions. I always feel welcomed and greeted w a smile under their masks! Everyone is super considerate with COVID & they are following all regulations. Will always be a customer!

great shop. ive worked at a few shops in san diego and The Reserve is the only one i go back to. Theyre on point with product and prices, also never a line. all budtenders and employees are friendly and awesome. i cant give this shop 10 stars or i would, theyre that good!

Don't come here, I recommend March and ash!  Customer service is ok. Stood for about 10 mins with only 6 customers inside.

This was one of the first places I visited when recreational became legal.   They had some brands I liked from CO.   The place has gone down, perhaps too much success.    The last two times, they didn't have my favorite product.   The last time I went in, I had to buy a 1/2 because they didn't have the smaller quantity.   When I got home, I found out it was shake, not buds.   Same brand on the package but we notice it's not the same as the bud.  Getting the feeling that they are just trying to sell me any product even if it's not what I came in for.    I found another dispensary.  Don't think I will go back to The Reserve.

Hazel & Osvaldo were very helpful in getting me what I need, the hospitality here is very very kind, they treat you like family & the prices are hard to beat! They have a strict no touch policy which I truly appreciate as the pandemic is a difficult time & frightening for many. Excellent rewards program that helps you save up! Don't sleep on this spot! Ps the flower was FIRE!!!!!!

These types of places just absolutely fire me up. "Budtender" oh I can't let you touch anything because of covid. As her fingers are all over everything, you know what, why don't you put everything in little electrified cages than, if your so worried!First and last time here, I think this place must be owned by Gavin Newsom.

Went to buy some flower sticker price did not match the actual price payed it anyways went home left a review  one of the owners read my review and corrected the mistake stand up move in my book and shows they care about there customer service good establishment to pick up flower they have prices to accommodate any budget from single grams for 15- to 1/8's from 25-65

This place is so legit, clean and safe. Highly recommend checking it out. Super helpful, Hazel, Tiffany, Autumn, Jeff always taking care of me.

when I purchased the vapes..they rip me off the prices cuz when I purchased the prices showed 25.00 but I peeled the sticker and found out that they sticker 25.00 cover on 20.00 stickers. Why??? it was supposed to be 20.00 but u cover sticker 25.00 on20.00... REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED IT.. That I got rip off by this store ... I cannot beleive how this fool you by the sticker price cover the real price. thank u for rip me off with the prices. Meaning i will not trust this store again.

Super friendly environment. Most places I've been to I've felt very rushed. Not here, they were very welcoming. This was my first time here and they explained their process, showed me how to go about it quicker for my next trip, made me feel very welcomed and relaxed and they gave me a discount on their already amazingly priced product. I'm a very happy customer and I'll definitely be back!

People might think that there's nothing to this boutique experience but they would be wrong. If you are used to classy service, this is the place. There is no hassle getting in and you are given a brief overview of your rights, the way your attorney would take care of you. It also doesn't hurt that they have the best strains on display on a wall ( not the top ten but the top fifty). They source the best of any product compared to any other dispensary. If you don't live in the area it's definitely worth the trip.
