Do not use. Bad customer service, bad tech and cancel orders without alerting the customer. No contact whatsoever, which forced me to call and email nonstop until they said it had been cancelled hours before. I don't write reviews often but just all around worst cannadelivery I've ever had. Don't waste your time.

POS. First promised terrific delivery time then ended up being 2 hrs later. Canceled but driver showed up and then tried to pay. No go. Customer service placed the order again while courier was in lobby but they assigned order to someone else while the courier was still in the lobby with my order - wouldn't allow me to pay. Fricking clown show. Never again. Use Eaze or Amuse or grow it yourself - it will arrive faster.

Fantastic service, quick, friendly, and amazing products! Their selection on the website was excellent and I highly recommened paying cash as it is a super quick and customer friendly way to go and enjoy your new greens!

Read several of the reviews and I have to say after shopping there twice I have nothing but praise for this store.  I've been to the one on Center Drive and you have to show ID every time.  You have to keep renewing a application what a hassle.  The prices at EMJY are the same as the other place.  Staff is friendly and helpful.  Have no idea why people put in negative remarks.  Probably was something they did to antagonize the staff.  The Papa Barkly oils have helped my arthritic fingers and carpal tunnel they can't operate on any longer.   The store is sooo clean and pleasant to go into.Will be a customer for a very long time and I've even recommended this to others.  Only problem I can't seem to sign up to get an account going. Arrgh!Then again I'm 75 and not a tech person.

Prices change everytime I go in. The manager who was right there the night before when I got my military discount remembered me and the issue but not that I was military... Then the price was more WITHOUT the extra joint for $1! The staff is cool. The prices are reasonable for the products they actually have. No excuse to apart of a MAJOR BRAND and have a "Fluffed" inventory. But right now "Lit" down the street is winning with the 10% cash back on all purchases.

Clean and friendly, Emma helped us out today and we loved her. Very knowledgeable and solid military discounts! 10/10 will return. The staff make the establishment and it shows when people care.

Great team. Super friendly! Their selection it's amazing. Pacific stone joints are the best. I've tried other dispensaries in San Diego and by far this is the best. Will recommend it to everyone who appreciates excellent client service and optimal flowers.

So sad that I was so excited to go in there today and the staff member was soo rude. It's like he didn't even want to help me. Security was super nice and another girl there was friendly when I left but this place is way over priced. I won't be back. I'm going to stick to my True Green Meds Delivery. Cuz they have way more stock, another thing I was disappointed in at Emjay. Felt ripped off. True Green delivers and doesn't over tax.

Teresa helped out so much and gave me great feedback on all the items. She's acknowledges what I asked for and don't forget to ask her for assistance. Please give her a raise!!!

I have been going to Emjay since they opened. Recently, about a month ago I went in to make a purchase and realized that I didn't have my id. Since I had been there in the past I figured that they had it on file. NO OTHER dispensary makes you show your ID after you enter and show your ID!!!! Needless to say, the :budtender: WAS RUDE as hell and I made the "mistake" of saying you don't have to be a "bword" I get it. Now... since that encounter I have been in a few more times, dropping a couple hundo in the process. Then last week I went to go and make my purchase and some dude came out and said that I had been "BLACKLISTED" .... Blacklisted????!!! Now... I am 51 one years old and I have NEVER in my life been blacklisted on anything and of course NO ONE was there to talk to about it. The dude said it was above him and he really didn't know what had happend.So.. I sent my kid in to pick up my stuff and the staff members or budtender felt FREE TO explain to my kid that her mom was blacklisted for calling someone a bword which was not true I said " you don't have to act like one' that made it her choice.   Now... Is that cool?? you can't tell me the actual customer but can give all the details to my kid???? What happen to some privacy or the Emjay just wants people to have a happy vibe???? I think not. What a shame. It's close to the house and I enjoyed shopping there and referred many. Now, I'll spend my time warning people about this place, how they have no customer loyalty or customer service. Every time possible.!!!! The GROVE knows my name, my kids name and what we like EVERYTIME we go there. Now that is customer service and making a connection and loyalty with your clients... Emjay you might want to start recognizing repeat customers and and provide your "budtenders" some better customer service training ... There are A LOT of dispensaries in the hood - and it's a choice to visit and give you our money!!

Support staff does a great job, the delivery drivers are super friendly, definitely recommend!

Terrible terrible place. The people who work here are rude and could care less about what you are asking. Only nice person was the security guard. Go to Lit down the street. Much better service and product.

STORE HOURS ARE 9am-9pmPlease change your store hours, driving 45 minutes round trip to find out you're closed is pretty disappointing. Not hard to keep store info up to date.

people say it's overpriced. you are tripping. believe me there are places outhere charging you twice if not triple for products. come here.

Nice shop. Very clean good parking bud tender was nice. Good selection. However after paying over 20% in taxes and fees and given a punch card for 1 free preroll, I'm sticking to the the other legal dispensaries who give a 10% reward and don't charge as many fees.

I used Emjay for delivery the first time tonight because I recently discovered they were open and thought I'd give them a try. I'm really happy with their selection and their prices are competitive with other dispensaries I've utilized in SD. Delivery was within an hour, near close, and my driver, Daniel, was super friendly and nice. I'm definitely going to be switching to Emjay because of their proximity to my place and the deals they seem to be abundant with. I'll likely check them out in person next time I need my fix~

While I liked my first experience...This place overcharges on products. I see one product here for $80 and 3 other stores have the same extract for $65. That's a ripoff. Plus the taxes on top! Omg. Make sure you price shop. This place is stiffing people....

Friendly staff. The process to order online was simple, well thought-out and very transparent. Delivery was timely and polite as well.Product was excellent.

Fast, reasonable, great selection.I just received my first delivery from Emjay and could not be happier. Their website is informative and easy to use with great selection, reasonable prices and quick and easy checkout. I couldn't have gotten to the closest dispensary and back any faster. I received a heads up from the driver just before he arrived. The driver, Alex, was professional and so polite. What a fantastic service!

I live Emjay! Amazing prices and consistently cool pop ups in the store. My favorite is with Rice or Death food truck where you get a free fried rice when you buy weed.  My favorite brands are also always on deck, thank you Emjay for having the flame.

Signed up for their "payment service" Hypur. Linked to my bank account. Wish I hadn't. Service doesn't work when they arrive and feels sketchy. No solutions or ability to ensure security of personal information including but not limited to banking info. Asked for card info on top of all this. Will not be using again as their remedy is "just trust us".

Not loyal or nice to regular customers. I called and complained because I had a discount of their punch card of 25% that they refused to punch to give me the discount because I ordered ahead to pick up at location. I had no sale items or anything! It was no difference if they took it off the shelf in the store and rang me up. I got the discount after the hassle anyways but got attitude and ripped up card in my face without a replacement of a new one. Cake topper is that for me calling to complain because he was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. (This was one of the male managers by the way with longer hair)I called into customer service of my constant rude treatment and they acted like everything was okay on the phone with customer service and deactivated my account after the call without fixing the problem. They didn't tell me this, I couldn't login to my account. I contacted customer service and once they asked for my number, I wasn't allowed to respond. They treat their regulars like garbage when you start dropping money there and keep coming back. Wouldn't you want regulars? Makes no sense. I wouldn't recommend this store, I rather go to March and Ash. My family goes to EMJAY too and are upset with how they've treated me, they've lost all our business.

I have little kids, and these people decided to hang advertisements on the front door of my house.  That was fun to explain.  Unacceptable.

I have had deliveries from this place 6 times now and most of the delivery drivers are awesome and the pricing and experience is awesome so I thought.It seems that once you are a regular customer they decide they will charge you more than they are supposed to and when you ask for the difference of the overcharge they tell you there is nothing they can do and the best they can do is give you an account credit. I never want to buy a thing from these crooks again but now I have to cause they are holding my money hostage. This should be illegal.

It blows my mind that anyone would give anything less than a good rating for a clean, organized, and operating legitimately dispensary. Those who dislike the ease and safety of such a place should go back to buying baggies on the street since appreciation for how far we've come in California is lost on them. I, for one, find it hard to bash any place slinging weed properly. Emjay, I'm here for ya. The prices are great and the format is very similar to a place like Urban Leaf where you don't have the freedom to walk around the room and touch the products but the experienced budtenders are anxious to help you from behind the counter. I did find a product or two that I paid as much as $10 more at other dispensaries so it doesn't hurt that Emjay (clever name BTW) is close to home. About $110 later I was stocked and ready for action. Errr... that's a lie. Let me try that again. About $110 later I was stocked and ready for bed. You see, cannabis is a sleep aid for me, not something I take to run around town and this place is slinging ZZZ's at an affordable price. I'm a fan!
